Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Calme, bonne cuisine et bon service

C'est un endroit calme et agréable, pas un lieu de fête... un peu éloigné de l'aéroport mais le transfert était bon. La nourriture est excellente, tout comme le service. Les troleys entre les autres complexes sont également pratiques. La plage n'est pas très bonne. La plage n'est pas très bonne, trop petite et bondée... dans l'ensemble, je recommande cet endroit

Nice quiet, great food amd service This is a nice quiet one, not like a party place...a little faraway from airport but transfer was good. Food is great and so is the service. Troleys between other resorts are also convenient. Beach is not that good. Too small and crowded.. overall recommend this place

Terrain bien entretenu avec de nombreuses animations et événements pour les enfants. La piscine est immense et nous y avons passé la plupart de nos journées ! Il est fortement recommandé de réserver des dîners dans les restaurants à la carte dès votre arrivée. Le steakhouse brésilien était notre préféré. Le personnel a été extrêmement agréable et a facilité nos vacances. Je réserverai à nouveau ce complexe !

Relaxing Family Vacation Well maintained grounds with ample entertainment and events for the kids. Pool is huge and we spent most of our days there! Highly recommended booking dinners at al la carte restaurants when you arrive. Brazilian steakhouse was our favorite. Staff was all extremely pleasant to deal with and made our vacation easy. I would book this resort again!

Superbes chambres d'hôtel, nourriture et divertissement. La plage de l'océan a besoin d'être nettoyée mais les piscines sont super propres, merci. Le service est très amical dans le restaurant, le hall et les transports. Très beau temps, beau et ensoleillé. L'hôtel est très propre et la pelouse est très bien entretenue. Nous avons passé un excellent moment !

Amazing resort Great hotel rooms food and entertainment. Beach area at ocean needed cleaning but pools are super clean amazing thanks. Service is very friendly in the restaurant , lobby and transportation. Very nice weather, nice and sunny. Very clean resort and taken care lawn very clean and fresh . We had great time!

L'enregistrement a été rapide et bien organisé. Le personnel s'est montré instructif et serviable, nous accompagnant jusqu'à notre chambre et apportant nos bagages. Les chambres sont grandes et le personnel du service d'étage fait un bon travail de nettoyage et de préparation. Les salles de bains sont agréables, mais n'ont pas les finitions et les garnitures d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. Les douches sont de bonne taille et la pression de l'eau est bonne. La nourriture est moyenne, avec une bonne vari [... lire plus]été. Le service semble aléatoire. Il y a quelques très bons serveurs dans la salle à manger principale. Les restaurants à la carte ne sont pas des 5 étoiles, à l'exception du Don Pablo. La salle de sport est correcte. Pas de tapis de course, ce qui semble étrange. Le personnel du spa est formidable et le massage de relaxation était très agréable. Les piscines sont exceptionnellement propres et bien entretenues. Le choix d'une piscine calme ou d'une piscine de fête est agréable. Le service de boissons aux piscines est très rare. Il faut se lever et aller chercher sa boisson. N'oubliez pas que le complexe se trouve à 1,5 heure de bus de l'aéroport PUJ.

Pretty good Check-in was fast and well organized. Staff was informative and helpful, escorting us to our room and bringing luggage. Rooms are large and the room service staff do a good job with cleaning and turn-down. Bathrooms are nice, but lack the finish and trim of a 5 star resort. Showers are good size and water pressure is good. Food is average resort fare, with good variety. Service seemed hit-and-miss. There are a few really good servers in the main dining room. A la carte restaurants are not 5 star except for Don Pablo. Gym is ok. No treadmills which seemed strange. Spa staff is great, and the relaxation massage was really nice. Pools are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Choice of quiet or party pool is nice. Very sparse drink service at the pools. You will have to get up and go get your drink. Keep in mind the resort is a 1.5hr bus ride from PUJ airport.

Vous ne pouvez pas trouver un meilleur rapport qualité/prix pour des vacances. Un excellent service, d'excellents restaurants à la carte, un service de boissons sur la plage, et un excellent hôtel pour adultes. Vous ne serez pas déçu si vous réservez cet hôtel.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Bon centre de villégiature et bon rapport qualité-prix !

Ce complexe est bien entretenu, les chambres sont très propres et le service est excellent. Il y a toujours des tonnes de choix au buffet, bien qu'il ait tendance à devenir répétitif avec seulement deux ou trois choses qui changent chaque soir pour un thème, mais vous n'aurez pas faim, c'est sûr. Nous avons trouvé que les cartes à la carte étaient un peu difficiles à obtenir, soit parce qu'elles étaient disponibles trop tôt à 5 heures, soit parce qu'elles étaient trop tardives à 10 heures, et  [... lire plus]nous n'étions qu'un groupe de 6. Nous n'avons pu en réserver qu'une seule à notre arrivée. Les plages ne sont pas comparables à celles auxquelles nous sommes habitués dans d'autres parties des Caraïbes, rocheuses et artificielles dans certains cas. Nous étions à l'origine dans le bâtiment 37, au dernier étage, mais l'unité de climatisation du bâtiment se trouve sur le toit et nous avons dû déménager à cause du bruit. Ils ont été très accommodants, Ricardo au Silver Lounge et même à la réception principale. Si vous ne craignez pas les grands complexes hôteliers (comme tous les Grand Bahia), je recommanderais l'ensemble. Un conseil, vous pouvez acheter du WiFi pour toute la semaine - pas seulement dans le hall - au prix de 9 USD, ce que nous avons fait pour nos deux appareils, cela en valait la peine, nous avions même du WiFi sur la plage.

Good resort and great value! This resort is well tended, rooms are very clean, service is great. There are always tons of selections at the buffet, though it does tend to get repetitive with only a couple things changing each night for a theme, but you will not go hungry there that's for sure. We found a-la-cartes a little difficult to get in, either only availability being way too early ie 5:00 or way too late at 10:00 and we were only a group of 6. We only were able to book one together at our arrival. Beaches are not comparable to what we are used to in other parts of the Caribbean, rocky and man made in some cases. We were originally in building 37, top floor, but the air conditioning unit for the building is housed on the roof and we had to move for the noise. They were very accommodating though, Ricardo in the Silver Lounge and even at the main reception area. If you don't mind big resorts (as with all the Grand Bahia's) then I would recommend overall. One tip, you can purchase WiFi for the entire week - not just in the lobby areas at a cost of $9USD, which we did for both our devices, well worth it, had WiFi on the beach even.

Belle plage pour nager et faire du snorkling. La nourriture est très bonne. Le terrain est bien entretenu et propre. Les divertissements étaient corrects. Belles chambres spacieuses et très confortables. J'y retournerais sans aucun doute et je le recommanderais.

Very nice resort! Beautiful beach for swimming and snorkling. Food was very good. Grounds are well maintained and clean. Entertainment was ok. Beautiful spacious rooms and very comfortable. Would definitely go again and would recommend.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Un complexe extraordinaire... un personnel extraordinaire

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons dans ce complexe et nous l'adorons. La nourriture est excellente, le personnel est excellent, les équipements sont propres et tout était parfait. Le seul reproche est que l'océan est sur du calcaire, il faut donc faire attention à ne pas se blesser en entrant et en sortant. Mais c'est quand même une belle plage.

Amazing resort...amazing staff This was our second time visiting this resort and we just love it. Food is great staff is great...clean amenities everything was great. Only complaint is the ocean is on limestone so you gotta be careful to not hurt yourself getting in and out. But it's still a beautiful beach.

Les bâtiments et les terrains sont comparables à ceux d'un cinq étoiles. Le personnel s'efforce constamment de maintenir cet endroit impeccable et à jour. Le personnel est très gentil mais la plupart ne parle pas anglais. La nourriture était bonne, tout comme la plage et les piscines. Je n'ai pas à me plaindre de cet endroit.

Good value The buildings and grounds were comparable to a five star. Staff are constantly working hard to keep this place spotless and up to date. Staff is very kind but most don't speak English. The food was good, as was the beach and pools. I can't complain about this place.

Tout en termes de terrain inspire un resort haut de gamme. Les jardins, la propreté des chambres et la salle à manger. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas trouvé les vacances que nous recherchions. En effet, l'hôtel est tellement éloigné de la plage qu'il faut soit marcher 10 à 15 minutes, soit attendre à des endroits prévus à cet effet qu'une voiturette de golf vous y emmène. La plage est réservée aux adultes, mais elle est très fréquentée. Les chaises se succèdent par centaines, les gens sont pr [... lire plus]oches les uns des autres, sans aucune intimité. Si vous arrivez avant 8 heures du matin, il y a de fortes chances que vous ne voyiez pas du tout l'océan, car les chaises disponibles sont loin derrière. Il n'y a pas de service de bar sur la plage. Dans la zone allouée à l'Aquamarine, nous n'avons vu aucune serveuse prendre des commandes, pendant notre séjour... Le service n'est donc pas très 5 étoiles. Un autre point négatif est le coût élevé, depuis les magasins du lobby jusqu'aux excursions. Le mercantilisme du resort est quelque chose qui m'a choqué dès le début. C'est pour cette raison que je ne reviendrai pas dans cet endroit. Bahia Principe à Punta Cana est un complexe de sept énormes complexes hôteliers, ce qui fait que la plage est très limitée. Si vous êtes un vacancier qui aime la plage, trouvez d'autres endroits. Cuba est génial !!! Pour un budget limité.

5 stars indeed, but lacking beach front Everything in terms of grounds inspire a top of the line resort. Gardens, rooms cleanliness and dining room. Unfortunately, we didn't find the vacation were looking for. And this is because the hotel is so far away from the beach that you either walk some good 10-15 minutes or forced to wait in designated spots for a golf cart to take you there. The beach is confined for adult only, but super crowded. Chair to chair, hundreds of them, people close to each other, no privacy at all. If you get by 8 am, chances are that you don't see the ocean at all, as available chairs are far back. There is no bar service on the beach. In the area allocated to Aquamarine we did not see any waitress taking orders, during our stay ... So not very 5 stars service. Another turn down is the expensiveness, from the lobby stores to the excursions. Mercantilism of the resort is something that stroked me from the beginning. For this reason I am out, and not returning to that place. Bahia Principe in Punta Cana is a complex of seven huge resorts, therefore the beach allocation is very limited. If you are a beach type of vacationer, find other places. Cuba is awesome!!! For a budget.

Ce centre de vacances était excellent. La plage était magnifique et il y avait beaucoup de créatures marines à voir. La nourriture était excellente ainsi que le service. L'hôtel était également très propre. Il vaut la peine de faire un peu de route depuis l'aéroport.

Wonderful place! This resort was excellent. The beach was amazing with lots of different sea creatures to see. The food was excellent as well as the service. Hotel was also very clean. It is worth the bit of a drive from the airport.

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Encore mieux la deuxième fois !!!

C'était difficile à croire, mais c'était mieux. Et en ce qui nous concerne, la première fois que nous sommes allés dans ce complexe, nous l'avons trouvé incroyable à l'époque. Mais ils ont agrandi le restaurant sur la plage, où nous allions pour le buffet du déjeuner. Ils ont ajouté au salon du hall d'entrée des places supplémentaires à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. La nourriture était excellente dans la salle à manger (buffet), mais il y avait aussi 6 restaurants à la carte. Nous sommes a [... lire plus]llés au Portofino, un restaurant italien qui était charmant. La nourriture était bonne ainsi que l'atmosphère. Nous avions réservé pour le Rodizio, restaurant brésilien, mais nous n'y sommes jamais allés. Les divertissements étaient merveilleux - le spectacle de Michael Jackson ainsi qu'un merveilleux ténor, sa voix était incroyable et puis il y avait le guitariste du Venezuela. Il a interprété une chanson de Santana, et vous pensiez que c'était l'original. Il y a eu une soirée Studio 57, avec de la bonne musique et tout le monde a dansé sur des chansons comme Saturday Night Fever, etc. Le personnel du bar était formidable, un coup de chapeau à Jorge - j'ai hâte de le revoir. La chambre était charmante et toujours impeccable. Quant à la plage et à l'océan, ils sont spectaculaires - on peut marcher pendant des kilomètres. Nous avons pris un pain dans l'océan près du corail et le spectacle des poissons colorés était formidable. Notre agent Candice Anger nous a fait entrer dans le Golden Club et nous avons été enregistrés dans notre chambre à l'aéroport avec nos bracelets et notre chambre était prête quand nous sommes arrivés - avec nos serviettes de plage dans la chambre. Je recommande vivement ce complexe à tout le monde. J'ai hâte d'y retourner.

Even better the second time!!! It was hard to believe, but it was better. And as far as we were concerned the first time we were at this resort, we thought it was amazing then. But they have added to the restaurant on the beach, were we would go for the luncheon buffet. They added onto to the lounge pass the lobby with additional indoor and outdoor seating. The food was great at the dining room (buffet) but they also had 6 a la carte restaurants. We went to Portofino, Italian which was lovely. Food was good as well as the atmosphere. We were booked into the Rodizio, Brazilian, but never made it. Entertainment was wonderful - the Michael Jackson show as well as a marvellous tenor, his voice was amazing and then there was the guitarist from Venezula. He did a song of Santana, and you thought it was the original. There was a Studio 57 night, with great music and everyone was up dancing to the likes of Saturday Night Fever etc. The bar staff was great, a shout out to Jorge - can't wait to see him again. Room was lovely and always kept spotless. As for the beach and the ocean, it was spectacular - you could walk for miles. We took bread into the ocean near the coral and the show of colourful fish was great. Our agent Candice Anger had us in the Golden Club and we were checked into our room at the airport with our bracelets and our room was ready when we got there - with our beach towels in the room. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone. Cannot wait to go back.

Ce centre de villégiature prend vraiment soin de ses terrains. Très bel endroit ! Le personnel de la réception est excellent. Tous les problèmes que nous avons eus ont été résolus tout de suite ! Le centre de villégiature est immense ! Il est en fait composé de quatre endroits, y compris un terrain de golf ! MAIS il y a de très bons moyens de transport pour se déplacer. Vous n'attendrez pas plus de 5 à 10 minutes pour un trajet ! Les restaurants à la carte sont très agréables. Dans l'ense [... lire plus]mble, c'est un très bon investissement pour votre argent !

A really nice resort! This resort really takes care of their grounds. Very beautiful place! The front desk personnel are top notch. Any concerns we had were addressed RIGHT away! The resort is huge! It's actually comprised of four places including a golf course! BUT! They have really good transportation for getting around. You won't wait more than 5-10 min for a ride! The ala carte restaurants are really nice. All in all, this is a really good bang for your buck!

Le choix des plats est incroyable. Tout est délicieux. Le service est toujours souriant. Le transport vers les autres hôtels, la plage ou le quartier commerçant est excellent. Et surtout, il y a des récifs coralliens et de nombreux poissons magnifiques sur la plage.

I love this resort ! The choices of food is amazing. All is very delicious. The service always comes with a smile . Transportation to the other hotels and the beach or the shopping area is excellent. And most of all, there are coral reefs and lot's of beautiful fishes right at the beach.

Love this resort! Last minute booking through Trip Central with Eileen made it so simple and pleasurable. All information required was emailed on time with A1 service. The Luxury Bahia Príncipe Sian Ka'nn remains my favourite place to go. Amazing service, beautiful site, wonderful a la carte restaurants, great beach and pools, people are so friendly. Le personnel de l'hôtel est merveilleux... on ne peut pas demander un meilleur service. L'application en ligne pour les réservations de restaurants et le service de conciergerie ont permis de gagner du temps et les demandes ont été traitées rapidement. Les restaurants où il faut absolument aller sont Mashua et Le Gourmet

Nous venons de rentrer d'une nouvelle semaine fantastique à Sian Ka'an ! Ce complexe offre le meilleur des deux mondes - les clients du Sian Ka'an ont accès aux 4 complexes de Bahia, à des plages magnifiques et à tellement de cartes à la carte qu'il est impossible de les visiter tous en un seul séjour ! D'un autre côté, le Sian Ka'an lui-même est assez petit, donc jamais de files d'attente ou de foules (ou d'enfants ;). Nous ne dirons jamais assez de bien de cet endroit... mais la nourriture. [... lire plus].. omg ! Je n'ai jamais été nulle part où il y a un buffet aussi incroyable ! La semaine dernière, nous avons discuté avec quelqu'un qui nous a dit que le budget nourriture par personne au Sian Ka'an est le plus élevé de tous les autres complexes hôteliers du complexe et cela se voit ! Tout est frais et souvent réapprovisionné... et n'a pas le goût typique d'un buffet ! Le personnel est formidable et attentif... et s'efforce toujours de répondre à toutes les demandes. Pour ce qui est de la portion Air Transat de cette critique, elle a également été bonne. Nous avons voyagé dans leur grand AirBus, qui est très confortable... et le personnel de bord était formidable, très amical ! Les vols étaient à l'heure et les transferts vers et depuis le centre de villégiature étaient faciles. EXCELLENT est le seul mot pour décrire ces vacances !

Just returned from another fantastic week at Sian Ka'an! This resort gives you the best of both worlds - guest at the Sian Ka'an have access to all 4 resorts in this Bahia compound, beautiful beaches and so many a-la-cartes that you can't get to them all in 1 stay! On the other hand, the Sian Ka'an itself is quite small, so never any line ups or crowds (or children ;). We can't say enough good things about this place... but the food... omg! I have never been anywhere that has such an amazing buffet! We were chatting with someone last week that told us that the food per head budget at the Sian Ka'an is the highest of any of the other resorts on the compound and it certainly shows! Everything is fresh and replenished often... and doesn't have your typical 'buffet-taste'! Staff are great and attentive... and always try to accommodate every request. As far as the Air Transat portion of this review - it was also good. We travelled on their large AirBus and it is quite comfortable... and the flight crew were great, very friendly! Flights were on time and transfers to and from the resort were easy. EXCELLENT is the only word to describe this vacation!
