L'hôtel était agréable. Manque de personnel. Un peu sale. La nourriture était excellente au buffet mais cela ne valait pas la peine d'attendre les restaurants pour manger. Mes enfants ont adoré la piscine. Très loin de la ville et la plage de Tulum était couverte d'algues.

Nice resort Hotel was nice. Under staffed . A bit dirty . Food was excellent at buffet but not worth waiting for restaurants to eat . My Kids loved the pool too . Very far from city and Tulum beach was covered with seewe.

Quelques serveurs étaient sympathiques. Beaucoup d'algues sur la plage quand nous sommes arrivés. Ils utilisent des gobelets en plastique pour l'alcool et pourtant ils ont interdit les pailles en plastique. Ils vous poussent à acheter un club privilégié. J'ai trouvé des cafards dans la chambre et des fuites au plafond. La chambre sent la cuvette des toilettes. La nourriture est salée. Noix de coco gratuites !

Average Few waiters were friendly. Lots of seaweeds in the beach when we came. They use plastic cups for alcohol and yet they banned plastic straw. They pressure you to buy privileged club. Found cockroach in the room and leaking from the ceiling. Room smells like toilet bowl. Food is salty. Free coconuts!

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Le centre de villégiature a été très apprécié !

Tout dans ce centre de villégiature était exceptionnel ! La seule plainte pour la semaine concernerait le temps, à part cela, le centre de villégiature était extraordinaire. Je reviendrais absolument ! Je conseillerais à tous ceux qui prévoient de séjourner dans cet hôtel de réserver à l'avance les restaurants à la carte en envoyant un courriel à l'hôtel. Cela permet de s'assurer que l'on peut essayer les restaurants disponibles. Je recommanderais les restaurants Gourmet et brésilien de l'hôt [... lire plus]el Akumal.

Loved the resort! Everything about this resort was outstanding! The only complaint for the week would just be regarding the weather, other than that, the resort was amazing. Would absolutely return! I would advise anyone planning on staying to book their A la carte restaurants ahead of time by emailing the hotel. This ensures you will be able to try the restaurants available. I would recommend the Gourmet and Brazilian restaurants on the Akumal resort.

Dans l'ensemble, c'était un très beau complexe. Les chambres étaient propres et très spacieuses et le personnel de maison était sympathique. La nourriture était moyenne, je suggère de réserver des restaurants à la carte et vous pouvez en réserver autant que vous voulez d'après ce que j'ai compris. L'italien n'était pas très bon à mon avis. La plage était proche mais le bar de la plage était lent et manquait de personnel. Si vous donniez un pourboire à chaque fois, ils étaient souriants et amicaux, si vous ne le faisiez pas, ils étaient impolis et lents. Le personnel du hall d'entrée était merveilleux.

Large resort Overall it was a very nice resort. Rooms were clean and very spacious and house keeping was friendly. Food was average, I suggest booking la carte restaurants and you can book as many as you want from my understanding. The Italian was not that great in my option. Beach was close but bar on beach was slow and understaffed. Overall I found the bartenders had very bad customer service. If you tipped everytime they had smiles and friendly, if you did t well rude and slow. Lobby staff I found wonderful.

Le resort était propre et confortable, la plage était pleine d'herbes et nous ne pouvions pas nous y baigner, la nourriture était excellente et il y avait des variétés mais le service au buffet n'était pas bon, c'était très lent et le gros problème était que le personnel ne parlait ni anglais ni français

Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an - a Gem in the Mayan Riviera From the welcoming Reception to the scrumptious buffet , this was a vacation destination that left us feeling pampered and relaxed. Every little thing was anticipated and catered for. The jungle setting came complete with the lazy iguana and curious coati walking across the paths. Exotic, or as the Mayan would say, Xotic! The grounds were cared for with pride; the staff extremely courteous and friendly; the entertainment filled with enthusiasm and crowd participation. A perfect home away from home.

Notre chambre était agréable, spacieuse et propre. La nourriture est globalement correcte. La plupart des plats sont salés. Le service au buffet était mauvais. Il leur fallait 5 à 10 minutes pour vous servir un verre d'eau. Parfois, nous devions leur rappeler. Il s'agit d'un immense complexe hôtelier (le Grand Bahia lui-même) et vous pouvez vous perdre si vous ne faites pas attention. La plage est à 10-15 minutes de marche de Turquesa. La plage était très décevante, il y avait beaucoup d'algues  [... lire plus]sur le rivage et dans l'eau. Nous n'avons pas pu nous baigner beaucoup à cause de cela. Nous sommes restés dans la piscine la plupart du temps, mais nous avons quand même essayé de nous allonger et de faire des siestes sur la plage, sous les huttes. Si vous voulez faire une excursion, cherchez IGNACIO dans le hall, il est sympa et nous a fait faire de bonnes affaires. L'île de SAONA est à voir absolument, même si j'ai eu le mal de mer tout le temps, l'endroit est vraiment magnifique. Nous avons aussi fait les buggys mais j'aurais aimé qu'il y ait plus d'obstacles sur le chemin.

Its was okey. Our room was nice and spacious and clean. Food overall is okey. Most of their dishes were salty. Service in the buffet was bad. It took them 5-10 mins just to serve you a glass of water. Sometimes we had to remind them again. Its a huge resort (grand bahia it self) you can get lost if you dont pay attention. Beach is 10-15 minute walk from turquesa. Beach was very disappointing theres alot of seaweeds in the shore and in the water. We didnt get to swim in the beach alot because of it. Stayed in the pool most of the time but still tried to lay down and take naps by the beach under the huts. Look for IGNACIO in the lobby if you want to do an excursion he's nice and got us some good deals. SAONA ISLAND is a must to see although i was seasick the whole time the place is really beautiful. We also did the buggies i just wish there were more obstacles in the way.

Le complexe était trop grand et le personnel insuffisant. La plage et l'eau n'étaient pas propres. Je n'y retournerai pas. La plage sentait l'essence. Le personnel était tellement paresseux. Il y avait une blatte morte dans notre salle de bain. Ce n'est pas bon.

Ok resort The resort was too big and not enough staff. The beach and water was not clean. I won't go back there. The beach smelled like gasoline. The staff were so lazy. There was a dead cockroch in our batheroom. No good.

Le personnel est très sympathique et arrangeant. Très propre, aime les fêtes de la plage. Certains travaux de construction se produisent, mais il n'a’t eu un impact sur mes vacances. J'aime la variété de la nourriture. Les bars du hall d'entrée ferment trop tôt. Devrait avoirvyobhobyobla discothèque pour les boissons après 11h00

Nice resort The staff very friendly and accommodating. Very clean, love the beach parties. Some construction happen but it didn’t have any impact on my vacation. I love the variety of food. Lobby bars close to early. Should havevyobhobyobthe disco for drinks after 11:00

L'atmosphère était excellente, la nourriture était super bonne et il y avait beaucoup de choix. Il y a plusieurs piscines, ce qui est idéal si vous voulez changer d'air ! Les installations sont vraiment grandes et magnifiques ! Je recommanderais totalement ce centre de villégiature pour tous les âges :)

Fantastic resort! The atmosphere was great, the food was super good with many choices. Multiple pools which is great if you want to switch things up! The facility is really big and beautiful! Would totally recommand this resort for any age:)

Je vais essayer d'être bref. Notre séjour global 6;13-6;20/2018 a été une expérience merveilleuse. Juste parce que quelques problèmes que nous avons eus, je vais quand même laisser une critique positive. Le seul problème était : notre chambre 32607 était très bien située, nous avions une climatisation agréable et fraîche la première nuit, elle a cessé de refroidir le 2e jour et pendant 3 jours / nuit, nous n'avions pas d'a/c, il a fallu jusqu'à samedi et 3 rapports différents jusqu'à ce qu'un  [... lire plus]représentant à la réception Premier prenne des mesures et que le problème soit résolu. Si nous devions retourner dans un autre hôtel et que le même problème se produisait, je serais plus agressif dès le départ et je leur demanderais de régler le problème. L'autre chose qui m'a vraiment dérangé est le concierge, nous avons été approchés le premier jour et avant que notre chambre ne soit prête par un concierge, il a dit que le resort voulait nous donner une présentation de bienvenue avec un certificat cadeau de 70,00 $, il était si gentil et poli, j'ai accepté et pris rendez-vous pour le 3ième jour pendant le petit déjeuner. Sur le carton d'invitation, on pouvait lire : heure, 1h pour la durée de cette présentation de bienvenue. J'ai vite compris qu'il ne s'agissait pas d'une présentation de bienvenue mais d'une présentation sur la multipropriété, j'étais très déçu et je voulais partir, ma femme m'a convaincu de l'écouter afin d'être respectueux, la présentation a duré 2 heures, alors j'ai fini par lui dire respectueusement de se taire, nous ne sommes pas du tout intéressés par la multipropriété, nous sommes juste venus pour nous amuser et ne pas subir de pression pour participer à un engagement à long terme. Il a signé le formulaire de décharge et nous sommes partis. Ce sera une grande leçon pour l'avenir, je vais leur dire dès le début que nous ne sommes pas intéressés et de nous laisser en paix. Si le centre de villégiature veut améliorer sa capacité à attirer des touristes, il doit se débarrasser complètement de tous les représentants en timeshare et de toutes les promotions. J'ai parlé à d'autres personnes à ce sujet et chacun d'entre eux, absolument détestent être approchés par ces représentants de multipropriété. En ce qui concerne la nourriture, la qualité et le service, c'était incroyable. Nous n'avons pas pu visiter tous les restaurants à la carte, mais ceux que nous avons eu le privilège de manger étaient absolument extraordinaires. J'aimerais en citer quelques-uns : Samuel à Mashua était si professionnel et poli, la nourriture était la meilleure. Antonio à La Tequila était un autre jeune qui avait le plaisir de servir et de faire en sorte que vous vous sentiez les bienvenus, la nourriture était également incroyable. Ana, au Buffet de Cozumel, était une femme très humble et douce dans son service. Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour en valait la peine et je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner. Je recommande vivement le Grand Bahá Principe Coba.

Beautiful resort I’ll try to be brief. Our overall stay 6;13-6;20/2018 was a wonderful experience. Just because a few issues we had, I will still leave a positive review. The one issue was: our room 32607 was in a great location, we had nice cool air conditioning the first night, it stopped cooling the 2nd day and for 3 days/night we had no a/c, it took until Saturday and 3 different reports until one rep. at Premier reception took action and the problem was fixed. No issues after that, should we ever go back to any resort and the same problem would arise, I would be more aggressive right from the get-go and have them fix the problem. The other thing that really bothered me was the concierge, we were approached the first day and before our room was ready by a concierge, he said the resort wanted to give us a welcome presentation with a $70.00 gift certificate, he was so nice and polite, I accepted and made the appointment to be the 3th day during breakfast. On the invitation card was: time, 1hr for the duration of this welcome presentation. I realized soon this was not a welcome presentation but a timeshare presentation, I was very disappointed and wanted to leave, my wife convinced me to hear him out in order to be respectful, the presentation lasted 2 hrs, so finally just told him respectfully to rap it up, we’re not interested one bit in timeshare, we just came to have fun and not pressured to join in a long lasting commitment. He signed the release form and we were out the door. This will be a huge lesson for the future, I’ll tell them right from the beginning we’re not interested and to leave us in peace. If the resort wants to improve in bringing in tourist, this one thing they should do, completely get rid of all timeshare representatives and promotions. I talked to other people about this and every single one of them, absolutely hate to be approached by these timeshare reps. As far as food, the quality and the service, it was amazing. We were not able to visit all À la cart restaurants but the ones we had the privilege to eat and dine, were absolutely amazing. I would like to mention a few of them: Samuel at Mashua was so professional and polite, the food was the best. Antonio at La Tequila was another young individual who had pleasure in serving and making you feel welcome, the food also amazing. Ana at Cozumel Buffet was a very humble and sweet lady in serving. Overall, our stay was well worth it and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back, I highly recommend Grand Bahía Principe Coba.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Neat Room and Restaurants, OK Food and Service

La chambre est très propre et le personnel change de lit tous les jours. Le service de chambre est excellent. Il y a de nombreux restaurants, l'espace est lumineux et soigné. La nourriture est variée mais la qualité est juste correcte. Rouleaux de sushi - le riz n'est pas bien cuit. Cuisine brésilienne - la viande bbq est trop sèche. Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'options pour les boissons non alcoolisées. Seulement du jus d'orange et d'ananas. On peut préparer du jus de pastèque ou de mangue frais.

The room is very clean and the room staff change bed every day. Room service is excellent. There are many restaurants, space is bright and neat. Food is various but the quality is just okay. Sushi rolls-rice are not well cooked. Brazil cuisine- bbq meat is too dry. There are not too many options for non-alcohol drinks. Only orange and pineapple juice. Can make some fresh watermelon, or mango juice.

Tout est parfait !!! Je le recommande à tous mes amis à 100 %. Je reviendrai pour les prochaines vacances l'année prochaine. Propreté de l'endroit, beau spectacle, fête sur la plage si agréable, groupe d'animation le meilleur, nourriture savoureuse, plage propre, excursion intéressante au parc d'Haïti et à l'île de Levantado.

C'est un très beau complexe hôtelier. Partout où nous sommes allés, tout le monde travaillait dur et souriait, des jardiniers aux serveurs en passant par les barmans. Le concierge a appelé au moins trois fois pour s'assurer que tout allait bien. La nourriture était absolument incroyable, il y avait tellement de choix et elle était toujours chaude et fraîche. La propreté des salles de bains, le remplissage du mini-frigo et le majordome qui a allumé notre chauffe-senteur tous les soirs dans la cha [... lire plus]mbre. Tous les matins, les employés étaient à la plage pour nettoyer les algues. Je n'ai absolument aucune plainte à formuler, si ce n'est qu'il a plu à verse pendant 5 des 7 jours que nous avons passés sur place......... a adoré le service de navette ! J'y retournerais sans aucun doute !

A truly amazing resort! What an absolute beautiful resort. Everywhere we went on the resort everyone was working hard and smiling from the gardeners to the servers to the bartenders. The concierge called at least 3 times to make sure everything was good. The food was absolutely amazing, so many choices and always hot and fresh. From the clean bathrooms to the refilling of the mini fridge to the butler lighting up our scent warmer every night in the room. Every morning the workers were at the beach cleaning up the seaweed. I have absolutely no complaints except it poured rain for 5 out of the 7 days we were there......... loved the shuttle service! I would definitely go again!!

Super Resort ! mes 2 seules plaintes sont, 1- le service d'enregistrement cauchemardesque qui a été rapidement résolu et 2- les montagnes d'algues sur la plage rocailleuse. Le personnel est sympathique, le terrain bien entretenu, les chambres propres, la nourriture abondante et variée. Les spectacles sont typiques d'un hôtel tout compris. Dans l'ensemble, je retournerais dans ce complexe. L'hôtel de luxe dépasse les complexes de Coba et de Tulum situés sur le même terrain. Cela vaut la peine de [... lire plus] payer plus cher pour l'hôtel de luxe que pour les deux autres.

Lovely Resort Great Resort! my only 2 complaint's are, 1- the nightmare check-in service which was quickly resolved and 2- the mountains of seaweed on the rocky beach. Staff is nice, grounds well groomed, rooms clean, food plentiful and varied. Shows are typical all inclusive talent. All in all I would go to this resort again. The Luxury Hotel exceeds Coba and Tulum resorts on the same grounds. Its worth paying extra for the Luxury than the other 2.

Cayo Levantado Resort: grand centre de villégiature

Superbes chambres avec beaucoup d'espace et un grand balcon. Excellente nourriture avec beaucoup d'options. Des gens formidables, qui travaillent ici. Je les aime tous. Eau un peu agitée, surtout sur le côté gauche de la plage. Je ne pouvais même pas imaginer y voir des enfants en bas âge car maintenant la station n'est plus réservée aux adultes. Superbe espace avec beaucoup de place pour se promener. Je suggérerais d'ajouter peut-être un piano bar ou quelque chose d'autre comme ça pour avo [... lire plus]ir plus d'options pour les clients à faire pendant la soirée.

great resort Great rooms with a lot of space with a huge balcony. Great food with a lot of options. Great people, who working there. Love all of them. A bit rough water, especially on the left side of the beach. Could not even imagine to see small kids there as now the resort is not adults only. Amazing huge area with a lot of place to walk around. I would suggest to add may be a piano bar or something else like that to have more options for clients to do during evening time.

l'hôtel était incroyable, les services étaient fantastiques, il y avait tant à faire pour les enfants, le parc aquatique était très amusant ! la nourriture était excellente, personne n'a été malade. il y a toujours beaucoup de choix. les restaurants étaient excellents, mais mon préféré était le japonais. allez-y sans hésiter si vous le pouvez ! mon seul reproche, et il n'est pas très important, c'est qu'il y avait des tonnes d'algues ! il se passe quelque chose dans l'océan en ce moment, alor [... lire plus]s c'est malheureux de devoir faire avec dans l'eau. à part ça, la plage était magnifique de toute façon ! j'y retournerai dans les années à venir, c'est certain !

amazing trip! hotel was amazing, services were fantastic, so much to do for the kids, water park was so much fun! food was great, nobody got sick. always so much choice. restaurants were great, but my fave was the Japanese. definitely go there if you can! my only complaint, and its not even a big one, was that there was tons of seaweed! something going on in the ocean right now so unfortunate you have to deal with that in the water. besides that, the beach was beautiful anyway! will be going back for years to come for sure!

En général, nous avons passé des vacances très décentes au Bahia Principe Ambar Green de luxe. Nous n'avons que des impressions positives du personnel et de tous les aspects du séjour, mais un élément de nature "force majeure" a vraiment miné notre évaluation globale positive. Pour beaucoup d'autres, l'océan et la plage ne sont probablement pas la priorité des vacances (nous avons vu tous les jours de nombreux vacanciers allongés au bord de la piscine), mais pour nous, c'est toujours l'un des él [... lire plus]éments les plus importants de la liste. Et pendant notre séjour dans ce complexe, la nature a considérablement gâché les tentatives du personnel du complexe de nous fournir le meilleur service : l'océan et le rivage étaient pleins d'algues et les mesures prises par le personnel du complexe pour le nettoyage étaient vraiment insuffisantes. Il est certain qu'ils doivent se concentrer davantage sur la propreté de la plage et fournir plus de ressources pour nettoyer rapidement le rivage et le faire de nuit et non en plein jour devant les clients. Pendant notre séjour, nous avons dû nous allonger sur les chaises longues en regardant la plage avec le chargeur de roues qui passait d'un bout à l'autre.

Decent resort In general we had a very decent vacation at Luxury Bahia Principe Ambar Green. We have only positive impressions from the staff and all aspects of the stay but one thing of "force majeure" nature really undermined our positive overall assessment. Probably for many others the ocean and the beach are not the priority of vacation (every day we saw many vacationers lying next to the pool) but for us that is always the one of the top items on the list. And during our stay with that resort the mother nature spoiled significantly the attempts of the resort's staff to provide us with the best service: the ocean and shoreline were full of seaweed and the measures taken by resort's staff for cleaning were really insufficient. Certainly they need to focus more on the cleanness of the beach and to provide more resources for prompt shoreline cleaning and to do that in the night but not in the daylight in front of the guests. During our stay we had to lay in the long chairs looking at the beach with the wheel loader running from one end to another.

Mon expérience avec Carol Weber de Trip Central a été excellente. Elle était au top et je l'utiliserais certainement à nouveau pour mes futurs voyages. Le resort : beau terrain, la nourriture était bonne, les piscines étaient belles et le parc aquatique pour les enfants était fantastique. C'est trop grand ! Si vous aimez la plage, ce complexe n'est pas pour vous. Vous devez vous rendre à la plage en voiturette de golf à cause de la distance et une fois que vous y êtes, la plage n'est tout simp [... lire plus]lement pas belle. Les algues sont un problème partout et cela ne me dérange pas car elles font partie de la nature, mais dans ce complexe, il y a tellement d'algues qu'on ne peut pas entrer dans l'eau parce qu'il y a des tracteurs qui les enlèvent à la pelle. Je n'ai jamais vu autant d'algues. On ne voyait même pas l'eau. Nous avons dû marcher une bonne distance juste pour atteindre une zone où nous pouvions nager et c'était extrêmement occupé parce que 4 stations utilisent cette petite zone. Nous avons payé un supplément pour le doré et il’s n'en vaut pas la peine. Nous n'avons jamais reçu de menu pour le room service, ils ne répondent pas au téléphone et quand ils le font, personne ne vient jamais.... dans l'ensemble, je recommande ce complexe si vous aimez rester près d'une piscine et si vous pouvez garantir une chambre près de la piscine et du buffet, sinon vous serez dans un énorme complexe avec pas grand chose à faire ... je n'ai pas eu le temps d'aller à l'aéroport, mais j'ai eu l'occasion d'y faire un tour et d'y faire un tour. J'aime partir pour la plage, la nourriture, les choses à faire et pour profiter du soleil et je ne reviendrai pas ici et je recommande d'autres stations dans la région beaucoup plus.

Good and bad My experience with Carol Weber at trip central was excellent. She was top notch and would definitely use her again for future travel arrangements. The resort : beautiful grounds , food was good , pools were nice and water park for kids was fantastic. It’s too big ! If you love the beach this resort is not for you. You have to travel by golf cart to the beach because of the distance and then once you get there the beach is just not nice. Seaweed is an issue anywhere and I don’t even mind it as it’s part of nature however at this resort they have so much seaweed you can’t get in the water because they have tractors shovelling it out. I’ve never seen so much seeweed. You couldn’t even see the water. We had to walk quite a distance just to get to an area where we could swim and it was extremely busy because 4 resorts use this one small area. We paid extra for the golden and it’s not worth it. We never even got a menu for room service , they don’t answer phones and when then they do no one ever comes ... overall I recommend this resort if you like to stay by a pool and could guarantee a room by the pool and buffet area otherwise you will be on an enormous resort with not much to do ... also they add fertilizer to the sprinklers so most days it smelled like a farm and in that heat it was extremely unpleasant. I love going away for the beach , food , things to do and to soack up the sun and will not be returning here and I recommend other resorts in the area far more.
