Magnifique terrain, bonne nourriture, personnel formidable. Prenez une planche de surf pour profiter de l'océan. La plage est longue et belle et le personnel est très attentif à ce que vous ayez une palapa. Tout est beau et propre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié Glennis, Geovanni, Claudia et Hervey. Ils ont tous fait un effort supplémentaire pour rendre nos vacances agréables.

Beautiful resort Beautiful grounds, good food, great staff. Take a boogie board to enjoy the ocean . The beach is long and beautiful with very attentive staff making sure you have a palapa. Everything is nice and clean. We really enjoyed Glennis, geovanni, Claudia and hervey. They all went the extra mile to make our vacation great.

Crown Paradise Golden: L'hôtel montre qu'il a pris de l'âge, à peine 3 étoiles,,,,

Exemple : Que pensez-vous de cet hôtel ? les clients qui arrivent sont soumis à une longue harangue sur une visite de 90 minutes, avec petit déjeuner et alcool "gratuits". L'emplacement de la chambre est terrible, située au-dessus du bar principal, extrêmement bruyante, avec une odeur de fumée,... la télévision est usée... les ascenseurs fonctionnent de façon irrégulière, le terrain est correct... la nourriture n'est pas excellente,... j'ai essayé toutes les salles à manger... . la nourriture es [... lire plus]t juste correcte, mais très sombre, apportez une lampe de poche ... beaucoup l'ont fait ... le "Fujiyama" japonais était bien éclairé et excellent.

Resort showing it's age ,barely 3 star,,, Example: What did you think about  this hotel? (grounds, public areas, rooms, dining, features, etc.) Incoming guestst are subjected to a long harangue on a 90 minute tour shares selloff,with "free" breakfast and liquor..room location terrible ,located above the main bar,extremely noisy ,plus smoking smell,..TV well worn..elevators erratic operation,grounds OK ..Food not stellar, ..tried all dining rooms . food just OK,but very dark,bring a flashlite ..many did .. the Japanese "Fujiyama" was well lit and great.

L'endroit est super, très propre et tout le personnel est super, ils sont là pour les clients et font en sorte que ce soit un plaisir d'être là, la nourriture était bonne, les boissons étaient excellentes. Je recommanderais cet endroit. J'ai passé un excellent moment

Riu Palace Pacifico: J'adore cet endroit !

Je suis allée deux fois dans ce centre de villégiature et j'y retournerai sans aucun doute ! J'adore le personnel qui répond à toutes vos demandes et rend vos vacances extraordinaires ! L'emplacement est excellent et le temps est parfait.

Love this place! I have been to this resort twice now and will definitely be going back! I love the staff who accommodate your every request and make your vacation experience amazing! The location is excellent and the weather is perfect.

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Très bon moment avec mes fils.

C'était notre premier voyage dans le Sud ensemble. Nous avons passé un excellent moment à un prix très intéressant. L'hôtel n'est pas très chic mais tous nos besoins ont été satisfaits. On pouvait toujours trouver quelque chose à manger au buffet... le four à pizza frais était génial. Les Ala Cartes étaient corrects mais le système de réservation pourrait être amélioré (file d'attente aux premières heures du matin). Mes garçons ont apprécié la discothèque qui était occupée tous les soirs ! J'y r [... lire plus]etournerai sans aucun doute.

Great time with my sons. It was our first trip South together. We had a wonderful time for a great price. Resort is not super fancy but all our needs were met. Could always find something to eat on the buffet... fresh pizza oven was awesome. Ala Cartes were decent but could improve on the reservation system (waiting in line in the early morning hours). My boys enjoyed the disco which was busy every night! Would definitely go back again.

Decameron Los Cocos Guayabitos Ramada: Très belles vacances

Il pleuvait lorsque nous avons atterri, j'étais donc un peu déçue, mais nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel et ils ont été très amicaux et très serviables ..... Nous sommes arrivés à nos chambres, ce sont des chambres moyennes mais elles fonctionnent, c'est un endroit assez grand mais à long terme, cela valait l'argent et nous avons passé un bon moment et nous nous sommes fait beaucoup de nouveaux amis

Very nice vacation It was raining when we landed so I was a little disappointed but we got to our hotel and they were very friendly and very helpful ....we got to our rooms ,they are your average rooms but they work , it's a pretty big place but in the long run it was worth the money and we had a great time and made lots of new friends

Première fois au Mexique, j'ai adoré tout ce qu'il y avait à faire : la station, la vue, la nourriture, le temps, le shopping et l'aventure <3 Moi, mon mari et 2 de nos amis sommes allés ensemble et nous avons apprécié chaque chose et nous nous sommes beaucoup amusés et j'aimerais y aller encore et encore pour faire ce que j'ai manqué de faire aussi l'un des spectacles les plus étonnants que nous avons vu c'est Rythmes des nuits , le plus beau et romantique Shaw que j'ai vu , J'ai adoré

Excellent hôtel avec un excellent service, du concierge aux serveurs et au personnel. Il y avait une très bonne variété de plats et ils ont été très accommodants pour cuisiner nos prises de notre voyage de pêche et ils ont fait un excellent travail. Nous avons été très satisfaits de cette expérience.

Excellent hotel with excellent service from concierge to waiters and staff. There was a very good variety of foods and they were most accommodating to cook up our catch from our fishing trip and they did an excellent job. We were very pleased with the whole experience.

Riu Vallarta: R&R @ RIU Vallarta

Il est difficile de l'expliquer en 200 mots ou moins ! Arrivée, pour une raison quelconque, le personnel a anticipé notre arrivée et nous a surpris. La surprise était que nous prenons habituellement un taxi et personne à ma connaissance n'a su que nous venions - SURPRISE !!! donc FANTASTIQUE !!! CHAMBRE, je pense que les chambres ont besoin d'une mise à jour, bien que propre et frais tous les jours 2 lits jumeaux ensemble pour faire un lit King n'était vraiment pas génial, aussi le lit lui-même  [... lire plus]très dur, juste pour que vous sachiez, pas un gros problème, mais nous aimons le confort. Le réfrigérateur était bien approvisionné, mais nous avons utilisé l'eau et le club soda tous les jours et nous avons découvert qu'ils ne venaient dans la chambre que tous les deux jours, nous avons donc dû le rappeler à la réception qui s'en est occupée. ALIMENTATION C'était fabuleux, rien à redire ! Une mise à jour de la décoration pourrait être envisagée. PLAGE C'est l'endroit où nous aimons être. Propre et bien entretenue. Si vous aviez plus de service sur la plage, ce serait formidable. La seule personne qui travaillait sur la plage a fait un travail fantastique, s'est assurée que nous avions de l'eau et des boissons pendant une partie de la journée - merci En résumé, nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans votre hôtel et nous reviendrons ! It is hard to explain in 200 words or less! Arrival, for some reason the staff anticipated our arrival and surprised us. The surprise was we usually take a cab and no one to my knowledge new we were coming-SURPRISE!! so FANTASTIC!! ROOM, I think the rooms do need some updating although clean and fresh everyday 2 twin beds together to make a King bed was really not great, also the bed itself very hard, just want you to know, not a big deal but we do like comfort. Fridge stocked well although we used the water and club soda up everyday and found out they only came to the room every other day so we needed to remind front desk and they took care of it. FOOD It was fabulous no complaints! An update on decor maybe could be looked at. BEACH This is where we like to be. Clean and well maintained. If you had more service on the beach it would be great. The one person that worked the beach did a fantastic Job, made sure we had water and drinks for part of the day-thanks All in All a great week or so at your HOTEL, WE WILL BE BACK! Riu Flamingos: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

J'ai séjourné une semaine au Riu Jalisco. J'ai passé un séjour extraordinaire. Je recommanderais cet hôtel à tout le monde. La nourriture, l'atmosphère, la nourriture, l'emplacement et le temps étaient incroyables. Je planifie mon prochain voyage au même endroit avec ma famille.

Amazing Resort I stayed for 1 week at the Riu Jalisco. I had a amazing time. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The food the atmosphere , the food, the location and the weather was amazing. I am planning my next trip to the same location with my family.

Plaza Pelicanos Club: Bon centre de villégiature

Bon hôtel si vous êtes célibataire et que vous aimez la vie urbaine, parfois bruyant, la nourriture est moyenne, bon rapport qualité-prix, le personnel était très serviable, les habitants de la ville étaient merveilleux, les chambres sont propres et confortables

Good resort Good resort if you are single and enjoy the city life, can be noisy at times, the food is average, good value for the money, the staff was very helpful, the people in the city were wonderful, the rooms are clean and comfortable

Sunscape Puerto Vallarta: Un bon rapport qualité-prix

Pour le prix, c'était très bien. Le service est exceptionnel. Tout le monde était amical et serviable. La nourriture au buffet était bonne. Nous avons mangé dans les restaurants à la carte quelques fois et ils étaient bons. Le week-end était très occupé par les familles, mais la semaine était calme. La chambre était correcte. Ce n'est pas une chambre 5 étoiles. Nous avions une suite Jr, et le lit caché n'était pas très confortable. La salle de bain aurait besoin d'être refaite. L'emplacement est [... lire plus] bon car proche de la marina et du Melecon. Dans l'ensemble, pour le prix que nous avons payé, c'était très bien et je le recommanderais.

Bang for your buck For the price it was great. The service is outstanding. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The food at the buffet was good. If you are fussy, you may not care for it that much, We ate at the a la carte restaurants a couple time and they were good.. The weekend was very busy with families but during the week was quiet. The room was ok. It is not a 5 star room We had a Jr suite, and the hide a bed was not very comfy. The bathroom could use redoing. Location is good as close to the marina and the melecon. Overall for the price we paid, it was great and would recommend it.

Crown Paradise Golden: LES ADULTES NE SONT PAS AUTORISÉS À SE DÉPLACER !

Si vous recherchez des vacances décontractées et relaxantes, ce complexe est fait pour vous. L'excellent service, les bons restaurants et le service en chambre 7/24 en font un bon choix pour un prix raisonnable. Les seuls points négatifs sont le buffet (le menu est bien meilleur) et le peu d'animation ou de vie nocturne à moins d'aller à la discothèque de l'autre côté de la rue.

ADULTS ONLY ROCKS!! If you're looking for a laid back, relaxing and casual holiday this is the resort for you. Great service, good restaurants and 7/24 room service make this a good choice for a reasonable cost. Only negatives are the buffet ( menu is much better ) and not much in the way of entertainment or night life unless you go to the disco across the street.

Je n'étais pas du tout satisfaite de l'hôtel, c'est un all inclusive et il n'y avait rien à faire pour les adultes. Le bar n'était même pas un bar et personne ne s'en occupait jusqu'au soir. Il n'y avait aucune animation le soir. C'est comme un 3 étoiles pour les jeunes familles car tout semble s'arrêter après le dîner. Je ne recommanderais pas ce complexe à quiconque souhaitant découvrir le Mexique. Il n'y avait même pas de mini bar/frigo dans ce complexe

Friendly vallarta I was not happy at all with the hotel, it is an all inclusive and there was nothing to do for adults. The bar was not even a bar and did not have anyone tending it until the evening. The was no entertainment at all in the evening. It is like a 3 star for young families as everything seems to shut down after dinner. I would not recommend this resort to anyone that wants to experience Mexico at all. There was not even a mini bar/fridge at this resort

Riu Vallarta: De superbes vacances et un bon rapport qualité-prix

Excellente station, excellent rapport qualité-prix et bon accès à tout. Station propre, bien gérée et très accommodante. Le personnel est très sympathique (surtout Isreal) et toujours souriant. Le personnel apprécie vraiment les touristes et fait en sorte que leur voyage en vaille la peine Je recommanderais vivement ce centre de villégiature. Excellent séjour de 11 jours au Riu Vallarta

Great vacation and good value for the money Excellent resort, great value and good access to everything. Clean well ran resort and most accommodating. Staff very friendly (especially Isreal) always pleasant smiling. The staff really value tourists and make they trip worthwhile I would highly recommend this resort in a heartbeat. Buenaventura Grand Hotel and Great Moments: Hôtel Buenaventura

Nous sommes allés à Buenaventura plusieurs fois et nous ne pouvons imaginer qu'il faille améliorer le service, l'hospitalité, la présentation de la nourriture, l'entretien du terrain, l'emplacement et le personnel heureux, l'accueil est si chaleureux et nous nous sentons comme une famille, beaucoup de membres du personnel sont là depuis plusieurs années. J'adore cet hôtel et je prévois d'y retourner très bientôt - nous avons 81/83 ans.

Buenaventura Hotel We have been to Buenaventura several times and can't imagine any improvement is needed in the service, hospitality, food-presentation, grounds-keeping, location and happy staff, the welcome is so warm and we feel like family, many of the staff have been there for several years. I just love this hotel and plan another trip there very soon--we are 81/83 yrs.

J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour à Buenaventura, Puerto Vallarta. L'emplacement est 5 étoiles, à distance de marche du centre-ville et situé sur la plage. Le terrain et la plage sont d'une propreté exceptionnelle et le personnel de l'hôtel, en particulier les serveurs et les barmans, est fantastique. La nourriture était excellente et d'une qualité digne d'une croisière dans les restaurants Ala Carte. Le restaurant de la plage, ouvert à l'heure du déjeuner, proposait une cuisine de qualité et tr [... lire plus]ès variée. La note de quatre étoiles est due au manque de cohérence dans l'offre des bars. Nous aimons le champagne, mais la disponibilité était aléatoire. J'y retournerai....un excellent rapport qualité-prix et un super service !

Great Resort! I really enjoyed my trip to Buenaventura, Puerto Vallarta. The location is 5 star, walking distance to downtown and located on the beach. The grounds and beach are kept exceptionally clean, and the staff at the hotel, particularly the servers and bartenders are fantastic. The food was super and up to cruise quality in the Ala Carte restaurants. The beach restaurant open at lunch time was good food with lots of variety. The four star rating is due to the lack of consistency in bar offerings. We like champagne but availability was hit and miss. I will go back....great value and super service!

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Incroyable ! !!

Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire dès l'enregistrement. Nous avons surclassé notre chambre en front de mer - cela valait chaque centime. L'établissement est magnifique et les vues sont incroyables. Tout était très propre - les chambres et l'établissement. En ce qui concerne la nourriture, notre expérience culinaire a été exceptionnelle - buffets et al a cartes. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Amazing !!! Amazing resort right from the time you check in. We upgraded our room to ocean front - was worth every cent. The facility is beautiful and the views amazing. everything was very clean - rooms and facility. As far as food - our culinary experience was exceptional - buffets and the al a cartes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Riu Palace Pacifico: Fabulousoooo !!!!

En entrant dans le complexe, nous avons su que nous avions pris la bonne décision ! C'est immaculé, propre et beau. Les chambres sont de bonne taille et la nourriture est fantastique ! J'ai visité de nombreux Riu Resorts et celui-ci est en tête de ma liste. Ils n'en font jamais assez pour vous, nous avons été traités comme des princesses pendant une semaine entière (difficile de rentrer à la maison après cela). La piscine et le bar de la piscine sont amusants et si vous voulez juste vous détendr [... lire plus]e, vous avez le choix entre la magnifique plage et un côté de la piscine. C'est le PREMIER RESORT dans lequel j'ai été où le manager est sur le terrain, toujours en train de se promener, d'interagir et de s'assurer que les clients sont pris en charge (pas caché à l'arrière dans un bureau) et à cause de cela, cela montre une grande différence dans la façon dont on s'occupe de vous. Nous avons passé le meilleur moment possible, c'était les vacances annuelles de nos filles et nous sommes toutes d'accord pour y retourner sans hésiter. ! !!! Je ne peux pas dire assez de bien de ce centre de villégiature. Nous sommes allés à Puerto Vallarta plusieurs fois et nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité. Les gens nous ont toujours remerciés de visiter PV et même la sécurité à l'aéroport nous a remerciés de visiter ...... Merci au Riu Palace Pacifico d'avoir fait de nos vacances un moment inoubliable !

Fabulousoooo!!!! Walking in the resort we knew we had made the right decision!!! It is immaculate clean and beautiful. The rooms are a nice size and the Food is fantastic!! I have been to many Riu Resorts and this one is Top of my list. They can not do enough for you we were treated like Princesses for one whole week (hard to come home after that)lol. The pool and pool bar are fun and if you just want to relax you have the option of the beautiful beach area or one side of the pool. This is the FIRST RESORT I have been to where the Manager is hands on always walking around interacting and making sure the guest are taken care of (not hiding in the back in some office) and because of this it shows a big difference in the way you are taken care of. We had the best time ever it was our GIRLS yearly vacation away and we all agreed we would go back in a heartbeat !!!! I can not say enough good things about this resort. We went into Puerto Vallarta a couple times and felt very very safe the people always Thanked us for visiting PV and even the security at the Airport Thanked us for visiting..... Thank You Riu Palace Palace Pacifico for making our vacation a memorable one !!!

Sunscape Puerto Vallarta: Le personnel est le meilleur de Puerto Vallarta !

Nous y avons séjourné une semaine à la fin du mois d'octobre lors d'un voyage entre filles. Il s'agit d'un petit complexe hôtelier qui aurait besoin d'être modernisé. Lors de notre arrivée, notre chambre était sale, nous l'avons nettoyée nous-mêmes avant de la déballer. Les chambres sont très basiques, sans réfrigérateur ni micro-ondes, mais elles disposent d'un coffre-fort et du wifi gratuit, ce qui a été une agréable surprise. L'hôtel dispose d'un buffet, d'un snack-bar et d'un menu à la carte [... lire plus]. Le buffet n'est pas très varié, pour le petit déjeuner, la station d'œufs était notre préférée. Les plats à la carte, par contre, étaient incroyables, la nourriture était délicieuse, la présentation était étonnante et le personnel offrait le meilleur service. Le personnel est ce qui fait que ce complexe vaut la peine d'y revenir. Ils connaissent tous nos noms dès le deuxième jour et se mettent en quatre pour nous offrir un service impeccable. Les barmans préparent également des boissons très savoureuses ! Un autre avantage de ce complexe est son emplacement, il est très central, à quelques pas d'un centre commercial, de Walmart, de la marina maritime et à une courte distance en taxi de la promenade.

Staff are the best in Puerto Vallarta!! We stayed her for a week at the end of October on a girls trip. This is a smaller resort, and could you some more updating. Upon check in our room was dirty, we cleaned it ourselves before unpacking. The rooms are very basic, no fridge or microwave, but has a safe, and free wifi which was a pleasant surprise. They have one buffet, a snack bar and an al a carte. The buffet didn't have alot of variety, for breakfast the egg station was a favorite with us. The al la cartes however were amazing, food was delicous, presentation was amazing, and the staff gave the best service. The staff are what make this resort worth coming back too, they all new are names by the 2nd day, and would go out of there way to gives us great service. The bartenders make some pretty tasty drinks too! Another bonus to this resort is its location, its very central, a short walk to a mall, walmart, the maritime marina, and a quick taxi ride to the boardwalk.
