Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: Le meilleur centre de villégiature de Cuba !

C'est la quatrième fois que j'y vais avec ma famille et mes amis. J'ai été à Cuba 17 fois et je peux certainement dire que cet hôtel est l'un des meilleurs. Je ne peux pas me passer de la belle plage et des jardins de l'hôtel. Le personnel est très gentil et l'hôtel est très propre. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, en particulier pour les personnes qui aiment l'intimité. L'hôtel s'appelait autrefois Royal Hideways et il est resté tel quel.

The best resort in Cuba! It is my fourth time going to this resort with family and friends. I have been in Cuba 17 times and i surely can say this resort is one of the best. I cannot have enough of the beautiful beach and the gardens of the hotel. The staff is very nice and the hotel is very clean. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for people that like privacy. The name of the hotel used to be Royal Hideways and it is as such.

Hotel Roc Casa del Mar: Grand centre de villégiature

Nous avons séjourné à l'Ocean Casa del Mar du 3 au 10 juin 2017. Le complexe était magnifique et propre. Le personnel était tous merveilleux et gentil et la plage était incroyable ! Nous sommes allés pendant leur basse saison, ce qui était génial car il n'y avait pas de foule. La nourriture était bonne et le service impeccable. Mes enfants ont adoré le club pour enfants et les personnages en serviette de bain que le personnel de ménage nous a préparés chaque jour. Je recommanderais sans hésiter  [... lire plus]ce complexe.

Great Resort We stayed at Ocean Casa del Mar from June 3-10, 2017. The resort was beautiful and clean. The staff were all wonderful and nice and the beach was amazing! We went during their low season which was great because there were no crowds. The food was good and the service impeccable. My kids loved the kids club and the cool towel characters our housekeeping made for us each day. I would definately recommend this resort.

Hotel Roc Casa del Mar: Bonne station !

L'hôtel est moderne et confortable. La plage est un peu étroite. Excellent service à la clientèle !!! Employés très sympathiques et serviables. En ce qui concerne la nourriture, pas de grande expérience... Mais le reste était bon. Je le recommanderais.

Good resort!! The hotel is modern and comfortable. The beach just a little narrow. Excellent customers service!! Employees very friendly and helpful. About the food, no great experience... But the rest was good. I would recommend it.

Gran Muthu Cayo Santa Maria: Un joyau caché

J'ai trouvé le Golden Tulip extraordinaire. Le personnel était très sympathique. J'ai adoré le choix des plats et la petite pizzeria sur la plage. L'aménagement du Golden Tulip est de loin le meilleur. La vue sur l'océan depuis la piscine est divine. J'ai également apprécié les divertissements et les dîners spéciaux que le complexe organise une fois par semaine au bord de la piscine. Je dois dire que l'étoile d'or va à la plage et à la zone de l'océan. J'ai dit au moins dix fois par jour : "Pinc [... lire plus]ez-moi, est-ce que c'est vrai ? C'est de loin la plus belle plage avec une eau cristalline et du sable blanc poudreux sur des kilomètres. Les poissons dans l'eau sont si mignons quand on leur donne du pain. J'ai également adoré les promenades gratuites en bateau à voile, la musique et les divertissements au bord de l'océan et de la piscine. Je ne peux pas dire assez de choses extraordinaires sur ce joyau caché. Mon seul désagrément était les moustiques, mais honnêtement, ils font tout ce qui est en leur pouvoir pour s'en débarrasser. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est entouré par des kilomètres et des kilomètres de marais les moustiques sont tenus de se produire. De plus, il y a des flamants roses juste à l'extérieur de l'hôtel. C'est trop cool Si vous recherchez le repos et la détente, c'est l'endroit idéal. Nous avons trouvé des divertissements à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, à la discothèque et dans la ville, donc il y a de quoi s'occuper. Je suis restée deux semaines et je ne me suis pas ennuyée du tout. Je recommande vivement le Golden Tulip.

A Hidden Gem I thought that the Golden Tulip was amazing. The staff were very friendly. I loved the food selection and the little pizzeria on the beach. The lay out of the golden tulip is by far the best. The views of the ocean from the pool is divine. I also enjoyed the entertainment and the special dinners the resort puts on once a week by the pool area. I would have to say the gold star goes to the beach and ocean area.. I said at least ten times a day pinch me is this real. It is by far the most beautiful beach with crystal clear water and powder white sand for miles. The fish in the water are so cute when you feed them bread. I also loved the free hobby cat sail boat rides and the music and entertainment at ocean and pool side. I can't say enough amazing things about this hidden gem. My only dislike was the mosquitoes but honestly they do everything in there power to rid them. The location of hotel is surround by miles and miles or marsh land mosquitoes are bound to happen. Also there are flamingos right outside the hotel. So cool If you are looking for rest and relaxation this is the place. We did find entertainment outside the resort at the disco and in the town so there isn't a lack of things to keep you busy. I stayed for two weeks and wasn't bored at all. I highly recommend the Golden Tulip.

Dhawa Cayo Santa Maria: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Oui le meilleur, je dois dire que je n'ai jamais vu un hôtel comme le Dhawa à Cuba, c'est tellement propre et impeccable, tous les services sur la plage sont très attentifs, ils vous aident avec les chaises et les nettoient, l'animation est la meilleure, Lacci, Tania, Junie, qui enseignent comment faire de l'exercice à la plage et à la piscine, des étirements deux fois par jour la nourriture est bonne, il devrait y avoir plus de serviteurs dans le buffet, les jus de fruits pourraient être placé [... lire plus]s sur de la glace dans une fenêtre fermée pour que les mouches ne les atteignent pas, dans l'ensemble, les spectacles au théâtre étaient magnifiques, la discothèque aussi, et les divertissements chaque soir étaient amusants, avec de la danse et du karaoké. J'y retournerai.

Amazing resort Yes the best, I have to say never seen a Hotel like Dhawa in Cuba, it's so clean spotless, all the services on the beach very attentive, helping you out with the chairs and clean them, the animation the best Lacci, Tania, Junie, teaching how to workout in the beach, and the pool, stretching twice a day, the food is good, should be more servant in the buffet, the juice drinks could be set up on ice in a closed window all sorted out, so flies don't get to it, or the lady doesn't have to squeeze glass by glass, to create a line up, she could be serving or cleaning the table, overall, the shows in the theatre just beautiful, the disco the same, and the entertainment every night was fun, dancing and karaoke. I would go again.

Nous avons séjourné au Dhawa Cayo Santa Maria pendant 11 jours et ce fut l'une des meilleures vacances que j'ai jamais eues. J'ai eu beaucoup de plaisir et j'ai rencontré beaucoup de gens formidables Nous avons été très impressionnés par la propreté des chambres. Nous avons reçu des serviettes propres tous les jours et notre réfrigérateur a été rempli d'eau, de boissons gazeuses et de bière tous les jours Le personnel était formidable. Très amical et toujours désireux de vous faire plaisir. J [... lire plus]'ai eu de merveilleuses conversations avec eux. J'ai perdu mon iPad dans l'hôtel et le personnel d'entretien l'a trouvé et l'a remis aux objets trouvés. J'ai été ravie de voir à quel point le personnel était honnête. Les piscines sont très grandes et propres. Le personnel avait quelques jeux autour de la piscine pour les adultes et les enfants. La plage est privée et magnifique. Le personnel venait toujours vous demander si vous vouliez quelque chose à manger ou à boire au bar de la plage. Des sports motorisés étaient disponibles gratuitement. La nourriture était correcte. J'avais ma sauce piquante Franks avec moi et elle allait sur tout. J'ai juste trouvé que c'était répétitif tous les jours. Demandez Daniel au petit déjeuner. Il vous fera une omelette géniale. Le bar des sports était ouvert 24 heures sur 24. Nous y avons mangé de nombreux chicken tenders. Dans l'ensemble, ce fut des vacances extraordinaires et je donne à ce centre de villégiature deux pouces en l'air. Je le recommanderai à tout le monde. J'ai hâte d'y retourner. Avec un peu de chance, l'année prochaine.

Awesome Resort We stayed at this Dhawa Cayo Santa Maria for 11 days and it was one of the best vacations I ever had. Had so much fun and met so many great people Very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. Received clean towels daily and our fridge was filled with water,pop and beer every day The staff was amazing. Very friendly and always wanting to please you. Had wonderful conversations with them. I lost my iPad on the resort and housekeeping had found it and returned it to lost and found. I was so pleased to see how honest the staff were. The pools are very big and clean. Staff had a few games around the pool for both adults and kids. The beach was private and beautiful. Staff were always coming around to ask if you would like something to eat or drink from the beach bar. Motorized sports were available to use with no fee. The food was ok. I had my franks hot sauce with me and it went on everything. I just found it to be repetitive every day. Ask for Daniel at breakfast. He will make you an awesome omelet. Sports bar was opened 24 hrs. We had many chicken tenders from there. All in all it was an amazing vacation and I give this resort 2 thumbs up. I will recommend this to anyone. Can't wait to go back. Hopefully next year.

Dhawa Cayo Santa Maria: Deuxième fois et j'ai encore plus aimé !

Honnêtement, je ne peux pas dire assez de bien de cet hôtel ! La première raison pour laquelle j'y suis retourné est le personnel..... - il y en avait beaucoup et ils ne pouvaient pas faire assez pour vous plaire ou vous donner le sourire. De la réception au nettoyage en passant par le bar et le personnel de plage ! Deuxièmement, l'hôtel est nouveau, donc bien entretenu et propre. La variété était incroyable et tout était bien cuisiné et chaud. J'y retournerai, et j'en ai d'ailleurs l'intenti [... lire plus]on dans un avenir proche...... J'ai vécu une expérience formidable, à la fois avec un ami et en tant que voyageur solitaire !

Second time and loved it even more!! I honestly cannot say enough great things about this hotel! The number one reason I returned was because of the staff..... there were many and they couldn't do enough to please you or put a smile on your face. From reception to cleaning to bar and beach staff!! Second the hotel is new therefore well maintained and clean. The variety was amazing and everything was cooked great and hot. I would go back again, in fact I plan to in the near future...... I had a great experience both with a friend and as a solo traveller!!

Hotel Roc Casa del Mar: Station balnéaire fantastique, mais ne réservez jamais par l'intermédiaire de Hola Sun....

29 avril - 6 mai....était le plan.....Ce complexe hôtelier était magnifique et le personnel fantastique. La nourriture était en fait très bonne, la meilleure de Cuba. Nous avons surtout mangé à la carte et tous les plats étaient bons (Origami était le meilleur). La plage était très belle et pas trop fréquentée. Nous pouvions toujours trouver une pergola pour nous mettre à l'ombre. Les piscines étaient propres et très amusantes. Nous sommes allés à la piscine Est et c'était génial. Nous nous somm [... lire plus]es amusés à lancer la balle et à danser au son de la musique. L'équipe d'animation était excellente, amicale et faisait participer tout le monde. Malheureusement, nous avons été retardés à Toronto parce que le capitaine de la compagnie aérienne était malade, ce qui a retardé l'avion de 17 heures. Nous n'avons eu absolument AUCUNE explication de la part de Hola Sun. Ils ont envoyé une société tierce pour s'occuper de nous tous. Ils n'ont cessé de nous dire que nous serions indemnisés pour avoir manqué notre séjour à Cuba... Maintenant, 5 semaines plus tard, j'ai reçu un chèque de 55 $... une insulte ridicule....even après avoir insisté en disant que cela me coûtait plus que cela par jour et que nous n'avions reçu que 6 des 7 jours pour lesquels nous avions payé. Je suppose qu'ils ne voudront plus jamais faire affaire avec moi. Nous n'avons absolument rien à reprocher au complexe et nous le recommandons vivement comme destination de vacances... mais NE RÉSERVEZ PAS PAR L'INTERMÉDIAIRE DE HOLA SUN.

Fantastic Resort but Never book through Hola Sun.... April 29 - May 6....was the plan.....This resort was beautiful and the staff were fantastic. The food was actually very good by any standards, the best in Cuba . We ate mostly at the a la carte and they were all good (Origami was the best). The beach was very nice and not overly busy. We could always find a pergola for shade. The pools were clean and allot of fun. We went to the east pool and it was great . Shout out to Yunior at the bar. we had fun throwing the ball around and dancing to the music. The Animation team was excellent, friendly and kept everyone engaged. NOW FOR THE BAD NEWS...Unfortunately we were delayed in Toronto due to "The" Airline Captain being sick so the airplane was delayed 17 hours. We had absolutely NO explanation from Hola Sun. They sent a third party company to deal with all of us. They just kept telling us we would be compensated for missing our time in Cuba... Now 5 weeks later I received a cheque for $55...a ridiculous insult....even after pushing back saying it cost me more than that per day and we only received 6 of the 7 days we paid for. I guess they never want my business again. We put absolutely no blame on the Resort and would highly recommend it as a vacation destiny...just DO NOT BOOK THROUGH HOLA SUN.

Resonance Blu Santa Maria: Grande plage

Belle station, piscine parfaitement entretenue, personnel formidable toujours aimable et prêt à aider, belle plage, et pas la pire nourriture (le buffet est en fait meilleur que le restaurant). Je recommanderais sans hésiter ce complexe à un ami.

Great Beach Nice Resort, perfectly maintained pool, Great Staff always friendly and willing to help, Beautiful Beach, and not the worst food (The buffet is actually better than the restaurant). I would definitely recommend this resort to a friend.

Memories Paraiso: Superbe plage et océan

Nous avons décidé cette année d'essayer quelque chose de nouveau et d'aller à Cayo Santa Maria. De plus, j'ai abaissé mon niveau personnel d'attentes décentes au niveau " si la température, la plage, l'océan sont excellents et si nous rentrons à la maison en vie à la fin, ce fut de bonnes vacances ". Donc, si je juge d'après ces critères, c'était de bonnes vacances. Pour surprendre ma petite amie, j'ai acheté un "diamond club pack" pour m'assurer une vue sur l'océan et un peu plus de confort. A  [... lire plus]l'hôtel, nous avons été accueillis par M. Frank, sympathique et amical. Il nous a expliqué quoi, comment et quand et nous sommes allés voir la chambre. Près de l'océan, une belle vue sur l'océan à laquelle je m'attendais et c'est ce que j'ai eu. 4170 était le numéro de notre chambre. Luminaire cassé au-dessus du meuble-lavabo, meuble-lavabo cassé, toilettes sans chasse d'eau, robinet de baignoire difficile à utiliser, téléviseur antique qui demandait de temps en temps de payer pour le voir ! murs sales (une couche d'apprêt blanc était la solution la plus facile), porte de balcon défectueuse, difficile à ouvrir et à fermer, portes de garde-robe défectueuses, presque impossibles à ouvrir. M. Frank a pris note de tout ce qui précède et c'est tout. Personne n'est venu régler les problèmes, je ne l'ai jamais demandé. Nous avons eu une formidable Ana comme femme de ménage, elle a pris soin de la chambre, elle a fait de son mieux, et nous l'avons appréciée. Nous étions là pour l'océan et la grande plage et c'était le plus important, pas la chambre. Pour ce qui est de la nourriture, c'est incroyable qu'ils puissent mettre de si grandes quantités de nourriture sans être capables de créer un repas décent. Mais nous avons réussi à manger et à rentrer chez nous avec un petit problème d'estomac. Au buffet, il y a une "diamond club zone", censée être réservée aux personnes qui ont payé. Ce n'était pas le cas, généralement des latinos SANS bracelets du resort, très très bruyants. J'ai demandé qui ils étaient et la réponse est venue du gars du bar, " des gens du Venezuela, chers amis du peuple cubain ". De toute façon, ce n'était pas mon occupation, j'étais là pour le beau temps, la belle plage et l'océan. Ai-je payé un supplément pour un canular du Diamond Club ? Oui ! A part la vue sur l'océan, le reste n'est qu'une supercherie. La cerise sur le gâteau est arrivée le dernier jour quand, en prenant mon café le matin, j'ai découvert dans ma bouche des insectes de cuisine, des cafards ! Au fond de ma tasse de café, des parties anatomiques de cafards. Pattes, ailes, têtes etc. C'était trop et j'ai eu une petite discussion avec le responsable du buffet ce jour-là. Cela n'a pas eu l'air de l'affecter, toute son équipe est venue regarder dans ma tasse, certains étaient gênés, d'autres étaient juste amusés. J'ai pris mon mal en patience, mais pas ma copine. Et c'est tout. Nous sommes rentrés vivants à la maison, c'était de bonnes vacances. J'y retourne ? Non ! J'achèterai à nouveau Diamond club ? Non ! Le recommanderais-je ? Oui pour la plage et l'océan, non pour le resort.

Great beach and ocean We decided this year to try something new and go to Cayo Santa Maria. Also, I lowered my personal level of decent expectations at the level " if the weather, the beach , the ocean are great and if we make it home alive at the end, that was a great vacation". So, if I am judging by these criteria, it was a great vacation. As a surprise for my girlfriend , I bought a " diamond club pack" to ensure a ocean view and a bit of extra comfort. At the resort, we were welcomed by mr Frank , nice and friendly. He explain us what , how and when and we went to see the room. Next to the ocean, beautiful ocean view that I was expecting and that was what I've got. 4170 was the number of our room. Broken light fixture over the vanity ,broken vanity, no flush toilet , difficult to use tub faucet, antique TV set which was asking from time to time to pay for view ?! , dirty walls ( a coat of white primer was the easiest fix), defective balcony door hard to open and close,defective wardrobe doors, almost impossible to open. Mr Frank took note of alll above and that's it. Nobody came to fix the issues , I never asked too. We had a a amazing Ana as a cleaning lady, she took care of the room, she did her best,and we appreciate it. We were there for ocean and the great beach and that was more important , not the room . Now about the food, is amazing how they could waist such large amounts of food without being able to create a decent meal. But we managed to eat and go back home only with minor stomach problem. At the buffet there is a " diamond club zone" , suppose to be only for the people who paid for. It was not, usually Latino people WITHOUT resort bracelets , very very noisy. I asked who they are and the answer came from the bar guy, " people of Venezuela, dear friends of Cuban people" . Anyway , was not my busyness , I was there for good weather, nice beach and ocean. Did I paid extra money for a Diamond club hoax? Yes! Except the ocean view, the rest is just a hoax. The cherry on the cake came in the last day when having my coffe in the morning I discovered in my mouth , kitchen bugs, cockroaches!!! At the bottom of my coffee cup , anatomical parts of cockroaches. Legs, wings,heads etc. It was too much and I had a little talk to the guy who was in charge at the buffet that day. Didn't look like to affect him , all his crew they came to look in too my cup, some were embarrassed,some were just amused. I took it easy, my girlfriend didn't. And that's it. We make it home alive, was a good vacation . I'm going back? No! Will buy again Diamond club ? No! Recommend it? Yes for the beach and ocean , no for the resort.

Playa Cayo Santa Maria: Une belle station balnéaire !

Le Playa est un magnifique complexe hôtelier avec de charmants jardins. Il y a plusieurs piscines, dont une piscine de sérénité, ma préférée. La plage est superbe et dispose de nombreux pavillons d'ombrage. On peut marcher dans l'océan à l'infini et le fond est constitué de sable blanc et doux. Le restaurant italien et les pizzas du snack-bar étaient très appréciés. Le service clientèle était génial !

Lovely Resort! Playa is a beautiful expansive resort with charming gardens. There are several pools including a serenity pool my personal favourite. The beach is great and has lots of shade pavilions. You can walk out into the ocean forever and the bottom is soft white sand. Lots of food choices, really liked the Italian restaurant and the pizzas at the snack bar. Customer Service was awesome!

Valentin Perla Blanca: Superbe complexe hôtelier

C'était un endroit fantastique pour passer des vacances. Les chambres étaient belles et propres. Le personnel était incroyablement courtois et amical. La nourriture à la carte était excellente. Les divertissements étaient incroyables....lounged au bord de la piscine et a regardé un magnifique spectacle de natation synchronisée. Il y a beaucoup à faire, que ce soit pour se détendre ou pour participer à des activités. L'équipe d'animation de l'hôtel est toujours à l'œuvre. Un peu loin de l' [... lire plus]aéroport....mais cela en vaut la peine !

Superb Resort This was a fantastic place to vacation. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff were incredibly courteous and friendly. The a la carte food was great. Entertainment was incredible....lounged by the pool and watched a beautiful synchronized swimming show. Lots to do whether its quiet relaxing or activities. The resorts entertainment team is always going. A little bit of a ways from the airport....but well worth it!!

Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est bien et le personnel aussi. Nouveau hall d'entrée et chambres propres et tout fonctionne bien. La salle de sport est petite mais correcte. La moitié du complexe était fermée, il n'y avait donc qu'une seule piscine et c'était l'heure de la fête à 4 heures, ce qui était un peu ennuyeux. De plus, il y a beaucoup TROP de cabanas sur la plage. Impossible d'avoir de l'ombre à tout moment, ce qui rend la plage inutilisable. La nourriture était bonne pour Cuba. Beaucoup de  [... lire plus]choix. Dans l'ensemble 7 sur 10

Pretty good overall. Definitely watered down drinks. Overall resort is good and staff as well. New lobby and rooms clean and all works well. Gym is small but ok. They had half resort closed so only one pool and it was party time at 4 - so a bit annoying. Also way TOO few cabanas on the beach. Could not get any shade at anytime so makes beach unusable. Food was good for cuba. Lots of choice. Overall 7 out of 10

Playa Cayo Santa Maria: Plage fabuleuse et bien plus encore

Nous avons réservé cet endroit pour un voyage de filles / long week-end (3 nuits, 4 jours) et nous aurions vraiment voulu rester plus longtemps ! Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Les plus belles plages avec des tonnes de chaises longues et d'options d'ombre. Le personnel était merveilleux, amical, joyeux et toujours prêt à aider. Beaucoup de choix pour une nourriture décente, mais encore une fois, personne ne va à Cuba pour la nourriture en s'attendant à des options exceptionnelles de restauratio [... lire plus]n fine. Toutes les cartes et tous les buffets sont climatisés, ce qui est un bonus appréciable. Superbe spa, personnel de divertissement et spectacles, bar à glaces et de nombreux bars offrant de bonnes boissons partout. J'ai passé un moment fabuleux et j'y retournerai sûrement. Pas de supplément single, ce qui a permis à quelques-uns d'entre nous d'avoir leur propre chambre - une pause agréable ! Le trajet jusqu'à l'hôtel est d'une heure et demie, mais c'est un trajet agréable pour voir la région et les villes locales.

Fabulous beach and much more We booked this place for a girls trip / long weekend (3 nights, 4 days) and definitely wished we could have stayed longer! Excellent value for the cost. Most beautiful beaches with tons of loungers and shade options. Staff was extra wonderful, friendly, happy and always willing to help. Lots of choices for decent food but then again no one goes to Cuba for the food expecting exceptional fine dining options. All a cartes and buffet are air conditioned which was a nice bonus. Great spa, entertainment staff and shows, ice cream bar and lots of bars offering great drinks everywhere. Had a fabulous time and will surely go back. No single supplement which enabled a few of us to have own room - nice break! travel to hotel is 1.5 hours but enjoyable drive seeing the area and local towns.

Dhawa Cayo Santa Maria: Grand centre de villégiature

L'hôtel était très bien dans l'ensemble. La nourriture, la plage, la chambre et le service étaient bons. Trop de moustiques (le jour et surtout la nuit). Même le spray anti-moustique ne les tient pas à distance. J'adore l'emplacement du bâtiment 5. Je préférais l'Ocean Del Mar, mais c'est toujours un très bon hôtel

Great resort The resort was great overall. Food, beach, room and service was good. Too many mosquitoes (day and especially night time). Even bug spray doesn't keep them at bay. Love placement of building # 5. Preferred the Ocean Del Mar but still a very good resort

Valentin Perla Blanca: Belle plage

J'y suis allée avec mon petit ami à la fin du mois de mai. Le complexe lui-même est agréable - les chambres sont assez récentes et propres. Les piscines sont magnifiques et la plage est exceptionnelle. Il faut cependant être prudent car nous avons rencontré des méduses (beaucoup d'étoiles de mer aussi) et certaines personnes ont été piquées. C'était une période creuse, donc la moitié de la station était fermée, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés. Les insectes peuvent devenir dangereux à cette époq [... lire plus]ue, alors n'oubliez pas d'apporter beaucoup de spray anti-piqûres. La nourriture était correcte - je suggérerais de s'en tenir au grill de la plage ou au snack-bar. Le restaurant français était notre préféré. Nous avons fait deux excursions - Land & Sea et Sunset Catamaran. Je recommande vivement les deux. Il y a beaucoup de gens formidables et le personnel est très sympathique. Ne prenez pas la peine d'acheter des cartes internet car vous pouvez à peine vous connecter et cela ne fonctionne vraiment pas. Les animations nocturnes étaient géniales - ne manquez pas le spectacle de Michael Jackson ! La prise en charge et le retour à l'aéroport ont été faciles.

Beautiful Beach I went with my boyfriend at the end of May. The resort itself is nice- rooms are fairly new and clean. The pools were beautiful and the beach was out of this world. Be careful though as we fuond some jelly fish (lots of starfish too)- some people ended up getting stung. It was a slower time, so half of the resort was closed, but we didn't mind. The bugs can get bad around this time so be sure to bring lots of after bite or spray. The food was ok- I would suggest sticking to the beach grill or the snack bar. The French restaurant was our favourite. We did two excursions- Land & Sea and the Sunset Catamaran. I would highly recommend both. A lot of great people and the staff are very friendly. Do not bother buying internet cards as you can barely get on and it really doesn't work. The night entertainment was awesome- do not miss the Michael Jackson show! Easy pick up and drop off from the airport- overall, great trip.

Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: Pas mal pour le prix

Les plages sont magnifiques, en particulier Ensenachos. Par contre, la nourriture n'est pas bonne. L'un de mes amis est tombé malade pendant le voyage et les chambres sont un peu désuètes, mais dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon séjour. Le personnel d'animation est très sympathique et agréable à discuter et la plupart d'entre eux peuvent se débrouiller en anglais.

Not bad for the price The beaches are amazing, especially Ensenachos. The food however is not good. One of my friends got sick while on the trip and the rooms are a little dated but overall nice stay. The entertainment staff is very nice and fun to talk to and most of them can get by with English.

Valentin Perla Blanca: Bon pour Cuba, le meilleur pas le meilleur

Le terrain de l'hôtel est agréable, mais il n'est pas très propre. Le service était lent et il fallait se lever pour aller chercher ses boissons. La nourriture était correcte, rien de spécial mais bonne pour Cuba. Le mieux est d'aller au buffet dès l'ouverture pour le prendre quand il est chaud. Les chariots Alla étaient bons. La cuisine italienne était la meilleure.

Good for Cuba, best not the best Hotel grounds nice, however not the cleanest. Service was slow and you had to get up to get your drinks. Food was okay, nothing special but good for Cuba. Best to go to the Buffet right when it opens to get it when its hot. Alla Carts were good. Italian was the best.
