Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Un lieu de villégiature idéal pour les adultes !

Le personnel est très sympathique, les buffets sont excellents, les restaurants à la carte sont excellents, les chambres et les terrains sont très propres, les boissons ne sont pas arrosées, les barmans de la piscine sont incroyables, l'océan est un peu flou à cause de la rivière qui s'y jette (le sable du fond se mélange) et non pas à cause de l'eau sale. Great Adult Resort ! Super frendly staff, great buffet food, great a la cart restaurants, Super clean rooms and grounds, they don’t waterdown drinks, amazing pool bartenders, ocean was a bit blury because of the river running into it ( bottom sand mixing) not because of dirty water. We knew this going there. Reserving a day snorkel excursion is a must at Catalina island. Speak to Jessica at the hotel, super friendly ! The only negative was the return bus ride , they were late 40 mins,

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Magnifique centre de villégiature !

Dès notre arrivée, le personnel s'est montré serviable et efficace. Le complexe est magnifique, bien entretenu et extrêmement propre. La plage est un magnifique sable blanc et doré qui s'étend jusqu'à l'eau, ce qui permet de nager en toute tranquillité. La nourriture était bonne, beaucoup de fruits le matin et de bons plats à la carte le soir. Dans l'ensemble, c'est une excellente destination pour les familles !

Beautiful resort! From the moment we arrived the staff were helpful and efficient. The resort is beautiful, well taken care of and extremely clean. The beach is beautiful golden/white soft sand that extends into the water for great swimming. The food was good, lots of fruit in the morning and some great a la carte at night. All in all a great family destination!

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Je reviens tout juste d'un séjour dans cet hôtel. Le terrain était impeccable, la nourriture hors du commun. Les employés de l'hôtel ont toujours été très gentils et extrêmement serviables. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et même si l'hôtel est très grand, il est très facile de s'y déplacer. Je recommanderais cet endroit à tout le monde et nous y retournerons dans un avenir proche. On ne peut pas dire assez de bien de ce complexe ! !!

Amazing Resort Just returned from a vacation at this hotel.The grounds were immaculate,the food was out of this world. The resort employees were always very nice and extremely helpful. Lots to do there and even though it is very large still very easy to get around. Would recommend this place to anyone and we will be returning in the near future. Can't say enough good things about this resort !!!

C'était la première fois que nous allions en Jamaïque et nous avons vraiment apprécié. Nous fêtions notre 25e anniversaire de mariage et le complexe nous a surpris avec une belle entrée et du champagne dans la chambre. Le complexe est bien entretenu, propre et magnifique La nourriture et les plats à base de jerk sont tout simplement délicieux Les équipements et les restaurants à la carte sont excellents Le personnel est bon, mais il pourrait être plus amical et engageant Les boissons ne nou [... lire plus]s ont pas impressionnés car il n'y avait pas de menthe pour les mojitos Les spectacles et les divertissements sont moyens et peuvent être améliorés Nous sommes allés pêcher en haute mer... c'était une expérience formidable de 4 heures, pas de poisson mais nous avons vu des dauphins. Nous avons également fait l'ascension et la visite de la rivière Dunn’s et ce fut le meilleur moment du voyage. Si vous allez un jour en Jamaïque, vous devez faire l'excursion de Dunn’s Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent moment et nous nous sommes vraiment amusés.

Amazing Resort and a lovely experience This was our first time in Jamaica and we really enjoyed ourselves. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and the resort surprised us with a beautiful entrance and champagne in the room. The resort is well maintained and clean and beautiful The food and their jerk dishes are simply delicious The amenities and the a la carte restaurants are great The staff is good.. they can be more friendly and engaging The drinks we were not impressed as there was no mint available for mojitos The shows and entertainment was average and can be improved We went deep see fishing .. it was a great 4 hour experience no fish but we saw dolphins. We also did the Dunn’s River Fall climb and tour and it was the best highlight of the trip. If you ever go to Jamaica.. you have to do the Dunn’s Excursion All in all we have a great time and really enjoyed ourselves.

Tout était conforme à nos attentes. Bon service, bonne nourriture et très propre. Merci d'avoir passé un bon moment. Notre transport était toujours à l'heure. Les chambres ont été nettoyées tous les jours. Nous aurions aimé une plage plus proche... mais les piscines étaient incroyables. Nous prévoyons un autre voyage.

Fun trip Everything was what we had hoped it would be. Good service, food and very clean. Thank you for a great time. Our transportation was always on time. Rooms cleaned every day. We would of like a closer beach...but the pools were amazing. We are planning on another trip.

Superbe complexe pour les couples et les familles. Le service était un peu lent à la réception mais globalement bon. Le terrain de l'hôtel est propre, entretenu et bien entretenu. La nourriture est excellente et savoureuse, avec des variétés différentes chaque jour. La majorité des employés de l'hôtel étaient gentils et amicaux.

Great Resort Great resort for couples and families. Service was a bit slow at front reception but overall good. Resort grounds are clean, maintained and manicured quite nicely. Food is great and tasty with different varieties every day. Majority of hotel employees were nice and friendly.

Mon ami et moi avons visité ce centre de villégiature la semaine du 25 janvier. Nous avons été très satisfaits de la station, de la nourriture, du personnel et du terrain. La seule déception que nous avons eue a été de nous tromper de chambre à notre arrivée, mais le lendemain nous avons été transférés dans la bonne chambre. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un très beau complexe hôtelier que nous visiterons à nouveau et que nous recommandons vivement !

Great Resort, Great time ! My boyfriend and I visited this resort the week of January 25th. We were very happy with the resort, food, staff and grounds. The only disappointment we had was getting the wrong room upon arrival, but the next day we were moved into the right room. Overall, a very nice resort that we would visit again and highly recommend!

J'ai voyagé la semaine dernière en janvier. J'ai séjourné au Royal Golden et la chambre était fantastique avec vue sur la plage. La piscine était très agréable. La plage est correcte. J'aurais aimé être plus proche d'une ville à visiter mais j'étais là pour me détendre. Le service était très bon partout et j'y retournerais !

Great resort for the price Travelled last week in January. Stayed in Royal Golden and room was fantastic with beach view. The pool was very nice. Beach is ok. Would like to be closer to a town to visit but I was there to relax. Service was very good everywhere and would go back!

Good value Resort was very clean - staff always cleaning. Lots of pools and beautiful beach. No bugs. Food was good. Room had low lighting and our phone didn’t work but we didn’t spend much time in the room so no matter. Would recommend

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Solide 3 1/2 étoiles

Plage magnifique avec un bar agréable, beaucoup de zones ombragées, station de smoothie frais et station de crêpe. La plage avait beaucoup d'algues les deux premiers jours, ce qui ne nous a pas dérangés et ils essayaient constamment de s'en débarrasser. En milieu de semaine, les algues avaient pratiquement disparu. Piscine bien mais nous sommes restés à la plage la plupart de la semaine. Les chambres sont datées mais correctes. Nous avons demandé des chambres dans le même bâtiment car nous voy [... lire plus]agions avec des amis. La demande a été faite à l'origine par trip central et ensuite par l'hôtel lui-même sur messenger. On nous a dit qu'on ne pouvait le faire qu'à l'arrivée. Nous l'avons demandé au moment de l'enregistrement lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans l'après-midi. Un gentil monsieur nous a dit de revenir dans une heure car les chambres devaient être nettoyées. Nous sommes allés prendre un déjeuner tardif et sommes revenus à la réception. On nous a dit qu'ils avaient besoin d'une heure de plus, alors nous sommes partis explorer le complexe et sommes revenus après une heure et demie et on nous a donné des chambres dans des bâtiments différents. J'ai l'impression qu'ils ont donné l'une de nos chambres car ils nous ont donné un nom totalement différent pour l'une d'entre elles. Nous avons donc attendu 2 heures et demie pour nous enregistrer et nous n'avons toujours pas obtenu ce que nous avions demandé. C'est la première fois que cela arrive dans un complexe hôtelier et nous voyageons généralement avec des amis, L'air conditionné a bien fonctionné dans la chambre. L'eau chaude a pris environ 5 minutes pour être chaude et nous avons fait fonctionner la douche, la baignoire et l'évier. La chambre a été assez bien nettoyée et les boissons ont été renouvelées tous les jours. Le miroir de la salle de bain était sale à l'arrivée et n'a jamais été nettoyé, mais le nettoyage quotidien était correct. Les chambres sont souvent nettoyées plus tard dans la journée. Restaurants spécialisés. Steakhouse - service excellent mais steaks épouvantables. Italien - le service est encore une fois bon et la nourriture est correcte. Japonais - nourriture et service très bons. Bar du hall principal - service aléatoire à tout moment. Buffet - beaucoup de choix qui changent. Service bon pour la plupart. Nous avons trouvé un excellent serveur à la fin de la semaine et nous sommes restés dans sa section quand nous le pouvions. Le café était super ! La salle de sport a besoin d'être rénovée. Il manque quelques poids libres, un tapis de yoga et un ballon. Les tapis roulants ont demandé un peu d'attention. Rien pour vraiment essuyer les bancs. Je n'ai pas utilisé les vélos mais ils en avaient. Wifi très mauvais. Seulement dans les parties communes et n'arrêtait pas de tomber. Machine à glaçons pina coladas et boissons de ce genre. Gâche la boisson. Spectacles le soir - la plupart du temps mauvais. Le personnel de divertissement quotidien semblait faire les spectacles de nuit et ils n'ont pas apporté de divertissement à partir de ce que nous avons vu. Nous avons apprécié notre semaine pour l'essentiel mais nous n'y retournerions pas pour le prix que nous avons payé. Nous avons payé moins cher dans d'autres stations et elles étaient meilleures.

Solid 3 1/2 star Beach beautiful with a nice bar, lots of shade areas, fresh smoothie station and crepe station. Beach had lots of seaweed first couple of days which didn’t bother us and They were constantly trying to get rid of it. By mid week the seaweed was pretty well gone. Pool fine but we stayed at the beach most of the week. Rooms dated but fine. We requested rooms in same building as we were travelling with friends. Request originally made through trip central and then through the actual hotel on messenger. We were told we can only do this when we arrive. Requested it on check in when we arrived in the afternoon. Nice gentleman told us to come back in an hour as rooms had to be cleaned. We went for a late lunch and checked back at reception. We were told that they needed another hour so we went exploring the resort and went back after an hour and a half and where given rooms in different buildings. I have a feeling they gave one of our rooms away as they gave us a totally different name for one of the rooms. So we waited 2 1/2 hours to check in and still didn’t get what we requested. First time at a resort that this has happened and we usually travel with friends, A/c worked fine in room. Hot water took about 5 minutes to get hot and we ran the shower, bathtub and sink. Room cleaned fairly well and drinks replenished daily. Mirror in bathroom was smeared and dirty upon arrival and never cleaned but the daily cleaning other than that was fine. Rooms often cleaned later in the day. Specialty restaurants. Steakhouse- service wonderful but steaks terrible. Italian- service good again and food ok. Japanese - food and service very good. Main lobby bar- hit and miss for service at any time. Buffet- lots of selection that changed up. Service good for the most part. We found a wonderful server by the end of the week and stayed in her section when we could. Coffee shop was great! Gym in need of refurbishment. Some free weights missing, one yoga mat and one ball. Treadmills took some figuring out. Nothing to really wipe benches off. Didn’t use bikes but they had them. Wifi terrible. Only in common areas and kept on dropping. Slushy machine pina coladas and drinks like that. Ruins the drink. Shows at night- mostly bad. There daily entertainment staff seemed to do the shows at night and they did not bring entertainment in from what we saw. We enjoyed our week for the most part but would not go back for the price we paid . We have paid less for other resorts and they have been better.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Endroit agréable

L'hôtel était agréable et la chambre confortable, le terrain très propre et bien entretenu. L'arrivée et l'enregistrement ont pris du temps, il y a eu des problèmes continus, mais nous avons pu profiter d'un peu de temps calme entre les deux. Les employés ont fait de leur mieux pour nous mettre à l'aise, mais malheureusement cela a eu tendance à me rendre plus anxieux. Il est peu probable que je revienne, je ne dirais pas que je suis en colère, plutôt déçu.

Nice place The hotel was nice and the room was comfortable , the grounds very clean and well maintained. The ground transportation was more than I was comfortable with, arrival and check in was time consuming, there were issues continuously, but we were able to enjoy some quiet time in between. The employees did their best to make us comfortable, but unfortunately it had tendency to cause me more anxiety. It's unlikely I'll be returning, I wouldn't say I'm angry, more disappointed.

C'est un complexe hôtelier qui a de très belles chambres, des terrains bien entretenus, des piscines agréables et bien entretenues, mais qui pourrait améliorer son buffet, le service était surabondant et non nécessaire nécessaire. Par exemple, 4 superviseurs et un grand nombre de serveurs.Un gaspillage d'argent.Les restaurants à la carte étaient assez bons, mais l'obtention de billets prenait beaucoup de temps.Les cinq restaurants, tous sauf un, se trouvaient sur la propriété du Grand Bahia Pr [... lire plus]incipie.Nous ne sommes allés à la plage qu'une seule fois, mais elle semblait dangereuse à certains endroits en raison d'un abaissement soudain. Dans l'ensemble, c'était bien, mais si nous y retournions, nous prendrions l'avion pour La Romana au lieu de Punta Cana

A little disappointed This is a hotel complex that has very nice rooms,well kept grounds,nice and well kept pools,but could improve there Buffet .Some of the items provided such as seafood, left some people sick,my wife being one.The service was over supplied and not necessary needed. For example 4 supervisors and a great number of waiters/waitress.A waste of money.The A la Carte restaurants were quite good,however to get tickets was quite time consuming The five restaurants,all but one was on the property of Grand Bahia Principie.We were at the beach only once,but it appeared dangerous in some places due to a sudden drop-off. All in all it was OK,but if we went again we would fly to La Romana instead of Punta Cana

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Nous l'adorons !

C'est la cinquième fois que nous séjournons à Sian Ka'an et, comme par le passé, nous trouvons que c'est un endroit spécial. Le personnel, la nourriture et l'hébergement sont merveilleux et vous avez l'impression d'être un invité spécial. L'accès aux trois autres complexes hôteliers offre une grande variété d'options en matière de restauration, de piscine et de plage. Nous reviendrons certainement bientôt !

We love it! This is the 5th time we have stayed at Sian Ka'an and, as in the past, we find it a special place to stay. The staff, food and accommodation are wonderful and you feel like you are a special guest. Access to the 3 other sister resorts provides a great variety in dinning, pool and beach options. We will definitely return soon!

Bahia Principe Explore Legend: Fantasia Bahia Principe Punta Cana

Le parc de l'hôtel est magnifique ! Grand parc aquatique pour les jeunes enfants. Le club pour enfants est propre et le personnel est sympathique. Recommandez des chaussures d'eau pour les enfants - les carreaux de marbre autour des piscines sont glissants ! Il est recommandé de ne pas séjourner au niveau principal pour éviter les odeurs de moisi dans les chambres et les draps. Quelques changements au buffet quotidien - soirées à thème. Nous avons trouvé que les spectacles de 21h et 22h étaient  [... lire plus]trop tard pour les enfants.

The grounds of the hotel are pretty! Great water park for younge children. Kids club area clean and have friendly staff. Recommend water shoes for kids- marble tiles around pool areas are slippery!! Recommend not staying on main level to try and avoid musty smelling rooms/linen. Some changes to buffet daily- themed nights. We found evening show times of 9pm and 10 pm too late for the kids to enjoy.

J'aimerais profiter de l'occasion pour dire que ce centre de villégiature a été une escapade extraordinaire pour les garçons.... Le personnel était formidable et amical, la nourriture était toujours bonne, la piscine était propre et la plage était à couper le souffle... Je dois dire qu'il y avait un manque de divertissement, mais ce qu'ils ont fourni était satisfaisant. Le centre de villégiature était l'un des sept qui étaient interactifs à tout moment, mais ce n'était pas nécessaire car nous av [... lire plus]ions tout ce dont nous avions besoin là où nous étions. Je recommande vivement le luxueux Bihia Principe Ambar si vous cherchez à faire la fête ou à vous reposer... Lors de mon prochain voyage, j'aimerais y aller avec quelqu'un de spécial.

Boys week Would like to take this opportunity to say this resort was an amazing get away the the boys... The staff was amazing and friendly, the food was always good, pool was clean and beach was breath taking... I do have to say there was a lack of entertainment but what they did provide was satisfactory. The resort was one of seven which at any time was interactive but unnecessary because we had all we needed where we were. I highly recommend The Luxury Bihia Principe Ambar if your looking for party or rest... Next trip I would love to go here with someone special.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Encore un excellent séjour au Bahia Principe Sian Ka’an

Nous sommes arrivés d'Ottawa avec Air Canada. Longue file d'attente à l'immigration, puis retour aux escaliers... Le lundi n'est peut-être pas le meilleur jour pour arriver à Cancun. Nous avons franchi la ligne assez rapidement, mais avons dû attendre plus d'une heure pour le reste des gens qui venaient au Bahia Principe. Le trajet est long, 1,5 heure, mais nous le savions et le bus avait du wifi et de la bière. C'était notre deuxième fois à Sian Ka’an et nous sommes allés à Tulum et Cob [... lire plus]a auparavant. L'enregistrement a été rapide et un groom nous a conduits à notre chambre tout de suite... puis il y a eu quelques pépins. Notre clé de chambre ne fonctionnait pas, j'ai fait demi-tour deux fois, après 6 clés, nous en avons finalement eu une qui fonctionnait... ce n'est pas un bon début. Deux ventilateurs de plafond dans notre chambre, l'un au-dessus du canapé fonctionnait, nous ne pouvions pas trouver l'interrupteur pour celui au-dessus du lit. Nous avons appelé le service après-vente, qui est venu rapidement. Nous avions un grand lit qui n'était que deux lits doubles attachés ensemble... et devinez où se trouvait l'interrupteur du ventilateur ? Derrière le lit ! Cette chambre était câblée pour deux lits doubles... étrange mais nous avons laissé le ventilateur allumé tout le temps au lieu de sortir le lit. Ensuite, nous avons eu un problème de wifi. Apparemment, ils traitent avec un serveur en Espagne. On m'a dit qu'aucune nouvelle personne ne pouvait accéder au wifi tant que le serveur n'était pas contacté. J'ai demandé des réservations de restaurant, ils en ont réservé deux pour moi à la réception et ensuite mon wifi a fonctionné parce que je n'étais plus un nouveau client. C'est bizarre, mais j'avais le wifi à ce moment-là. Tout était bien sauf le temps, je sais qu'on ne peut pas contrôler le temps ! Notre premier jour était bien mais ensuite la pluie...un jour il a plu de 13h à 20h, amusant de prendre la navette vers l'Akumal pour dîner sous la pluie. La nourriture au buffet était excellente. Le snack bar ouvert 24 heures sur 24 était également bon... il y avait beaucoup plus à ce snack bar qu'à un snack bar habituel. Les vins rouges et blancs étaient bons et ils ont fait de bons Caesars... Nous avons visité deux restaurants spécialisés, Fritos del Mar et Portifino, tous deux excellents. Notre femme de chambre était formidable et notre chambre était faite tôt tous les jours. L'océan était agréable et plus chaud que les piscines. Les piscines ont besoin d'un temps plus chaud pour se réchauffer, mais elles étaient agréables et rafraîchissantes. Notre vol de retour a été retardé d'une heure et demie, il faisait froid et il neigeait à Ottawa. J'ai donné à ce complexe un 5* il y a deux ans mais je ne peux pas le refaire cette fois-ci, c'est toujours un très beau complexe et nous aimons la partie réservée aux adultes ainsi que la nourriture et les boissons. Le service au buffet était variable selon l'endroit où vous étiez assis... toujours bon mais pas aussi bon qu'il y a deux ans. Et le problème des cartes-clés à notre arrivée m'a vraiment irrité....es cartes sont-elles vieilles et usées ou était-ce la serrure ?...aucune explication ou excuse réelle n'a été donnée.... Tous ces points positifs donnent tout de même au Sian Ka’an un 4+* et il restera sur ma liste d'endroits où retourner, toujours en fonction du prix cependant.

Another great stay at Bahia Principe Sian Ka’an We flew in from Ottawa with Air Canada. Long line at immigration, right back to the stairs...Monday might not be the best day to arrive in Cancun. We got through the line fairly quickly but had to wait over an hour for the rest of the people coming to the Bahia Principe. Long drive, 1.5 hours, but we knew that and the bus had wifi and beer. This was our second time at Sian Ka’an and we’ve been to Tulum and Coba before too. Check in was quick and a bell boy drove us to our room right away...then a few glitches. Our room key didn’t work, I walked back twice, after 6 keys we finally had one that worked..not a good start. Two ceiling fans in our room, one over the couch worked, we couldn’t find the switch for the one over the bed. Called for service, they came quickly. We had a king bed which was just two doubles tied together..and guess where the switch for the fan was? Behind the bed! This room was wired for two doubles...strange but we just left the fan on all the time rather than pulling the bed out. Then we had a wifi issue. Apparently they deal with a server in Spain. I was told no new people could access wifi until the server was contacted. I asked about restaurant bookings, they booked two for me at the front desk and then my wifi worked because I wasn’t a new customer anymore. Weird but I had wifi then. Everything was good except the weather, I know we can’t control the weather! Our first day was good but then rain...one day it rained from 1pm until 8pm, fun taking the shuttle to the Akumal for dinner in the rain. Food at the buffet was excellent. The 24 hour snack bar was good too...much more at this snack bar than a usual snack bar. Both red and white wines were good and they made good Caesars... We did two speciality restaurants, Fritos del Mar and Portifino, both excellent. Our maid was great and our room was made up early every day. Ocean was nice and warmer than the pools, the pools need some warmer weather to warm up although they were nice and refreshing. Our flight back was delayed an hour and a half, cold and snowy in Ottawa. I gave this resort a 5* two years ago but can’t do it again this time, it’s still a really nice resort and we love the adults only part and the food and drinks. The service in the buffet was hit and miss this time depending on where you sat...still good but not as good as two years ago. And the issue with the key cards when we arrived really irritated me....are the cards old and worn out or was it the lock?..no real explanation or apology was given... All the good things still give the Sian Ka’an a 4+* and it will remain on my list of places to return too, always depending on the price though.

Le complexe est magnifique, propre, proche d'une belle plage et dispose de plusieurs piscines. Le buffet est bon et les restaurants à la carte sont excellents. Les chambres sont grandes mais ont besoin d'être rénovées, en particulier les salles de bains. La chasse d'eau des toilettes est très lente et l'évier se vide aussi lentement. Le personnel est poli et efficace, même si le "bonjour" me manque lorsque je rencontre les agents d'entretien. Les divertissements sont de type "lobby" et il n'y a  [... lire plus]pas d'auditorium pour les spectacles.

Good Resort The resort is beautiful, clean, close to a beautiful beach and also has several pools. Buffet food is good and the a la carte restaurants are amazing. Bedrooms are large but need updating, especially the bathrooms. Toilet flushes very slowly and sink drains slowly as well. The staff is polite and efficient although I miss the "hello" when meeting maintenance workers.Entertainment is of the "lobby type" and there is no auditorium for performances.

Le Resort était magnifique, les chambres très propres, la plage était magnifique, la nourriture était incroyable. J'ai tout aimé dans ce Resort. Le personnel était très serviable sur les endroits où manger dans certains restaurants et les divertissements étaient fantastiques.

Amazing Resort The Resort was beautiful, rooms very clean the beach was beautiful, the food was amazing I loved everything about the Resort. the staff was very helpful on the places to eat at certain restaurants and the entertainment was fantastic.
