Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos: Voyage au Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos 2019

Dès notre arrivée, tout était parfait. On nous a offert une bière fraîche à notre arrivée. Notre chambre était spectaculaire, une chambre Master King Ocean View au troisième étage, avec vue sur la piscine principale et l'océan. Le bruit des vagues était incroyable. Nous avons essayé tous les restaurants pendant notre séjour, et la nourriture dans chacun d'entre eux dépassait toutes les attentes. Même le buffet du matin était assez varié pour toute la semaine. Tout le personnel cherche à  [... lire plus]plaire, si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit, il suffit de le demander ! Je reviendrai sans aucun doute, car j'ai passé les MEILLEURES vacances de ma vie ! J'ai adoré le Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos !

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos trip 2019 From our arrival everything was perfect. Offered cold cerveza's upon arrival. Our Room was spectacular, a Master King Ocean View room on the third floor, overlooking the main pool, and ocean. The sound of the waves were amazing. We tried all restaurants while we were there, the food in each and every one was beyond all expectations. Even the buffet in the morning, had enough variety for the whole week. All the staff aim to please, if you are in need of anything just ask! I will definitely come back, as I had the BEST vacation ever! LOVED Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos!

Riu Palace Baja California: L'un de nos meilleurs voyages

Tout s'est déroulé sans problème et les services de Tripcentral et de Sunwing ont été excellents. L'hôtel avait moins d'un an et les installations étaient modernes, propres et belles à tous égards. Le design est très simple, ce qui nous a séduits. La piscine est spectaculaire et offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques. La plage est accessible à pied et est large, mais attention au ressac si vous allez dans l'eau. En septembre, il a fait très chaud et il y a  [... lire plus]eu du soleil tous les jours. Le service au bar était excellent et le service au bord de la piscine était remarquable. Excellentes boissons. Le bar Capuchino proposait d'excellents cafés. Nous avons utilisé le buffet et avons apprécié chaque repas. Bonne variété et nous avons toujours trouvé de quoi nous régaler. Service formidable. La salle de spectacle le soir était confortable et sans insectes ! La chambre était très agréable avec une excellente douche. Nous avons aimé le calme et la discrétion de l'endroit. Si vous voulez faire la fête, le Santa Fe est à 5 minutes à pied.

One of Our Best Trips Everything went smoothly and both Tripcentral and Sunwing service was great. The hotel was less than a year old and the facility was modern, clean, beautiful in every respect. Very simple design which appealed to us. The pool area is spectacular with great ocean views. Sunsets are beautiful. Beach is walkable and wide but beware of undertow if you go in the water. September weather was very hot and sunny every day. Bar service was excellent and by the pool service was outstanding. Great drinks. The Capuchino bar mad excellent coffees. We used the buffet and enjoyed every meal. Good variety and always found plenty to enjoy. Terrific service there. Show area in the evening was comfortable and no bugs! Room was very nice with a great shower. We liked how quiet and low key the place was. If you wanted party action the Santa Fe is a 5 min walk.

Riu Palace Baja California: Une expérience cinq étoiles !

Ce centre de villégiature a dépassé nos attentes ! Mes filles et moi avons été très impressionnées par les installations, la nourriture et le service clientèle exceptionnel. L'ensemble de l'expérience a été fantastique ! Nous envisagerons certainement d'y retourner. Les installations sont magnifiques et impeccables, l'emplacement est excellent, à proximité de l'aéroport et juste à côté des deux autres propriétés Riu et de leurs équipements. En particulier, le personnel de l'hôtel a fait  [... lire plus]de notre séjour une expérience inoubliable, car il s'est surpassé pour nous mettre à l'aise et nous fournir un service exceptionnel. Le personnel de la plage et de la piscine, qui a installé nos chaises et nos parasols, le personnel chargé des serviettes, les barmans, les chefs qui se promenaient pour s'assurer que la nourriture était à notre goût, etc. La seule hésitation concernerait la plage, mais nous avions été prévenus à l'avance que nous ne pouvions pas nager dans l'océan, nous avions donc besoin d'un hôtel avec une "bonne piscine" et c'était sans aucun doute le bon choix pour cela !

A five star experience!! This resort exceeded our expectations! My daughters and I were very impressed by the facilities, the food, and the exceptional customer service. The whole experience was fantastic! We would definitely consider going back. The facilities are beautiful and impeccable, the location is great, close to the airport and right next door to the other two Riu properties and their amenities. In particular, the staff of the hotel made it an unforgettable experience as they went above and beyond their duty to make us feel comfortable and to provide an amazing service. From the staff at the beach and pool, setting up our chairs, umbrellas, the towel personnel, the bartenders, chefs walking around to make sure the food was to our liking, etc. in sum we would 100% recommend this resort. The only hesitation would be the beach; however, we were warned ahead of time that we could not swim in the ocean, therefore, we needed a hotel with a "good pool" and this was for sure the right choice fo that!

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos: Merveilleux centre de villégiature

C'est un endroit absolument merveilleux à visiter. Nous y sommes allés deux fois. Le personnel est extraordinaire. Les piscines sont superbes et la nourriture est délicieuse. En ce qui concerne la restauration, je préférerais que l'on puisse réserver, car si vous êtes nombreux, vous avez tendance à attendre longtemps et le personnel n'est pas très enthousiaste à l'idée d'accueillir un grand groupe. Très pittoresque et parfait pour des vacances en famille.

Wonderful Resort This is an absolutely wonderful place to visit. So wonderful we have been twice. The staff is amazing. The pools are great and food is delicious. In regards to dining I would prefer being able to make reservations as if you are apart of a bigger party you tend to have to wait a long time and the staff are not ecstatic about accommodating a large group. Very scenic and perfect for family vacations.

Riu Santa Fe: Un potentiel incroyable mais des cafards dans le bâtiment 7

Nous avons dû changer de bâtiment car dans la villa n°7 il y a d'énormes cafards et nous en avons même trouvé dans notre lit. Les employés de la piscine ajoutent du Clorox au milieu de la journée quand les gens sont dans les piscines. Il n'y a pas d'agents de sécurité et les gens se battent souvent. En 8 jours, j'ai coupé deux bagarres et aucune sécurité ne s'est présentée. La nourriture est la même tous les jours, il n'y a aucun changement. Il faut trouver une table et demander à ce qu'elle  [... lire plus]soit nettoyée pour pouvoir prendre son petit-déjeuner ou son déjeuner. L'équipe de nettoyage commence la journée à 5 heures du matin et ils sont très bruyants, pas de repos pour vous quand vous les entendez parler et leur wagon en haut et en bas. Même s'il n'y a pas d'indication sur la porte pour faire le ménage dans votre chambre, ils frappent toujours pour vous demander si vous voulez faire le ménage. Très bon complexe pour les fêtes d'adultes, beaucoup d'activités et parfois un club pour enfants.

Amazing potential but cockroaches in building 7 We needed to change the building because in villa #7 are huge cockroaches and we found even in our bed. The pool guys are adding Clorox in the middle of the day when people are in pools. No security guys and often people are fighting. In 8 days I cut two fights and no security showed up. It’s the same food every day, no changings at all. You need to go find a table and ask to be cleaned so you can have your breakfast or lunch. The cleaners crew starts the day at 5am and they are very loud, no rest for you when you hear them talking and their wagon up and down. Even when you have no sign on the door to do your room, they are still knocking asking if you want cleaning. Very good resort for adult parties, lots of activities and sometimes kids club available.

Breathless Cabo San Lucas: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Je n'ai jamais connu un endroit aussi beau et luxueux. Tout était parfait et dépassait mes attentes. Je suis tellement heureuse d'avoir vécu une semaine de luxe. Je ne peux pas mieux l'exprimer.

Amazing resort I have never experienced such a beautiful and luxurious place. Everything was perfect and totally above my expectations. I am so happy to have experienced a week of luxury. I can’t express it any better.

Riu Palace Baja California: Surestimé

Le complexe est récent et les chambres sont très modernes, c'est pourquoi j'ai voulu y séjourner. Les piscines sont également très agréables, avec de nombreuses chaises longues et des parasols en nombre suffisant. Cependant, le service a été assez mauvais dès mon arrivée, pas d'accueil, pas de champagne, puis on nous a mis dans une chambre où tout ce que j'entendais, c'était les bouches d'aération extérieures qui sont très bruyantes. Nous avons été déplacés dans une autre chambre qui se trouvait [... lire plus] en face du Riu Santa Fe et qui était bruyante toute la nuit à cause de la fête de la piscine. La nourriture était épouvantable ainsi que les boissons. Nous avons mangé au buffet de l'hôtel une fois et dans un restaurant avant de tomber malade. Nous avons quitté l'hôtel tous les jours pour aller manger à la marina ou à la plage de Medano. Il y avait aussi une mauvaise odeur qui ressemblait à des eaux usées de temps en temps dans notre chambre, le service d'étage était terrible et l'entretien ménager aussi ! J'ai payé plus de $1600 pp. plus de Rius pour moi ! Je recommande n'importe quel endroit sur la plage de Medano - de préférence sans tout inclus, bien que Sandos soit charmant !

Overrated The resort is new and the rooms are very modern which is why I wanted to stay here. The pools were pretty nice as well with many lounge chairs and no shortage of umbrellas. However the service was pretty bad from the moment I got there, no welcome, no champagne and then put in a room where all I could hear were the outside a/c vents which are super loud. We got moved to another room which was across from Riu Santa Fe so it was loud all night as well from the pool party. The food was terrible as well as the drinks. We ate at the resort buffet once and a restaurant before getting ill. We left the resort every day to eat at the marina or at medano beach. There was also a bad smell kind of like sewage every so often in our room, room service was terrible and house keeping was as well! I paid over $1600 pp. no more Rius for me! I recommend anywhere on Medano beach- preferably non all inclusive although sandos is lovely!

Riu Santa Fe: Magnifique et amusant !

J'ai adoré le complexe, super propre, les chambres très confortables et la nourriture était excellente ! Le service était amical et serviable. Les piscines étaient propres et la température de l'eau était excellente ! Très heureux ! J'ai adoré les fêtes au bord de la piscine, les bars et les divertissements

Riu Palace Baja California: Toutes les cases sont cochées !

Nous venons de passer 7 jours au Riu Baja Adults only Resort à Cabos et nous avons adoré. Je ne peux pas en dire assez sur le service amical et toujours excellent dans les restaurants et à la piscine. La nourriture était très décente, en particulier dans les restaurants de spécialités. Les chambres étaient superbes, joliment conçues et spacieuses. Les piscines avaient des tonnes de places assises, à la fois ensoleillées et ombragées. L'équipe d'animation était très amusante et si vous n'étiez  [... lire plus]pas intéressé par leurs activités, il y avait une autre piscine plus calme à proximité. Les vues sont spectaculaires. Le seul regret est que la baignade dans l'océan en face de l'hôtel était trop risquée, mais nous le savions au moment de la réservation. Il est cependant difficile de regarder ce magnifique océan et de ne pas y aller ! La seule chose que cet hôtel pourrait utiliser est un bar avec air conditionné, tous les bars étaient à l'extérieur soit à la piscine ou sur la terrasse. Je recommanderais cet hôtel.

All Boxes Checked! We just spent 7 days at the Riu Baja Adults only Resort in Cabos and loved it, I can’t say enough about the friendly and consistently great service at the restaurants and pool. The food was very decent, especially in the speciality restaurants. The rooms were awesome, Nicely designed and. spacious. The Pools had tons of seating both sunny and shady. The Activity team were lots of fun and if you weren’t into their activity there was another pool nearby that was quieter. The views were spectacular. The only regret was the fact that the ocean swimming in front of the hotel was too risky, However we knew that when we booked. Hard to look at that beautiful ocean though and not go in!!! The only thing this hotel could use was an bar with air con, All the bars were outside either at the pool or on the terrace. I would recommend this hotel.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Le Riu Palace est un très beau complexe hôtelier.

C'était la troisième fois que nous visitions le Riu Palace. Nous avons constaté des changements importants qui ont affecté notre séjour. Lorsque nous nous sommes enregistrés et que l'on nous a attribué notre chambre, nous n'avons pas obtenu la chambre que nous avions demandée et nous sommes conscients que cela peut arriver. Cependant, nous en avons discuté avec la personne chargée de l'enregistrement et elle s'est contentée de nous dire que nous pouvions monter en grade. Le service à la clien [... lire plus]tèle n'était vraiment pas à la hauteur. Dans le passé, cela ne serait jamais arrivé... La chambre donnait sur le Riu Santa Fe qui était bruyant, très bruyant et très fréquenté. Nous avons dû demander à la réception le troisième jour s'il y avait toujours un service d'abaissement le soir et de remplacement des serviettes. Ils ont dû vérifier avec quelqu'un d'autre et nous avons appris qu'il fallait attendre quelques jours avant que cela ne soit fait. Encore une fois, c'était différent des deux dernières fois. Nous avons dû demander des serviettes plusieurs fois pour la chambre. Ils ont laissé une bouteille de vin pour l'anniversaire de mon mari, mais la lettre était adressée à Mlle McWilliams. Le hall d'entrée a été rénové et la salle à manger principale a été réaménagée. La nourriture dans la salle à manger principale était en grande partie la même. Dans certains cas, la nourriture n'était pas conservée à la bonne température, ce qui, nous le savons tous, peut être dangereux. Notre mari et moi l'avions remarqué à plusieurs reprises. Nous l'avons porté à leur attention, mais ils n'en étaient pas vraiment conscients et n'ont rien fait pour y remédier. Il semble qu'il y ait eu un manque de leadership dans le contrôle du flux de personnes dans la salle à manger principale. Cela ressemblait parfois à une grande foire d'empoigne. Le personnel de service et le personnel de la piscine ont été très attentifs malgré l'absence d'une véritable direction. Je me demande si tout le personnel expérimenté a été recruté par le nouveau Riu Baja California (récemment ouvert) ? Les divertissements étaient pour la plupart corrects, mais semblaient s'adresser à un certain public. Alarmes incendie - trois fois en une nuit. Première fois fausse alarme, deuxième fois fusible grillé ? troisième fois petit feu de cuisine ??? La communication n'a pas été assurée. Nous avons reçu un mémo sous notre porte le lendemain matin expliquant qu'il s'agissait de vandalisme. Cela s'est produit à 4h40, 5h et 5h15 du matin. Malgré ces problèmes, le séjour a été agréable dans l'ensemble. Je penserais à un autre complexe hôtelier pour mes projets futurs.

Riu Palace is a beautiful resort. This was our third time visiting Riu Palace. There was significant changes that we did see and affected our stay. When we checked in and they gave us our room assignment we did not get the room we had asked for and we realise that can happen. However we discussed this with the individual checking us in and she just walked away and said you can up-grade. Customer service was definitely lacking. In the past that would never have happened.. Room was facing on to Riu Santa Fe which was noisy and very loud and busy. We had to ask front desk on third day if their was still turn down service in the evening and towel replacements. They had to check with someone else and we did find out that it was every couple of days before this would be done. Again, this was different from last two times. We had to ask for towels couple of times for the room. They did leave a bottle of wine for my husband's birthday, however the letter was addressed to Miss McWilliams, again that attention to detail. They had made quite a few up dates to the front lobby and their main dining area had a re-vamp. The food in the main dining room was a lot of the same stuff. Their food in some cases was not kept at the appropriate temperature, which we all know can be dangerous. Both husband and I had noticed this a couple of times. Brought to their attention, not really aware and did not do anything to rectify it. There appeared to be a lack of leadership when controlling the flow of people through the main dining room. Resembled a large free for all at times. Wait staff and pool service staff were very attentive despite the lack of any real direction. Just wondering if all their seasoned staff had been recruited to the new Riu Baja California (recently opened)? Entertainment for most part was o.k. however appeared to cater to a certain audience. Fire alarms - three times in one night. First time false alarm, second time blown fuse? third time small kitchen fire??? Communication was not delivered. We received a memo under our door ter next morning explaining it was Vandalisnm. This occurred 4:40 5:00 and 5:15 a.m. Very scary indeed without any communication. Despite the hiccups overall stay was enjoyable. Would be thinking about another resort for future plans.

Sandos Finisterra Los Cabos: Vacances en famille avec un bébé

La première impression a été wow, quel beau complexe, la dernière impression a été wow, quelle expérience incroyable d'avoir séjourné ici avec ma famille. Nous sommes partis en famille de 5 personnes, un enfant de 11 et 15 ans, les parents et un bébé de 9 mois. Venant du Canada, j'ai apporté tous les aliments en pot ou en sachet pour le bébé (je ne voulais pas prendre le risque de le rendre malade). Chambre d'hôtel : Vue sur l'océan, refroidisseur d'eau, mini-réfrigérateur, un lit double, un l [... lire plus]it king size, parc pour bébé fourni par l'hôtel. Piscine : Le seul bar est situé dans la piscine réservée aux adultes (18 ans et plus), où il y a un DJ, des activités et de la musique toute la journée. La piscine numéro 3 (piscine pour les enfants et tous les âges), qui se trouve juste en dessous, est équipée d'un filet de volley-ball aquatique. Elle est grande, très accueillante et c'est un soulagement de ne pas avoir de grandes fêtes autour de la piscine et de femmes en string qui font du biquini autour des enfants et du mari, c'est vraiment un complexe familial. Un grand coup de chapeau à Elizabeth, à la piscine n°3, qui a été d'une gentillesse exemplaire et nous a fait nous sentir comme à la maison, nous l'avons adorée ! Restaurants : Nous avons toujours été pris, nous n'avons pas eu de problème d'attente, chaque restaurant de l'hôtel était prêt à nous servir et avait une table pour nous. Peut-être parce que cet hôtel est considéré comme un hôtel de luxe et qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de clients, je n'en suis pas sûr Mais nous avons été assis tout de suite dans tous les endroits que nous avons choisis. La plupart des restaurants se trouvent au niveau sept et les ascenseurs fonctionnaient toujours pour nous emmener en haut et en bas. Emiliano's est un restaurant à la carte et il faut absolument goûter le steak filet mignon ! Le CUPCAKE CAFE a remporté un franc succès auprès de mes enfants : de délicieux cupcakes, des sucreries, des boissons et du café sont préparés pour vous tout au long de la journée et jusque dans la nuit. Don Diego est le buffet et même s'il y a une soirée à thème chaque soir, c'est assez répétitif pour le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner. Au 7ème jour, nous en avions assez des plats, même s'ils étaient tous délicieux, mais très répétitifs. De plus, si vous vous attendez à manger de la nourriture mexicaine, vous devez quitter l'hôtel, ils s'adressent aux gringos et il est difficile de trouver de la cuisine mexicaine traditionnelle à l'hôtel en dehors des tacos et des nachos. BOISSONS : les barmans et les serveurs essaient de vous pousser avec une carte des vins qui est la seule chose que vous devez payer à l'hôtel, mon mari et moi avons compris que tous les alcools ont été édulcorés, à 100% tout a un goût très sirupeux et pas du tout alcoolisé à la fin toutes les boissons commençaient à avoir un goût d'eau avec un petit soupçon d'alcool dedans, nous n'avons pas eu de buzz un seul jour, ce n'est pas faute d'avoir essayé ! heehee LA PLAGE : Les vagues de l'océan sont incroyables à voir mais on n'a même pas le droit de mettre un pied dans l'eau, c'est très dur. PERSONNEL : 0 PLAINTES SUR LE PERSONNEL, TOUT LE MONDE, DU HALL AU CONCIERGE, AUX SERVEURS, TOUT LE MONDE ÉTAIT TRÈS ACCUEILLANT, TRÈS ATTENTIONNÉ, BIEN SÛR, ILS FONT TOUT LEUR POSSIBLE POUR RECEVOIR UN POURBOIRE BIEN MÉRITÉ. Vues et emplacement de l'hôtel : l'hôtel est situé juste en face de la marina, où se trouvent les magnifiques dauphins, ainsi que des restaurants, et il est très proche du centre-ville, que l'on peut atteindre à pied. La vue panoramique sur la marina et la plage depuis le haut de l'hôtel est tout simplement divine et il y a des spectacles nocturnes tous les soirs, mais nous avons manqué tous les spectacles car nous avions un petit bébé avec nous et nous sommes rentrés tôt dans la chambre. J'ai également entendu dire que la boîte de nuit pour adultes était très animée jusqu'à 2 heures du matin ! Dans l'ensemble, nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel

Family Vacation with a baby First impression was wow, what a beautiful resort, last impression was WOW what an amazing experience to have stayed here with my family. We went as a family of 5, an 11 and 15 year old, parents plus a 9 month old baby. Coming from Canada I brought all jarred/pouch foods for the baby (didn't want to take my chances with getting a baby sick). Hotel room: Ocean view, water cooler, mini fridge, one double bed, one king size, hotel provided playpen for baby. Pool: The only swim-up bar is located for the adult-only pool which is 18+, that same pool also has a DJ, activities and music all day long. The number 3 pool (kids/all age pool) which is right below, has the water volleyball net, it's large,very accommodating and it's a relief not to have the big pool parties and women in g-strings biquínis all around the kids and husband,this is very much a family resort. Shout out to Elizabeth at the #3 pool, who was beyond friendly and such a sweetheart, she made us feel at home, we loved her! Restaurants: It was beautifully refreshing to find out that we did not have to make reservations for the a'la cart restaurants, we always got in, had no issues with waiting at all, somehow every single restaurant at the hotel was ready to serve and ready with a table for us. Maybe because this is considered a luxury hotel not as many guests maybe attend I'm not too sure? But we got sat right away in all of the places we chose to go to. Most of the restaurants are at level seven and the elevators were always working to take us upstairs and down. Emiliano's is an a'la cart restaurant and you have got to try the steak filet mignon! CUPCAKE CAFE was a major hit with my kids, delicious cupcakes sweets and drinks and coffee made for you all day long into the night. Don Diego is the buffet and even though they have a theme night each night, it's pretty repetitive for breakfast, lunch and dinners by our 7th day we were pretty much sick of the foods, even though it was all delicious, just very repetitive. also if you're expecting to go there and eat Mexican food you have to leave the hotel, they cater to the gringos and it's hard to find traditional Mexican cuisine at the hotel besides the tacos and nachos. DRINKS: the bartenders and waiters do try to push you with a wine list which is the only thing you have to pay for at the hotel, my husband and I figured that all of the liquor has been watered down, 100% everything tastes very syrupy and not alcoholic at all by the end all of the drinks pretty much started to taste like water with a little hint of alcohol in it, we did not get a buzz a single day not for the lack of trying! heehee BEACH: White Sands and beautiful beaches but not swimmable at all the oceans waves are amazing to see but you're not allowed to even to put your foot in the water it's very rough for sure. STAFF: 0 COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE STAFF, EVERYONE FROM THE LOBBY TO THE CONCIERGE, TO THE WAITERS TO THE SERVERS, EVERYBODY WAS VERY WELCOMING, VERY CARING OF COURSE THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO RECEIVE A MUCH DESERVED TO TIP. Hotel views and location: the hotel is located right across from the marina which is also where the beautiful Dolphins reside along with restaurants and very close walkable distance to downtown. The panoramic views of the Marina and the beach from the above of the hotel is just divine and they do have a night shows every night but we missed all of the shows as we had a little baby with us we would just go to the room early. I also heard that the adult nightclub becomes really happening at night until 2 in the morning! Overall we very much recommend this hotel, enjoy!

Riu Palace Baja California: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire, l'amour de Cabo !

Je retournerais certainement dans ce même complexe. Je ne suis jamais allé à Cabo et j'ai souhaité ne pas avoir attendu si longtemps pour y aller. Le complexe a ouvert en décembre 2018, je lui donne généralement un an. Mais pas cette fois, nous sommes allés du 27 juin au 4 juillet 2019. Absolument rien à se plaindre. Nous n'aimons pas nous allonger sur la plage, nous l'avons parcourue à pied. Haut sous-pieds donc pas de baignade dedans. Mais avec tout le reste être 100% il n'a pas affecté not [... lire plus]re voyage. Le personnel était très sympathique et parlait très bien l'anglais. La nourriture est incroyable, le buffet est meilleur que les restaurants à la carte. Je vous recommande d'y aller !

Amazing Resort, Love Cabo ! Definetly would go back to this same resort. Never been to Cabo, and I wished I had not waited this long to go. The resort opened in Dec 2018, I usually give it a year. But not this time, we went June 27-July 4th, 2019. Absolutely nothing to complain about. We don’t like to lie on the beach, we walked it. High undertoe so no swimming in it. But with all else be 100% it did not effect our trip. The staff were so very friendly and great English. Food amazing, buffett better then the a la Cartes. I recommend you to go !

Riu Palace Baja California: Grandes vacances

L'hôtel est propre, la chambre est superbe et la nourriture est bonne avec beaucoup de choix. Il est agréable d'aller au parc aquatique, aux toboggans et aux fêtes des autres hôtels Riu. De plus, l'hôtel est réservé aux adultes. La ville est agréable à voir et on peut prendre un bateau-taxi pour aller voir El Arco et les plages. Très beau temps en juin

Great Vacation Clean resort, amazing room and food was good with alot of choices. Nice to go to the waterpark slides and parties at the other Riu hotels. Also Adults Only Hotel. City is nice to see and water taxi to see the El Arco and beaches. Great weather in June

Riu Santa Fe: Un lieu de séjour amusant

Le personnel est très sympathique. Bon choix de nourriture et d'alcool. Les lits étaient confortables et la chambre spacieuse avec un petit balcon décent. Dans l'ensemble, je recommanderais cet hôtel à presque tout le monde. Il y a quelques fêtes qui se déroulent le soir, alors gardez cela à l'esprit.

Fun Place To Stay The staff were quite friendly. Good selection of food and alcohol. The beds were comfortable and the room spacious with a decent little balcony. Overall I'd recommend it to almost anyone. There are a few parties that go on in the evenings too so keep that in mind.

Royal Solaris: Grand centre de villégiature

La chambre de l'hôtel était propre et le service était excellent, les gens étaient très sympathiques et le groupe de divertissement était génial, tous les soirs avec des spectacles différents. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. L'équipe du Royal Solaris a toujours été très bien traitée, la nourriture était correcte, le service wifi était gratuit.

Great Resort The hotel room was clean and the service was great,The people was very friendly also the entertainment group was great,every night with different shows.We really enjoy our time in this hotel.Royal Solaris team always treated very well,the food was ok,wifi service was for free.

Riu Palace Baja California: Superbe complexe hôtelier - Pas sûr de l'entretien ménager

Je ne veux vraiment pas que notre incident influence mon avis sur le complexe, mais je sais que je me fie beaucoup aux avis d'autres personnes qui sont allées dans ce complexe lorsque je cherche ma prochaine destination, alors je me lance. Le centre de villégiature RIU lui-même était incroyable. Il est assez récent et les chambres étaient très belles, mais je pense que le service d'entretien aurait pu faire un meilleur travail en ce qui concerne la propreté de la chambre, par exemple en remplaça [... lire plus]nt les serviettes usagées, le savon et en balayant le sol. Dans l'ensemble, la nourriture était bonne et le fait qu'il n'était pas nécessaire de réserver dans les restaurants était génial. Nous avons trouvé que les zones de la piscine auraient pu être mieux entretenues. Nous étions là pendant le Cabo Fest qui a rendu le resort incroyablement occupé, mais il semblait que personne ne travaillait pendant les soirées une fois que tout le monde était dans sa chambre. Étant donné l'emplacement de notre chambre, je crois que mon bas de bikini a été volé sur notre balcon, ce qui me brise le cœur. Je ne les ai portés qu'une seule fois et ils étaient de marque Michael Kors, donc pas bon marché. J'ai immédiatement signalé l'incident et le directeur de l'hôtel a pu confirmer que le personnel de ménage était dans notre chambre au moment où je soupçonnais qu'ils avaient disparu. Malheureusement, rien n'a été trouvé et l'hôtel n'a pas été en mesure de me dédommager. J'ai donc déposé un rapport officiel auprès de la CMS RIU et j'attends toujours une réponse. J'espère vraiment qu'ils me dédommageront d'un autre fond. C'est vraiment le principal de la situation et c'est décourageant quand je travaille si dur et que je pars en vacances et que je dois m'inquiéter de tout verrouiller. Les coffres ne sont pas assez grands pour y mettre ma valise. C'est un événement malheureux, car tout le reste de l'hôtel était formidable. La salle de sport était petite, mais tous les équipements étaient neufs, et je sais pertinemment qu'elle était nettoyée tous les matins, car nous étions là à 6 heures du matin lorsque la femme de ménage était présente. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons apprécié notre séjour, mais malheureusement, le fait qu'un objet ait été volé sur notre balcon me rend triste.

Great Resort - Not Sure About Housekeeping I really don't want our incident to persuade my review of the resort, but I know that I depend a lot on the reviews of other that have been to the resort when searching for my next destination so here goes. The RIU resort itself was amazing. It's fairly new so the rooms were very nice though I feel housekeeping could have done a better job when it came to the cleanliness of the room i.e. replacing used towels, soap and sweeping the floor. Overall, the food was good and the fact that you didn't have to make reservations for any of the restaurants was awesome. We felt the pool areas could've been kept up better. We were there during Cabo Fest which made the resort incredibly busy, but it appeared nobody worked during the evenings once everyone was in their rooms. Given where our room was located, I believe my bikini bottoms were stolen from our balcony which is heartbreaking. I only wore them once and they were Michael Kors, so not cheap. I immediately reported the incident and the hotel manager was able to confirm that housekeeping was in our room during the time I suspected them to go missing. Unfortunately nothing was found and the hotel wasn't able to compensate me so I've filed an official report with CMS RIU and I'm still waiting to hear back. I really hope they compensate me another bottom. Really it's the principal of the whole situation and it's disheartening when I work so hard and then go on a vacation and have to worry about locking everything up. The safes aren't big enough to put my suitcase in. This was an unfortunate event as everything else with the resort was great. The gym was small, but all the equipment was new, and I know for a fact that it was mopped every morning as we were there at 6am when the cleaning lady was there. All in all we enjoyed our stay, but unfortunately the fact that an item was stolen from our balcony makes me sad.

Grand Velas Los Cabos: Belle station, service extraordinaire

La propriété est magnifique - c'est un paradis pour Instagram. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Chaque chambre a une vue imprenable sur l'océan. La nourriture était également excellente - nos restaurants préférés étaient le buffet et l'italien (Lucca). Il y a quelques activités de jour cependant il n'y a pas grand chose à faire le soir. NE PASSEZ PAS À CÔTÉ DU SPA.

Beautiful resort, amazing service The property is stunning - it's an Instagram heaven. Rooms are spacious and clean. Every room has a stunning ocean view. Food was also great - our favourite restaurants were the buffet and the Italian (Lucca). There are some daytime activities however there isn't much to do in the evening. DO NOT SKIP THE SPA.

j'ai lu un tas de commentaires avant de réserver, les bons et les mauvais... Les gens avaient raison de dire que l'endroit est magnifique et gardé aussi propre que possible... Les piscines étaient bonnes, il y en a pour tout le monde et le parc de toboggans aquatiques était plutôt cool... L'enregistrement était simple... L'alcool est bon marché et il faut donner un bon pourboire et demander de meilleures choses... C'est un complexe festif. good and the bad well I had read a bunch of reviews before booking the good and the bad .. people were right that the place is beautiful and kept as clean as possible ..the pools were good there are some for every one and the water slide park was pretty cool.. check in was simple . The booze is cheap and gross gotta tip well and ask for some better stuff .. It is a party resort .. i would suggest for families to stay at the palace next door .. the food was absolutley nothing to brag about ..

Il s'agit d'une propriété immense mais très bien entretenue. Tous les âges apprécieront cet hôtel. La nourriture est l'une des meilleures que j'aie jamais mangées. Le personnel fait de son mieux pour rendre votre séjour agréable. J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Great View This is huge property but very well maintained. All ages would enjoy this hotel. The food was some of the best I have had. The staff does their best to make your stay a great one. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Riu Palace Baja California: INCROYABLE !

Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire. J'ai adoré la piscine à débordement et la vue au-delà. Le buffet était excellent. Il y avait tellement de choix, mais le bar à tacos au déjeuner était le meilleur Ma coupe déborde, Lol. Le personnel de divertissement a rendu les choses si amusantes. J'ai hâte d'y retourner.

UNBELIEVABLE!! Amazing resort. Loved the infinity pool and the view beyond. Buffet was great. So much to choose from, but the taco bar at lunch was the best.Staff is amazing! My cup runneth over, Lol. Entertainment staff made it so fun. Can't wait to go back.
