Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Séjour exceptionnel !

Un lieu de séjour magnifique. Le terrain, la nourriture et la plage étaient parfaits. Je recommanderai vivement ce complexe à ma famille et à mes amis. Le prix que nous avons payé pour ces vacances équivaudrait à un hôtel 3 1/2 étoiles, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore meilleur. C'est notre deuxième visite dans ce complexe au cours des deux dernières années.

Exceptional Stay! A beautiful place to stay. The grounds, food, and beach were perfect. I will highly recommend this resort to my family & friends. The price we paid for this vacation would equate to a 3 1/2 star resort which made our stay even better. This is our 2nd visit to this resort in the past 2 years.

J'ai récemment passé 6 jours à Coba et je ne peux pas en dire assez de bien. Le personnel est irréel et se met en quatre pour rendre votre séjour inoubliable. Tout est gardé méticuleusement et proprement et les commodités sont plus que suffisantes - des boissons à la nourriture. A++++

Bahia Principe Escape Samana: Certainement mieux que 5 étoiles !!!

C'est un véritable lieu de beauté, l'hôtel est magnifique, suffisamment petit pour être charmant et suffisamment grand pour disposer de toutes les commodités. L'hôtel et le terrain sont parfaitement entretenus, pas une branche ne traîne. Je n'ai jamais séjourné dans un endroit où le personnel est aussi méticuleux, tout est étincelant de propreté, bien entretenu et pourtant vous vous sentez à l'aise en permanence. Il y a trois restaurants et un buffet, et tous sont excellents. Je n'ai jamais  [... lire plus]eu un seul mauvais repas. Les chefs sont formidables, créatifs, avec une présentation et un goût parfaits. Nous avions une chambre supérieure avec balcon, face à l'océan. La chambre était extrêmement grande, le service de ménage était effectué deux fois par jour, une fois en fin de matinée et une fois en début de soirée. Nous n'avons jamais manqué de serviettes, le mini-bar est approvisionné tous les jours et le lit est refait tous les jours. Le service de majordome était excellent, il s'est même occupé de nous trouver une voiture de location. Une chose qui m'a impressionné et qui a rendu notre séjour plus confortable est le menu des oreillers. Nous avons choisi le type d'oreiller et il était sur le lit lorsque nous sommes revenus du dîner. Le personnel était très bien, il s'est occupé de tout pour nous, des réservations pour le dîner au retour de la voiture de location. Le personnel était toujours agréable, aimable et extrêmement poli, toujours sincèrement heureux. Vous avez toujours été très bien traité. Tous les soirs, des divertissements amusants étaient proposés, ce qui permettait de rencontrer les autres clients. Cela a certainement dépassé nos attentes. Malheureusement, on ne vous dit pas que si vous réservez en dehors de la haute saison, les trois restaurants ne sont pas ouverts tous les soirs et que certains soirs, il n'y a que le buffet. Les navettes vers la plage de l'île sont également limitées hors saison. Je recommanderais que cette information sur le changement de disponibilité pendant la basse saison soit expliquée à tous ceux qui envisagent ce séjour. Heureusement, la nourriture est excellente quel que soit l'endroit où vous mangez et si vous voulez aller sur l'île, il y a toujours une navette limitée tous les jours. L'agent de voyage central, Amanda Garlough, a été parfaite, elle nous a trouvé l'endroit idéal pour ces vacances, elle était toujours là pour nous aider ou pour répondre à nos questions rapidement. Dans l'ensemble, ce fut une très bonne expérience !

Definitely better than 5 star!!! This is a true beauty spot, the hotel is beautiful, small enough to be charming and large enough to have all the amenities. The hotel and grounds are perfectly kept, not a branch left lying around. I have never stayed anywhere where the staff are so meticulous, everything is sparkling clean, well groomed and yet you feel comfortable all the time. There are three restaurants and the buffet, and all of them are great. Never had one poor meal. The chef's are great, creative, with perfect presentation and taste. We had a superior balcony room facing the ocean. The room was extremely large, maid service was twice a day, once in the late morning and again in the early evening. Never run out of towels, mini bar is stocked daily and the bed is fresh every day. The butler service was great, even arranged for a rental car for us. One thing that impressed me and made our stay more comfortable was the pillow menu. We chose the type of pillow and it was on the bed when we returned from dinner. The staff was very good, they took care of everything for us from dinner reservations to returning the car rental. The staff was always pleasant, personable and extremely polite, always genuinely happy. You were always treated very good. There was entertainment supplied every night that was fun and gave you a time to socialize with the other guests. This certainly went beyond our expectations. There was only one small problem, when you book you are told there are three restaurants and that you can book as many dinners as you want, unfortunately they do not tell you that if you book a time that is not the height of the season then all three restaurants are not open every night, and on some nights there is only the buffet. The shuttles over to the island beach is also limited in the off season. I would recommend that this information on the change in availability during the off season should be explained to anyone considering this holiday. Luckily, the food is great no matter where you eat and if you want to go to the island, there is still a limited shuttle every day. The trip central agent, Amanda Garlough, was perfect, she found us the perfect spot for this vacation, was always there with help or to answer questions promptly. All around, it has been a very good experience!

Superbe terrain. Nous y sommes allés avec un autre couple et nos enfants. Enderson et Jose au restaurant principal sont géniaux. Le majordome Aritof était super. Je n'ai pas aimé la soirée cuisine chinoise. Les sols autour de la piscine pourraient être moins glissants.

Amazing resort Great grounds. Went with another couple and our kids. it was awesome. Enderson and Jose at main restaurant are awesome. Butler aritof was great. Didn’t like the Chinese food night. Floors around the pool could be less slippery.

Les chambres d'hôtel étaient superbes ! Très propres et bien organisées. La nourriture était incroyable et très bien préparée. Nous avons adoré les animations nocturnes, dans la piscine et autour de l'hôtel ! Le seul problème que nous avons eu était les algues qui couvraient la plage, mais ce n'était absolument pas la faute de l'hôtel ! L'ensemble de l'endroit était incroyable et je réserverai certainement à nouveau !

Great resort!! Hotel rooms were great! Very clean and well organized. Food was incredible and very well made. Loved the entertainment at night, in the pool and around the resort! Only issue we had was the seaweed that covered the beach but definitely not any fault of the resort! The entire place was incredible I will definitely be booking this again!

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons ici et ils ne nous ont pas déçus. Ce complexe est absolument magnifique. La nourriture est excellente. Le personnel est formidable. Il fait en sorte que vous vous sentiez les bienvenus. Mon fils de 7 ans s'est beaucoup amusé au club des enfants en plein air. Nous prévoyons de revenir à la fin de l'année. Nous recommandons vivement ce complexe.

Best resort ever!! This was the second time we went here and they definitely didn't disappoint This resort is absolutely beautiful. The food was great. The staff is amazing. They make you feel very welcome. My 7 year old son had a great time at the outdoor kids club. We are planning to return at the end of the year. We highly recommend this resort.

Cayo Levantado Resort: De superbes vacances

Nous avons voyagé en mai 2018. Tout s'est déroulé sans problème et sans encombre. Le resort est absolument magnifique. Les villas sont entourées de végétation tropicale. Le terrain est bien entretenu. Les chambres sont très grandes et les balcons sont proportionnellement immenses. La plage est plutôt petite mais juste assez. Il y a beaucoup d'ombre naturelle grâce aux arbres sur la plage. Il y a deux grandes piscines pour ceux qui préfèrent passer leur temps au bord de l'eau, et bien qu'il [... lire plus] y ait toujours des clients qui occupent les chaises longues à 6 heures du matin, il y a toujours beaucoup de places disponibles pour les gens "normaux". Le buffet principal est magnifique et comprend 3 sections, une section intérieure (absolument magnifique) et 2 sections extérieures, dont une pour les fumeurs. Tout le monde y trouve son compte. La nourriture est excellente et les desserts sont si bons que vous devez faire un effort pour "contrôler votre consommation". Le service est absolument 5 étoiles. J'ai eu des contacts avec différents membres du personnel et chacun, du groom au directeur, se plie en quatre pour répondre à tous vos besoins et à toutes vos envies. Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'enfants (espérons que leur nombre n'augmentera pas). Dans l'ensemble, c'est un excellent centre de villégiature et de très bonnes vacances

Great vacation We travelled in May 2018. Everything went smooth and trouble free. The resort is absolutely beautiful. The villas are surrounded by tropical vegetation. The grounds are well kept. Rooms are very large and balconies are proportionally huge. The beach is rather small but just enough. There’s a lot of natural shade from the trees on the beach. There are 2 large pools for those who prefer to spend their time poolside, and while there will always be those guests that occupied the sun beds at 6 am , you will still find plenty available for “normal people”. Main buffet is gorgeous and it has 3 section, one indoor (absolutely beautiful) and 2 outdoor sections one for smokers. Which really is accommodating everyone. Food is great and desserts are so good that you have to put an effort in “controlling your intake”. Service is absolutely 5 stars. I interacted with various staff and everyone from the bellboys to managers will bend over backwards to fulfill all your needs and wants. Not too many kids (hopefully their numbers will not increase). Overall great resort, great vacation

Je donnerais 4 étoiles à ce complexe car je m'attendais à mieux d'un complexe 5 étoiles. Ce complexe s'adresse aux enfants et fait vraiment du bon travail. Par exemple, le parc aquatique, les spectacles nocturnes qui étaient tous excellents par rapport à d'autres complexes hôteliers où je suis allée. De plus, si vous vous inscrivez suffisamment tôt, vous pouvez inscrire votre enfant pour qu'il participe au spectacle. Il y avait toujours un menu enfant pour les choix de nourriture, donc les e [... lire plus]nfants n'ont jamais eu faim. Nourriture : le buffet du petit déjeuner, du déjeuner et du dîner était à peu près le même tous les jours. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants à la carte car le Fantasia est combiné avec 5 autres complexes hôteliers Bahia Principe, mais nous n'en avons essayé que 2. Le premier, italien, a été une expérience terrible, notre serveur a été impoli dès le début, les 12 d'entre nous ont fini par se lever quand notre dîner est arrivé parce qu'il nous jetait nos assiettes. La direction nous a vus partir et nous a suivis jusqu'au buffet qui se trouvait à côté. La situation a été réglée et pendant le reste de la semaine, tous les serveurs ont été très attentifs à nous et polis. Par rapport à Cuba, la nourriture est un peu meilleure, mais il y a beaucoup de sel, c'est pourquoi je donne 4 étoiles. La salle de bain était grande aussi mais il n'y avait pas de ventilateur, donc chaque fois que vous preniez un bain ou une douche, toute la salle de bain était embuée, le siphon de la douche était bouché, je l'ai dit à la réception mais je ne sais pas si quelqu'un est venu car il était encore bouché quand nous nous sommes douchés - 4 étoiles Plage - beaucoup de cabanes et de chaises, pas besoin de jouer au jeu de la serviette mais elles étaient si proches les unes des autres qu'on se sentait à l'étroit. Environ 10 minutes de marche jusqu'à la plage. Restaurant sur la plage et serveurs pour prendre les commandes de boissons. Malheureusement plage avait beaucoup d'algues que j'ai entendu que itâ €™s un problème pour quelques années à Punta Cana. Je ne suis donc pas allé dans l'océan car j'ai l'habitude de l'eau claire de la Turquie. Nous avons vu l'un des locaux voler un sac entier sur une chaise et s'enfuir si vite, alors soyez prudents et ne laissez rien dont vous avez besoin. Dans l'ensemble, je donne à la plage 4 étoiles car il y avait suffisamment de chaises pour tout le monde, des serveurs de boissons, un restaurant sur la plage et des toilettes. Aurait été parfait si Mère Nature avait coopéré avec pas d'algues. Service au bar : les boissons étaient bonnes, les mojitos étaient meilleurs qu'à Cuba, le jus de fruit de la passion avec du rhum était le préféré de mon mari et j'adorais le whisky sour. Le service au bar était rapide et on n'a jamais attendu longtemps Toilettes : nombreuses, ce qui est pratique quand on a des enfants, et toujours propres. Divertissements : 20h00, mini-disco pour enfants, 21h00 spectacle théâtral, 22h00 spectacle projeté sur le château qui s'illumine la nuit, 22h15 chant et danse latino en direct 23h00 extinction des feux, littéralement pour éteindre les lumières du hall, les lumières de la fontaine et les lumières du bar principal. Si vous voulez continuer à faire la fête, vous pouvez aller dans les autres stations connectées. Je ne sais pas quelles étaient les activités pendant la journée car nous étions toujours au parc aquatique ou à la piscine. Voulait faire un peu de yoga ou de Zumba mais n'a’t pas vu sur le tableau des activités Wifi - gratuit assez bon pour les Caraïbes

Great resorts for kids I would give this resort a 4 star because I expected more from a 5 star resort. This resort caters to the kids and it does a really great job. For example, the water park, nightly shows which were all great compared to other resorts I have been to. Also, if you sign up early enough you can sign up your child to be in the show. They always had kids menu for food choices so kids never went hungry. Food: the buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner were pretty much the same everyday. There are a lot of a la carte restaurants that you can dine in as the Fantasia is combined with 5 other Bahia principe resorts but we only tried 2 of them. The first one Italian was a terrible experience, our server was rude from the start, all 12 of us ended up getting up when our dinner came because he was throwing our plates at us. Management saw us leave and followed us to the buffet which was next door. Situation was handled then for the rest of the week all the servers were really attentive to us and being polite. Compare to Cuba, food is a step up but really heaving on the salt so I give it a 4 stars. Rooms - clean and big, had 2 double beds and double size clot plus extra room, the bathroom was big too but no fan in there so every time you bathed and showered the whole bathroom steamed up, drain in shower was clogged, told receptionist but not sure if anyone came because it was still clogged when we showered - 4 stars Beach - lots of huts and chairs no need to play the towel game but they were so close together, felt crowded. About 10 minute walk to beach. Restaurant on the beach and also servers to take drink orders. Unfortunately beach had a lot of seaweed which I heard that it’s an issue for a few years in Punta Cana. So I didn’t go into the ocean as I am used to clear turkiose water. We did witness one of the locals stealing a whole bag off a chair and took off so fast so be careful and don’t leave anything that you need. Overall, I give the beach 4 stars as it had enough chairs for everyone, drink servers, restaurant on beach and washrooms. Would have been perfect if Mother Nature cooperated with no seaweed. Bar service: drinks were good, mojhitoes were better than Cuba, passionfruit juice with rum was my husband’s favourite and I was loving the whiskey sour. Bar service was fast and never waited long Washrooms: lots of them which were convenient when you have kids and they were always clean. Entertainment: 8 pm, kids mini disco, 9 pm theatre show, 10 pm a show projected on the castle that lights up at night, 10:15pm live Latin singing and dancing 11pm lights out, literally to turn off lobby lights, fountain lights and main bar lights. If you want to continue partying, you can go to the other resorts connected. Not sure what activities were during the day as we were always at the water park or pool. Wanted to do some yoga or Zumba but didn’t see it on the activity board Wifi - free pretty good for the Caribbean

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Luxe Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an

Ma femme et moi avons passé un excellent anniversaire à Sian Ka'an. Bien que nous soyons assez jeunes et parents d'un enfant en bas âge, le fait de séjourner dans ce complexe tout en ayant accès aux trois autres Bahia de la propriété était parfait. Nous buvions pendant la journée et nous nous amusions dans les bars des autres complexes, puis nous revenions à Sian Ka'an lorsque nous avions besoin de calme et de tranquillité ! Je reviendrais sans aucun doute et je suggérerai également ce co [... lire plus]mplexe à mes amis.

Luxury Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an My wife and I had an excellent anniversary at Sian Ka'an. While we are pretty young, yet parents to a toddler, staying at this resort but having access to the other three Bahia's on the property was perfect. We would drink during the day and hang out at the swim up bars at the other resorts and then come back to Sian Ka'an when we wanted peace and quiet! I would definitely go back and also will be suggesting this resort to friends of mine.

c'était mon deuxième voyage dans ce superbe complexe et j'y retournerai chaque fois que j'en aurai l'occasion, la nourriture était abondante, les gens étaient super gentils, les plages étaient superbes, le temps magnifique, les guides touristiques étaient sympathiques et très serviables, je recommanderais la chaîne Grand Bahia à n'importe qui.

this was my second trip to this awesome resort and I will go every time I have a chance, the food was in abundances, the people were super nice, the beaches were awesome, beautiful weather tour guides were friendly very helpful would recommend the Grand Bahia chain to anyone.

c'était plus que 5 étoiles, génial sur toute la ligne, nous ne savions pas par où commencer, le deuxième jour j'y retournais. lol. les plages, l'eau, les gens magnifiques, le service était un, la nourriture était excellente, trop de choix, les promenades du matin étaient les meilleures. nous reviendrons, c'est certain.

will return it was more that 5 stars, awesome all the way, we do not know where to start ,on the second day I was going back. lol. the beaches, water,beautiful people, the service was a one, the food was excellent , too many choices,the morning walks were the best. we will return for sure.

Ce centre de villégiature était tout à fait excellent. La nourriture et le service étaient excellents. Notre chambre a été nettoyée et impeccable pendant toute la semaine où nous y avons séjourné. L'aventure Outback Safari était formidable, grâce à notre guide "Jesus".

Nous avons absolument adoré notre voyage, les terrains étaient magnifiques, le service était merveilleux, extrêmement propre. Les piscines étaient parfaites, la nourriture était excellente, il y en avait pour tous les goûts. Nous recommandons vivement ce centre de villégiature !!!

Le terrain de l'hôtel est très bien entretenu, luxuriant et propre. Les chambres sont également de très bonne taille (nous avions une suite junior) et le personnel de nettoyage a fait un excellent travail. Le complexe est très grand et il y a beaucoup de marches dans le parc, de la piscine à la réception, aux bars, etc. La nourriture était bonne mais assez uniforme avec très peu de changement d'un soir à l'autre. Les restaurants à la carte étaient très agréables et le service excellent. Le serv [... lire plus]ice dans les restaurants à buffets était très variable. Certains membres du personnel étaient extrêmement agréables et serviables, tandis que d'autres devaient constamment demander le strict nécessaire, par exemple un verre d'eau, des couverts, et lorsqu'ils le faisaient, c'était à contrecœur ! La plage était belle, sable et eau claire, et la plongée avec masque et tuba le long des rochers. Les bars de plage étaient bien approvisionnés en alcool, mais il aurait été bon d'avoir un endroit près de la plage pour prendre une collation rapide. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons apprécié nos vacances. Le seul point négatif est que nous avons payé un supplément pour passer au programme Royal Golden. Ne le faites surtout pas, c'est une perte d'argent. Presque tout ce que nous avons payé en plus était inclus dans le prix normal.

Very nice resort The grounds of the hotel are very well manicured, lush and clean. The rooms are also a very good size ( we had a junior suite) and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. The resort is very big and there are a lot of steps in the grounds from the pool area to the reception, bars etc. Food was good but fairly consistent with very little change from one night to the next. The a la carte restaurants were very nice and service was excellent. Service in the buffet restaurants was very hit and miss. Some staff were extremely pleasant and helpful while others had to be constantly asked for the bare necessities e.g a glass of water, cutlery, and when they did so, it was very grudgingly! Beach was lovely, sand and clear water and good snorkelling along the rocks. Beach bars were well stocked with liquor but it would've been nice to have somewhere near the beach to grab a quick snack. Overall, we enjoyed the vacation. The only negative aspect was that we paid extra to upgrade to the Royal Golden programme. Definitely don't do it because it was a waste of money. Almost everything we paid extra for was included in the regular cost.
