LOVED the resort......needs work on the food...food not five star food. Il faut plus d'ala carts et une meilleure nourriture dans les ala carts. Les deux ala carts sont à nouveau des buffets. En ce qui concerne le restaurant italien, c'est la même chose que de manger des pâtes au buffet.

El Cid Resort Castilla: C'était un centre de villégiature correct

L'endroit en lui-même était magnifique. Nous nous sommes fait quelques amis parmi les employés, mais les personnes à la réception laissaient beaucoup à désirer. Elles vous donnaient toujours l'impression d'interrompre leur journée bien remplie. mais tout ce qu'elles faisaient, c'était de rester debout à discuter entre elles. Et ce n'est que lorsqu'ils sont à la réception. La plupart du temps, ils étaient à l'arrière en train de discuter. Ne vous méprenez pas, les personnes du bureau du concierge [... lire plus] étaient fabuleuses.

It was an ok resort The place itself was beautiful. We made a few friends with some of the employees, but the people at the front desk left a lot to be desired. they always made you feel like you were interrupting their busy day. but all they were doing was standing around visiting with each other. And that's only if they were at the desk. Most times they were in the back visiting. Don't get me wrong, the people at the concierge desk were fabulous.

Nous avons réservé des vacances tout compris au Rui emerald Bay à Mazatland au Mexique par l'intermédiaire de Trip Central. Nous y sommes allés en mars pour une pause bien méritée et avons réservé par l'intermédiaire de Trip Central.ca. La description de l'hôtel et du centre de villégiature est très précise et les critiques et photos sont honnêtes. C'était un très bel hôtel et centre de villégiature, et pour le prix, cela valait bien la peine. Notre chambre était propre et nous avions l'un des  [... lire plus]étages supérieurs avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan et un très grand balcon. La nourriture était fantastique avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin à partir d'un buffet très bien organisé. Nous avons fait quelques excursions en dehors de l'hôtel qui étaient amusantes, bien organisées et abordables. C'était une belle plage et le personnel était très amical et serviable. Les agents de Trip Central ont été d'une grande aide et ont rendu la réservation de ce voyage amusant facile et confortable.

Great Vacation We booked an all inclusive vacation at Rui emerald Bay in Mazatland Mexico through Trip Central. We went in March for a much needed break and booked through Trip Central.ca. Very accurate description of hotel and resort and honest reviews and pictures. It was a very nice hotel and resort, and for the price was well worth it. Our room was clean and we had one of the higher floors with a great ocean view and very large balcony. The food was fantastic with all you need from a very well organized buffet. Did some off resort excursions which were fun, well organized and affordable. It was a nice beach and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The agents at Trip Central were helpful and made booking this fun trip easy and comfortable.

Riu Emerald Bay: Unreal Resort !

J'ai trouvé que c'était de loin le meilleur complexe dans lequel j'ai séjourné. C'était magnifique, TRES propre, des piscines extraordinaires (une piscine réservée aux adultes), et la nourriture était spectaculaire. Je suis difficile en ce qui concerne la nourriture, mais c'était incroyable ! La plage et le service sont également irréels, vous n'aurez jamais un verre vide dans votre main. Je recommanderais sans hésiter ce complexe !

Unreal Resort! I thought this was by far the best resort I have ever stayed at. It was gorgeous, VERY clean, amazing pools (one adult only pool), and the food was spectacular. I am picky with food but it was amazing! The beach and service is also unreal, you will never have an empty drink in your hand. I would definitely recommend this resort!

Riu Emerald Bay: L'évasion parfaite de l'hiver !

L'hiver 2014 ayant été l'un des plus longs, des plus froids et des plus difficiles depuis un demi-siècle dans tout le Nord-Est, nous avions besoin d'une évasion parfaite ! L'hôtel Rui à Emerald Bay en Jamaïque s'est avéré être exactement cela ! 4 d'entre nous sont partis de Toronto en mars ! Tout d'abord, le temps est parfait et très constant : environ 32 degrés dans la journée, ensoleillé et encore chaud toute la nuit, environ 25 degrés. Les terrains de l'hôtel sont très bien entretenus avec  [... lire plus]beaucoup de fleurs et de jardins et l'hôtel lui-même a pour toile de fond la mer ! La piscine enveloppante fait le tour de l'hôtel et est idéale pour se détendre et nager, mais l'eau de l'océan se trouve juste à côté et nous y avons nagé tous les jours. La plage est agréable, avec des cabanes, des parasols, des bars et des toilettes à proximité La nourriture est incroyable et le service excellent ! Il y a beaucoup de navettes pour les activités en dehors du resort et des taxis pour les trajets plus personnels comme Dunns Falls ou Margeritaville. Le service en chambre était bon et Trip Central a facilité les choses en offrant le meilleur prix et sans frais cachés. C'est le seul site en ligne auquel je fais confiance pour réserver mes escapades dont j'ai tant besoin. Superbe hôtel, plage, piscine, nourriture, très propre, bons divertissements/activités et service....très pittoresque....définitivement un voyage dont on se souviendra !

Perfect escape from Winter!! With the winter of 2014 being one of the longest coldest most difficult winters in the entire North East in half a century we needed the perfect escape! The Rui Hotel at Emerald Bay Jamaica turned out to be just that! 4 of us from work went from Toronto in March! First of all the weather is perfect and very consistent about 32 in day and sunny and still warm all night about 25. The grounds if the resort are very well maintained with lots of flowers and gardens and the hotel itself backdrops onto the Sea! The wrap around pool goes all away around the hotel and is great to lounge and swim in but the Ocean water is right there also and we swam in it daily. The beach is nice, with huts, umbrellas and bars and washrooms close by! The food is amazing and service excellent! There is lots of shuttle buses for off resort activities and taxis for those more personal journeys like into Dunns Falls, or Margeritaville. Room service was good and Trip Central made it all easy with the best price and no hidden fees. It is the only online site I trust in booking my much needed getaways. Great hotel, beach, pool, food ,very clean, good entertainment/activities and service....very scenic....definitively a trip to remember!
