Riu Flamingos: Un 5 étoiles exagéré

Toutes les personnes chargées du service ont été formidables, à l'exception peut-être d'une serveuse. Le personnel du service clientèle a été très serviable, pour tout ce dont vous avez besoin, et il en va de même pour les soins médicaux dont nous avons malheureusement eu besoin. La nourriture était adéquate, avec tous les éléments de base. Les restaurants à la carte étaient à peu près au même niveau que les buffets. Ne vous attendez pas à des plats haut de gamme. Le restaurant asiatique étai [... lire plus]t médiocre. Ils devraient y renoncer. Le bâtiment est vieux, tout comme l'intérieur, les chambres sont petites, les piscines sont petites, mais elles sont destinées aux familles. La plage est bien mais n'est pas adaptée à la baignade. Bons divertissements nocturnes. En tenant compte de tous les attributs, le Riu Jalisco est pour moi un 3,5 fort ou un 4,0 faible. Si le prix était adapté, j'en serais heureux.

An over-stated 5-star All of the service persons were wonderful, perhaps except for one waitress. Customer service people were very helpful, on anything you need which goes for the medical attention we unfortunately needed as well. Food was adequate with all the basics. A la carte restaurants were about the same as the buffets. Don't expect high end foods. Asian restaurant was poor. They should give that up. Building is old as is the interior, rooms are small, pools are small but are family oriented. Beach is fine but not suitable for swimming. Good nightly entertainment. On balance of all attributes, The Riu Jalisco is to me a strong 3.5 or a weak 4.0. If priced accordingly, I would be happy.

Riu Playa Blanca: Magnifique Riu Resort

L'hôtel était charmant, moderne, propre et à seulement 15 minutes de l'aéroport. Le personnel était merveilleux. Nous n'étions pas satisfaits de l'emplacement de la chambre qui nous a été attribuée à notre arrivée. Je me suis rendu au Lobby, prêt à me battre ou à demander un supplément pour un surclassement. Pas de problème, notre chambre a été changée pour un meilleur emplacement pour nous, plus près des escaliers à un étage inférieur. Le seul point négatif est la plage et l'océan, le sab [... lire plus]le est sombre et grossier, et l'océan n'est pas du beau bleu des Caraïbes. Ils ont actuellement un problème avec les méduses, il y avait un drapeau rouge toute la semaine, c'était décevant. Il y a 3 restaurants de spécialités et 2 buffets, tous servant des repas typiques de l'hôtel typique de la station. Les piscines étaient superbes, 4 au total, dont une pour les enfants avec des toboggans, les enfants s'amusaient vraiment.

Beautiful Riu Resort The hotel was lovely, modern, clean and only 15 minutes from the airport . The staff were wonderful, we weren't happy with the location of the room we were assigned on arrival. I went to he Lobby prepared or a hassle or request for extra $ to upgrade. No problem, our room was changed to a better location for us, closer to the stairs on a lower floor. The only negative is the beach and ocean, the sand is dark and coarse, and the ocean isn't the beautiful blue of the Caribbean. They currently have a problem with jellyfish, there was a red flag up all week, that was disappointing. There are 3 specialty restaurants and 2 buffets, all serving typical resort meals. The pools were great, 4 in total, one for the children with slides, the children were really enjoying themselves.

Riu Palace Tropical Bay: Les plus belles plages que j'ai jamais visitées

La plus belle plage que j'aie jamais connue. Tout le personnel est merveilleux, très poli et serviable. Je n'aimais pas l'emplacement de ma chambre et dans les 15 minutes qui ont suivi, on m'a installé dans une autre chambre. Ma seule critique est que, s'agissant d'un "palace", je me serais attendu à ce que la chambre soit un peu plus améliorée et elle était très ordinaire, rien de différent de la plupart des stations tout compris que j'ai visitées dans le passé, mais elle était encore belle, pr [... lire plus]opre et de bonne taille. La promenade en catamaran a été la meilleure dépense de 59 dollars, un après-midi très amusant. La jeep, les 4 roues ne valaient pas le coût, ne gaspillez pas votre argent pour cette excursion.

Most beautiful beaches I have ever been to Most beautiful beach I have ever been too. All staff are wonderful, very polite and helpful. I did not like the location of my room and within 15 minutes they had me set up in another room. My only criticism is that being a "palace" I would of expected the room to be a bit more upgraded and it was very regular , nothing differentiated from most all inclusive resorts I have been in the past, but was still nice, clean and good size. The catamaran ride was the best $59 dollar spent , very fun afternoon. The jeep , 4 wheeler was not worth the cost do not waist your money on this tour.

Senator Puerto Plata Hotel: Un grand moment !

Cet hôtel est en plein essor. Chambres propres, service et nourriture de qualité. Bons divertissements... parfois un peu vulgaires mais amusants dans l'ensemble ! Je reviendrais... le temps n'a pas coopéré certains jours mais il était magnifique d'autres jours !

Great time! This hotel is happening. Clean rooms, good service and food. Good entertainment... can be a bit tacky at times but fun overall! I would return...weather did not cooperate on some days but beautiful on others!

Riu Santa Fe: C'est bien !

La nourriture était bonne.Il y avait une bonne variété.Les boissons étaient bonnes sauf le vin rouge.C'était très propre.Le personnel était très amical et serviable.Il y avait beaucoup de spring breakers.Je n'irais pas en mars encore une fois trop bruyant.

Good! The food was good.There was a good variety.Drinks were good except red wine.It was kept very clean.Staff was very friendly and helpful.There were a lot of spring breakers.Would not go in March again too noisy.

Riu Bambu: Station moyenne

C'est le troisième RIU où nous sommes allés et nous avons été un peu déçus. La nourriture et les boissons étaient excellentes, mais l'hébergement l'était moins. Nous étions dans un bâtiment qui donnait sur l'allée entre ce complexe et un autre - beaucoup de circulation la nuit et tôt le matin. Il y avait des tonneaux de roues à l'extérieur de notre patio pendant tout notre séjour. De plus, le terrain menant à notre chambre n'a jamais été entretenu. Il y avait des ordures et de vraies assiett [... lire plus]es dans l'une des poubelles pendant tout le séjour. Je ne peux pas dire ce que je pense de l'ensemble du complexe - il semblait propre et bien rangé. Nous avons juste trouvé étrange que les poubelles à l'extérieur des unités ne soient pas nettoyées tous les jours. Cela a affecté notre voyage - non, mais cela n'a pas laissé une bonne impression. Nous avons eu besoin de soins médicaux, qui ont été excellents et appréciés. Nous avons dû prendre un taxi pour nous rendre à l'hôpital et tout s'est très bien passé.

Average Resort This is the 3rd RIU have been to and we were a little disappointed. Food and drinks were great, however the accommodations were not so much. We were in a building that faced the driveway between this resort and another - lots of traffic at night and early morning. There were wheel barrels outside our patio area for the entire stay. Also, the grounds leading back to our room were never kept up. There was garbage and actual dinner plates in one of the garbage cans for the entire stay. I can't say I think about the entire resort - it appeared neat and tidy. We just found it strange that the garbage cans outside of the units were not cleaned out daily. Did this effect our trip - no, however it did not leave a good impression. We did require medical attention of which was excellent and appreciated. We had to take a taxi to the hospital and this was handled wonderfully.

Riu Palace Costa Rica: Le Costa Rica, c'est génial !

Il fait chaud et ensoleillé tous les jours au Libéria. Le Riu Palace est un complexe hôtelier de première classe : la nourriture est délicieuse, les restaurants ne nécessitent pas de réservation, les alcools de marque sont excellents et le personnel est très amical et heureux !

Costa Rica is Awesome! Sunny and hot every day in Liberia. The Riu Palace is a First Class Resort: the food is delicious, the restaurants don't require a reservation, the Brand name Liquor is excellent and the Staff is very friendly and happy!

Riu Palace Antillas: Grand centre de villégiature

Nous avons été invités du 4 au 11 mars 2017. Très bon resort dans toutes les catégories. Les clients pouvaient participer à des activités et des buffets au Riu Palace à côté. Les divertissements nocturnes étaient moyens, cependant le numéro de cirque un soir était excellent. La nourriture et les boissons étaient excellentes. Les restaurants de spécialités n'acceptaient pas de réservations et fonctionnaient selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi. Si vous faites la queue environ 1/2 h [... lire plus]eure avant l'ouverture à 18h30, vous êtes assuré d'avoir une table, sinon vous devez attendre jusqu'à 20h00 pour en avoir une. En tant que joueur de beach-volley, l'équipement et le terrain ont besoin d'un peu d'attention. C'était notre deuxième séjour à l'Antillas et nous y retournerons très probablement la prochaine fois que nous serons à Aruba.

Great Resort We were guests from March 4 - 11, 2017. Very good resort in all categories. Guests could partake in activities and buffets at the Riu Palace next door. Nightly entertainment was average, however the circus act one night was excellent. Food and drinks were excellent. Specialty restaurants took no reservations and were on a first come first serve basis. If you lined up about 1/2 hour before 6:30 pm opening you were assured a table, if not, you needed to wait until 8:00 pm for a sitting. As a beach volleyball player, the equipment and court needs some attention. This has been our second stay at the Antillas and will most likely return next time in Aruba.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Grand centre de villégiature

C'est la deuxième fois que je viens au Riu Palace de Los Cabos et je n'ai pas été déçue. Les rénovations du hall et du théâtre sont superbes. Les buffets ne sont pas aussi variés, mais il y a toujours beaucoup de choix et la nourriture est excellente. Le service est excellent et il n'y a pas de meilleur temps.

Great Resort This is my second time to the Riu Palace in Los Cabos and I was not disappointed. The renovations to the lobby and theatre are great. Not as much variety in the buffets but still lots to choose from and the food is excellent. Great service and you can't beat the weather.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: En un mot : ELEGANT !

Toute l'expérience a été merveilleuse. Le terrain est absolument magnifique, les chambres étaient propres et impeccables - j'avais l'impression d'être chez moi. Le personnel de nettoyage était très serviable - nous n'avons manqué de rien. La nourriture était excellente - et abondante ! Le personnel était le meilleur - toujours amical et se souvenait de nos noms. Les animations en soirée étaient excellentes, bien qu'un peu trop bruyantes. Parfois, il aurait été agréable d'avoir du calme [... lire plus] au bord de la piscine - la musique était très forte - mais dans l'ensemble, c'est le meilleur Riu Palace que nous ayons visité (j'en ai visité quatre). In one word - ELEGANT!! The whole experience was wonderful. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, the rooms were clean and spotless - felt like I was at home. Cleaning Staff was very obliging - we did not lack for anything. Food was great - and lots of it!! Staff was the best - always friendly and remembered our names. The evening entertainment was great - albeit a little too loud. Sometimes it would have been nice to have quiet by the pool - music was very loud - but all in all, it was the best Riu Palace we have been to (I have been to four of them). Thanks Stephanie!!! Riu Palace Antillas: Client répété

C'est la troisième année que je vais aux Antillas. Comme d'habitude, nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans ce complexe. La nourriture des buffets et des restaurants était très bonne. Les repas étaient accompagnés d'un bon vin chilien. Nous prenions souvent nos repas au Riu Palace. Les piscines de l'Antillas et du Palace sont magnifiques. Si vous aimez faire des longueurs, allez au Palace et vous pourrez vous créer un couloir de 25 mètres. J'y allais souvent à 8 heures du matin et  [... lire plus]j'étais le seul dans la piscine. Elle est maintenue à une bonne température. Si vous avez le choix des chambres, choisissez une vue sur l'océan (chambres avec des numéros pairs), de préférence au-dessus du 10ème étage. Je reviendrai l'année prochaine !

Repeat customer This is the third year that I have been to the Antillas. As usual we had a wonderful week at this resort. The food at the buffets and restaurants were very good. They served some some nice Chilean wine with the meals. We often would have meals at the Riu Palace. The pools at the Antillas and at the Palace are lovely. If you like swimming laps go over to the Palace and you can make a 25 metre lane for yourself. I would often go there @ 8am in the morning and I was the only one in the pool. It is kept at a good temperature. If you have a choice for rooms pick ocean view (rooms with even numbers) preferably above the 10th floor. I will be back next year!!

Totally Outstanding Resort EASY CHECK IN EVELOPES CONTAINING ACCESS CARDS, TOWEL CARDS. MAP OF RESORT ETC BEST RESORT WE HAVE BEEN TOO. FOOD WAS OUTSTANDING GREAT SELECTION AT BUFFET AND NEW ITEMS ADDED DAILY . A LA CARTE RESTAURANTS VERY GOOD FOOD. POOLS IMMACULATING CLEAN. , THE LANDSCAPING CONTINUALLY BEING MANICURED. BEACH VERY CLEAN . LARGE NUMBERS OF PALM TREES LOCATED ON BEACH GIVING IT A VERY TROPICAL FEELING. STAFF VERY HELPFUL, FRIENDLY AND SMILING ALL THE TIME. THE BEST PART WAS A LARGE PERCENTAGE OF STAFF ESPECIALLY IN RESTAURANTS AND RECEPTION AREA HAS A REASONABLE COMMAND OF ENGLISH AND MADE EVERY ATTEMPT TO LOOK AFTER YOU, NOT LIKE SOME SPANISH COUNTRIES AT RESORTS WHERE THEY COULD CARELESS IN ATTEMPTING TO LEARN ENGLISH OR BE HELPFUL. THIS RESORT IS TRULY A GEM. NIGHTLY ENTERTAINMENT IS VARIED AND PROFESSIONAL. A BIG PLUS IS THE RESORT IS LOCATED ONLY 15 MINUTES FROM A NEW AIRPORT. THE ONLY ISSUE IS THERE SHOULD BE ANOTHER WASHROOM FACILITY BY THE POOLS (4 IN TOTAL POOLS) IF YOU ARE THE FURTHEST POOL IT IS A BIT OF A WALK TO THE WASHROOM FACILITIES. ANOTHER WASHROOM FACILITY SHOULD BE NEAR THE BAR WHICH IS LOCATED BETWEEN ALL THE POOLS

Riu Republica: Ok, mais je ne reviendrai pas !

Station balnéaire correcte, ne demandez pas une chambre avec vue sur le jardin, la nôtre donnait sur un parc industriel avec un générateur qui ronronnait en permanence, très bruyant. Impossible de s'asseoir sur le balcon. Nous avons changé de chambre pour avoir une légère vue sur l'océan. Bruyant la nuit avec le bruit des spectacles. La nourriture était moyenne. Les restaurants à thème étaient horribles. L'équipe de divertissement était géniale, mais je ne reviendrais pas dans ce complexe.

Ok, but won't return! OK resort, don't ask for a garden view room, ours looked out to an industrial park with a generator always humming, very noisy. Couldn't sit on the balcony. Changed our room to have a slight view of the ocean. Noisy at night with the sound of the shows. Food was average. Themed restaurants were horrible. Entertainment crew was great though, but still wouldn't return to this resort.

Riu Ocho Rios: De superbes vacances !

Cet hôtel était exceptionnel ! Depuis notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ, le personnel était amical et attentif et voulait s'assurer que nous passions un bon moment ! Les logements étaient propres, la nourriture et les choix étaient formidables. La plage était de loin la meilleure que nous ayons connue en Jamaïque... et c'est la troisième fois que nous y allons. L'eau était cristalline et la plage était longue avec des tonnes de chaises longues au soleil ou à l'ombre. Même les animations noctur [... lire plus]nes étaient excellentes ! Bravo au RIU Ocho Rios !!!

Great vacation! This hotel was outstanding! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff were friendly and attentive and wanted to be sure we were having a great time! The accommodations were clean, the food and choices were awesome. The beach was by far the best we have been to in Jamaica...and this is our third time. The water was crystal clear and the beach was long with tons of lounge chairs in the sun or shade. Even the nighttime entertainment was great! Great job RIU Ocho Rios!!!

Riu Republica: Oasis de vacances !

J'ai récemment séjourné au Riu Republica pendant 5 nuits. C'était mes toutes premières vacances hors de mon pays, mon tout premier complexe hôtelier tout compris. C'était le meilleur moment de ma vie, la nourriture et le service étaient excellents, je reviendrai certainement !

Vacation Oasis! I recently stayed at Riu Republica for 5 nights. This was my very first ever vacation out of my country, very first all inclusive resort. Best time ever, great food, great service, will certainly return!!

Riu Republica: Les chambres avec vue sur le jardin ne sont pas des chambres avec vue sur le jardin

J'ai été très déçue d'avoir été placée dans une chambre qui donnait sur les installations de blanchisserie de l'hôtel voisin, et il y avait toujours le bruit d'un générateur. Il n'était pas agréable de s'asseoir sur le balcon et je laissais constamment mes rideaux fermés. Deux des amis avec lesquels je voyageais ont eu la même expérience. Ils ont "marchandé" avec la réception (ce qui leur a fait perdre une demi-journée) et ont été déplacés dans un endroit beaucoup plus agréable. Je ne voulais pa [... lire plus]s perdre une belle journée ensoleillée à négocier et je suis donc restée sur place pour la semaine. Le côté positif, c'est que les femmes de chambre ont fait un excellent travail ! J'ai apprécié la nourriture et j'étais heureuse de ne pas avoir à réserver. Le vin était le pire que j'ai jamais eu et j'ai été dans plusieurs stations balnéaires. Je ne bois que du vin, ce fut donc une autre grande déception. J'avais hâte de rentrer pour boire un bon verre de cabernet-merlot. Si j'avais su, j'en aurais acheté au duty-free. Une amélioration pourrait être apportée en augmentant le nombre de toilettes dans les zones publiques (en particulier au bord de la piscine) - trois ne suffisent pas pour les femmes et il y avait toujours une file d'attente. Le personnel de la salle à manger a été excellent lorsque nous nous sommes assis pour la première fois, mais il n'est jamais revenu pour voir si nous avions besoin d'eau, etc. Nous devions toujours faire signe à quelqu'un. Ils étaient excellents à la carte. Nous avons adoré le personnel de divertissement. J'espère que cela permettra d'améliorer la situation pour les autres voyageurs qui se rendent au Riu Republica. Malheureusement, je ne réserverai plus jamais dans cet hôtel.

Garden view rooms are not garden view I was very disappointed that I was put into a room that overlooked the laundry facilities of the hotel next door, plus there was always a loud generator sound. It was not pleasant sitting on the balcony and I continuously left my curtains shut. Two of the friends I was travelling with also had the same experience. They 'haggled' with the front desk (wasted a 1/2 a day) and they were moved to a much nicer location. I didn't want to waste a beautiful sunny day negotiating so just stayed put for the week. On the positive side, the maids did a great job! I enjoyed the food and was happy not to have to make reservations. The wine was the worst I have ever had and I have been to several resorts. I only drink wine so this was another big disappointment. I could hardly wait to get back to have a nice glass of cabernet-merlot. Had I of known, I would have purchased some at duty-free. An improvement could be made in expanding the number of washrooms in the public areas (especially by the pool) -- three is not enough for the ladies and there was always a line-up. The dining room staff were excellent when we were first seated but never came back to see if we needed refills on our water, etc, and we are generous tippers. We always had to flag someone down. They were great at the a la carte. We loved the entertainment staff. I sure hope this helps to make improvements for others travelling to the Riu Republica. I, unfortunately, will never book there again.

Riu Palace Antillas: Grand centre de villégiature

Nous avons passé un bon moment. L'hôtel était très propre et la nourriture était excellente. La chambre était bien, propre et bien insonorisée pour dormir. Le personnel était très cordial et poli. Les restaurants étaient excellents avec un bon service et une bonne nourriture. Nous avons rencontré quelques incidents dans le restaurant buffet principal. Mon mari ne se sentait pas bien et nous avons dû demander trois fois une tasse de thé. Finalement, j'ai dû aller chercher le superviseur pou [... lire plus]r demander le thé. La même nuit, la chambre était très froide et mon mari ne se sentait pas bien. Nous avons appelé le service d'étage pour obtenir une couverture supplémentaire, nous avons attendu une heure et personne ne s'est présenté. Le matin de notre départ (samedi 4), nous avons demandé le service d'étage pour le petit déjeuner. Je pense que certains membres du personnel doivent être mieux formés pour servir les clients, peut-être qu'ils sont nouveaux et qu'ils ont un problème de langue pour comprendre les mots anglais. A part cela, l'hôtel est très bien et nous le recommanderons à nos amis

Great Resort We had a good time. Hotel was very clean and the food was excellent. The room was good, clean and good sound proof for sleeping. Staff were very cordial and polite. Restaurants were great with good service and good food. We came across a few incidents in the main buffet restaurant. My husband was not feeling well and we had to ask three times to have a cup of tea. Finally I had to go to look for the supervisor to ask for the tea. At the same night room was very cold and my husband was not feeling well we called for room service for an extra blanket we waited for one hour no one showed up so I had to call again, and raised a complaint finally it arrived. The morning we had to leave (Saturday the 4th) we called for room service for breakfast. What we ordered was not completed I think some of the staff must have better training to serve the patrons, maybe they are new and have a language problem in understanding the English words. Other than that the hotel is a great hotel and we will recommend it to friends

Riu Santa Fe: Merveilleuse station !

Complexe bien entretenu et propre ! Le personnel était très aimable et désireux de rendre notre séjour parfait ! La chambre standard était bonne et la nourriture du buffet était fraîche et proposait quelque chose de nouveau si vous alliez dîner. Notre expérience au restaurant de steaks et au restaurant asiatique était correcte. Cabo est un endroit idéal ! C'est notre quatrième séjour, mais le premier dans ce centre de villégiature. Je recommanderais ce complexe !

Wonderful resort!! Well maintained and clean resort! Staff were very gracious and eager to make our stay perfect! Standard room was good and the food in the buffet was fresh and featured something new if you went for dinner. Our experience at the steak and Asian restaurant was ok. Cabo is a great location! Our 4th time but 1st at this resort. Would recommend this resort!

Riu Palace Macao: Un centre de villégiature formidable !

Excellent service, très bonne nourriture, barmen géniaux, très propre, plus petit resort mais c'était super, moins de marche pour le dîner, magnifique zone de plage. Tous les employés étaient très sympathiques et la plupart d'entre eux parlaient anglais.

Awesome resort! Excellent service, great food, awesome bartenders, very clean, smaller resort but was great, less walking for dinner, wonderful beach area. All workers were very very friendly and most of them spoke English.

Riu Republica: Superbe

Difficile de trouver des défauts à ce complexe. La nourriture et le service étaient excellents. Très belle plage. Le seul petit défaut était les vents forts qui rendaient la baignade dans l'océan difficile. Je recommanderais ce complexe à tout le monde. Bon rapport qualité/prix

Great Hard to find fault with this resort. Food and service was great. Very nice beach. Only slight fault was higher winds made swimming in ocean difficult. Would recommend this resort to anyone. Good value for your dollar
