Royalton CHIC Punta Cana: Un centre de villégiature de premier ordre !

J'ai voyagé dans beaucoup d'endroits différents dans les Caraïbes et ce complexe est en tête de mes favoris. Tout, de la nourriture aux chambres en passant par le personnel, était 10 sur 10. Il y a un grand mélange de groupes d'âge dans le complexe. L'hôtel organise des soirées à thème et ils font un excellent travail en organisant un spectacle/une fête dans le hall chaque soir, ainsi que de nombreuses activités amusantes si vous souhaitez y participer pendant la journée. Top Notch Resort! I have travelled to many different places in the Caribbean and this resort is at the top of my favourites. Everything from the food to the rooms to the staff was 10 out of 10. There is a great mix of age groups at the resort. the hotel has some theme nights and they do a great job putting on a show/party in the lobby area each night as well as lots of fun activities if you wish to participate during the day. We are definitely coming back here!

Ocean Blue and Sand: Station extraordinaire, je reviendrai ! !!

Vacances en famille, nous étions 13 et nous avons passé un excellent moment ! La nourriture était excellente, très propre, le personnel sympathique et extrêmement arrangeant pour nous trouver des tables pour un si grand groupe ! La plage était magnifique. Tous les matins, notre serveur avait notre table prête pour le petit déjeuner. Nous sommes très satisfaits de ce centre de villégiature et nous y reviendrons ! Merci à Tammy de nous avoir recommandé ce magnifique hôtel !

Amazing resort will be back again !!! Family vacation 13 of us and we had a great time ! Food was great very clean friendly staff and extremely accommodating getting us tables to fit such a big group ! Beach was so beautiful. Every morning our waiter would have our table ready to eat breakfast. We are very pleased with this resort and will be back again! Thank you Tammy for recommending this beautiful resort!!!

Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana: Au-delà des attentes !

Notre voyage au Dreams Royal Beach Resort était un voyage à buts multiples : des vacances en famille avec nos enfants adultes et leurs conjoints, quelques membres de la famille proche, Je fêtais mon 60ème anniversaire et pour couronner la semaine, mon conjoint de fait et moi nous sommes mariés sur la plage ! L'hôtel est très bien situé, à une courte distance de l'aéroport, sur la magnifique plage de Baravo. Les terrains sont bien entretenus et le personnel fait un excellent travail. Les gard [... lire plus]iens des terrains travaillaient constamment sur le paysage, le gardant en parfait état de l'endroit. L'hôtel est très beau, mais il a pris de l'âge. Les chambres étaient propres, confortables et bien aménagées. Nous avons opté pour le niveau préféré et nous avons été très bien pris en charge grâce à Billy. Billy nous a fait sentir comme une famille, il a répondu à toutes nos questions et s'est assuré que notre séjour était parfait ! Il a pris grand soin de notre groupe, s'arrêtant toujours pour discuter et vérifier que nous passions une bonne journée et que nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Billy est un homme formidable et un atout précieux pour l'hôtel. Le groupe Hyatt a de la chance d'avoir du personnel comme lui. Victor, le serveur du bar de la piscine, nous a également fait sentir les bienvenus. Il nous accueillait toujours avec un sourire, un pouce levé, des high5 Il semblait faire tout son possible pour s'assurer que l'on s'occupait bien de nous. Il s'arrêtait souvent à notre bar pour discuter, dire bonjour et vérifier si nous voulions quelque chose C'est un jeune homme qui fait son chemin et qui fait du bon travail ! Notre organisateur de mariage, Andres, a fait un travail extraordinaire pour organiser notre journée spéciale sur la plage. C'était merveilleux ! Il nous a guidé tout au long de la journée, excellent travail Andres, je ne pense pas que la cérémonie aurait pu être plus belle ! Merci ... Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de toutes les options de restauration... Seaside Grill était très bien, les options de petit-déjeuner étaient excellentes et la nourriture très bonne. Nous avons eu un dîner d'anniversaire très amusant... merci Billy Le Tides Beach Grill était toujours bon pour un repas rapide et très savoureux ! Le Portofino était également très bon, avec un service impeccable et un serveur très amusant, Raul, que nous avons beaucoup apprécié ! Il aime son travail. Oceana était excellent ! Pour moi, c'était mon préféré

Beyond Expectations ! Out trip to Dreams Royal Beach resort was a multi purpose trip ..It was a family Vacation with our adult children and thier spouses , some immediate family members , I was celebrating my 60th Birthday and to top out the week ; my commonlaw spouse and I were married on the beach ! The Hotel is in great location and just a short drive from the Airport ; right on the beautiful Baravo Beach . The grounds are well taken care of and the staff does a great job maintaining them .the grounds keepers were constantly working on the landscape, keeping them looking pristine. The Resort is very nice but is showing its age . The rooms were clean , comfortable and well appointed..We opted for the preferred level and were very well taken care of thanks to Billy . Billy really made us feel like family , he answered all our questions and made sure our stay was perfect ! He took really great care of our group , always stopping to chat and check to see how we were enjoying our day and if we needed anything . Billy is a great guy and a valuable asset to the resort The Hyatt group is lucky to have staff like him . Another guy that made us feel welcome was our pool bar server Victor , he always met us with a smile , a thumbs up , high5s He seemed to go out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of he often stop by our swim up to chat and say hello and check if we wanted anything He's a young man making his way and doing a great job ! Our wedding planner Andres he did such an amazing job planning our special day on the beach . It was wonderful ! He guided us through the day , Awesome job Andres I dont think the ceremony could have been more beautiful ! Thank you .. We didn't make it to every dining option...Seaside Grill was very good breakfast options were great and food very good . We had a very fun Birthday party dinner there ..thanks Billy Tides Beach Grill was always good for a quick bit and very tasty ! Portofino was also very good with great service and the most fun waiter Raul .. we really enjoyed his service ! He loves his job .. Oceana was excellent ! For me it was my favorite

Serenade All Suites Adults Only Resort: Nouveau centre de villégiature extraordinaire

Ce centre de villégiature réservé aux adultes est un véritable bijou ! Je l'ai recommandé à mes amis et à ma famille avant même la fin de mes vacances ! La nourriture et les boissons étaient délicieuses, et le personnel très amical et serviable... malheureusement, il y en a trop pour les nommer. J'ai adoré les 3 zones de piscine - une piscine de fête près de la plage et une zone plus calme près du hall. Les bars ne manquaient pas, tous prenant soin de créer un beau cocktail, même dans les zones  [... lire plus]de la piscine et de la plage. Nous avons apprécié la boisson du jour au buffet du déjeuner, grâce à la belle présentation de Jefry Bautista. Bien que le resort n'ait ouvert que le mois précédent, les jardins et les arbres étaient en bonne santé et poussaient bien. De nombreux pallapas étaient les bienvenus au bord de la piscine et sur l'immense plage. L'ensemble du complexe était très propre. Nous avons profité du Sunset Bar sur le toit, qui dispose également d'une piscine et de chaises longues, et nous avons passé un après-midi au spa. Nous nous sommes promenés dans le Serenade Punta Cana et avons apprécié les divertissements proposés dans le grand auditorium, mais nous avons de loin préféré le calme relatif de notre hôtel. Amazing new resort This adults only resort is certainly a gem! I was recommending it to friends and family before my vacation was even over! The food and drinks were delicious, and the staff very friendly and helpful.. unfortunately there are too many to name. I loved the 3 pool areas… party pool near the beach and a quiet vibe closer to the lobby area. There was no shortage of bars, all of them taking care to create a beautiful cocktail, even in the pool and beach areas. We enjoyed the drink of the day at the lunch buffet, thanks to Jefry Bautista’s beautiful presentation. Although the resort had only opened the month before, the gardens and trees were healthy and growing well. Many pallapas were welcome at the pool area and at the huge beach. The entire resort was very clean. We enjoyed the rooftop Sunset Bar which also has a pool and lounge chairs, and spent an afternoon at the spa. We walked through Serenade Punta Cana and enjoyed the entertainment in the large auditorium, but we much preferred the relative quiet of our resort. In summary, we were very happy with this resort and hope to return! Thanks to Monique Kwirant at Tripcentral for helping us book!

Iberostar Selection Coral Bavaro: Des vacances tout à fait agréables

Ma femme et moi recherchions une semaine de détente sur une belle plage et le Coral Level de l'Iberostar Bavaro nous a comblés. Nous avons mangé au buffet Coral pour le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner tous les jours et la nourriture était très bonne. Une sélection décente de fruits frais le matin et une bonne variété pour le déjeuner. Nous avons apprécié les plats à la carte pour le dîner, bien que nous pensions tous les deux que le Mexicain était le moins bon. Notre chambre était fantastique ! El [... lire plus]le donne sur un patio avec une table et des chaises, deux chaises longues et une belle vue sur l'océan. Tout était assez proche et nous avons pu rapidement obtenir un chariot à l'avant pour les restaurants et les magasins. Dans l'ensemble, c'était le centre de villégiature que nous recherchions pour ses vacances. Nous sommes allés à Punta Cana 7 fois auparavant et n'avons donc pas fait d'excursions.

Thoroughly EnjoyableVacation My wife and I were looking for a relaxing week on a nice beach and Coral Level at Iberostar Bavaro certainly delivered. We ate at the Coral buffet for breakfast and lunch everyday and the food was very good. Decent selection and fresh fruit in the mornings and a good variety for lunch. Enjoyed the a la cartes for dinner although we both thought the Mexican was the weakest here. Our room was fantastic! Beachfront walkout to a patio area with both table and chairs and 2 loungers and a nice view of the ocean. Everything was close enough and were able to quickly get a cart to the front for the restaurants/shops up there. All in all, was the resort we were looking for for his vacation. We have been to Punta Cana 7 times before and therefore didn't do any excursions.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Belle station balnéaire

L'hôtel était correct mais la plage était merdique.Les couloirs de l'hôtel étaient dangereux car ils utilisaient des carrés de moquette qui ne cessaient de se soulever, ce qui constituait un risque potentiel de trébuchement.Le personnel était formidable et les repas tout juste corrects. Les jus de fruits étaient de mauvaise qualité. Ils ont manqué de Bailey's et de vodka à plusieurs reprises. Tout simplement une mauvaise gestion. Notre groupe n'y retournera pas.

Nice resort Hotel was ok but the beach was crap.The hallways in the hotel were dangerous because they used squares of carpet which kept lifting up causing a potential tripping hazard.The staff was great and the meals just Ok. The fruit juice was of poor quality. They ran out of Bailey's and vodka a number of times. Just poor management. Our group will not be going back.

Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa: Excellent dans tous les domaines !

Il s'agit d'un très beau complexe hôtelier où tout le monde peut trouver son compte ! Beaucoup de bars et de restaurants, de piscines, de lazy river, de salles de sport, etc. J'ai adoré le fait qu'il n'était pas nécessaire de réserver pour les restaurants (à l'exception du tepanyaki) et la nourriture était excellente. Le steakhouse et le restaurant italien étaient mes préférés. Le personnel était très sympathique. La chambre était propre et moderne. J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Great all around! This was a beautiful resort with something for everyone! Plenty of bars and restaurants, pools, lazy river, gym etc. I loved that reservations were not needed for restaurants (except tepanyaki) and the food was great. Steakhouse and Italian were my favourites. Staff were super friendly. Room was clean and modern. Would definitely go back.

VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort: Centre de villégiature accueillant pour les familles

Ma femme et moi sommes allés au Grand Ventana 3 fois depuis 18 ans, et avons rencontré des gens qui étaient venus jusqu'à 20 fois ou même 36 fois comme nous l'avons découvert lors de notre dernier voyage... La plus grande chose que nous avons apprise lors d'un dîner que nous avons eu en groupe, c'est un gentleman qui était venu ici 36 fois. Selon lui, la FAMILLE et la sécurité ...

Family friendly Resort My wife and i have been to the Grand Ventana 3 times since 18, and have meet folks whom have been here up to 20 times or even 36 times as we found out during our last trip… the biggest thing that we learned was from a dinner we had as a group, was from the Gentleman who had been here 36 times. J'ai séjourné dans ce centre de villégiature en novembre 2023 et le prix en valait la peine. La station était très propre et bien entretenue. Longue plage et belle eau bleue claire ! La nourriture était bonne en termes de quantité et de variété. Les restaurants sont toujours disponibles. Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre Vibe qui était propre, les draps étaient changés tous les 3 jours ou sur demande. Nous avons eu des problèmes pour capter les chaînes de télévision anglaises qui n'ont jama [... lire plus]is été résolus avant notre départ. De plus, la chambre était annoncée comme ayant une vue sur l'océan, mais en réalité "aucune chambre Vibe" n'a de vue sur l'océan, à moins d'être membre de l'association Vive. Le personnel était toujours aimable et prêt à aider. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j'y retournerai volontiers !

Would Recommend this Resort! Stayed at this resort November 2023 and it was well worth the money. The resort was very clean and well cared for. Long beach and beautiful clear blue water! Food was good as far as quantity and variety. Restaurants always available. We stayed in the Vibe room which was clean, sheets changed every 3 days or upon request. We had problems with getting English TV stations which never was resolved before we left. Also it was advertised as ocean view but in reality “no” vibe room has ocean view unless you are a Vive member. Staff was always friendly and willing to help. I would highly recommend and would go back!

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Excellent centre de villégiature !

Une fois de plus, un voyage merveilleux ! Je ne peux pas Ù™ dire assez au sujet de la station, le personnel, la nourriture et l'hébergement. Deuxième visite, je n'ai pas été déçue et j'ai eu très envie d'y retourner ! J'ai un régime alimentaire spécial, qu'ils très sont accommodés avec aucun problème du tout. Ce sera toujours mon lieu de prédilection, car il offre tout ce que l'on peut désirer en vacances.

Excellent resort! Once again, another wonderful trip! I can’t say enough about the resort, the staff, the food and accommodations. Second time visiting, not to be disappointed, leaving me very much wanting to go back! I have a special diet, which they very much are accommodated with no problem at all. It will now always be my go to place being it gives you everything you could possibly want in a vacation.

Iberostar Resort in Puerto Plata We found the resort to be very pleasant well maintained property was in good shape food could have used a bit of an improvement to wish the food and buffets were labeled because it was hard to decide which you want to eat if you didn't know what the name it was

TRS Turquesa: Bon avec quelques exceptions

L'hôtel était au mieux correct. On sent qu'il s'agit d'un hôtel plus ancien. Notre porte-fenêtre ne se verrouillait pas (nous étions au premier étage) et il était très difficile de l'ouvrir et de la fermer. La moitié du temps, nos porte-clés ne fonctionnaient pas et nous devions aller dans le hall pour les réinitialiser. Les trois premiers jours, nous n'avions pas d'eau froide, vous vous brûleriez en prenant une douche chaude. Un jour, nous avons demandé à notre majordome de faire une réservatio [... lire plus]n pour quatre personnes dans l'un des restaurants pour notre avant-dernier jour, ils l'ont fait pour deux, donc nous n'avons jamais eu la chance de manger là-bas. J'avais demandé le premier étage car je ne peux pas monter les escaliers et je ne savais pas qu'il n'y avait pas d'ascenseurs lorsque nous avons réservé 10 mois auparavant, ils m'ont mis au troisième étage et j'ai refusé la chambre. J'ai dû payer 350 $ de plus pour obtenir une chambre au premier étage.

Good with a few execptions The hotel was ok at best. You can tell that it is an older hotel. Our patio door didn't lock (we were on the first floor) and was very hard to open and close. Half of the time our key fobs didn't work so we had to go to the lobby to reset. The first three days, we didn't have cold water, you will burn yourself taking a hot shower. One day we asked our butler to make a reservation for four people to one of the restaurants for our second last day, they made it for two, so we never got the chance to eat there. I had requested first floor because I cannot do stairs and was not aware that they didn't have elevators when we booked 10 months prior, they put me on the third floor and I refused the room. Had to pay extra $350 to get a room on the first floor.

Lifestyle Tropical Beach Resort: 5ème fois et d'autres à venir !

Le seul problème était que nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude pour les douches. J'espère que cela pourra être résolu en ajoutant plus de réservoirs d'eau chaude afin que lorsque la station est occupée ce ne soit pas un problème. Sinon, les Suites Supérieures rénovées étaient magnifiques et je reviendrai certainement dans un avenir proche

5th time with more to come!! Absolutely love the property the people the size of the property is massive use of all of the facilities is great the pool is clean the drinks are good the food is tasty the only problem was that we didn't have hot water for showers hopefully this can be fixed by adding more hot water tanks so that when the resort is busy this isn't an issue otherwise the renovated Superior Suites was beautiful and I will definitely be coming back again in the near future thank you lifestyle!

Le bon côté des choses : Les chambres étaient propres. La piscine était immense et belle. Les divertissements étaient bons. La nourriture était très bonne et il y avait une grande sélection d'aliments à choisir dans le buffet. Le mauvais : La cafetière de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, crachant de l'eau partout. Pas de café le matin. Les boissons alcoolisées sont diluées et les boissons glacées ont un goût de carton. Les vendeurs sur la plage et dans le complexe lui-même étaient agressifs.  [... lire plus]Où que l'on aille, quelqu'un essayait de prendre votre temps pour vous vendre une excursion ou autre. Le personnel était généralement antipathique, qu'un pourboire ait été laissé ou non.

It was" just" okay The good: The rooms were clean was the resort. The pool was huge and beautiful. The entertainment was good. The food was very good and there was a large selection of foods to choose from the buffet. The bad: The room coffee maker just worked, spewing brew everywhere. No coffee provided for the mornings. The alcoholic drinks are watered down and anything slushy tasted like cardboard. The vendors on the beach and in the resort itself were agressive. No matter where one walked, someone was attempting to take up your time to sell you an excursion or alike. The staff was generally unfriendly, regardless if a tip was left or not.

Le terrain était magnifique, propre et bien entretenu. La chambre n'avait rien de spécial, mais combien de temps passe-t-on dans sa chambre ? La piscine était grande et magnifique. Nous avons apprécié nos vacances et nous les recommandons ! Le seul point négatif est que la chambre avait beaucoup d'humidité, à tel point que les draps étaient mouillés au moment de se coucher.

Wonderful resort! The grounds were beautiful, clean and well manicured. The room was nothing special but how much time do you spend in your room anyway? The pool was large and wonderful. We enjoyed our vacation and would recommend it! The only negative is that the room had alot of humidity so much so that the sheets felt wet when you finally go to bed.

Le divertissement aurait pu être meilleur Le trajet en bus depuis l'aéroport a duré plus d'une heure Demande de deux lits, mais aucun n'était disponible ; finalement, nous avons eu un lit king size et un lit roulant - je n'ai pas payé pour dormir sur un lit roulant

Very nice clean well maintained resort Entertainment could have been better Bus ride from the airport was more than an hour Requested two beds but none available ended up with a king size and a roll away - did not pay to sleep on a rollaway bed

VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort: J'ai hâte de revenir

Cet hôtel est génial, c'est la taille parfaite (ni trop grand, ni trop petit) tout est accessible à pied. Le personnel est fantastique, la nourriture est incroyable, l'hôtel est extrêmement propre, la plage est géniale et vous vous ferez de nouveaux amis à chaque visite.

Can’t wait to come back This hotel is awesome, it’s the perfect size (not too big and not too small) everything is within walking distance. The staff are fantastic the food is amazing the hotel is extremely clean, the beach is great and you will make new friends every time you visit.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Grand centre de villégiature

J'ai apprécié tous les aspects du complexe, à l'exception de la musique bruyante à la piscine principale, que l'on pouvait entendre à la plage. Même les bouchons d'oreille n'ont pas pu étouffer le son et le sifflement pendant l'aqua fit était pire. Le site est magnifique, la nourriture est excellente, les gens sont gentils. Notre chambre manquait de quelques choses et après avoir demandé deux fois, nous avons simplement oublié. Cela ne devrait pas dépendre des pourboires.

Great resort I enjoyed everything about the resort except the loud music at the main pool that could be heard at the beach. Even ear plugs could not drown out the sound and the whistle blowing during aqua fit was worse. Beautiful grounds, great food, nice people. Our room was lacking a few things and after asking twice we just forgot about it. This should not be tip dependant.

Très propre et confortable, la nourriture et les boissons étaient excellentes ! Il n'y a pas beaucoup de marche à faire dans la station, mais vous pouvez aller loin sur la plage. Le personnel est très sympathique et toujours prêt à faire plaisir. Nous attendons déjà avec impatience notre prochaine visite.

Amazing Vacation Very clean and comfortable, food and drinks were great! Not a ton of walking on the resort but you can go a long way on the beach. Very friendly staff always willing to please. We look forward to our next visit already.
