Hotel Camino del Mar: Station accueillante et merveilleuse

Le personnel du centre de villégiature que j'ai rencontré était incroyable, courtois, amical et très professionnel. La plage et la piscine étaient superbes. J'ai apprécié la variété des buffets et des plats à la carte. Nous avons apprécié la variété des boissons disponibles. Nous étions trois à faire ce voyage et nous retournerons certainement dans ce centre de villégiature.

Friendly, wonderful resort The staff at the resort that I met were incredible , courteous, friendly and very professional. The beach and pool area were great. I enjoyed the variety offered at the buffet an a la carte venue. We enjoyed the variety of drinks available. there was 3 of us that went on this trip and we will certainly go back to this resort again.

Melia Costa Rey: Ce centre de villégiature est extraordinaire

C'est la quatrième fois que nous retournons à l'hôtel Pullman depuis son ouverture et je ne peux qu'en dire du bien. Le personnel est extraordinaire, la nourriture est délicieuse et la plage est à couper le souffle. Nous avons été à Cuba 24 fois et cet hôtel a été notre meilleure expérience. Nous le recommandons vivement.

This resort is amazing This trip is the fourth time we returned to the Pullman since its opening.I cannot say enough about it.The staff is amazing, the food is delicious and the beach is breath taking. Plan to return again in November.We have been to Cuba 24 times and this hotel has been our best experience.Highly recommend.

Memories Caribe Beach Resort: Un lieu de villégiature fabuleux

Les souvenirs sont éternels !!! Tout était super, le terrain était propre, la nourriture était bonne, il faudrait plus d'animations nocturnes, par exemple un espace de danse, un dj, ce serait bien ? Très calme après 22h. Un excellent voyage dans l'ensemble. Je vous remercie. Le personnel était fantastique !!!!!

Fabulous resort Memories are forever!!! Every thing was great clean grounds food was good.needs more nightly entertainment eg dancing space dj would be nice? Very quiet after 10pm. A great trip overall. Thank you. Staff was fantastic!!!!!

Hotel Playa Coco: Agréable et tranquille

Les chambres ont été rénovées avec de nouveaux lits et meubles. La plage et les gens sont merveilleux, la nourriture est correcte. Le nouveau bâtiment près de la plage va être très agréable

Melia Costa Rey: Semaine merveilleuse au Pullman

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre semaine de vacances au Pullman ! Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute. Les chambres étaient très modernes et propres, les lits confortables et la vue sur l'océan magnifique. La nourriture était excellente avec beaucoup de choix. Le restaurant japonais était délicieux. Nous y sommes retournés pour une autre nuit. Le personnel était formidable, très attentif et nous nous sommes beaucoup amusés avec eux. Wonderful week at the Pullman We thoroughly enjoyed our one week vacation at the Pullman! Would definitely go back to this resort. The rooms were very modern and clean, comfortable beds with a great ocean view. The food was excellent with lots of choices. Japanese restaurant was delicious. We went back for another night. Great staff, very attentive and had lots of fun with them. Thank you Trip Central for all your help with our vacation.

Hotel Vigia: un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Le personnel est formidable, il se met en quatre pour vous aider, il est toujours heureux et veut que votre séjour soit excellent et amusant. La nourriture est excellente. Les chambres sont un peu désuètes mais belles, grandes et propres. Beaucoup d'activités pendant la journée et la nuit. La station est plus petite, ce qui est agréable, vous voyez le même personnel et ils sont heureux de vous voir. Ce complexe est fait pour se détendre car il n'y a rien autour du complexe mais on peut se pr [... lire plus]omener sur la belle plage sur des kilomètres.

amazing resort The staff is amazing they go out of there way to help you always happy and want your stay to be excellent and fun. The food is great. the rooms are a bit outdated but nice and big and clean. Many activities during day and night. Smaller resort which is nice you see same staff and they are happy to see you. This resort is for relaxing as nothing really around the resort but can walk the beautiful beach for miles.

Melia Cayo Coco: Ennuyeux, rien à faire le soir

J'y suis allée avec ma fille et nous avons toutes les deux trouvé cela très ennuyeux le soir. Les animations dans le hall le soir sont destinées aux personnes âgées. Heureusement qu'il y a le bar billard et c'est là que nous avons passé notre temps. Les chambres étaient belles et propres, tout comme la plage. Il y avait beaucoup de moustiques la nuit :( Nous avons surtout mangé au buffet, la nourriture était bonne. Le service au restaurant de la piscine n'était pas bon, il fallait attendre longt [... lire plus]emps avant d'avoir notre nourriture. L'odeur est horrible quand on passe devant les chambres du lagon. L'hôtel était bien mais je n'y retournerai pas :( peut-être quand j'aurai 75 ans je le ferai.

Boring nothing to do at night I went with my daughter and we both found it very boring at night. The entertaiment in the lobby at night is for older people. Thank god for the billiards bar that's where we spent our time. The rooms were nice and clean so was the beach. There was a lot of mosquitoes at night :( We mostly ate at the buffet food was good. Service at the pool restaurant was not good took forever to get our food. The smell is awful when you walk by the lagoon rooms. The resort was okay but I will not be returning :( maybe when i'm 75 years old I will.

Hotel Camino del Mar: REJUVÉNER

Mon mari et moi sommes allés au Melia Cayo Guillerimo la semaine dernière. Nous avons passé un séjour parfait et relaxant. Mon mari n'était jamais allé à Cuba auparavant et il a été très impressionné. Personnellement, j'y suis allée 6 fois. 4 fois dans ce complexe. Oui, les chambres et les installations sont quelque peu désuètes. Ils ont survécu à un horrible ouragan à l'automne de l'année dernière. Le personnel a travaillé très dur pour tout remettre en état. Je ne suis pas du genre à re [... lire plus]garder les aspects négatifs, mais je préfère me concentrer sur la beauté et la maturité de ce centre de villégiature. La plage est magnifique, la nourriture et les boissons sont abondantes. Il y a de quoi être rassasié et heureux. Les tables extérieures et les lieux de détente sont très paisibles et tranquilles. Beaucoup d'ombre si vous en avez besoin. La jetée est magnifique. Les chambres étaient propres et les lits confortables. Les spectacles que nous avons vus étaient très bien organisés et nous avons quitté ce centre de villégiature très satisfaits. Nous reviendrons dans cet endroit tranquille et relaxant.

REJUVINATING My husband and I went to Melia Cayo Guillerimo last week. We had such a perfect, relaxing time. My husband has never been to Cuba before and he was very impressed with it all. I personally, have been 6 times. 4 times to this resort. Yes, the room and facilities are dated somewhat. They have survived a horrible hurricane in the fall last year. The staff worked very hard to bring it all back. I am not one to look at the negative but would rather focus on the beauty and maturity of this resort. The beach is amazing, the food and drink is plentiful. Enough to keep you full and happy. The outdoor tables and places to relax are very peaceful and tranquil. A lot of shade if that is what you need. The pier is wonderful. The rooms were clean with comfy beds. The shows we did see were very well put on and we have left this resort very happy customers. We will be returning to this tranquil, relaxing place.

Hotel Mojito: Tellement beau !!!

Peut-être un peu vieux mais charmant. Ce qui fait la magie du Mojito, ce sont les employés, la propreté, la nouvelle et grande plage avec plus de cinquante palapas et un nouveau snack-bar et un bar avec des toilettes. Les chambres auraient besoin d'un peu d'amour mais nous restons la plupart du temps à l'extérieur... En fait, ils sont en train de changer les matelas et ce sera parfait. La meilleure nourriture de tout Cayo Coco, le chef cuisinier est présent à chaque repas et s'assure que tout es [... lire plus]t sous contrôle. Le personnel de la réception, du bar, de la salle à manger et de tout le site est amical, attentionné et très accessible. C'était une 9e fois pour moi et je reviendrai certainement.

Soooo nice!!! Maybe a little old but charming. What makes the magic of the Mojito is the employees, the cleanliness, the new and large beach with more than fifty palapas and a new snack bar and bar with toilets. The bedrooms would need love but we stay most of the time outside... Actually, they are changing the mattresses and it will be perfect. The best food of all Cayo Coco, the master chef is present at every meal and makes sure everything is under control. The staff at the front desk, bar, dining room and all over the site are friendly, considerate and very approachable. This was a 9th time for me and I will definitely return.

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Grand centre de villégiature.

La plage est très bien, les chambres sont grandes, propres et rénovées. La nourriture est incroyable, les spectacles nocturnes sont excellents. Personnel très sympathique. Le lobby a besoin d'attention car tous les canapés sont usés et inconfortables, et il n'y a pas assez de tables et de chaises dans le bar du lobby. Besoin de plus de toilettes publiques.

Great Resort. Beach is very good, rooms are big, clean and renovated. Food is amazing, night shows are excellent. Very friendly staff. Lobby needs attention as all sitting couches are worn out and uncomfortable to sit, also not enough tables and chairs in the lobby bar. Need more public washrooms.

Memories Caribe Beach Resort: En ruine mais propre

La chambre était propre mais délabrée. Le pommeau de douche ne cessait de tomber et l'eau chaude était rare. Le mobilier était fatigué, tant dans les parties communes que dans les chambres. Le service était bon pour la plupart, mais nous avons attendu plus de 20 ministres pour une très petite pizza et on nous a dit qu'il n'y en avait plus ! Les boissons des différents bars avaient des goûts complètement différents... dans certains bars, les boissons ressemblaient à du koolaid ou du tang, pas à d [... lire plus]u vrai jus. La nourriture était décente pour Cuba mais ils devraient améliorer leurs repas à la carte. La musique à la piscine était beaucoup trop forte et devrait être plus cubaine au lieu de top 40 toute la journée ! L'ensemble de l'établissement était beaucoup trop canadien ! Je ne reviendrais pas à cet endroit.

Run down but clean Room was clean but run down. Shower head kept falling off and hot water was scarce. Furniture was tired looking both in public areas and rooms. Service was good for the most part but we did wait over 20 ministers for a very small pizza only to be told they ran out! Drinks from different bars tasted completely different .. some bars drinks were like koolaid or tang, not real juice. Food was decent for Cuba but they should improve their a la cartel meals. Music at the pool was far too loud and should be more Cuban instead of top 40 all day! Whole place was way too Canadian! Would not return to this location.

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: a passé un excellent moment !

Le Daiquiri est un excellent complexe, le personnel de divertissement, y compris les danseurs, sont tous des gens merveilleux et très accueillants. À l'hôtel, j'ai dû attendre quelques heures pour obtenir des serviettes car il y avait un problème avec la blanchisserie. L'électricité a également été coupée pendant une journée, ce qui a entraîné quelques perturbations dans mes projets. C'était ma deuxième fois à l'iberostar daiquiri et c'était encore mieux que la première. j'ai hâte de planifier m [... lire plus]a prochaine aventure. mon principal reproche est d'avoir volé avec cubana, car notre vol a été retardé et personne n'a été prévenu et la réponse de trip central ou de cubana air n'a pas été très bonne. je ne suis pas sûre que je reviendrai avec eux.

had a wonderful time! Daiquiri is a great resort, the entertainment staff including the dancers are all wonderful people and very welcoming. at the hotel i had to wait a few hours for towels as there was an issue with laundry. The power also went out for a day which caused some blips in my plans. all in all, I had a wonderful vacation. This was my second time at iberostar daiquiri and it was better than the first. can't wait to plan my next adventure. my big complaint was flying with cubana, as our flight was delayed an no one was notified and the response was not great from trip central or cubana air. not sure if i'd fly again with them.

Memories Caribe Beach Resort: Ce n'est pas tout à fait ce que l'on croit

Cet hôtel n'est pas du tout ce à quoi je m'attendais avec une note de 4 étoiles. Le lit était très inconfortable. La climatisation était si bruyante qu'on l'entendait dès qu'on arrivait en haut de l'escalier menant au couloir extérieur ! Il était impossible de tenir une conversation à l'intérieur de la chambre lorsqu'elle était en marche et de s'attendre à être entendu, et nous devions l'éteindre la nuit pour pouvoir dormir, ce qui rendait le sommeil très inconfortable par plus de 30 degrés. Je  [... lire plus]l'ai dit à la réception, et ils ont seulement proposé d'envoyer la maintenance pour jeter un coup d'œil, ils n'ont PAS proposé de nous changer de chambre ou quoi que ce soit d'autre. Et le problème n'a pas été résolu pendant toute la semaine où nous étions là. Ils nous ont également promis une bouteille de vin dans notre chambre, que nous n'avons pas non plus reçue. La nourriture était assez bonne, et la plage était magnifique, mais elle ne ressemble plus du tout aux photos depuis l'ouragan, tous les bâtiments sont blancs et il n'y a plus de toits sur certains bâtiments qui en avaient auparavant.

Not all its hyped up to be This hotel is not at all what I was expecting having a 4 start rating. The bed was very uncomfortable. The A/C unit was soooo loud that you could hear it as soon as you got to the top of the stairs to the hallway outside! You could not carry on a conversation inside the room with it on and expect to be heard, and we had to turn it off at night just to sleep. which made for a very uncomforatable sleep in 30+degree weather. I did tell the front desk, and they only offered to send maintenance to have a look, they did NOT offer to switch us rooms or anything. And it was not fixed for the entire week we were there. They also promised us a bottle of wine in our room that we also did not recieve. The food was pretty good, and the beach was amazing, but it looksnothing like in the photos now since the hurricaine, all the buildings are white and there are no roofs on some buildings that previously had them.

Melia Jardines del Rey: Je ne reviendrais pas en arrière

Nous avons trouvé que l'hôtel était trop grand, qu'il n'y avait pas de touche personnelle et qu'on ne pouvait pas faire connaissance avec le personnel. Les allées en béton avec de grands espaces sont très dangereuses. Les spectacles nocturnes ne sont pas très bons. La nourriture était la même tous les jours. Pas d'activités prévues pour les jours de pluie qui était tous les jours. Le ménage n'était pas très bien fait dans notre chambre. Les boissons étaient horribles. La plage était fantastique

Wouldn’t go back We felt the hotel was too big , not the personal touch and can’t get to know the staff. The concrete walkways with big gaps very dangerous. Night time shows not very good. Everyday the food was the same. No activities planned for rainy days which was everyday. Housekeeping not very good in our room. The drinks were awful. The beach was fantastic ‘

Ce que nous avons préféré, c'est de nous asseoir au bord de la piscine et de regarder les spectacles qui s'y déroulent, ainsi que de prendre nos cafés du matin et du soir dans le hall d'entrée

J'ai visité plusieurs établissements à Cuba et celui-ci avait tout ce que je recherchais. Les chambres sont très propres et le lit est très confortable. La nourriture était fraîche et il y avait un excellent choix, y compris des sautés, des omelettes, des brochettes et des barres de pâtes à préparer soi-même. La piscine est peut-être petite en haute saison, mais on a envie de se détendre sur la magnifique plage. Le personnel est sympathique. Je ne suis pas intéressé par les divertissements  [... lire plus]en soirée dans les complexes hôteliers, je ne peux donc pas faire de commentaires à ce sujet. J'ai également apprécié la taille et la disposition de la propriété pour les promenades. A seulement 20 minutes de l'aéroport.

Excellent Resort and Best Beach! I've been to several properties in Cuba and it had all that I was looking for. Rooms are very clean, and bed was very comfortable. The food was fresh and there was an excellent selection including "make your own" stirfry, omelet, skewers, and pasta bars. Pool area may be small during peak season but you would want to relax on the gorgeous beach. Staff were friendly. I'm not interested in evening entertainment at resorts so I cant comment on that. I also enjoyed the size and layout of the property for walking. Only 20 minutes from the airport.

J'étais très enthousiaste à l'idée d'aller à Cayo Coco car je ne suis jamais allée à Cuba. Je m'attendais à plus pour mon argent, ce resort n'était pas ce que j'attendais. Je sais qu'il y a eu un ouragan il y a 8-9 mois et qu'ils ont dû faire des réparations majeures. Le complexe n'aurait pas dû être ouvert tant qu'il n'était pas complètement réparé, mais il a été ouvert et il aurait dû être meilleur que ce qu'il était. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pendant la majeure partie de notre séjour, [... lire plus] nous l'avons signalé à la réception, ils ont envoyé quelqu'un pour le réparer mais nous n'avons eu qu'une douche chaude par jour et de l'eau tiède à froide jusqu'à ce que nous rentrions à la maison. La plupart du personnel était sympathique mais l'un d'entre eux a essayé de me faire payer deux fois pour une carte Wi-Fi, mais mon mari s'est occupé de la situation. Les excursions étaient trop chères pour ce qui était proposé, je sais qu'ils veulent reconstruire et gagner de l'argent mais certaines excursions étaient bien trop chères. La plage était magnifique, c'était la meilleure partie de l'hôtel, le temps était correct car c'est la saison hiver/printemps, ce qui signifie qu'il y a beaucoup de pluie. La nourriture n'était pas mauvaise, mais vers la fin du voyage, je me suis lassée de manger la même chose. Ce complexe pourrait être meilleur s'ils y mettaient plus d'efforts. Je ne pense pas que je retournerai dans ce complexe.

I was very excited about going to Cayo Coco as I've never been to Cuba. I expected more for my money, this resort was not what I expected. I realize they went through a hurricane 8-9 months ago and had to make major repairs. The resort should not have been open until completely repaired but it was open and it should have been better then what it was. We had no hot water for most of our stay, we did report it to the front desk, they sent someone to fix it but we only had one hot shower each and lukewarm to cold water until we left to come home. Most of the staff were friendly but one staff tried to charge me twice for a Wi-Fi card but my husband handled the situation. The excursions were too expensive for what was offered, I know they want to rebuild and make money but some excursions were way over priced. The beach was gorgeous, it was the best part of the resort, the weather was ok being their winter/spring seasons which meant lots of rain. I didn't mind the food, it was good but towards the end of the trip I got tired of eating the same food. This resort could be better if they put more work into it. I don't think I will return to this resort.

Melia Jardines del Rey: On en a pour son argent !

Le complexe lui-même était magnifique et il y avait de très bons spectacles (pour les enfants et les adultes). Notre chambre avait une vue imprenable. Cependant, lorsqu'il a plu, nous avons remarqué que notre plafond fuyait à deux endroits. De plus, le robinet de notre évier fuyait. APPORTEZ DE L'EAU ! Vous avez droit à 1,5 litre par jour, même si vous êtes 3 dans votre chambre, et à deux reprises notre chambre n'a pas été approvisionnée en eau. Nous avons demandé aux barmans une bouteille et il [... lire plus]s nous ont tous dit non, des verres d'eau seulement.... La nourriture était correcte, mais c'est Cuba, nous ne nous attendions pas à une nourriture haut de gamme. Les omelettes du matin étaient excellentes, et le chef des pâtes du soir était plutôt bon. Si vous vous en tenez à ce que vous connaissez, vous ne serez pas aussi déçus. Le Tex mex à la carte était phénoménal, avec des nachos incroyables. Le nachos international n'était même pas mangeable... Quant au personnel, la plupart étaient sympathiques. Cependant, j'étais avec un grand groupe d'amis et l'une des filles s'est fait voler ses lunettes de soleil et deux filles se sont fait voler leurs chaussures par des employés dans le hall d'entrée, alors faites attention à vos affaires lorsque vous sortez et vous promenez dans le complexe. De plus, les employés du snack-bar ouvert 24 heures sur 24 nous ont fait des remarques lorsque nous avons voulu commander de la nourriture plus tard dans la nuit, après la discothèque. Apportez votre propre ketchup, car le snack-bar en a manqué plusieurs fois, et le ketchup n'est même pas comparable à celui de Heinz ! Enfin, nous avons fait l'excursion "tout en un". Sachez que s'il pleut et que le catamaran est annulé, vous n'êtes remboursé que de 20 cuc par personne, et vous payez environ 110 pour l'excursion. Par ailleurs, la ville de Moron n'a pas été une grande expérience. Beaucoup de mendiants (argent et vêtements). Nager avec les dauphins était très amusant et les gens étaient très gentils. Il y a aussi des gens sur la plage que vous pouvez payer pour qu'ils vous emmènent sur un petit catamaran jusqu'au récif corallien pour faire de la plongée avec masque et tuba et le prix est 1/3 de ce que vous payez pour l'excursion... juste un conseil si votre catamaran est annulé comme le nôtre, c'est une autre option.... Dans l'ensemble, nous avons profité au maximum de notre voyage malgré les petits inconvénients et nous continuerions à recommander l'hôtel !

You get what you pay for! The resort itself was beautiful and they have great live entertainment (kids and adults). Our room had an amazing view. However, when it rained we noticed our ceiling leaked in two areas. Also, our sink tap leaked. BRING WATER!! You get 1.5L once daily, even if there are 3 people in your room, and twice our room did not get stocked with water. We asked the bartenders for a bottle and they all told us no, glasses of water only.... The food was okay, but it’s Cuba- we did not expect top of the line food. The omelettes in the morning were great, and the pasta chef in the evening was pretty good. If you stick to what you know, you won’t be as disappointed. The Tex mex a le carte was phenomenal- AMAZING nachos. The international one was not even edible... As for the staff, most were friendly. However, I was with a large group of friends and one of the girls sunglasses were stolen and two girls had their shoes stolen from workers there in the lobby, so be mindful of your belongings when you’re out and about around the resort. Also, we were given attitude by the workers at the 24-hour snack bar when we wanted to order food later in the night after the disco. Bring your own ketchup as the snack bar ran out quite a few times, and the ketchup there is not even comparable to Heinz! Lastly, we did the all in one excursion. Be mindful that if it rains and the catamaran is canceled, you are only refunded 20 cuc per person, and you pay about 110 for the excursion. Also, Moron city was not a great experience. A lot of beggers (money and clothing items). Swimming with the dolphins was so much fun, and the people there were really sweet. There are also people on the beach that you can pay to take you out on a smaller catamaran to the coral reef to snorkel and the price is 1/3 of what you pay on the excursion...just a heads up if your catamaran gets canceled like ours did, that’s another option... Overall, we made the best of the trip regardless of the minor setbacks and would still recommend the resort!

La plage est magnifique. Le personnel est formidable. Le complexe manque cruellement d'animation. Pour danser, il faut prendre un bus pour se rendre dans un autre complexe. Tout dans ce complexe ferme à 23 heures. Je ne pense pas y retourner.

Lacking in entertainment. It has an amazing beach. The staff are great. The resort definitely lacks in entertainment. In order to do any dancing you have to take a bus to another resort. Everything in this resort closes down at 11 p.m. Don't think I will be back there.
