Barcelo Ixtapa: Station très relaxante et propre. Service excellent

Excellent service de la part du personnel. Très informatif sur toutes les attractions. Excellente nourriture. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le choix de restaurants autres que le buffet. Il y avait toujours un restaurant ouvert dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel quand on avait besoin de manger.

Very Relaxing and clean resort. Excelent service Excellent service from the staff. Very informative about any attractions. Great food. Really enjoyed the choice of additional restaurants other than the Buffet. There was always a restaurant open on the grounds when ever you needed to eat.

Tesoro Ixtapa: nous avons passé un moment extraordinaire !!!

L'hôtel était propre, le terrain était luxuriant et tropical et parfaitement entretenu. Le service et le personnel étaient merveilleux et nous ont fait sentir les bienvenus La nourriture était excellente, savoureuse et variée. Le restaurant de spécialités était à tomber par terre. Nous avons été très impressionnés par le service personnalisé à la piscine !

we had the most awesome time there!!! The hotel was clean, the grounds were lush & tropical and immaculately kept. The service and staff were wonderful and made us feel so welcome, would go there again for sure! The food was great, tasty and a good variety. The speciality restaurant was to die for. We were so impressed with the personal service at the pool!!!

Las Brisas Ixtapa: Mon nouvel endroit préféré...

Nous avons séjourné au Las Brisas pendant la semaine de Noël 2013 et c'était génial. Le personnel ici était génial, tout le monde, de la réception au personnel de plage. La plage elle-même était géniale, les vagues étaient assez grandes pour que les enfants adolescents fassent de la planche à voile, mais pas trop pour causer des soucis (bien que certains jours aient été proches). Le personnel de la plage était génial, il faisait des allers-retours pour servir tout le monde et semblait déçu si vo [... lire plus]us vous serviez vous-même. La nourriture et les boissons étaient également excellentes sur la plage. Nous n'avons pas eu un seul mauvais repas ou expérience pendant toute la semaine, c'était fabuleux. Nous avons passé de nombreuses vacances au Mexique dans des centres de villégiature de l'IA et celui-ci a été notre préféré. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et chaque chambre a une belle vue sur l'océan avec un grand patio avec hamac. Honnêtement, je ne peux pas penser à un seul point négatif à mentionner. Je n'ai pas l'habitude de visiter deux fois la même station car nous aimons essayer de nouveaux endroits, mais je reviendrai ici bientôt.

My new favorite place... We stayed at the Las Brisas during the Christmas week of 2013 and it was great. The staff here were awesome, everyone from front desk to beach staff. The beach itself was great, waves were big enough for the teenage kids to boogie board but not too big to cause any worries (although some days were close). The beach staff were awesome, they actually ran back and forth to serve everyone and seemed disappointed if you served yourself. Food and drinks were great on the beach as well. We did not have a bad meal or experience the whole week, it was fabulous. We've been on numerous Mexican vacations to AI resorts and this has been our favorite. The rooms were spacious and every room has a beautiful ocean view with a big patio seating area complete with hammock. I honestly cannot think of one negative point to mention. I don't normally visit the same resort twice as we like to try new places, but I will be visiting here again soon.

Azul Ixtapa Grand Resort: Hôtel fantastique

L'hôtel et les installations sont incroyables. Les chambres étaient dotées de tous les équipements possibles et imaginables, elles étaient grandes, spacieuses et modernes. Un petit mini bar dans la chambre était agréable, mais il aurait été bien d'avoir un peu plus de choix. Le service était excellent, le personnel très sympathique et le restaurant mexicain était exceptionnel. Le service de la piscine était le meilleur que j'ai jamais eu... La seule suggestion serait d'améliorer le buffet. Les c [... lire plus]hoix étaient minimes. Je reviendrai sans aucun doute et je recommanderais cet hôtel à tout le monde

Fantastic hotel The hotel and facilities were incredible. The rooms had every amenity you could think off, were large, spacious and modern. A small mini bar in the room was nice but it would have been nice to have a bit better selection. The service was excellent, very friendly staff and the Mexican restaurant was outstanding.. The pool service was the best I have ever had.. The only suggestion would be to enhance the buffet. The selections were minimal. I will definitely be back and would re comment this to anyone
