Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Le centre de villégiature a été apprécié

L'établissement était très bien, grand, ce qui nécessite beaucoup de marche. La zone de la piscine était agréable avec de nombreuses activités, la zone de la plage était un peu décevante, un beau paysage mais pas idéal pour nager, c'est ce que l'on attend de la région de Runaway Bay. Le personnel était en grande partie fantastique, à l'exception de la réception. La réception semblait froide, peu intéressée et avait besoin d'un changement d'attitude. Les animations nocturnes étaient tout simple [... lire plus]ment divertissantes. Dans l'ensemble, une bonne expérience.

Enjoyed the Resort Facility was great, large which requires allot of walking. Pool area was nice with many activities, beach area was a bit disappointing, great scenery but not great for swimming, this is what too expect from the Runaway Bay area. Staff for the most part was fantastic with the exception of the front desk. The front desk seemed cold, uninterested and needed an attitude adjustment. Nightly entertainment was just that entertaining. Overall a good experience.

Royalton Blue Waters: Merveilleux centre de villégiature

L'hôtel était propre. La chambre était grande, très confortable et la vue du balcon était très belle. La plage était très agréable. Le personnel était très serviable et amical. La nourriture était très bonne. Et vous ne pouvez pas manquer le capucinno.

Wonderful Resort The hotel was clean. The room was large, very comfortable, and the view from the balcony was very nice. The beach was very nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was very good. And you can't miss the capucinno.

Azul Beach Resort Negril: Dans l'ensemble, un bon centre de villégiature

Station simple mais efficace, la nourriture était bonne, les gens étaient sympathiques, les divertissements nocturnes étaient excellents. Le fait d'avoir accès au responsable de la restauration, des divertissements et des ventes m'a permis de faire quelques suggestions d'amélioration qui ont été acceptées de manière positive. En me basant sur le fait que le catamaran est tombé en panne pendant l'utilisation/le sauvetage, j'ai suggéré quelques améliorations dans l'espoir d'éviter ce genre de si [... lire plus]tuation.

Overall a good resort Simple resort but affective, food was good, people were friendly, night entertainment was great. Having access to Food/Entertainment/Sales manager allowed me to give some improvement suggestions which were accepted in a positive light. Based on Catamaran breaking down during use/rescue; suggested some improvements in the hope it is prevented.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Station balnéaire Grand Palladium, Jamaïque

Le Grand Palladium est un très bon complexe hôtelier qui compte plus de mille chambres. Il y a deux sections, le Grand Palladium Jamaica et le Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton, qui est nouveau et dispose de meilleures chambres. Les chambres sont très grandes et confortables avec tous les équipements. nous avons apprécié la nourriture servie dans 7 restaurants, italien, mexicain, indien, asiatique, fruits de mer et autres, la nourriture était très bonne. Nous avons également apprécié tous les bars  [... lire plus]avec différents types de boissons jamaïcaines et de l'eau de coco. tous les soirs, les programmes d'animation étaient divertissants La plage de Sunset Cove et la plage de Las Brisas sont très agréables pour nager et se détendre Ils ont la plus grande piscine pour s'amuser, ainsi qu'une piscine pour les enfants. Tout le personnel était très bon et serviable. nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos sept jours de vacances et nous reviendrons dans le même complexe.

Grand Palladium resort, Jamaica Grand palladium is very good resort with over one thousand rooms. They have two sections, grand palladium Jamaica and grand palladium lady Hamilton which is new and has better rooms. Rooms are very big and comfortable with all facilities. we enjoyed food served in 7 restaurants, Italian, Mexican, Indian, Asian, seafood and more, food was very good. Also enjoyed all bars with different types of Jamaican drinks and coconut water. every night, entertainment programs were entertaining Also lots of activities during whole day, Sunset cove beach and Las Brisas beach are very good to swim and relax They have biggest swimming pool to enjoy, also pool for kids. All staff were very good and helpful. we enjoyed our seven days vacation very much and will go again in same resort.

Sandals Jamaica South Coast: Excellent !

Rooms on the Beach Negril: J'aime, j'aime, j'aime !

J'ai passé une semaine au Rooms Negril et je ne pouvais pas rêver d'un meilleur endroit pour séjourner. Le personnel est incroyable et si serviable, la nourriture est excellente, les chambres sont propres et confortables et l'emplacement est parfait, juste sur la plage. Je reviendrai à l'hôtel ! !!!

Love, love, love! Spent a week at Rooms Negril and couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Staff are amazing and so helpful, food is great, rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is perfect, right on the beach. I will be returning!!!!

Riu Reggae: Excellente station

L'hôtel était propre et le personnel très sympathique. C'était notre deuxième séjour dans ce complexe et nous y retournerons. La nourriture était géniale pas de plaintes il y avait quelque chose pour tout le monde sauf si vous êtes très pointilleux. Les alacarts étaient excellents et nous n'avons pas eu à réserver.

Excellent resort Hotel was clean staff was very friendly. This was our second time to this resort and would go back again. The food was awesome no complaints there was something for everyone unless you are very picky. The alacarts were excellent and didn’t have to make reservations.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Magnifique centre de villégiature !

Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire au Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton ! Le complexe est magnifique, le service est excellent et la nourriture est très variée. Nous étions là avec notre enfant en bas âge et elle s'est beaucoup amusée dans la piscine pour enfants. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute !

Beautiful resort! We had an amazing week at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton! The resort was beautiful, the service was excellent, and there was a good variety of food. We were there with our toddler and she had a great time in the kids pool area. There is definitely something for everyone. We will definitely go back!

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Un lieu de villégiature fabuleux !

Il s'agit d'un centre de villégiature extraordinaire ! Le personnel de l'hôtel est exceptionnel, le terrain est impeccable, la nourriture est superbe et les chambres sont fabuleuses ! C'est la deuxième fois que je viens dans ce complexe et j'ai été agréablement surpris de voir que toutes les chambres avaient été rénovées. Le décor est superbe !

Fabulous resort! This is an amazing resort! The hotel staff are exceptional, the grounds immaculate, the food superb, and the rooms are fabulous! This is my second time coming to this resort, and Was pleasantly surprised that all the rooms had been updated. Great decor!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Très bon dans l'ensemble

L'hôtel était magnifique. De loin le plus moderne et le plus actuel. Il était bien mieux que l'hôtel minable dans lequel nous avons séjourné à Toronto lorsque nous avons fait le "park, sleep and go". La plage était agréable. Peu profonde mais décente. Vous pouvez marcher plus loin de la station et aller vers d'autres plages, y compris des plages de nudistes. Continuez à marcher et vous les trouverez. La nourriture était excellente. Les animations nocturnes étaient correctes. Pas d'activités amus [... lire plus]antes sur la plage comme celles que nous avons connues en République Dominicaine. Toutes les activités amusantes se déroulaient au bord de la piscine, mais nous n'y avons pas passé beaucoup de temps. Les piscines étaient propres et agréables, mais nous pouvons nager dans la piscine ici au Canada. Nous n'avons donc pas perdu notre temps à la piscine. C'est quand même agréable à regarder. Il n'y a vraiment rien de mauvais à dire sur cet endroit. La seule raison pour laquelle je n'ai pas donné cinq étoiles à cet endroit est que la plage n'était pas assez profonde pour moi. De plus, je m'attendais à ce qu'il y ait des activités amusantes à la plage. Il n'y en avait pas. Même si j'aime m'allonger et me détendre, l'aspect divertissant de la plage m'a manqué. J'ai déjà été dans des complexes 3 étoiles et j'y retournerais en raison des divertissements offerts par le personnel. C'est ce qui a manqué un peu lors de ce voyage. Mais c'est quand même bien.

Very good overall The hotel was beautiful. By far the most modern and current style. It was much better than the junky hotel we stayed at in Toronto when we did the park, sleep and go. The beach was nice. Shallow but decent. You can walk further from the resort and go into other beaches including nude beaches. Just keep on walking and you'll find it. The food was great. Entertainment at night was decent. No fun activities on the beach like we experienced in the Dominican. All of the fun stuff was done by the pool, which we did not spend much time there. The pools were clean and nice, but we can swim in the pool here in Canada. So we didn't waste our time at the pool. Still nice to look at though. Not really anything bad to say about this place. The only reason I didn't give this place five stars is that the beach was not deep enough for me. Also I was expecting some fun entertainment at the beach. There wasn't any. As much as I like to lay down and relax, I missed the entertainment aspect on the beach. I've been to 3 star resorts, and would go back because of the entertainment value the staff provided. That was lacking a bit on this trip. But still good.

Grand Muthu Runaway Bay Club Caribbean: Une escapade fantastique

Ce centre de villégiature m'a été recommandé par un ami. Il était très relaxant, très confortable et très propre. Bien qu'il ait plu une bonne partie du temps, tout le monde a semblé en tirer le meilleur parti, tout en continuant à se divertir et à s'amuser. Chaque fois que nous avons eu des questions ou des préoccupations, le personnel a été amical et prompt à résoudre les problèmes.

Fantastic Getaway This resort was recommended to me by a friend. It was very relaxing, and very comfortable and clean. Although it rained for a lot of the time, everyone seemed to make the most of it, and still continued with entertainment and excitement. Whenever we had any questions or concerns, the staff were friendly and prompt in resolving anything.

L'hôtel était excellent, la chambre de bonne taille avec un grand balcon, pas d'odeur de moisissure.La restauration était excellente, la nourriture très bonne et les gens très polis.Une chose que je n'ai pas aimée, c'est qu'il n'y avait pas de bureau de change à l'hôtel, et que West Jet demandait 15 dollars américains par personne pour se rendre dans les magasins, donc je n'ai rien acheté.Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour a été très agréable.Merci à Rick et à Travel Central.

amazing resort The hotel was excellent,room good size with big balcony,no mold smell.Dining exellent very good food and people very polite.One thing i didn't like was that there was no mony exchange in the hotel,and west jet was asking for 15 dollars American per person to get ride to the shops,so i didn't bye anything.Overal our stay there was very plesent.Thenk you Rick and travel central.

SeaGarden Beach Resort: J'ai hâte d'y retourner

Tous étaient 5 étoiles Le personnel était merveilleux, serviable et amical Rien n'était trop difficile pour le personnel afin d'obtenir ce que nous demandions. Nous pouvions partir en excursion ou rester à l'hôtel, selon nos envies. La nourriture était divine, en particulier le poisson.

Can’t wait to go back All were 5 star Staff were all wonderful, helpful, friendly Nothing was too much trouble for staff to get what we asked for. We could go on trips or stay at the hotel whatever we felt like doing. Food was divine, especially the fish.

JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar: Excellent emplacement pour les vacances

L'hôtel est bien entretenu et offre d'excellentes installations réservées aux adultes pour des vacances parfaites. Le personnel est le point fort de l'hôtel et si vous avez une chambre avec majordome, c'est encore mieux. Il s'occupe de tous vos besoins. Nous avons eu deux jours et demi de pluie, ce qui a mis un terme à notre semaine, mais tout s'est bien passé. Les restaurants valent également la peine d'être visités et offrent d'excellents repas à la carte.

Excellent Vacation Location The hotel is well maintained and offers excellent adult only facilities for the perfect vacation. The highlight is the staff and if you get a room with a butler that is even better. They look after all your needs. We had 2 and a half days of rainy weather which topped off our week but still it was good. The restaurants are also worth visiting and offer great a-la-carte meals.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Grand centre de villégiature

Nous y avons séjourné (Luxury Bahia Principe) du 5 au 12 décembre et nous avons passé un excellent moment ! Le personnel était très sympathique et tous parlaient anglais. La plage était très propre et généralement calme dans le lagon artificiel. Nous avons été déçus que le resort ne mette pas de linge de toilette dans notre chambre à moins que nous ne le demandions chaque jour et même dans ce cas, nous n'en avons pas toujours eu. (Nous donnons toujours un pourboire aux femmes de chambre)  [... lire plus] Le personnel (généralement une seule personne pour la grande foule) est venu prendre les commandes de boissons au bar du hall très rarement, bien que nous leur ayons donné un pourboire à chaque fois qu'ils se sont présentés. Il était beaucoup plus rapide de marcher jusqu'au bar et de commander directement si l'on pouvait s'en approcher. Tout compte fait, c'est un endroit très agréable avec une bonne nourriture et avec quelques ajustements, ma note de 9 / 10 deviendrait un 10 / 10 complet. Signé, George Dring

Great Resort We stayed there ( Luxury Bahia Principe ) from Dec. 5th. to Dec. 12th. and had a great time! The staff was very friendly and all spoke English. Beach was very clean and usually calm in the man made lagoon. We were disappointed that the resort didn't put wash clothes in our room unless we asked each day and even then, didn't always get any. ( we always tip the maids.) The staff ( usually only one person for the large crowd ) came around to take drink orders in the lobby bar very infrequently, although we always tipped them each time when they did show up. It was a lot quicker to walk to the bar and order directly if you could get near it. All said, it is a very nice place with good food and with a few tweaks would make my rating of 9 / 10 to a full 10 / 10. Signed, George Dring

Couples Sans Souci: Belle station mais à améliorer

La nourriture n'était pas très appétissante et le service avait besoin d'être amélioré. Vous demandiez quelque chose et ne l'obteniez jamais. Vous sembliez toujours déranger le personnel. Après avoir dit à CSA, CSS a été une énorme déception. Nous aurions aimé retourner au CSA. Ce resort n'était pas du tout de la même qualité.

Beautiful Resort but needs improvement Food was less than desirable and the service needed some work. You would ask for something and just never get it. You always seemed to be bothering the staff. After saying at CSA, CSS was a huge disappointment. Wished we had returned to CSA. This resort wasn't anywhere near the same quality.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Un lieu de séjour idéal

Comme le titre l'indique, c'est un endroit où il fait bon séjourner. Le complexe est grand et beau et il y a beaucoup de choses à faire. Le personnel est formidable et les chambres sont agréables. La meilleure partie du complexe est de loin la plage. Ce complexe est de loin le meilleur rapport qualité-prix.

Great place to stay As the title says, this is a great place to stay. The resort is big and beautiful with lots to do. The staff is great and the rooms are nice. The best part of the resort is by far the beach. This resort is the best value by far.
