Lorsque vous lisez les mauvais commentaires sur ce complexe hôtelier, écoutez-les et roulez ! CET ENDROIT A RUINÉ LES VACANCES DE MA FAMILLE ! Nous sommes tous rentrés malades, c'est le complexe le plus sale que nous ayons connu, le personnel ne fait pas son travail, les locaux prennent le relais le week-end et ne laissent plus rien à manger ! La plage est un marécage, je veux dire que j'ai vu de meilleurs marécages !!!! Il n'y a rien à faire ici

Bien entretenu. Personnes agréables. Belle plage. Très belle propriété. J'y retournerai certainement. La nourriture était bonne. Beaucoup de choix. Le temps était excellent. Une belle station balnéaire Merci

Bahia Principe Explore Legend: C'est prometteur !

Terrain de l'hôtel : Magnifique ! Bien entretenu, propre ! Cependant, TOUT est numérique. Vous avez besoin d'un téléphone pour tout ! Les menus des restaurants ne sont disponibles que par QR code !!!! Le wifi est au mieux irrégulier. L'équipe de l'hôtel hausse les épaules quand il ne fonctionne pas. Nourriture : médiocre, pas géniale. Le buffet était correct, extrêmement bruyant - je pense que c'est juste l'acoustique. Très bruyant. Les restaurants à la carte sont terribles. Le service  [... lire plus]est très lent, voire inexistant. Service : Il y a des hauts et des bas. Plage : Encombrée et petite ! Tellement de vendeurs essayant de vendre des choses. Difficile de se détendre. Dès que vous vous asseyez, quelqu'un s'approche. Les tour-opérateurs : Littéralement, ils disparaissent ! L'hôtel n'a aucune information pour vous aider. Bonne chance pour obtenir des informations ! D'une manière générale, l'ambiance de la RD a changé. On a l'impression qu'il s'agit d'une grande escroquerie qui ne fait que s'emparer de l'argent. C'est vraiment dommage.

It looked promising! Hotel grounds: Beautiful! Well kept, clean! However, EVERYTHING is digital. You need a phone for everything! Menus in restaurants are available only by QR code!!!! Wifi is spotty at best. Hotel team shrugs when it isn’t working. Food: meh, not great. Buffet was ok, extremely noisy - I think it’s just the acoustics. Disruptively loud. A la carte Restaurants are terrible. Service is very slow or non existent. Service: Hit and miss. Beach: Crowded and small! Sooooo many vendors trying to sell stuff. Hard to relax. The minute you sit down, someone is approaching. Tour operators: Literally, they disappear!! Hotel has no information to help. Good luck getting any info! Overall, the whole vibe of the DR has changed. Just seems like one big hustling cash grab now. Such a shame.

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Superbe voyage !

Le Grand Palladium était à peu près tout ce que nous pouvions demander. De belles plages, de belles personnes et de belles installations. Très bonne nourriture, en particulier les plats à la carte. De nombreuses excursions étaient également proposées.

Great trip ! The Grand Palladium was pretty much everything we could ask for. Beautiful beaches, beautiful people and beautiful facilities. Very good food especially the a la cartes. Many excursions were also offered.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Un resort extraordinaire et très propre.

Très, très propre dans tous les domaines. La nourriture au buffet principal était excellente. Les chambres d'hôtel étaient un peu désuètes, mais très bien entretenues et propres. Le terrain était très bien entretenu, tout comme les allées. Le système de transport était incroyable, du hall principal à la plage. J'aimerais dire que la personne de Transat sur place a été très peu serviable.

Amazing and very clean resort .. Very, very clean in all areas . Food at the main buffet was excellent . Hotel rooms were a little dated , but very well kept and clean . The grounds were very well kept , as were the pathways . The transit system was amazing from main lobby to beach area . Would like to say that the Transat person on site was extremely unhelpful .

Occidental Punta Cana: Une belle maison loin de chez soi

Chambres propres et spacieuses. Wifi gratuit pour tous. La nourriture était bonne et abondante. J'aurais aimé qu'il y ait du bacon. Les dîners de spécialités auraient besoin d'un peu d'aide et d'une meilleure organisation. Plages magnifiques et propres. Dans l'ensemble, c'est une excellente maison loin de chez soi. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Great home away from home Clean and spacious rooms. Wifi free for all. Food was good, and plenty of it. Wish they had bacon. The specialty dinners could use a little help and better organizing. Beautiful, clean beaches. Overall, great home away from home. Will definitely be back.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Bahia Principe Grand à Punta Cana

Le terrain était exceptionnel, le service à la clientèle pas vraiment. Pas de service internet dans notre chambre et très sporadique autour de la piscine ou dans le hall principal. De plus, le téléphone de notre chambre n'a pas fonctionné pendant notre séjour, malgré de nombreuses réclamations dans le hall principal.

Bahia Principe Grand in Punta Cana Grounds were exceptional, customer service on the other hand not so much. No internet service in our room and very sporadic around the pool or in the main lobby. Also the phone in our room did not work during our stay even though numerous complaints at the main lobby.

Occidental Punta Cana: Belle plage !

La plage était magnifique et l'on pouvait marcher pendant au moins une heure dans les deux sens. Le terrain de l'Occidental était immaculé, les piscines propres mais très peu profondes, les chaises de plage confortables, les chambres confortables et propres, le wifi toujours bon dans toute la propriété, les buffets savoureux (bien qu'un peu répétitifs), la variété des restaurants à la carte était bonne avec des plats qui étaient un cran au-dessus des buffets. Il n'y a pas autant de bars en jou [... lire plus]rnée que dans d'autres établissements où je suis allé, il y avait donc toujours des files d'attente pour obtenir des boissons. Heureusement, les divertissements bruyants en soirée ne duraient pas trop longtemps !

Beautiful beach! The beach was beautiful and you could walk for at least an hour in either direction. The grounds at Occidental were immaculate, the pools clean but very shallow, the beach chairs comfortable, the rooms comfy & clean, the wifi consistently good around the property, the buffet food tasty (if a little repetitive), the variety of a la carte restaurants was good with food that was a notch better than the buffets. Not as many day-time bars as other properties I've been to, so there were always line-ups/waits to get drinks. Thankfully, the loud evening entertainment didn't go too late!

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Grand centre de villégiature !

C'était notre cinquième séjour à l'Ambar et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Nous avons passé un excellent moment ! Le terrain est magnifique. Les chambres rénovées sont rafraîchissantes et très propres. La nourriture et les boissons sont excellentes. Tous les plats à la carte étaient délicieux ! Tout le personnel était très serviable et amical. La plupart des jours, la plage était débarrassée des sargasses, et les jours où ce n'était pas le cas, ils ont travaillé sans relâche pour la garder p [... lire plus]ropre. Nous reviendrons et recommanderons sans aucun doute.

Great Resort! This was our 5th time at the Ambar and it did not disappoint. We had an amazing time! The grounds are beautiful. The renovated rooms are refreshing and very clean. The food and drinks were great. All the a la cartes were delicious! All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Most days the beach was clear of sargassum, and on the days it wasn’t, they worked tirelessly to keep it clean. Ww will definitely return and recommend.

Tout était super Les chambres sont un peu désuètes L'internet sur notre téléviseur a cessé de fonctionner au milieu de notre séjour et personne n'a pu le réparer Bien qu'ils aient fait un bon essai Sinon satisfait de tout J'ai été vraiment déçu par la compagnie aérienne Sunwing Avoir à transférer à un autre terminal était une douleur

Wonderful Everything was great Rooms are a bit outdated Our internet on our tv stopped working halfway into our stay and nobody could fix it Although they gave it a good try Otherwise happy with everything I was really disappointed with Sunwing Airline Having to transfer to another terminal was a pain

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: Grand centre de villégiature

Les chambres étaient très jolies, la plage charmante et la grande piscine magnifique. La nourriture était typique des Dominicains, pas la meilleure mais correcte. Malheureusement, nous avons tous les deux terminé avec Covid. Le temps était exceptionnel, définitivement propre et bien entretenu. c'est la première fois que nous avons eu un service de majordome, c'était un avantage appréciable.

Great Resort The rooms were very nice, lovely beach and big beautiful pool. Food was typical of the Dominican, not the best but okay. Unfortunately we both ended with Covid. Weather was outstanding, definitely clean and well kept. first time we have ever had Butler service, it was a nice perk.

Iberostar Selection Bavaro Suites: Un grand moment de soleil et de sable

L'hôtel était très bien, propre et très bien situé, ainsi que la plage. Le service en chambre était lent, la nourriture dans les restaurants était moyenne. Le buffet et les repas au bord de la piscine étaient excellents. La langue était un problème pour les anglophones, mais dans l'ensemble, l'expérience a été formidable et nous avons passé un excellent moment

Great time with lots of sun and sand Hotel was great, clean and excellent location and beach. Room service was slow, food at restaurants was average. Buffet and pool side food options were great. Language was an issue for English speakers but overall the experience was great and we had an amazing time

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Il n'y a absolument rien de mauvais à dire sur ce centre de villégiature. Nous avons fait un voyage formidable. Les gens, le complexe, la nourriture, les chambres étaient excellents. La nourriture était délicieuse, les chambres étaient grandes et propres, les gens étaient si amicaux et faciles à comprendre... J'ai particulièrement apprécié notre concierge Edward, il était excellent. Je recommande vivement ce complexe et je reviendrai sans aucun doute.

Amazing Resort There is absolutley nothing bad i can say about this resort. We had a GREAT trip, The people, resort, food, room were excellent. Food was over the top delicious, Rooms were big and clean, The people were so friendly and easy to understand...I espcecially liked our concierges Edward, he was excellent. Highly recomment this resort and i will definately be back.

Punta Cana Princess: un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

la chambre est très propre et tous les services sont très bien. J'aime le spa. la nourriture est correcte. la plage a trop d'herbes marines （peut-être à cause de la saison). la piscine est bien. J'aimerais recommander ce complexe à mes amis.

amazing resort bedroom.is quite clean and all services are very good. I like the spa. food are okay. the beach have too many sea grass （maybe due to the season). pool is good. I would like to recommend my friends to this resort.

TRS Cap Cana Hotel: Restez à l'écart !

L'hôtel a été durement touché par l'ouragan et est en construction ! Un seul restaurant ouvert et des bruits de marteaux-piqueurs toute la journée ! Ils mettent la musique à fond pour essayer de l'étouffer ! Mais... Le personnel fait de gros efforts dans ces circonstances.

Stay away! Hotel was hit hard by the hurricane and is under construction! Only one restaurant open and the sounds of jack hammers all day! They pump up the music to try and drown it out! But…. The staff is trying hard under these circumstances.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Beautiful Resort

Le Bahia Principe Aquamarine est un très bel établissement. Il est très propre. Le personnel était charmant et les animateurs étaient fantastiques et très amusants. Ils interagissaient avec les clients et leur donnaient l'impression d'être les bienvenus. Je reviendrai certainement.

The Bahia Principe Aquamarine was a beautiful resort. It was very clean. The staff were lovely and the entertainment staff were fantastic and lots of fun. They interacted with the guests and made them feel very welcomed. I would definitely come back.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Très déçu par le bahia Punta cana

Les chambres étaient très sales, sentaient l'aigre et le renfermé. Chambre changée 3 fois. Mauvaise qualité de la nourriture au buffet, exactement la même chose pendant 2 semaines. Le problème des insectes est très important à l'extérieur et dans les chambres. Ma mère a dû être vue par un médecin pour des piqûres car notre benadryl et notre crème à l'hydrocortisone n'ont pas fonctionné. Beaucoup de clients couverts de piqûres d'insectes. Cafards dans la chambre. Linge sale sur le lit, sang et ch [... lire plus]eveux séchés. La fumigation est une blague, on a juste pulvérisé du raid. Ne reviendra pas et ne recommandera pas. La plage n'est pas bonne à moins d'être vip

Very disappointed with bahia Punta cana Rooms were very dirty, also sour smelling and musty. Room changed 3 times. Poor quality of food on buffet,exact same thing for 2weeks. The bug issue is a very big problem outside and in rooms. My mother needed to be seen by the dr for bites as our benadryl and hydrocortisone cream did not work. Lots of guests covered in bug bites. Cockroaches in room. Dirty linen on bed, dried blood and hair. Fumigation is a joke just sprayed with raid. Will not return or recommend. Beach area not good unless you were vip

Occidental Punta Cana: Un lieu de séjour magnifique

Le terrain était extrêmement bien entretenu. C'est un endroit très agréable pour passer des vacances. L'offre de nourriture était un peu limitée mais correcte dans l'ensemble. Nous n'avons pas apprécié les restaurants autant que le buffet. Le petit déjeuner était très populaire et très savoureux !

Gorgeous place to stay The grounds were extremely well maintained. A very lovely place to spend vacation. The food offerings were a bit limited but were decent overall. We did not enjoy the restaurants as much as we enjoyed the buffet. Breakfast was extremely popular and very tasty!

El Beso Adults Only at Ocean El Faro: Revue de la station

Ce complexe est très beau et le terrain est entretenu de manière impeccable. Nous étions dans la section réservée aux adultes, la piscine était très bien, sans enfants, mais le buffet, qui est censé être la section réservée aux adultes, avait beaucoup d'enfants qui couraient dans tous les sens, malgré les panneaux indiquant que c'était réservé aux adultes. Je pense que le personnel aurait dû intervenir et rappeler les parents à ce sujet. Je dirais également que 60 % du personnel n'était pas [... lire plus] aimable et que le service était lent dans la zone du buffet pour le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner. Dans la zone de la piscine réservée aux adultes, un employé en particulier s'est montré grossier avec moi et mes deux autres amis. Il offrait des boissons à beaucoup d'autres personnes dans la zone de la piscine mais nous ignorait, évitait de nous regarder dans les yeux. Nous lui avons même donné un pourboire assez élevé pour voir si le service serait meilleur, mais ce n'était pas le cas. Nous avons fini par acheter nos propres boissons. Les spectacles nocturnes étaient trop tardifs, commençant à 21h30 et n'étaient pas très bons. La fête sur la plage a été annulée sous prétexte qu'il allait pleuvoir. Il n'y avait pas de pluie dans les prévisions. Ils auraient pu la reporter à un autre jour. La plage est magnifique mais il y a beaucoup d'algues qui ne sont pas nettoyées.

Resort review This resort is very beautiful and the grounds are kept in an immaculate manner. We were in the adults only section, the pool area was great no kids however the buffet area which is supposed to be adults only section had a lot of kids running around despite signs saying adults only. I think the staff should have intervene and remind parents about this. I would also say that 60 percent of the staff were not friendly and service was slow in the buffet area for breakfast and lunch. There was a particular staff in the adults only pool area that was rude to me and my other 2 friends. He would offer lots of other people in the pool area drinks but ignore us, avoided eye contact with us. We even tipped him quite a bit to see if the service would be better but it wasn't. We ended up getting our own drinks. The nightly shows were too late, starting at 9:30 and were not very good. They cancelled the beach party claiming it was going to rain. There was no rain in the forecast. They could have changed it to another day. The beach is beautiful but lots of seaweed that is not cleaned up.
