Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Une station balnéaire vaste mais fabuleuse, avec beaucoup d'action

Dans l'ensemble, un excellent centre de villégiature et je reviendrai et recommanderai ce centre de villégiature à tous ceux qui m'écoutent. Nous (ma copine et moi) avons séjourné au Grand Bahia Principe Punta Cana pendant 7 jours à partir du 23 février 2019. En bref... nous avons passé un excellent moment et nous reviendrons certainement dans ce complexe. Positifs - l'emplacement était génial et à seulement 35 minutes de l'aéroport ; les plages étaient belles et sans algues sur les plages ;  [... lire plus]le climat était de 28 degrés Celsius tous les jours avec une brise de l'eau ; les boissons coulaient à flot ; la nourriture était bonne et les restaurants de spécialités étaient encore meilleurs.... surtout le restaurant de steaks "On the Grill" ; les piscines étaient très fréquentées et il y avait beaucoup d'action et de plaisir ; les divertissements étaient bons ; un service de voiturettes de golf pour vous emmener autour de ce grand complexe si vous ne voulez pas marcher ; les terrains étaient pittoresques et immaculés ; de nombreuses commodités telles que des boutiques de cadeaux, des magasins, une salle de sport, une discothèque, un casino, etc ; on avait l'impression de vivre dans un petit village ; plusieurs places publiques pour s'asseoir et profiter de boissons/café/divertissements ; tout simplement un endroit idéal pour passer des vacances. Négatifs : nous avons dû attendre une chambre au moment de l'enregistrement... nous avons attendu environ une heure et demie... ils ont mal communiqué avec nous pendant que nous attendions... nous ne savons pas pourquoi nous avons attendu... ils ne nous ont pas donné la possibilité d'aller chercher une boisson ou de profiter de l'établissement pendant que nous attendions notre chambre. Je pense qu'il y avait des moustiques dans notre chambre... mes jambes ont été piquées assez souvent. A part ces petits problèmes ... Je ne peux pas dire assez de bien de ce complexe ... si vous voulez séjourner dans un complexe très animé avec beaucoup de gens et des tonnes d'action ... c'est l'endroit où il faut être ! !!!

Large but Fabulous Resort with lots of action Overall a great resort and I will return and recommend this resort to anyone who listens to me. We (my girlfriend and I) stayed at Grand Bahia Principe Punta Cana for 7 days starting Feb 23rd 2019. In short... we had a great time and we definitely will return to this resort. Positives - location was great and only 35 minutes from the airport ; beaches were beautiful and no seaweed on beaches; climate was 28 degrees Celsius everyday with a breeze off the water; drinks were flowing; food was good and specialty restaurants were even better ... especially the steak place "On the Grill" ; pools were busy with lots of action and fun; entertainment was good; golf cart service to take you around this large resort if you don't want to walk; grounds were picturesque and immaculate; many ammenities such as gift shops, stores, gym, disco, casino, etc; felt like you were living in a tiny village; several public squares to sit and enjoy drinks/coffee/entertainment; just a great place to spend a vacation. Negatives - had to wait for a room at check in time ... waited approx 1.5 hrs ...they did a poor job communicating with us while we were waiting ...don't know the reason why we waited ... they did not give us options to go get a drink or enjoy the facility while we waited for our room. I think we had some mosquitos in our room ... my legs got bit quite a bit. Other than these small issues ... I can't say enough good things about this resort ... if you want to stay at a very busy resort with lots of people and tons of action ... this is the place to be !!!!

Ma femme et moi avons passé de merveilleuses vacances à l'Aquamarine Bahia principe hotels and resort. Le personnel est très gentil et la plage est propre. Nous avons apprécié chaque instant. La nourriture est bonne et le service est parfait

Great resort My wife and I had wonderful vacations in the Aquamarine Bahia principe hotels and resort. Staff is very nice the beach is clean . We have enjoyed every moment there. Food is good and the service is perfect

Bahia Principe Explore La Romana: Bon centre de villégiature

Séjourner du côté de la famille et n'a pas eu de problèmes avec les enfants, belle piscine et plage, cependant l'eau est un peu difficile à entrer et l'eau est trouble en raison de la rivière située à proximité . N'a pas été impressionné par les restaurants, mais le buffet principal était bon. Les chambres sont agréables

Good resort Stayed on the family side and had no issues with kids, beautiful pool and beach, however water is a little difficult to enter and water is murky due to river located nearby . Wasn’t impressed with restaurants but the main buffet was good. Rooms are nice

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Pas si luxueux

Ce centre de villégiature nous a été chaudement recommandé. Nous voyageons beaucoup et je dois dire que pour nous, ce n'était pas le luxe auquel nous nous attendions. Le terrain est magnifique et très bien entretenu. Le personnel est sympathique et arrangeant. Les chambres ont besoin d'être rénovées, en particulier les salles de bains. La plage est parfaite pour les petits enfants. J'aime nager un peu plus loin, mais ce n'est pas possible car l'eau n'arrive qu'à la taille si on a de la chan [... lire plus]ce. Elle est en quelque sorte clôturée car les vagues sont très hautes, mais l'eau est cristalline. Il y a une soirée de célébration mexicaine, mais il faut payer pour y assister, ce qui est très décevant. Nous avons refusé de le faire car c'était assez cher. Nous nous sommes dit que dans un hôtel de luxe, cela devrait être inclus. La nourriture était correcte, pour tout le monde quelque chose, mais pas de facteur d'émerveillement non plus. Les navettes entre les resorts sont une bonne chose. En résumé, je ne considérerais pas ce complexe comme un hôtel de luxe 5*

Not so luxury This resort actually was highly recommended to us. We do travel a lot and I have to say, for us it was not the luxury we expected. The grounds were beautiful and very well kept. The staff is nice and accommodating. The rooms need some updating, especially the bathrooms. The beach is perfect for little kids. I like to swim out a bit but that is not possible since the water only reaches your waist if you are lucky. It is kind of fenced off since the waves are very high.The water however is crystal clear. They have a mexican celebration evening but you have to pay to attend which was very disappointing. We refused to do so since it was quite expensive. We figured at a luxury hotel this should be included. The food was ok, for everyone something but no wow factor either. The shuttle buses between the resorts are a nice touch. All in all, i would not consider this resort a 5* Luxury

Bahia Principe Explore La Romana: C'est un bon choix.

Magnifique terrain bien entretenu, bonne nourriture, personnel sympathique, hébergement propre et confortable. Nous voulions échapper à l'hiver en Ontario et nous pensons que nous n'aurions pas pu faire un meilleur choix. Nous espérons revenir.

Good choice. Beautiful well kept grounds, good food, friendly staff, clean and comfortable accommodation. We were looking to escape winter in Ontario and feel we could not have made a better choice. We hope to return.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Décent et agréable

Le BP Akumal était un très bon endroit pour se sentir chez soi pendant une semaine. L'hébergement était raisonnable (les lits laissaient un peu à désirer, du moins dans notre unité. Il s'agissait de lits jumeaux et ils n'étaient pas confortables) ; la propriété était globalement très bonne - tout était facile à atteindre à pied et à proximité ; on pouvait toujours trouver une chaise longue sur la plage ; le personnel était très amical et accessible. La nourriture, en particulier au restaurant bu [... lire plus]ffet principal, était très bonne. Il y avait beaucoup de choix et c'était délicieux. Il n'y a que deux choses que nous n'avons pas aimées dans ce complexe (à part les lits). 1) Bien que nous ayons essayé de réserver nos restaurants à la carte dès notre arrivée, il n'y avait pratiquement plus rien (sauf si nous voulions dîner à 22 heures - ce qui n'était pas le cas ! et parfois ce n'était même pas une option). Nous avons dû nous contenter de 4 soirées à la carte sur les 7 nuits que nous avons passées là-bas. L'option mexicaine est médiocre - restez sur le buffet pour le dîner. De plus, 3 des 4 options de repas à la carte n'étaient pas sur notre propriété - nous avons dû aller au Coba resort pour 2 d'entre elles ; l'autre était au Sian Kaan (restaurant japonais). Le seul restaurant que nous avons pu obtenir sur notre propriété était le restaurant italien. Tous les restaurants à la carte étaient excellents (encore une fois, à l'exception du restaurant mexicain). Notre deuxième préoccupation concernait la plage et l'absence d'accès à l'océan. Votre seule option est de nager dans trois minuscules lagons qu'ils ont délimités. La profondeur de l'eau ne dépasse pas la taille. C'est un problème si vous avez des enfants car ils s'ennuieront rapidement - il n'y a pas de jeux dans les vagues, etc. Le seul accès à l'océan est constitué par ces petits lagons, qui sont remplis de monde entre 10 heures et 17 heures. Ma femme adore nager et a dû descendre très tôt le matin pour une petite baignade car personne n'était encore dans l'eau. C'était une courte baignade à cause de la taille du lagon - pas à cause du temps. Mis à part ces quelques problèmes, le complexe est très bien et nous serions heureux d'y retourner. Je lui donne une note de 4,25 sur 5.

Decent & Enjoyable The BP Akumal was a very good place to call home for a week. The accommodations were reasonable (beds a little to be desired though - at least in our unit. They were twin beds and not comfortable); property overall very good - everything was easy to walk to and close; you could always find a lounger on the beach; staff very friendly and accessible. The food, especially in the main buffet restaurant, was very good. There was plenty to choose from and delicious. We would have only 2 things that we didn't like about the resort (apart from the beds). 1) Although we tried to book our a la carte restaurants as soon as we got there, everything was pretty much gone (unless we wanted to eat dinner at 10pm - which we didn't!. and sometimes that wasn't even an option). We had to settle for 4 a la carte nights out of the 7 nights we were there. The Mexican option is poor - stick with the buffet for dinner. Also, 3 of the 4 options for a la carte dining were not on our property - we had to go over to the Coba resort for 2 of them; the other was up at the Sian Kaan (Japanese restaurant). The only one that we could get on our property was the Italian. All the a la carte dining were top drawer (again - except the Mexican). Our 2nd concern was the beach with the lack of ocean access. Your only option is to swim in three tiny lagoons that they have marked off. The water does not get any deeper than waist height. This would be an issue if you have children as they will become quickly bored - there's no playing in the waves, etc. Your only access to the ocean are these little lagoons - and they are filled with people between 10am-5pm. My wife loves to swim and had to go down very early in the morning for a short swim as no one was in the water yet. It was a short swim because of the size of the lagoon - not because of time. Other than those few issues, the resort is very good and we'd be happy to go back. I'd give it a 4.25 out of 5.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Complexe hôtelier très propre

Bonjour, L'hôtel était très propre et la nourriture était excellente. Le personnel était formidable. J'ai été déçu par la fermeture de la piscine tous les jours à 18h00 et par le fait qu'il était presque impossible de trouver une chaise de plage sans avoir à se lever tous les jours à 5h30. Le bar des sports n'était pas en mesure d'obtenir le hockey, ce qui, pour un centre de villégiature dont 99 % des visiteurs sont canadiens, devrait être pris en considération. Very Clean Resort Hello, The resort was very clean and food was amazing. The staff were terrific. I was disappointed with regards to the pool closing each day at 6:00 PM and the fact that it was almost impossible to find a beach chair without having to get up each day at 5:30 AM. The sports bar was not able to get Hockey, which for a resort with 99% of the visitors being Canadian should be taken into consideration. The beds were very hard. Although very lovely we will not be returning.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Le paradis sur terre

Nous avons adoré ce complexe, il avait tout ce que nous voulions. J'ai apprécié les activités, la plage et la piscine. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité de la nourriture. De plus, les gens étaient super gentils et serviables.

Heaven on Earth We loved this resort, it had everything we wanted. I enjoyed the activities and also the beach and pool. We were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. Also the people we super nice and helpful.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

L'hôtel, la station, les piscines, la nourriture, le personnel sont tous excellents, je recommanderais vivement cette station à tout le monde ! Grande animation toute la journée et tous les soirs ! !! Beaucoup de choses à faire dans le village pour faire du shopping et se divertir. Superbe poulet à la grecque !

Amazing resort Hotel, resort, pools, food, staff all top notch, would highly recommend this resort to anyone!!! Great entertainment all day as well as every night!! Lots to do in the village shopping and entertainment. Great jerk chicken!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Traitement exceptionnel des clients

Je commencerai par dire qu'il n'y a pas de commentaires négatifs sur quoi que ce soit en particulier, mais il y a une chose qui m'a vraiment frappé. Mon ami a eu une complication de l'oreille après avoir plongé. Il s'est réveillé à 2 heures du matin et s'est adressé au concierge. Ils ont immédiatement organisé son transport avec la sécurité jusqu'au centre médical. Sur place, l'agent de sécurité est resté avec lui (40 minutes) pendant qu'il était soigné. Ensuite, il a veillé à ce que mon ami re [... lire plus]gagne sa chambre et, le lendemain, nous avons pu obtenir les médicaments prescrits par l'infirmière à la pharmacie de l'hôtel. Mais ce n'est pas tout. Alors que nous prenions notre repas au restaurant méditerranéen (repas fantastique - je recommande vivement l'agneau), une représentante de l'équipe médicale s'est arrêtée à notre table. Elle est venue prendre des nouvelles de mon ami et lui a demandé s'il avait besoin d'autre chose. Cela signifie que a) ils n'ont pas pu nous trouver dans notre chambre, b) ils se sont donné la peine de nous retrouver puisque nous avions réservé, c) ils sont venus jusqu'à nous pour vérifier notre état de santé. Pour moi, c'est incroyablement impressionnant et je recommande vivement ce complexe pour sa rapidité de réaction, son traitement personnalisé et son suivi des clients. De plus, la nourriture était excellente :)

Exceptional treatment of clients I will start off by saying there are no negative comments on anything in particular but there's one thing that really stood out for me. My friend got an ear-complication after diving. Woke up at 2am and went to concierge. They immediately arranged transport for him with security to the medical centre. While there, the security guard stayed with him (a good 40mins) while he received treatment. Afterwards, he made sure my friend got back to his room and the next day, we were able to get the medication the nurse had prescribed from the on-site pharmacy. It didn't stop there. While we were enjoying our meal at the Mediterranean restaurant (fantastic meal - highly recommend the lamb), a representative from the medical team stopped by our table. She came to check up on my friend and asked if he needed anything else. That means, a) they couldn't find us in our room, b) they went through all the trouble of tracking us down since we had booked our reservation, c) came all the way to check on us. That, to me, was incredibly impressive and I highly recommend this resort for their quick response, personal treatment, and follow through with their guests. Also, the food was amazing. :)

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Grand centre de villégiature...

L'hôtel était super... le terrain est immaculé et très bien entretenu. Il y a deux piscines dans la partie réservée aux adultes : la piscine tranquille et la piscine animée. Nous avons passé la plupart de notre temps dans la piscine tranquille, où il est facile d'obtenir des boissons et où il y a beaucoup de chaises longues pour les clients. La réservation des restaurants a été un peu difficile... mais nous avons réussi à manger là où nous le souhaitions. L'alcool était de première qualité... y  [... lire plus]compris le Crown Royal ! Le personnel était formidable....il a vraiment essayé de satisfaire tout le monde. La plage était très propre....mais si vous n'êtes pas là à 10 heures du matin, vous n'aurez pas de chaise longue....la plage est très fréquentée ! Dans l'ensemble, j'y retournerais... absolument ! J'ai adoré le resort....La Romana est l'endroit où il faut aller.

Great Resort... The hotel was great...the grounds are immaculate very well taken care of. They have 2 pools in the adult section..the quiet pool and the "busy pool'...we spent most of our time in the quiet pool side....easy to get drinks and lots of loungers for the guest's. Booking the restaurants was a little trying...however we managed to eat at places where we wanted. The booze was top shelf...including Crown Royal ! The staff was great....they really tried to accommodate everyone. The beach was very clean....however if you are not there by 10 A.M. you will not get a lounger....the beach is busy ! Overall would I go there again...absolutely! I loved the resort....La Romana is the place to go.

Loved every minute! The hotel was beautiful, clean and our room was amazing with beautiful water views. The food was delicious. Several a la carte restaurants to choose from. All employees were there to make your stay unforgettable. Such nice people. Can’t say enough about how kind they were! Would go back in a flash👍🏖🥃🍺🍷

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Station exceptionnelle ! Absolument paradisiaque !!!

Nous avons séjourné au Grand Bahia Punta Cana royal golden pendant 7 jours et nous avons été époustouflés par l'ensemble de l'expérience ! Le personnel est incroyable, très heureux et amical, des gens gentils qui vont sortir de leur chemin, au-dessus et au-delà de tout ce que vous voulez ou avez besoin. Nous avons séjourné dans la villa 4 et notre femme de ménage était merveilleuse. Nous l'avons adorée. Nous avons également eu affaire à Maria, du Royal Golden Lobby, qui a été formidable ! L [... lire plus]a plage était magnifique ainsi que les piscines et la nourriture était fantastique ! Le golden grill était absolument phénoménal aussi. Honnêtement, nous avons été époustouflés et n'avons jamais voulu partir, bien sûr parce que c'était des vacances, mais parce que c'était un paradis absolu et que tout le monde était si gentil et heureux. Nous avions l'impression d'être chez nous, loin de chez nous, grâce au personnel. Nous sommes impatients d'y retourner et nous ne reviendrons probablement jamais à Grand Bahias après cette merveilleuse expérience !

Exceptional resort! Absolutely Paradise!!! We stayed at the Grand Bahia Punta Cana royal golden for 7 days and we were blown away with the entire experience! The staff are incredible, very happy and friendly, kind people that will go out of there way, above and beyond for anything you want or need. We stayed in villa 4 and our cleaning lady was wonderful. We absolutely loved her. We also dealt with Maria from the royal golden lobby and she was great! The beach was beautiful as well as the pools and the food was fantastic! The golden grill was absolutely phenomenal as well. We honestly were blown away and didn’t ever want to leave, of course because it was vacation but because it was an absolute paradise and everyone was so kind and happy. This felt like a home away from home all because of the staff. We cannot wait to go back and will likely only ever return to grand bahias after this wonderful experience!

L'hôtel lui-même était agréable, le terrain était magnifique. Le système de transport des personnes était excellent. Mais lorsque des problèmes sont survenus, le service clientèle a été terrible. Il n'y avait pas assez de personnel parlant anglais. Nous sommes passés d'un employé à l'autre à plusieurs reprises.

Terrible customer service The hotel itself was nice the grounds were beautiful. The system for getting people around was great. But when issues came up their customer services was terrible. There was not enough staff the could speak English. Were bumped from staff to staff several times.

Bahia Principe Explore Legend: Un lieu de villégiature idéal pour les familles

Le centre de villégiature était au-delà de nos rêves ! Le terrain était impeccable et il y avait tant de choses à faire pour les enfants, la programmation était excellente ! Chaque soir, les enfants avaient droit à une danse et ils pouvaient participer à des concours sur le pont de la piscine. Le buffet était excellent et les restaurants à la carte tout aussi bons (sauf le Tex-Mex). Si vous le pouvez, essayez la fusion japonaise et le Teppanyaki pour un vrai régal. Nous n'avons que peu fréq [... lire plus]uenté la plage (les vagues étaient hautes et les enfants n'aimaient pas trop ça), mais d'après ce que nous avons pu voir, elle était agréable, bien qu'un peu bondée. Il est plus facile de trouver des chaises longues près des piscines qu'au bord de la plage. Les chambres étaient vraiment propres, mais les couloirs sont assez bruyants, alors essayez de ne pas faire de bruit le soir lorsque vous rentrez dans votre chambre, au cas où d'autres voyageurs dormiraient - comme il s'agit d'un complexe familial, beaucoup d'entre nous se retirent tôt (22h, ce qui n'est pas si tôt que ça). Les spectacles étaient amusants, mais ils ne sont pas tous adaptés aux enfants, alors faites attention. Mirabel, qui est la coordinatrice des événements pour enfants, est fantastique et fait vraiment tout son possible pour que les enfants se sentent bien accueillis. Les boissons des bars des piscines semblent un peu édulcorées (alors n'hésitez pas à en boire plusieurs !), mais celles du lobby principal sont très fortes, alors faites attention ! Nous avons également fait l'excision des Pirates des Caraïbes et c'est très amusant pour les enfants. Ils s'efforcent d'occuper les enfants pendant le trajet vers la plongée avec tuba, les raies pastenagues et les requins, et ils organisent un jeu amusant sur le chemin du retour. Nous avons été très impressionnés par cette excursion et par le fait qu'elle était très bien adaptée aux enfants. Nos amis avec qui nous avons voyagé ont vu leur fils contracter la maladie de la main, du pied et de la bouche vers la fin du voyage, c'est donc quelque chose à surveiller, mais avec un endroit aussi accueillant pour les enfants, je soupçonne que les jouets, etc. du club pour enfants ne sont pas toujours aussi bien nettoyés qu'ils peuvent l'être ici en Amérique du Nord. Mis à part ce problème à la fin, nous avons passé un moment fantastique et nous recommanderions cet endroit à toute famille à la recherche d'une aventure amusante à Punta Cana !

Great, family-friendly resort The resort was beyond our dreams! The grounds were immaculate and there were so many things for the kids to do, the programming was excellent! Each night the kids had dances and there were contest on the pool deck for them to participate in. The buffet food was great and à la carte restaurants equally good (except the Tex-Mex). If you can, try the Japanese fusion and the Teppanyaki for a real treat. We only hung out at the beach a little (the waves were high and the kiddies didn't like that so much) but from what we could see it was nice, albeit a little crowded. Easier to get sun chairs by the pools than at the beachfront. The rooms were really clean, however the hallways are quite echo-y and noisy, so try and remember to stay quiet at night when returning to your room in case fellow travellers are sleeping - being the family resort, many of us retire early-ish (10pm which really isn't that early). The shows were fun, however not all of them are kid-friendly so watch out for those. Mirabel, who is the kids event coordinator is fantastic and really goes out of her way to make the kids feel welcome. Drinks at the swim-up bars seem a little watered down (so feel free to pound back quite a few!) but the ones at the main-lobby are full-strength so watch out! We also did the Pirates of the Caribbean excision and it is great fun for kids. They do a good job of keeping the kids occupied while travelling out to the snorkelling, sting rays and sharks and have a fun play on the way back. We were really impressed with this trip and how well suited it was for the kids. Our friends that we travelled with did have their son contract Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease near the end of the trip so that it something to watch out for, but with a place that is this kid-friendly, I suspect the toys, etc. at the Kids Club aren't always as well cleaned as they may be here in North America. Other than that hiccup at the end, we had a fantastic time and would recommend this place to any family looking for a fun adventure in Punta Cana!

Bahia Principe Explore Turquesa: Un centre de vacances magnifique et accueillant !

Le terrain était impeccable, on n'arrête pas d'y travailler. Le personnel était amical partout où nous sommes allés. Les chambres étaient propres et la nourriture très bonne. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuses et très relaxantes. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.

Beautiful and friendly resort! The grounds were immaculate, the never stop working on them. The staff was friendly everywhere we went. The rooms were clean and the food was extremely good. All in all it was a wonderful and very relaxing holiday. We would definitely go back.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Un centre de villégiature agréable.

Nous avons séjourné à Akumal le 18 février pendant 7 jours. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons apprécié notre séjour. La nourriture au buffet était très bonne, toujours un bon choix. Nous n'avons pas essayé les restaurants à la carte parce que nous n'aimons pas avoir à respecter un horaire quelconque lorsque nous voyageons et qu'il faut réserver une heure. D'autres voyageurs nous ont dit que la nourriture dans ces restaurants était bonne. La piscine et la plage étaient agréables. Nous avons cep [... lire plus]endant dû jouer au jeu de la serviette certains matins pour obtenir des chaises longues pour obtenir des chaises longues. Les matins où nous ne l'avons pas fait, il était difficile d'obtenir des chaises. Le personnel était très aimable partout dans le complexe. Bon service de boissons autour de la piscine et de la plage. Notre chambre était agréable mais sentait un peu le renfermé. C'est un endroit tropical et nous étions au rez-de-chaussée donc un peu difficile à éviter. Je ne donnerais pas cinq étoiles à la chambre. Elle avait besoin d'être rénovée. Notre séjour a été très relaxant et agréable. Merci Bahia !

Nice Resort. We stayed at Akumal Feb 18 for 7 days. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The food in the buffet was very good, always a nice selection. We didn't try any a la carte restaurants because we don't like having to keep any type of schedule while travelling and you had to reserve a time. We did hear from other travellers that the food in these restaurants was good. The pool and beach areas were nice. We did however have to play the towel game some mornings to get pool loungers. On mornings we didn't, chairs were hard to get. The staff were very friendly everywhere on the resort. Good drink service around the pool and beach area. Our room was nice but a bit musty smelling. Its a tropical place and we were on the ground floor so a little hard to avoid. I wouldn't give the room a five star. It needed some updating for sure. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: De bons moments

Nous avons passé un bon moment au grand bahia principe punta cana. Le complexe est très propre, la nourriture et les boissons étaient bonnes. Vous n'avez droit qu'à 3 cartes à la carte dont l'une était réservée à 21h30, bien trop tard pour que nous puissions manger. Certaines personnes n'ont pas eu de cartes à la carte Dans l'ensemble, le soleil brillait et nous avons passé un bon moment avec nos amis et notre famille

Good times We had a good time at grande bahia principe punta cana. The resort is very clean, the food and drinks were good. You are only allowed 3 a la cartes one was booked at 9:30pm way to late for us to eat. Some people didnt get any a la cartes Overall the sun was shining and we had a great time with friends and family

Bahia Principe Explore Legend: TRES BIEN

C'ÉTAIT UN PEU COMME DISNEY WORLD. Personnel merveilleux, nourriture décente, activités géniales pour les enfants, partout si propre et si beau. Tous les restaurants ont une très bonne cuisine. Les employés sont très sympathiques et serviables, ils vont au-delà de l'aide qu'ils peuvent vous apporter. Ils veulent s'assurer que vous êtes heureux. Je recommanderais vivement cette propriété pour l'une des raisons suivantes : la propriété a beaucoup d'activités et de divertissements. La plage est  [... lire plus]très belle et grande et ils fournissent également des repas sur la plage.

VERY NICE IT WAS A LITTLE DISNEY WORLD. Wonderful staff, decent food, awesome activities for the kids, everywhere so clean and beautiful. All the restaurants have very good food . The employees are very friendly and helpful they go beyond helping you. They want to make sure you are happy . I would highly recommend this property because of one of the reasons the property has a lot of actives and a lot of entertainment. The beach is very beautiful and large and they also provide meals on the beach.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Une expérience étonnante

Cette destination était extraordinaire. La nourriture, le service, les chambres, les équipements et le personnel sont tous 5 étoiles. Le seul reproche est qu'ils ont réduit les activités pour occuper les après-midi en échange d'"expériences" comme des dégustations
