Grandes vacances

Je recommanderais sans hésiter le Grand Bahia Principe, Jamaïque. Notre chambre était spacieuse et propre. Le terrain est très bien entretenu - extrêmement propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Les services de restauration étaient également excellents - une grande variété de plats à choisir et nous n'avons jamais eu à attendre pour une table. L'hôtel propose un certain nombre d'activités tout au long de la journée pour vous divertir, si vous le souhaitez.  [... lire plus]Cependant, il y a de nombreux endroits où vous pouvez vous rendre pour profiter du calme, si c'est ce que vous préférez. Mon seul reproche à l'égard de cet hôtel concerne la réservation et la gestion des chambres. Ils n'acceptent pas les demandes de chambres, par exemple celles qui sont accessibles aux fauteuils roulants, et n'y répondent pas. Plusieurs clients nous ont dit qu'on leur avait donné une chambre avec un seul lit alors qu'il y avait plus de deux personnes dans la chambre et/ou que les deux personnes n'étaient pas partenaires et ne voulaient pas partager le même lit !

Great Vacation I would definitely recommend the Grand Bahia Principe, Jamaica. Our room was spacious and clean. The grounds are very well kept - extremely clean and well-maintained. Loved the pool!The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food services was also great - a wonderful variety of food to select from and we never had to wait for a table. The hotel offered a number of activities throughout the day to keep you entertained, if you wished. However, there are plenty of areas to go and enjoy quiet time, if that is your preference. My only complaint with this hotel is the room reservation/management. They do not acknowledge or accommodate room requests, i.e., wheelchair accessible. We heard from a number of guests that they were given a room with one bed when there were more than two people staying in the room and/or the two people were not partners and did not want to share a bed!

Superbe station balnéaire

Très belle station de type palace ! Le service est impeccable et tous les employés rencontrés ont été incroyables, gentils et serviables. La nourriture était délicieuse, à la carte et au buffet, en particulier le poulet jerk au restaurant Pisces sur la plage. Les piscines sont superbes, mais la plage l'est encore plus ! La chambre et la vue étaient magnifiques ! C'était notre deuxième séjour au Bahia à Runnaway Jamaica et nous y retournerons !!!

Awesome resort Very beautiful palace like resort!! Service is impeccable and every employee encountered were amazing , kind and helpful. The food was all delicious, à la carte and buffets, especially the jerk chicken in The Pisces restaurant by the beach. Great pools but even better beach!! The room and view was beautiful! It was our second time at the Bahia in Runnaway Jamaica and we will go back!!!

TRÈS MAUVAIS SERVICES ET PERSONNEL IMPOLI

Les chambres étaient belles et propres, mais les femmes qui changeaient les draps étaient toujours occupées à bavarder dans le couloir et nettoyaient la chambre à 16-17 heures (même si la chambre était proche du hall) au moment où nous prenions une douche, voulions nous reposer et nous préparer pour le dîner. Mon mari a dû contacter la réception à plusieurs reprises pour qu'elle envoie quelqu'un nettoyer la chambre. Le personnel se comportait comme s'il détestait son travail, était impoli et par [... lire plus]lait à ses clients avec mépris. Nous nous sommes plaints à plusieurs reprises de la qualité des services. Mon fils est tombé malade et je n'ai pas été autorisée à apporter de la nourriture dans la chambre, le personnel s'est comporté comme s'il s'en moquait. Mes enfants ont dormi le matin de notre départ, et nous sommes arrivés au buffet 3 minutes après la fermeture à 10h30, et nous n'avons pas été autorisés à entrer. Mes enfants ont dû attendre le déjeuner pour avoir quelque chose à manger même s'ils se plaignaient d'avoir faim. Il y a des entrepreneurs jamaïcains sur le site et d'autres jeunes hommes jamaïcains qui circulent dans le complexe, et ma fille a été harcelée sexuellement par l'un d'entre eux alors qu'elle était assise à une table de restaurant. Elle a dû courir jusqu'à la réception pour alerter la sécurité. Elle a également rempli un rapport d'incident. Nous ne retournerons certainement pas dans ce complexe.

VERY POOR SERVICES AND RUDE STAFF The rooms were nice and clean, however the ladies who changed the sheets were always busy chatting in the hallway, and got to clean the room at 4-5 pm (even if the room was close to the lobby) at the time we were taking a shower, wanted to rest and get ready for dinner. My husband had to contact the reception a few times to send s-one over to clean the room. The staff were acting as if they hated their job, were rude and talked down on their guests. We complained a few times about the quality of services. My son got sick, and I was not allowed to take food into the room, the staff acted as if they did not care. My children slept in the morning of our departure, and we arrived at the buffet 3 minutes after their closing at 10:30 am, and we were not allowed to enter. My children had to wait for lunch to have something to eat even if they complained they were hungry. There are Jamaican contractors on site and other young Jamaican men going around the resort, and my daughter was sexually harassed while sitting at a restaurant table by one of them. She had to run all the way to the reception to alert the security. She also filed an incident report. We will definitely not return to this resort.

Un moment formidable

Nous avons trouvé que le complexe était propre. La nourriture était excellente. Le service était excellent. Nous le recommanderions sans hésiter à nos amis et à notre famille et nous espérons avoir l'occasion d'y retourner C'est un grand complexe, mais nous ne nous sommes pas sentis à l'étroit. Il y avait beaucoup d'espace pour passer des moments tranquilles tout en participant à l'animation. Les divertissements étaient assez bons.

Awesome time We found the resort was clean. Food was amazing. The service was excellent. We would definitely recommend it to friends and family and hopefully we get a chance to go back there It was a big resort but we did not feel crowded with people. There was lots of space to have your own quiet time as well as be part of all the excitement that was going on. Entertainment was pretty good.

Ne gaspillez pas votre argent

Ce complexe est divisé en deux zones ? Notre chambre était à la limite de ces deux zones... avec un garde de sécurité à l'entrée... donc non seulement ils vous harcelaient si vous mettiez un pied à droite plutôt qu'à gauche, mais ils tenaient aussi leurs conversations matinales en groupes de quatre ou cinq devant notre porte, ce qui n'est pas juste... notre couloir n'a pas été nettoyé à l'aspirateur une seule fois en 10 jours

Don’t waste your money This resort is divided into two areas ..? Grand and luxury ... if you are luxury you can roam anywhere.. otherwise be prepared to be asked to move on.. our room was on the edge of these two areas.. with a security guard at the entrance .. so not only did they harass you if you stepped foot to the right instead of to the left they also held their morning conversations in groups of four or five outside our door not fair ... our hallway was not vacuumed once in 10 days

Fabulous Resort

Nous étions accompagnés de mon fils, de sa femme, de sa fille de 3 ans et de son fils de 6 mois. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons bénéficié d'un excellent service ! Le complexe était très propre. Le personnel était merveilleux. Grand choix de nourriture pour tous les appétits ! Notre petite fille a passé une heure par jour au club pour enfants et a beaucoup apprécié ! Nous vivions sur la plage de l'océan ! Le restaurant de la plage était parfait pour le déjeuner ! J'ai adoré le poulet à la grecque [... lire plus] ! Le seul reproche que l'on pourrait faire, ce sont les autres clients qui gardent leurs chaises au bord de la piscine et qui n'y restent pas pendant des heures. Cela doit être surveillé d'une manière ou d'une autre. Nous reviendrons !

We were travelling with my son, his wife, 3year old daughter and 6 month old son. From the moment we arrived we had great service! The resort was very clean. Staff were wonderful. Great selection of food for all appetites! Our granddaughter spent an hour daily in kids club and enjoyed it! We lived at the ocean beach! Beach restaurant was great for lunch! Loved the jerk chicken! Only complaint would be the other guests who would save their chairs by pool and not be at them for hours. This some how has to be monitored. We will return!

Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Les chambres et les terrains sont propres et bien entretenus, la nourriture est l'une des meilleures que j'ai mangées et les gens ne peuvent pas être plus amicaux, les plages sont incroyables et le temps était chaud, beaucoup de sécurité dans toute la station est un bonus !

Amazing resort The rooms and grounds are clean and well kept, the food is some of the best I have had and the people can’t get any friendlier, beaches are amazing and weather was hot, lots of security all over resort is a bonus !

De superbes vacances

Spacieux, avec beaucoup d'espace pour se promener et trouver un coin tranquille ou une activité. Bonne plage mais rocheuse par endroits. Superbe plongée avec masque et tuba juste à côté. Très bonne nourriture et très variée. Commencez la journée en faisant de l'exercice ou du yoga à 7h30 avec Owen Ellis. Il’s fantastique et très ancré pour mettre un spin positif sur la journée. C'est un excellent moment de détente.

Great vacation Spacious with lots of place to walk around and find a quiet spot or an activity. Good beach but rocky in places. Great snorkeling right there. Very good food and lots of variety. Start the day with 7:30 exercise or yoga with Owen Ellis. He’s fantastic and very grounded to put a positive spin on the day. Great and relaxing time there.

Le Gran Bahia Principe est un endroit génial pour des vacances, le personnel est très amical, la nourriture est bonne, la plage est excellente et Jennifer Brown avec Trip Central a été géniale, elle a été très utile en étant très bien informée sur le complexe et très rapide avec la paperasserie

L'hôtel, la station, les piscines, la nourriture, le personnel sont tous excellents, je recommanderais vivement cette station à tout le monde ! Grande animation toute la journée et tous les soirs ! !! Beaucoup de choses à faire dans le village pour faire du shopping et se divertir. Superbe poulet à la grecque !

Belle

Ma femme et moi avons passé 5 nuits au Grand Bahia Principe Jamaïque et avons absolument adoré. La nourriture était incroyable, on ne pouvait pas se passer du buffet principal. La piscine était immense et le personnel du bar de la piscine était formidable. Le bar préféré était celui du hall. Le service était toujours excellent. La plage était grande et nous avons toujours trouvé des chaises longues, quelle que soit l'heure à laquelle nous y sommes allés....la plage près de la plage nue était not [... lire plus]re préférée...et la plage nue était très relaxante et privée. Nous reviendrons certainement pour un autre séjour.

Beautiful My wife and i spent 5 nights at grand bahia principe Jamaica and absolutely loved it. The food was amazing, couldnt get enough of the the main buffet. Pool was huge and pool bar staff were great. Favorite bar was the lobby bar. Always got great service. The beach was large and always found lounge chairs no matter what time we went down there....the beach near the nude beach was our favorite...and the nude beach was very relaxing and private. We will definetly be back for another stay.

La seule chose qui pourrait être améliorée est qu'ils n'avaient que du café expresso dans le hall, ils devraient avoir une machine dans chaque restaurant

Amazing place Hotel was beautiful and well kept. Service was exceptional and the employees were friendly. We would definitely return to this resort. The only thing that could improve is they only had espresso coffee in the lobby they should have a machine at every restaurant

J'adore voyager et je suis allée à Cuba, au Mexique, en République dominicaine et maintenant en Jamaïque. Jusqu'à présent, je dois dire que c'est la Jamaïque que j'ai le plus appréciée. Les gens sont accueillants et sympathiques. Le centre de villégiature n'est pas très grand et reste propre. J'ai apprécié la nourriture et le buffet de plage qui servait du poulet jerk. Loved it! I love to travel and have been to Cuba, Mexico, Dominican and now Jamaica. So far I have I to say that I enjoyed Jamaica the best. The people are welcoming and friendly. The resort is not so big and kept clean. I enjoyed the food and beach buffet that served jerk chicken. The nightly entertainment was nice, if you just wanted to stay back and listen to music by the lobby every night or enjoy the different themed entertainment at different of locations. Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Depuis notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ, nous avons passé un voyage en famille extraordinaire ! C'était notre première fois en Jamaïque au Grand Bahia Principe. La nourriture était bonne ainsi que la carte, il y avait beaucoup de variété et différentes soirées à thème. Le meilleur était le poulet, nous devons tous le dire. L'hôtel n'était pas très grand, le personnel était très sympathique, le complexe et les chambres étaient très propres et il était facile de s'y déplacer. Les enfants [... lire plus] ont adoré les divertissements nocturnes, de la soirée cinéma au bord de la piscine à la soirée dansante sur la plage avec feu de joie et marshmallow grillé, pour n'en citer que quelques-uns. Laissez le reste pour une surprise. Très divertissant pour les enfants ! La plage était la meilleure partie, et la raison principale pour laquelle nous y sommes allés. Il n'y avait rien à voir avec l'hôtel ou le parc aquatique pour enfants. Les enfants ont apprécié la plage, jouant dans le sable et nageant avec les poissons.

Amazing Resort From the time we arrived till the day we left, we had an amazing family trip! It was our first time in Jamaica at the Grand Bahia Principe. The food was good as well as the la a carte, they had lots of variety and different themed nights. The best was the Chicken we all have to say. The hotel wasn't to big, the staff was very friendly, very clean resort and rooms, and easy to get around. Kids loved the nightly entertainment from movie night by the pool, to dance night at the beach with bonfire and roasting marshmallow, just to a name a few. Leave the rest for a surprise. Very entertaining for the kids! The beach, was the best part, and the main reason for going. Wasn't from from the hotel or kids water park. Kids enjoyed the beach, playing in the sand and swimming with the fish.

Excellente station, mais l'entretien ménager était nul

L'endroit était plus grand que ce à quoi je m'attendais et il y avait toujours quelqu'un pour nettoyer ou peindre. Le terrain était bien entretenu et les gens étaient très sympathiques. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la nourriture et les restaurants. La seule plainte que j'ai à formuler concerne le personnel de ménage. Le premier jour, quelqu'un regardait la télévision appuyé sur trois oreillers sur l'un des lits et semblait être parti à la hâte sans avoir fini de nettoyer la chambre. Un autre jour [... lire plus], ils ont enlevé les gants de toilette de l'évier et n'en avaient pas pour les remplacer, alors qu'ils ne sont censés prendre que ce que vous laissez par terre. Lorsque j'ai demandé des gants de toilette, on m'a envoyé des serviettes de bain à la place. Je me suis plainte et on m'a dit que tous les gants de toilette étaient au lavage. Nous avons passé deux jours sans vêtements pour le visage et nous avons donc dû utiliser des serviettes de bain pour nous laver le visage. Un autre jour, ils n'ont laissé que du café décaféiné dans la chambre. Je veux du café normal le matin. Le dernier jour, lorsque nous sommes retournés dans notre chambre à 17 heures, elle n'était toujours pas nettoyée. Il a fallu 4 coups de téléphone pour que quelqu'un vienne enfin et que la chambre soit nettoyée à 19h15.

Excellent resort but housekeeping sucked The place was larger than I had expected and someone was always cleaning or painting. The grounds were well kept and the people were very friendly. I enjoyed the food and the restaurants very much. The only complaint I have is the housekeeping staff. The first day, someone was watching TV propped up on 3 pillows on one of the beds and seemed to have left in a hurry without finishing cleaning the room. Another day, they took the face clothes off the sink and didn't have any to replace them.They are only supposed to take what you leave on the floor. When I asked for face clothes they sent me bath towels instead. I complained and was told all face clothes were in the wash. We went 2 days without face clothes so we had to use bath towels to wash our face. Another day, they left only decaf coffee in the room. I want regular coffee in the morning. On the last day, when we returned to our room at 5 pm, it still wasn't made up. It took 4 phone calls before someone finally came in and the room was cleaned by 7:15 pm.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce complexe, les chambres étaient très belles, le personnel était super, la nourriture était bonne, tout comme les divertissements. L'hôtel est impeccable et l'aménagement paysager est également très soigné. Nous reviendrons certainement et recommandons vivement ce complexe

AMAZING RESORT, SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE. We had a great time at this resort, rooms were very nice, staff was super, food was good, and so was the entertainment. They keep this hotel spotless, the landscaping is also so beautifully taken care of. Would definitely come back and highly recommend this resort

J'ai tout aimé. La nourriture était excellente. Les gens étaient formidables, ce qui fait une énorme différence dans le séjour. Les plages étaient fantastiques. Tout était propre et bien entretenu. Les chambres étaient confortables. Le service de chambre était un peu problématique. Notre chambre n'avait pas été réservée correctement et nous avons dû changer de chambre la nuit suivante. Amazing Resort I loved everything. The food was excellent. The people were great which makes a huge difference in the stay. The beaches were fantastic. Everywhere was clean and well kept. The rooms were comfortable. Room service was a bit of a problem. Our room was not booked correctly so we had to change rooms the next night. From there on we had housekeeping issues. Air Transact was great. We had a great flight there and back and the airline representatives were very plesant and informative

Le personnel était très sympathique, la nourriture était excellente et les boissons étaient fraîches. L'océan était agréable ðŸ' mais la plage n'était pas la meilleure. Les piscines étaient propres. Les chambres étaient très propres et très bien approvisionnées avec tous les articles de toilette...jamais à court de serviettes, de café, de boissons, etc. Je recommanderais totalement [... lire plus] ce centre de villégiature ! Le seul reproche que j'ai à faire est qu'il n'y a pas de récompense pour les clients qui reviennent.

Awesome time The resort was beautiful! The grounds keepers don’t get enough recognition for that. Staff was so friendly, food was great, and drinks were cold. The ocean was nice 👍 but beach wasn’t the greatest. Pools were clean. Rooms were very clean and stocked very well with all toiletries...never ran out of towels, coffee, drinks etc. Would totally recommend this resort! Only complaint I had is that there is no reward for being a return guest.

Meilleures vacances de tous les temps, j'ai adoré le Grand Bahia, 5 étoiles sur toute la ligne

Nous avons passé des vacances en famille au Grand Bahia à Runaway Bay. Nous étions 9 personnes dont 3 enfants âgés de 1, 8 et 10 ans. Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire. L'hôtel a fait tout son possible pour que nous passions un excellent séjour. Le service à la clientèle était exceptionnel. L'hôtel a réservé notre dîner à l'avance et nos chambres ont été décorées avec des ballons pour notre anniversaire. Les chambres étaient fantastiques et offraient une vue imprenable sur l'océan. [... lire plus] Elles étaient toujours propres et le minibar était réapprovisionné. L'hôtel était remarquable, avec une nourriture et des divertissements excellents. Nos enfants ont adoré le parc aquatique et y ont passé plusieurs heures par jour. La plage était toujours propre et idéale pour les familles. C'était notre premier séjour en Jamaïque et nous y retournerions sans hésiter. Je pense que ce qui rend cet endroit spécial, c'est la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Nous avons adoré les Jamaïcains et nous avons hâte de revenir. Merci au Grand Bahia Principe d'avoir rendu notre séjour fantastique.

Best vacation ever, Loved Grand Bahia, 5 stars all the way We travelled on a family vacation to Grand Bahia in Runaway Bay. There were 9 of us including three children ages 1, 8 and 10. We had an amazing time at our stay. The hotel went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Customer service was exceptional. Hotel booked our dinner reservations in advance and our rooms were decorated with balloons for our anniversary celebrations. Rooms were fantastic with breathtaking view of the ocean. Always clean and minibar replenished. Hotel was outstanding with great food and entertainment. Our kids loved the waterpark and were spending many hours per day there. Beach area was always clean and great for families. This was our first time to Jamaica and we would return in a heartbeat. I think what makes this place special is how friendly and accommodating the staff is. We loved Jamaican people and cannot wait to return. Thank you Grand Bahia Principe for making our stay fantastic.
