Sunscape Curacao Resort: Grand voyage

Beaucoup d'activités à faire pendant la journée, beaucoup d'options sur le terrain, une excellente plongée avec masque et tuba juste à côté de la plage, une excellente nourriture au buffet et les quatre options à la carte. Les fruits de mer à la carte étaient la meilleure ambiance. La chambre était très propre et bien entretenue. Le service au restaurant italien à la carte était médiocre le soir où nous y sommes allés, mais je ne sais pas si c'était juste une mauvaise nuit ou si c'était typique  [... lire plus](et par mauvais service, je veux dire qu'ils étaient lents et inattentifs - pas impolis ou quoi que ce soit de plus grave). Plusieurs spectacles nocturnes étaient très bons (je n'ai assisté qu'à quelques-uns). La plage n'est pas idéale pour la baignade à cause d'une partie rocheuse, mais il y a aussi des endroits sablonneux (je n'ai pas voulu nager, mais j'ai fait de la plongée avec tuba, ce qui était très bien).

Great trip Plenty of activities to do during the day, plenty of options on the grounds, great snorkeling right off the beach, great food at the buffet and all four a la carte options. The seafood a la carte was the best atmosphere. The room was very clean and kept up. They had poor service at the Italian a la carte the night we went, but not sure if it was just a bad night or typical (and by bad service, I mean they were slow and inattentive - not rude or anything more severe). Several of the night shows were quite good (I only went to a few). The beach isn't ideal for swimming due to a rocky patch - but there are some sandy spots too (I didn't care about swimming other than to snorkel which was great).

Meilleur snorkeling juste en face de l'hôtel. L'hôtel est très propre, le personnel très sympathique. La nourriture était très bonne aussi. Couchers de soleil magnifiques et très bonne plongée sous-marine. Les divertissements nocturnes étaient amusants, en particulier le joueur de saxo, le spectacle de feu et la parade caribéenne le soir. Très bon séjour, je reviendrais dans cet hôtel.

Great Resort! Best snorkeling right in front of hotel. Hotel is very clean, staff super friendly. Food was really good too. Beautiful sunsets and great scuba diving. Nightly entertainment was fun, especially sax player, fire show and carribean parade night. Great time, would return to this resort.

Sunscape Curacao Resort: Vacances relaxantes

Personnel sympathique, terrain bien entretenu, nourriture moyenne pour un tout inclus et activités amusantes si vous décidez d'y participer. Je recommande de passer au Sun Club pour bénéficier d'une piscine et d'une plage privées, ainsi que d'un bar et d'un espace café. L'entretien ménager pourrait être amélioré. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à Sunscape.

Relaxing Vacation Friendly staff, well kept grounds, average food for an all inclusive and fun activities should you choose to join in. I recommend upgrading to the Sun Club for a private pool and beach in addition to a bar and coffee area. They could improve their housekeeping consistency. We enjoyed a great vacation at Sunscape.

Sunscape Curacao Resort: Absolument le MEILLEUR

L'hôtel lui-même était magnifique et d'une propreté irréprochable. Le personnel était le meilleur que ma femme et moi ayons jamais rencontré lors de nos vacances (2 à 3 par an). Les piscines étaient nettoyées tous les jours et il n'y a jamais eu de problème pour obtenir une chaise ou des serviettes. L'île était également la plus sûre que nous ayons jamais connue. Nous avons même fait une promenade de 30 minutes un jour et des habitants de l'île nous disaient bonjour en marchant... quel changemen [... lire plus]t. Si je pouvais donner un six au personnel, je le ferais... ils étaient géniaux. Le dernier commentaire de ma femme sur le voyage a été "ce sont les meilleures vacances et les plus relaxantes que nous ayons jamais eues" et cela m'a suffi pour donner une note de six sur cinq étoiles.

Absolutely the BEST The hotel itself was beautiful and top of the line clean. The staff were the best that my wife and I have ever encountered on any vacation we have ever been on (2-3 per year). The pools were cleaned daily and there was never a problem getting a chair or towels. The island was the safest we have ever encountered as well. We actually took a 30 minute walk one day and had island people saying good morning to us as we walked...wow what a change. If I could rate the staff a six I would have...they were awesome. My wife's ending comment to the trip was "this was the best and most relaxing vacation we have ever had." and that was enough for me to rate this a six out of a possible five stars.

Hotel Bella Costa: Excellente première expérience à Cuba

L'hôtel Bella Costa correspondait exactement à ce que nous recherchions. La nourriture était bonne, le personnel était formidable et la plage était EXTRAORDINAIRE ! Le fait de pouvoir descendre des escaliers et d'aller sur la plage était génial. La piscine était géniale et il y avait des animations nocturnes.

Great 1st Cuba experience The Bella Costa Hotel was exactly what we were looking for. The food was good, the staff were great and the beach was AMAZING! The fact that you could step off the stairs and onto the beach was great. The pool was great and nightly entertainment.

Memories Jibacoa: Excellent centre de villégiature.

Il s'agit d'un complexe pittoresque, propre et doté d'un personnel sympathique et assidu. Les terrains sont bien entretenus, les bâtiments en bon état et notre chambre impeccable. La nourriture était bonne, bien qu'un peu répétitive à l'heure du déjeuner. La piscine était un endroit agréable avec beaucoup d'espace. La plage est bien, mais il est un peu difficile pour les personnes âgées d'entrer et de sortir de l'eau en raison d'un dénivelé. Si vous aimez faire de la plongée avec masque et tuba, [... lire plus] c'est l'endroit idéal, avec des récifs proches et des poissons tropicaux. Nous avons visité de nombreux complexes hôteliers et plaçons Memories Jibacoa en tête de notre liste.

Excellent Resort. This is a picturesque, clean resort with a friendly hard working staff. The grounds are well groomed, the buildings in good repair and our room spotless. The food was good although a little repetitious during lunch time. The pool was a fun area with plenty of space. The beach was good although a little hard for older folks getting in and out of the water due to a drop off. If you like to snorkel this the place for you with close reefs and tropical fish. We have been to many resorts and rate Memories Jibacoa high in our list .

Hotel Los Cactus: Génial

Vos vacances sont ce que vous en faites. Le Superclub Breezes Varadero est comme un immense jardin. Détendez-vous ou faites-vous plaisir ! Je n'ai jamais eu de problème à faire les deux dans ce centre de villégiature. Nager, danser, socialiser, se détendre, etc. Varadero est à un jet de pierre et La Havane à 2 heures de route. J'ai loué une voiture et je me suis aventurée à La Havane... J'ai adoré chaque minute de liberté et les vues à couper le souffle !

Awesome Your vacation is what you make it. Superclub Breezes Varadero is like having a huge back yard. Relax or make it exciting!. I've never had a problem doing both at this resort. Swimming, dancing, socializing, relaxing, etc. Varadero is a stone's throw away and Havana a comfortable 2 hour drive. I rented a car and ventured to Havana ... I loved every minute of the freedom and the breathtaking views!

Hotel Los Cactus: Une nourriture épouvantable

Il y avait une mauvaise odeur dans la zone de service des repas. Pression d'eau insuffisante, parfois pas d'eau du tout. Pas assez de chaises sur la plage, pas d'ombre. Il y avait des mouches et des fourmis sur les fruits non couverts dans la zone de service. Pas assez de personnel dans la salle à manger pour s'occuper de tout le monde.

Horrible food There was bad smell in the food serving area. Unsufficient water pressure, at times no water at all. Not enough chairs on the beach, no shades. There were flies and ants on the uncovered fruits in the serving area. Not enough staff in the dinning area to attend to everyone.

Hotel Los Cactus: Séjour extraordinaire au Breezes

Nous avons séjourné au Breezes du 6 au 13 avril. Le personnel de ce complexe est formidable, il est toujours là pour nous aider. Le terrain était toujours propre. Les chambres étaient grandes et toujours propres avec des serviettes fraîches tous les jours et une grande bouteille d'eau dans la chambre tous les jours. Nous prévoyons d'y retourner en avril prochain pour revoir tous nos nouveaux amis que nous avons rencontrés

Amazing stay at the breezes We stayed at the breezes from April 6 to the 13th. The staff at this resort was amazing they were always there to help. The grounds were always kept clean. The rooms were big and always clean with fresh towels everyday and a large bottle of water was in your room everyday. We are planning to go back next April to see all are new friends that we met

Rooms on the Beach Negril: Bon centre de villégiature

Propre et personnel sympathique sauf pour le petit déjeuner. Le pire petit déjeuner continental que j'ai pris au cours des dix dernières années, voire plus. Un nombre très limité de repas partagés par le personnel. Il n'y a pas de parasols sur la plage.

Good resort Clean and friendly staff except breakfast. The worst continental breakfast I've had in the last ten years maybe more. A very limited number of meals shared issued by the staff. There are no umbrellas on the beach.

Hotel Los Cactus: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Première fois à Cuba et dans ce complexe. L'hôtel et le personnel sont excellents. La nourriture pourrait être meilleure mais c'est Cuba. La plage est superbe et il n'y a pas de colporteurs à chasser. Excellente expérience dans l'ensemble. J'y retournerai sans aucun doute.

Amazing Resort First time to Cuba and this resort. The resort and staff are top notch. Food could be better but it is Cuba. Great beach and no peddlers to have to chase away. Great experience overall. Would definitely go there again.

Hotel Bella Costa: Fantastic Resort

J'ai récemment séjourné ici avec mon mari, mes deux enfants et mes parents. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La nourriture était excellente, les divertissements étaient géniaux et dans l'ensemble, c'est un complexe fabuleux. J'attends avec impatience notre prochain séjour à Bella Costa !

I recently stayed here with my husband, 2 kids and my parents. We had an amazing time. Food was great, entertainment was awesome and overall it is a fabulous resort. Cant wait for our next trip to Bella Costa!

c'était propre, le service était de premier ordre et tout le monde était si amical et serviable. Les animations étaient bonnes et on trouve toujours quelque chose à manger, même si on est difficile.

wonderful place it was clean,the service was topnotch and every one was so friendly and helpful. The entertainment was good and you can always find something to eat even if you are a picky eater. i would highly recommend going there i will be going back.

Le terrain est magnifique et bien entretenu. Les chambres sont vieilles et fatiguées et ont désespérément besoin d'être rénovées. Les lits sont les pires que j'aie jamais vus. La plage est magnifique, le personnel est amical et serviable et presque tout ce dont vous avez besoin se trouve sur place. La nourriture était supérieure à la moyenne pour Cuba. Il y a des restaurants à la carte, un cubain, un italien et un japonais. Nous n'avons aimé que le restaurant italien, mais c'était notre goût per [... lire plus]sonnel. Dans l'ensemble, ce centre de villégiature était un bon rapport qualité-prix.

Not great, not bad The grounds are beautiful and mature and well maintained. The rooms are old and tired and in desperate need of renovation. The beds are the worst I've ever encountered . The beach is beautiful the staff were friendly and helpful and almost everything you need is right on the resort. The food was above average for Cuba. There are a la carte restaurants one Cuban one Italian and one Japanese. We only liked the Italian but that was our personal taste. Overall this resort was good value for the money.

Memories Jibacoa: Belle et paisible !

Un très beau complexe avec une montagne en arrière-plan et un récif corallien extraordinaire en face. La nourriture était abondante et le choix varié. Les chambres étaient propres bien qu'obsolètes. L'hôtel est calme et ne semble jamais trop occupé. Juste ce qu'il fallait pour se ressourcer.

Beautiful and Peaceful! A beautiful resort with a mountain in the background and an amazing coral reef in the front. Food was plentiful with lots of choice. Rooms were clean although outdated. Quiet resort and never seemed too busy. Just what was needed for some R&R.

La plage était fantastique et il n'y avait pas trop de monde. La nourriture était correcte. Nous avons séjourné avec nos deux jeunes enfants dans les villas qui étaient charmantes et plus calmes que l'hôtel principal. Le personnel est sympathique. Les enfants ont apprécié les animations en soirée. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Great family resort The beach was fantastic and not overly crowded. Food was decent. We stayed with our two young children in the villas which were lovely and quieter than the main hotel. Staff are friendly. The kids enjoyed the evening entertainment. Great value.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est formidable, le terrain est magnifique et la nourriture est bonne. L'hôtel a besoin de réparations car il est plus ancien. Ils ont pris jusqu'à la veille de notre départ pour remplacer la buse de notre douche, car il n'y avait presque pas d'eau qui sortait de la nôtre.

great resort The hotel's staff is great, grounds are beautiful and food is good. The hotel does need repairs as it is older. They did take until the day before we left to replace our shower nozzle, because there was hardly any water coming out of ours.

Memories Jibacoa: un centre de villégiature extraordinaire pour la plupart

nous avons adoré l'emplacement de ce complexe avec les montagnes en arrière-plan, la piscine, la plage, l'exploration du récif, les divertissements, en particulier les spectacles nocturnes et les groupes musicaux ambulants jouant leur fabuleuse musique cubaine pendant la journée... Le complexe est bien entretenu.les chambres sont propres mais seulement adéquates et mériteraient d'être améliorées. La nourriture était bonne pour Cuba. Le personnel était amical. La femme de chambre nous a surpris c [... lire plus]haque jour avec son art de la serviette. Nous réserverions certainement à nouveau cet hôtel .....oh. La principale chose que nous avons aimée est qu'il ne semblait pas bondé de monde même s'il était réservé à l'avance.

amazing resort for the most part loved the location of this resort with the mountains in background ..loved the pool , loved the beach,loved exploring the reef , loved all the entertainment provided especially the nightly shows and wandering musical groups playing their fabulous Cuban music during the day ..resort is well maintained... rooms clean but only adequate and could use a sprucing up ..food was good for Cuba ...staff friendly ..maid surprised us each day with her towel artistry ..would for sure book this resort again .....oh...main thing we loved is that it did not seem packed with people even though booked solid ..

Hotel Bella Costa: Le meilleur des centres de villégiature "anciens/datés".

Tout allait bien, le personnel était sympathique. J'aurais préféré de meilleures options alimentaires plutôt que des sandwichs pour les "heures tardives". Certaines boissons étaient complètement différentes d'un barman à l'autre, ils doivent être plus cohérents avec les boissons. L'équipe d'animation était bonne, mais aurait pu avoir plus d'animateurs.

Best of the the "older/dated" resorts. Everything was fine, friendly staff. Would have preferred better food options rather then sandwiches for the "late hours". Certain drinks were completely different when made by different bartenders, They need to be more consistent with the drinks. The entertainment staff was good, but could have definitely used more entertainers.

C'était mon premier voyage à Cuba et nous avons fait un choix judicieux en optant pour le Memories Jibacoa. Le personnel était fantastique, notre chambre était impeccable et nous avions de très bons lits. Les restaurants à la carte étaient excellents. L'équipe d'animation était extravertie et amusante. Tout le monde a été très serviable, même pour les questions sur les plantes et les animaux présents sur le terrain (je suis une fanatique de la nature). I'll be back! This was my first trip to Cuba, and we chose wisely when we chose Memories Jibacoa. The staff was fantastic, our room was kept spotless, and we had great beds. Food at the a la carte restaurants was amazing. The "Animation" team was outgoing and fun. Everyone was very helpful, even to questions about what plants and animals on the grounds were (I'm a nature nerd). I would definitely go back, and would definitely recommend this resort.
