Si vous cherchez un endroit calme pour vous évader, c'est ici. Le terrain et l'hôtel étaient parfaitement entretenus. La végétation mature et le paysage étaient magnifiques. La plage était privée, ce qui était un gros avantage pour nous. Les chambres sont propres et rénovées (les lits sont extrêmement confortables). Le service du personnel de la chambre et de la salle à manger était excellent, ils étaient toujours heureux de vous servir. La nourriture était délicieuse et abondante (aurait pu êtr [... lire plus]e un peu plus variée) si vous aimez le poisson, c'est pour vous. Si vous ne pouvez pas monter les escaliers, ce n'est pas l'endroit pour vous. Je n'ai eu aucun problème mais si quelqu'un ne peut pas monter les escaliers, ce n'est pas pour vous. J'y retournerais certainement, car c'est un complexe réservé aux adultes.

Best get away ever 😊 If you are looking for a quiet place to get away to than this is it. The grounds and hotel were kept pristine. Mature vegetation and scenery was beautiful to look at. Beach was private which was a big plus for us. Rooms clean and updated (beds extremely comfortable). Service from room and dining staff was great, they were always happy to serve you. Food was delicious and plentiful (could have varied a bit better) if you love fish than this for you. If you can't do stairs well this is not the place for you. I had no problem but if someone can't do stairs than not for you. Would definatly go back, because it's an adult only resort.

C'est la 7ème fois que nous séjournons au Grand Bahia, la 3ème à Ambar Blue. Bien que Grand Bahia soit un immense complexe, Blue est une zone isolée près de la plage pour les adultes seulement et bien que vous ayez accès à toutes les commodités dans tout le complexe, si vous êtes là juste pour vous détendre, Blue a suffisamment de restaurants et de bars qu'il n'y a vraiment pas besoin d'aller plus loin. Les chambres d'hôtel, la plage et les restaurants sont tous incroyables. La sélection de nour [... lire plus]riture est bonne et il y a beaucoup de choix. Le service au bar est parfois lent. Si vous voulez une cabane près de la plage, vous devez vous lever très tôt, avant 7 heures, pour en réserver une avec vos serviettes. Personnel TRES sympathique. Bien que nous soyons des adeptes de la plage, la piscine est superbe avec de nombreuses chaises longues. Malgré les défauts mentionnés ci-dessus, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Returning Guests to an Amazing Resort This is our 7h time staying at Grand Bahia, 3rd at Ambar Blue. Although Grand Bahia is a huge resort, Blue is an isolated area close to the beach for adults only and although you have access to all amenities throughout the resort, If you are there just to relax, Blue has enough restaurants and bars that there is really no need to go beyond. Hotel rooms, beach and restaurants are all amazing. Food selection is good with plenty of choices. Bar Service can be slow at times. If you want a cabana near the beach, you have to get up pretty early, before 7, to stake one out with your towels. VERY friendly staff. Although we are beach people, the pool is great with plenty of loungers. Despite any shortcomings referred to above, we will definitely return.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Grand Bahia Principe Aazin Resort

Je donne à ce complexe 5 étoiles. La nourriture est tout simplement incroyable. Les chambres étaient superbes et les femmes de chambre et le personnel du mini bar ont pris soin de nous tous les jours, mais n'oubliez pas que les pourboires et les petits cadeaux font la différence. Ils vous traitent comme des membres de la famille royale. Le terrain de l'hôtel est immaculé et bien entretenu. I do give this resort a full 5 star. As the food is just amazing. The rooms were great and the maids and mini bar person took care of us everyday, but please remember tips and small gifts make a difference. They treat you like Royalty. The grounds of this place is immaculate well taken care of. Golf trolleys take you everywhere, to rooms or shopping-free of course. I recommend this resort and the other three sister resorts, Akumal, Coba and Sian Ka'an

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Hôtel agréable mais très fréquenté, il faut améliorer le service d'enregistrement et le service de conciergerie

L'enregistrement pourrait être facilité par une soumission en ligne des informations avant l'atterrissage, leur application devrait inclure l'heure approximative à laquelle la chambre sera prête, des cartes de serviettes distribuées pendant que vous attendez la chambre. Notre chambre a été retardée de près de 2 heures. Terrain bien entretenu mais super occupé, comme 700+ chambres. Les gens réservent des chaises à 5 heures du matin avec des serviettes et ne’t pas revenir toute la journée. Trouv [... lire plus]er une chaise ou de l'ombre n'est possible que pour les lève-tôt. L'anglais n'est pas très répandu, il faut donc s'y préparer. La nourriture était correcte, mais un avertissement avec ceux qui ont des allergies car les signes n'étaient pas exacts. Si vous avez une allergie mortelle, vous devez obtenir une lettre au concierge pour expliquer vos besoins afin que le personnel soit au courant en espagnol. Les chambres sont belles mais nous aurions couvertures manquantes jour à jour, un jour il y avait assez de serviettes pour tous les occupants de la chambre et un jour il n'y avaitâ €™t. Beaucoup de moustiques dans les chambres, alors apportez une bombe insecticide et des médicaments contre les allergies. Sinon, c'était un bel hôtel, le personnel du club pour enfants était génial. Les enfants se sont éclatés et je n'ai pas eu à m'inquiéter de la sécurité. Allez au buffet BBQ sur la plage (réservation obligatoire) pour une excellente viande grillée au charbon de bois.

Nice but very busy hotel, needs improvements to check in and concierge service Check-in could be made far easier by an online submission of information prior to landing, their app should include approximate time of room being ready, towel cards handed out while you wait for room. Our room was delayed by almost 2 hours. Well kept grounds but super busy, like 700+ rooms. People reserve chairs at 5 am with towels and don’t return all day. Finding a chair or shade is only for early risers. English is not widely spoken so be prepared. Food was ok, but a warning with those with allergies as signs were not accurate. If you have a life threatening allergy you need to get a letter at concierge to explain your requirements for staff to be aware in Spanish. Rooms are nice but we would have blankets missing day to day, someday there were enough towels for all room occupants and some day there wasn’t. Lots of mosquitoes in rooms so bring bug spray and allergy meds. Otherwise it was a nice hotel, kids club staff were great. Kids had a blast and I didn’t worry about safety. Go to the BBQ buffet at beach (req reservation) for excellent charcoal grilled meat.

Le personnel, la nourriture, le terrain et les boissons étaient excellents. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine. Nous avons rencontré des gens formidables venus du monde entier. Les barmans Ivan et Alejandro au club golden méritent une tournée de boissons pour nous. Merci au personnel de Coba et à l'année prochaine.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Excellente station !

Nous avons beaucoup voyagé dans les Caraïbes et ce complexe doit être l'un des meilleurs. Depuis notre premier accueil dans le hall principal jusqu'à notre départ, tout était parfait. La nourriture était fantastique, nous n'avons jamais eu besoin d'aller dans les restaurants à la carte car le buffet était formidable. Propreté des chambres, des jardins, de la piscine et de la plage : A+. Personnel très courtois, faisant de son mieux pour parler anglais (s'il ne le parlait pas). Tout ce que nous pouvons dire, c'est Fabuleux + Nous y retournerions dans un battement de coeur ! !! â¤ï¸ Je viens de rentrer chez moi le 3 avril 2018.

Excellent Resort !! We have travelled extensively in the Caribbean + this resort has to be among the Best. From our initial greeting in the Main Lobby, to our check out,everything was top-notch. Food was fantastic..never needed to go to a la carte restaurants as buffet was terrific. Cleanliness from hotel rooms to gardens,to pool,beach areas A+. Staff very courteous,tried their best to speak English(if they didn’t speak it). Went out of their way,to please!! All we can say is, Fabulous + We’d go back in a Heart Beat !!! ❤️ Just returned home on April 3,2018.

Nous avons séjourné ici avec deux jeunes enfants et avons rencontré d'autres familles. Tout le monde s'est bien amusé ! Superbe centre de vacances ! Beaucoup de choses à faire pour tout le monde ! Cependant, je ne réserverai plus jamais avec Tripcentral car l'agent que nous avons utilisé était terrible. Après la réservation initiale, elle a mis une éternité à répondre à mes courriels concernant les hôtels près de l'aéroport et n'est pas passée quand elle avait dit qu'elle le ferait. Great family spot We stayed here with 2 young children and met other family there as well. Everybody had a great time! Great resort! Lots to do for everyone! I will not however book with Tripcentral again because the agent we used was terrible. After the initial booking, she took forever replying to my emails about hotels near the airport and didn’t come through when she said she would. I ended up booking myself.

Cet hôtel et ce centre de villégiature étaient impeccables ! Le personnel n'a jamais cessé de travailler pour que tout, des chambres aux terrains, soit d'une propreté étincelante. J'ai été très impressionné ! J'aimerais également mentionner à quel point les animations à la piscine étaient amusantes. Nous n'avons jamais cessé de rire ! L'aquagym était un vrai plaisir ! Cela nous manque déjà. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter !

superb resort This hotel and resort was immaculate! The staff never stopped working to keep everything from the rooms to the grounds sparkling clean. I was very impressed! I would also like to mention how much fun the entertainment was at the pool. We never stopped laughing! Water aerobics was a blast! We miss it already. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Le complexe était toujours propre et bien entretenu, le personnel était toujours agréable. Notre chambre sentait le renfermé, et lorsque nous l'avons signalé, ils s'en sont immédiatement occupés. La nourriture était excellente, en particulier les chariots Al la. Certaines piscines ont besoin de mains courantes pour que les personnes âgées puissent y entrer et en sortir.

Great Resort The resort was always clean and well maintained, the staff was always pleasant. Our room was musty, when we reported it they took care of it immediately. The food was wonderful, especially the Al la carts. Some of the pools need handrails for the elderly to get in and out.

Magnifique complexe hôtelier, nourriture excellente, personnel extraordinaire ! Ce complexe est très grand et il faut s'attendre à beaucoup de marche et d'escaliers. La plage est magnifique mais il faut marcher pour s'y rendre. Beaucoup d'activités quotidiennes. La piscine est maintenue propre et dispose de 2 bars de piscine. Idéal pour les enfants car ils ont un parc de toboggans aquatiques et des spectacles pour enfants.

Beautiful resort, great food, amazing staff! This resort is very large and expect a lot of walking and stairs. The beach is amazing but a walk to get there. A lot of activities daily. Pool is kept clean and have 2 pool bars. Great for kids as they have an entire water slide park and kid shows.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Super vacances

Mon mari et moi avons partagé une suite dans la section Esmeralda du complexe et nous avons été très satisfaits de tout. La chambre était belle et propre. Les draps étaient propres et repassés. Il y avait une sélection d'oreillers qui pouvaient être parfumés si vous le souhaitiez. La salle de bains était pourvue d'articles de toilette, de gants de toilette et de serviettes propres et blanches tous les jours. La nourriture était abondante et intéressante ; il y avait tellement de choix. Nous avo [... lire plus]ns essayé deux des restaurants à la carte pour le dîner et, bien que nous ne recommandions pas le brésilien (ou un dîner à 21 heures), l'italien était délicieux. Nous avons apprécié le fait que du désinfectant pour les mains ait été pulvérisé sur toutes les mains entrant dans la salle à manger....une excellente précaution. Tout le personnel de ce centre de villégiature était très amical et serviable. Nous avons demandé à l'homme qui taillait la haie s'il pouvait prendre notre photo. Il l'a soigneusement alignée et a fait une sélection. Nous avons profité des piscines chaudes et de la magnifique plage. Nous avons marché pendant des kilomètres. Ce furent des vacances merveilleuses à tous points de vue.

Super holiday My husband and I shared a suite in the Esmeralda section of the resort and we were very happy with everything. The room was beautiful and clean. The sheets were crisp and ironed. There was a selection of pillows which could be scented if you so chose. The bathroom was supplied with toiletries and clean white face cloths and towels daily. The food was abundant and interesting; so many choices. We tried two of the a-la-carte restaurants for dinner and although we would not recommend the Brazilian (or dining at 9pm) the Italian was lovely. We appreciated that hand sanitizer was squirted into all hands entering the dining area....a great precaution. All staff at this resort were very friendly and helpful. We asked the guy trimming the hedge if he would take our picture. He carefully lined it up and took a selection. We enjoyed the warm pools and the magnificent beach. We walked for miles. It was a wonderful vacation in every respect.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: TROISIÈME VOYAGE EN STATION

Ce centre de villégiature est exceptionnel ! C'est la troisième année consécutive que nous le visitons. L'endroit est impeccable à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Il y a quatre piscines fantastiques, de l'ultra calme à la piscine de fête. Le service de navette vers la plage et les autres stations est impeccable, peu ou pas d'attente du tout. La nourriture au buffet est incomparable, et nous avons visité de nombreux complexes. Le snack bar ouvert 24 heures sur 24 est plus qu'un buffet à service [... lire plus] complet que n'importe quel autre snack bar que nous avons fréquenté. Le service dans ce complexe est exceptionnel, peu importe où vous êtes ou ce que vous faites, quelqu'un est là pour vous aider. C'est un endroit merveilleux pour se détendre et profiter de la chaleur, sans les adolescents et les enfants qui font la fête bruyamment. THIRD TRIP TO RESORT This resort is outstanding! our third year in a row to visit. The place is spotless inside and out. It has four fantastic pools, from ultra quiet to party pool. the shuttle service to the beach and other resorts is spot on little to no wait at all. The food at the buffett is second to none, and we have been to many resorts. The 24 Hr. snack bar is more of a full service Buffett then any snack bar we have ever been to. The service on this resort is exceptional, no matter where you are or what you are doing,someone is there to assist you. It is a wonderful place to wind down and enjoy the heat, without all the loud party teens and children. If you want a crazy night, it is a short shuttle away. D.M.R.

Très déçu ! Nous n'avons jamais eu la chambre que nous avions payée et avons été transférés dans un autre complexe. L'enregistrement a duré trois heures. Lorsque nous sommes finalement arrivés dans notre chambre, elle n'était pas prête. Avec trois enfants, nous n'avons eu que deux cadeaux de bienvenue. Le service de chambre est horrible, et vous n'obtenez rien à moins de payer un pourboire. Le personnel parle ou comprend à peine l'anglais. Vous ne pouvez pas nager dans l'océan car il y a des r [... lire plus]ochers et plein d'algues. Wi-Fi gratuit uniquement dans le hall, si vous voulez l'avoir dans votre chambre, vous devez payer un supplément. Mais la nourriture est excellente et il y a beaucoup d'alcool. Donc, si vous cherchez à vous saouler et à rester au bord de la piscine toute la journée, c'est l'endroit idéal.

Total disapointment! Very disappointed! We never got the room we paid for and were transferred to a different resort. Check-in time took three hours. When we finally got to our room, it was not ready. With three kids we had only two welcoming gifts. Room service is awful, and you don't get anything unless you pay a tip. Personnel barely speak or understand English. You can't swim in ocean as it has rocks and full of a sea weed. Free Wi-Fi only in lobby, if you want it in your room you have to pay extra. But food is great and lots of booze. So, if you're looking to get drunk and stay by the pool all day this is the right place.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Des vacances épouvantables !

Sur un groupe de onze (11) personnes, huit (8) d'entre nous ont été victimes d'une intoxication alimentaire ! Cette intoxication s'est étalée sur un séjour de vacances de 7 jours. Inutile de dire qu'avec 3 jours d'absence chacun, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de nous-mêmes et de notre compagnie comme nous l'aurions voulu. Le personnel s'est très bien occupé de nous et nous a apporté des repas et de l'eau supplémentaire dans les chambres, mais cela n'excuse pas le fait que nous ayons tous été v [... lire plus]iolemment malades à cause de la nourriture. C'est la première fois que je dois écrire une telle critique. Très malheureux !

Terrible vacation! Out of a group of eleven (11), eight (8) of us got food poisoning! This spread out over a vacation package of 7 days. Needles to say that 3 days out each meant we didn't get to enjoy ourselves and our company the way we had intended to. Staff was very good in dealing with us and bringing meals and extra water to rooms, however, it doesn't excuse the fact we all got violently ill over the food. First time I've had to write such a review. Very unfortunate!

Ce resort est un grand resort qui a tout compris, vous n'attendez rien, la nourriture était excellente, le personnel était fanatique, Don Paulo section buffet, Roberto et son équipe un service incroyable, des sourires, et de l'auto satisfaction, juste pour vous servir, 2eme fois pour nous et déjà en train de planifier la prochaine avec les enfants et les conjoints.

5 star all the way This resort is a big resort that has got it down perfect ,you wait mFor nothing,food was great, the staff were fanatic, don Paulo section buffet, Roberto and his crew amazing service,smiles,and self satisfaction,just serving you,2nd time for us and already planning next with the kids and spouses.

Bahia Principe Explore La Romana: Superbe station balnéaire

Les terrains sont impeccables et il y a toujours quelqu'un pour nettoyer, tailler, réparer, etc. Le personnel est pour la plupart professionnel et très amical. La nourriture est bonne et il y a beaucoup de choix, même pour les mangeurs difficiles. Les plats à la carte sont excellents et l'attention portée aux détails est supérieure. Les bars proposaient des boissons de qualité supérieure qui étaient incluses dans notre forfait. La piscine était chaude et propre. Le service en chambre était excel [... lire plus]lent. La pression de l'eau n'était pas très bonne, mais nous étions en vacances, alors au lieu d'une douche de 5 minutes, nous avons eu une douche de 10 minutes. Lol Les chambres sont très confortables, propres et en bon état. Le service au buffet était lent voire inexistant, nous partions souvent sans qu'on nous demande si nous voulions de l'eau, du jus ou du café, nous ne mangions là qu'au petit déjeuner. Nous avons déjeuné au buffet de l'océan et le service y était bien meilleur. Le seul véritable inconvénient est que l'eau de l'océan n'est pas de qualité caribéenne. Nous étions dans une baie où se déversait une rivière qui remuait le limon, ce qui rendait l'eau trouble, mais nous avons tout de même utilisé l'océan tous les jours. Dans l'ensemble, il s'agit d'un hôtel 4 étoiles que je recommanderais à tout le monde, mais j'insisterais sur la clarté de l'eau de l'océan.

Awesome resort The grounds are impeccable there is always someone cleaning, trimming,fixing and so on. The staff for the most part are professional and very friendly. The food is good and plenty of choices even for the fussy eater.The A La Cartes were excellent with superior attention to detail. The bars had premium drinks that was included in our package. The pool was warm and clean. The room service was top notch. The water pressure was not real good but we were on vacation so instead of a 5 minute shower we had a 10 minute shower. Lol The rooms are very comfortable,clean and in good condition. The service in the buffet area was slow to non existent we often left without being asked if we would like water,juice or coffee we only ate there at breakfast. We had lunch at the ocean buffet the service there was much better. The only real drawback was that the water in the ocean was not of Carribean quality. We were in a bay with a river dumping into it which caused silt to be stirred up therefore the water was murky but we still used the ocean daily. Overall this is definitely a 4 star resort and would recommend it to anyone but I would disclose the fact of the clarity of the ocean.

Cet hôtel était vraiment un centre de villégiature cinq étoiles. C'était plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions, le terrain était impeccable, les chambres étaient belles et confortables. Nous étions à une minute de la piscine et à 3 minutes de la plage qui était très bien nettoyée. La plage était très belle et nous pouvions marcher aussi loin que nous le voulions. Le choix de restaurants à la carte était excellent et il y avait aussi beaucoup de choix de nourriture aux buffets. Le seul problè [... lire plus]me que nous avons rencontré est que les rafraîchissements dans le réfrigérateur de la chambre n'étaient pas toujours réapprovisionnés tous les jours Nous y retournerons peut-être l'année prochaine, car nous nous sommes beaucoup amusés et le service et les équipements étaient excellents

Luxury Bahia Principe Ambar Blue This hotel was really a five start resort. It was more than we expected, the grounds were imacculate, the rooms were nice and comfortable. We were one minute from the pool and 3 minutes from the beach which was very cleaned. The beach was very nice and we could walk as far as we wanted. The choice of A la Carte restaurants was excellent and there was so many choices of food to choose from at the buffets also. The only issue we had is the the refreshments in the room fridge were not always replenished on a daily basis We might go back next year as we had a lot of fun and the service and amenities were excellent
