Viva V Samana by Wyndham: Semaine au soleil

J'ai adoré cet hôtel. Le personnel était formidable. La nourriture au buffet était typique. Les restaurants étaient bons. Les chambres étaient belles et le réfrigérateur approvisionné tous les jours. Les divertissements étaient bons. La plage était magnifique. J'ai adoré les chiens et les chats qui se promènent dans l'hôtel. J'ai été contrarié par la présence d'un chat blessé, mais je n'ai pas pu obtenir l'aide du personnel. Il a disparu et on suppose qu'ils l'ont emporté.

Week in the sun Loved this hotel. Staff were amazing. Food at buffet was typical. Restaurants were good. Rooms were nice and fridge stocked daily. Entertainment was good . Beach was amazing. Loved the dogs and cats roaming the resort. Was upset there was an injured cat but unable to get help from staff. It disappeared so assume they took it away.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Un endroit idéal pour les familles !

Great family place! Very satisfied with my recent visit, extremely happy with the staff and all the amenities. The food is top notch definitely recommend to everyone especially families with kids. My family and I will be going back for sure!

Zel Punta Cana - All Suites: Un lieu de villégiature fantastique

Mon récent séjour au Garden Suites by Melia a été tout simplement fantastique. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueillie chaleureusement et j'ai bénéficié d'un service impeccable. La suite était spacieuse, élégamment meublée et dotée d'une charmante terrasse privée. Les installations de l'hôtel, y compris la piscine tranquille et le spa rajeunissant, étaient de premier ordre. Fantastic resort My recent stay at Garden Suites by Melia was simply fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and treated to impeccable service. The suite was spacious, elegantly furnished, and featured a delightful private garden terrace. The resort's facilities, including the tranquil pool area and rejuvenating spa, were top-notch. Culinary experiences were a highlight, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Barcelo Bavaro Beach: Vacances de golf

Les chambres sont datées. Elles ne ressemblent pas aux photos. La nourriture était inférieure à la moyenne, le service dans la plupart des restaurants était épouvantable, les spectacles étaient ennuyeux, le Sport's bar était bien, il y avait une excellente variété de sports sur les télévisions, les piscines étaient superbes, la plage géniale, le terrain de golf en très bon état.

Golf vacation Rooms are dated. Not like the photos. Food was sub par or below, service in most restaurants terrible, shows were boring, Sport's bar was good, had an excellent variety of sports on the TV’s, pools were great, awesome beach, golf course in great shape.

Royalton Splash Punta Cana: Notre troisième visite

C'était notre troisième visite au Splash et il n'a pas déçu. Nous avons réservé au Diamond club (notre majordome n'était pas bon du tout) mais nous avons apprécié l'avantage de pouvoir manger au Royalton PC. Si nous revenons, nous réserverons une chambre non DC à cet endroit. Le parc aquatique était amusant pour les enfants, le club pour enfants était parfait pour une pause en milieu de journée pendant que nous mangions un morceau au café juste à l'extérieur du clubhouse.

Our Third Visit This was our third visit to the Splash and it didn’t disappoint. We booked Diamond club (our butler was not good at all) but we enjoyed the benefit of being able to eat at the Royalton PC. If we return, we would just book non DC there instead. Water park was fun for the kids, kids club was great for a mid day break while we had a bite at the cafe right outside the clubhouse.

Nourriture et boissons : -Trop peu de choix, en une semaine vous répéterez les repas. -Le repas à la carte pour le déjeuner avec des options limitées sans coût supplémentaire pour un forfait presque tout compris n'était pas pratique -Pas d'en-cas disponibles entre les repas principaux -Si vous avez besoin d'un café entre les repas, vous ne pourrez pas en obtenir avant 16 heures, heure d'ouverture du bar de l'hôtel ! -Le dîner commençant à 19 heures est un peu tard -Check out à midi, plus [... lire plus] de nourriture après cela. Nous avons dû payer le check out tardif pour pouvoir déjeuner. Nous sommes arrivés à 20h30 et sommes repartis à 16h30, ce qui ne correspond même pas à un cycle complet de 24 heures. Malgré cela, nous n'avons pas eu droit à un déjeuner gratuit. C'est la première fois que cela arrive en 15 ans de voyage dans le Sud. -Agaçant le fait de devoir signer pour chaque boisson consommée, même un soda ! Piscine L'eau barbote ici et là et nous avons vu des gens glisser et tomber à cause de cela

Beautiful location and nice but small beach. Food and drink needs improvement. We've been to better Bahia resorts Food and drink: -Too little choices, in a week time you'll repeat the meals. -À la carte meal for lunch with limited options at no extra cost for almost all inclusive package was inconvenient -No snacks available between mains meals -If you need coffee in between meals, no way you can get one until 4pm when lobby bar opens! -Dinner starting at 7pm is a bit late -Check out at noon, no more food after that. We had to pay late check out in order to have lunch. We arrived at 8:30pm and left at 4:30pm, not even a full 24 hour cycle. Even so, we weren't granted lunch for free. First time this happens in our 15 years going South. -Annoying the fact that you have to sign for every single drink you have, even a soda! Pool Water paddles here and there and we've seen people slipping and falling due to that

Lopesan Costa Bavaro Resort: Magnifique centre de villégiature !

L'hôtel et le parc sont magnifiques, la chambre était spacieuse avec un beau balcon et bien équipée. Les piscines et les plages sont magnifiques ! Les boissons sont bonnes et la nourriture est variée, bien que les plats à la carte soient un peu décevants.

Beautiful resort! The hotel and grounds are stunning, the room was spacious with a beautiful balcony and well stocked. The pools and beaches are gorgeous! Good drinks, and a variety of food options although the Al a cartes were a bit disappointing.

Riu Palace Macao: Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons été très impressionnés par la rénovation de l'hôtel. Les chambres ont été rénovées et sont ravissantes. Les couleurs sont très apaisantes. Le théâtre est merveilleux. Au lieu d'être à l'intérieur du bâtiment, il s'ouvre sur l'extérieur, ce qui est formidable. Il y a tellement de places assises partout et de superbes points de vue depuis chaque siège. La décoration a été améliorée dans tous les restaurants et est vraiment très belle.

A little piece of Paradise We were very impressed with the renovation that was completed on the hotel. The rooms are updated and lovely. Very calming colors. The theatre is wonderful. Instead of being inside the building it opens up to the outside which is great. So much wonderful seating everywhere and great viewpoints from every chair. The decor has been upgraded in all restaurants and is really very nice and the main lobby is great.

Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana: Jewel Palm Beach est un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

Jewel Palm Beach is an amazing resort! From our first day to our last our large group of 18 people were completley satisfied with the Jewel Palm beach resort and staff and have all decided to rebook for next year. We usually always go to different resorts, but not this time as the Jewel Palm stole our hearts. The resort grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, the workers are constinatly cleaning up the grounds and beach. The Food, no one in our group had anything bad to say about the food. We loved the Buffet and the resturants equally. The drinks were delish, frozen slushie drinks to the best chocolate espresso martini, you can find it all. We have already recommend to a friend and they have booked for this April. We will be returning to this resort for sure! Joanna

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: Belle station balnéaire

Mon mari et moi avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au Colonial Majestic Resort. L'hôtel est magnifique, le terrain est soigné et luxuriant. Nous avons adoré la grande piscine et nous en faisions le tour tous les matins pour commencer la journée, ce qui nous prenait environ une heure et demie, en flottant et en pataugeant tout autour. Mon mari se promenait ensuite sur la plage, puis nous nous retrouvions à la piscine pour adultes, où nous rencontrions tant de gens sympathiques. Le bar de la pi [... lire plus]scine était très amusant, les barmans étaient formidables et toujours très heureux. Notre chambre se trouvait dans le complexe pour adultes et était très spacieuse et bien aménagée. Nous étions très à l'aise et le service en chambre était très bon. Nous avons aimé manger au buffet, car il y avait tellement de choix, et il y avait des soirées à thème comme la soirée fruits de mer, la soirée continentale, la soirée mexicaine/dominicaine et nous avons pu goûter à tellement de plats différents. Il y avait des plats américains, des plats asiatiques (sushis), des pâtes italiennes, des pizzas, etc. La nourriture était très bonne, variée et de qualité. Le buffet au bord de la plage était très bon pour le petit-déjeuner et le déjeuner, et pour le dîner, il s'est transformé en restaurant de steaks pour une moitié et en restaurant de fruits de mer pour l'autre moitié. La plage était magnifique et il y avait toujours des chaises longues disponibles dans tout le complexe. C'est une station merveilleuse et nous pensons y retourner à l'automne avec notre famille. Nous avons adoré chaque minute !

Beautiful resort My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Colonial Majestic Resort. The hotel is beautiful, the grounds so manicured and lush. We absolutely loved the large pool and would do the full length every morning just to start our day, it would take us an hour and a half or so, floating and wading all around. My husband walked the beach after this, then we would meet up and go to the adult pool where we would meet up with so many friendly people. The swim up bar was lots of fun, the bartenders were great and always so happy. Our room was in the adult complex and it was very spacious and well appointed. We were very comfortable and the room service was very good. We enjoyed eating at the buffet, as there were so many choices, and there were theme night such as seafood night, continental night, Mexican/ Dominican night and we got to try so many different foods. There were American style foods, Asian style foods(sushi) Italian pastas, pizza etc. The food was very good and great variety and quality. The buffet down by the beach was very good for breakfast and lunch, and for dinner it became a steak restaurant in one half and a seafood restaurant in the other half. The beach was wonderful and there was always lounge chairs available throughout the whole resort. It is a wonderful resort and we are thinking of returning in the fall with our family. Loved every minute!

Blue Bay Villas Doradas: Pas mon préféré

Le personnel était très sympathique et la chambre d'hôtel était propre. Cependant, la cafetière était sale et le plastique se détachait à l'intérieur de la cafetière. J'ai demandé à la réception de la remplacer mais c'était tout aussi mauvais. Les bouteilles d'eau étaient très peu nombreuses et rares. Pas d'accès à de la glace pour la chambre ou à de l'eau propre pour se brosser les dents et boire. La chambre était initialement équipée de deux petites bouteilles d'eau et il a fallu faire des eff [... lire plus]orts pour en obtenir d'autres. L'air a bien fonctionné dans ma chambre mais je me suis réveillée avec la bouche incroyablement sèche. Le lit était extrêmement rigide et les oreillers n'étaient pas doux du tout. Malheureusement, le buffet n'était pas à la hauteur et les machines à café dans tout le complexe ne fonctionnaient pas bien. J'ai été très surpris de ne pas trouver une bonne tasse de café dans tout l'hôtel. Malheureusement, je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel.

Not my fav The staff was very friendly and the hotel room was clean. However the coffee pot was dirty looking the plastic was peeling off inside the pot. I had the front desk replace it but it was just as bad. Water bottles were very minimal and scarce. No access to ice for the room or clean water to brush your teeth and drink. The room was initially stocked w 2 small water bottles and access to more took effort. The air worked well in my room but I woke up incredibly dry mouth. The bed was extremely stiff to sleep on and the pillows were not soft at all. Unfortunately the buffet was not anything to boast about and the coffee machines throughout the resort did not work well. I was very surprised that I did not find a good cup of coffee at all throughout the resort. Unfortunately I will not return to the this resort.

Melia Punta Cana Beach Wellness Resort Adults: Beautiful Resort

La propriété était magnifique. La nourriture était excellente. Le personnel est sympathique. Si vous recherchez une vie nocturne, il n'y en a pas beaucoup, c'est plutôt un endroit relaxant. Les gens sont généralement plus âgés et restent entre eux.

The property was gorgeous. The food was great. The staff was friendly. If you’re looking for night life there isn’t much, it’s more of a relaxing place. The crowd is generally older and keep to themselves.

Majestic Elegance Punta Cana: Encore de superbes vacances

C'est la troisième fois que nous revenons dans ce centre de villégiature. À chaque fois, il semble que l'établissement ait mis la barre plus haut. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème. L'enregistrement a été rapide et facile. Tous les restaurants et buffets ont été appréciés par chacun d'entre nous. C'est génial de ne pas avoir à se soucier de réserver quoi que ce soit, il suffit de se présenter. Le personnel était attentif et le terrain était impeccablement entretenu. Super propre et frais. Santiago  [... lire plus]était notre majordome du côté de l'Elegance Club. Nous l'avons déjà rencontré par le passé et il fait de son mieux pour s'assurer que votre séjour est exceptionnel. Nous ne le remercierons jamais assez pour l'aide qu'il nous a apportée. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est un endroit à ne pas manquer. Nous avons beaucoup voyagé dans de nombreuses stations et c'est la seule où nous sommes retournés en sachant ce que nous allions obtenir.

Another awesome vacation We are returning guests to this Resort for the third time. Each time it seems that the resort has raised the bar. We had zero issues. Check-in was fast and easy. All of the restaurants and buffets were quite enjoyed by all of us. It is awesome to not have to worry about really booking anything, you just show up. The staff were attentive and the grounds were kept impeccably. Super clean and fresh. Santiago was our Butler on the Elegance Club side. We have met him in the past and he does his very best to ensure that your stay is outstanding. We cannot thank him enough again for any assistance he provided. All in all, the resort is a definite go to. We have traveled extensively to many resorts and this is the only one that we have actually returned to knowing what we are going to get.

J'y retournerais sans hésiter. Tout est magnifique, le terrain est impeccable et la nourriture est excellente. Nous avons essayé tous les restaurants et n'avons pas été déçus. Mon petit-fils a certainement apprécié toutes les piscines. J'adore la plage. Si nous avons eu un problème, c'est que les gens réservaient les chaises à 6 heures du matin et n'y mettaient leurs fesses qu'en fin d'après-midi. Notre majordome était vraiment super Louis. Il a fait beaucoup d'arrangements pour nous et a répon [... lire plus]du à tous nos besoins. Je reviendrai certainement ici. C'était tout simplement génial.

Amazing resort Would definitely go back here. Everything is beautiful the grounds are kept immaculate the food is wonderful. We tried all the restaurants and was not disappointed. My grandson certainly enjoyed all the pools. I love the beach if we had an issue it was people reserving the chairs at 6 o’clock in the morning and never putting their butts in them until late afternoon. Our butler was really super Louis. He made a lot of arrangements for us are attended to any needs that we had. I would definitely go back here. It was just great.

Lifestyle Tropical Beach Resort: Hôtel agréable, très propre et bonne nourriture

Les vacances n'ont pas été extraordinaires. Lorsque le bus nous a emmenés à l'hôtel, il nous a laissés à l'écart du Lobby, ce qui nous a obligés à marcher. J'étais sur le trottoir qui n'était pas trop grand et j'ai décidé de marcher sur la route et je suis tombée. Je me suis ouvert le genou et le petit doigt et j'ai eu des bleus à la hanche et au coude gauches. J'ai saigné partout. Je suis finalement arrivée dans le hall d'entrée et la réception s'est précipitée et a fait de son mieux pour tout  [... lire plus]panser. Pourquoi le bus ne nous a pas laissé descendre au Lobby ? Personne n'a pu nous le dire. Le lendemain, j'ai déposé une plainte auprès du responsable de Sunwing. Il a fait un rapport mais n'a pas voulu donner de copie à Bill. Nous étions au deuxième étage et le lendemain, on nous a mis au premier car j'avais très mal en marchant. J'ai consulté un médecin qui a examiné mon genou et m'a donné des antibiotiques et des analgésiques. Il m'a fait une piqûre dans le bras et m'a donné des antibiotiques. Je n'irai pas dans l'eau pendant une semaine. Mon genou est toujours enflé ainsi que ma cheville. J'ai encore très mal en marchant. Je n'utiliserai plus jamais Sunwing et c'était un avion de West Jet. Il y avait trop de monde à l'aéroport pour prendre la navette jusqu'au bâtiment de Sunwing où les gens s'entassaient. Nous avons attendu près de 2 heures pour nos bagages en rentrant à la maison. La prochaine fois, nous irons à Hamilton. Mais pas Sunwing.

Nice Hotel, very clean and food was good Well, it was not a great vacation. When the bus took us to the hotel they left us away from Lobby so we had to walk. Then I was on the side walk which was not too big and decided to step on the road and fell. split my knee open and baby finger and bruised left hip and elbow. Bleeding every where. finally got to lobby and front desk rushed over and tried there best to bandage everything. Why the bus did not let us off at Lobby . No one could tell us. Next day put in a complaint to Sunwing guy. He made a report but would not give Bill a copy. We where on second floor so the next day they put us on First as I was pretty sore walking. Went to the doctors and he looked at knee and put stuff on it and gave me antibotics and pain killers. Put a needle in my arm and put antibotics in also. No going in water for a week. My knee is still swollen as also my ankle. Still pretty sore walking. I will not use sunwing again and it was a west Jet plane. It was just too much at airport going in a shuttle over to sunwing buiding people squeezed in. Waited nearly 2 hours for our luggage coming home. Will go out of Hamilton next time. But not sunwing.

Senator Puerto Plata Hotel: Semaine merveilleuse au Senator Puerto Plata Spa & Resort

J'ai passé une excellente semaine, du 13 au 20 mars. Le site est magnifique, la vue sur l'océan et les montagnes est à couper le souffle et il est possible de voir les bateaux de croisière aller et venir. Les chambres étaient super propres et confortables, les lits et les oreillers étaient les plus confortables de tous les hôtels que j'ai visités. Pas de problème d'eau chaude, le réfrigérateur était approvisionné tous les jours. J'ai séjourné dans le bâtiment 8 et j'avais une vue sur la piscin [... lire plus]e et l'océan. Tout est à quelques pas des chambres. Le buffet était très varié et abondant. Le restaurant japonais était excellent, visuellement impressionnant et très savoureux. Les piscines étaient propres et l'eau chaude, la plage était belle, il y avait des zones de corail cassé mais cela ne m'a pas empêché de profiter des promenades et de la natation. Les boissons étaient bonnes, les légendes et le snack bar proposaient de bons en-cas. L'équipe de divertissement était très engageante et amicale, il se passait toujours quelque chose. Notre groupe de six personnes n'a pas eu à se plaindre, il y avait tout ce que nous recherchions et plus encore ! Les chaises longues sont un petit problème, mais avec de la patience vous trouverez toujours une place, allez-y avec l'espoir de passer un moment de détente et ne cherchez pas les points négatifs. Je reviendrai !

Wonderful week at Senator Puerto Plata Spa & Resort Had a great week, visited March 13-20th. Beautiful grounds, breathtaking views of the ocean and the mountains and watching the cruise ships coming and going. Rooms were super clean and comfortable, beds and pillows were the most comfortable of any resort I've visited. No issue with hot water, fridge was stocked daily. I stayed in building 8 and had a view of the pool and the ocean. Everything is a short walk away from the rooms. The buffet had a great variety of foods and plentiful. The Japanese restaurant was great, visually impressive and very tasty. The pools were clean and water warm, the beach was beautiful, there was areas of broken coral but didn't stop me from enjoying walks and swimming. The drinks were good, legends had great snacks as did the snack bar. The entertainment crew were very engaging and friendly, always something going on. No complaints from our group of six, it offered everything we were looking for and more! The loungers are a small issue, but with patience you will always find a spot, go with the expectations of having a relaxing time and don't look for the negatives. I would return!

Sunscape Coco Punta Cana: Un grand moment !

Nous avons vraiment apprécié de séjourner ici avec notre enfant d'un an et demi. C'était notre premier voyage en famille et le complexe n'a pas déçu. Nous avons apprécié la piscine, qui était toujours animée par des événements tels que la Zumba aquatique et des jeux. Le temps était magnifique et nous avons apprécié la proximité de notre chambre. La chambre était très bien pour nous, spacieuse et confortable. L'offre de restauration était très variée. Merci de nous avoir accueillis ! Nous espéron [... lire plus]s revenir.

Great time! We really enjoyed staying here with our 1.5 year old. It was our first family trip, and the resort didn’t disappoint. We enjoyed to pool area, which always had events going on such as water Zumba and games. The weather was amazing and we enjoyed how close everything was to our room. The room was great for us, spacious and comfortable. The restaurant offerings had a lot of variety. Thank you for welcoming us! Will hopefully be back.

VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort: Fantastique.... a passé un excellent moment

Le lobby, la plage, la piscine, notre chambre, le restaurant, tout était au top.Nous étions ici l'année dernière et avions passé un excellent moment, nous avons donc décidé de revenir et nous ne le regrettons pas.J'espère que nous reviendrons l'année prochaine.

Fantastic….had a wonderful time The lobby,the beach,the pool,our room,the restaurant,everything was top notch.We were here here last year and had a great time so we decided to come back and have no regrets.Hopefully we will visit next year.
