Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Merveilleux centre de villégiature

une propriété bien entretenue, perchée sur une plage océanique parfaite. Sable blanc, eau bleue aigue-marine et cristalline. La température de l'eau était parfaite ! Beaucoup de repas merveilleux et le personnel ne pouvait pas faire assez pour rendre notre séjour le meilleur.

Wonderful resort a well groomed property perched on the perfect ocean beach. White sand, aquamarine blue water that was crystal clear. Water temperature was perfect! Lots of wonderful meals and staff could not do enough to make our stay the best.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Excellent endroit !

Le terrain était toujours en parfait état. Les files d'attente pour les boissons étaient toujours rapides et fluides. Les restaurants étaient incroyables et le buffet proposait des tonnes de plats différents. Il y a beaucoup de piscines différentes, de sorte que vous trouverez forcément au moins une piscine qui répond à vos besoins. La navette pour la plage ne prend que 5 à 10 minutes.

Excellent place! The grounds were always in tip-top shape. Line ups to get drinks always moved quickly and smoothly. Restaurants were amazing + buffet had tonnes of different food. A lot of different pools, so you're bound to find at least 1 that suits your needs. Shuttle to the beach only takes around 5 to 10 minutes.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Superbe séjour au centre de villégiature !

Le terrain était magnifiquement entretenu. Le personnel était toujours souriant et capable de nous aider. Nos chambres étaient impeccables et bien nettoyées. Ce fut un merveilleux séjour de détente. La machine à espresso/cappuccino dans le hall principal était en libre-service 24 heures sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7 ! La meilleure idée qui soit ! Un coup de chapeau spécial à Christina, la fille du stand des serviettes. Elle a été un atout formidable pour l'hôtel. Souriante et gentille.

Great time at the resort! The grounds were beautifully kept. The staff were always smiling and able to assist us with whatever we needed. Our rooms were immaculate and well-cleaned. It was a wonderful relaxing stay. The espresso/cappuccino machine in the main lobby was self serve 24/7! Best idea ever! A special shout-out to Christina the girl at the towel booth. She was a wonderful asset to the resort. Smiling and kind.

Bahia Principe Explore Legend: Encore de superbes vacances !

Troisième fois au Bahia Principe, première fois au Fantasia. Une fois de plus, j'ai passé de superbes vacances ! Le service, l'hébergement, la plage, les divertissements et la nourriture étaient excellents. Fantasia est un endroit idéal pour une famille ainsi que pour les adultes. Nous avons passé la matinée à la plage et à la piscine/bar de Punta Cana, l'après-midi aux toboggans aquatiques de Fantasia et nous avons terminé la journée aux piscines de Fantasia. Les gens qui travaillent au res [... lire plus]ort sont très sympathiques. L'hôtel est magnifique. Un petit commentaire, les carreaux autour de la piscine de Fantasia sont extrêmement glissants, beaucoup de chutes pendant que nous étions là. Des personnes se sont blessées. J'ai hâte d'y retourner, mais cette fois-ci pour deux semaines !

Another Great Vacation! Third time at Bahia Principe, first time at Fantasia. Once again, had a great vacation!! The service, accommodations, beach, entertainment and food was excellent. Fantasia is a great place for a family as well as for the grown ups. We spent mornings at beach and Punta Cana Pool/Bar, afternoon at the Fantasia water slides and finished the days at the Fantasia pools. People working at the resort very friendly. Resort is stunning. One small comment, tiles around Fantasia pool area extremely slippery, many falls while we were there. People getting hurt. Can't wait to go back, this time for two weeks though!

Nous continuons à revenir car les employés offrent un service exceptionnel. Le petit-déjeuner matinal au Cozumel avec Kary et André est une excellente façon de commencer la journée. Suggestions de restaurants : leGourmet, Mashua (meilleur saumon), Portofino (italien, nous recommandons toutefois le thon). Les chambres sont propres et la demande d'un couvre-lit a été traitée rapidement. Les jardins sont ravissants, la propriété est bien entretenue. Le meilleur, ce sont les gens, courtois, amicaux [... lire plus] et travailleurs.

Unbelievable service We continue to return as the employees give exceptional service. Early morning breakfast at Cozumel with Kary & Andre is a great way to start the day. Suggestions for dining..leGourmet, Mashua (best salmon) Portofino (Italian, we however recommend the tuna). Rooms are clean & a request for a bed topper was handled promptly. The gardens are lovely, well maintained property. Best are the people, courteous,friendly & hard working.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Un rêve

A l'arrivée, l'hôtel était magnifique, mais nous avons eu un problème dès le début. Je vous ai informé des problèmes de santé de ma fille, notre chambre était au 3ème étage, nous avons dû attendre dans le hall pendant plus d'une heure pour obtenir une chambre au rez-de-chaussée. Ma fille a dû voyager en chaise roulante et était sous oxygène, ce fut une journée épuisante. Nous devions voir un représentant de Transat le lendemain, mais en raison du premier jour, nous n'avons pas pu nous y rendr [... lire plus]e, ma fille était trop malade. Je comprends que Transat est séparée de vous d'une certaine manière, mais cela a eu un effet sur le fait que nous répétions ou recommandions cet endroit. Lorsque nous sommes allés voir le représentant, il a été impoli et très désagréable, il nous a dit de nous débrouiller seuls pour obtenir des informations sur le départ, etc. Nous avons essayé d'expliquer ce qui s'était passé et il nous a dit qu'il s'en fichait. Ce n'est que grâce à Lisa, notre majordome, que j'ai eu des doutes.

A Dream Upon arrival it looked amazing although we had a problem from the start. I did inform you about my daughter's health issues our room was on the 3rd floor walkup, we had to wait in the lobby for over an hour to get a ground floor room. My daughter had to travel in a wheel chair and was on oxygen, it was an exhausting day. We were to see a Transat representative the next day but due to the first day we could not make it my daughter was tooo sick. I do understand Transat is separate from you in one way but did in another did have an effect on our repeating or recommending this location. When we went to see the rep. he was rude and very nasty told us to figure out ourselves any information about leaving etc. We tried to explain what happened he said he did not care. Only because of Lisa our butler did I have second thoughts.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Une expérience exceptionnelle !

Je ne veux pas écrire une critique positive et réduire nos chances de sécuriser notre suite pour l'année prochaine, cependant tout au Siam Ka’an était trop bon pour ne pas complimenter. Le service, de la réservation à l'accueil, l'amabilité de tout le personnel, et le complexe lui-même. Remarquable, à l'année prochaine.

Outstanding Experience! I don’t want to write a positive review and reduce our chances of securing our suite for next year, however everything at Siam Ka’an was too good not to compliment. The service, from booking to greeting, friendliness of all staff, and the resort itself. Outstanding, see you next year.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Belle escapade

L'hôtel était impeccable, le personnel très aimable, le service exceptionnel et la nourriture/les restaurants délicieux. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce complexe. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés au Grand Bahia, le personnel nous a surclassés au Luxury Bahia. C'est tout simplement incroyable... nous vous en sommes éternellement reconnaissants.

Beautiful getaway The resort was immaculate, staff super friendly, service outstanding and food/restaurants delicious. Definitely recommend this resort. When we arrived at Grand Bahia the staff upgraded us to the Luxury Bahia. Simply incredible.. we are forever grateful.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Excellentes chambres

Superbe hôtel. J'y étais déjà allé et j'y suis retourné pour en profiter à nouveau. Le service sur la plage est excellent, bien meilleur que dans les autres parties du complexe. Notre famille avait séjourné à côté au Bahia Esmeralda parce que leurs enfants étaient trop jeunes pour séjourner à Ambar. Nous avons donc passé la journée ensemble. Nous n'avons pas été autorisés à manger au buffet de l'Esmeralda pour le déjeuner (à notre grande surprise) et on nous a dit que nous devions aller [... lire plus] à Ambar pour manger. Je suis presque sûre qu'Ambar est le sommet de la station, donc je pense que nous devrions être autorisés à manger n'importe où, mais je me suis trompée, seulement dans les restaurants à la carte. L'autre déception a été d'aller voir les spectacles le soir au resort "principal" (je crois qu'il s'appelle Bavaro). Nous avons demandé l'alcool amélioré et on nous a dit que même si nous étions Ambar, nous devions le payer ou retourner à notre bar pour l'obtenir. Le directeur de l'Ambar a également confirmé que la boisson avait bien été déduite de notre facture. La raison pour laquelle nous achetons des forfaits surclassés, c'est pour avoir un meilleur alcool et cela n'a jamais été le cas lorsque j'y suis allé auparavant. C'est donc très bien - il est temps d'essayer un autre resort...... trop mauvais.

Excellent rooms Great hotel. I have been there before and went back to enjoy it again. The beach service is excellent, way better than the other areas of the resort. Our family had been staying next door at the Bahia Esmeralda because their kids were too young to stay at Ambar. So during the day we hung out together. We were not allowed to eat at the Esmeralda buffet for lunch (to our surprise) and were told we had to go to Ambar to eat. I am pretty sure Ambar is the top of the resort so my belief is that we should be allowed to eat anywhere, but I was wrong, only at the ala cart restaurants. The other disappointment was going to see the shows at night at the "main" resort (I think its called bavaro). We asked for the upgraded booze and were told that even though we were Ambar we had to pay for it or go back to our bar to get it. The Ambar Manager also confirmed that although did take it off our bill. The reason we get the upgraded packages is for the better booze and it never was like this when I went before. So that's fine - time to try another resort...... too bad.

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Superbe station familiale

Un beau et propre resort qui’s compact, bien organisé et accueillant pour les familles. La plage est incroyable, la nourriture est excellente, le service est parfait et tout le monde est si gentil. Ils’ ont des tonnes d'activités pour les enfants et les adultes, et vous’ ne vous ennuierez jamais. C'est probablement l'un des plus beaux complexes hôteliers où nous sommes allés. Hautement recommandé

Awesome family resort A beautiful and clean resort that’s compact, well organized and family friendly. The beach is incredible, food is great, service is perfect and everyone is so nice. They’ve got tons of activities for kids and adults, and you’ll never be bored. This is probably one of the nicer resorts we’ve been to. Highly recommended

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Nouvelle rénovation de BahÃa Principe Ambar

C'est la troisième fois que nous venons à l'Ambar. Toujours très bien acheté, encore mieux cette fois-ci car toutes les chambres ont été rénovées et l'extérieur repeint dans une couleur beaucoup plus agréable. Il y a également un tout nouveau bar des sports très agréable sur le site de l'hôtel. L'étage inférieur dispose désormais de piscines accessibles. La nourriture et les boissons étaient parfaites comme d'habitude. Le personnel est merveilleux. Le hall a de nouveaux meubles et un tout nouvea [... lire plus]u café se trouve juste à l'extérieur. Je recommande vivement l'Ambar, réservé aux adultes.

New Bahía Principe Ambar renovations Our third time to the Ambar. Always great buy even better this time as all rooms have been remodeled and the exterior repainted a much nicer colour. Also a brand new really nice Sportsbar right on the grounds. The bottom floor now has walkout pools. The food and drink were perfect as usual. Staff are all wonderful to be with. Lobby has new furniture and a brand new coffee shop just outside. Highly recommend the Adults only Ambar.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Beautiful Resort

Nous avons adoré les chambres et le service que nous avons reçu. La chambre a toujours été préparée à l'avance et approvisionnée en articles de réfrigérateur, etc. Richard, notre majordome, nous a bien approvisionnés en glace et nous a beaucoup aidés à organiser nos repas. Les piscines, les restaurants, les bars sont tous magnifiques, la nourriture et le personnel sont excellents

We loved the rooms and the service we received. The room was always done early and supplied with fridge items etc. Richard our butler kept us well supplied with ice and was very helpful with meal arrangements. Pools, restaurants, bars all beautiful, great food and great staff

Bahia Principe Escape Samana: Fantastic Resort

Nous avons absolument adoré notre séjour au Luxury Bahia Principe Samana la semaine dernière. La nourriture était incroyable - nous recommandons vivement le buffet - tout ce que vous pouvez désirer et plus encore était offert et tout était délicieux. J'ai adoré le restaurant italien, mais le restaurant RODIZIO pour le barbecue brésilien était incroyable ! Réservez-le dès votre arrivée. Le personnel était très sympathique, arrangeant, et le service était excellent, en particulier dans les bars. L [... lire plus]es boissons sont excellentes ! On s'est vraiment senti comme à la maison pendant une semaine, avec une plage magnifique, le soleil et les vagues de l'océan au réveil. Bien que certains commentaires négatifs d'autres critiques que j'ai lus avant de réserver aient été pertinents (par exemple, le réfrigérateur de la chambre n'était pas très froid, le bain à remous n'était pas très chaud), nous les avons trouvés sans conséquence. Dans l'ensemble, ce centre de villégiature était parfait pour nous et nous n'avons absolument rien à redire. C'était calme, divertissant, inspirant et tellement amusant... et nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute !

We absolutely loved our stay at Luxury Bahia Principe Samana last week. The food was amazing - we highly recommend the buffet food - everything you could want and more was offered and it was all delicious. I loved the Italian restaurant, but RODIZIO restaurant for Brazilian BBQ was incredible! Book it as soon as you arrive. The staff were so friendly, accommodating, excellent service at the bars especially. Great drinks! It truly felt like 'home' for a week, with a beautiful beach, sun and ocean waves to wake up to. Although some negative comments from other reviewers I read prior to booking were on point (ie. room fridge was not very cold, hot tub was not very hot), we found them inconsequential. Overall, this resort was perfect for us and we have absolutely no complaints at all. It was quiet, entertaining, inspiring and so much fun ... and we will definitely visit again!

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: J'ai hâte d'y retourner !

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Okay time beach horrible

L'hôtel est immense coba n'est pas du tout près de la plage mais on peut prendre le tram pour aller à la plage. La plage n'est pas terrible, les piscines sont bonnes, la piscine de Tulum est bien meilleure. Les chambres étaient bien. On nous a donné un seul lit pour deux filles, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre mais nous n'aimions pas l'emplacement de la chambre, nous avons dormi sur le canapé. La nourriture était médiocre. Les spectacles étaient excellents. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôt [... lire plus]el était bien. Je n'ai pas aimé les gars de la multipropriété qui nous dérangeaient à chaque fois que nous passions devant. Si j'y retournais, je resterais à Tulum. Le restaurant brésilien était bizarre, j'ai adoré le restaurant méditerranéen

The hotel is huge coba is nowhere near the beach but can take tram to beach. Beach not great pools were good pool at Tulum way better. Rooms were good. Given one bed for two girls asked for room switch but didnt ljke the location of the room slept on couch. Food was mediocre. Shows were great. Overall hotel was good. Didnt ljke the timeshare guys bothering us everytime we walked by. If every returned would stay at Tulum. Brazillian resturant qas oksy loved the Mediterranean one

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Mon lieu de villégiature préféré !

Tout était si bien entretenu que les terrains et les bâtiments étaient constamment maintenus en état. Il y a de nombreuses possibilités de manger dans différents buffets, ce qui fait que l'on ne se lasse jamais de la nourriture. L'amabilité du personnel est l'une des principales raisons pour lesquelles j'aime cet endroit, il est si accueillant. Il y avait beaucoup d'algues sur la plage, mais les agents d'entretien les enlevaient constamment.

My favourite resort! Everything was so well kept, they were constantly keeping the grounds and buildings maintained. There are a lot of options to eat at different buffets so you never get sick of the food. The friendly staff is one of the main reasons why I love this place, they are so welcoming. There was a lot of seaweed being washed up on the beach, but the maintenance guys were constantly removing it.

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Grand Bahia Principe Bavaro

Très satisfait de ce centre de villégiature. Nous étions dans un bâtiment à mi-chemin de la plage et du hall, donc un emplacement parfait. La plage et l'eau sont magnifiques, mais les chaises et la taille de la plage font que les gens s'entassent les uns sur les autres, ce qui n'est pas très agréable. Ce n'est pas une bonne chose. La piscine près de notre chambre était très bien, il n'y avait jamais trop de monde et il était facile d'y trouver une chaise. La nourriture était assez bonne, on n [... lire plus]e mourrait pas de faim. Certains services n'étaient pas excellents, mais cela ne gâcherait pas un bon voyage. Nous avons fait deux excursions et chacune d'entre elles était excellente.

Very happy with this resort. We were in a building half way to beach and lobby so a perfect location. Beautiful beach and water, however the chairs and size of beach leads to people one on top of one another. Not a good feature. Pool by our room was great, never really crowded and easy to get a chair there. Food was pretty good, one will not starve. Some service areas were not great, but would not let this ruin an otherwise good trip. We did two excursions and each one was great.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Nous n'irons jamais ailleurs !

Le Bahia Principe dispose de tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin. Nous y sommes retournés pour notre lune de miel après avoir séjourné à Tulum. L'Akumal est notre préféré car il est situé directement sur la plage et dispose d'une très belle piscine à débordement, d'un snack-bar/buffet et d'un front de mer. Les sections réservées aux adultes sont très appréciables. Le wifi 24h/24, les dîners nocturnes à la carte et l'accès à l'ensemble du complexe font que l'Akumal vaut la peine d'être payé plu [... lire plus]s cher qu'à Coba ou Tulum. Nos plaintes ne sont que mineures et se comparent à celles d'autres complexes hôteliers. Le personnel est le plus sympathique de la Riviera Maya par rapport à beaucoup d'autres endroits où nous sommes allés dans les Caraïbes. La nourriture n'est jamais lassante et le complexe a tellement à offrir qu'en six séjours, je n'ai jamais quitté le complexe ! Cette fois-ci, nous sommes restés 10 jours au lieu de 7, et c'était la durée idéale pour profiter au maximum du soleil et des équipements. La vie nocturne de la station semble s'être beaucoup améliorée et nous avons apprécié les spectacles et la musique tous les soirs. Le casino et le club de l'Hacienda étaient également des activités nocturnes très amusantes. Nous continuerons sans aucun doute à y retourner !

We will never go anywhere else! The Bahia Principe has everything you could need. We returned for our honeymoon after staying in Tulum previously. Akumal is our favourite because it is right on the beach with a very nice infinity pool, snack bar/buffet, and beachfront. The adults-only sections are a nice feature. The 24 hour wifi, nightly a la carte dinners, and access to the entire resort makes Akumal worth the extra money compared to staying in Coba or Tulum. Our complaints are only minor, and would compare to other resorts. The staff are the nicest people in the Mayan Riviera compared to many other places we have been in the Caribbean. The food never gets tiring, and the resort has so much to offer that in the 6 times I have been there, I've never left the resort! This time we stayed for 10 days instead of 7, and it was a perfect length of time to really get the most out of the sun and the amenities. The nightlife on the resort seems to have improved greatly, and we enjoyed the shows and music every night. The casino and club in Hacienda were also very fun nightly activities. We will definitely keep going back!

Les gens étaient merveilleux, les chambres étaient très belles, très confortables à l'exception des lits. Les lits étaient assez durs. Le terrain était bien entretenu et la nourriture était bonne. Je reviendrais sans aucun doute.

Great Resort! The people were wonderful the rooms were very nice, very comfortable with the exception of the beds. The beds were quite hard. The grounds were well kept the food was good. I would definitely go back again.
