Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach: Le pire des hôtels

Ne pas aller ici. Le personnel n'est pas aimable, la nourriture est épouvantable, les chambres sont vieilles et nous avions un cafard dans notre chambre. Notre chambre était inondée. Pas de serrure sur la porte du balcon. Notre coffre-fort a été trafiqué. Il n'y a plus de bols ni d'argenterie dans la salle à manger et vous devez attendre et demander à plusieurs membres du personnel peu aimables avant qu'ils ne vous en apportent un. Vous devez attendre dans une longue file d'attente pour du bacon [... lire plus] dans la file d'attente des omelettes, même si vous ne voulez pas d'omelette. Les boissons gazeuses et les jus de fruits sont tellement édulcorés qu'ils n'ont aucun goût ! Les divertissements sont très médiocres. Les climatiseurs dans les chambres sont mauvais et bruyants et le nôtre ne fonctionnait pas la moitié du temps. Il est inutile d'appeler le service clientèle pour se plaindre, rien ne sera fait. Je n'y retournerai jamais et je ne recommanderai ce complexe à personne ! Ne perdez ni votre temps ni votre argent ici !!!!!

Worst Hotel Ever Do not go here. The staff are not friendly, the food is terrible , the rooms are old and we had a cockroach in our room. Our room flooded. No locks on the balcony door. Our safe was tampered with. They run out of bowls and silverware in the dining room and you have to wait around and ask several unfriendly staff before they bring you one. You have to wait in a long line up for bacon in the omelette line up even though you don't want an omelette. Pop and juices are so badly watered down they taste grosse! Entertainment is very poor . Air conditioner in rooms are lousy and noisy and ours didn't work half the time. No sense calling customer service desk to complain nothing will get done. Will never go back or recommend this resort to anyone ! Do not waste your time or money going here!!!!!

Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach: 2ème fois en 6 mois

Nous sommes retournés dans ce complexe, car la première fois, c'était bien, et nous avons pensé l'essayer à nouveau. La plage est le meilleur atout, les chambres sont fatiguées et ont besoin d'être rénovées mais elles sont propres, la nourriture est de type cafétéria avec une assez bonne variété, mais définitivement une atmosphère de self-service, la pizza de fin de soirée est excellente (ouvre à 22h00), le personnel doit être félicité car il travaille très dur tout au long de la journée et de l [... lire plus]a nuit. Le bar de la plage est bien mais pourrait être mieux avec plus de personnel. L'enregistrement n'était pas un problème comme l'ont dit d'autres clients, mais je suis une personne patiente. Mon principal reproche concerne les vendeurs de plage hors hôtel, notamment Shelley... elle et ses amis peuvent être très agaçants avec leurs chamailleries et leurs cris entre eux... nous avons dû faire intervenir la sécurité et la police pour les faire taire. Vie nocturne : il y a bien un spectacle, mais il n'y a pas de casino ici, et s'y rendre coûte environ 15 dollars l'aller simple pour deux personnes... J'y retournerais probablement, mais je n'y emmènerais pas mes enfants car j'ai l'impression que la zone de la plage est très dérangeante par moments, avec tous les cris et les hurlements qui s'y produisent. Et d'une manière générale, je pense qu'il n'y a pas assez de choses à faire pour eux.

2nd time in 6 months We went back to this resort, as the first time, was good, & we thought to try it again. Good thing about the resort, the beach is the best asset, the rooms are tired and are in need up updating but they are clean, the food is very cafeteria style with somewhat good variety, but definately a self serve atmostphere, the late night pizza is great(opens at 10:00pm), the staff you have to give them two thumbs up, as they work very hard all day and night long. The bar at the beach is good but could be better with more staffing. Checking is was no problem as stated by other guests, but I am a patient person. My main complaint is the off resort beach sellers, namely Shelley... she and her friends can be somewhat very annoying with their bickering and yelling between tthemselves... we had to get security and the police involved to quiet them down. Night life they do have the show, but they do not have any casino here, and to travel to on costs approx $15.00 one way for two... I would probably go back again, but I would not take my kids there as I feel the beach area is very upsetting at times, with all the yelling and screaming going on. And just in generally I think they is not enought for them to do.

Nous avons absolument adoré notre séjour, notre chambre donnait sur le front de mer et le sable blanc, la nourriture était excellente, le personnel était aimable et serviable, nous avons hâte de revenir bientôt et de passer plus de temps au Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach !

Fantastic time! We absolutely loved our stay, our room faced the beautiful beach front and white sands, great food, staff friendlily and helpful, we are looking forward to coming back soon and spending more time at Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach!

Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach: Un bon rapport qualité-prix !

L'hôtel lui-même était parfaitement adéquat, avec toutes les commodités en place. La plage était un véritable spectacle. Le sable s'étendait jusqu'à l'hôtel lui-même. Nous avons toujours pu trouver de nombreuses places assises, même si les redoutables spring breakers étaient omniprésents. Ils nous ont donné du fil à retordre à notre arrivée, mais à la fin du voyage, ils n'ont posé aucun problème et notre séjour a été encore plus agréable. Le personnel s'est rapidement rendu compte des problèmes  [... lire plus]que pouvait poser l'afflux de clients et a donc mis en place une file d'attente "Spring Break" et une file d'attente "Regular Guest" dans les bars, ce qui a fonctionné à merveille ! Nous n'avons jamais attendu pour une boisson.

Great Bang for your Buck! The hotel itself was perfectly adequate, with all amenities in place. The beach was a sight to behold. Sand that stretched all the way to the hotel itself. Always able to find plenty of seating even with the dreaded spring breakers everywhere. They were quite the nuissance when we first arrived, but by the end of the trip, they were no trouble at all and our stay was even better. The staff were quick to see the possible problems with the influx of guests so they had a "Spring Break" line and a "Regular Guest" line at the bars which seemed to work wonders! We never waited for a drink.

L'HÔTEL N'EST PAS MAL, IL A BESOIN D'ÊTRE RÉNOVÉ. LA NOURRITURE ÉTAIT GÉNÉRALEMENT BONNE, LA PLAGE EST TRÈS BELLE, LA PISCINE EST MOYENNE. IL FAUDRAIT UN PEU PLUS D'ANIMATION LORSQUE L'HÔTEL EST SITUÉ TOUT SEUL, VOUS RESTEZ PRATIQUEMENT LÀ. CELA DEVIENT ENNUYEUX QUAND ON RESTE 2 SEMAINES. NOUS AVONS SÉJOURNÉ DANS LE BÂTIMENT DE LA MULTIPROPRIÉTÉ. PRATIQUE POUR TOUT. NOUS AURIONS PRÉFÉRÉ ÊTRE AU REZ-DE-CHAUSSÉE CAR LES MARCHES SONT DIFFICILES À FRANCHIR POUR LES PERSONNES ÂGÉES. NICE FOR THE MONEY BUT IT NEEDS UPDATING THE HOTEL IS NOT BAD, NEEDS SOME UPDATING FOOD WAS MOSTLY GOOD, BEACH IS VERY NICE, POOL IS AVERAGE. THEY NEED A LITTLE BETTER ENTERTAINMENT WHERE THE HOTEL IS SET OUT BY ITSELF YU PRETTY MUCH STAY THERE. GETS BORING WHEN STAYING 2 WEEKS. WE STAYED IN THE TIME SHARE BLDG. HANDY TO EVERYTHING. WOULD SOONER BEEN ON THE GROUND FLOOR AS STEPS ARE HARD ON OLDER PEOPLE.WE WOULD GO BACK WHEN WE KNOW SOME RENOS. HAVE BEEN DONE.NICE TO HAVE DIRECTFLIGHT FROM HFX.
