Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Très bon rapport... Cependant

Le personnel était très sympathique. Les boissons étaient fraîches. L'eau était belle et la plage bien entretenue. La nourriture était correcte. J'ai fini par avoir des maux d'estomac le troisième jour et je n'ai pas beaucoup mangé par la suite. Les lits étaient durs, ce qui n'est pas une mauvaise chose, mais mon réfrigérateur était très bruyant et faisait un bruit énorme toutes les 45 minutes pendant toute la nuit. Je suggère de le débrancher pendant la nuit. Quelques amis ont été dévo [... lire plus]rés vivants par des puces de sable ou des no seeums lorsqu'ils étaient sur la plage. Une bombe insecticide aurait été une bonne idée. L'endroit est agréable et je reviendrai pour lui donner une autre chance. Gardez à l'esprit qu'ils sont encore en train de gérer les conséquences de l'ouragan qui a frappé la région quelques mois auparavant, de sorte que les insectes auraient pu être un risque environnemental supplémentaire auquel ils ont dû faire face.

Very Nice Resport... However Staff was very friendly. Drinks were cold. Water was beautiful and beach well maintained. Food was ok. I ended up getting stomach sickness on my 3rd day and did not eat much afterwards. Beds were hard which is not a bad thing but my fridge was super loud and would make a huge noise every 45 min all night long. I would suggest unplugging it during the night. A few friends were eaten alive by sand fleas or no seeums when on the beach. Bug spray would have been a good idea. Nice place and I would return to give it another shot. Keep in mind they are still dealing with the aftermath of the hurricane that hit the area a few months before so bugs could have been an additional environmental hazard that they were dealing with.

Les spectacles nocturnes étaient corrects, mais rien n'était fait pendant la journée pour faire participer les clients. La nourriture, en revanche, était de loin la pire que nous ayons jamais eue. Le buffet n'était jamais réapprovisionné, tout semblait dater d'un jour ou deux, jamais "frais". Nous avons eu un dîner décent au steak house, et un excellent dîner au restaurant japonais, mais c'est tout. Le deuxième jour, nous avons pensé que c'était juste un de ces "oh c'est juste aujourd'hui, ça va s'arranger" mais non, ça a duré toute la semaine. Une fois que nous avons fini de manger à l'aéroport avant de rentrer chez nous, nous avons convenu que c'était probablement le meilleur repas que nous ayons eu de toute la semaine. En fin de compte, nous avons passé un bon moment, mais compte tenu de ce que nous avons dépensé pour nos vacances, nous nous attendions certainement à mieux de la part du complexe. Bien que nous ayons passé un bon moment, nous ne reviendrons pas.

Decent, but would not return The hotel itself wasn't horrible, however it should have been updated probably 10+ years ago.The rooms are extremely outdated, and there was excessive mold over the entire ceiling on the shower, likely due to the fact that there was zero ventilation within the bathroom or the room itself. The tub also got just over half full while showering before starting to drain, which I found quite gross. Despite this, the room was clean and the housekeeping was great. The staff were great and friendly, however the entertainment was nothing spectacular. While the shows at night were okay, there was really nothing done throughout the day to get guests involved. The food however was by far the worst we have ever had. The buffet was never replenished, everything seemed to be a day or two old, never "fresh". We had a decent dinner at the steak house, and great dinner at the Japanese but that was it. By the second day we figured it was just once of those "oh it's just today it will get better" but no, it was all week. Once we finished eating in the airport before heading home, we agreed that was probably the best meal that we had had all week. At the end of the day, we did have a great time but with what we spent on our vacation, we certainly expected more out of the resort. While we had a great time, we will not be returning.

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Un bon endroit pour se ressourcer

C'était notre deuxième séjour à l'Iberostar Playa Mita. Dès le début, l'équipe de l'hôtel nous a fait sentir spéciaux, VIP même ! La chambre était propre, le réfrigérateur était rempli quotidiennement d'eau, de boissons gazeuses et de bières. La nourriture dans les restaurants était bien préparée mais un peu salée à notre goût. Cependant, grâce au grand choix, nous avons toujours trouvé quelque chose à apprécier. À la piscine, il n'y a jamais eu de problème pour trouver des chaises longues. C'était un peu décevant de voir des matelas sales (crottes d'oiseaux) le matin. Ce serait bien si le personnel nettoyait les matelas tôt le matin. A part cela, rien à redire ! Nous avons passé un excellent moment et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

Good place to recharge your batteries This was our second time at Iberostar playa mita. From the beginning the hotel stuff made us feel special, VIP even! The room was clean, the fridge was stocked daily with plenty of water, pops and beers. The food in the restaurants was well prepared but a bit salty to our taste. However, with plenty of choices we always found something to enjoy. Our special thanks to chef Aldo who personally cooked my steak for our 38th anniversary! At the pool area, never a problem to find lounge chairs. It was somewhat disappointing to see dirty ( birds poop) mattresses in the morning. Would be great if the stuff cleaned then early in the morning. Other then that no complaints! We had awesome time and would definitely come back!

C'était un centre de villégiature agréable. Le terrain est joli et les chambres sont agréables. La station balnéaire a un aspect plus ancien. C'était bien qu'il soit plus petit, avec un accès facile à toutes les zones et directement sur la plage. Le personnel était généralement sympathique, mais certains étaient un peu pressants et il y avait beaucoup de pression pour donner des pourboires en permanence. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de possibilités de shopping pour les produits locaux.

Good Resort This was a fun resort. The grounds were pretty and rooms were nice. The beach resort has an older feel. It was nice that it was smaller with easy access to all areas and directly on the beach. Staff were mostly nice, however some felt a bit pushy and there was a lot of pressure to tip constantly. Not a lot of shopping opportunities for local goods.

Most courteous staff! The hotel is very nice, immaculate grounds, very clean, great service and the food was so good! Most impressed with the friendly and happy staff everyone was so wonderful except for the guys that loaded the luggage onto the bus they were very rude, I asked one very politely if he could please put my small white carry-on luggage on top because it gets damaged and dirty, he very rudely responded “well you are just going to have to go home and clean it, and next time you come buy black luggage” he then proceeded to put my luggage at the bottom and placed 3 of the larger ones on top and smiled! Was truly disappointed with the attitude, there was no need for that!

Le centre de villégiature était superbe, propre et magnifique ! Le choix des buffets était parfait ! Le temps était parfait. Mon mari a loué un jet ski et a fait du kayak et du vélo. C'était très relaxant.

The resort was stunning and clean and gorgeous! The selection at the buffets was perfect! The weather was perfect. My husband rented a jet ski and went kayaking and on a bicycle tour. Very relaxing.

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Ce n'est pas bon

J'ai une petite amie cubaine et ils nous ont enregistrés et tout s'est bien passé. Le lendemain, ils ont appelé la police qui est venue directement à l'hôtel et l'a arrêtée. Elle a dû rester dans une prison cubaine de merde jusqu'au lendemain. Cela a gâché toutes nos vacances. Normalement, nous restons à La Havane, mais j'ai pensé que nous pourrions essayer Veradero. Quelle erreur. Je me suis adressé au service clientèle pour savoir ce qu'ils avaient fait et j'ai pu parler à Yuleisy Elfonso qu [... lire plus]i s'en fichait éperdument et le directeur n'a pas voulu venir s'expliquer. En dehors de ce fiasco qui a gâché la semaine pour nous deux, la nourriture était affreuse. En résumé, je ne conseillerais à personne d'aller au Laguna Azul.

It is not good I have a Cuban girlfriend and they checked us in and was fine. The next day they called the police and they came right in to the hotel and arrested here. She had to stay in a shitty Cuban jail till the next day. Ruined our whole holiday. Normally we stay in Havana but I thought we could try Veradero. What a mistake. I went to customer service about what they did and got to talk to Yuleisy Elfonso and she did not care in the least and the manager would not come and explain. Apart from this fiasco which ruined the week for both of us the food was awful. Basically I would certainly not advise anyone to go to the Laguna Azul.

Piscine excellente et plage agréable. La seule chose à laquelle il faut faire attention est l'offre du Club. Lisez les commentaires avant de vous engager à assister à une présentation.

We were upgraded to The Suites so this review is on the SUITES and not the BEACH. Top notch hotel and resort with outstanding staff and service. Food quality and selection above average. Pool excellent and beach good. The only thing to be aware of is The Club offering. Please read reviews before you commit to attend a presentation.

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Chez soi loin de chez soi !!!

12ème voyage à la propriété Iberostar. Je ne suis jamais déçu ! C'est un plaisir de revoir des visages familiers et de profiter de tout ce que ces propriétés ont à offrir. Si j'avais quelque chose de négatif à dire, c'est qu'il est très difficile de ne pas prendre quelques kilos avec tant d'options merveilleuses d'endroits où manger !

Home Away From Home!!! 12th trip to the Iberostar property. I am never disappointed!! It's great to see familiar faces and enjoy all that these properties have to offer. If I had anything negative to say it's that it's very hard not to gain a few pounds with so many wonderful option of places to eat!!

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Bon endroit pour les vacances

Dans l'ensemble, j'ai aimé mes vacances à l'Iberostar Costa Dorada. Pour détailler : - la nourriture est excellente, très variée, au buffet chaque soir il y a quelque chose de nouveau, comme des sushis, de la nourriture mexicaine, etc. - le service est bon, surtout quand vous donnez des pourboires ; à cause du grand nombre de vacanciers européens qui ne donnent pas de pourboires, les serveurs ne s'attendent généralement pas à en recevoir ; mais si vous donnez 1$US ou 50DOP, le service devie [... lire plus]nt encore meilleur, - la chambre était propre ; les draps étaient changés tous les jours ; - les divertissements étaient bons, il y avait beaucoup d'activités quotidiennes, y compris le tir et le tir à l'arc ; - la piscine était bonne, j'ai aussi aimé le bain à remous qui se trouve au milieu de la piscine entre les colonnes ; - la plage était convenable ; la seule chose est qu'elle était nettoyée des mauvaises herbes tous les deux jours ; par conséquent, certains jours elle n'est pas parfaite ; en même temps, le sable était fin et permettait de longues promenades ; - l'océan devient rapidement profond et ondule toujours ; il n'est peut-être pas adapté aux enfants en bas âge. Il y a un terrain de golf près de l'hôtel. Il faut compter environ 110 $US pour jouer 9 trous + 15 $ pour le taxi. Bien qu'il s'agisse d'un pays espagnol, presque tout le monde parle bien l'anglais, à l'exception des chauffeurs de taxi qui ne parlent généralement pas du tout l'anglais. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon endroit pour les vacances. La seule mauvaise expérience que j'ai eue pendant ce voyage n'était pas liée à l'hôtel, mais à Air Canada, dont un certain nombre d'employés se sont montrés très agaçants. Nous sommes arrivés à l'aéroport près d'une heure avant l'heure prévue en raison des retards de circulation sur la 401 ; nous pouvions encore être à temps pour le vol, mais l'employé d'Air Canada nous a dirigés vers la mauvaise et très longue file d'attente ; ensuite, lorsqu'il y a eu "Dernier appel pour Puerto Plata", nous avons été déplacés vers une autre file d'attente, mais personne ne nous a servis pendant les 25 minutes qui ont suivi. Ensuite, lors de l'enregistrement, nous étions manifestement en retard pour l'envoi des bagages, et la seule option qui nous a été proposée était que toute la famille prenne l'avion sans bagages. Je me demande pourquoi ils n'ont pas proposé l'option qu'une partie de la famille puisse aller à l'avion sans bagages, et qu'une autre partie de la famille s'occupe des valises ? Cela nous aurait permis d'économiser le coût de 2 billets (~800$) sur le vol du lendemain. Je comprends que cela s'est produit parce que nous étions proches de la date limite. Cependant, même si nous étions arrivés une demi-heure plus tôt, nous aurions été dirigés vers la même longue file d'attente, nous y serions restés pendant 30 minutes, nous aurions été dirigés vers une autre file d'attente sans service, et le résultat aurait été le même. Peut-être que se rendre à l'aéroport pour un vol d'Air Canada deux heures avant le vol n'est pas une recommandation, c'est un "must". Il n'y a pas ce problème avec les autres transporteurs ; la même procédure d'enregistrement le lendemain avec WestJet n'a pris que 10 minutes sans aucune file d'attente. Mais ce n'est pas tout. Sur le chemin du retour de Puerto Plata, il y avait une averse et deux vols étaient attendus de/vers Toronto, à savoir Air Canada et Air Transat avec moins d'une heure d'écart entre eux. L'avion d'Air Canada "en raison de mauvaises conditions météorologiques" s'est rendu à un autre endroit et est revenu plus tard, causant un retard de deux heures ; cependant, quelques minutes après l'annonce du retard, l'avion d'Air Transat a atterri avec succès à Puerto Plata et est retourné à Toronto à temps. C'était en quelque sorte la dernière goutte d'eau pour moi. C'était mes dixièmes vacances dans les Caraïbes au cours des neuf dernières années et les premières avec Air Canada ; c'est peut-être aussi les dernières avec Air Canada. Quoi qu'il en soit, à part cela, les vacances se sont bien passées, beaucoup de nourriture, de natation, de belles photos et de plaisir. Je recommanderai certainement cet hôtel à mes amis :)

Good place for vacation Overall, I liked vacation at Iberostar Costa Dorada. To itemize: - food is great, huge variety, in the buffet every evening there is something new, like sushi, Mexican food, etc. - service is good, especially when you give tips; because of a lot of European vacationers who usually don't give tips, servers usually don't expect them; but if you give $1US or 50DOP the service becomes even better, - room was clean; bedsheets were changed every day; - entertainment was good, there were a lot of daily activities, including shooting and archery; - swimming pool was good, I also liked the whirlpool which is in the middle of it between the columns; - beach was decent; the only thing is it was cleaned of weeds every second day; therefore, some days it's not perfect; at the same time, sand was fine and allowed long walking; - the ocean goes deep quickly and always wavy; it may not be suitable for small kids. There is a golf course near of the hotel. It will cost around $110US to play 9 holes + $15 for taxi. Although it's a Spanish country, almost everybody speaks English well; exception is the taxi drivers who usually don't speak English at all. Overall, it's a good place for vacation. The only bad experience I had this trip was not related to the hotel but to the Air Canada as number of their employees' failures were quite annoying. We came to the airport close to 1hr deadline due to traffic delays on 401; we still could be in time on the flight, but Air Canada employee directed as to the wrong and very long line; then, when there was "Last call to Puerto Plata" we were moved to the separate line, but nobody served as for the next 25 minutes. Then, at check-in, obviously we were late for sending luggage, and the only options was given is whole family should fly without luggage. I wonder why they didn't provide the option that part of the family could still go to the plane without luggage, and part of family take care of suitcases? This would save us cost of 2 tickets (~$800) on the next day flight. I understand that this happened because we came close to deadline. However, I even though we would have come half of an hour earlier, we had directed to the same long line, stayed there for 30 minutes, moved to the separate line with no service, and the result would be the same. Perhaps, coming to the airport for Air Canada flight in 2 hours before the flight is not a recommendation, it's a "must". There is no such problem with other carriers; same check-in procedure next day with WestJet took only 10 minutes without any lines. But it's not the end. On the way back from Puerto Plata it was a shower rain and two flights were expected from/to Toronto, namely Air Canada and Air Transat with less than an hour between them. The Air Canada plane "due to bad weather condition" went to other place and came back later causing 2 hours delay; however, few minutes after the delay announcement the Air Transat plane successfully landed to Puerto Plata and went back to Toronto in time. And that was sort of a last drop for me. It's been my 10th vacation in Caribbean for the last 9 years and the first with Air Canada; perhaps, and it's the last one with Air Canada as well. Anyways, other than that, vacation went well, a lot of food, swimming, great photos and fun. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. :)

L'hôtel est très bien situé...le service de nettoyage était génial...je n'ai pas eu à demander quoi que ce soit...la plage était bien... les vendeurs du marché aux puces sont là...il suffit de dire non...tant qu'il n'y en a pas plus d'un...le service du buffet est encore une fois génial...dans l'ensemble, le complexe est propre et le service de la piscine et des mouches du vinaigre est excellent...je le recommanderais sans hésiter... Beautiful resort Great time..maid service was awesome..did not have to ask for anything..beach was good .flea market vendors there..just say no...along as there's not more than one..buffet service again awesome..all in all clean resort with great pool service and freinfly service..would abso recommend.. Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Excellente visite

Nous avons visité à quatre la semaine du 12 au 19 novembre. L'enregistrement à l'aéroport et au centre de villégiature s'est déroulé sans problème, tout comme le cocktail de bienvenue. Nous sommes arrivés à l'heure parfaite, vers 15 heures, et nous nous sommes dirigés directement vers nos chambres. Le concierge nous a ouvert la voie et nous a expliqué quelques détails sur le complexe et notre chambre pendant que nos bagages étaient livrés. La première impression de l'agencement et du terrain a  [... lire plus]été wow, très beau, la montagne à l'arrière et l'océan à l'avant. Nous avons demandé deux semaines à l'avance une chambre dans le bâtiment 1, au dernier étage, avec des lits king dans les deux chambres, proches l'une de l'autre, et c'est exactement ce que nous avons obtenu. Les chambres 1214 et 1215 étaient bien situées et offraient une bonne vue sur l'océan. La chambre était superbe. Tout fonctionnait bien et les lits étaient super confortables. Le complexe est très bien aménagé et il ne faut que deux ou trois minutes de marche pour tout atteindre en passant par de jolis terrains. La plage juste en face de notre bâtiment était parfaite, toujours des chaises longues disponibles et une très belle entrée dans l'océan au fond sablonneux. Sur la droite, il y avait quelques rochers, mais on pouvait facilement trouver de belles entrées. Les gars sur la plage qui essayaient de vous emmener au marché étaient agaçants au début, mais un non merci et ils nous ont laissés tranquilles. L'eau était belle et chaude et un peu ondulée, parfaite pour se rafraîchir. La piscine était également rafraîchissante et propre. Ils ont réparé une partie de la piscine pendant que nous étions là, ce qui a pris trois jours. Ce n'est pas un problème car les deux autres sections sont restées ouvertes. Nous nous sommes toujours sentis à l'aise et il y avait beaucoup de chaises longues. La nourriture et les boissons étaient de bonne qualité et très bonnes. Notre nouvelle boisson préférée était le Bombay Gin/sprite et citron vert, également très rafraîchissant. Le buffet était très varié. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent tous les matins, avec tout ce que l'on pouvait imaginer. Les soirées à thème étaient très variées, comme la soirée asiatique et la soirée dominicaine avec des crevettes et du homard. Nous avons essayé les trois restaurants et les avons tous appréciés. Le restaurant japonais a été notre moins bon. Le sauté principal était bon, les amuse-gueules et le spectacle bruyant en général moins bon. Le service était bon partout. Les spectacles étaient corrects, mais beaucoup trop bruyants. Le Circle of Life (Le Roi Lion) était très bien ainsi que le spectacle où les couples s'affrontaient dans des jeux hilarants. Le personnel de divertissement se surpasse tout au long de la journée pour divertir les invités, en particulier Justin Beiber qui a fait tout son possible pour apprendre à nous connaître et nous faire rire. Si vous venez, vous ne manquerez pas de l'entendre ou de le voir. Dans l'ensemble, ce fut une semaine formidable et un complexe hôtelier très agréable et élégant. Le temps était un bon mélange de soleil/nuages/chaleur et une tempête tropicale qui a duré des heures un soir. Je vous le recommande vivement, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Excellent Visit Four of us visited the week of Nov. 12th to the 19th. Airport and resort check in went very smoothly as did the welcome cocktail. We arrived at the perfect time around 3pm and headed right to our rooms. Concierge led the way and explained some details about the resort and our room while our luggage was delivered. First impressions of the layout and grounds were wow, very nice, mountain in the back and ocean in the front. We requested two weeks prior for building #1 top floor with king beds in both rooms, close together and received exactly that. Rooms 1214 and 1215 were well located with decent ocean views. The room was great. Everything worked well and super comfortable pillow top beds. The resort is very well laid out with only a two-three minute walk through lovely grounds to everything. The beach right in front of our building was perfect, always loungers available and a really nice entry into the sandy bottom ocean. To the right there was some rock but nice entries could easily be found. The guys on the beach trying to take you the market were annoying at first but a no thanks and they left us alone. The water was nice and warm and a little wavy, perfect for cooling off. The pool was also refreshing and clean. They repaired a part of the pool while we were there, took three days to complete. No problem because the other two sections remained opened. Always felt not crowed and again plenty of loungers. The food and drinks were of good quality and very good. Our new favorite was Bombay Gin/sprite and lime, also very refreshing. The buffet was great with a nice variety. Breakfast was amazing every morning with anything you could think of. Themed nights mixed things up nicely like Asian night and Dominican night featuring shrimp and lobster. We tried all three restaurants and enjoyed them all. The Japanese was our least favorite. The main stir fry was good, appetizers and the overall loud show not so good. Service was good everywhere. The shows were okay, but way too loud. The Circle of Life (The Lion King) was very good as well as the show where couples competed in these hilarious various games. The entertainment staff go over and above all day long to entertain the guest especially Justin Beiber who went out of his way to get to know and make us laugh. If you visit you’ll be sure to hear/see him. All in all it was a great week and a very nice/classy resort. The weather was a nice mix of sun/clouds/heat and a tropical storm that went on for hours one evening. Would highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce centre de villégiature qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Nous y avons passé 7 nuits à la mi-novembre. Le terrain de l'hôtel est très beau avec des chemins dans une forêt luxuriante - un sanctuaire pour plusieurs animaux, des singes aux flamants roses. L'hôtel et les chambres sont bien entretenus et très propres. La nourriture au buffet était bonne et il y avait beaucoup de choix. Nous avons mangé dans 4 des 5 restaurants : C'est le restaurant japon [... lire plus]ais qui nous a le plus plu, mais nous avons été déçus par le restaurant mexicain. Il y avait des divertissements pour tous les âges tout au long de la journée et les spectacles du soir étaient excellents ; le théâtre était toujours bondé. La plage est magnifique et permet de faire de longues promenades. L'hôtel est également très bien situé dans un quartier sûr, à 30 minutes à pied de la 5e avenue et à 5 minutes d'un centre commercial. Tout le personnel de l'hôtel était très amical, serviable et toujours souriant malgré leurs longues heures de travail. Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel sans hésitation.

A must to discover! We had a wonderful time at this resort which met all of our expectations. We were there for 7 nights in mid-November. The hotel grounds are very beautiful with paths in luxuriant forest - a sanctuary for several animals from monkeys to flamingos. The hotel and the rooms are well maintained and very clean. The food at the buffet was good with lots of choices. We ate at 4 of the 5 restaurants: We enjoyed the Japonese restaurant the most, but we're disappointed by the Mexicain one. There was entertainment for all ages all through the day and the evenings shows were excellent; the theater was always packed. The beach is beautiful and allows for long walks. The hotel is also very well located in a safe area at a 30 minute walk from the 5th avenue and 5 minutes from a strip mall. All the personnel at the resort was very friendly, helpful and always smiling despite their long working hours. I will return to this resort no hesitation.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et Air Transat s'est très bien occupé de nous. Ils ont dépassé toutes nos attentes et plus encore ! Je recommande fortement l'hôtel, la nourriture et les restaurants étaient superbes ! La semaine est passée très vite, nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps.

Outstanding service, great stay! We really enjoyed our stay and Air Transat, they took care of us very well. Exceeded all of our expectations and more! Would strongly recommend the hotel, food and restaurants were superb! The week flew by, wished we could have stayed longer.

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Hôtel Laguna Azul à Cuba Varadero

Malheureusement très contrarié beaucoup de lacunes, porte patio n'a pas verrouillé coincé taches d'eau dans la chambre, les insectes rampant, l'entretien de l'hôtel était très négligé, des 6 mois que nous avions déjà visité cette année en avril 2017 semble qu'ils laissent l'installation courir vers le bas, probablement la tempête n'a pas aidé demandé 3 fois sur 3 occasions différentes, toujours eu à se battre pour obtenir une chambre décente, Matelas besoin de changement majeur essentiellement d [... lire plus]ormir sur un sommier, les matelas ont besoin d'un changement majeur, en fait dormir sur un sommier, très dur et mal au dos, le divertissement était génial, la nourriture était géniale, de grands choix, l'eau était très agitée, beaucoup de pauvres palmiers coupés, je pense vraiment que l'Iberostar laisse cet établissement se dégrader jusqu'au terrain, beaucoup de choses de notre dernière visite n'ont pas été réparées, les poignées manquent, les mauvais lits, ont besoin de rénovations majeures, les tables vacillent, la peinture manque, triste c'est un endroit génial, un emplacement génial, je pense vraiment en avril 2017 aller visiter une autre île au lieu de Cuba

Laguna Azul Hotel in Cuba Varadero Unfortunately very upset lots of deficiencies, patio door didn't lock jammed water stains in the bedroom, bugs crawling, the upkeep of the hotel was very neglected, from the 6 months we had already visited this year in April 2017 seems they are letting the facility run down, probably the storm didn't help requested 3 times on 3 different occasions, always had to fight to get a decent room, Mattresses need major change basically sleeping on a box spring, very hard and sore back, Entertainment was Awesome, food was Awesome, great choices, water was very choppy, lots of poor palm trees cut, I really think the Iberostar is letting this facility run down to the grounds, lots of things from our last visit haven't been fixed, handles missing Poor beds, needs major renovations, tables wabbling, paint missing, sad itws a great place, Awesome location, I really think in April 2017 going to visit another Island instead of Cuba

De grands espaces et de nombreuses activités à choisir. de nombreuses possibilités d'excursions d'une journée à partir de l'emplacement. si quelque chose était discutable, ce serait le restaurant français et les caractéristiques des chambres. Bien que les chambres étaient belles et propres, elles n'étaient pas à la hauteur des attentes d'un 5 étoiles. les chambres étaient juste "ok" en taille et en caractéristiques. les rangements dans les [... lire plus] chambres étaient minimes et la salle de bain était en par uniquement. dans l'ensemble, le resort a montré une bonne valeur

Awesome resort with wonderful guest to service ratio! The View and exclusiveness of the resort was unparalleled. great open areas and many activities to choose from. lots of day trip opportunities as well from the location. if anything was questionable it would be the French restaurant and the room features. although the rooms were nice and clean they were less than a 5 star expectation. the rooms were just 'ok' in size and features. storage in the rooms was minimal and the bathroom was par only. overall the resort showed good value

Nous avons adoré l'hôtel sauf pour la vie nocturne, ce n'est pas un endroit idéal pour les enfants la nuit, mais les plages sont superbes et le service est excellent, la nourriture est la même que dans tous les autres hôtels. Les femmes de chambre et le personnel étaient impeccables.Cuba est un endroit propre et amical à visiter.Très sûr !!! La piscine et les bars, à l'exception du lobby, ne sont pas ouverts le soir. Great Resort.Very New and Modern Loved the Hotel except for the nightlife.Not a great kids resort at nighttime.Great Beaches and service was excellent.Food the same as any other hotel there.Recommend the restaurants in Varadero or Havana. Maids and staff were impeccable.Cuba is a clean and friendly place to visit.Very safe!! Walk the streets with the family at night with no problems.Another thing is that the pool and Bars except the lobby aren't open at night.The shows are amazing but start at 9:30pm. Little late for the small ones.
