Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Nous avons passé une semaine ici avec notre enfant de 6 ans et notre enfant de 4 mois. C'était fantastique. Les plages sont magnifiques, l'eau est calme. Les chambres sont propres et magnifiques. Ayant une poussette, j'aurais aimé que l'hôtel soit un peu plus accessible avec plus de rampes. Il y a des rampes mais il faut marcher beaucoup plus loin pour les atteindre. Le buffet était bon mais chaud et il semble que l'air ne circulait pas bien. Les plats à la carte étaient fantastiques. Le room se [... lire plus]rvice du Royal Golden était vraiment pratique. Dans l'ensemble, nous retournerions dans ce centre de villégiature ! !!

Amazing resort We spent a week here with our 6 year old and 4 month old. It was fantastic. The beaches are beautiful, the water is calm. The rooms are clean and gorgeous. Having a stroller I do wish it was a bit more accessible with more ramps. There are ramps but you have to walk a lot further to get to them. The buffet was good but hot and seems like the air didn’t circulate well. The a la cartes were fantastic. The room service of the Royal Golden was really handy. Overall we would go back to this resort!!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Fantastique complexe réservé aux adultes

L'hôtel est propre et très pratique. Le personnel est très aimable. Il propose une grande variété de plats et de boissons délicieux. Nous avons passé une semaine à profiter de 5 piscines, de 2 plages et de 6 restaurants et nous n'avons rien à redire. Nous aimerions également mentionner le représentant du service clientèle, Eduardo, très serviable et compétent, que nous remercions vivement pour son soutien constant et ses suggestions.

Fantastic adults only resort The hotel is clean and very convenient. The staff is very friendly. They offer a large variety of delicious food and beverages. We spent out week there enjoying 5 pools and 2 beaches amd 6 restaurants ans there is nothing we can complain about. We also would like to mention the very helpful and knowledgeable guest service representative Eduardo whom we thank very much for his ongoing support and suggestions.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Fantastic Resort

C'était très beau. Il y avait beaucoup de piscines, de bons repas et des animations en soirée. Je recommanderais ce complexe à tous mes amis. La seule chose qui n'était pas à la hauteur était les vendeuses du magasin de la station. Elles étaient toujours sur leur téléphone portable et n'étaient pas très amicales. A part cela, c'est un hôtel 6 étoiles.

It was so beautiful there. Lots of pools, great food and evening entertainment. I would recommend this resort to all my friends. The only thing that was not up to par were the sale ladies in the resort store. They were always on their cell phones and were not very friendly. Other than that a 6 star resort.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Magnifique centre de villégiature.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le parc est magnifique, le personnel est de première classe, la nourriture est moyenne dans les buffets mais excellente dans les restaurants à la carte. Lors de la réservation, nous avons demandé si nous pouvions avoir une chambre au premier étage et nous avons également mentionné que ce voyage était pour notre 49 e anniversaire, en comprenant bien sûr que ces demandes ne sont pas garanties, lorsque nous sommes arrivés, on nous a donné une cham [... lire plus]bre au troisième étage et bien que toutes les deux chambres de notre étage avaient des bannières de Joyeux Anniversaire sur leur porte, nous n'avons rien eu, juste un peu décevant. Cependant, nous n'hésiterions pas à retourner dans ce complexe, nous avons été très satisfaits dans l'ensemble.

Beautiful Resort. We had a great stay there the grounds are magnificent,the staff are first class,the food was average at the buffets but excellent at the a la carte restaurants. When booking we asked if we could have a first floor room and also mentioned that this trip was for our 49 th Anniversary,understanding of course that these requests are not guaranteed,when we got there we were given a 3rd floor room and although every second room on our floor had Happy Anniversary or Happy birthday banners on their door we had nothing just a little bit disappointing. However we would not hesitate to return to this resort we were overall very pleased.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Nous avons dépassé nos espérances !

Le Sian Ka'an est un lieu de villégiature absolument parfait. Dès votre arrivée, le personnel vous accueille chaleureusement et vous fait sentir spécial. Le site du Sian Ka'an est magnifique. Quatre piscines, un snack-bar extraordinaire, des repas à la carte phénoménaux au Maiko et à l'Alux, et leur buffet est parfait. Le buffet de l'Akumal est exceptionnel. Nous y avons déjeuné au moins quatre fois. Le buffet du Coba était également très bon, mais pas aussi fantastique que celui de l'Akumal ou  [... lire plus]du Sian Ka'an. La plage réservée aux adultes est charmante, même s'il y avait quelques enfants dans l'eau de temps en temps. Le service de chambre était excellent et je ne me suis jamais senti malade. Le personnel utilise de l'eau en bouteille pour tout, vous êtes donc entre de bonnes mains. Bravo également à Rick de Trip Central. Tout s'est très bien passé.

Exceeded our expectations! The Sian Ka'an was an absolutely perfect resort. From the moment you arrive, the staff makes you feel very welcomed and special. The grounds of the Sian Ka'an are beautiful. Four pools, amazing snack bar, phenomenal a la carte dining at Maiko and Alux and their buffet is perfection. The buffet at the Akumal was exceptional. We had lunch there at least four times. The buffet lunch at the Coba was also very good however not as fantastic as the Akumal or Sian Ka'an. The adults only beach is lovely although there were a few kids in the water from time to time. Room service was excellent and never once did I feel sick. The staff uses bottled water for everything so you are in good hands. Kudos also to Rick at Trip Central. Everything went very smooth.

Ce centre de villégiature est extraordinaire. Le personnel est très amical, serviable et divertissant. Les restaurants sont excellents. Les chambres sont magnifiques et propres. Le Wi-Fi était assez bon. Nous retournerons sans aucun doute dans ce complexe.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Un grand moment

Le terrain était impeccable, on y travaillait toujours. Mon seul bémol est que les carreaux de la piscine étaient nettoyés tous les soirs (ce qui est très bien), mais les spectacles se déroulaient près de la piscine et nous marchions dans l'eau tous les soirs. La nourriture était excellente partout où nous avons mangé et les boissons étaient abondantes. Merci au personnel formidable qui, pour la plupart, avait des sourires et des vagues chaque jour.

Great time The grounds were kept immaculate, always been worked on. My only "beef" was that the pool tiles were cleaned every night (which is great) however, the shows were down by the pool and we were walking through all the water every night. Food was amazing every place we ate and drinks were plentiful. Thanks to the great staff who for the most part had smiles and waves each day.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce centre de villégiature. Le terrain était très propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel était très amical et serviable. La nourriture était excellente. Notre chambre était très belle et spacieuse. Nous avons été très satisfaits de nos vacances. La seule chose que nous avons trouvée est que le papier toilette dans notre chambre était sentinelle, ce qui a causé des problèmes si vous avez la peau sensible. Notre majordome a pu nous aider et nous a t [... lire plus]rouvé un autre produit à utiliser. Nous sommes très satisfaits.

Wonderful resort We had a wonderful time at this resort. The grounds were very clean beautifully kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was awesome. Our room very lovely & spacious. We were very satisfied with our vacation. The only thing we found was the toilet paper in our room was sented, which caused issues if you have sensitive skin. Our butler was able to assist and found another product for us to use. Very pleased.

Le complexe était très bien, très bien pour les enfants, nous avons emmené notre enfant de 3 ans et demi et notre enfant de 9 mois. Les plats à la carte étaient incroyables. Le buffet était également très bon, il y en a pour tous les goûts. LE GRAND BUT..... Nous avons dû consulter un médecin sur le resort parce que notre enfant de 3 ans et demi avait de la fièvre, et la "doctoresse" nous a dit qu'elle ne pouvait pas la soigner et qu'elle avait besoin d'un spécialiste en ville pour son "infe [... lire plus]ction de la gorge", elle a refusé de nous prescrire des antibiotiques, et quand je l'ai pressée, elle m'a dit : "Je n'ai pas besoin d'ordonnance, allez-y et prenez ce que vous voulez". Puis elle a ajouté : "Mais je dois vous avertir qu'il pourrait s'agir d'une maladie tropicale rare....". Donc, si vous voulez prendre un risque avec votre fille, allez-y et choisissez ce que vous voulez. Donc, 30 dollars de taxi américain pour aller en ville, 30 minutes, puis 4,5 heures à l'hôpital, et un garde armé à la porte pour s'assurer du paiement avant que nous ne partions. Manulife prendrait 24 à 48 heures pour confirmer le paiement. Puis un autre trajet en taxi de 30 dollars pour retourner au centre de villégiature dans l'obscurité. A mon avis, elle devrait être licenciée et accusée de fraude, et sa licence suspendue. J'ai entendu dire qu'il y avait un autre médecin qui travaillait là, et que c'était un très bon interlocuteur.

Great resort, BUT..... The resort was great, great for kids, we took our 3.5 year old and 9 month old. The a la carte were amazing. The buffet was pretty good too, there's something for everyone. THE BIG BUT..... We needed to see a doctor on the resort because our 3.5 year old got a fever, and the female "Doctor" there, said she couldn't treat her, and that she needed a specialist in town for her "throat infection", she refused to prescribe antibiotics, and when I pressed her about it, she said, I don't need a prescription, just go ahead and pick whatever you want. Then she said, but I have to warn you it could be some rare tropical sickness.... So if you want to take a chance with your daughter, go ahead and pick whatever you want. So a 30 dollar American cab ride into town 30 mins. then 4.5 hours in the hospital, and an armed guard at the door ensuring payment before we left. had to pay by visa and submit 520 American to insurance. Manulife would take 24-48 hours to confirm payment. Then another 30 dollar cab ride back to the resort in the dark. In my opinion, she should be Fired and charged with Fraud, and have her license suspended. I heard there is another doctor that works there, and that he's really good to deal with.

C'est un très bon complexe, spécialement pour les enfants, très beau, et le service est également très bon. La seule chose que je n'ai pas beaucoup aimée, ce sont les spectacles, parfois très ennuyeux et le théâtre n'a pas un très bon son.

Very good resort, and amazing service It is a really good resort, specially for kids, really beautiful, and the service is very good too. The only thing I did not like so much, was the shows, some times really boring and the theater does not have a really good sound.

Nous avons passé une semaine en octobre au Grand Bahia Principe Coba et nous n'avons rien à redire ! Les chambres, le service et la nourriture étaient bons ! Le service de navette est génial et la fréquence est toutes les 5 à 10 minutes ! Une fois, à cause d'une panne d'électricité, l'eau a été coupée pendant quelques minutes Nous avons appelé la réception et dans un délai raisonnable quelqu'un est venu nous voir ! N'hésitez pas à réserver ce séjour, tant que vous avez de la crème solaire et de  [... lire plus]l'insectifuge, vous êtes prêts à partir !

Amazing resort! We spent a week in October at the Grand Bahia Principe Coba and we have no complains at all! The rooms, service and the food was good! Shuttle bus service is awesome and the frequency is every 5 to 10 minutes! This one time because of the power outage..water was shut off for few minutes! We called front desk and within a reasonable time someone did check up on us! Don't think much when booking this one guys..as long as you have your sunscreen and insect repellent you are all set to go!

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Des vacances extraordinaires !

Mon mari et moi avons passé une semaine au LBP Akumal au début du mois d'octobre. C'était la deuxième fois que je visitais ce complexe (nous avions séjourné à Tulum auparavant), et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Le personnel est vraiment ce qui distingue ce complexe. En particulier, Roberto, au buffet de Los Corales, a fait en sorte que chaque matin soit parfait. C'est un grand complexe, ce qui permet de se déplacer à pied ou en tramway. La plage est propre et le personnel ratisse constamment  [... lire plus]les algues. La nourriture était bonne, mais les buffets manquaient de variété. Nous avons pu réserver des plats à la carte pour 5 de nos 7 nuits, qui étaient tous très bons. Le seul reproche que nous ayons formulé est l'absence de zones fumeurs. De ce fait, les gens fumaient partout et n'importe où, ce qui n'était pas agréable pour les non-fumeurs. À part cela, tout était parfait et nous avons passé des vacances très agréables et relaxantes. Nous planifions déjà notre retour.

Amazing Vacation! My husband and I visited the LBP Akumal for a week at the beginning of October. It was my second visit to this resort (previously we stayed in Tulum), and we were not disappointed. The staff is truly what sets this resort apart. In particular Roberto at the Los Corales buffet made every morning perfect. It is a big resort, which makes it great for walking, or the tram system makes it easy to get around. The beach is kept clean and staff are constantly raking any seaweed. The food was good, however, there was a lack of variety on the buffets. We were able to book a la cartes for 5 of our 7 nights, which were all very good. The only complaint that we had was the lack of designated smoking areas. Because of this, people were smoking everywhere and anywhere, which wasn't pleasant for non-smokers. Other than this, everything was perfect and we had an very enjoyable, and relaxing vacation. We are already planning our trip back.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Tout et plus encore !

L'hôtel était très bien... Le terrain est un vrai régal pour les yeux. Tout comme les autres complexes Bahia que nous avons visités la nuit. La nourriture, la plage, le personnel et notre majordome privé. (Qu'est-ce que je peux dire ?) Très agréable... J'ai particulièrement aimé l'océan. Il était peut-être trop agité pour certains, mais pour nous, il était parfait pour le body surfing. C'était notre quatrième séjour avec la société Grand Luxury Bahia Principe. Nous nous sommes régalés !

Everything and more! Hotel was great...The grounds are eye candy. As well as the other Bahia resorts we visited at night. Food,beach,staff and our private butler. (What can I say.) Very Nice.. I especially liked the ocean. It may have been too rough for some but for us it was perfect for body surfing. This was our 4th stay with the Grand Luxury Bahia Principe Company. We had a blast!

Il s'agit d'un excellent centre de villégiature, avec un excellent service à la clientèle. Le personnel est toujours serviable et s'efforce de faire en sorte que les clients vivent une expérience agréable. L'avantage de choisir ce complexe est que vous avez accès aux complexes voisins qui ne sont pas réservés aux adultes, ainsi qu'à toutes les commodités qui en découlent. Il est également assez proche de Tulum, ce qui signifie que vous pouvez faire des excursions d'une journée et visiter les att [... lire plus]ractions à proximité.

A Great Experience! This was a great resort, with excellent customer service. The staff were always helpful and really tried to make sure that clients had a great experience. The great thing about choosing this resort is that you have access to the neighboring resorts that are not adults-only, as well as all of the amenities that come along with it. It's close enough to Tulum as well, which means you can do day trips and visit the attractions close by.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle

Avant toute chose, je voudrais féliciter l'ensemble du personnel de tous les services pour leur travail acharné et leur prestation de services d'excellence. Je n'ai jamais été dans un complexe hôtelier où autant de personnel dans un établissement aussi grand était cohérent avec le niveau d'interpersonnalité et de professionnalisme. J'espère que le Grand Bahia Principe apprécie son personnel, car cela a été le cas pour moi. La chambre au 5ème étage était absolument à couper le souffle avec de ma [... lire plus]gnifiques couchers et levers de soleil et une vue magnifique sur l'océan. La chambre était bien entretenue par le personnel de ménage et très confortable pour dormir. Il y a eu quelques problèmes avec la serrure de la porte et quelques problèmes de plomberie, juste mineurs, mais je dois aussi féliciter le processus, car de mon appel à la réception à leur appel à la sécurité et à la maintenance, il a été très efficace et les problèmes ont été résolus très rapidement... donc j'ai vraiment apprécié cela. Le mini-bar était approvisionné tous les jours, ce qui était très appréciable. Des peignoirs pour elle et lui sont fournis. Un parapluie, la baignoire et la douche sont énormes et nous pouvions nous baigner en même temps. La nourriture dans le resort était assez bonne, j'aurais aimé voir un peu plus de desserts décadents et un peu plus de présentation, c'est difficile à expliquer. Je suppose qu'il aurait fallu plus de variété et un peu plus de richesse dans les desserts. Les divertissements étaient corrects. Le complexe propose des divertissements en plein air et vous pouvez vous lever et danser ou simplement vous asseoir et écouter la musique. Et puis il y avait d'autres animations dans la zone commerciale qui auraient pu être un peu plus annoncées... Il m'a fallu deux jours pour m'en rendre compte. Il y a un groupe appelé The Sweet and Dandy band qui se produit dans le hall d'entrée deux fois par semaine. La musique de ce groupe résonne tellement avec la culture jamaïcaine que pour moi, le style de vie jamaïcain est tout simplement de la musique de base et cela a créé une très belle ambiance dans le hall d'entrée. Il aurait été bien qu'ils viennent jouer plus souvent parce que le hall d'entrée avait une présence totalement différente quand ce groupe jouait. La musique fournie par ce groupe était parfaite pour une journée de musique jamaïcaine. Je n'ai pas pu m'empêcher de secouer la tête, de taper des orteils et des doigts lorsqu'ils jouaient. Il y a un centre commercial à l'étage près de la section pour enfants du complexe et il est en quelque sorte caché.... Je pense qu'il pourrait faire l'objet d'une plus grande publicité parce que je n'en ai pas entendu parler avant quatre jours, mais l'une des choses dont je veux parler, c'est qu'il y avait une grande variété de marchandises, mais j'ai été un peu déçue d'apprendre que les exploitants des magasins jamaïcains appartiennent en fait aux Indiens de l'Est. J'aurais aimé que les Jamaïcains eux-mêmes aient un peu plus d'opportunités, surtout lorsqu'ils vendent des accessoires comme Bob Marley et de nombreux souvenirs liés à la Jamaïque et aux Caraïbes, mais qu'ils ne les vendent pas eux-mêmes. J'ai été très déçue de constater que les boutiques n'appartiennent pas aux Jamaïcains eux-mêmes. J'étais aussi venue avec un très grand groupe de personnes et on m'a dit que certains commerçants étaient très imposants, qu'ils empiétaient sur l'espace personnel et que c'était une expérience d'achat envahissante. Mon dernier commentaire porte sur les petites plages. Les plages de la station balnéaire sont divisées en sections - je crois qu'il y en a 3 ou 4 -, ce qui est intéressant et unique. En fait, si vous n'avez pas les moyens de faire une excursion, je voudrais juste mentionner que dans l'une des zones de plage où je me trouvais, il y avait en abondance de magnifiques bancs de poissons qui se heurtaient à vos chevilles. Il y en avait tellement. Si vous voulez emporter le matériel de plongée avec tuba pour les enfants... ça vaut vraiment le coup. Je ne peux rien dire de mal sur ce Resort, il est bien géré de haut en bas, de l'équipe de direction au personnel de première ligne. Tout le monde a fait preuve d'une grande constance, comme je l'ai déjà mentionné, et d'un service de qualité. Si vous allez à Montego Bay, je vous recommande vivement ce Resort. N'oubliez pas de donner un pourboire ðŸ˜

Breath taking sunsets First of all before anything else I would like to commend all staff in all departments for all of their hard work and service delivery with excellence I never have been on a Resort where so many staff in such a large establishment are all consistent with the level of interpersonal and professionalism. I hope that the Grand Bahia Principe appreciates their staff because I certainly did. The room on the 5th floor was absolutely breathtaking with beautiful sunsets /sunrises beautiful view of the ocean. Room was well maintained by housekeeping and very comfortable sleeping accommodation. There was a couple of issues with the door lock and some plumbing just minor but I have to also commend the process because from me making the call to reception to them making the call to security and maintenance was very efficient and the issues were resolved very quickly.. so I really appreciated that. The mini bar was stocked every day which was lovely. His and her robes are provided. An umbrella, the bath, and shower are huge we could bathe at the same time. The food in the resort was quite good, I would have liked to have seen a bit more decadent desserts and bit more presentation it's hard to explain. I guess more variety a bit more richness to the desserts. The entertainment was okay the resort offers outdoor entertainment and you can get up and dance or just sit and take in the music. And then there was other entertainment up in the shopping area which could have been a bit more advertised..I took me a couple days to actually figure that out. There is a band called The Sweet and Dandy band which is brought into the front lobby twice a week. This bands music really resonates so much with the Jamaican culture to me Jamaican lifestyle just that Grassroots Music and it really created such a lovely ambience in the front lobby. It would have been nice if they were brought in more often to play because the front lobby had a totally different presence when this band played. This music provides by this band was perfect for just daytime Jamaican kick back music. Couldn't stop shaking my head tapping my toes and my fingers when they were there playing. There is shopping plaza upstairs near the children's section of the resort and it's sort of hidden away.. I think It could be more advertised because I didn't learn about that and I think until four days in but one of the things I want to talk about is there was a lot of variety of merchandise but I was a little disappointed to learn that the Jamaican store operators are actually owned by the East Indians. It would have been nice to see a bit more opportunity given to the Jamaicans themselves especially where you see paraphernalia like Bob Marley and so many different souvenirs affiliated with Jamaica and the Caribbean people themselves being sold but not being sold by them. I was just really disappointed about that I really wanted that ethnicity. when you find out the shops are not owned by the Jamaican people themselves it was a disappointment for me I also had come with a very large group of people the feedback that was given to me was that some of the shopkeepers were pretty much towering over and personal space impeded on and overall an invasive shopping experience. My last comment is about the little beach areas the resort beaches were sort of sectioned-off I think it's like 3 or 4 which is kind of interesting and uniquely laid out. Actually, if you can't afford to do an excursion I do want to just mention that in one of the beach areas that I was in was in abundance with beautiful schools of fish who actually bump into your ankles. There was that many of them. If you want to pack the kids snorkeling gear... it's totally worth it. I can't say anything bad about this Resort it is well managed from top to bottom from management team to the Frontline staff.. Everybody was just so consistent as I mentioned before good service. If you're going to Montego Bay I highly recommend Resort THIS RESORT. Remember to tip 😁

Le parc de l'hôtel est très bien entretenu et très beau. L'hôtel est propre et bien entretenu. La nourriture est bonne, mais j'ai eu l'impression qu'elle était meilleure lorsque nous y étions il y a quatre ou cinq ans. Je suis sans gluten et j'ai trouvé que mes options étaient peu nombreuses en ce qui concerne les desserts et aussi beaucoup de plats principaux étaient préparés avec de la sauce et lorsque l'on demandait, personne ne semblait savoir ce qu'il y avait dedans. Les restaurants de sp [... lire plus]écialités ne sont plus aussi bons qu'avant et la nourriture était carrément mauvaise dans certains d'entre eux. Le personnel de service était impoli lorsqu'on lui posait des questions sur les aliments sans gluten et n'était pas disposé à faire des efforts pour aider. En fait, je me suis sentie exclue lorsqu'ils ont appris que j'avais des besoins particuliers ! Ce n'était certainement PAS le cas lors de mes précédentes visites.

Good Resort The grounds of this hotel are very well kept and are beautiful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Food is good, however I felt it was better when we were there four and five years ago. I am gluten free and found my options were few when it came to deserts and also a lot of the main dishes were made with sauce and when asked no one seemed to know what was in them. The specialty restaurants are not as good as they used to be and the food was downright bad at a couple of them. Wait staff was rude when asked about gluten free and were not willing to go out of their way to help. In fact I felt alienated when they found out I had special needs! This certainly was NOT the case on previous visits.
