Bahia Principe Explore Legend: Un complexe familial extraordinaire !

Nous venons de rentrer et ne pouvons pas dire assez de bonnes choses à propos de ce complexe. Le personnel est incroyable, la station est magnifique, tant d'activités (nos enfants ont 7,5 et 18 mois). Station bien entretenue, nous étions nerveux de la main, le pied et les critiques de la bouche, mais nous n'avons pas eu de problèmes et n'a’t vu quelqu'un là-bas qui a fait non plus. La nourriture était bonne pour tout le monde, y compris les mangeurs difficiles ! Les activités et les spectacles [... lire plus] étaient toujours amusants, mes enfants étaient occupés et heureux tout le temps. Les chambres étaient propres et spacieuses. Nous étions tristes de partir ! Nous recommandons vivement ce centre de villégiature !

Amazing family resort! We just returned and can’t say enough good things about this resort. The staff is amazing, the resort is beautiful, so many activities (our kids are 7,5 and 18 months). Well kept resort, we were nervous of the hand foot and mouth reviews but we had no issues and didn’t see anyone there that did either. Food was great for everyone, including picky eaters! Activities and shows were always fun, my kids were kept busy and happy the whole time. Rooms were clean and spacious. We were sad to leave!! Highly recommend this resort!!

Les piscines sont magnifiques, la plage est rude pour marcher mais il y a des sacs de sable et des sections qui sont protégées pour les vagues, la nourriture est délicieuse et il y a beaucoup de choix, le sol est si charmant, chaque centimètre de la station est toujours en train d'être toiletté et peint, le personnel se met en quatre pour rendre votre séjour merveilleux, un serveur ne semblait pas aimer être là, un peu austère et impoli, le reste est charmant.la réception a été d'une grande aide [... lire plus], sauf un qui m'a fait tomber et s'est cassé la tête et qui avait un énorme œuf d'oie sur la tête en essayant de me ramener à ma chambre, il m'a montré l'extérieur et m'a dit de leur demander. j'ai encore un œil au beurre noir et des maux de tête après cinq jours d'une chute dans ce complexe hôtelier.

Wonder resort Pools beutiful, beach is ruff to walk on but have sand bags and sections that is safe guarded for waves ,food is yummy and lots to choose from the ground are so lovely.every inch of the resort is always being groomed painted .staff go out of their way to make your stay wonderful,one waiter he didn't seem to like being there kind of Sharp and rude the rest charming.front desk great help.except one I fell and cracked my head had huge goose egg on my head trying to find me a ride back to my room. .he pointed to outside and said ask them.i was seeing stars and head was pounding it was like I was being a pain to him felt lost and scared it took 45 min to get ice to my room. ,I now have black eye and headache still after five days from a fall on their resort.

Le terrain était bien entretenu, le personnel était amical, la sécurité se promenait toujours et était très polie, la nourriture était bonne, la piscine était bondée mais très propre et les barmans étaient formidables. Le secteur de la plage était incroyable... peu profond et calme. Beaucoup d'espace entre les chaises pour que vous ayez votre espace. L'équipe de nettoyage est très minutieuse. Dans l'ensemble, ce fut des vacances formidables et je les recommanderais.

Great resort The grounds were well kept, staff was friendly, security always walking around and very polite, food was good, pool was crowded but very clean and bartenders great. The beach area was amazing...shallow roped in area and calm. Plenty of space between the chairs so you have your space. Cleaning crew very thorough. Overall it was a great vacation and would recommend.

Le centre de villégiature était fantastique dans l'ensemble. La sécurité était assurée en permanence. Le personnel est amical, serviable et très arrangeant. Nous avons apprécié les activités du matin, de l'après-midi et du soir. La nourriture était délicieuse. Les restaurants ont un service merveilleux et la nourriture est exemplaire. Excellent Resort! The resort was fantastic overall. Was safe all the time. The staff are friendly, helpful and so accommodating. We enjoyed the morning, afternoon and evening activities. The food were delicious. The restaurants has wonderdul service and the food are exemplary. Would definitely go back. We love the beach. The morning zumba and the yoga is my fave! We highly recommend this resort!

Dès notre arrivée au resort, nous avons été impressionnés par la beauté du terrain et du majestueux hall d'entrée. La nourriture était excellente et il y avait beaucoup de choix au bufett. Les restaurants à la carte étaient tous fabuleux. Tout le personnel était amical et poli. Notre climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et une fois que nous l'avons signalée, le service de maintenance est intervenu dans les heures qui ont suivi pour la réparer. Notre chambre était charmante et le réfrigérateur du b [... lire plus]ar était réapprovisionné tous les jours. L'équipe de divertissement a fait du bon travail en incluant tout le monde dans les activités. Si vous aimez marcher sur la plage, ce n'est pas l'endroit pour vous car il est situé dans une crique. Le spectacle du soir était terminé à 22h et la seule chose à faire était d'aller au bar kareoke, ce qui n'était pas ce que nous recherchions. La discothèque ouvrait à 23h mais elle était très bruyante et jouait de la musique qui n'était certainement pas digne d'une station balnéaire. Le groupe de musique du hall d'entrée a terminé à 22h30. Nous avons donc trouvé les divertissements du soir décevants.

Amazing Resort From the first moment arriving at the resort we were truly in awe of how beautiful the grounds were and the majestic lobby. Food was great and plenty of choices at the bufett. The a la carte restaurans were all fabulous. All the staff were friendly and polite. Our AC was not working and once reported maintenance was there within a few hrs to fix. Our room was lovely and our bar fridge was restocked daily. The entertainment crew did a good job of including everyone in the activities. If you are a beach walker this is not the place for you as situated in a cove. The evening show was over at 10pm and the only thing then to do was go to the kareoke bar which was not what we were looking for. The disco opened at 11pm but it was so loud and played music that was certainly not condusive of an island resort. The lobby band finished at 10.30pm. Therfore we found the evening entertainment dissapointing.

Dans l'ensemble, c'est un très beau complexe. S'il y a quelque chose que je dirais un peu décevant, c'est le fait que si vous n'étiez pas à la piscine à 9h00 du matin, il n'y avait plus de chaises. Sinon, dans l'ensemble, c'est un très beau complexe.

Very nice resort All in all very nice resort. If there was anything I would say was a little disappointing was the fact that if you weren’t by the pool by 9:00 am there were no chairs left. Other than that all in all a very nice resort.

La nourriture était excellente ! Les buffets et les restaurants à la carte des choix de plats exceptionnels. Le service était excellent. Belles installations. Propre. Facile d'accès aux différents sites. Je reviendrais demain.

Beautiful Food was awesome! Buffets and the a la carte restaurants had outstanding food selections. Great service. Beautiful facilities. Clean. Easy to access all the different venues. Would return tomorrow.

Le complexe était très agréable et propre. Le personnel était sympathique. La nourriture était bonne. Pas sur la plage, mais la plage était à quelques pas. Le personnel du Royal Golden Lobby Bar était très attentif, il nous a même apporté des boissons à la piscine. Essayez la Guiness mexicaine !

Very nice resort Resort was very nice and clean. Staff were friendly. Food was good. Not on the beach, but the beach was a short walk away. Royal Golden Lobby Bar staff were very attentive, even brought drinks to the pool for us. Try the Mexican Guiness!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Belle station balnéaire

Il est situé à l'écart de la plage, dans la "jungle". Le cadre est magnifique - de jolis sentiers sinueux à travers des arbres et des plantes naturelles. Toutes sortes d'oiseaux chantent. Merveilleuses piscines. Les navettes pour la plage et les restaurants étaient amusantes et sans attente. La nourriture était délicieuse et le service excellent. Nous planifions déjà notre séjour pour l'année prochaine

Beautiful resort It’s location is away from the beach in the “jungle” the setting is amazing - lovely winding pathways through natural trees and plants. All kinds of birds singing. Wonderful swimming pools. Shuttles to beach and restaurants were fun and no waiting. Food was terrific and the service was excellent . Planning for next year already

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Certainement pas 5 étoiles

L'hôtel n'a pas été à la hauteur de sa propre publicité et de ses aspirations 5 étoiles. Dans l'ensemble, les membres du personnel étaient tous très aimables et attentifs. Le terrain était très bien entretenu et propre, tout comme les chambres elles-mêmes. Cependant, un certain nombre de lacunes ont nui à l'expérience globale. - l'un des rares complexes hôteliers à utiliser des cartes de serviettes et à limiter le nombre de serviettes à une seule à la fois. - bien que le service d'étage soit a [... lire plus]nnoncé 24 heures sur 24, le menu est assez limité et les options de petit-déjeuner sont pratiquement inexistantes. - la nourriture et le service dans la plupart des restaurants étaient médiocres. Il y avait parfois une grande confusion dans le service des plats et la nourriture arrivait souvent à peine tiède. - bien que l'interdiction de fumer soit affichée, il était très fréquent de fumer à la piscine et dans la piscine. Il est très dégoûtant de voir des gens jeter des cendres dans des verres à boissons, ou pire, dans la piscine elle-même. Plusieurs cas de mégots de cigarettes flottant autour de la piscine. - utilisation intensive du matériel d'entretien du terrain dans la même zone. Au cours d'un séjour d'une semaine, nous avons eu 2 jours de pluie et 4 jours d'utilisation d'équipements à gaz à côté de nos chaises longues à la piscine. 2 jours de taille de haies, 1 jour de coupe d'herbe et de soufflage de feuilles et 1 jour de lavage sous pression d'un trottoir. Le bruit et l'odeur des moteurs à essence étaient épouvantables. - il n'y avait pas de bouteilles d'eau dans les bars et les restaurants. Une note laissée dans le réfrigérateur du bar de la chambre pour un supplément a été essentiellement ignorée. - l'entretien ménager a été un peu aléatoire pour ce qui est du remplacement des serviettes, etc. - il manquait une chaise sur le balcon de notre chambre et nous avons appelé pour en demander une autre. Elle n'a jamais été livrée. La station et son emplacement est très agréable et ilâ €™s une honte qu'il manque sur tant d'aspects. Grand potentiel mais pas encore là.

Definitely not 5 Star The resort definitely did not measure up to its own advertising and 5 Star aspirations. For the most part, staff members were all quite friendly and attentive. The grounds were very well kept and clean, as well as the rooms themselves. However, there were a number of shortcomings that detracted from the overall experience. - one of a very few resorts that still use towel cards and restrict you to one towel at a time. - while advertising 24 hour room service, the menu is fairly limited with breakfast options almost non-existent. - food and service at most restaurants was spotty. There was much confusion at times in serving courses and many times the food arrived barely warm. - while posted as not allowed, smoking at and in the pool was very prevalent. Most disgusting to see people flicking ashes into drink glasses, or worse, into the pool itself. Several instances of cigarette butts floating around the pool. - extensive use of grounds keeping equipment in the same area. Over a one week stay, we had 2 days of rain and 4 days of gas powered equipment in use beside our loungers at the pool. 2 days of hedge trimming; 1 day of grass cutting and leaf blowing and 1 day of pressure washing a sidewalk. Noisy and the smell from the gasoline engines was terrible. - bottled water was not available at the bars or restaurants. A note left in the room bar fridge for extra was essentially ignored. - housekeeping was a bit hit and miss in getting all towels, etc replaced. - our room was missing a chair on the balcony and we called to request another. It was never delivered. The resort and its location is very nice and it’s a shame that it misses on so many aspects. Great potential but not there yet.

Voici mon expérience et mes brefs commentaires personnels sur mon séjour au Grand Bahia Principe à Runaway Bay où nous avons eu un temps magnifique avec seulement un jour de pluie. Le complexe est immense et très peuplé et, selon les jours, l'accès à la piscine est limité et la direction ignore vos commentaires ou vos préoccupations concernant la réservation de chaises, bien que cette règle soit affichée partout dans le complexe. La plage était mon endroit préféré pour se détendre et profiter du [... lire plus] paysage. Le wifi gratuit est très peu fiable et limité à la zone de réception et à l'espace, de sorte que vous voudrez peut-être payer pour une mise à niveau afin d'obtenir une meilleure connexion si vous avez besoin de contacter votre domicile sans être frustré. L'assistance technique pour le wifi est très limitée et je n'ai jamais pu parler ou voir le technicien responsable. Les employés sont nombreux, polis et très bien formés pour faire leur travail spécifique. Je recommande ce resort si vous n'êtes pas gêné par la foule pendant vos vacances ; quant à moi, je chercherai un resort plus petit pour mes prochaines vacances en Jamaïque.

Poorly managed oversize resort This is my experience and brief personal comments about my stay at Grand Bahia Principe on Runaway Bay where we had a great weather with only one day of rain. The resort is huge and very populated and depending on the day space to the pool is restricted and management will ignore your comments or concerns regarding chair reservation despite this rule being posted everywhere around the resort. The beach area was my favorite area to relax and enjoy the scenery. The free wifi is very unreliable and only restricted to the reception area and the space so you might want to pay for upgrade to get a better connection if you need to contact home without getting frustrated. The technical support for the wifi was very limited and I never got to talk or see the technician in charge. The employees are numerous, polite and very well train to do their specific job. I recommend this resort if you don’t mind the crowds during your holiday; as for me I will be looking for a smaller resort for my next vacation in Jamaica.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Très grand centre de villégiature

Nous étions au Luxury Bahia Principe resort à la fin du mois de janvier 2019. Ce complexe est relié au Grand Bahia Principe... juste à côté. Au total, il y a, m'a-t-on dit, plus de 800 chambres. Le complexe dispose de quelques-unes des meilleures piscines des environs....plusieurs piscines séparées entre les deux complexes et toutes méticuleusement entretenues. La chambre était très bien... un lit très confortable, l'air conditionné qui fonctionnait, un petit coin salon, un grand balcon, etc. No [... lire plus]us avons séjourné dans le bâtiment 26 (j'ai demandé ce bâtiment à l'avance par email) et nous avions une très belle vue partielle sur l'océan. Le personnel était très aimable du côté Luxury. Il l'est moins du côté Grand dans les restaurants à la carte. Nous avons mangé dans les deux restaurants à la carte de l'hôtel. Le service était généralement très bon dans les restaurants de luxe. Du côté Grand, le service était généralement médiocre, voire mauvais. La nourriture était correcte... parfois très bonne, d'autres fois juste correcte à médiocre (viande dure par exemple). J'ai demandé des réservations pour le dîner par courriel avant le voyage et nous avions donc cinq réservations fixes avant d'arriver sur place. Bien que je ne sois pas un adepte des réservations pour le dîner en vacances, préférant manger quand je suis prêt, cela a bien fonctionné pour notre groupe de six personnes. Les bracelets et les cartes de serviettes ne sont pas préférables dans un complexe hôtelier de luxe. Je comprends la nécessité des bracelets.... pour identifier le centre de villégiature auquel vous appartenez... mais je préfère ne pas les utiliser. Et je n'ai pas utilisé de carte de serviette dans un centre de villégiature depuis de très nombreuses années. C'est un inconvénient pour moi. Le temps était correct... nous avons eu de la pluie... cela peut arriver n'importe où... mais il faut savoir que le temps à Runaway Bay était constamment 5/6 degrés plus frais qu'à Montego Bay pendant notre séjour. Les températures à Runaway Bay étaient tout de même confortables, entre 21 et 24 degrés. Dans l'ensemble, je donnerais au Luxury Bahia une note de 3,5/4 étoiles. Certainement pas un cinq étoiles. À mon avis, je ne retournerais pas dans ce complexe, préférant les complexes de Montego Bay à celui de Runaway Bay.

Very large resort We were at the Luxury Bahia Principe resort at the end of January 2019. This resort is connected to the Grand Bahia Principe...right next door. Combined there is, I was told, over 800 rooms. The resort has some of the best pools around....many separate pools between the two resorts and all meticulously maintained. The room was very good...very comfortable bed, air conditioning that worked, a small sitting area, a large balcony, etc. We stayed in building 26 (I requested this building upfront thru email) and we had a very nice partial view of the ocean. Staff was very friendly on the Luxury side. Not so much on the Grand side in the a la cartel restaurants. We ate at the two resorts a la carte restaurants. Service on the Luxury side was generally very good. We experienced generally mediocre to poor service on the Grand side. Food was okay...sometimes very good; other times just okay to poor (tough meat for instance). I requested dinner reservations thru email in advance of the trip and so we had five set reservations before we got there. While I am not a fan of dinner reservations while on vacation, preferring to eat when I am ready, it worked okay for our group of six. Wristbands and towel cards is not preferred at a Luxury resort. I understand the need for wristbands....to identify which resort you are from...but just prefer not to. And I have not used a towel card at a resort in many, many years. An inconvenience for me. Weather was okay...we experienced rain...that can happen anywhere...but be aware that Runaway Bay weather was consistently 5/6 degrees cooler than Montego Bay during our stay. Still comfortable at Runaway Bay with temperatures between 21 to 24 degrees. Overall I would rate the Luxury Bahia a 3.5/4 star. Definitely not a five star. In my opinion, I would not return to this resort, preferring Montego Bay resorts over this resort at Runaway Bay.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Un grand moment

Le terrain était impeccable. Le personnel est très sympathique. La chambre King était très agréable. Spacieuse et propre. Le complexe était magnifique, les piscines, la plage. Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Voyage

Le voyage s'est bien passé les deux premiers jours, puis les choses ont dégénéré : bagarres dans les couloirs, fumée dans le complexe à cause de quelqu'un qui brûlait des ordures, des gens ont dû aller à l'hôpital à cause de la nourriture, les responsables ont dit que personne ne leur avait dit qu'ils devaient éteindre les alarmes incendie, je ne voyais pas le bout du couloir, les gens se demandaient pourquoi les alarmes ne s'étaient pas éteintes.J'ai été au Bahia PrÃncipe 7 fois, il n'y aura pa [... lire plus]s de numéro 8 et dès que nous sommes arrivés, le représentant de voyage a dit de ne pas aller voir les gestionnaires si vous avez des problèmes, ils ne feront rien, vous savez qu'il y a eu des problèmes quand on vous dit que dans l'ensemble, ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles, peut-être un 3 étoiles

Trip Trip went good for the first two days then things got out of had fighting in halls smoke in resort from someone burning garbage people have to go to hospital from food .managers saying nobody told them they had to shut the fire alarms off I could not see the end of hall people were wondering why the alarms didn't go off .Iam getting tests done now by my dr the workers waiters and waitresses were wonderful I've been to the Bahia Príncipe 7 times there won't be number 8 has soon we arrived the travel rep said don't go to mangers if you problem they won't do nothing you know there's been problems when you are told that overall not a 5star maybe a 3 star

Le centre de villégiature était fantastique. Les gens qui y travaillent n'auraient pas pu être plus sympathiques. Une excellente recommandation et je reviendrais ! C'est la première fois que nous venons en Jamaïque et je conseillerais à tous ceux qui s'y rendent de considérer ce centre de villégiature.

C'est la deuxième fois que j'y vais et j'y retournerais volontiers une troisième fois. La nourriture était excellente, le service était bon, les chambres étaient propres, que demander de plus. Le temps était de plus de 30 jours la plupart du temps et les divertissements étaient corrects le soir.

Great resort Second time around and would go back for a third time. Food was great, service was good,rooms were clean, what more can you ask for. Weather was 30 plus most days and fair entertainment in the evenings.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Vacances relaxantes dans un grand centre de villégiature

Chambres, plage, toilettes et espaces ouverts très propres. Bonne nourriture au buffet avec beaucoup de variété, préféré le restaurant de la plage pour le déjeuner. La plage était surpeuplée mais le sable était magnifique si vous pouviez trouver un endroit. Beaucoup de chaises autour de la piscine. Très grand complexe - il est facile de se rendre à pied partout, mais il y a des chariots pour se déplacer pour ceux qui trouvent la marche trop longue. Dans l'ensemble, de bonnes vacances pour  [... lire plus]le prix !

Relaxing Holiday at large resort Very clean rooms, beach, washrooms, open areas. Good food at the buffet with lots of variety, preferred the beach restaurant for lunch. Beach was over crowded but beautiful sand if you could find a spot. Plenty of chairs around the pool. Very large resort - easy to walk to everything but there are trolleys to get around for those that find walking too much. Overall good holiday for the price!

Les chambres étaient très propres, confortables et très spacieuses avec des balcons La nourriture était très abondante et très variée. Nous sommes végétariens. Nous avons trouvé qu'en dehors des œufs du petit déjeuner, il n'y avait pas beaucoup de protéines végétariennes au déjeuner ou au dîner. Nous avons trouvé qu'il aurait pu y avoir plus de plats à base de tofu, de lentilles et de soja à base de yaourt grec comme source de protéines. En dehors de cette déficience pour le régime végétarie [... lire plus]n, c'était très abondant et très varié Le service était excellent, très courtois et chaleureux J'y retournerai sans hésiter et je le recommanderai à mes amis et à ma famille

Great Resort The rooms were very clean comfortable and very roomy with balconies The food was very plentiful great variety. We are vegetarian. We found that outside of Breakfast eggs there was not much by the way of vegetarian proteins during lunch or dinner. We felt that there could have been more tofu based lentils and soy beans based dishes Greek yogurt protein source. Other than thus defeciency for vegetarian diet it was very plentiful and had great variety The service was excellent very courteous and warm I will go back there in a heartbeat and recommend to my friends and family

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Un centre de villégiature tout simplement extraordinaire

Le terrain était magnifique. Piscines impeccables. Nombreux chariots pour nous emmener dans les environs. J'ai eu un problème avec des toilettes qui fuyaient, réparé en moins d'une heure. Tout le personnel était sympathique. Nourriture abondante. Nous avons hâte de revenir l'année prochaine.

Simply amazing resortg Grounds were beautiful. Pools pristine. Plentiful trolleys to take us around. Had a problem with leaky toilet, fixed within an hour. All staff were friendly. Food plentiful. Look forward to returning next year.

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Superbe centre de villégiature... Excellente plongée en apnée

Le centre de villégiature et le terrain sont magnifiques. La beauté naturelle des palmiers, des plages et des montagnes est à couper le souffle. La nourriture était très bonne, en particulier le restaurant brésilien. Le personnel rend cet endroit mémorable. La meilleure partie est la plongée avec masque et tuba au large de la côte. C'est tout simplement incroyable. C'est l'endroit idéal pour les personnes qui aiment la beauté naturelle, la plongée avec masque et tuba et la détente sur la plage.

Great Resort.. Excellent Snorkeling This resort And grounds are beautiful. The natural beauty of everything from the palm trees, beaches and mountains are breathtaking. The food was very good especially the Brazilian restaurant. The staff just make this place memorable. The best part though is the snorkeling right off the shore. It it just beyond amazing. It is perfect for someone who likes natural beauty, snorkeling and relaxing on the beach.
