Un autre voyage fait au crown golden à pv nous avons trouvé les mêmes personnes formidables essayant de faire le travail avec pas assez de personnel de longues files d'attente sur les bars et les snack bars le vieil hôtel devient très fatigué. Les chambres étaient propres mais nous n'avions pas d'eau dans la chambre le dernier jour. La nourriture était bonne. Je pense que les propriétaires devraient laisser les gens sur la plage vous vendre un tour et être plus fiers du service qu'ils fournis [... lire plus]sent. Après 6 fois au crown, je pense qu'il est temps de passer à autre chose mais l'emplacement et le personnel me manqueront. Mais j'ai entendu qu'il y aurait de nouveaux propriétaires en novembre 24 bon j'espère qu'ils liront ceci et donneront un nouveau visage au vieil hôtel et s'occuperont des gens formidables qu'ils ont travaillé pour eux Chapeau au portier qui prend sa retraite après 60 ans J'aimerais revenir après que les nouveaux propriétaires l'aient arrangé mais je suppose que c'est entre leurs mains Je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel jusqu'à ce qu'il soit rénové merci al b

Another trip done at crown golden in pv we found the same great people trying do the work with not enough staff long lines on the bars and snack bars the old hotel is getting very tired. Rooms were clean but we had no water in the room on our last day the food was good I think the owners should let the people on the beach sell you a tour and take more pride in the service they provide After 6 times at the crown I think it is time to move on but I will miss the location and the staff. But I did hear there will be new owners in November 24 good I hope they read this and give the old hotel a new face and look after the great people they have working for them Hats off to the door man who is retiring after 60 years I would like to return after the new owners fix it up but I guess that is in there hands I would not recommend this hotel until it is renovated thanks al b

Dreams Jade Resort and Spa: Grand centre de villégiature

Cet hôtel est parfaitement situé sur la plage, avec tous les restaurants et magasins au centre. La nourriture est vraiment bonne, le service était excellent et les divertissements étaient également très bons. La chambre a besoin d'être rafraîchie - une couche de peinture serait utile - mais le lit est très confortable et la grande salle de bains ne manque jamais d'eau chaude. L'air conditionné a également très bien fonctionné. Nous avons profité des services du spa et avons été très satisfai [... lire plus]ts de l'expérience. Si vous voulez la paix et la tranquillité, optez pour le club préféré, mais à mon avis, il ne vaut pas l'argent supplémentaire après quelques visites et après avoir parlé à des clients qui avaient dépensé l'argent supplémentaire pour cela et qui pensaient la même chose. Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience a été excellente et je retournerais volontiers dans ce complexe.

Great Resort This hotel is situated perfectly right on the beach with all the restaurants and shops centrally located. Food is really good, service was excellent and entertainment was also very good. The room needs refreshing-a coat of paint would be helpful but very comfortable bed and nice big bathroom that was never short on hot water. Air conditioning also worked great. We took advantage of the spa services and were very happy with the experience. If you want peace and quiet do the preferred club but in my opinion it’s not worth the extra money after a few walk throughs and speaking to guests that had spent the extra money on it who felt the same. Overall great experience and would happily return to this resort.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Un centre de vacances décent !

Le terrain de l'hôtel était très étendu et voyager avec une personne à mobilité réduite était difficile car les 1/2 ascenseurs ne fonctionnaient pas ! L'hôtel est très calme, il n'y a pas vraiment de sociabilité ni d'activités. La nourriture était abondante et très bonne. Il y avait très peu de divertissements. Ils ont poussé leurs timeshares à l'arrivée mais si vous évitiez le hall, vous n'aviez rien à craindre et n'étiez pas harcelé. La pression de l'eau n'est pas très bonne et l'internet n'es [... lire plus]t pas fiable, il faut rafraîchir le code en utilisant plusieurs codes différents chaque jour. Je recommanderais l'hôtel pour une escapade rapide et bon marché, mais pas pour une longue période.

Decent resort! The grounds of the hotel were very spread out and travelling with a mobility challenged person was hard as 1/2 elevators did not work! Very quiet not real sociable or a lot of activities. Food was plentiful and very good. Entertainment was very little. They did have golf carts but the wait and the occupancy was very busy. they pushed their timeshares apon arrival but if you avoided the lobby, you were fine and not harassed. Hotel room themselves were run down but you did get what you paid for! water pressure not very good and internet not reliable having to refresh the code using many different ones daily. I would recommend for a quick cheap getaway but not for any length of time.

Occidental Cozumel: Une belle expérience

Nous n'avons que de bonnes choses à dire sur cet hôtel et sur nos représentants Westjet sur place. Le personnel était amical et serviable, la nourriture était bonne, la chambre était propre et le lit était confortable. Nous avons vécu une expérience agréable. Le terrain de l'hôtel était luxuriant et il était agréable de s'y promener.

Lovely experience We have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and our Westjet representatives onsite. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was good, the room was clean and the bed was comfy. We had a lovely experience. The resort grounds were lush and delight to walk through.

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Magnifique centre de villégiature !

Notre séjour ici a été extraordinaire. La nourriture était exceptionnelle. Le buffet n'était pas toujours le meilleur mais les huit ( !!) restaurants à la carte compensaient largement et chaque restaurant était remarquable. La chambre était spacieuse et disposait de tout ce dont nous aurions pu rêver. Les piscines étaient toujours propres et le personnel du bar était toujours très aimable et à l'écoute.

Beautiful resort! Our stay here was amazing. The food was exceptional. The buffet wasn’t always the greatest but the eight(!!) a la carte restaurants more than made up for it and every restaurant was outstanding. The room was spacious with everything we could have wanted. The pools were always clean and the bar staff were always so friendly and responsive.

Grand Oasis Cancun: Un grand moment

Chambres : Elles étaient un peu dépassées, l'air conditionné et l'eau fonctionnaient bien. Les murs sont fins et vous pouvez entendre tout ce qui se passe autour de vous. Les chambres étaient nettoyées tous les jours (quand ils venaient tôt et que vous disiez pas maintenant, ils revenaient plus tard) et le réfrigérateur était réapprovisionné tous les jours avec de l'eau, des sodas et de la bière. Terrain : le terrain était bien entretenu. Les piscines étaient propres et il y avait toujours de [... lire plus]s gens pour balayer et nettoyer. Le complexe est très grand, il faut donc marcher pas mal et il faut un peu de temps pour s'y retrouver. L'application a été très utile le premier jour. Nourriture et boissons : La nourriture était correcte et les boissons n'étaient pas fortes. Mais si vous buvez suffisamment, cela n'a pas d'importance. Le dernier bar de la station ferme à minuit, donc si vous voulez faire la fête après minuit, vous devrez aller en ville ou acheter de l'alcool à consommer dans votre chambre.

Great time Rooms: They were a bit outdated, Ac and water worked well. Walls are thin and can hear everything around you. Rooms were cleaned daily (when they came early and you say not now, they would come back later) and fridge restocked daily with water, soda and beer. Grounds: the grounds were well kept. The pools were clean and always people out sweeping and cleaning up. The resort is very large so there is a fair bit of walking and takes a bit of time to know your way around. The App definitely helped on the first day. Food and Drinks: The food was ok and drinks were not strong. But if you drink enough it won’t matter. The last bar on resort closes at midnight so if you want to party beyond 12, you will need to go to town or buy alcohol to have in your room.

Catalonia Yucatan: Invité de deuxième classe

C'était notre 7ème séjour au Catalonia Yucatan Beach et ce sera notre dernier. Nous avons adoré séjourner dans ce complexe. Au moment de notre réservation (août), tous les restaurants spécialisés étaient inclus. Juste avant notre dernier paiement (8 décembre 2023), nous avons remarqué que le site web du Catalonia Yucatan Beach n'incluait plus les restaurants japonais, Steak House ou B'loved. Nous avons contacté Trip Central à ce sujet et ils ont à leur tour contacté Westjet Vacations. On nous a [... lire plus] dit de ne pas nous inquiéter, que nous pourrions aller dans tous les restaurants. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés au Catalonia Yucatan, nous avons découvert que NON, nous n'avions pas accès aux restaurants japonais, Steak House ou B'loved. Alors que les clients de l'hôtel frère Catalonia Riviera avaient accès à tous les restaurants, nous nous sommes sentis comme des clients de seconde zone.

Second Class Guest This was our 7th stay at the Catalonia Yucatan Beach and it will be our last. We loved staying at this Resort. At the time we booked (August) all the ‘Specialty’ Restaurants were included. Just before our final payment (December 8, 2023) we noticed that the website for the Catalonia Yucatan Beach no longer included the Japanese, Steak House or B’loved restaurants. We contacted Trip Central about this and they in turn contacted Westjet Vacations. We were told not to worry we would be able to go to all of the restaurants. When we got to the Catalonia Yucatan we found out that NO, we did not have access to the Japanese, the Steak House or B’loved restaurants. When the guests of the sister hotel Catalonia Riviera had access to everywhere, we definitely felt like second class guests.

Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen: Merveilleux centre de villégiature

Très propre, personnel attentif, choix et qualité de la nourriture excellents. L'hôtel est très bien situé, en plein cœur de Playa Del Carmen. Les chambres sont grandes et très belles. La petite plage est également très agréable et régulièrement nettoyée.

Wonderful resort Very clean, has attentive staff, excellent food choices and quality. A great location right in the middle.of Playa Del Carmen. The rooms are large and look very nice. The little beach is also very nice and kept clean regularly.

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Incroyable

Cet hôtel offre le meilleur des deux mondes : vous bénéficiez de l'expérience d'un hôtel tout compris et du parc Xcaret qui se trouve à côté de l'hôtel. Le personnel est aimable et attentif, les chambres sont propres et les lits confortables. Vous pouvez voir la faune et la flore pratiquement à votre porte tous les jours. L'hôtel dispose de plusieurs restaurants internationaux et d'une salle à manger avec buffet principal, qui proposent une grande variété de plats répondant aux besoins de chac [... lire plus]un. La nourriture est fraîche, bien présentée et délicieuse. L'hôtel propose également des divertissements nocturnes dans le hall principal et le théâtre. Il y en a pour tous les goûts.

Amazing This hotel provides the best of both worlds - you get the experience of an all inclusive and also the experience of the Xcaret Park which is beside the resort. The staff are friendly and attentive; the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. You get to see wildlife basically at your door every day. They have multiple international restaurants and the main buffet dining room provide a large variety of dishes that meet everyone's needs. The food is fresh, well presented and delicious. They also provide nightly entertainment in the main hall and the theatre. They have something for everyone.

Catalonia Yucatan: Non recommandé

Le terrain et le personnel de cet hôtel étaient fabuleux. Ils étaient tous très sympathiques et aussi serviables qu'ils pouvaient l'être. Cependant, les chambres de la partie Yucatán de l'hôtel sont vieilles et défraîchies. Il y avait une odeur d'humidité et de moisi qui ne quittait jamais la chambre. La salle de bain avait vraiment besoin d'être rénovée.

Not recommended The grounds and the staff at this hotel were fabulous. They were all very friendly, and as helpful as they could be. However, the rooms in the Yucatán part of the hotel, are old and worn out. There was a damp, musty smell that never left the room. the bathroom definitely needed an overhaul.

Hotel Dos Playas Faranda: Un emplacement idéal

Nous étions inquiets, mais après notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris par ce complexe. Petit et plein à craquer avec des animations incroyables, cinq restaurants qui étaient tous bons (sushi bar, pizza bar, à la carte, buffet et le hamburger, hot dog bar) les heures d'ouverture coïncident avec la plupart des visites guidées. Je ne bois pas donc je ne peux pas parler des bars mais il y en avait trois. la plage était superbe. vous ne serez pas déçu.

A Great Location We were apprehensive but after arriving we were pleasantly suprised with this resort. Small and packed with amazing entertainment, five restaurants that were all good (sushi bar, pizza bar, a la carte, buffet and the hamburger, hot dog bar) open hours coincide with most tours. I don’t drink so can’t speak of the bars but there was three of them. beach was great. you won’t be disappointed.

Catalonia Playa Maroma: Chaque dollar vaut son pesant d'or !

Tout d'abord, je voudrais remercier TripCentral pour avoir facilité le processus de réservation. Deuxièmement, Sunwing a été une expérience agréable sans problèmes. Et enfin, Catalonia Playa Maroma était le lieu de villégiature idéal pour notre famille. Si vous êtes à la recherche d'une expérience authentique, d'un service de qualité, d'une plage spectaculaire et d'une nourriture et de boissons excellentes, c'est l'endroit qu'il vous faut. C'était l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et se construi [... lire plus]re de bons souvenirs en famille.

Worth every dollar! Firstly I would like to say thank you to TripCentral for making the booking process easy. Secondly, Sunwing was a nice experience with me issues. And lastly, Catalonia Playa Maroma was the perfect resort for our family. If you are looking for an authentic experience, great service, spectacular beach and great food/drinks this is the place for you. It was perfect for a relaxing experience along with building great memories with the family.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Pas mal mais pas génial !

Le complexe est très agréable à parcourir, le terrain est très plaisant, la chambre et la salle de bain sont de bonne taille, et les lits/oreillers sont très confortables ! En revanche, le buffet n'était pas très bon, mais il était difficile d'obtenir une réservation dans un autre restaurant. Le manque de communication était très évident, vous pouviez poser la même question plusieurs fois et obtenir une réponse différente à chaque fois. Si nous avons passé de bonnes vacances, c'est grâce au temp [... lire plus]s, à la plage et aux bons moments passés en famille, et non grâce au complexe hôtelier où nous avons séjourné.

Not bad but not great! The resort was very nice to walk around, very pleasant grounds, good size room and bathroom, and beds/pillows were very comfy! On the down side, the buffet food wasnt great, but trying to get a reservation in another restaurant was difficult. The lack of communication was very evident, you could ask the same question multiple times and get a different answer each time. While we did have a great holiday, that was due to the weather, beach and quality family time and not because of the resort we stayed at.

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Belle station, belles vacances !

Most of the personal is very friendly and helpful, we specifically want to mention Julio Cesar Chan Cumui from the Restaurant Tulum who really went out of his way to make us feel good, was always with a big smile on his face. What I think will make this a perfect place would be to heat up the pools and jacuzzi during the colder season. We would have liked to spend time in the pools but they were pretty cold. Also just as a recommendation the activities were not clearly advertised or at list we could see a schedule until we happen to find a website.. Still, overall this was a great experience, we enjoyed every minute of it!

Catalonia Yucatan: Nous sommes tous tombés malades

Les spectacles sont bons. La nourriture est correcte mais les chambres ont besoin d'une sérieuse rénovation. C'est tout et il y a eu de la moisissure dans la chambre. Nous avons tous fini par attraper une pneumonie. Ils ne lavent pas les tasses correctement, surtout dans les bars. Le service au restaurant mexicain est une ordure. Ce resort n'est pas 4.5 étoiles. C'est 3 au mieux.

We all got sick Shows are good. Food is okay but rooms need some serious reno. Its all and it got mold in the room. We all ended up with pneumonia. They dont wash cups properly and especially at the bars. Service at The mexican restaurant is garbage. This resort is not 4.5 star. Its 3 at best.

Catalonia Yucatan: Ne vous y rendez pas

La plage n'existe pas. Il y a beaucoup d'herbe et de l'autre côté il n'y a que des rochers. J'ai aussi été très malade. J'ai quelque chose dans les poumons. Je suis allé à la clinique un jour après mon retour. J'ai remarqué qu'ils ne vendaient que des gobelets en plastique au bar. Il faut littéralement rester à l'écart, sauf si vous voulez attraper une maladie.

Do not go there Beach does not exist. Lots of see weed and on the other side its all rocks. Also ive been extremely sick. Something is in my lungs. Went to clinic one day after I came back. I noticed that they only rince plastic cups at the bar. Literally stay away unless you want to catch a disease.

Viva Maya by Wyndham: Premier choix

Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel en 1 heure environ depuis l'aéroport de Cancun. L'enregistrement s'est fait en douceur et de manière organisée - pas de perte de temps. Les locaux sont propres et les panneaux bien définis pour guider votre première journée sur place. Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit, mais le buffet à la piscine offrait une grande variété de plats pour les voyageurs affamés. Les chambres sont propres et modernes. Le coffre-fort gratuit est un atout supplémentaire. La nourrit [... lire plus]ure à la carte et au buffet était excellente, avec une présentation de premier ordre et une bonne variété pour tous les goûts. Le personnel est courtois et serviable. Il y a beaucoup de divertissements dans tout le complexe à différents moments de la journée. Le seul point négatif est le niveau de bruit extrême dans les chambres proches de la scène principale.

Top choice Arrived at the hotel in about 1hr from the Cancun airport. The check in was smooth and organized - no time wasted there. The premises are clean with well defined signs to guide your first day on site. Arrived late at night but the buffet at the pool offered quite a variety of food for the hungry traveler. The rooms are clean and modern. The safe at no charge was an added bonus. The food at the A la Carte and buffet was excellent with top notch presentation(s) and good variety for all tastes. The staff is courteous and helpful. Plenty of entertainment across the resort at different times of the day. The only dislike is the extreme noise level at rooms close to the main stage.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Le meilleur centre de villégiature qui soit !

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique à l'Akumal Bay Beach Resort. La plage, la plongée avec tuba, les restaurants, les divertissements et surtout le personnel étaient tous remarquables. En particulier, German, le responsable des services de plage, était un hôte amusant et gracieux qui a rendu notre séjour encore meilleur. Cinq étoiles !

Best resort ever! We had a fantastic stay at Akumal Bay Beach Resort. The beach, snorkeling, restaurants, entertainment and especially the staff were all remarkable. In particular the Beach Services Manager German was a fun and gracious host who made our stay even better. Five stars!!

Riu Emerald Bay: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Les chambres, la nourriture et le service étaient fantastiques. Les femmes de chambre et les serveurs étaient extraordinaires. Les barmans étaient excellents. Le seul inconvénient est que les divertissements doivent être améliorés. Il faudrait au moins un imitateur de Michael Jackson. Il faudrait aussi que le responsable des animations parle mieux l'anglais. P.S. Je ne réserverai jamais avec Trip Central car mon agent m'a dit et m'a envoyé un formulaire visitax qui m'a coûté 58,71 dollars US. J' [... lire plus]ai ensuite découvert que je n'avais pas besoin de l'acheter. Pas pour Mazatlan, Mexique. Trip Central m'a dit que c'était de ma faute. J'ai contacté le gouvernement mexicain et ils vont honorer cela si je visite une ville qui a besoin de ce formulaire visitax.

Amazing Resort Rooms, food & service was fantastic. Maids were amazing & waiter’s. Great bartender’s. The only downfall is that the entertainment needs to be improved. They need at least a Michael Jackson impersonator. They also need the head of entertainment to speak better English. P.S I’ll never book with Trip Central as my agent told me & emailed me a visitax form that cost me for 2 $58.71 US dollars. I then find out I didn’t have to purchase it. Not for Mazatlan, Mexico. Trip Central said it was my fault. I reached out to the Mexican government & they will honor this if I visit a city that needs this visitax form.
