C'était notre premier séjour dans un complexe Dreams et notre première fois en République dominicaine. Le complexe était un parfait équilibre entre le calme et les activités amusantes ! Le terrain était propre, le personnel sympathique, la nourriture bonne !

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

L'hôtel était magnifique, propre et impeccable. Le personnel était très bon et très serviable. Le service de majordome était tout simplement incroyable. Nous avons bénéficié d'un service de préparation à la nuit presque tous les soirs. Ils célèbrent vos occasions spéciales avec vous et font en sorte que vous vous sentiez spécial. Les piscines sont propres et bien entretenues. La plage est correcte pour une plage artificielle.

Amazing resort The hotel was beautiful, clean, and spotless. The staff were very good and very helpful. The butler service was just amazing. We received turndown service most nights. They celebrate your special occasion with you and make you feel special. The pools are clean and well taken care of. The beach is okay for a man made beach.

Sunscape Dominicus La Romana: Ce n'est pas un hôtel 5*

La nourriture était correcte, en particulier la carte brésilienne avec toutes les différentes viandes grillées ! Les buffets n'étant pas climatisés, il faut manger dans la chaleur. Le terrain était convenable, mais il y a plusieurs arbres morts qui doivent être abattus. Les différents types d'oiseaux étaient une touche très agréable ! La plage est parsemée de rochers, il faut donc prévoir des chaussures d'eau. Nous avons marché jusqu'à deux stations et la plage était magnifique. Le récif a [... lire plus]rtificiel était idéal pour faire de la plongée avec masque et tuba si la journée et l'eau de la plage sont claires. Il y a beaucoup d'ombre sur la plage. Les chambres ne sont que 2*. Elles sont tellement démodées et la baignoire était très sale. Pas de tête de lit, pas d'images, télévision extrêmement petite, lampes avec de la moisissure, l'air conditionné a bien fonctionné. Il y a aussi beaucoup de moustiques ici, alors prévoyez du spray anti-moustiques, nous ne reviendrons pas pour cette raison. Le spectacle de MJ était excellent. Les animations au bord de la piscine étaient correctes. Les couchers de soleil sont superbes. Le personnel du hall d'entrée n'a même pas dit au revoir ou merci d'avoir passé des vacances avec nous :(

Not a 5* hotel Food was decent, especially the Brazilian a la carte with all the different BBQ'd meats! The buffets were not air conditioned here so you're eating in the heat. The grounds were decent, but there are several dead trees that need to be cut down. All the different types of birds were a really nice touch! The beach has lots of rocks so bring water shoes. We walked two resorts down and the beach was amazing. The man made reef was great for snorkeling IF you have a clear day/water at the beach. Lots of shade available at the beach. The rooms are only a 2*. They are sooooo outdated and bathtub was very dirty. No headboard, no pictures, tv extremely small, lamps had mold on them, air cond worked well though. There are also lots of mosquitoes here so bring bug spray, we won't return for this reason. The MJ show was excellent. Pool side entertainment was decent. Sunsets are great. The front lobby staff didn't even say bye or thanks for vacationing with us :(

Mon partenaire et moi avons trouvé que le centre de villégiature offrait une ambiance très décontractée. Nous nous sommes détendus pendant toute la semaine. Nous n'avons pas apprécié les vendeurs sur le site même du complexe (c'est la première fois que nous voyons cela). Il y en avait non seulement sur la plage, mais aussi à l'entrée du buffet, du hall et de la piscine. Très inévitable. La plage comportait quelques rochers à franchir avant d'entrer dans l'eau, mais elle était magnifique. My partner and I found the resort to be a very chill vibe. We relaxed for the entire week. We disliked the vendors selling on the actual resort grounds (first time we have witnessed that). They were not only on the beach shore, but by the buffet entrance, by the lobby entrance, by the pool area. Very unavoidable. Beach had some rocks to overcome prior to entering into the water but the beach was beautiful. The entertainers did an amazing job and the nightly shows were incredible!

L'endroit était magnifique, nous avons adoré le groupe d'animation ! Ils étaient pleins de joie et très énergiques ! Notre chambre a été surclassée pour une meilleure chambre pour notre lune de miel, ce qui était correct, pas aussi bien que ce que nous avions appris, mais nous n'avons jamais vraiment séjourné dans cette chambre ! La seule chose négative pour nous était le manque de respect des visiteurs, des ordures étaient jetées sur les trottoirs de l'hôtel. A part cela, c'était le paradis ! Great resort! Location was beautiful, we love the animation group! They were full of joy and very energetic! Our room was upgraded for a better one for our honeymoon, which was ok, not as good as we taught but we never really stayed in there! Only thing for us that was negative was the lack of respect of visitors, garbage was thrown on side of hotel walk ways. Other than this , it was paradise! Great food at the Japanese restaurant!!

J'ai visité en sept 2019 en tant que voyageur unique et j'ai passé un bon séjour. Le resort est propre et bien entretenu. Ma chambre était également très propre avec un ménage quotidien et le réfrigérateur était approvisionné tous les jours (les petits pourboires à la femme de ménage ont fonctionné). Le restaurant buffet et le restaurant japonais sont bons - j'ai adoré les deux. Certains autres restaurants à la carte ne sont pas très bons (ils auraient pu être meilleurs), mais le restaurant-bu [... lire plus]ffet compense cette lacune en offrant la possibilité de manger tous les jours (il y a beaucoup de choix). Beaucoup de beauté naturelle et de verdure dans l'hôtel avec beaucoup d'oiseaux - une bonne introduction à la nature pour les enfants. J'ai trouvé tout le personnel très serviable et amical et n'oubliez pas, lorsque vous voyagez, qu'un petit pourboire fait beaucoup ! Dans l'ensemble, je recommanderais cet endroit et je n'hésiterais pas à le visiter avec ma famille.

Good resort. I visited in Sept 2019 as a single traveler and had a good stay. The resort is clean and well maintained. My room was also very clean with daily housekeeping and the fridge was stocked up every day (the small tips to the housekeeper worked). The buffet restaurant and Japanese restaurant are good - I loved both of them. Some of the other a-la-carta restaurant food is not so good (could have been better), but the buffet restaurant makes up for this where you could eat every day (it has plenty of choices). Plenty of natural beauty and greenery at the resort with lots of bird life - good nature introduction for kids. I found all the staff very helpful and friendly and remember while traveling - a small amount of tips goes a long way!!! Overall - I would recommend and wouldn't mind visiting with my family.

Nous avons voyagé dans des centres de villégiature tout compris pendant trente ans et nous avons donc une assez bonne idée des mérites de ces centres que nous visitons. Le Be Live Canoa était propre et bien entretenu, ce qui n'était pas difficile compte tenu de la période de l'année où nous y étions (septembre). La nourriture était correcte, mais pas excellente. L'océan était magnifique, mais la plage n'était pas praticable la plupart du temps et l'entrée dans l'océan est très rocheuse, ce qui e [... lire plus]nlève certainement du plaisir. Notre plus grand reproche est que le personnel ne cesse de faire de la vente à la sauvette tous les jours. Vous ne pouviez pas marcher n'importe où sans être suivi et accosté par quelqu'un qui essayait de vous vendre une adhésion au club VIP ou de vous vendre quelque chose dans leur magasin. Incroyablement, il était impossible d'obtenir un verre de vin décent pour accompagner le dîner ou dans l'un des bars. Lorsque nous avons goûté notre premier verre, il était aussi proche du vinaigre que possible. J'ai rapporté nos verres au bar et on m'a dit que si nous voulions un bon verre de vin, il faudrait que nous soyons membres VIP. La seule alternative était d'acheter une bouteille pour accompagner le dîner. C'est tout à fait contre-productif pour profiter de vacances tout compris. Enfin, j'ai envoyé un e-mail à l'hôtel directement avant notre départ pour l'informer que ma femme avait des problèmes de mobilité et que nous apprécierions une chambre au rez-de-chaussée. L'hôtel a ignoré notre demande.

OK but not great We have travelled to all-inclusive resorts for thirty years and so we have a pretty good idea on the merits of those resorts we visit. The Be Live Canoa was clean and well kept, which wasn’t hard considering the time of year we were there (September). The food was OK but not great. The ocean was lovely but the beach was not walkable for the most part and the entry to the ocean is very rocky which certainly takes away from the enjoyment. Our biggest complaint was the constant upselling by staff on a daily basis. You could not walk anywhere on any particular day without being followed and basically accosted by someone trying to sell you a membership in the VIP club or sell you something in their shop. Incredibly you could not get a decent glass of wine to have with dinner or at any of the bars. When we tasted our first glass, it was as close to vinegar as you can get. I returned our glasses to the bar and was told if we wanted a nice glass of wine we would have to get it through a VIP membership. The only alternative was buying a bottle to have with dinner. This is totally counter-productive to enjoying an all-inclusive vacation. On a last note I emailed the resort directly before we left and advised the resort that my wife had mobility issues and that we would appreciate a room on the ground floor. The resort ignored our request.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: J'ai passé un bon moment

L'accueil a été formidable et rapide. La nourriture était bonne. Une partie de la nourriture était EXCEPTIONNELLE. La chambre était belle et propre avec un joli balcon. La plage était super si vous aimez marcher longtemps dans les deux sens. Beaucoup de Palapas ! Les boissons sont excellentes, y compris quelques petites bouteilles dans le réfrigérateur pour vous dépanner. J'ai apprécié le coffre-fort gratuit et le fait de ne pas être pris en otage avec le wi fi qui fonctionnait sur la plage [... lire plus] ! Génial pour certains d'entre nous qui ont besoin d'être connectés pendant leur séjour. Les responsables des sports nautiques étaient un peu secs mais ont fait un excellent travail. Un endroit amusant pour naviguer. Ils ont aussi des kayaks et des planches à pagaie ! L'HOSPITALITÉ et le service dans les restaurants étaient superbes ! L'hospitalité dans les bars était correcte. Lorsque vous séjournez au Bouganvillia pour éviter les rats de rue, vous pouvez également rendre visite aux amis rats de rue voisins à La Romana qui a un restaurant de plage génial pour le déjeuner. Vraiment très bien à tous points de vue. Rappel amical. CONSEIL. Laissez un pourboire pour chaque groupe que vous touchez. Nous avons remarqué que beaucoup ne laissaient pas de pourboire et cela m'a rendu triste quand on pense que la seule raison pour laquelle ce modèle d'entreprise fonctionne est que le pays est en développement. Réservez, c'est tout !

Had a Great Time The welcome was great and fast. The food was good. Some of it, quite a bit of it was EXCEPTIONAL. The room was beautiful and clean with a cute balcony. The Beach was super if you like a long walk either direction. Lots of Palapas!. Great drinks including a few little bottles in your fridge to tide you over. Appreciated the free safe and not being taken hostage with wi fi that worked on the beach!! Awesome for some of us that need to be connected while away. The water sports folks were a little dry but did a bang up job. A fun place to sail. They also have kayaks and paddle boards! HOSPITALITY and service IN THE RESTAURANTS WAS SUPERB!!! Bars hospitality was ok. When you stay at the Bouganvillia to avoid the rug rats you can also visit the friends rug rats next door at La Romana which has an awesome Beach lunch restaurant. Really Really good in every way. Friendly reminder. TIP. Leave a tip with each group you touch. Even a small one like 50 pesos.We noticed many did not leave a tip and that made me sad when we consider the only reason this business model works is because the country is developing. Just book it!!

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Le prix en vaut la peine !

L'hôtel était excellent du début à la fin. Le complexe n'était peut-être qu'à moitié plein et le service était donc exceptionnel. L'équipe du buffet du petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner au bord de la piscine et tout le personnel des restaurants à la carte ou du buffet du dîner n'ont pas eu à se plaindre. Le personnel du bar de la piscine nous servait des boissons et lorsqu'il n'y en avait plus, il courait nous en chercher d'autres. Notre chambre était généralement nettoyée le matin et le soir. L'équi [... lire plus]pe de divertissement à la piscine tous les jours était tout simplement divertissante. Le seul reproche que nous pourrions faire est le manque d'animation le soir. Nous nous attendions à un peu plus de la part d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. Je recommanderais certainement ce complexe et j'envisagerais d'y retourner.

Well Worth the money! The Hotel was great from start to finish. The resort was only maybe at half capacity so the service was exceptional. From the crew in the the buffet for breakfast, the lunch by the pool and all the staff in the a'la carte restaurants or dinner buffet we had no complaints. The pool bar staff kept us in drinks and when they ran out of what we were drinking would run to get us more. Our room was usually cleaned in both the morning and evening.The entertainment crew at the pool everyday were just that, entertaining. The only complaint we would have was the lack of entertainment in the evening. We were expecting a little more from a 5 star resort. Would definitely recommend this resort and consider going back.

Iberostar Selection Hacienda Dominicus: Station extraordinaire, personnel extraordinaire

C'était propre, il y avait beaucoup de divertissements pour les personnes de tous âges. J'y suis allée pour fêter le premier anniversaire de ma fille et ils ont fait en sorte que ce soit spécial. J'ai profité de plusieurs complexes tout compris et celui-ci était de loin le meilleur. Le personnel était formidable et très amical. La nourriture était bonne aussi. Je me suis sentie en sécurité et j'ai apprécié mon séjour à iberostar !

Amazing resort amazing staff It was clean, lots of entertainment for people of all ages. I went to celebrate my daughter's first birthday and oh they made it special. I have enjoyed a few of the all inclusive resort and this one was by far the best. The staff was amazing and super friendly. Food was good too. I felt safe and.enjoyed my time at iberostar!

Dreams Dominicus La Romana: Belle station balnéaire

Ce complexe est magnifique, très bien entretenu, les gens sont très travailleurs et sympathiques et la nourriture est très bonne. Nous n'avons pas beaucoup mangé au buffet, seulement au petit déjeuner mais le choix était décent, les déjeuners étaient toujours pris sur la plage, le barbecue dans la zone préférée et quelques pizzas, du poulet frit, des frites etc. dans la zone normale de la plage. Les dîners ont toujours été pris dans les restaurants. Il n'est pas nécessaire de réserver, il s [... lire plus]uffit d'entrer. La nourriture était excellente, le français était notre plat préféré (réservé aux adultes et code vestimentaire obligatoire pour les hommes). La seule réservation est nécessaire pour le spectacle Tapenaki dans le restaurant japonais (honnêtement, nous avons vu beaucoup mieux que celui-ci). La plage est assez étroite et divisée en deux, la préférée et la régulière. Nous n'avons pas aimé le fait que les plages régulières aient des parasols et les plages préférées des pallapas. Les parasols, à notre avis, n'ont pas assez d'ombre, vous devez passer à Preffered pour obtenir une ombre décente sur la plage. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un bon moment et nous recommanderions ce complexe.

Beautiful resort This resort is beautiful, very well maintained, great hard working, friendly people and very good food. We did not eat much in buffet, only breakfast but the selection was decent, lunches we always had on beach, bbq in preferred area and some pizza, fried chicken, fries etc in regular beach area. Dinners we always had in restaurants. You do not need reservations, walk in. Food was great, french was our favourite (adults only and dress code for men mandatory). The only reservation is needed for Tapenaki show in Japanese restaurant (honestly have seen much better then this one). Beach is kind of narrow and divided in half, preferred and regular. We did not like that regular have umbrellas and preferred pallapas. Umbrellas in our opinion did not have sufficient shade, you need to upgrade to preffered to get decent shade on the beach. Overall we had great time and would recommend this resort.

NOUS AVONS DEMANDÉ À ÊTRE DÉPLACÉS, NOTRE DEUXIÈME CHAMBRE ÉTAIT UN ""PEU"" MIEUX, MAIS TOUJOURS TRÈS CHAUDE POUR DORMIR UN PEU MIEUX, MAIS IL FAISAIT ENCORE TRÈS [... lire plus] CHAUD POUR DORMIR LA NUIT. LA TEMPÉRATURE DANS CETTE CHAMBRE ÉTAIT DE 25,5 DEGRÉS ET N'A JAMAIS BOUGÉ - DÉFINITIVEMENT INACCEPTABLE, MAIS NOUS SOMMES RESTÉS DANS CETTE CHAMBRE DE TOUTE FAÇON PARCE QUE PLUS TÔT DANS LA JOURNÉE, MON MARI A ENTENDU DES GENS À LA PISCINE SE PLAINDRE DE LEUR AIR CONDITIONNÉ QUI NE FONCTIONNAIT PAS. L'ENDROIT EST VIEUX. IL A VRAIMENT BESOIN D'ÊTRE RÉNOVÉ EN PROFONDEUR. BEAUCOUP DE CHOSES SONT FISSURÉES ET CASSÉES. EN ALLANT À LA PLAGE DEPUIS LA PISCINE, IL Y A TELLEMENT DE ROCHERS QUI SORTENT DU SABLE QUE SI VOUS NE FAITES PAS ATTENTION, VOUS RISQUEZ DE VOUS COGNER LES ORTEILS. L'OCÉAN EST MAGNIFIQUE, MAIS VOUS NE POUVEZ PAS Y ALLER CAR IL Y A TELLEMENT DE ROCHERS DÉCHIQUETÉS AU FOND QUE SI VOUS N'AVEZ PAS DE CHAUSSURES DE PLAGE, VOUS VOUS ÉCORCHEREZ CERTAINEMENT LES PIEDS. LA NOURRITURE EST DÉCENTE, MAIS POURRAIT ÊTRE AMÉLIORÉE. IL N'Y A ABSOLUMENT AUCUN ENDROIT OÙ ALLER LE SOIR S'IL PLEUT CAR LA "PLAZA" N'EST PAS COUVERTE N'EST PAS COUVERTE. BE LIVE COLLECTION "CANOA" HORRIBLE RESORT THE BE LIVE COLLECTION "CANOA" RESORT IN LA ROMANA IS THE WORST RESORT WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO AND WE HAVE BEEN TO MANY MANY RESORTS. WE WERE THERE FROM JULY 24th TO JULY 31st, 2019. WHERE DO I BEGIN. THE AIR CONDITIONING IN OUR ""FIRST"" ROOM DID NOT WORK - IT WAS 28 DEGREES. WE ASKED TO BE MOVED, OUR SECOND ROOM WAS A ""LITTLE"" BETTER BUT STILL VERY WARM TO SLEEP AT NIGHT. THE TEMPERTURE IN THAT ROOM WAS 25.5 DEGREES AND NEVER BUDGED DEFINATELY NOT ACCEPTABLE, BUT WE STAYED IN THIS ROOM ANYWAY BECAUSE EARLIER THAT DAY MY HUSBAND OVERHEARD PEOPLE AT THE POOL ALSO COMPLAINING ABOUT THEIR A/C NOT WORKING. THERE ARE WAY TOO MANY BIRDS AT THIS RESORT. THERE IS POOP ALL OVER THE GROUNDS FROM THESE BIRDS ESPECIALLY THE TURKEYS. ONE TURKEY TRIED TO PECK A GENTLEMAN THAT WAS ON MOBILE WHEELCHAIR AND SOME TURKEYS MADE THEIR WAY INTO THE BUFFET WHERE ONE GIRL WAS STARTLED AND KEPT WAVING THEM AWAY BUT THEY WOULD NOT LEAVE - THIS IS SO UNSANITARY - JUST GET RID OF ALL THESE BIRDS. AGAIN VERY UNSANITARY. THE SWIM UP BAR IS A COMPLETE JOKE. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE THERE WHATSOEVER. THE BAR IS TWO SIDED, ONE PART BEING IN THE POOL (where there is no booze on that side of the bar???) AND THE OTHER SIDE OF THIS BAR IS BEING SERVED TO WALKERS BY. THERE WAS ALWAYS NO ONE ON THE POOL SIDE, LITERALLY PEOPLE WERE GETTING OUT OF THE POOL WALKING TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BAR TO ORDER THEIR DRINKS AND GETTING BACK IN THE POOL - SO WHY BOTHER HAVING A ""SWIM UP"" BAR. ALSO THE ""PIER BAR/RESTAURANT IS A ""PAY"" BAR/RESTAURANT - THIS WAS NOT MENTIONED AND IS NOT NOTED ANYWHERE. WE SAT AT THE VERY END OF THE PIER ONE EVENING OVERLOOKING THE OCEAN AND SOMEONE APPROACHED US TELLING US WE COULD NOT SIT THERE THAT THIS PIER WAS A PAY BAR/RESTAURANT. THE PLACE IS OLD. IT DEFINATELY NEEDS SOME MAJOR REFURBISHING. A LOT OF THINGS ARE CRACKED AND BROKEN. GOING TO THE BEACH FROM THE POOL AREA, THERE ARE SO MANY ROCKS STICKING OUT OF THE SAND THAT IF YOU DON'T WATCH IT YOU CAN STUB YOUR TOES BADLY. THE OCEAN IS GORGEOUS, BUT YOU CANNOT GO IN IT BECAUSE THERE ARE SO MANY JAGGED ROCKS AT THE BOTTOM OF IT THAT IF YOU HAVE NO BEACH SHOES YOU DEFINATELY SCRAPE YOUR FEET BADLY. THE FOOD IS DECENT, BUT COULD USE IMPROVEMENT. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE TO GO AT NIGHT IF IT RAINS AS THE ""PLAZA"" IS NOT COVERED. THE BUFFET IS OPEN AREA, SO SMALL BIRDS COME IN AND NESTLE ON THE INSIDE PEAKS OF THE THATCHED ROOF, SO ONE TIME WE WERE EATING THERE AND BIRD DROPPINGS LANDED ON OUR TABLE. SO VERY DISGUSTING. ALSO, IF YOU LEAVE YOUR PLATE ON YOUR TABLE WITH FOOD TO GO GET WHATEVER, BIRDS FLY IN AND PICK AT YOUR FOOD. SO YOU ARE EATING FOOD THAT BIRDS HAVE BEEN PICKING ON. I WOULD DEFINATELY NOT RETURN TO THIS RESORT OR RECOMMEND IT FOR THAT MATTER. EVEN THOUGH THE PRICE WE PAID WAS REASONABLE, WE STILL THINK WE PAID WAY TOO MUCH FOR WHAT THIS RESORT HAS TO OFFER. LIKE I SAID THIS RESORT NEEDS MAJOR, MAJOR, MAJOR RENOVATION. IF I WAS OWNERS OF THIS RESORT, I WOULD BE EMBARRASSED TO SELL THIS RESORT TO VACATIONERS. WISH WE HAD GONE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Sunscape Dominicus La Romana: Superbe station dans l'ensemble

J'ai séjourné au Be Live Canoa du 8 au 15 juillet. J'ai séjourné dans le bloc 5, 3e étage, chambre avec vue sur la piscine qui était très proche de la piscine. Quelques pas et on pouvait la voir de mon balcon. La plage était juste de l'autre côté de la piscine. Le buffet était bon, il y avait beaucoup de choix et je n'ai jamais eu de problème pour trouver quelque chose à manger. J'ai aussi mangé au snack bar et c'était bien aussi. Les boissons étaient savoureuses, le bar de la piscine était [... lire plus] pratique et proche. La chambre a été nettoyée tous les jours et les boissons dans le mini-frigo ont été remplacées tous les jours également. Mon seul reproche concerne la filtration et le nettoyage de la piscine. En milieu d'après-midi, elle était un peu sale mais je me suis contenté de faire un plongeon dans l'océan à ce moment-là. Les couleurs de l'océan sont les plus belles que j'ai vues et je ne pouvais pas me lasser de la vue.

Great resort overall Stayed at Be Live Canoa from July 8th - 15th. I stayed in block 5, 3rd floor, pool view room which was very close to the pool. Steps away and could be seen from my balcony. The beach was just on the other side of the pool. Buffet food was good, lots of selection and never had a problem finding something to eat. I also ate at the snack bar and that was good as well. Drinks were tasty, pool bar was convenient and close. Room was cleaned every day and drinks in mini-fridge were replaced daily as well. My only complaint would be the filtration/cleaning of the pool. By mid-afternoon is was a bit dirty but I just took a dip in the ocean at that time. The colours of the ocean is the most beautiful I have seen and could not get enough of the view.

Cet endroit possède des jardins d'une beauté à couper le souffle. C'était un plaisir de se promener tôt le matin et le soir. La nourriture était très bonne et offrait aux clients une grande variété de choix. Cependant, nous n'avons pas été satisfaits du restaurant oriental. Nous avons trouvé que le complexe était immense et parfois très fatigant pour aller d'un endroit à l'autre. Il serait bon d'envisager un service de voiturettes pour les personnes âgées. Le personnel de la réception a  [... lire plus]été extrêmement serviable et a fait tout son possible pour nous aider. Cependant, nous avons dû attendre 4 heures avant d'être enregistrés, car nous sommes arrivés à 11 heures et l'enregistrement est fixé à 15 heures.

Amazing resort. This place has breathtaking beautiful gardens. It was a pleasure to take walks in the early mornings and evenings. The food was very good offering guests a vast variety of food selections. However, we were not happy with the Oriental Restaurant. We found that the resort was huge and at times very tiring for us to get from one area to another. It would be great if they would consider offering cart service for seniors. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to assistance us with our concerns. Only, we had to wait 4 hours before check-in as we arrived at 11 a.m. and they have check in set at 3 p.m. It was an uncomfortable hot wait for us.

Pas un 5 étoiles mais dans l'ensemble une bonne expérience. Le buffet et le snack-bar ont été appréciés. La chambre a été nettoyée et le mini-frigo a été approvisionné tous les jours. J'ai trouvé le personnel sympathique et travailleur. Mon seul vrai reproche concerne la propreté de la piscine en début d'après-midi. Une meilleure filtration et un meilleur nettoyage sont nécessaires.

Good value for money Not a 5 star but overall a good experience. Enjoyed the buffet and snack bar food. Room was cleaned and mini fridge was stocked everyday. Found staff to be friendly and hard-working.my only real complaint would be the cleanliness of the pool by early afternoon. Better filtration and cleaning is needed.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: voyage pour le 42e anniversaire dans une station balnéaire fantastique

Le complexe a dépassé nos attentes. Nous avons séjourné deux fois à La Romana, le complexe familial voisin. Il est réservé aux adultes et est fantastique. Ce n'est pas un grand complexe, ce qui facilite les déplacements. Les piscines, la plage, les chambres, les parties communes et les restaurants sont magnifiques et très propres. Il y a une piscine amusante près de la plage, une petite piscine jacuzzi à côté et une piscine tranquille à l'autre bout du complexe. Notre chambre était très propr [... lire plus]e et spacieuse, avec un mini-bar bien approvisionné. Nous avons bénéficié d'un service de majordome pour répondre à nos besoins. Les deux restaurants à buffets et les trois restaurants à la carte étaient tous excellents. Le choix est énorme dans les buffets et les menus à la carte sont excellents. Tout le personnel était très serviable et travaillait toujours dur. Le seul point négatif est que l'eau de l'océan est calme mais pas cristalline comme on pourrait s'y attendre. Mais la plage est toujours exempte d'algues et très propre. Nous y retournerons

42nd Anniversary trip to a Fantastic Resort The resort exceeded our expectations. We stayed twice at La Romana, which is the family resort next door. This is adults only and is fantastic. It is not a large resort which makes it very easy to get around. The pools, beach area, rooms, common areas, and restaurants are beautiful and very clean. There is a fun pool by the beach, a small jacuzzi pool beside it, and a quiet pool at the other end of the resort. Our room was very clean and spacious with a well stocked mini bar. We had butler service to help us with our needs. Two buffet restaurants and three a la carte were all great. A huge selection in the buffets and great menus at the a la carte. All the staff were very helpful and were always working hard. Only negative is the ocean water is calm but not crystal clear as you may expect. But the beach is always clear of sea weed and kept very clean. We will go back

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Une expérience différente !

L'hébergement est très bien. La chambre est très propre et bien équipée. Le jardin, le sable et la plage sont bien entretenus. Excellent service au buffet ou au restaurant. Le sable de la plage est très fin, beau à marcher tous les jours. Cependant, l'eau est de couleur marron à cause de la rivière qui se trouve à proximité. Le personnel au sol fait de son mieux pour éloigner les mauvaises herbes et les débris des zones de baignade.

A different experience! The accomodation is great. The room is very clean and well supplied. The ground garden, sand by the beach is well maintained. Excellent service in the buffet or restaurant. The sand on the beach is very fine, beautiful to walk everyday. However, the water is brown in color due to the river nearby. The ground staff are doing their best to keep the weeds and debris away from the swimming areas.

Catalonia Bayahibe: Superbe plage !

Bon centre de villégiature. Bonne nourriture. Superbe plage. Nous avons été surclassés au niveau Privileged, ce qui était à mon avis une bonne idée. Nous avons obtenu une belle chambre rénovée et l'accès au bar et au restaurant Privileged Beach. Le buffet était excellent. Rien à redire. Le restaurant italien et les pizzas étaient très bons. Steakhouse...mmeehh. Nous n'avons pas essayé celui des Caraïbes. La piscine était correcte. Pas assez de chaises. Mais nous sommes venus pour la plage ! Le s [... lire plus]ervice en général était bon mais j'ai trouvé qu'il y avait trop de représentants qui essayaient de vous vendre une sorte de forfait préférentiel. Bon complexe pour les familles.

Great beach! Good resort. Good food. Great Beach. We got the upgrade to Privileged, which I think was a good idea. We got a nice renovated room and access to a Privileged Beach bar and restaurant. Buffet food was great. No complaints. Italian resto and pizza very good. Steakhouse...mmeehh. We didn't try the Caribbean one. Pool was ok. Not enough chairs. But we came for the beach! Service in general was good but I found there were too many reps trying to sell you some type of preferred package thing. Good resort for families.
