La nourriture était excellente !! Les chambres commencent à montrer des signes de vieillissement et auraient besoin d'être rafraîchies. Votre plage nécessite d'importants travaux, car elle est très irrégulière et exiguë. Les chaises longues manquent et beaucoup d'entre elles ont besoin d'être réparées. La plage a également besoin de beaucoup plus d'ombre. Il faudrait veiller beaucoup plus strictement au respect des règles concernant la réservation des chaises longues. Beaucoup de clients réserve [... lire plus]nt à la fois des chaises longues à la piscine et à la plage pour toute la journée, et le font souvent au milieu de la nuit. Il faudrait également mieux contrôler les comportements inappropriés dans l'espace piscine.

Playabachata Hotel: On s'est bien amusés

Les espaces extérieurs étaient nettoyés en permanence. Les chambres étaient confortables et le balcon était spacieux. Le personnel était sympathique, en particulier Y. Flouris au buffet, ainsi que Chocolate et Mariposa de l'équipe d'animation. Un grand merci au responsable du service clientèle. Nous avons adoré la grande plage bordée de nombreux palmiers. Tropical Ave était également un endroit agréable pour se promener. Nous avons apprécié le vendeur n° 7 sur la plage et le monsieur avec le si [... lire plus]nge. Nous avons apprécié la nourriture. La piscine était bien entretenue et la soirée mousse était plutôt sympa.

We had a lot of fun The grounds were being cleaned constantly. The rooms were comfortable and the balcony was large. The staff were friendly, especially Y . FLouris at the buffet and Chocolate and Mariposa on the animation team. A special thank you to the head of guest services. We loved the large beach with many palm trees. Tropical Ave was a nice place to walk too. We enjoyed #7 beach vendor and the fellow with the monkey. We enjoyed the food The pool was kept clean and the foam party was pretty cool.

VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort: Le plus beau voyage que nous ayons fait en 30 ans

Nous avons séjourné au Grand Ventana et ce fut un séjour que ma femme, Susie, et moi-même n'oublierons jamais. La cuisine était excellente. Le personnel nous accueillait toujours avec le sourire et beaucoup de gentillesse. Nous avons adoré nos promenades matinales sur la plage, et ma femme a tellement apprécié les piscines qu'elle ne voulait plus en sortir. Nous recommanderons cet hôtel sans hésiter et nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute lors de notre prochain séjour.

Best trip We had in 30 years We stayed at the Grand Ventana and was a holiday my wife and I Susie, will never forget. The Food was top notch. The Staff always greeted us with a smile and kindness. We loved our early morning walks along the beach, and my wife loved the pools and never wanted to get out. Will recommend this resort and will defiantly come back to the same resort when we return.

Nous avons réservé deux semaines au Riu Macao en avril 2026. C'était très bien. Si vous consultez le site web du complexe, vous n'aurez pas de mauvaises surprises. La chambre était propre, bien approvisionnée en serviettes propres, et le bar était réapprovisionné tous les jours. La plage est exceptionnelle. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine, mais il y en a quatre. Le restaurant Pepe's proposait à midi certains des meilleurs hamburgers que nous ayons jamais mangés. Exceptional Resort We booked two weeks at the Riu Macao in April 2026. It was very good. If you look at the resort website, there are no bad surprizes. The room was clean, well stocked with clean towels, the bar was restocked daily. The beach is exceptional. We did not use the pool but there are 4 of them. Pepe`s food at noon had some of the best burgers we have ever had. Food at The Patio was very good & lots of it. The coffee bar is great as well as The Cuban Bar. Ver Pleased.

Punta Cana Princess: Critique de Princess

Tout était parfait. On se serait bien passé des cafards géants dans la chambre le premier matin, mais il faut dire qu'on était au rez-de-chaussée. Le personnel était très aimable et serviable. Les jardins étaient magnifiques et bien entretenus. On sentait qu'ils mettaient un point d'honneur à soigner l'apparence et l'entretien des lieux.

Princess review Everything was lovely. Could have done without the giant cockroaches in the room first morning but in fairness we were on the ground floor. Service people were very friendly and helpful. Grounds were beautiful and well kept. A lot of pride goes into the appearance and upkeep.

La chambre était propre, mais dégageait une odeur de moisi. Beautiful resort The resort and grounds were absolutely beautiful. The food was amazing and there was lots of variety at the buffet and lots of different drinks to choose from at the bars. The room was clean, but did have a musty smell to it. I have mixed reviews of the customer service as some of the staff were friendly and other staff were not very friendly. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend this resort to others.

Amazing resort This resort have everything we want, not too big bog too small .. very clean.. everyday they clean our,room make our bed, fresh towels and refill the fridge with drinks.. they have variety of food i buffet.. i love their fresh fruits, sea foods and drinks ( from the bar) the only comment i can say their entertainment, they need to have more fun activities for the guests. I will definitely come back.

Catalonia Royal Bavaro: Une excellente première station !

C'était notre premier séjour en couple dans un complexe hôtelier et nous avons passé un moment formidable ! L'emplacement est idéal : proche de l'aéroport, mais on se sentait tout de même à l'écart de l'agitation. Nous avons bien fait d'opter pour la formule « réservée aux adultes », tout en ayant accès à l'ensemble du complexe. La plage était superbe, avec de nombreux arbres magnifiques, même s'il était parfois difficile de trouver une place avec tous ces gens qui réservaient leurs transats. La chambre était agréable et confortable, loin de ces chambres aseptisées, grises et blanches, que l'on trouve partout. La nourriture était correcte, mais ne vaut pas le détour. Et quand ils disaient qu'il y avait du « tir à l'arc », ils voulaient dire un seul arc avec lequel nous avons fait la queue pour tirer deux ou trois fois. C'était génial de pouvoir faire du kayak en mer !

Great first resort! First resort vacation for the two of us and we had a lovely time! Great location - close to the airport, but it felt tucked away. Grateful we went for the adult-only option, but also had access to the full resort. Beach was great with lots of beautiful trees, though it was sometimes tough to find a spot with so many people saving chairs. Staff were friendly & helpful, particularly Hansel who coordinated activities. Room was nice, and felt comfortable rather than a sterile grey/white copy of something you could find anywhere. Food was fine, but not worth a return trip. And, when they said they had 'archery', they meant a single bow that we lined up to shoot a couple of times. Great to be able to kayak out on the ocean!

C'est un hôtel agréable, même s'il est un peu vieillot. Le personnel était charmant. La nourriture était délicieuse. Le buffet et les restaurants à la carte étaient propres et les plats étaient frais. Notre chambre était propre et spacieuse. Les espaces verts étaient bien entretenus. À deux pas de l'océan. Il y avait beaucoup d'algues sur la plage ; ça aurait été bien si on les avait ramassées tous les jours.

Nice hotel although a little dated. Staff were lovely. The food was delicious. The buffet and à la carte restaurants were clean and the food was fresh. Our room was clean and spacious. The grounds were well looked after. Steps to the ocean. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach, it would have been nice if it was raked daily.

Wonderful Resort I've had the pleasure of many adventures at all inclusive resorts and this one measures up nicely. The food, the staff, the grounds were very enjoyable. The rooms were mediocre but I wasn't spending much time in it. Big beautiful beaches. ?

Barcelo Bavaro Beach: Une station très sympa

La cuisine y est excellente, les plages sont propres, les chambres sont propres, le personnel est sympathique, mais l'offre de divertissements n'est pas très variée. La plupart des animations avaient lieu au Palace. Il fallait prendre le train pour s'y rendre et on pouvait y assister à des spectacles, aller à la discothèque ou au casino ; il y avait beaucoup de choses à faire là-bas. Si vous souhaitez simplement vous détendre, c'est le complexe idéal pour vous.

Very fun resort The food there is excellent, clean beaches, clean rooms, friendly staff not very big for entertainment. Most of the entertainment was at the palace. You would take a train ride over there and you can watch shows go to the disco casino lots of things over there to do if you just want to relax this is the perfect resort for you

Great week away We had a fantastic stay at the Occidental Caribe in Punta Cana and would absolutely recommend it. The standout feature is definitely the staff, they are exceptional. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. We want to give a special thank you to Isaury from Guest Experience, who truly went above and beyond for us during our stay. From the moment we met him, he was incredible, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Whether it was answering questions, making arrangements, or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect, Isaury made us feel genuinely cared for. His dedication and positive attitude really stood out and made our vacation even more memorable. The entertainment team was fantastic ( Sebastian (peluche), Lulu, Wellington, Mirtha, Maria, David, Raimely) they played a huge role in making the resort feel lively and fun throughout the day and night. They did an amazing job organizing activities that catered to guests of all ages, so there was always something going on no matter your interests. From games and events in the pool to activities on the beach, they kept the energy up without ever feeling overwhelming. In the evenings, the entertainment continued with shows and performances that were enjoyable and well put together. Their enthusiasm and effort really added to the overall experience and made each day feel a little more special. The resort itself is very clean, well-maintained, and has a perfect layout. The pools are amazing, both have plenty of space, great atmosphere at the one and a perfect spot to unwind at the other. The beach is just as impressive, with soft sand and beautiful views that really capture what you imagine a Caribbean getaway should be. The rooms are a bit dated in terms of decor, but everything works perfectly, and they are kept very clean. Food was another highlight. There are many options to choose from in the buffet and the a la cartes are amazing so it never felt repetitive, and we always found something we enjoyed. The drinks were also amazing, well-made, and refreshing. Some of the exceptional staff that made our stay a memorable one, Yenibel Carrasco, Nilson, Daibelis, Angel at the pool buffet, the bar tenders at the beach pool and lobby bars Ana, Luz, Katherine, David, Santa, Carolina, Maria, Elizabeth, Katherine, Ruth, Ceferino, Jean at the theater bar. Mon mari et moi avons tout adoré dans ce complexe hôtelier. Nous ne voyons vraiment rien à redire : le personnel, la cuisine, les équipements… tout mérite un 10 sur 10 ! Nous prévoyons déjà d'y retourner l'année prochaine :)

Coral Costa Caribe: Le paradis !

Je ne regrette pas du tout d'avoir réservé un nouveau séjour ; je n'aurais jamais pensé qu'une mauvaise expérience puisse gâcher les vacances que j'avais prévues. L'hôtel était exemplaire ! Que ce soit le personnel, les lieux ou, bien sûr, la cuisine. Je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner !

Paradise! I have no regrets rebooking for another vacation, never thought of a bad experience will hinder my planned vacation. The hotel was exemplary! Starting from staff, the place and the food of course. I will not hesitate to go back!

L'hôtel était très agréable. Les chambres étaient belles, le personnel était aimable, mais devoir faire la queue pour réserver les plats à la carte, c'était horrible. Le temps que j'arrive au comptoir, il ne restait presque plus rien. Les barmen étaient très sympas, mais ils n'étaient pas assez nombreux : nous avons attendu une demi-heure pour avoir nos boissons, c'était épouvantable. Le bar à café était vraiment sympa, mais là encore, il n'y avait qu'une seule personne en service ; ils ont beso [... lire plus]in de plus de personnel. Nous avons dû faire la queue pour le buffet et, honnêtement, la nourriture n'était pas terrible. Nous avons apprécié le restaurant japonais. Dans l'ensemble, je n'y retournerais pas. Les boissons à la piscine et à la plage étaient toutes excellentes, la musique était super ; ils devraient mettre de la musique à la piscine, ce qu'ils n'ont jamais fait.

It was just ok. The hotel was very nice. The rooms were nice the people were nice but when we had to stand in line to book the à la carts is was awful. By time I got to the front everything was almost gone. The bartenders were very nice but not enough of them working we waited half hour for drinks was terrible. The coffe bar was really nice but again one person working they need more people working. We had to wait in line for the buffet and the food honestly was not great. We enjoyed the Japanese. Over all I would not go back. The pool beach drinks were all great the music was great they should have music at the pool, which they never did

L'hôtel était complet ! On dirait qu'ils n'étaient pas préparés à ça. Il n'y avait pas assez d'endroits ombragés ni de transats : à moins de se lever à 5 h du matin pour en réserver un, on avait très peu de chances d'en avoir un. Il y avait plein de disputes entre les clients à propos des chaises, c'était ridicule !! Le café était préparé par une machine à café instantané : il suffisait d'appuyer sur un bouton. Les lève-tôt devaient descendre au bar de la plage pour prendre un café jusqu'à l'ouv [... lire plus]erture du buffet à 7 h. Dans l'ensemble, le temps était superbe et la nourriture était bonne. Ne vous embêtez pas avec les fruits de mer à la carte, ils ne sont pas terribles. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel.

vacation disappointment Hotel was full capacity! They are not prepared for this it seems. Not enough shade spots and loungers unless you wake up at 5am to reserve a spot you are more than likely not getting one - lots of arguments between guests over chairs it was ridiculous!! Coffee was made by an instant machine just press a button early risers have to go down to the beach bar to get a coffee until the buffet opened at 7am. Overall weather was great and food was good don’t bother with the seafood à la cart not great. We will not return to this hotel

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Nous avons vraiment adoré ce complexe hôtelier.

La cuisine est excellente, le personnel est très serviable et très aimable, la chambre est agréable, le personnel d'entretien a fait du bon travail, mais notre chambre était un peu bruyante à cause du quai de chargement d'un autre complexe hôtelier. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de place sur la plage, sans compter que les clients de l'Ambar nous prenaient nos places…

We really this resort. The food is amazing, staff really helpful and really nice, nice room, cleaning staff did a good job, but where we were a bit noisy because of the loading dock of another resort. There was not much place at the beach, on top of having the Ambar guests taking our places at the beach…

Secrets Tides Punta Cana: De superbes vacances

Quel magnifique complexe hôtelier, si bien entretenu ! L'agencement est également très pratique, ce qui évite de trop marcher. Nous avions une chambre sans accès direct à la piscine, mais bien située, tout près du bar aquatique ! Le hall d'entrée et l'espace théâtre sont superbes pour se divertir, et dans l'ensemble, le service est excellent ! Côté restauration, les choix sont nombreux et variés ! Notre restaurant préféré s'est avéré être le Portifino.

Excellent vacation Such a beautiful, clean resort! Nice lay-out too so there isn't a ton of walking.We had a swim out, non-preferred room, which was located conveniently close to the swim up bar! Great lobby and theatre area for entertainment and overall, good service! In terms of the food, there's lots of options and variety! Our facorite ended up being Portifino.

Viva Heavens by Wyndham: Un complexe hôtelier incroyable !

C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans ce complexe « en solo ». Il a tout ce que je recherchais. C'est un petit complexe, très propre, avec un excellent choix de restauration, à deux pas de la plage. Il est également proche de l'aéroport. La sécurité est assurée tant au sein du complexe qu'à la plage. Le personnel est très attentionné et offre un service impeccable !

Amazing Resort! Second time I've been to this resort "solo". It has everything I was looking for. Smaller resort, very clean, great selection of food, close to the beach. Close to airport. It has security on the resort and at the beach. They are so accommodating and provide excellent service!
