Sandals Royal Bahamian: Incroyable

L'hôtel était magnifique, le service excellent et la nourriture excellente. Notre chambre était très agréable et toujours propre Une chose nous a beaucoup déçus : ma femme a oublié son manteau d'hiver dans la chambre et nous avons appelé 45 minutes après le départ pour qu'ils nous disent qu'il n'y avait plus rien dans la chambre, ce qui n'est pas vrai car nous avions même laissé une paire de sandales dans la chambre.

Amazing The hotel was beautiful the service was excellent and the food was great. Our room was very nice and always clean One thing we were very disappointed was that my wife forgot her winter coat in the room and we called after 45 minutes from checking out and they said not there and was nothing left in the room which is not true cause we even left a pair of my sandals there.

Warwick Paradise Island: Un personnel assidu et de bonne humeur et un logement qui a de l'espace pour se développer

Emplacement : Situation centrale. Marche rapide jusqu'à l'Atlantis Resort ; côté Marina (daté et cela se voit), très belle marche jusqu'à Cabbage Beach (Riu). Les voyageurs valides pourront se rendre assez facilement au Straw Market (centre-ville), bien qu'il faille traverser le pont dans chaque sens. Dégourdissez-vous les jambes. Economisez un taxi. Piscine / Accès à l'océan : Très bon accès à la piscine. Beaucoup d'espace. L'accès à l'océan est limité / coupé par le port de Nassau. Si vous  [... lire plus]préférez une plage plus traditionnelle des Bahamas, vous êtes à 10 minutes de Cabbage ou à un trajet en bus jusqu'à la plage de Saunders. Cela dépend de votre appétit. Nourriture / Service : Nous avons trouvé la nourriture et le service toujours bons. Sur un séjour de 4 jours, il n'y a eu qu'un seul repas qui n'a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes (@ Edgewater Grill). Nous avons peut-être commis l'erreur de commander un steak. L'un des serveurs, Jarvis, a été un 5 étoiles chaque soir. Donnez-lui une augmentation ! Le buffet était parfois un peu maigre, ce qui peut s'expliquer par le pourcentage de clients ayant réservé à l'hôtel - nous avons constaté que la semaine où nous avons séjourné, l'hôtel était rempli à environ 40 %. Valeur globale - bonne. Je ne dirais pas qu'il s'agit d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Cependant, si quelques points étaient réglés - par exemple les pommes de douche (salle de bain), la rapidité du check-in/check-out, l'amélioration de l'organisation des transferts de l'aéroport ... mes attentes seraient certainement plus élevées. Merci à tous les employés du Warwick pour ce séjour exceptionnel.

Hard working, good-natured staff and accomodation with room to grow Location: Centrally located. Brisk walk to Atlantis Resort; Marina side (dated and it shows), really nice walk to Cabbage Beach (Riu). Able bodied travelers will reach Straw Market (downtown) quite easily, though you need to cross the bridge each way. Stretch those legs. Save yourself a cab. Pool / Ocean access: Great pool access. Ample room. Ocean access is limited / cut off by Nassau Harbour. If you prefer more of a traditional Bahamas beach you're 10 mins from Cabbage or a bus ride to Saunders beach. Depends on your appetite. Food / Service: We found the food and service consistently good. Out of a 4-day stay there was only one meal we found fell below our standards (@ Edgewater Grill). Our mistake to order steak perhaps. One of the servers, Jarvis - was a standout 5-star every night. Give that gentleman a raise! At times the buffet was a bit meager that might be a result of the % of guests booked at the hotel - we found the week we stayed, the hotel was about 40% full. Overall value - good. I wouldn't call this a 4-star resort. However, if a few things were addressed - E.g. shower heads (bathroom), check-in/check-out expediency, improved organization on airport transfers ... it would raise my expectations certainly. Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach: Belle

Les Bahamas sont un paradis et le complexe est plutôt bien... certaines chambres "standard de base" ne sont pas surclassées et les chambres "vue sur l'océan" sont trop proches de la scène du "spectacle de nuit", donc même si vous avez décidé de dormir plus tôt et de ne pas assister au spectacle, vous risquez d'oublier de dormir jusqu'à minuit :) Et, en général, c'est un bon endroit pour s'évader pour tous les âges. Beautiful Bahamas is a paradise and the resort is pretty good...some “basic standard “ rooms aren’t upgraded and the “ocean view “ rooms are too close to the “night show stage” so even if you have decided to get sleep earlier and skip the show, you may forget to sleep until midnight :) And, in general, this is a good place to escape for all the ages. The stuff are great, professional and friendly, the food is good, the ocean is fantastic.

Breezes Bahamas: Belle station, propre

Tout était très bien sauf la piscine qui était froide et le bar de la piscine qui était fermé. Le personnel était très gentil, mais pas aussi enthousiaste que dans d'autres stations. Nous y sommes allés pour notre lune de miel et avons informé le complexe plusieurs mois à l'avance que nous ne voulions que le forfait gratuit pour la lune de miel, qui comprenait des t-shirts et du champagne. À notre arrivée, il n'y avait rien dans notre chambre. Nous avons demandé au personnel tous les jours [... lire plus] pendant 4 jours avant d'obtenir enfin notre forfait lune de miel. Les t-shirts étaient tous deux XXXL. Ma femme fait du S ou du XS et moi du XL. Nous nous sommes renseignés à ce sujet mais ils nous ont dit qu'ils n'avaient pas d'autres tailles. C'est dommage qu'ils n'aient pas mieux organisé les choses.

Beautiful, clean resort Everything was great except the pool was cold and the swim up bar was closed. Staff were very nice, but not as enthusiastic as other resorts. We went here as a honeymoon and informed the resort several months before that we just wanted the free honeymoon package which included t-shirts and champagne. Upon arrival, there was nothing in our room. We asked the staff everyday for 4 days before we finally got our honeymoon package. The t-shirts were both XXXL. My wife is a S or XS and I am a XL. We inquired about this but they said they had no other sizes. It's a shame they didnt have this more organized.

Nice solo trip getaway from the winter i was a solo traveller for 5 days and loved this place...super quiet and relaxing. not a lot of parties and nightlife which was good. loved the food and the location. always able to get a seat at pool

Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach: Excellent centre de villégiature !

L'hôtel est propre, les lits confortables, la chambre sur la plage est superbe. Petit complexe intime. L'équipe d'animation est formidable et nous avons été impressionnés par la qualité des spectacles nocturnes. Les costumes et les chorégraphies sont superbes. Nous avons adoré notre semaine et nous y retournerions. L'eau de la piscine était très froide... le seul point négatif !

Great resort! The hotel is clean, beds confortable, amazing room on the beach. Small and intimate resort. They have an amazing animation team and we were impressed by the quality of the shows at night. The costumes and chorégraphies are great. We just loved our week and would go back. The water of the pool was very cold... the only négative thing!

Breezes Bahamas: Des vues à couper le souffle

On m'a volé mon téléphone en arrivant à l'hôtel. J'étais très contrarié et le personnel de l'hôtel m'a aidé. Le service est 4 étoiles, les chambres sont 3 étoiles. La nourriture est à 3,5 étoiles. Et les gens étaient tout simplement incroyables.

Breath taking views Got my phone stolen right upon arriving to my hotel. I was very upset and the hotel staff were helpful. The service is 4star the rooms are 3star. The food was 3.5star. And the people were just amazing.

Sandals Royal Bahamian: Hautement recommandé

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances relaxantes au Sandals Royal Bahamian. L'hôtel est de style colonial anglais, le terrain est impeccable, la plage est petite mais propre et il y a beaucoup de chaises et de parasols. Une caractéristique exceptionnelle est l'île offshore de Sandals à laquelle on peut se rendre en moins de 10 minutes grâce à une navette gratuite depuis le quai. La plongée avec masque et tuba y est excellente, car il y a beaucoup de poissons et de tortues à voir. Le personnel du Sandals est très amical et serviable et se met en quatre pour vous fournir ce dont vous avez besoin. Un grand merci à Ashanti et Tracy qui ont été géniales. Notre chambre était belle, propre et avait une vue sur l'océan. Si vous utilisez le spa, sachez qu'ils ajoutent automatiquement 12,5 % de pourboire à la facture, ce qui n'est pas indiqué à l'avance. Dans l'ensemble, nous ne pouvons pas dire assez de bien de ce magnifique hôtel et nous y retournerons sans aucun doute !

Highly recommended We had a wonderful relaxing vacation at Sandals Royal Bahamian. The hotel features English Colonial style, the grounds are immaculate, the beach small but clean with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. An outstanding feature is the Sandals off-shore island which you can get to by free shuttle boat from the dock in less than 10 minutes. The Island is quiet and peaceful and has its own spa, restaurant, and lovely treed walking paths complete with zen gardens. Snorkelling is great there are there are loads of fish and turtles to see. Sandals staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to provide you with what you need. Shout out to Ashanti and Tracy who were awesome. Our room was beautiful, clean and had a view of the ocean. If you use the spa, be aware they add 12.5% tip to the bill automatically which is not disclosed up front. All in all, we cannot say enough positive things about this beautiful resort and will definitely be going back !

Breezes Bahamas: Centre de villégiature Ok

Bien que le personnel ait été très aimable et poli, j'ai pensé que le fait de payer près de 2700 dollars aurait au moins justifié la présence d'un réfrigérateur dans ma chambre et d'un service de nettoyage suffisant. Apparemment, ce n'est pas le cas. Et ce, pour seulement 7 jours dans un complexe 5 étoiles. Pour une seule personne. Jamais plus.

Ok resort Although the staff were very friendly and polite, I felt that paying almost 2700$ would at least warrant a fridge in my room and sufficient maid service. Apparently not. That was for just 7 days in a “5 star” resort. For one person. Never again.

Breezes Bahamas: Juste

Nous avons apprécié notre deuxième séjour de l'année à Breezes. L'emplacement de notre chambre était le meilleur. Le patio du jardin. Nous avons signalé que la plupart des tiroirs de la commode ne s'ouvraient pas nous avons signalé que la plupart des tiroirs de la commode ne s'ouvraient pas. Les deux tiroirs du haut étaient cassés. On nous a répondu que ce problème serait signalé au service de ménage que cela serait signalé au service d'entretien. Cela n'a jamais été réparé. Fair We enjoyed are 2nd stay of the year at breezes. Are room location was the best. Garden Patio. Some minor complaints.We reported that the most to the drawers in the dresser wouldn't open. The 2 top drawers were broken. They said it would be reported to housekeeping. It never was fixed. The Food was very good, and overall we enjoyed our visit.

La plage et la piscine sont fantastiques. Le personnel est formidable. J'ai vraiment apprécié le bar à café et les cafés spécialisés, car je ne bois que du café à base d'espresso, ce que je n'ai pas trouvé dans de nombreux complexes hôteliers plus haut de gamme que cet hôtel annoncé comme trois étoiles. La chambre était propre et les lits confortables. Le seul bémol est le manque de parasols à la plage et à la piscine, mais il y avait beaucoup de chaises longues à la plage, ce qui permet de trou [... lire plus]ver une place à tout moment de la journée. La nourriture était excellente au buffet et dans les restaurants à la carte. Dans l'ensemble, nous en avons eu pour notre argent et nous reviendrons certainement et recommanderons l'hôtel à nos amis qui cherchent à passer des vacances aux Bahamas.

Great resort Beach and pool are are fantastic. Staff is amazing. I realy enjoyed coffee bar and specialty coffees as I only drink espresso based coffee which I did not find in many resorts that are higher in standings rather than this hotel that is advertised as three star. Room was clean and beds comfortable. One minus was lack of beach umbrellas at the beach and pool area however there were plenty of loungers at the beach so you can find a spot any time of the day. Food was great in buffet as well a la carte restaurants. All in all great value for the money and definitely will come again and recommend the hotel to the friends who are looking for vacation in Bahamas.

C'était notre deuxième visite à Wyndham, notre première était en 2016, nous avons eu un séjour très agréable la première fois, tous les douze, alors Maureen et moi avons décidé de revenir je voudrais vraiment féliciter tout le personnel avec lequel j'ai été en contact, le bar, le nettoyage, l'entretien, le bureau, la sécurité, le service de restauration, et tous les enfants qui ont mis en place un divertissement extraordinaire, et nous ont tenus occupés avec toutes sortes de jeux et d'exercices [... lire plus].La plage a été nettoyée tous les deux jours, ce qui était agréable, mais mon seul reproche concerne les nombreux rochers et morceaux de ciment que vous rencontrez lorsque vous vous baignez dans l'océan, ils sont de toutes les tailles, et je me suis cassé le gros orteil.

Relaxing Time At Wyndham Resort. This was our second visit to Wyndham, our first was in 2016,we had a very plasent stay the first time,all twelve of us,so Maureen and I decieded too return.I would really like to complement all the staff Ihad contact with,bar,cleaning,maintenice,office,security,foodservice,and all the kids who put on some enterinment extraordinary,and kept us busy with all kinds games and excerises.The resort was very clean,all day long staff were about picking up glasses,plates,lending a hand too new arrivels.The beach was dragged everry two days which was nice,my only complant would be the many rocks, and pieces of cement you encountered while walking out into the ocean for a swim,they came in all sizes,and I brused my big toe.

Ne venez pas dans cet endroit. Le personnel est impoli ils ne veulent pas vous servir et c'est comme si vous les dérangez. Nous avons séjourné ici du 4 octobre au 12 octobre 2017. Nous n'avons pas eu de climatisation pendant trois jours et pas de serviettes pendant deux jours. Les gestionnaires sont impolis ils ont roulé ses yeux et ils ne peuvent pas être dérangés. Le service est en dessous de zéro. L'hôtel est délabré moisi et a besoin de beaucoup de travaux. Ne gaspillez pas votre argent, res [... lire plus]tez ailleurs. C'était notre premier séjour aux Bahamas et nous n'y retournerons jamais. Nous nous sommes sentis brimés, ignorés et comme si nous dérangions tout le monde.

Stay away Do not come to this place. The staff is rude they don't want to serve you and it's like you bother them. We stayed here from October 4 to October 12, 2017. We had no air conditioning for three days and no towels for two days. The managers are rude they rolled her eyes and they can't be bothered. The service is below zero. The hotel is run down mouldy and needs a lot of work. Don't waste your money stay somewhere else. It was our first time to the Bahamas and we would never go back. We felt bullied ignored and like we were bothering everyone.

Ne gaspillez pas votre argent ! Pas d'air conditionné, pas de serviettes et le personnel est tellement morveux et impoli... nous n'y retournerons jamais... tous les employés de tous les services étaient impolis et intimidaient les clients et n'étaient pas amicaux... ils roulaient des yeux et nous ignoraient, ainsi que les autres clients. C'est comme si nous les dérangions tous. Ils ne nettoient pas les tables, ne servent pas la plage, la piscine ou le lobby... nous avons détesté cet endroit et v [... lire plus]oulions rentrer à la maison pendant les 7 jours que nous avons passés ici....

Stay away Don't waste your money! No air conditioning, towels and the staff are so snotty and rude.. we will never go back..all the works in every department were rude and bullied the guest and were not friendly.. they rolled their eyes and ignored us and the other guest. It's like we were bothering all of them. They don't clean the tables, serve the beach, pool or lobby.. hated it here and wanted to come home the whole 7 days we were here..

l'hôtel a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances... toutes les personnes qui y travaillent sont géniales... la nourriture est également bonne... et l'endroit est propre... il est proche du centre-ville et de l'aéroport... il y a des boissons tout compris toute la journée... il y a 5 restaurants délicieux dans ce complexe..

amazing resort it has everything you need to spent a great vacation.. all the people working there are awesome.. the food is also good too .. and the place is clean .. it s close to downtown and the airport .. it has all inclusive drink all day .. there are 5 delicious restourants at this resort

Sandals Royal Bahamian: Sandales Naussa

Excellent centre de villégiature. Le service est excellent et la nourriture est exceptionnelle. J'y retournerais. Beaucoup de choses à faire entre les activités de la piscine et les autres sports nautiques. Superbe plongée avec masque et tuba et il faut absolument essayer la plongée sous-marine. Les instructeurs sont très professionnels.

Sandals Naussa Excellent resort. Great service and food was exceptional. Would go again. Lots to do between the pool activities and other water sports. Great snorkeling and you must try the scuba diving. The instructors are very professional.

Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach: De superbes vacances

Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos vacances. Nous avons été enregistrés pour nos chambres dans le bus et nous avons reçu nos bracelets "tout compris" avant d'arriver au complexe. Nous avions mis des maillots de bain dans notre bagage à main pour pouvoir profiter de la plage dès notre arrivée. Notre chambre était prête à 15 heures, comme promis. La chambre était basique mais confortable. L'air conditionné fonctionnait très bien. Il y avait un réfrigérateur dans la chambre et nous avons reçu une bo [... lire plus]uteille d'eau gratuite. Nous avons pris des bouteilles d'eau avec nous et les avons remplies aux distributeurs d'eau et de glace. La nourriture au buffet et dans les restaurants de spécialités était excellente. Nous avons visité le Viva Cafe le premier soir et avons été très impressionnés par le repas et l'ambiance. Le mardi, nous avons visité le Bamboo et nous avons trouvé le repas très bon. Les divertissements proposés par le centre de villégiature étaient excellents. Mon fils a adoré le trapèze. C'était un défi mais c'était très amusant. L'équipe d'animation travaille très dur au centre de villégiature. Le Roi Lion et le spectacle acrobatique du soir étaient brillants. La plage est magnifique. Il y a quelques rochers à l'entrée de l'eau, mais ce n'est pas un problème. Il y a des palmiers parsemés autour de la plage pour l'ombre ainsi que quelques voiles. Dans l'ensemble, ce furent de très bonnes vacances et je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner à l'avenir.

Great vacation We really enjoyed our vacation. We were registered for our rooms on the bus and were given our all inclusive bands before we arrived at the resort. We had packed swim wear in our carry on so that we were able to begin enjoying the beach as soon as we arrived. Our room was ready at 3 pm as promised. The room was basic but comfortable. The air conditioning worked very efficiently. There was a refrigerator in the room and we were given one free bottle of water. We took water bottles with us and filled them at the water/ice machines. The food at the buffet and specialty restaurants was excellent. We visited Viva Cafe the first night and were very impressed with the meal and the ambiance. On Tuesday we visited Bamboo and thought the meal was very good. The entertainment at the resort was brilliant. The trapeze was a real hit with my son. It was a challenge but great fun. The entertainment team works very hard at the resort. The Lion King and the Acrobatic evening entertainment were brilliant. The beach was beautiful. There are some rocks as you enter the water but not really an issue. There are palm trees dotted around the beach area for shade as well as a few sails. All in all a very good vacation and would not hesitate to go back in the future.

L'hôtel était très bien, bien entretenu, propre, service excellent. Très beau complexe. Les plages étaient incroyables. Les restaurants et la nourriture étaient tout simplement incroyables. La seule chose qui ne nous a pas impressionnés est le restaurant italien. L'agneau était cru les deux fois qu'ils nous l'ont ramené. La sauce avait un goût de ketchup et était vraiment mal faite. A part ça, c'était génial. Les divertissements auraient pu être plus variés et plus de musique jouée pendant la jo [... lire plus]urnée. Le personnel était très sympathique. Excellent Resort The hotel was very nice,well kept, clean, great service. Beautiful resort. The beaches were incredible. The restaurants and food were just amazing the only thing we weren't impressed with was the Italian restaurant. The lamb was raw both times they brought it back to us. The sauce tasted like ketchup and was really poorly done. Other than that it was amazing. Maybe the entertainment could have been more versatile and more music played during the day. The staff was very friendly. Amazing resort though 👌

Warwick Paradise Island: NICE RESORT

L'hôtel était exceptionnellement propre ! très impressionné, les chambres étaient fraîches et propres. Les choix de nourriture étaient un peu limités à cette époque de l'année, mais ils étaient bien faits et frais. Les boissons étaient incroyables, tous les barmans étaient sympathiques.

Hotel was exceptionally clean! very impressed, rooms were fresh and clean. Food choices were a bit limited at this time of year, however it was well made and fresh. Drinks were amazing, all the bartenders were friendly.
