Cette station est de premier ordre, on ne m'a pas dit non une seule fois (Ha Ha) non sérieusement les gens qui y travaillent sont incroyables et travaillent dur. Le complexe est très propre, bien entretenu et on ne peut pas avoir faim ici. Les boissons sont abondantes. Les piscines sont très propres. Les chariots à la carte que nous avons utilisés ont été des expériences formidables.

Rest and Relaxation This resort is top notch, I was not told no once (Ha Ha) no seriously the people that work there are amazing hard working. The resort is very clean,well kept.you can not go hungry here. The drinks are plentiful. The pools are very clean.The a la carts that we went too were great experiences.

Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Ce fut un choix fantastique. Les chambres étaient très propres, tout comme le terrain et les toilettes. J'ai tout aimé. Le personnel travaille très dur pour que votre voyage soit agréable et les plages sont d'une beauté inouïe. Une suggestion : prévoyez plus de temps pour passer par l'aéroport. 3 heures n'étaient pas suffisantes.

Amazing Resort This was a fantastic choice. Rooms were very clean as are the grounds and washrooms. Loved it all. The staff work so hard to ensure your trip is enjoyable and the beaches are beautiful beyond words. One suggestion is to allow yourself more time to get through the airport. 3 hours was not enough.

Une époque étonnante

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique dans notre hôtel de luxe Bahia principe ambar green ! La nourriture était excellente, le terrain était continuellement propre. Le personnel était formidable ! Nos préférés étaient Black Angel avec son divertissement et Nonyo comme notre serveur au buffet tous les jours ! Merci ambar green pour cette superbe semaine ! Jusqu'à la prochaine fois !

Amazing time Had a fantastic time at our resort luxury Bahia principe ambar green! Food was great the grounds where kept continuously clean. The staff where great! Our favourite where Black Angel with his entertainment and Nonyo as our waiter at the buffet every day!! Thanks ambar green for the great week! Till the next time!

Très beau complexe hôtelier

Très belle station balnéaire Jardins très bien entretenus et très propres autour de l'hôtel et des chambres Personnel très amical ! J'ai apprécié de pouvoir me détendre et de trouver un endroit tranquille si nécessaire Excellente plage Le choix des aliments est répétitif au buffet et les produits qui devraient être chauds sont froids A part cela, c'est un bon choix et un bon rapport qualité/prix pour un hôtel à Punta Cana Les aliments qui auraient dû être servis chauds étaient "froids [... lire plus]" J'ai trouvé le(s) buffet(s) de midi très répétitif(s) La nourriture qui aurait dû être chaude était soit tiède, soit froide Les restaurants à la carte étaient très bons Je n'aime pas devoir jouer au jeu des chaises longues, c'est-à-dire me lever tôt pour placer un objet sur une chaise longue afin de la réserver ! Deux fois pendant notre séjour, quelqu'un a fait cela sur des chaises longues à la plage et pendant toute la journée, ils ne les ont jamais utilisées ??! Je pense que cette pratique devrait être limitée et qu'au bout d'une heure à une heure et demie, si les objets ne sont pas utilisés, ils devraient être enlevés et libérer la chaise Les jardins sont très joliment entretenus et très bien rangés autour de l'hôtel et des chambres J'ai apprécié de pouvoir me détendre et de trouver un endroit tranquille si nécessaire

Enjoyed being able to relax and if need be find a quiet spot Excellent Beach Food choices are repetitive at the buffet and items that should be "hot" are "cold" Other than that a Good Choice and Good Value for a Resort to go to in Punta Cana Food that should have been served hot was "cold" Found the lunch Buffet(s) very repetitive The food that should have been hot was either luke warm or "cold" Al La Carte Restaurants were very good Don't like to have to play the Lounge Chair Game I.e. get up early to place a item on a lounge chair to reserve it!! Twice during our stay someone did this on lounge chairs at the beach and for the entire day they never used them??! I think that this practice should be limited and if after at least 1hour to 1.5 hours if not used the items should be removed and free up the chair Very Lovely kept gardens and very tidy around the resort and room Very Friendly staff!! ce complexe est incroyable, le personnel n'en fait jamais assez pour vous, les animations sont les meilleures, de jour comme de nuit. Les chambres sont propres, la femme de chambre changeait nos serviettes tous les matins et faisait notre lit, le soir une autre femme de chambre apportait d'autres serviettes fraîches et retournait notre lit, c'est ça être gâté à mon avis...

Amazing resort this resort is amazing, the staff can never do enough for you, the entertainment is the best, day and evening. The resort is clean the staff seam to have a lot of pride in their resort. the rooms are clean, the maid changed our towels every morning and made our bed, in the evening another maid would bring more fresh towels and turn down our bed, now that is being spoiled in my book..

Grand centre de villégiature

Même si le complexe est grand, il est très facile et confortable de s'y déplacer grâce à ses terrains magnifiquement entretenus et à son agencement bien pensé. Les personnes valides peuvent se rendre n'importe où (restaurants, piscines, plage, etc.) en moins de 10 minutes. Le complexe propose un service régulier de tramway vers tous les quartiers. Le personnel est sympathique et à l'écoute. La grande variété de nourriture était abondante et de bon goût. Le seul conseil que j'ai à donner à la [... lire plus] direction de l'hôtel est qu'elle devrait être plus généreuse dans ses actions au lieu de se contenter de dire qu'elle respecte et reconnaît la fidélité des clients réguliers.

Great resort Even though the resort is big because of its beautifully kept grounds and well thought out layout it is very easy and comfortable to get around. For those able bodied, the walk anywhere (restaurants, pools, beach etc.) is within a 10 minute distance. The resort does offer regular tram service to every area. The people working there are friendly and responsive. The big variety of food was plentiful and tasteful. The only advise that I have for the resort management is, that they should be more generous with their actions instead of just paying lip service to the fact that they respect and acknowledge loyalty from repeat customers.

Reste le premier choix

J'ai fait un grand nombre de ces "vacances au soleil bon marché et joyeuses" dans toute la Caraïbe et Bahia est mon premier choix. Le site est magnifique, la nourriture est très bonne et la plage est spectaculaire. Les chambres sont fraîches, grandes et propres. Tout le monde n'apprécie pas forcément la taille des chambres, mais moi, je l'apprécie : elles sont vastes. Ma seule plainte est la même cette fois-ci que la précédente : certains membres masculins de l'équipage prennent vraiment des lib [... lire plus]ertés. Je ne pense pas qu'il soit approprié de se faire draguer par le personnel. Est-ce culturel ? Si un barman d'Insert Large North American City me regardait de haut en me lorgnant, je lui rirais au nez et j'en parlerais à la direction. Sinon, vous en aurez pour votre argent !

remains top choice I've done a pantload of these, what I refer to as "cheap and cheerful sun vacations" all over the carribe and Bahia is my top choice. The grounds are beautiful, the food is pretty darn good, and the beach is spectacular. The rooms are, fresh, large and clean. Not everyone might appreciate the size but I personally enjoy it-it is vast. My only complaint is the same this time as last--some male crew really take liberties. I don't think it's appropriate to be catcalled by staff. Is it cultural? If a bartender in Insert Large North American City fully assesed me with a leering eye I'd laugh in his face and take it up with management. Otherwise great bang for your buck!!

La section Ambar Green est très bien entretenue et le personnel est efficace. La nourriture est exceptionnellement bonne. Le buffet était toujours excellent ! Don Pablos Ala Carte était un favori. Beaucoup de gens ont aimé le steak house brésilien, mais pas très bien pour moi. J'avais un problème aux ischio-jambiers et il fallait prendre un tramway pour aller trop loin, par exemple la plage est probablement à 800 mètres du bâtiment 85. Les trolleybus sont réguliers, ce n'est donc pas un gros  [... lire plus]problème. Ils adaptent les divertissements en fonction de la section dans laquelle vous vous trouvez. Je dirais que la section Green est la plus calme. Je n'ai pas pu jouer beaucoup avec ma jambe boiteuse, sinon j'aurais chassé des choses comme le volley-ball de piscine, qui n'est pas joué dans Green, mais j'ai vu des filets dans les sections Bavaro et Esmerelda. La plage est super, ....we avait séjourné au RIU à côté il y a quelques années et savait que c'était bien. La qualité est excellente dans la section Green réservée aux adultes, mais je pourrais essayer une autre section si je me sentais plus énergique.

Well Run Resort The Ambar Green section is very well maintained and the staff are efficient. Food was exceptionally good. Buffet was always great! Don Pablos Ala Carte was a fav..Many folks loved Brazilian steak house but not great for me. I had a hamstring issue so Trolly was needed to get too far e.g. beach is likely 800 meters away from building 85. Trollys are regular so not a big deal.It is a sprawling resort with many sections. They adjust entertainments depending on section you are in. I would say Green is quietest. I couldn't play much with gimpy leg or I typically would have hunted things like pool volleyball, which is not played in Green, but saw nets in the Bavaro.and esmerelda sections. Beach is great, ....we had stayed at the RIU next door a few years ago and new it was good. Great quality in the Green Adult only section, though I may try another area if I was feeling more energetic.

De superbes vacances dans un excellent centre de villégiature.

J'ai lu certaines des autres critiques et je suis d'accord, ce n'est pas parfait, il est possible de trouver des défauts à beaucoup de choses si vous cherchez bien, mais nous allons dans ces stations tout compris pour nous détendre, nous ressourcer et profiter, pas pour nous plaindre. Dans l'ensemble, je n'ai rien à redire sur ce complexe. Le personnel était très amical et accommodant, la nourriture était très bonne et la plage était magnifique.

Great holiday at a great resort. I have read some of the other reviews and I agree, it is not perfect, it is possible to find faults with a lot of things if you look hard enough, but we go to these all inclusive resorts to relax, recharge and enjoy, not complain. All in all, I have no complaints about this resort. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the food was very good, and the beach was amazing.

Toutes les installations sont parfaites, la piscine était parfaite, le service en chambre et en salle était excellent, il n'y avait pas grand chose sur la plage car tout était pour le club privilège, les divertissements étaient vraiment excellents, la nourriture était bonne mais les fruits n'étaient pas si bons et frais et la mauvaise partie était le vol pour rentrer au Canada oh mon Dieu c'était affreux

Amazing resort All the facility are perfect, the pool was perfect ,room and rom service was great just there wasn’t great by the beach cus all was for privilege club , entertainment was really great , food was good but fruit wasn’t that great and fresh and bad part was the flight to get back to Canada oh my God was awful

De superbes vacances !

cet hôtel était magnifique dans tous les domaines, le seul commentaire sur la chambre est qu'elle avait besoin d'une petite mise à jour et j'aurais aimé avoir des émissions en anglais sur la télévision pour être en mesure de se détendre avant de sortir pour le dîner. Le personnel de l'hôtel est exceptionnel ! Nous avons été pris en charge, ce qui a rendu nos vacances relaxantes et extrêmement agréables.

great vacation ! this hotel was beautiful in all areas , the only comment about the room is that it needed a little updating and I would have liked to have English shows on the TV to be able to relax before going out for supper . The people working at the resort were outstanding ! We were catered to which made our vacation relaxing and extremely enjoyable .

Excellent centre de villégiature !

Le voyage a été une expérience formidable pour mon ami et moi. Quand ils ont dit "tout compris", ils le pensaient vraiment et ont fourni un excellent service. J'ai apprécié l'amabilité du personnel et l'aide apportée aux personnes qui découvrent le centre de villégiature. De l'organisation des excursions à l'obtention des cartes d'embarquement, nous avons trouvé le personnel très efficace, professionnel et amical. Nous avons passé un moment très relaxant. Great resort! The trip was a great experience for my friend and I. When they said “all inclusive” they really meant it and provided excellent service. I appreciated the friendliness of staff and the helpfulness with people who are new to the experience at the resort. From planning tours to the process for obtaining boarding passes we found the staff to be very efficient and professional as well as friendly. We had a very relaxing time. Just a wonderful time! Thanks for the great time.

Excellente station

Le terrain était impeccable, de même que les salles de bains dans la section de luxe. Les buffets étaient abondants avec de nombreux choix et sélections. Le personnel était très agréable et accueillant. Il y avait un grand choix de divertissements chaque soir.

Excellent resort The grounds were immaculate as well as the bathrooms in the luxury section. The buffets were plentiful with many choices and selections. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. There was a great selection of entertainment each night.

Des vacances étonnantes

Merveilleuses vacances, le complexe offre tant de choses, la nourriture est excellente dans le buffet et les restaurants individuels. Les chambres sont attrayantes et spacieuses, les salles de bains sont dotées d'une baignoire jacuzzi et d'une douche indépendante. Le service est exceptionnel dans tous les domaines, le transport dans le complexe ne pourrait pas être plus facile. La piscine dispose de nombreuses chaises longues et d'une bonne animation. L'animation en soirée est vraiment bonne e [... lire plus]t pas trop tardive. L'équipe d'animation fait tout son possible pour inclure tout le monde et rendre l'endroit agréable. Amazing Holiday Wonderful holiday, the resort offers so much, the food is excellent in the buffet and the individual restaurants. The rooms attractive with plenty of space, bathrooms great jacuzzi bath as well as a full independent shower. The service outstanding in every department, transport around the resort could not be easier. Pool area has plenty of loungers and good entertainment. The evening entertainment is really good and not to late. The entertainment crew go out of their way to include everyone and make it a happy place. We would definitely visit this hotel again. Thank you to Maria for always booking us in a great resort.

Premier voyage !

Mon copain et moi avons vraiment apprécié notre premier voyage, la chambre était belle et propre, le personnel était super sympa. La plage était belle et propre. La seule chose était la nourriture, nous n'étions pas très fan, et il y a un chantier de construction à côté de notre station / où notre chambre était, mais nous n'étions même pas dans notre chambre, donc il n'a pas dérangé. Mais dans l'ensemble, nous avons adoré et nous avons fait un tas d'excursions !

First trip!! Me and my boyfriend really did enjoy our first ever trip, the room was nice and clean, staff were super friendly. Beach was nice and clean. Only thing was the food we weren’t much of a fan, and there is a construction site beside our resort/ where are room was, but we werent even in our room so it didn’t bother us. But overall we loved it and did a bunch of excursions!

Les chambres et le terrain étaient magnifiques et propres et la nourriture était exceptionnelle. Le personnel était amical, serviable et poli. La plage était comme d'habitude propre. Nous n'aurions pas pu rêver d'un meilleur séjour et nous avons déjà envisagé d'y retourner.

A great resort!! The rooms and the grounds were beautiful and clean and the food was exceptional. The staff was friendly, helpful and polite. The beach was as usual clean. We could not of asked for a better time and have already discussed going back.

Station agréable mais avec des problèmes.

L'hôtel est relié à d'autres hôtels dans un grand complexe et il y a donc beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire, avec des spectacles réguliers en soirée dans le théâtre principal et des événements plus petits dans chaque hôtel. Le terrain est bien entretenu et le service de nettoyage est bon. La nourriture était bonne. La réception et les autres services doivent être améliorés. A l'arrivée, personne n'était disponible pour nous enregistrer. Une fois enregistrés, nous avons dû être déplacés à caus [... lire plus]e du bruit constant à l'extérieur de la suite et d'une douche qui n'avait que de l'eau chaude. Comme il n'y avait qu'une seule autre suite disponible, plus petite et en mauvais état, nous avons fini par accepter une offre d'emménagement dans leur complexe jumeau Esmeralda. Bien que plus proche de la plage, Esmeralda était un hôtel de qualité inférieure, ce qui était évident dans la qualité et le choix des plats du buffet. Il y a également eu des problèmes répétés avec les cartes-clés qui ne fonctionnaient pas, ce qui nous a empêchés d'utiliser le coffre-fort de la chambre et d'accéder à nos chambres. Finalement, le problème a été résolu mais il a fallu 4 tentatives et beaucoup de temps perdu. Pour le prix, l'hôtel était correct mais nous avons été déçus par tous ces problèmes.

Nice resort but has issues. Hotel is connected with sister resorts in a large complex and as a result there is a lot to see and do with larger regular evening shows at the main theatre and smaller events within each hotel. Grounds well kept and maid service good. Food was fine. Front desk and other services need improvement. Upon arrival no one was available to check us in. Then once checked in had to be moved due to constant noise outside of suite and a shower that only had hot water. As only one other suite was available which was smaller and in bad condition, ended up taking an offer to move into their sister resort Esmeralda. Although closer to the beach, Esmeralda was a lower grade hotel and this was evident in the buffet food quality and selection. There were also repeated issues with the key cards not working so had issues using the in-room safe and accessing our rooms. Finally had the issue fixed but took 4 attempts and a lot of wasted time. For the price the resort was okay but disappointed with all the issues.

Problèmes de chambre - plutôt 4 étoiles

Le terrain était magnifique et bien entretenu. Il y avait toujours des employés pour entretenir les jardins. Il n'y avait pas d'ordures sur le site et la plage était propre. La plage est surpeuplée et les vagues de la mi-janvier sont fortes. La plage est publique, vous serez donc harcelé à plusieurs reprises pour acheter des choses (cigares, souvenirs, etc.). Nous avons séjourné à Ambar Green, chambre 71106 juste à côté du buffet. L'air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas bien et laissait échappe [... lire plus]r de l'eau au plafond. J'ai fini par glisser sur l'eau qui s'écoulait sur le sol. Nous avons appelé 4 fois pour que le problème soit réglé. À cause des dégâts des eaux, la chambre sent fortement la moisissure et nous avons dormi dans des draps mouillés et nos vêtements étaient humides. Nous avons finalement été transférés dans la partie la plus récente du complexe qui a été rénovée par ambar green pool lors de notre cinquième nuit. Notre nouvelle chambre était la 80109 qui s'est avérée être une belle chambre, sans moisissures et avec un air glacial. Cependant, il est arrivé que de l'eau commence à tomber à travers la lumière du plafond, juste en dessous du climatiseur. Surpris ? Non. Cela ne valait même pas la peine de changer de chambre à nouveau puisque c'était notre dernier jour maintenant. Sur une bonne note, les femmes de chambre ont fait un travail merveilleux, cependant, nous avons bien laissé des pourboires. Le service du buffet était incroyable. C'était comme s'ils vous regardaient poser votre verre vide et qu'ils étaient là pour vous servir une nouvelle boisson. La nourriture était correcte mais j'ai trouvé que la nourriture du Bahia Principe à Puerto Plata était bien meilleure et c'était un 4 étoiles. J'ai vécu de la papaye qui était incroyable et de l'ananas qui était si doux. Il y avait une odeur d'égout dégueulasse qui se dégageait des canalisations et des toilettes dans tout l'hôtel, ce qui n'est pas très agréable. Personnellement, j'ai trouvé le complexe trop grand. Il semblait que nous devions prendre un taxi (voiturette de golf) partout où nous allions dans le complexe (plage, piscine, restaurants). J'ai trouvé la plage trop fréquentée. Le buffet à l'ambar blu, le personnel était impoli et le service était horrible. J'ai essayé le restaurant italien à la carte, rien de spécial. Même chose pour les Caraïbes. Mais encore une fois, je n'étais pas un grand fan de la nourriture. Lorsque le personnel vous met en garde contre leur tireuse d'île mama huana, croyez-le. Ne prenez pas trop de ces shots. Il y a de quoi s'évanouir haha ! On dirait que tous les barmans essaient de rendre les clients ivres parce qu'ils versent beaucoup d'alcool dans les boissons, ce qui peut être bon ou mauvais.... Dans l'ensemble, je donnerais à cet endroit un bon 4 étoiles. J'ai passé un bon moment mais je ne reviendrais pas.

Room issues - more like 4 star Grounds were beautiful and well kept. There were always workers maintaining the gardens. No garbage on resort and beach was kept clean. Beach is over crowded and mid January waves are rough. Beach is public so you WILL be harassed multiple times to buy things (cigars, souvenirs etc). We stayed at Ambar Green, room 71106 right beside buffet. Air conditioning didn’t work well and leaked water down ceiling. I ended up slipping on water that dripped onto the floor. We called 4 times to have the problem fixed. Because of the water damage, the room smells strongly of Mold and we slept in wet sheets and our clothes felt damp. We were finally moved to the newer part of the resort that was renovated by ambar green pool on our fifth night. Our new room was 80109 which turned out to be a beautiful room, Mold free, and icy cold air. However, water happened to start water falling through the light in the ceiling right below the air conditioner. Surprised? No. It wasn’t even worth it to move rooms again as it was our last day now. On a good note, the maids did a wonderful job, however, we did tip well. The buffet service was incredible. It was like they watched you put your empty glass down and they were right there pouring you a new drink. The food was alright but I thought the food in the Bahia principe in Puerto Plata was much better and that was a 4star. I lived off the papaya which was incredible and the pineapple was so sweet. There was a gross sewage smell coming through the drains and toilets throughout the hotel which is unappealing. I personally found the resort to be too big. It seemed we had to take a taxi ride (golf cart ride) everywhere we went in the resort (beach, pool, restaurants). I found the beach to be overly crowded. The buffet at ambar blu, staff was rude and service was awful. Tried Italian a la carte, nothing special. Caribbean same thing. But again, I wasn’t a big fan of the food. When the staff warns you about their island shooter mama huana, believe them. Don’t do too many of those shots. They are blackout material haha! Seems like all the bartenders try to get the guests wasted because they pour a lot of booze in the drinks which can be good or bad.... All in all, I’d give this a fair 4star. Had a good time but wouldn’t return.

ÉNORME RESORT - avec du potentiel... mais pas tout à fait

Cet hôtel est une section réservée aux adultes dans un énorme complexe qui compte plus de 10 000 personnes ! Ils disent que c'est du luxe 5 étoiles, mais malheureusement ils manquent la cible sur pas mal de choses... Nous avons passé un bon moment, mais nous ne reviendrions que si nous trouvions une affaire remarquable. La construction est réelle - et horrible si vous avez une chambre de ce côté, je ne sais pas comment ils peuvent même essayer de mettre des gens là. Notre majordome, JILSIAS,  [... lire plus]a été INCROYABLE ! Il nous a aidés à changer de chambre et c'était une personne adorable avec qui discuter. La plupart du personnel ne parle pas l'anglais de base, alors préparez-vous avec quelques mots d'espagnol de base pour vous aider à répondre à vos demandes. La nourriture était variable, nous avons dîné au rodizio et nous avons passé un moment extraordinaire, nous avons décidé d'y retourner, et la fois suivante nous sommes sortis à mi-chemin. Dans le hall d'entrée, RosaMaria était également incroyable, mais tous les autres semblaient malheureux. La plage est très fréquentée, même dans la section Ambar - nous y sommes allés une fois et sommes repartis au déjeuner car c'était trop fou pour nous... mais l'eau et le sable étaient magnifiques !

HUGE RESORT - with potential... but not quite there This hotel is an adult only section in a HUGE complex that has over 10,000 people! They call it 5 star luxury, but unfortunately missing the mark on quite a few things..we had a great time, however would only return if found a remarkable deal. The construction is real - and horrible if you have a room in that side, not sure how they can even try to put people there. Our butler JILSIAS - was AMAZING! Helped us move rooms and just a lovely person to chat with. Most staff cannot speak basic English so prepare with some basic Spanish words to help with any of your requests. Food was hit and miss, we dined at rodizio and had the most amazing time we decided to go back, and the next time we walked out half way through. In the lobby RosaMaria was also amazing - however everyone else seemed miserable. Beach is crazy crazy busy, even in the Ambar section - we went once and left at lunch as it was just too crazy for us... however the water and sand were beautiful!
