Ma femme et moi sommes allés au Grand Ventana 3 fois depuis 18 ans, et avons rencontré des gens qui étaient venus jusqu'à 20 fois ou même 36 fois comme nous l'avons découvert lors de notre dernier voyage... Viva V Samana by Wyndham: Je recommanderais ce centre de villégiature !

J'ai séjourné dans ce centre de villégiature en novembre 2023 et le prix en valait la peine. La station était très propre et bien entretenue. Longue plage et belle eau bleue claire ! La nourriture était bonne en termes de quantité et de variété. Les restaurants sont toujours disponibles. Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre Vibe qui était propre, les draps étaient changés tous les 3 jours ou sur demande. Nous avons eu des problèmes pour capter les chaînes de télévision anglaises qui n'ont jama [... lire plus]is été résolus avant notre départ. De plus, la chambre était annoncée comme ayant une vue sur l'océan, mais en réalité "aucune chambre Vibe" n'a de vue sur l'océan, à moins d'être membre de l'association Vive. Le personnel était toujours aimable et prêt à aider. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j'y retournerai volontiers !

Would Recommend this Resort! Stayed at this resort November 2023 and it was well worth the money. The resort was very clean and well cared for. Long beach and beautiful clear blue water! Food was good as far as quantity and variety. Restaurants always available. We stayed in the Vibe room which was clean, sheets changed every 3 days or upon request. We had problems with getting English TV stations which never was resolved before we left. Also it was advertised as ocean view but in reality “no” vibe room has ocean view unless you are a Vive member. Staff was always friendly and willing to help. I would highly recommend and would go back!

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Excellent centre de villégiature !

Une fois de plus, un voyage merveilleux ! Je ne peux pas Ù™ dire assez au sujet de la station, le personnel, la nourriture et l'hébergement. Deuxième visite, je n'ai pas été déçue et j'ai eu très envie d'y retourner ! J'ai un régime alimentaire spécial, qu'ils très sont accommodés avec aucun problème du tout. Ce sera toujours mon lieu de prédilection, car il offre tout ce que l'on peut désirer en vacances.

Excellent resort! Once again, another wonderful trip! I can’t say enough about the resort, the staff, the food and accommodations. Second time visiting, not to be disappointed, leaving me very much wanting to go back! I have a special diet, which they very much are accommodated with no problem at all. It will now always be my go to place being it gives you everything you could possibly want in a vacation.

Iberostar Resort in Puerto Plata We found the resort to be very pleasant well maintained property was in good shape food could have used a bit of an improvement to wish the food and buffets were labeled because it was hard to decide which you want to eat if you didn't know what the name it was

TRS Turquesa: Bon avec quelques exceptions

L'hôtel était au mieux correct. On sent qu'il s'agit d'un hôtel plus ancien. Notre porte-fenêtre ne se verrouillait pas (nous étions au premier étage) et il était très difficile de l'ouvrir et de la fermer. La moitié du temps, nos porte-clés ne fonctionnaient pas et nous devions aller dans le hall pour les réinitialiser. Les trois premiers jours, nous n'avions pas d'eau froide, vous vous brûleriez en prenant une douche chaude. Un jour, nous avons demandé à notre majordome de faire une réservatio [... lire plus]n pour quatre personnes dans l'un des restaurants pour notre avant-dernier jour, ils l'ont fait pour deux, donc nous n'avons jamais eu la chance de manger là-bas. J'avais demandé le premier étage car je ne peux pas monter les escaliers et je ne savais pas qu'il n'y avait pas d'ascenseurs lorsque nous avons réservé 10 mois auparavant, ils m'ont mis au troisième étage et j'ai refusé la chambre. J'ai dû payer 350 $ de plus pour obtenir une chambre au premier étage.

Good with a few execptions The hotel was ok at best. You can tell that it is an older hotel. Our patio door didn't lock (we were on the first floor) and was very hard to open and close. Half of the time our key fobs didn't work so we had to go to the lobby to reset. The first three days, we didn't have cold water, you will burn yourself taking a hot shower. One day we asked our butler to make a reservation for four people to one of the restaurants for our second last day, they made it for two, so we never got the chance to eat there. I had requested first floor because I cannot do stairs and was not aware that they didn't have elevators when we booked 10 months prior, they put me on the third floor and I refused the room. Had to pay extra $350 to get a room on the first floor.

Lifestyle Tropical Beach Resort: 5ème fois et d'autres à venir !

Le seul problème était que nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude pour les douches. J'espère que cela pourra être résolu en ajoutant plus de réservoirs d'eau chaude afin que lorsque la station est occupée ce ne soit pas un problème. Sinon, les Suites Supérieures rénovées étaient magnifiques et je reviendrai certainement dans un avenir proche

5th time with more to come!! Absolutely love the property the people the size of the property is massive use of all of the facilities is great the pool is clean the drinks are good the food is tasty the only problem was that we didn't have hot water for showers hopefully this can be fixed by adding more hot water tanks so that when the resort is busy this isn't an issue otherwise the renovated Superior Suites was beautiful and I will definitely be coming back again in the near future thank you lifestyle!

Ocean Blue and Sand: C'était juste correct

La nourriture était très bonne et il y avait une grande sélection d'aliments à choisir dans le buffet. Le mauvais : La cafetière de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, crachant de l'eau partout. Pas de café le matin. Les boissons alcoolisées sont diluées et les boissons glacées ont un goût de carton. Les vendeurs sur la plage et dans le complexe lui-même étaient agressifs.  [... lire plus]Où que l'on aille, quelqu'un essayait de prendre votre temps pour vous vendre une excursion ou autre. Le personnel était généralement antipathique, qu'un pourboire ait été laissé ou non.

It was" just" okay The good: The rooms were clean was the resort. The pool was huge and beautiful. The entertainment was good. The food was very good and there was a large selection of foods to choose from the buffet. The bad: The room coffee maker just worked, spewing brew everywhere. No coffee provided for the mornings. The alcoholic drinks are watered down and anything slushy tasted like cardboard. The vendors on the beach and in the resort itself were agressive. No matter where one walked, someone was attempting to take up your time to sell you an excursion or alike. The staff was generally unfriendly, regardless if a tip was left or not.

Le terrain était magnifique, propre et bien entretenu. La chambre n'avait rien de spécial, mais combien de temps passe-t-on dans sa chambre ? La piscine était grande et magnifique. Nous avons apprécié nos vacances et nous les recommandons ! Le seul point négatif est que la chambre avait beaucoup d'humidité, à tel point que les draps étaient mouillés au moment de se coucher.

Wonderful resort! The grounds were beautiful, clean and well manicured. The room was nothing special but how much time do you spend in your room anyway? The pool was large and wonderful. We enjoyed our vacation and would recommend it! The only negative is that the room had alot of humidity so much so that the sheets felt wet when you finally go to bed.

Very nice clean well maintained resort Entertainment could have been better Bus ride from the airport was more than an hour Requested two beds but none available ended up with a king size and a roll away - did not pay to sleep on a rollaway bed

VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort: J'ai hâte de revenir

Cet hôtel est génial, c'est la taille parfaite (ni trop grand, ni trop petit) tout est accessible à pied. Le personnel est fantastique, la nourriture est incroyable, l'hôtel est extrêmement propre, la plage est géniale et vous vous ferez de nouveaux amis à chaque visite.

Can’t wait to come back This hotel is awesome, it’s the perfect size (not too big and not too small) everything is within walking distance. The staff are fantastic the food is amazing the hotel is extremely clean, the beach is great and you will make new friends every time you visit.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Grand centre de villégiature

J'ai apprécié tous les aspects du complexe, à l'exception de la musique bruyante à la piscine principale, que l'on pouvait entendre à la plage. Même les bouchons d'oreille n'ont pas pu étouffer le son et le sifflement pendant l'aqua fit était pire. Le site est magnifique, la nourriture est excellente, les gens sont gentils. Notre chambre manquait de quelques choses et après avoir demandé deux fois, nous avons simplement oublié. Cela ne devrait pas dépendre des pourboires.

Great resort I enjoyed everything about the resort except the loud music at the main pool that could be heard at the beach. Even ear plugs could not drown out the sound and the whistle blowing during aqua fit was worse. Beautiful grounds, great food, nice people. Our room was lacking a few things and after asking twice we just forgot about it. This should not be tip dependant.

Très propre et confortable, la nourriture et les boissons étaient excellentes ! Il n'y a pas beaucoup de marche à faire dans la station, mais vous pouvez aller loin sur la plage. Le personnel est très sympathique et toujours prêt à faire plaisir. Nous attendons déjà avec impatience notre prochaine visite.

Amazing Vacation Very clean and comfortable, food and drinks were great! Not a ton of walking on the resort but you can go a long way on the beach. Very friendly staff always willing to please. We look forward to our next visit already.

Royalton CHIC Punta Cana: Très content et satisfait !

Nous avons été très impressionnés par la taille compacte du Chic, qui permet d'avoir toute la nourriture et les installations à portée de main. Les piscines et les plages sont pittoresques et il y a de l'ombre quand on en a besoin. Les buffets sont aussi bons que les cartes à la carte, qui étaient également fantastiques... la nourriture est la meilleure et abondante. Nous avons adhéré au Diamond Club et notre majordome, Billy Joel, a répondu à tous nos besoins et à tous nos caprices... c'est le  [... lire plus]meilleur ! Notre chambre, la Presidential Suite, était ENORME et proche des piscines, de la plage et des restaurants.

Very pleased and satisfied! We were very impressed with the compact size of Chic which made all food and facilities close at hand. The pools and beach areas are scenic and shade is available when needed. Buffets are as good as the a-la-cartes which were also fantastic...food is the best and plentiful. We joined the Diamond Club and our butler, Billy Joel, catered to our every concern and whim..he is the best!!! Our room, Presidential Suite, was HUGE and close to the pools, beach and restaurants.

Senator Puerto Plata Hotel: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Il n'y a rien que je puisse dire à propos de ce centre de villégiature, si ce n'est qu'il est excellent sur tous les plans. La taille et la possibilité de se déplacer dans le complexe sont excellentes. Le personnel se surpasse pour rendre votre voyage fabuleux.

Amazing Resort There is nothing that I could say about this resort but excellent on all fronts. The size and ability to get around the resort was excellent. The staff go above and beyond to make your trip fabulous.

le personnel est très sympathique, en particulier le service clientèle qui parle anglais, il a fait tout son possible pour nous aider, en particulier M. Arron Miller qui nous a offert ses services lorsque ma femme a eu des difficultés avec son équipement médical, il n'y a pas eu de remerciements le personnel est très gentil, surtout le service clientèle qui parle anglais et se met en quatre pour nous aider, en particulier M. very nice resort it is older resort luck of towels rooms are not perfectly clean but ok perfect location to the nice beach very good buffet over all good service moore less what we where expecting had a premium adult resort with nice view to ocean and lovely beach staff very nice specially guest service spoke inglish went out of there way to help especialy mr.Arron Miller realy nice human be who offer us his services when my wife strugle with her medical equipment coud not thank him enough what he done for us thank again Mr.Miller .pool was also very nice.we looking forward to go there again next year

Terrain luxuriant avec des chaises longues et des cabanas. Belle disposition de l'établissement. Excellent service, même si l'enregistrement aurait pu être mieux organisé. Excellents restaurants à la carte ! L'équipe d'animation est le point fort du complexe !

Nickelodeon Hotel Punta Cana: Centre de villégiature de haut niveau

Si vous avez des enfants, c'est l'endroit idéal pour votre famille. La nourriture était incroyable, la meilleure des Dominicains où je suis allé. Le terrain est impeccable. Le personnel, autre que celui de l'enregistrement, était formidable et presque tout le monde parlait un peu d'anglais. Les salles de bain sont parfaites pour les moments d'intimité.

Top shelf resort If you have kids, this is the resort for your family. The food was amazing, best in the Dominican that I have been to. The grounds immaculate. The staff, other than the check in staff, were great and just about everyone spoke some English. The swim up rooms were great for your private time.

Dreams Flora Resort and Spa: C'était un centre de villégiature extraordinaire.

Les chambres de cet hôtel sont modernes et très propres. Les parties communes étaient également très propres. La verdure luxuriante, les plans tropicaux colorés et les grands palmiers étaient magnifiques... et vous donnaient l'impression d'être heureux. La nourriture était excellente et le choix des restaurants était très bon... vous pouviez dîner dans un endroit différent chaque soir.

This was an amazing resort. The rooms of this hotel were modern and very clean. Public areas were also kept very clean as well. The lush greenery, colourful tropical plans and tall palm trees were beautiful .. and just made you feel happy. The food was excellent, and the choices we had of restaurants was very good .. you could dine somewhere different each evening.
