Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Superbe complexe hôtelier. Excellente situation. Excellent rapport qualité-prix !

C'était un endroit formidable et l'un des meilleurs où nous ayons séjourné en Jamaïque et dans les îles des Caraïbes. Les chambres étaient superbes. Le service était formidable. Le buffet était également excellent. Les restaurants à la carte étaient aléatoires, mais cela ne nous a pas affectés puisque nous avions plus d'options à la carte que les trois options incluses dans notre forfait. Nous aurions aimé avoir un peu plus de flexibilité en ce qui concerne les heures de départ.

Great Resort. Great Location. Great Value! This was a great place and one of the best we ever stayed at in Jamaica and the Caribbean islands. Rooms were great. Service was awesome. Buffet food was excellent too. A la carte restaurants were hit and miss but that did not affect us in anyway since we were offered more a la carte options than our three options included in our package. We would have liked to have a little bit more flexibility with checking out times.

L'eau est très chaude à cette époque de l'année. J'ai fait une bonne affaire en réservant 2 semaines à l'avance

Great time Got upgraded to an ocean view room in tulum resort. Great place, huge hotel, good service. Lots of seaweed, but guys work hard on cleaning it every day. Very warm water this time of the year. Got a great deal too, booked 2 weeks in advance

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: J'ai apprécié chaque minute !

Le Grand Bahia Principe est un établissement fabuleux ! Les terrains sont spectaculaires et il y a même une mangrove à observer. Le personnel travaille très dur pour vous satisfaire à tout moment. Nos chambres étaient spacieuses, bien entretenues et le service quotidien était fantastique. Les spectacles nocturnes étaient très bons, en particulier le spectacle de Michael Jackson, le Roi Lion et le spectacle de magie. Le buffet était si bon que je ne savais pas si j'irais aux restaurants à la [... lire plus] carte... mais je l'ai fait et ils étaient TRES bons, en particulier le Mexicain, le Steak Grill et l'Asiatique. J'ai passé la plupart du temps à la piscine, mais j'ai marché sur la plage à plusieurs reprises. Je n'ai jamais eu à attendre plus de quelques minutes pour une boisson et ils ont toujours essayé de faire plaisir. Le quartier du village était agréable à visiter, avec un casino, un karaoké et une zone commerciale. Je retournerais dans ce centre de villégiature sans hésiter !

Enjoyed every minute of it! The Grand Bahia Principe was a fabulous resort! The grounds are spectacular and even have a Mangrove to observe. The staff work very hard to please you at all times. Our rooms were spacious, well maintained and the daily service was fantastic. The lobby areas had entertainment every night, the nightly shows very good, especially the Michael Jackson show, the Lion King and the Magic Show. The buffet was so good, I wasn't sure if I would go to the Al la cartes... but I did and they were VERY good, particularly the Mexican, the Steak Grill and the Asian. Spent most of the time at the pool but walked on the beach several times. Never had to wait more than a few minutes for a drink and they always tried to please. The village area was fun to visit, Casino, Karaoke and a shopping area. I would go back to this resort in a heartbeat!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Restez à l'écart du Privilege CLub

Tout notre séjour s'est bien passé sauf l'expérience avec le Privilege Club et le personnel. Tout sauf le personnel du Club Privilège et sa façon de vous harceler. Vous finissez par accepter et incroyablement, en ce 21ème siècle où les femmes sont égales aux hommes et capables de prendre des décisions, ils n'acceptent pas que la réunion ait lieu avec la "femme" et que le mari soit présent. Je n'ai pas été la seule à souffrir de cette discrimination, de ce sexisme et de ce manque de respect. Mon [... lire plus] ami a également été insulté, car nous sommes tous deux allés voir le personnel de Privilege et avons accepté d'aller à la réunion, mais il a refusé sur la base des politiques et procédures de l'entreprise qui exigeaient la présence du mari. Cette situation a été portée à la connaissance du service clientèle de l'hôtel, a également été discutée avec le personnel de Privilege et tout ce qu'ils ont dit, c'est que c'était la procédure. Je trouve cette procédure humiliante, insultante, sexiste et discriminatoire et le personnel et le club devraient avoir honte d'appliquer une telle politique. Et je ne me soucie vraiment pas de l'explication selon laquelle le mari et la femme prennent les décisions ensemble ou non. Je suis une femme et je suis capable de prendre des décisions seule et avec mon mari. Pour ce qui est des bonnes choses, le service était excellent. Jésus du bar de la plage était le meilleur ! drôle, amical et toujours avec un sourire et la bonne boisson pour nous. La chambre était toujours propre bien qu'il y ait une odeur de moisissure qui se dégage des matelas. Il est temps de changer ces matelas ! La chambre est nettoyée tous les jours et le réfrigérateur et les produits pour le café et le thé sont remplacés tous les jours. La nourriture au buffet est vraiment bonne, sauf qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de variété d'un jour à l'autre, mais vous pouvez toujours trouver quelque chose ici et là et c'est vraiment agréable et beaucoup de saveurs. le meilleur restaurant à la carte est le Brazilian. La nourriture est incroyable et le service est excellent. Le japonais était bon aussi et Adiel offre un grand spectacle et des divertissements. Je n'ai pas trop aimé le poisson mais ma famille a pris le bœuf et les fruits de mer et c'était délicieux. La plage est recouverte d'algues, mais le travail effectué par le personnel à ce sujet est incroyable ! Ils font de leur mieux pour garder la plage propre et travaillent vraiment dur pour cela Le resort est grand mais nous étions dans une chambre proche des principales attractions (buffet et lobby) et les voiturettes de golf sont aussi très fréquentes donc nous n'avons presque pas eu à marcher. l'Hacienda, nous l'avons adoré et nous avons dansé toute la nuit. il y a aussi du karaoké et de la musique live. nous avons manqué les divertissements dans le grand théâtre (hôtel) parce que nous ne savions jamais à quelle heure ou ce qui se passait, mais nous avons apprécié les groupes de musique live à l'autre endroit en plein air. les piscines sont agréables bien qu'un peu de travail sur certaines soit nécessaire car il y a de la saleté visible dans certaines d'entre elles. Les bars de plage sont bien et pas trop occupés. Je recommanderais certainement cet hôtel, mais évitez le club privilège.

Stay away from Privilege CLub All our stay was good except for the experience with the Privilege CLub and the staff. Everything except for the Privilege club staff and their way of chasing you around. The whole experience was unreal. they chase you to get you to sign up. you finally agree and unbelievably, in this 21st century where women are equal to men and capable of making decisions, they do not agree to just having the meeting with the "woman" and the husband has to be present. I was not the only one who suffered this discrimination, sexism and lack of respect. My friend was insulted as well as we both went to see the Privilege staff and agreed to go to the meeting and he refused based on company policies and procedures that demanded the husband to be present. this situation was brought to the customer service of the hotel, was also discussed with the privilege staff and all they said was that it was the procedure. I find the procedure demeaning, insulting, sexist and discriminating and the staff and the club should be ashamed of themselves for carrying out such policy. And I really do not care about the explanation of the husband and the wife take decisions together or not. I am a woman and capable of making decisions on my own and with my husband as well. Now for the good things, service was excellent. Jesus from the beach bar was the best! funny, friendly and always had a smile and the right drink for us. The room was always clean although there is this mold smell coming the mattresses. It is time to change those mattresses! The room is cleaned daily and the fridge and coffee and tea products are replaced every day. The food at the buffet is really good except there is not a lot of variety from day to day but you can always find something here and there and is really nice and lots of flavours. best restaurant a la carte is the Brazilian. Amazing food and the service was excellent too. The Japanese was good too and Adiel provides a great show and entertainment. I did not like the fish too much but my family had the beef and seafood and it was delicious. The beach. seaweed but the work the staff does about it is unbelievable!! kudos to the staff and the administration for that job. They do their best to keep the beach cleaned and work really hard for it The resort is big but we were in a room close to the main attractions (buffet and lobby) and the golf carts are also very frequent so we barely had to walk. the Hacienda, we loved it and danced all night. there is karaoke there too and the live music. we missed the entertainment in the big theater (hotel) because never knew what time or what was going on but we did enjoy the live bands at the other place outdoor. the pools are nice although maybe a bit of work on some is needed as there is some dirt you can see in some of them. the beach bars are good and not too busy. I would recommend this hotel for sure, just stay away from the privilege club.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Deuxième visite

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons. La première fois, nous avons été stupéfaits et n'avons rien trouvé à redire. La deuxième fois, nous avons encore été stupéfaits, mais avec des détails mineurs. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, le coffre-fort de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons donc appelé le concierge pour qu'il vienne le réparer. Deux heures et demie plus tard, et après que 5 personnes soient venues essayer de le réparer, ils ont décidé de changer le coffre-fort. C'était notre pr [... lire plus]emière nuit et nous sommes arrivés tard, ce qui a fait de cette nuit une perte de temps. De plus, ils disent qu'ils fournissent à la chambre 2 bières et autres chaque jour dans le mini-frigo, mais cela ne s'est produit que la première nuit. Les petites choses ont un impact. Bien que nous ayons adoré le service client, la nourriture qui est peut-être la meilleure de tous nos voyages (8 pour être exact) et la propreté du terrain et des chambres de l'hôtel, nous allons explorer d'autres options.

Second time here This is the second time that we visited. First time was amazing with nothing to improve on. Second time around, we were still amazed but with minor details. When we arrived, our room safe wasnt working so we called the concierge to come fix it. Two and a half hours later, and with 5 people coming to try to fix it, they decided to change the safe altogether. This was our first night and we arrived late so this made the night a write off. Also, they say that they provide the room with 2 beers and such each day in the mini fridge, but this only happened on the first night. Small things make an impact. Although we loved the customer service, food which is perhaps the best in all of our trips we have been on (8 to be exact) and the hotel grounds/room cleaniness, we will be exploring other options.

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Magnifique centre de villégiature.

L'hôtel et les restaurants sont magnifiques. Le service à l'intérieur de l'hôtel était très mauvais. Ils nous ont ignorés la plupart du temps. Lorsque nous étions au "Bogmalia" pour le petit déjeuner dans le hall, nous avons été ignorés la plupart du temps. J'ai dû appeler les serveurs pour obtenir un verre d'eau. Nous avons dû demander une place à table et même une assiette. Ils nous ont regardés et sont passés à côté de nous plusieurs fois. A la réception, il a fallu 4 heures pour obtenir u [... lire plus]ne chambre à l'arrivée à l'hôtel. Lorsque nous avons obtenu une chambre, la climatisation, le coffre-fort et le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnaient pas. La chambre qui m'a été attribuée était calme et éloignée du hall d'entrée. Nous avons dû retourner à l'hôtel pour leur faire part de ces problèmes. On m'a dit que je devais attendre le lendemain pour obtenir une autre chambre. Je leur ai dit que j'étais diabétique et que j'avais besoin du réfrigérateur pour conserver mon insuline. S'il m'arrivait quelque chose, je ne manquerais pas de blâmer les GBP pour ma maladie. En l'espace d'une demi-heure, j'ai obtenu une autre chambre où tout était en état de marche. Il est triste que tout le personnel parle espagnol. Certains d'entre eux, comme les chauffeurs, étaient très gentils. Ils ont essayé de parler anglais. La plupart des serveurs nous regardaient et nous ignoraient. C'est vraiment raciste. Parce que nous ne parlons pas espagnol. Ce n'est pas un bon sentiment. Les restaurants italien, Garden Grill et japonais étaient très sympas et le service y était fantastique. Les serveurs étaient gentils et amicaux et s'occupaient de nous. Nous avons passé un excellent dîner dans ces trois restaurants. Sur une bonne note, les divertissements étaient fantastiques et le meilleur était "COCO BONGO" Ne manquez pas de visiter ce club à l'extérieur du complexe. Il vaut le prix de 75,00 $ US. Le groupe qui dansait tous les soirs pendant une heure était tellement bon qu'on ne pouvait pas s'empêcher de se lever et de se joindre à la foule.

Beautiful Resort. The hotel and the restraunts are beautiful. The service inside the hotel was very bad. They ignored us most of the time. When we were at the "Bogmalia" for breakfast at the Lobby we were ignored most of the time. I had to keep calling the servers for a glass of water. We had to request for a place to sit at the table and even ask for a plate. They looked at us and passed us by several times. At the reception it took 4 hours to get a room at arrival in the hotel. When we did get a room, the AC, safe and fridge were not working. The room that I was given was quiet a distance from the Lobby. We had to go back to let them know of the shortcomings. I was told I had to wait the next day to get another room. I informed them I was diabetic and need the fridge to keep my insulin. If anything happened to me, I would definitely blame GBP for my illness. Within half an hour, I got another room with everything in working condition. It's sad that all staff speak Spanish. A few of them like the drivers were very nice. They made the attempt to speak English. Most of the servers would look at us people and ignore us. Racist indeed. Because we don't speak Spanish. Not a good feeling. The Italian, Garden Grill and Japenese restraunts were very cool and the service there was fantastic. Servers were kind and friendly and looked after us. Had a wonderful dinner in all three places. On a good note, the entertainment was fantastic and the best was "COCO BONGO" Please do not miss visiting this club outside of the resort. Worth the price of US.$75.00. The group that danced every night for an hour were just so good could not help yourself to get up and join the crowd .

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Ne pas réserver

J'ai passé une période très stressante à Bavaro, principalement à cause des nombreux problèmes de chambre que j'ai rencontrés depuis le premier jour de mon arrivée. Le bouton de la porte de la première chambre s'est complètement détaché lorsque le bagagiste m'a déposé. Il était impossible de la fermer ou de l'ouvrir correctement. Le téléphone de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas et la climatisation était capricieuse. Le bagagiste essayait de me convaincre de rester car il essayait d'appeler le resp [... lire plus]onsable de l'entretien. N'étant pas satisfait de l'état de la chambre, je suis retourné à la réception et j'ai insisté pour qu'on me donne une autre chambre. Ils ne se sont pas excusés et j'ai eu l'impression que c'était moi qui demandais un changement de chambre, mais ils l'ont fait quand même. Le lendemain, après mon retour de la plage, je me suis retrouvée enfermée à l'extérieur de ma nouvelle chambre. J'ai dû me rendre trois fois dans le hall pour échanger mes cartes-clés, pensant que c'était le problème. Ce n'est que lorsque j'ai demandé à un employé de la ceinture de m'accompagner qu'il m'a dit qu'il pouvait s'agir d'un problème de batterie de la porte. Il a appelé la maintenance, les piles ont été changées et j'ai pu entrer. Après avoir pris une douche, je suis sorti un peu et j'ai découvert que j'étais à nouveau enfermé hors de ma chambre. Ils sont venus et ont changé les piles pour la deuxième fois. Ensuite, je suis sorti dîner et, pour la troisième fois, je n'ai pas pu ouvrir ma porte à mon retour du dîner. Furieux, j'ai demandé à la réception de me trouver une chambre sans problème. Le réceptionniste m'a dit que c'était parce que j'avais mis la carte magnétique à côté de mon téléphone et que cela avait affecté la capacité de la carte à ouvrir la porte. Je lui ai répondu que ce n'était pas vrai, car ma carte-clé était dans mon portefeuille depuis le début et que c'était le problème des piles de la porte. Il m'a ensuite montré un registre indiquant combien de personnes avaient changé de chambre ce jour-là en raison du problème de la carte-clé et il y en avait une tonne qui avaient les mêmes problèmes avec la porte/la chambre. J'ai répété que ce n'était pas le problème de ma carte magnétique et que j'aurais à nouveau besoin d'une nouvelle chambre. Finalement, il m'a assigné une autre chambre et m'a envoyé avec un bagagiste. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à la troisième chambre qui m'avait été attribuée, j'ai été contrarié de constater que cette chambre n'était pas libre - il y avait des gens à l'intérieur ! Bien sûr, j'ai dû retourner à la réception et demander une autre chambre. J'ai perdu tout mon temps au centre de villégiature à déballer, emballer et changer de chambre. C'est tout. Le service clientèle est extrêmement lent, condescendant, apathique et incompétent. Les gars qui travaillent sur la plage ou qui vendent des excursions sont extrêmement dragueurs et inappropriés. L'un d'eux m'a touché la main, caressé les cheveux, d'autres m'ont demandé mon numéro, etc. Il y avait des tonnes d'algues sur la plage et de nombreux travailleurs essayaient de les sortir de l'eau tous les jours, mais cela ne semblait pas aider. Do Not Book I had a very stressful time at Bavaro, mainly because of the many room issues I've encountered since the first day I arrived. The door knob of the first room completely came out when I got dropped off by the belt boy. It couldn't be closed nor could it be opened properly. The telephone in the room was not working and the A/C was finicky. The belt boy was trying to convince me to stay as he was trying to get the maintenance guy. I wasn't happy about the condition of the room so I went back to the reception and insist they give me another room. They weren't apologetic and I felt that I was the issue asking for a room change but they did it anyway. The next day after I returned from the beach, I got locked out of my new room. I had to go to the lobby three times to exchange my key cards, thinking that was the problem. Not until I asked a belt boy to come with me that he told me it could be the door's battery problem. He called maintenance and the batteries were changed and I was able to get in. After I took a shower, I went outside for a bit only to discover I was locked out of my room again. They came and changed the batteries for the second time. Then I went out for dinner and still I could not open my door for the third time when I came back from dinner. I was furious so I asked the reception to look for a room that was free of issues. The receptionist told me it's because I've put the key card next to my phone and that affected the card's ability to open the door. I told him that's not true because my key card has been in my wallet the whole time and it was the door's batteries problem. He then showed me a log book of how many people have changed their rooms that day due to the key card's problem and there were a ton of them having the same issues with the door/room. I reiterated that it's not my key card's problem and that I would need a new room again. Finally he assigned me to another room and sent me off with a belt boy. When we got to the third room I've been assigned, I was upset to find out that room wasn't free - there were people staying inside! Of course, I had to go back to the reception and ask for another room again. All my time at the resort was wasted on unpacking, packing, and changing rooms. That's it. The customer service is extremely slow, condescending, apathetic and incompetent. The guys working on the beach/selling tours are extremely flirty and inappropriate. I had one guy touching my hand, stroking my hair, and others asking me for my number etc. There were tons of seaweed on the beach and there were many workers trying to get them out of the water everyday but that didn't seem to help. To be fair, the food was amazing and shows were good.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Propre et bien à la carte !

L'hôtel était magnifique et très bien entretenu. La nourriture était supérieure à la moyenne et les restaurants réservés étaient fantastiques. Les excursions étaient vraiment agréables. Je recommanderais une plus grande variété d'activités à la piscine. Trop d'algues sur la plage, impossible de nager. Cette période de l'année est mauvaise pour les algues je suppose. Je suis venu début mai la dernière fois et la plage était fantastique (contrairement au mois d'août où les plages étaient recouvert [... lire plus]es d'algues)

Clean and great à la cartes! The hotel was beautiful and very well kept. The food was above average and the reserved restaurants were fantastic. Excursions were really enjoyable. Would recommend more of a variety of pool activities. Too much seaweed on the beach could not swim. This time of year is bad for seaweed I guess. I came beginning of may last time and the beach was fantastic (as opposed to August where the beaches had mounds of seaweed)

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Un lieu de villégiature exceptionnel ?

Mon petit ami et moi avons passé 7 jours au Sian Ka’an Resort, et tout ce que je peux dire, c'est que c'était 7 jours bien passés !!! La nourriture et le service de tous les travailleurs étaient vraiment géniaux, rien que des sourires sur non seulement le nôtre, mais tout le monde’s face’s. Nous n'avons pas été déçus un seul instant, chaque minute, chaque bouchée et chaque gorgée de nos boissons était un PARADIS. Nous avons passé un si bon moment ici que nous planifions déjà notre deuxième [... lire plus] voyage dans ce complexe ! Je le recommande à tout le monde. Navettes toutes les 10 minutes, pour aller et revenir de la plage ou d'autres parties du complexe. Performances en direct la nuit, et il’s presque impossible de ne pas avoir un temps incroyable ici. L'équipe d'animation est vraiment très belle et j'espère vous revoir en décembre. Organiser des jeux au bord de la piscine et faire de nous tous un groupe de touristes aimants et heureux ! Delmar, Diego, Edler, Ricardo, Julio, Gabby et Sadie... Vous êtes vraiment des gens authentiques et j'aimerais dire que notre voyage ne serait pas le même sans vous. Et j'espère vous revoir tous la prochaine fois que nous serons ici ! Ces hommes travaillent si dur pour faire sourire tout le monde et tout ce qu'ils veulent, c'est que tout le monde passe le meilleur moment de sa vie. Anazing resort? My boyfriend and I had spent 7 days here at the Sian Ka’an Resort, and all I can say is it was a 7 days well spent!!! The food and service from all the workers was truly awesome, nothing but smiles on not only ours but everyone’s face’s. Not a single moment had we been disappointed, every minute, every bite, and every sip from our drinks was PARADISE. We had such a great time here we are already planning our second trip back to this resort! I definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone. Shuttle Cars every 10 minutes, to and from the beach/other parts of the resort. Live Performances at night, and it’s next to impossible to not have such an amazing time here. The Animation Team here are honestly just a Bunch of Beauties, I hope to see you all our next time around come December. Organizing games by the pool and bringing us all into a group of loving and happy tourists! Delmar, Diego, Edler, Ricardo, Julio, Gabby and Sadie... You guys really are genuine people and I would like to say our trip wouldn’t be the same without you guys. And I hope to see you all next time we are here! These gentleman work so hard just to put smiles on everyone’s faces and all they want is for everyone to just have the time of their life. Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: J'adore ce centre de villégiature

Magnifique complexe, nourriture excellente, service extraordinaire, personnel très amical, très propre, très belle plage. Nous sommes allés à Bahia Principe Akumal 8 fois et nous aimons toujours y retourner, jamais ennuyeux, toujours très amusant. ðŸ˜

Love this resort Beautiful resort, great food, amazing service, very friendly staff, very clean, very nice beach. We have been to Bahia Principe Akumal 8 times and always love going back, never boring, always so much fun. 😍

Belle station, mais le service clientèle était horrible. Nous avons attendu une heure pour terminer l'enregistrement alors qu'il n'y avait que trois familles qui s'enregistraient. Le représentant du service clientèle n'a fait qu'aller et venir comme si nous n'étions pas là. Ensuite, après l'enregistrement, il n'y avait personne pour nous conduire à notre chambre. J'ai dû supplier un employé de passage de nous aider. Ils vendaient de la multipropriété. Bien qu'ils nous aient donné une étiquette à [... lire plus] porter, cette étiquette devrait indiquer aux personnes vendant du temps partagé que nous avons été approchés, les autres n'ont pas regardé et ont continué à nous harceler à chaque fois que nous les avons croisés. Le responsable des sports nautiques devrait être à la réception. Pas de sourire, pas d'amabilité, j'ai dû leur demander s'ils étaient mal payés ou s'ils détestaient leur travail.

Beautiful resort,however Customerservice was horrible. Waited a hour to complete check it although there was only three family checking in. The customer service representative just went back and forth as if we were not standing there. Then after check in, there was no one to take us to our room. I had to beg as passing employee to assist. They were selling time share. Although they gave us a bracket to wear; this bracket should identify to the persons selling the time share that we have been approached, others failed to look and kept harassing us each time we passed them. The water sports guys needs to be at the front desk. No smile, not friendly, I had to ask them if they were poorly paid or if they hated their job.

ce complexe est très propre, la nourriture était bien variée mais les conteneurs n'étaient pas remplis, il fallait toujours demander à ce qu'on les remplisse. Nos chambres étaient très belles. La première nuit, nous avons demandé des serviettes et des débarbouillettes que nous n'avons jamais reçues. Le lendemain, nous avons parlé à la femme de chambre qui nous a fourni des serviettes supplémentaires, mais nous n'avons jamais reçu de débarbouillettes. Très peu de communication, par exemple un soir, le buffet a été fermé et installé sur la plage, et nous avons fait la queue pendant plus d'une heure et demie pour discuter. Personne ne savait que le buffet allait être fermé. L'hôtel lui-même est très propre, les chambres sont grandes et agréables, la nourriture est bonne, mais l'hôtel est très grand et il faut beaucoup marcher, ce qui n'est pas bon pour les personnes handicapées

very clean resort this resort is very clean, food was good variety but containers were not kept full always had to ask to fill. Our rooms were very nice. Very first night called for towels and face cloth never received them, next day spoke to maid got our extra towels but never received face cloths. the entertainment around the pool in the day time was very little and did not do as posted on sign, night shows were awful and again not every night. Very little communication for example one night closed buffet and had it on beach and u were in line for over 1and half hours discussing. no one knew buffet was going to be closed. service in the buffets were little or none always had to ask for drinks and refills. The resort itself very clean, room nice and big, food good. .resort very large and a lot of walking not good for handicap person

Le centre de villégiature où je me suis rendue la deuxième semaine d'août était le Bahia Principe à Punta Cana, en République dominicaine. C'était un très beau complexe avec des employés très accueillants. Je recommanderais certainement cet endroit à d'autres personnes, et toute la famille a apprécié ce voyage qui nous a été offert par tripcentral !)

WOW! The resort that I went to in the 2nd week of August was Bahia Principe at Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. It was a beautiful resort with a lot of welcoming employees. I would definitely recommend this place to people, and the whole family enjoyed this trip brought to us by tripcentral! ;)

Il y aurait de la nourriture au rez-de-chaussée, parfois fatigué d'aller chercher de la nourriture loin de chez soi ! Les nettoyeurs sont très bien, ils ont fait du bon travail. Don’t faire la même nourriture à la salle à manger tous les jours, ils mentionnent tous les jours de la nourriture de pays différents, mais ressemble à la même nourriture tous les jours qu'ils donnent !

Greenish environment! It would have some food at ground floor, sometime tired to go and get food from far away!! Cleaners are very good, they did good job. Don’t make same food at the dining everyday, they mention everyday different country food but looks same food everyday they given!

Mon frère voyage beaucoup et a été à Ambar green à plusieurs reprises et m'a finalement convaincu d'y aller en février 2018.... a tellement aimé que nous sommes retournés en août. Le personnel est merveilleux, les terrains sont magnifiques et les excursions sont fantastiques. Je n'ai vraiment aucune plainte à formuler et je recommanderais ce centre de villégiature à tous ceux qui cherchent à rencontrer des gens fabuleux dans un centre de villégiature de luxe... sans enfants. 🤟

Ive been twice this year 😬 My brother travels a lot and has been to Ambar green many times and finally convinced me to go in February 2018.... loved it so much we went back this August. The staff is wonderful the grounds are beautiful and the excursions are fantastic. I really have zero complaints and would recommend this resort for anyone looking to meet fabulous people at a luxury resort... with no kids. 🤟

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Belle surprise

Nous étions allés dans ce complexe il y a six ans, et nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour à l'époque. Cependant à notre retour, nous avons été satisfaits des changements et des mises à jour de la station. La plage reste belle agréable à marcher, la nourriture était très bonne, la propriété bien entretenue. Le personnel est très serviable et amical.

Nice Surprise We had been to this resort six years ago, and we’re happy with our stay then. However upon returning we were pleased with the changes and updates to the resort. Beach remains beautiful nice to walk, food was very good, property well maintained. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Superbe station familiale

Le buffet était fantastique. Les piscines et les animations étaient parfaites pour les personnes de tous âges. J'ai été déçu par la plage. Trop d'algues ! Dans l'ensemble, ce fut une excellente expérience familiale. Amusant, propre, accommodant et serviable.

Great family resort The food at the buffet was fantastic. The pools and entertainment were perfect for people of all ages. I was disappointed with the beach. Too much seaweed! Overall, it was a great family experience. Fun, clean, accommodating, and helpful.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Station balnéaire pas terrible

Hôtel très peu organisé et mauvais service. Nous y sommes allés pour notre lune de miel en août 2018. Ils n'avaient pas de chambre pour nous bien que nous ayons réservé par l'intermédiaire de trip central et n'avaient pas noté que nous étions en lune de miel. Trip central a conseillé Bahia Principe mais ils étaient inconscients à l'arrivée. Les draps du lit étaient tachés alors qu'ils avaient été fraîchement faits par les femmes de chambre et qu'il y avait beaucoup d'enfants. J'ai été dans d'au [... lire plus]tres établissements Bahia Principe mais celui-ci était le pire jusqu'à présent. Je ne recommande pas d'y aller.

Not so great resort Very unorganized hotel and bad service. Just went there for our honeymoon August 2018. They did not have a room for us even though we booked through trip central and had no note of us being on our honeymoon. Trip central did advise Bahia Principe but they were oblivious when arriving there. Stained sheets on bed when freshly made by maids and a lot of kids. I have been to other Bahia Principe properties but this was the worse one yet. I do not recommend going there.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Excellent séjour

Le complexe était propre et bien entretenu. La nourriture était excellente, avec de nombreuses options au buffet. Les plats à la carte étaient également excellents ! Nicole, notre organisatrice de mariage, était formidable et Ramon nous a bien traités lors de la réservation de notre excursion.

Excellent Stay The resort was clean and well kept. The food was great with a lot of options at the buffet. A la Cartes were great as well! Nicole our wedding planner was amazing and Ramon treated us well when booking our excursion.
