Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Un centre de villégiature magnifique et époustouflant !

Mon mari et moi y avons passé 7 nuits et c'était ****Amazing****. La vue depuis notre chambre était spectaculaire, la nourriture était délicieuse (je suis très particulière et pointilleuse sur ma nourriture), l'ensemble du complexe était extrêmement propre - il y avait toujours quelqu'un pour nettoyer quelque chose quelque part. Le service était excellent ! Tout le personnel était très poli, amical et serviable. Il y avait des activités pour tous les âges, des enfants aux personnes âgées. Bien q [... lire plus]u'il s'agisse d'un grand centre de villégiature, il n'y a jamais eu de foule dans aucune zone particulière. On trouve toujours un endroit tranquille pour se détendre, lire un livre ou faire une sieste. Le seul inconvénient était les oiseaux noirs !

Beautiful and Amazing Resort!!! My husband and I spent 7 nights and it was ****Amazing****. The view from our room was spectacular, the food was delicious (I am very particular and picky about my food), the entire resort was kept extremely clean - always someone around cleaning something somewhere. The service was great!! All the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. There were activities for everyone of all ages - from kids to seniors. Although it is a hugh resort, it never seem crowded in any particular area. You can always find a quite spot to relax and read a book or take a nap. The only annoyance were those black birds!!

Nous y avons séjourné du 10 au 17 janvier 2015. Le terrain est très bien entretenu. La zone de la piscine était superbe. La nourriture était très bonne. Les chambres étaient très propres et agréables. Les lits étaient confortables pour un hôtel. La plage était géniale. De grosses vagues, mais on peut quand même profiter de l'eau. J'ai adoré le bruit du ressac. Un jour, j'ai pu voir des baleines sauter depuis la plage. Tout simplement incroyable. Le seul point négatif est Ait Transat. La pire com [... lire plus]pagnie aérienne que j'aie jamais connue. Les sièges sont ridiculement petits et je ne suis pas un grand garçon. Mauvais service également. Je sais que cela n'a rien à voir avec le resort. Si possible, prenez une autre compagnie aérienne. L'hôtel en vaut la peine.

Relaxing Vacation We were there from Jan 10 - Jan 17, 2015. The grounds are very well maintained. The pool area was great. Food was very good. Rooms were very clean and nice. Beds were comfy for a hotel. The beach was awesome. Big waves but still able to enjoy the water. Loved the sound of the surf. Actually could see whales jumping from the beach one day. Just incredible. The only negative is Ait Transat. Worst airline I have ever flown. Seats ridiculously tiny and I am not a big guy. Bad service as well. I know this has nothing to do with the resort. If possible fly another airline. The resort is worth it though.

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Simple.. C'était incroyable !

La seule chose que je peux dire de négatif est que la nourriture pourrait être plus chaude. Sinon, la nourriture était excellente et très variée. Les activités étaient permanentes et amusantes ! Le personnel vous demandait seulement de participer, il n'y avait pas d'incitation. Si vous voulez vous détendre, pas de problème, mais je peux vous dire que l'amusement est permanent. Je reviendrai dans ce complexe et j'y emmènerai des amis pour l'aventure !

Simple.. It was amazing! The only thing I can say that it negative is that the food could be warmer. Other than that the food was great and so was the variety. The activities was ongoing and FUN! The staff would only ask you to join there was no coaxing . If you want to relax NO problem but a can tell you the fun is none ending. I would so return to this resort and bring friends along for the adventure!

Nous avons adoré tous les restaurants et le buffet a toujours été apprécié. Cet hôtel était de premier ordre et tout le personnel était chaleureux et accueillant. Je recommande vivement cet établissement à toute personne souhaitant visiter le Mexique. Hola !

Excellent Time! We loved all the restaurants and the buffet was always enjoyed. This hotel was top notch and all the staff were warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone thinking of visiting Mexico. Hola!

Crown Paradise Club: Centre de vacances pour enfants

La plage était bien sauf pour les mendiants, la nourriture à la plage était excellente, la nourriture au buffet était terrible, je n'ai pas été impressionné. L'hôtel était propre. Ce resort a besoin de plus d'espaces pour s'asseoir avec des chaises confortables.besoin de réfrigérateurs dans les chambres et un meilleur service au buffet, aussi besoin de plus de chaises de plage.

Children's resort Beach was okay except for the panhandlers, food at the beach was great food at the buffet to me was terrible wasn't impressed. Resort was clean. This resort needs more areas for sitting with chairs that comfortable.need fridges in rooms and better service in buffet, also need more beach chairs.

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Magnifique et étonnant complexe hôtelier

Tout d'abord, je recommanderais ce centre de villégiature à n'importe qui, car l'endroit est propre et magnifique. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique et agréable. La nourriture et le service étaient excellents, mais je ne recommanderais pas le Steak House. Lorsque vous aviez besoin de quelque chose, vous n'aviez qu'à le dire à la réception et c'était là lorsque vous retourniez dans votre chambre. La seule chose que je dirais, c'est de demander une chambre avec une baignoire, parce que  [... lire plus]la vitre de la douche est trop courte et l'eau fuit partout sur le sol. La porte de la salle de bain s'ouvre devant les toilettes, je recommanderais qu'ils installent des portes de poche pour résoudre ce problème. Aleex et le reste de l'équipe d'animation ont été formidables, la plupart des gens ont participé à tous les événements. Daniell de Tripcentral a été formidable et très serviable.

Beautiful & Amazing Resort First, I would recommend this Resort to anyone, because the place is clean and beautiful. The staff at the resort were very friendly & pleasant. The food & service was great, but would not recommend the Steak House. When you needed something, you only had to tell the front desk & it's there when you get back to your room. The only thing I would say, is to ask for a room with a tub, because the shower glass is to short & the water leaks all over the floor. The bathroom door opens in front of the toilet, I would recommend they install pocket doors to resolve that problem. Aleex & the rest of the entertainment staff were great, they had most everyone participating in every event. Daniell from Tripcentral was great & very helpful.

Paradise Village Puerto Vallarta: Belle plage, belles chambres, beaux terrains !

Cadre magnifique, propre, méticuleux, avec une situation merveilleuse et tranquille. Il n'y a qu'un buffet, un à la carte et deux bars de plage. Je n'ai pas aimé le fait que les serveurs du bar de la plage devaient vous servir. Cela nous empêchait de participer aux activités, de nous détendre sur la plage, etc. La nourriture dans l'ensemble était bonne....pas spectaculaire, et souvent répétitive. Nous y sommes restés une semaine. Le service est bon. La plupart des employés parlent environ 20 mot [... lire plus]s d'anglais, il faut donc espérer que vous connaissez un peu l'espagnol. Le personnel de la réception a été très bon et le check-out s'est déroulé sans problème. Nous avons utilisé la suite gratuite au moment du départ car nous avions un vol de retour tardif. Elle était magnifique et comprenait une cuisine complète, plusieurs douches, des salons, et correspondait à ce dont nous avions besoin.

Nice beach, rooms, grounds! Beautiful setting, clean, meticulously, with wonderful quiet location. There is only 1 buffet , 1 al a carte, and 2 beach bars. I didn't like the fact that the waiters at the beach bar had to serve you. This delayed our participating in things, relaxing on the beach, etc. The food all around was good....not spectacular, and often repetitive. We were there one week. The service is good. Most staff speak about 20 words of English, so hopefully you know some Spanish. The front desk staff were very good and the check out went flawlessly. We used the complimentary guest suite on checkout as we had a late flight home. It was beautiful and included a full kitchen , multiple showers, lounge areas, and was just what we needed.

Propreté de l'hôtel, modeste cependant, bonne nourriture et service de bar, le groom Roberto était génial, sympathique et désireux d'aider, pas de mini-bar et une seule bouteille d'eau ??? Dans l'ensemble, bon rapport qualité/prix, les clients qui reviennent ont même organisé un dîner en bord de mer pour les clients qui reviennent, plus de 50 personnes, ce qui doit signifier quelque chose

Great location Clean resort modest though,good food and bar service bellhop Roberto was great personable and eager to help, no mini bars and 1 bottle of water??? Overall good value return guest even hosted dinner beachfront for returning guests over50 people must mean something nice touch

Cette propriété est magnifique et dispose d'un agencement incroyable avec une piscine sans fin et un toit surplombant la plage. C'est l'idéal pour les voyageurs ayant des limitations physiques pour admirer l'océan tout en savourant une Margarita. Le personnel est attentif et tous les petits détails, comme un chocolat déposé sur l'oreiller chaque soir, m'ont permis de me sentir bien accueillie. L'hôtel est exceptionnellement propre et tout le monde nous a accueillis à bras ouverts. Amazing and great for wheelchair accessibility This property is gorgeous with an unbelievable layout with an endless pool and a roof top overlooking the beach. This is ideal for travellers with physical limitations to admire the ocean at the same time enjoy a Margarita. The staff is attentive and all fine details of a chocolate placed on top of your pillow each night made me feel welcome. The hotel is exceptionally clean and everyone welcomed us with open arms. The four restaurants are a must with an exceptional dining experience at the Pacific Express (French Restaurant). I will definitely go back to Playa Mita!

CHFI et Trip Central ont choisi un endroit idéal pour notre voyage gratuit. L'hôtel était magnifique, le service excellent, la nourriture superbe. Le surf était un peu trop agité pour nager, mais la plage était superbe pour se détendre et se promener sur des kilomètres.

Thank you CHFI & Trip Central CHFI & Trip Central picked out a great location for our free trip. Hotel was beautiful, service was excellent, food was superb. Surf was a little too choppy to actually go swimming but the beach was superb for relaxing and walking for miles.

Il faut qu'ils trouvent une méthode pour garder la nourriture chaude, la nourriture des buffets était généralement tiède ou froide. Les tacos au restaurant mexicain étaient horribles...allez savoir pourquoi ? Le personnel était AMAZING !!!! Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.

The Resort was SPECTACULAR!!!!!!!! They need to come up with a method for keeping food hot, food at the buffets was usually luke warm/cold. Tacos at the Mexican Restaurant were awful...go figure? The staff was AMAZING!!!! We would definitely go back.

LE SERVICE ÉTAIT EXCELLENT ET LE TERRAIN ÉTAIT TRÈS PROPRE. LA ZONE ÉTAIT SÛRE ET LE PERSONNEL TRÈS SERVIABLE. LE TEMPS ÉTAIT EXCELLENT ET LA PLAGE ÉTAIT TRÈS PROPRE ET CONFORTABLE. LE BUS LOCAL ÉTAIT TOUJOURS DISPONIBLE ET LE CENTRE-VILLE ÉTAIT TRÈS PROCHE POUR S'Y RENDRE CHAQUE JOUR.

GROUNDS VERY CLEAN. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE GROUNDS WERE VERY CLEAN. AREA WAS SAFE AND STAFF VERY HELPFUL. WEATHER WAS EXCELLENT AND BEACH AREA WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE TO BE AT. THE LOCAL BUS WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE AND DOWNTOWN WAS VERY CLOSE TO TRAVEL TO EACH DAY.

C'était un centre de villégiature extraordinaire. Le personnel était si amical et se mettait en quatre pour aider. La nourriture était fraîche et savoureuse. Le complexe était magnifiquement décoré et propre. J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Awesome Resort This was an amazing resort. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help. The food was fresh and tasty. The resort was beautifully decorated and kept clean. I would go back in a heart beat.

Barcelo Puerto Vallarta: Excellent centre de villégiature !

C'est le personnel qui fait de ce centre de villégiature un véritable succès. Ils ont TOUJOURS le sourire et ne disent jamais non même s'ils ne peuvent pas aider. Marisol (serveur à LaCantina) et Antonio (snack bar) se sont vraiment distingués. Je n'ai rien de négatif à dire, les chambres sont immenses, les lits sont confortables, la sélection de nourriture est excellente. C'est un petit complexe, il n'y a donc pas de boîte de nuit et c'est hors des sentiers battus, donc tranquille. La plage est [... lire plus] plus petite et les locaux proposent un peu de tout, des seadoo aux bateaux privés pour faire de la plongée en apnée à Los Arcos. Je reviendrais certainement ici !

Great resort! The staff certainly make this resort. They ALWAYS have a smile on their face and never say no even though they may not be able to help. Marisol(server @ LaCantina) and Antonio(snack bar bar) really stood out. I don't have anything negative to say, rooms are huge, beds are comfortable, food selection is great. This is a smaller resort so there is no nightclub and it is off the beaten path so it's quiet. Beach is smaller and the locals offer a bit of everything from seadoo's to private boats to snorkel in Los Arcos. Definitely would stay here again!

Samba Vallarta: Raisonnable au mieux

De la fuite des toilettes à la facturation d'un supplément de 40,00 par nuit pour obtenir un balcon, le Samba Vallarta a été une déception. Le personnel était formidable mais la direction nous a menti. Nous voulions obtenir une chambre avec balcon, mais on nous a dit que l'hôtel était complet. Nous avons ensuite demandé à un membre du personnel pourquoi le restaurant de la plage était fermé ce soir-là. On nous a dit que le complexe n'était rempli qu'à 52 % et que le restaurant de la plage était  [... lire plus]donc toujours fermé. Ils nous ont finalement transférés pour les 3 dernières nuits de notre séjour dans une chambre avec balcon pour 120,00. Le bar de la plage ferme à 18 h. Si vous voulez socialiser le soir, vous devez rester dans le hall de l'hôtel....oui, le hall de l'hôtel sans vue sur l'océan.

Reasonable at best From the leaky toilet to getting charged 40.00 per night extra to get a balcony, the Samba Vallarta was a let down. Staff was great but lied to by the management. We wanted to get moved to a balcony room but was told that the resort was full. We later talked to a staff member about why the beach restaurant was closed that evening. We were informed that the resort was only 52% full so they always close the beach restaurant. They finally moved us for the last 3 nights of our stay to a balcony room for 120.00. Beach bar closes at 6pm .If you want to socialize in the evenings you have to hang in the hotel lobby....yes, the hotel lobby with no view of the ocean.

Decameron Los Cocos Guayabitos Ramada: C'est du vrai mexico et c'est très sympathique

Cela fait dix ans que je viens, les gens sont formidables et le service est exceptionnel. La ville est absolument incroyable et se souvient de nous chaque année. L'hôtel est un 3 étoiles mais pour nous, il est parfait. Si vous voulez vivre la véritable expérience mexicaine, c'est l'endroit où il faut venir. Ne vous inquiétez pas pour votre sécurité. Demandez toujours des informations à votre agent de voyage si vous souhaitez une chambre spécifique ou si vous avez d'autres questions. Profitez du  [... lire plus]De Cameron los cocos et de la cervaza sur l'océan.

This real mexico and very friendly Well I have been coming for ten years and the people are great and the service is outstanding. The town is absolutely amazing and still remember us every year. The hotel is a 3 star but to us is perfect. If you want to have the real mexico experience this the place to come to. Do not be concerned for your safety here. Always ask your travel agent for any information if you want a specific room or any other questions. Enjoy the De Cameron los cocos and have a cervaza on the ocean.

Samba Vallarta: Idéal pour les personnes âgées

Si vous voyagez avec des enfants en bas âge ou si vous avez plus de 65 ans, c'est l'hôtel qu'il vous faut. Si vous vous situez entre les deux, choisissez un autre établissement. La plupart des activités sont réservées aux enfants de moins de 12 ans, y compris la discothèque. Il y a un bon restaurant/bar du côté de l'océan et de la piscine qui ferme à 18 heures. Si vous voulez boire un verre après cela, il y a un petit bar près du restaurant en face de la discothèque pour enfants (pas de places a [... lire plus]ssises, juste debout) ou un bar fermé dans le hall pour ceux qui aiment aller au Mexique et s'asseoir à l'intérieur. Il y a un restaurant buffet et 2 restaurants à la carte, cependant, si l'hôtel est occupé à moins de 80%, ils n'ouvrent pas le deuxième restaurant, c'est la première fois que je vais dans un all inclusive où il n'y a rien à faire après 18h à part dîner. L'hôtel a désespérément besoin d'être entretenu et nettoyé. Nos chambres avaient de la moisissure au dos des rideaux et dans les salles de bains. Les lavabos et les douches mettaient 20 minutes à se vider mais les toilettes fuyaient continuellement sur le sol. Au moment de notre réservation, il n'y avait aucune mention nulle part que pour avoir un balcon, il fallait être surclassé. Le site web indiquait simplement que certaines chambres étaient dotées d'un balcon. C'était décevant. Il nous a fallu 3 jours pour obtenir des chambres avec balcon (moyennant un supplément de 45 $ par nuit). Le personnel de la réception nous a dit qu'ils étaient pleins mais les responsables de la sécurité nous ont dit que l'hôtel était occupé à 52% (d'où la fermeture d'un restaurant) Tout le personnel du bar et du restaurant était excellent et la nourriture était bonne.

Great for Seniors If you are travelling with small children or are over 65, then this is the resort for you. If you are anywhere in between , then pick another resort. Pretty much all the activities are for children under 12 and that includes the "disco". There is a nice restaurant/bar on the ocean side and by the pool that closes at 6pm. If you want a drink after that there is a small bar by the restaurant in front of the kids disco ( no seating , just standing) or a enclosed lobby bar for those who like to go to mexico and sit indoors. There is one buffet restaurant and 2 a la carte restaurants, however, if the hotel is less than 80% occupied, they do not open the second restaurant, First time I have been to an all inclusive where there is nothing to do after 6pm except have dinner. The resort is in desperate need of maintenance and cleaning. Our rooms had mold on the backs of the curtains and in the bathrooms. Sinks and showers took 20 minutes to drain but the toilet was a continual leak onto the floor .At the time of our booking, there was no mention anywhere that to have a balcony it was an upgrade. Web site just said some rooms with balcony. That was disappointing. Took us 3 days to get rooms with balconies ( at an additional charge of $45.00 per night) . Desk staff told us they were full but the Security people told us the hotel was at 52% occupancy ( hence the one restaurant being closed) All the bar and restaurant staff were excellent and the food was good.

Riu Vallarta: On ne peut pas demander mieux

Bon hôtel, tout le monde était très amical et accommodant. L'hôtel est bien situé et tout est à proximité. Marcher le long de la plage pour voir les tortues nicher... et peut-être voir les bébés tortues faire leur chemin jusqu'à la mer !

Cant ask for more Good Hotel, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Nicely set up with everything close by. Walk down the beach to see the turtles nesting... and maybe get to see baby turtles making there way to the sea!
