Royalton Hideaway Negril: Good Vibe Resort

Nous avons absolument adoré notre séjour au centre de villégiature. Le personnel était toujours très aimable et heureux. Nous restons normalement plus à la plage qu'à la piscine, mais les divertissements étaient toujours très amusants et les barmans étaient formidables. La nourriture était absolument délicieuse et le choix était grand. Nous avons été surpris par la sécurité, car lorsque vous marchez sur la plage, vous êtes vraiment surveillé. Si je devais suggérer une petite amélioration, ce ser [... lire plus]ait qu'il y ait plus d'un bar à café.

We absolutely loved our stay at the resort. The staff were always very friendly and happy. We normally stay at the beach more than the pool but the entertainment was always a lot of fun and the bartenders were great. The food was absolutely delicious and the selection was great. We were surprised at the security for when you walked the beach you are definately looked after. If I had to suggest one little improvement it would be there needs to be more than one coffee bar.

Ocean Eden Bay: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

J'ai tout aimé dans cet hôtel. La nourriture était incroyable. Le personnel était incroyable. La plage et les vues sont incroyables. Ne lisez pas les critiques négatives et allez-y. Je reviendrai certainement dans un futur proche... J'ai hâte !

Amazing resort Loved everything about this hotel. Food was amazing. Staff were incredible. Beach and views were wow. Do not read the negative reviews and go. I will definitely be returning in the near future.Can not wait!!

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Fabulous Resort

Nous avons récemment passé un séjour de 10 jours au Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton. Les membres du personnel ont tous été très serviables et se sont montrés prêts à répondre à tous nos besoins. Joseph Myrie nous a accueillis à notre arrivée et lorsque nous lui avons demandé de faire toutes nos réservations pour les dîners à la carte, il s'est occupé des réservations et m'a envoyé les confirmations. Les buffets étaient tous formidables, avec une grande variété de plats. Nous y sommes allés avec no [... lire plus]tre fils, notre belle-fille et nos deux petits-fils. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la plage de Sunset Cove. Les spectacles au théâtre étaient fantastiques. Le seul inconvénient est que la musique était trop forte et couvrait les chants.

We recently had a 10 day stay at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton resort. The staff were all very helpful and were more than willing to accommodate any of our needs. Joseph Myrie met us on our arrival and when we reached out to him to make all our ala carte dinner reservations, he looked after the reservations and sent me the confirmations. The buffets were all terrific with a variety of food. We went with our son, daughter-in-law and two young grandsons and all staff were super friendly. We enjoyed the Sunset Cove beach very much. The entertainment in the theatre was fantastic. The only downside was that the music was too loud that it drowned out the singing.

Royalton Hideaway Negril: Des vacances formidables

C'est la première fois que nous venons en Jamaïque et nous avons passé un excellent moment. Notre salle de billard était idéalement située pour ne rien manquer de la fête. Tout le personnel était sympathique et arrangeant. Le choix des restaurants et de la nourriture était incroyable. Il y avait de nombreuses possibilités de participer aux activités quotidiennes telles que des concours, des leçons de danse, des fêtes avec de la mousse. Awesome holiday First time in Jamaica and we had a wonderful time. Our swim up pool room was in the perfect location so as not to miss any fun. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The selection of restaurants and food was amazing. There were lots of opportunities to participate in the daily activities such as contests, dance lessons, foam pool parties. We happened to be there with a wedding party from the U.S. which made it that much more fun. And the variety of night life was great as well. Definitely would return to this resort.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Une petite escapade agréable

Nous avons eu la surprise d'avoir une grande chambre et un immense balcon avec vue sur l'océan, ce qui n'est pas ce que nous avions payé, donc c'est plutôt sympa ! Plusieurs plages au choix avec une bonne disponibilité de chaises. Il était plus difficile d'obtenir des chaises autour de la piscine principale car c'était la seule piscine où le bar/bar à nageoires était ouvert. L'autre bar de la piscine restait fermé, ce qui obligeait à marcher beaucoup plus loin pour prendre une boisson. Ce n'est  [... lire plus]pas très grave, mais c'est un inconvénient. Le seul vrai problème que nous avons eu, c'est avec les zones privilégiées. Elles étaient toujours vides, que ce soit autour des piscines ou des plages, et elles disposaient de leurs propres bars avec barman. On ne pouvait pas s'y asseoir ou y commander des boissons parce qu'on n'avait pas les bons bracelets. C'est dommage, car il n'y avait pas d'invités privilégiés pour en profiter. Le personnel devait donc rester debout toute la journée, repousser ceux qui n'étaient pas privilégiés, et n'avait presque personne à servir. Et il faisait très chaud autour de la piscine. Je me sentais mal pour eux. Certains d'entre eux avaient l'air malheureux, simplement assis ou debout. Je peux comprendre ceux qui ont payé un peu plus pour le service, mais l'endroit était bien en deçà de sa capacité, ce qui a semblé être du gâchis. A part cela, l'endroit était toujours propre, la nourriture était vraiment bonne, les gens étaient incroyables ! Nous n'avons pas eu à nous plaindre. C'est un endroit très grand, alors préparez-vous à marcher un peu pour vous déplacer. Mais ils ont des petites navettes si nécessaire. Il y a toujours de la nourriture disponible. Même à 23 heures, ils ouvrent un autre restaurant de type buffet au bord de la piscine, et ce jusqu'à 6 heures du matin. Nous avons profité des cartes à la carte les 3 fois et avons eu de très bons repas. Les divertissements étaient très bons. Nous avons adoré les groupes de musique et les musiciens qui jouaient à côté du bar des sports le soir. Les boutiques du Bahia Village sont excellentes. Ils négocient et font de bonnes affaires en dollars américains et jamaïcains. C'est là que nous avons fait la plupart de nos achats de souvenirs. Nos plages préférées se trouvaient à gauche de l'hôtel, face à l'océan. La plage à côté de la plage nue avait un bar de plage bien équipé et des toilettes, ce qui était très pratique. Apportez du matériel de plongée avec masque et tuba et vous pourrez voir beaucoup de poissons juste autour de l'hôtel. Cette partie était géniale ! Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances et nous recommanderions ce complexe.

A nice little getaway We were surprised with a large room & huge balcony with an ocean view, which is not what we paid for, so pretty sweet! Multiple beaches to choose from with decent chair availability. Harder to get chairs around the main pool since it was the only pool where the bar/swimup bar was open. The other pool bar was kept closed, so you had to walk much further for your drinks. Not a huge deal, just inconvenient. Now, the only real issue we had, was with the privileged areas. They were always empty, both around the pools and beaches, and they had their own bars with bartenders. You couldn't sit there or order drinks there because you didn't have the right wristbands. Which sucked because there were no privileged guest around to even take advantage of them. So the staff had to stand around all day, shoo away those who weren't privileged, and barely have anyone to serve. And it was very hot around the pool. I felt bad for them. Some of them looked miserable just sitting or standing around. I can understand those that paid a little extra for the service, but the place was way under capacity, so just seemed like a waste. Other than that, the place was always clean, food was really good, the people were amazing! No actual complaints from us. It's a very large place, so be prepared to do some walking to get around. But they do have little shuttles if needed. There's always food available. Even at 11pm, they open another buffet style restaurant over by the pool and are open until 6am. We took advantage of the a la cartes all 3 times and had really good meals. Entertainment was really good. We loved the live bands and musicians that played next to the sports bar in the evenings. Great shopping at the Bahia Village. They do bargain and do give decent deals in both American and Jamaican dollars. Ended up doing most of our souvenir shopping there. Our favorite beaches were over to the left of the hotel when facing the ocean. The beach next to the nude beach had a well equipped beach bar and washrooms which was very convenient. Bring some snorkel gear and you can see a lot of fish just around the resort itself. That part was great! Overall, we had a great vacation and would recommend this resort.

Riu Reggae: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

L'hôtel Riu Reggae est un bel immeuble bas qui nous a plu ; le terrain était propre, beau et bien entretenu ; aucun problème lors de l'enregistrement ou du départ car le personnel était amical, compétent et accueillant. La chambre était propre, bien rangée et sans insectes ; il y avait aussi un coffre-fort ; la véranda était idéale pour s'asseoir et/ou étendre des vêtements mouillés pour les faire sécher. La plage était sûre et propre, l'eau calme, l'atmosphère pittoresque, la plupart des gens  [... lire plus]amicaux, serviables et gentils. La nourriture était excellente, avec beaucoup d'aliments locaux, de fruits et de légumes, ainsi que des aliments internationaux, de sorte qu'il y avait beaucoup de bons choix au buffet et dans les 5 autres restaurants. Les divertissements étaient excellents au RIU Reggae et au RIU Montego Bay, en particulier la "Friday White Party" qui était très amusante. Il y avait beaucoup d'activités à choisir et des occasions d'en apprendre plus sur la culture et le peuple jamaïcain. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Amazing resort Riu Reggae Hotel was a lovely low-rise which we liked; grounds were tidy, beautiful and well maintained; no issues with checking in or checking out as the staff was friendly knowledgeable and welcoming. The room was clean, tidy and bug free; had a safe as well ; the veranda was ideal just for sitting and/or hanging wet clothes to dry. Beach was safe & clean, water calm, atmosphere scenic, most people friendly, helpful and kind. The food was excellent with a lot of local foods fruits & veggies, as well as international foods so there were many great choices at the buffet and at the other 5 restaurants. Entertainment was great at RIU Reggae and RIU Montego Bay especially the Friday White Party which was lots of fun. There were many activities from which to choose and opportunities to get to learn about the culture and people of Jamaica. I would recommend this hotel.

Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: J'ai adoré !

Je suis venue ici avec deux amis pour un 30e anniversaire. Nous n'avons rien à redire et avons passé un excellent moment ! Les chambres étaient propres, la nourriture était variée et bonne, la plage et la piscine étaient très proches et agréables. Nous avons séjourné du côté de Cornwall Beach, ce qui nous a plu car c'est un peu plus calme que du côté de Montego Beach. Nous nous sommes tout de même amusés à faire la fête du côté de Montego Beach ! Le personnel était très sympathique et il se pass [... lire plus]ait quelque chose d'amusant tous les soirs. Nous avons également adoré l'emplacement de l'hôtel sur la rue branchée et nous avons aimé l'explorer. Nous avons rencontré beaucoup d'habitués qui viennent dans ce complexe plusieurs fois par an. Vous ne regretterez pas d'avoir séjourné ici :)

Loved it! I came here with two friends for a 30th birthday. We have no complaints and had a great time! The rooms were clean, food had variety and was good, beach and pool were super close and nice. We stayed on the Cornwall Beach side which we enjoyed as it is a little quieter than the Montego Beach side. We did have a lot of fun partying on the Montego side as well! The staff were super friendly and there was something fun going on every night. We also loved the location on the hip strip and enjoyed exploring there. We met a lot of regulars who come to this resort multiple times a year. You won't regret staying here :)

Riu Palace Aquarelle: Merveilleux centre de villégiature

Comme toujours, le Riu brille par la qualité de son personnel et de sa nourriture. L'enregistrement a été facile, le représentant à la réception a été TELLEMENT serviable et accommodant, me laissant choisir l'étage et étant très transparent quant à leur disponibilité. J'ai demandé s'il était possible de passer à une chambre avec vue sur l'océan, ce qui était le cas, et cela valait vraiment la peine de payer plus cher. Cependant, il y a eu un problème avec le service de chambre une nuit, il nou [... lire plus]s a été livré 2 heures après avoir commandé à minuit et nous nous étions endormis à ce moment-là. Le menu du service en chambre est très limité, vous avez littéralement le choix entre une salade César, un club sandwich et des nachos (essentiellement des chips de maïs avec une sauce au fromage bon marché, avec un tout petit peu de pico di galo) La plage n'est pas comparable à celle du Riu Tropical Palace Negril, du tout. Mais je le savais en arrivant, alors j'ai ajusté mes attentes, mais c'était pire que ce à quoi je m'attendais. Nous n'avons pas nagé dans leur plage, nous aurions marché le long du Royalton à Ocean Springs et nagé là-bas, beaucoup moins d'algues et de rochers. L'équipe de divertissement était en feu, ils ont fait une nuit Michael Jackson et une nuit Jamaïque qui étaient les meilleurs spectacles. L'hôtel est tout neuf, donc tout est impeccable et beau. Les chambres sont propres mais les deux lits doubles sont petits, nous étions trois et l'un d'entre nous a dû utiliser le canapé pour dormir.

Wonderful resort As always, Riu always shines with good staff and good food. Check-in was easy, the rep at the desk was SO helpful and accommodating, letting me pick what floor to be on and being very transparent with their availability. I asked if they had availability to upgrade to an ocean view room which there was and it was totally worth the extra money. However, there was an issue with room service on night, it was delivered to us 2 hours after ordering at midnight and we had fell asleep by that time. Room service menu is very limited, your options are literally caesar salad, club sandwich and nachos (basically corn chips with cheap queso sauce, you get the tiniest bit of pico di galo with it) The beach does not compare to the Riu Tropical Palace Negril, like at all. But I knew that going in so I adjusted my expectations, but it was worse than I expected. We did not swim in their beach we would walk down past the Royalton to Ocean Springs and swam there, much less seaweed and rocks. The entertainment team was fire, they did a Michael Jackson night and Jamaica night which were the best shows. The hotel is brand new, so everything is pristine and beautiful. The rooms are clean but the two double beds are small, there was three of us so one of us ended up using the pull-out sofa to sleep on.

Riu Palace Jamaica: Très beau centre de villégiature

Le Riu Palace Montego Bay était très agréable. La nourriture était excellente au buffet. Beaucoup de choix et une sélection de salades très fraîches. Nous avons fait le steak house et la queue de homard était délicieuse et le steak était bien fait. On s'est beaucoup amusé autour de la piscine avec le swim up bar, mais la piscine tranquille juste à côté était agréable quand on voulait un peu de calme. L'équipe d'animation s'est occupée de la journée et les cours d'aérobic dans l'eau étaient bien [... lire plus]. Le Palace est le plus calme des 3 hôtels et le Reggae semble très animé avec beaucoup de vie nocturne si vous aimez cela. La plage n'est pas géniale et n'est pas très grande. Elle est un peu envahie par les algues et le sable n'est pas très doux pour marcher. La chambre était très bien et le personnel de ménage et de restauration du bar a fait du bon travail. Le personnel de ce complexe était pour la plupart très gentil et heureux d'aider.

Very nice resort The Riu Palace Montego Bay was very nice. The food was great at the buffet. Lots of choices and very fresh salad selection. We did the steak house and the lobster tail was delicious and the steak was done nicely. Lot's of fun around the pool with swim up bar but, the quite pool right beside it was nice when just wanted some quiet time. The entertainment staff kept things busy in the day and the water aerobic classes were good. The Palace is the quieter of the 3 hotels and the Reggae seemed very busy with lots of night life if you like that. The beach is not great and not very big. It is a tad sea weedy and not soft sand to walk on if that is your thing don't go here for the beach. The room was great and the house keeping and bar restock staff did a good job. The staff at this resort were for the most part very nice and happy to help.

Secrets Wild Orchid: Excellent Stay

Nous avons été très impressionnés par l'attention portée aux petits détails, notamment la propreté, le terrain, le service et l'entretien. Le complexe, y compris les parties communes et les terrains, était toujours impeccable, tout comme les chambres, les restaurants, les installations de remise en forme, etc. Tous les équipements et installations sportives, notamment les courts de tennis, étaient bien entretenus et modernes. La plage était également très bonne, avec des zones de baignade claires et des maîtres-nageurs. Dans l'ensemble, c'est peut-être l'endroit le plus agréable où nous ayons jamais séjourné et le service, le personnel et les installations ont dépassé toutes nos attentes.

We were very impressed by the level of attention paid to small details including cleanliness, grounds, service and maintenance. The resort including common areas and grounds were always spotless, as were the rooms, the restaurants, the fitness facilities etc. All of the equipment and sports facilities, tennis courts et a;, were well maintained and modern. There was an amazing variety of food and very high quality and the staff was outstanding. The beach was also very good with clear swimming areas and lifeguards. Overall, perhaps the nicest place we have ever stayed and the service, staff and facilities were above expectation.

Dreams Rose Hall: J'ai adoré le centre de villégiature

Tout le monde était si amical et serviable ! Au cours de la semaine, ils ont appris nos noms, nous avons passé un très bon moment. Les chambres sont propres, notre chambre avait une vue sur l'océan qui était absolument magnifique. La plage était bien entretenue, nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir dans la rivière paresseuse. Nous avons fait une excursion et l'hospitalité était exceptionnelle. Je reviendrai sans aucun doute.

I loved the resort Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Over the week learned our names, we had such a great time. Clean rooms, our room had a beautiful ocean view which was absolutely beautiful. The beach was well maintained , we had so much fun in the lazy river. We did an excursion and the hospitality was exceptional. I would definitely come back.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Charmante station balnéaire

Ocean Eden Bay: Beautiful Resort

My husband and I had the most incredible experience at this resort! We had exceptional service, exciting entertainment and wonderful dining during our stay. We are sincerely thankful for the outstanding service given to us from Samantha during our check in. This young lady deserves a promotion! We were completely happy with her warm, friendly service. Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Excellentes vacances

La section Signature vaut bien le petit supplément de prix. Plages et piscines magnifiques. Possibilité de faire de la plongée avec masque et tuba directement sur la plage. Choix de nourriture - bonne variété de restaurants. Les divertissements le soir n'étaient pas géniaux. Dans l'ensemble, excellent rapport qualité-prix et excellent complexe hôtelier.

Excellent vacation Signature section well worth the small extra cost. Great beaches and pools. Able to snorkel right off the beach. Food options - good variety and restaurants. Entertainment at night wasn’t great. Overall great value and great resort.

S Hotel Montego Bay: Hôtel plus petit avec une grande plage

Le S Hotel est un petit hôtel situé en plein centre-ville de Montego Bay. Le personnel était très serviable et l'hôtel est bien organisé. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre Sky Suite Ocean View au 5ème étage. La chambre était propre et confortable et offrait une belle vue sur l'eau. Il était très facile de se déplacer dans l'hôtel et comme il est plus petit, il était facile de se rendre à certains endroits. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps au S Cafe pour le café, les biscuits et les gla [... lire plus]ces. Il se trouve au rez-de-chaussée, à proximité de la piscine et de la plage. Les autres restaurants étaient satisfaisants, mais pas exceptionnels. Le personnel de service fait tous des efforts. La piscine est très belle, mais il est parfois difficile de trouver des places assises. Nous avons aimé la plage (Doctor's Cave) et avons apprécié que l'hôtel ait sa propre section avec des chaises longues toujours disponibles. L'eau était très bonne - calme, avec un fond sablonneux et facile à entrer et sortir de l'eau. La jetée est un endroit idéal pour sortir. Dans l'ensemble, c'était un bon hôtel.

Smaller Hotel with a great beach The S Hotel is a smaller hotel right in downtown Montego Bay. The staff were all very helpful and the hotel is well organized. We stayed in a Sky Suite Ocean View room on the 5th floor. The room was clean and comfortable and had a great view of the water. It was very easy to get around the hotel and because it is smaller, getting places was easy. We spent a lot of time in the S Cafe for coffee, cookies and ice cream. It was on the ground floor close to the pool and beach. The other restaurants were satisfactory, but not outstanding. The serving staff all try hard. The pool is very nice, but seating is sometimes tough to find. We liked the beach (Doctor's Cave) and appreciated the hotel had its own section with lounges always available. The water was great-Calm with a nice sandy bottom and easy to get in and out of. The pier was a great place to walk out. Overall it was a good hotel to stay at.

Riu Ocho Rios: Grand centre de villégiature

L'hôtel a offert un séjour digne d'intérêt, mais il n'a pas réussi à obtenir un nombre d'étoiles élevé dans mon livre. Bien que la chambre soit propre et dotée des équipements essentiels, elle n'a pas le charme et les détails attentionnés qui rehaussent une visite. Certains problèmes mineurs ont été réglés rapidement, mais j'aurais préféré ne pas avoir à les soulever moi-même. Pour les amateurs de plage, l'emplacement est excellent ; cependant, la nourriture était simplement satisfaisante et ne  [... lire plus]reflétait pas les saveurs authentiques que l'on pourrait attendre, semblant avoir été conçue pour satisfaire un public plus large. Le personnel était poli, mais certains n'ont pas fait le nécessaire pour que les clients se sentent bien accueillis. Bien que les équipements soient suffisants, ils semblent quelque peu désuets et peu inspirés. Sur une note positive, l'emplacement de l'hôtel était pratique et répondait efficacement à nos besoins. Dans l'ensemble, il s'agit d'un choix pratique pour un court séjour, qui remplit son objectif pour notre voyage.

Great resort The hotel provided a noteworthy stay, yet it did not fully achieve a high star rating in my book. Although the room was clean and equipped with essential amenities, it lacked the charm and thoughtful details that elevate a visit. There were minor issues that were addressed promptly, though I would have preferred not to raise them myself. For beach enthusiasts, the location is excellent; however, the food was merely satisfactory and did not reflect the authentic flavors one might expect, seemingly tailored to suit a broader audience. The staff were polite, but some did not extend themselves to ensure guests felt particularly welcomed. While the amenities were sufficient, they appeared somewhat outdated and uninspired. On a positive note, the hotel's location was convenient and met our needs effectively. Overall, it serves as a practical choice for a brief stay, fulfilling its purpose for our trip.

Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Merveilleux complexe hôtelier ! Nous avons apprécié chaque minute !

La plage était absolument magnifique ! L'eau était d'un bleu aqua, si claire et si chaude. Nous nous sommes baignés tous les jours, plusieurs fois. Le personnel était très aimable et serviable. Il n'y a que deux restaurants à la carte, mais il y avait un grand choix d'options délicieuses au buffet, ce qui n'est pas un problème. Il y avait souvent des musiciens qui jouaient dans la salle à côté de la salle à manger et la musique était si agréable, juste le bon volume parce qu'ils étaient dans [... lire plus] la salle voisine. La piscine était impeccable. Tout dans l'hôtel était propre. Les animations en soirée dans le hall étaient merveilleuses. Plus tard, les divertissements en soirée étaient du côté de Montego Bay et nous n'y avons pas participé car nos journées étaient très chargées et actives. Carl nous a emmenés faire un tour en Hobie Cat. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Dans l'ensemble, le Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach est l'un des meilleurs hôtels où nous ayons séjourné.

Wonderful Resort! Enjoyed every minute! The beach was absolutely stunning! The water was aqua blue and so clear and warm. We were in swimming every day, several times. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They only have 2 A la Carte restaurants but there was a great selection of delicious options at the buffet so no worries there. There were often musicians playing in the room beside the dining room and the music was so nice, just the right volume because they were in the next room. There pool was spotless. Everything in the whole hotel was clean. Evening entertainment in the lobby was wonderful. Later evening entertainment was on the Montego Bay side and we didn’t get over for it as our days were very full and active. Carl took us out for an amazing Hobie Cat ride. Enjoyed that very much. Overall, the Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.

Il s'agit d'un 3 étoiles, et nous aimons la taille de ce complexe... Le personnel est formidable... Oui, les chambres sont un peu démodées, surtout les salles de bains, mais ils sont en train de refaire tout le complexe... La nourriture est exceptionnelle... Nous reviendrons sans hésiter...

Super Resort Remember this is a 3 star, and we actually like the size of this resort..The staff, each and everyone of them are great...Yes the rooms are a bit outdate, especially bathrooms, but they are re-doing the whole resort...Food is outstanding...We will return in a heartbeat..

Bungalows propres et confortables, buffets complets, pas de file d'attente, service amical. Endroit parfait pour un couple de retraités, mais pas vraiment pour les jeunes voyageurs. Je recommanderais d'y retourner. Nous avons facilement organisé des excursions avec le personnel disponible tous les jours. J'ai apprécié la bouteille de champagne offerte pour mon anniversaire.

Perfect for us Clean, cozy bungalows, full buffets, no lines, friendly service. Perfect place for retired couple not so much for the younger travellers. Would recommend it go back. We easily arranged excursions with the staff that was available daily. Enjoyed a complementary bottle of Champaign for my birthday.
