J'ai séjourné dans ce complexe hôtelier du 1er au 8 décembre. J'ai visité de nombreux complexes à Cuba et au Mexique, mais celui-ci est le meilleur que j'aie jamais visité. Ce qui ressort le plus, c'est la propreté de tout et de chaque endroit de l'hôtel. Les employés étaient si amicaux. Personne n'essayait de vous vendre une multipropriété. Les boissons étaient incroyables. La nourriture était excellente. La présentation de la nourriture était incroyable et chaque jour, le buffet é [... lire plus]tait différent et le choix si vaste. La plage était magnifique. Je n'ai jamais été dans une station où j'ai dit que j'y retournerais, mais je n'irai peut-être jamais ailleurs que dans cette station maintenant parce que je ne veux pas être déçue si ce n'est pas à la hauteur de leurs normes. Je recommande vivement ce centre de villégiature et le prix est raisonnable. merci sue

Riu Republica punta cana dominican republic I stayed at this resort dec 1-8. I have been to many resorts in cuba and mexico but this is the best resort I have ever been to. What stands out the most is how clean everything and every place in the resort was. Workers were so friendly. Nobody was trying to sell you a timeshare. The drinks were amazing. The food was excellent. Presentation of the food was unbelievable and every day on the buffet was different and such a huge selection. The beach was beautiful. I have never been to a resort where I have said I would go back but I may never go anywhere else except this resort now because I don't want to be disappointed if it is not up to their standards. I highly recommend this resort and the cost is reasonable. thanks sue

Superbes chambres modernes, restaurant différent tous les soirs, pas de réservation, superbes piscines et bars, personnel et service sympathiques, belle longue plage, animations et Riu fit ... le tout à un prix très attractif !

Great resort Great modern rooms , different restaurant every night, no reservation , awesome pools and swim up bars, friendly staff and service , beautiful long beach, entertainment and Riu fit ... all did at a great price !

Riu Emerald Bay: Riu Mazatlan Emerald Bay

hôtel - le personnel était sympathique, la réception était rapide et facile terrain - la chambre était belle, vue sur l'océan, beaucoup de serviettes, de l'eau, bien nettoyée tous les jours nourriture - bon choix à tous les repas et beaucoup de nourriture, personnel d'attente très serviable et agréable excursions - il faudrait dire aux gens qu'il s'agit d'argent américain - ils ont dit qu'il s'agissait d'argent canadien ; l'excursion "Amazing Mazatlan" passe beaucoup trop de temps au restaura [... lire plus]nt, les jeux étaient stupides et faisaient perdre du temps - nous sommes rentrés à l'hôtel avec deux heures de retard - plage - pourrait être mieux nettoyée tôt le matin des ordures, des mégots de cigarettes, et pendant la journée des ordures laissées à l'abandon ; beaucoup de chaises disponibles divertissement - correct - pas très professionnel, répétitif change - ils sont très pointilleux sur les billets canadiens - il ne doit pas y avoir de taches ou de petites déchirures Bar - le personnel était très amical, serviable, les jeux étaient amusants

hotel - staff was friendly, reception was fast and easy grounds - room was lovely, ocean view, lots of towels, water, cleaned well daily food - good choice at all meals and lots of it, waiting staff most helpful and agreeable excursions - should tell people it is in US money - they said it was Canadian; the Amazing Mazatlan tour spends way too much time at restaurant, games were stupid and time wasters - we were two hours late returning to hotel - beach - could be cleaned better in early morning of garbage, cigarette butts, and during the day - garbage left laying around; lots of chairs available entertainment - okay - not very professional, repetitive money exchange - they are very picky about Canadian bills - can't have any spots, tiny tears in them Bar - staff was very friendly, helpful, games were fun

Riu Reggae: Rui Reggae 25 nov. - 3 déc. 2017

Hôtel agréable, mais les deux piscines étaient fermées presque toute la semaine pendant notre séjour. La salle de sport était également hors service. La nourriture était bonne, le temps était magnifique et les employés de l'hôtel étaient très agréables et serviables.

Rui Reggae Nov 25 - Dec 3, 2017 Nice Hotel, however, both pools were closed almost all week long during our stay. Gym was also out of commission. Food was good, weather was great and the workers at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful.

Riu Emerald Bay: Fabulous Resort

Le Emerald Bay Resort, à Mazatland, était fantastique. Il y avait une grande variété d'aliments pour satisfaire tout le monde : végétariens, mangeurs de viande et de poisson, amateurs de desserts et de jus de fruits. Tout était parfait. Le complexe était très, très propre. Le personnel désigné s'occupe de la propreté des salles de bain de la piscine. L'ensemble du bâtiment était impeccable. Le personnel était amical, poli et très heureux. Je retournerai dans ce complexe.

The Emerald Bay Resort, Mazatland was fantastic. There was a large variety of foods to satisfy anyone; vegetarians, meat and fish eaters, dessert lovers and juices to shakes. It was perfect. The resort was very, very clean. Designated personnel for pool bathroom cleanliness. The whole building was spotless. The staff were friendly, polite and very happy people. Will go to this resort again.

Riu Ocho Rios: Parfait à bien des égards

Le personnel de ce centre de villégiature était très sympathique et a rendu notre séjour très agréable. La plongée avec masque et tuba au large de la plage était excellente, avec plus de bancs de poissons et de types de poissons que lors de notre excursion hors site. Les galettes jamaïcaines et les brioches à la cannelle ont été parmi nos préférées. Ce complexe est calme et conviendrait parfaitement aux familles et aux personnes âgées, mais il est un peu éloigné de l'aéroport.

Perfect in so many ways The staff at this resort were so friendly and made our stay so enjoyable. The snorkelling off the beach was great, more schools of fish and types of fish than we seen on our off site excursion. The Jamaican patties, and cinnamon buns where among our favourites. This resort is quiet and would be perfect from families and older folks, but is a bit far from the airport.

Riu Palace Bavaro: Un centre de villégiature formidable

La chambre était très agréable et propre. Il y avait toujours un réfrigérateur bien approvisionné, des bouteilles d'eau et des serviettes fraîches. Le terrain est magnifique et propre. Trois piscines différentes et une plage magnifique avec beaucoup de chaises pour tout le monde. La nourriture au buffet était toujours bonne et le steakhouse était génial. Le personnel est très agréable et amical. Merci à Kevin Dupuis de Trip Central de nous avoir aidés à régler tous les détails pour faire de ce v [... lire plus]oyage un moment merveilleux. Je reviendrais sans aucun doute.

Awesome Resort Room was very nice and clean. Always had a well stocked fridge, bottled water and fresh towels. Grounds are amazing and clean. Three different pool areas and gorgeous beach with plenty of chairs for everyone. Food at the buffet was always good and steakhouse was awesome. Staff is very pleasant and friendly. Thanks to Kevin Dupuis from Trip Central for helping us with all details to make this a wonderful trip. Would definitely go back.

Riu Cancun: Un endroit idéal pour séjourner à Cancun !

Le Riu Cancun est un établissement moderne et bien entretenu qui offre un très bon service à la clientèle, des installations sur place et une cuisine fantastique. Le seul inconvénient est que la zone de la plage a quelques gros rochers dans l'eau peu profonde que vous devez naviguer pour éviter un orteil piqué, etc. C'est vraiment un très beau complexe et j'y suis retourné pour un deuxième séjour... ce n'est pas peu dire.

Great Place to stay in Cancun! The Riu Cancun resort is a modern and well maintained property with very good customer service, onsite amenities and fantastic food. The only downside is that the beach area has some larger rocks in the shallow water that you need to navigate to avoid a stubbed toe etc . It really is a beautiful resort and one that I returned to for a second stay... so that says something.

Riu Flamingos: Grand centre de villégiature

Propre, personnel agréable, bons divertissements, bonne nourriture, belles décorations de Noël. Le seul reproche est qu'il n'y a pas de Wifi dans les chambres, mais ils y travaillent. J'aimerais beaucoup avoir une cafetière dans la chambre !

Great resort Clean, pleasant staff, good entertainment, great food, lovely Christmas decorations. Only complaint would be, no Wifi available in rooms, but they are working on it. Would love to have coffee maker in the room!

Riu Vallarta: Superbe séjour

Je n'ai rien à redire. Bonne nourriture, bonnes boissons. Super propre. Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié, ce sont tous les groupes de musique qu'ils font venir. Les animations en soirée sont très amusantes. Seule mauvaise chose était chambres familiales à côté de la nôtre, donc il pourrait être bruyant pendant la nuit et tôt le matin. Vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper ici

Super great stay I have nothing bad to say. Good food, drinks. Super clean. What we enjoyed most was all the live bands they bring in. The evening entertainment is so fun. Only bad thing was family rooms next to ours so it could be noisy during the night and early morning. You can’t go wrong here

Riu Playa Blanca: Très beau centre de villégiature !

L'hôtel est très grand, il devrait peut-être y avoir des ascenseurs à chaque extrémité du bâtiment ainsi qu'au centre où ils sont situés. Si vous avez une personne qui a des difficultés à marcher, il y a beaucoup de marche entre votre chambre, l'ascenseur, les restaurants, la piscine et l'ascenseur, puis il faut marcher dans les couloirs jusqu'à votre chambre, presque jusqu'à la piscine, et il n'était pas possible de changer de chambre car l'hôtel était plein de gens du pays qui profitaient auss [... lire plus]i de la station balnéaire. Les toilettes devraient être ouvertes près de la piscine, on se demande qui se donne vraiment la peine de marcher jusqu'au restaurant pour utiliser les toilettes. La nourriture était bonne, pas excellente mais bonne. Le personnel a gardé les chambres propres et agréables ! Les chambres du deuxième étage sentaient le renfermé. Il y a eu un problème avec les coffres-forts mais l'hôtel s'en est occupé presque immédiatement, ce qui était très bien ! Les divertissements nocturnes étaient excellents ! Les agents de voyage de Sunwing ont été formidables à l'hôtel !

Very Nice Resort! The hotel was a very big place, there maybe should be elevators at each end of the building as well as the center where they are located. If you have someone with difficulties walking, there is a lot of walking just from your room to the elevator down to the restaurants and down to the pool and back to the elevator only to have to walk hallways to your room almost all the way back to the pool, could not switch rooms as the hotel was full with local folks also enjoying the resort. The washroom should be open by the pool, makes you wonder who really bothers to walk all the way to the restaurant to use the restrooms. The food was good, not great but good. The staff kept the rooms nice and clean! The rooms on the second floor were musty smelling. There was a problem with the safes but the hotel handled that almost immediately which was great! The nightly entertainment was excellent! The Travel Agents with Sunwing were awesome at the resort!!!

Riu Montego Bay: Montego Bay Riu

Je recommande vivement cette propriété. Le personnel était FANTASTIQUE. La nourriture était excellente ! Le terrain était en parfait état. La plage est bien entretenue, mais la baignade est un peu difficile, l'eau est un peu visqueuse au fond à cause de ce qui semble être un mur de séparation qui minimise le flux naturel de l'océan. Le complexe 1 dégageait également une odeur de moisi. Lorsque j'en ai été informé, la réception m'a immédiatement changé de chambre, ce qui était parfait.  [... lire plus] Dans l'ensemble, je retournerais au RIU Montego Bay sans hésiter.

I happily recommend this property. The staff were FANTASTIC. The food was GREAT! The Grounds were kept in amazing condition. The beach is well kept, but the swimming is a little off, in the water it is a little slimy on the bottom due to what appears to be a break wall that minimizes the natural flow of the ocean. Complex #1 was also musty/mouldy smelling. When told of this, the front desk immediately moved me to another room, which was perfect. All in all, I would go back to the RIU Montego bay, in a heart beat.

Riu Palace Antillas: Fabulous Resort

Des vacances formidables ! Les chambres étaient belles, le personnel était formidable, la piscine et la plage étaient superbes. J'ai apprécié les casinos dans les deux hôtels Riu. La nourriture était vraiment bonne, y compris les buffets. Je recommande vivement ce complexe hôtelier !

Great vacation! Rooms were nice, staff was great, pool and beach were awesome. Enjoyed the casinos in both Riu Hotels. Food was really good, including the buffets. I would highly recommend this resort!

Riu Playa Blanca: Endroit idéal pour emmener les petits enfants

La nourriture est bonne, l'hôtel très propre, le personnel formidable, le temps chaud, assez petit pour marcher chaque weâ™re confortablement, c'est un quatre étoiles, tous les 21 d'entre nous ont eu un grand temps, beaucoup de choses à faire à mettre dans le temps. Si n'a pas quoi poser une ronde et bain de soleil.

Great place to take grand children Food is good , hotel very clean , staff great , weather hot , small enough to walk every we’re comfortably , it is a four star , al 21 of us had a great time ,lots of things to do to put in time . If did not what to lay a round and sun bath.

Riu Ocho Rios: Encore un excellent séjour au Riu

La chambre était très bien (surclassée pour être revenue plusieurs fois) Le terrain et la piscine étaient en très bon état La plage était magnifique comme d'habitude La nourriture aurait pu être plus variée mais nous n'avons pas eu faim Personnel sympathique et serviable

Another Great Stay at the Riu Room was very nice. (upgraded due to returning many times) Grounds and pool in great shape Beach was awesome as usual Food could have had more variety but certainly didn't go hungry Staff friendly and helpful

Riu Playa Blanca: Le Riu Playa Blanca est un établissement très propre.

Riu Playa Blanca was a very clean resort. The food and the clean atmosphere made our stay a pleasant one. We rate it Highly !!!!!! Sunwing people where very professional and knowledgeable at their job. We Thank them. Sunwing needs to look at the time slots the planes fly in and out of Toronto to Panama. Riu Playa Blanca: Excellent. Incroyable

L'établissement était si propre et si accueillant. Le personnel était toujours en train de nettoyer et d'offrir de l'aide, de répondre aux questions. C'était la première fois que nous faisions un séjour tout compris et nous avons été très impressionnés. L'excursion que nous avons faite à partir de l'hôtel était excellente et nous la recommandons vivement. Première classe !

Excellent. Amazing It was so clean and friendly. Staff were always cleaning and offering assistance, answering questions. This was our first time to do an all inclusive and were very impressed. The tour we did from the hotel was excellent and would recommend highly. First class!

Riu Flamingos: Un grand moment !

Le complexe est beau, propre et assez grand. Les chambres et les salles de bains étaient bien entretenues, et j'ai des exigences très élevées (certains diraient princesses) en la matière. Nous avons demandé de nouveaux draps car il y avait des poils au hasard (supposés provenir des femmes de ménage), mais elles sont venues les changer très rapidement. Le personnel était formidable bien que beaucoup ne parlent pas anglais à part le personnel du lobby. J'étais un peu inquiet en voyant les plaintes [... lire plus] pour vol mais honnêtement, pourquoi faire/attendre des choses que vous ne feriez pas normalement chez vous. Nous avons simplement laissé le panneau DND affiché pendant tout le voyage et demandé les choses dont nous avions besoin pendant que nous étions présents. Aucun problème. Les boissons et la nourriture étaient excellentes aussi, le buffet a la meilleure variété IMO. Il y a un restaurant asiatique derrière le restaurant mexicain que beaucoup n'ont pas remarqué. La plage a des eaux plus sombres mais beaucoup m'ont dit que c'était dû à la saison et que cela n'avait évidemment rien à voir avec l'hôtel lui-même. L'excursion en VTT est fortement recommandée. Prenez un taxi de 10 minutes pour vous rendre à la ville la plus proche ou j'ai découvert plus tard que vous pouviez marcher le long de la plage jusqu'au même marché. Il y a un restaurant AMAZINGG que vous devez absolument essayer "Seafood the Fat Boy". Au niveau de la rue, les hôtels se succèdent, donc pour ceux qui aiment explorer, il faut prendre un taxi pour aller plus loin ou marcher le long de la plage. Si vous souhaitez faire la fête en ville, nous avons pris un taxi pendant 40 minutes pour nous rendre dans un club appelé Mandala. C'est un club magnifique et l'ambiance y est très agréable et sécurisante. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un voyage extraordinaire, nous sommes partis trop tôt et j'y retournerais sans hésiter !

Great time! The resort is beautiful, clean and quite big. The rooms and bathrooms were well kept, and I have very high, specific, standards (some would say princess) when it comes to this. We did ask for new sheets as there were random hairs (assumed to be from the house keepers) but they came up and changed them very quickly. Staff was great although many don't speak english apart from the lobby staff. I was a bit worried seeing theft complaints but honestly, why would you do/expect things that you wouldn't normally at home. We simply left the DND sign up the entire trip and requested things needed while we were present. NO issues. Drinks and food were great too, buffet has the better variety IMO. There is an Asian restaurant behind the Mexican one that many seemed to not notice. Beach has darker waters but many told me it's due to the season and obviously this has nothing to do with the hotel itself. ATV tour is highly recommended. Take a 10 minute taxi ride to the nearest city or I found out later you can WALK along the beach to the same market.There is an AMAZINGG restaurant that you MUST try "Seafood the Fat Boy" I wish I found it sooner. Street level is hotel after hotel so for those who like to explore you would need to take a cab out further or walk along the beach. If looking to party in the city, we took a 40 min cab to a club called Mandala. Beautiful club and fun, safe, vibe. Overall amazing trip, left too soon and I would definitely return!

Riu Reggae: Riu Reggae et Riu Negril

Jusqu'à ce que l'hôtel Reggae soit inondé et que nous soyons transférés au Riu Negril, c'était merveilleux. Il s'agissait dans les deux cas d'hôtels 5 étoiles tout compris, mais quelle différence dans le comportement du personnel. Au Reggae, le personnel était très attentif et enclin à faire de grands efforts pour vous satisfaire. Le personnel du Negril, à quelques exceptions près, était plus intéressé par les relations sociales qu'il entretenait que par son travail. On nous a fait sentir que no [... lire plus]us étions une gêne pour eux. Les deux établissements étaient propres, bien entretenus et la nourriture était bonne.

Riu Reggae and Riu Negril Until the Reggae hotel was flooded and we were transferred to Riu Negril, it was wonderful. Both were 5 star all inclusive resorts, but what a difference in staff conduct. At the Reggae the staff were very attentive and inclined to go to great measures to please you. The staff at Negril, with a couple of exceptions, were more interested in socializing with each other than in doing their work. We were made to feel that we were an inconvenience to them. Both facilities were clean, well maintained, and the food was good.

Riu Caribe Cancun: Merveilleux centre de villégiature

Nous avons séjourné ici du 22 au 29 novembre et c'était absolument génial. Le complexe lui-même était très propre à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Les piscines sont superbes et la plage est fantastique. Elle n'est pas immense, mais très belle, avec un sable et une eau incroyables. La sélection de nourriture était fantastique et le personnel était tout aussi incroyable. Je recommanderais sans hésiter ce centre de villégiature.

Wonderful resort We stayed here from Nov 22 to Nov 29 and it was absolutely amazing. The Resort itself was very clean inside and out. Great pools and the beach was fantastic. Not huge by any means but very beautiful with incredible sand and water.. The food selection was fantastic and the staff were just as incredible. I would definitely recommend this resort.
