Nous sommes retournés dans ce complexe à plusieurs reprises et tous les aspects de ce complexe sont cinq étoiles, nous sommes traités comme une famille, nous revenons pour voir tous nos amis de Punta Cana. C'est très propre et confortable. La nourriture est très bonne

Nous sommes retournés dans ce centre de villégiature parce que nous l'avions tellement aimé il y a cinq ans et nous avons été impressionnés par l'ensemble de l'expérience. Une fois de plus, la nourriture était incroyable et le terrain était impeccablement entretenu. Le personnel du bar de la piscine et du restaurant était très sympathique ! Mon seul commentaire négatif concerne notre chambre, lorsque nous sommes arrivés, il y avait une demi-canette de bière sur le sol de notre salle de bai [... lire plus]n, je ne sais pas comment cela a pu être manqué, surtout avec un changement d'occupants, à moins que les femmes de chambre aient bu pendant le travail, mais cela m'a fait douter de la propreté... J'ai d'abord pensé qu'il était couvert de boue et j'ai essayé de le nettoyer, mais il était complètement abîmé. Mon seul autre commentaire serait qu'il n'y a pas assez d'espace sur la plage pour ce grand complexe, et à moins de réserver une chaise avant 8 heures du matin, vous n'avez pas de chance. (par rapport aux stations voisines qui avaient des tonnes d'espace pour s'étendre et qui avaient même des chaises vides) Quoi qu'il en soit, nous avons passé une semaine fabuleuse ! .

We returned to this resort because we loved it so much 5 years ago and were impressed by the entire experience. Once again, the food was amazing and the grounds were impeccably maintained. Pool bar and restaurant staff were very friendly! My only negative comment was our room, when we first arrived there was half a can of beer sitting on our bathroom floor, not sure how that was missed especially with a changeover of occupants uness the maids were drinking on the job, but it made me question the cleanliness? Also the mirror looked like it had been through a war, I actually first thought it was covered in mud and tried to clean it, but it was just totally damaged. My only other comment would be that there is not enough beach space for this massive resort, and unless you go reserve yourself a chair before 8AM you're out of luck. (compared to neighbouring resorts who had tonnes of room to spread out and even had empty chairs) Anyhow, we had a fabulous week! .

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Repos et détente

Cette station est de premier ordre, on ne m'a pas dit non une seule fois (Ha Ha) non sérieusement les gens qui y travaillent sont incroyables et travaillent dur. Le complexe est très propre, bien entretenu et on ne peut pas avoir faim ici. Les boissons sont abondantes. Les piscines sont très propres. Les chariots à la carte que nous avons utilisés ont été des expériences formidables.

Rest and Relaxation This resort is top notch, I was not told no once (Ha Ha) no seriously the people that work there are amazing hard working. The resort is very clean,well kept.you can not go hungry here. The drinks are plentiful. The pools are very clean.The a la carts that we went too were great experiences.

Tout dans ce complexe était exceptionnel. Le personnel était très serviable et amical. Cependant, le complexe a besoin de plus de personnel parlant anglais. Beaucoup parlaient peu ou pas du tout l'anglais. Les chambres étaient absolument magnifiques. L'aménagement était exceptionnel. Oui, je reviendrai sans aucun doute dans ce centre de villégiature.

Everything at this resort was exceptional..Staff was very helpful and friendly. However, the resort needs more English speaking staff. Many spoke little or no English at all. The rooms were absolutely beautiful. The layout was exceptional. Yes I myself would definitely return to this resort.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Grandes vacances

L'hôtel est immense, il faut donc se préparer à marcher beaucoup. Le terrain, les chambres et les parties communes sont très propres. L'hôtel est très lumineux et comporte de nombreux espaces de détente. La piscine est immense. Il y a un manque d'espaces de restauration pendant la journée. Le seul endroit où l'on peut manger après la fermeture des buffets principaux le matin est le restaurant de la plage. De plus, il n'y a pas assez de divertissements pendant la journée. Rien sur la plage [... lire plus]. La nourriture est incroyable et très fraîche. Malheureusement, le personnel est très variable. Très peu sont amicaux et la plupart vous donnent l'impression de vous imposer, ce qui est regrettable. Le personnel de la multipropriété vous harcèle et se montre très insistant, et il est présent dans tous les secteurs, de sorte que vous ne pouvez pas l'éviter. La plage est magnifique. Je reviendrai mais je sais évidemment à quoi m'attendre.

Great Vacation The hotel is massive so be prepared to walk a lot. The grounds, rooms and common areas are very clean. The hotel is very bright with many areas to relax. The pool is massive. There is the lack of eating areas during the day. The only place to get food after the main buffets close in the morning is the beach restaurant. Also, their is a lack of entertainment throughout the day. Nothing on the beach. The food is amazing and very fresh. Unfortunately the staff is hit and miss. Very few are friendly and most make you feel like your imposing. this is unfortunate. The timeshare staff hound you and are very pushy and they are in every area so you can't avoid them. The beach is wonderful. I will return but obviously know what to expect.

Le meilleur complexe hôtelier que j'ai visité pour le prix. Service impeccable, terrain propre et nourriture délicieuse. L'enregistrement facile dans le bus a permis d'éviter les files d'attente et d'aller directement dans notre chambre pour déposer nos bagages et organiser nos affaires avant de retourner au village principal pour manger.

Great Resort Best resort I have visited for the price. Great service, clean grounds and wonderful food. The easy check in on the bus meant no line up and the choice to go directly to our room to drop off our bags and organize our things before returning to the main village to eat.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Charmante station balnéaire !

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour au Grand Bahia Principe. Les gens qui y travaillent sont sympathiques et accueillants, le complexe est magnifique, très bien entretenu, les chambres sont propres, la nourriture est excellente et, surtout, il y a la mer, le sable et le soleil !

Lovely resort! I very much enjoyed my stay at Grand Bahia Principe resort. People working at the resort are friendly and welcoming, the resort is beautiful, very well maintained, rooms are clean and food is great and most importantly the sea, sand and the Sun!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Belle

Le complexe est charmant et le personnel est très accommodant. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos dîners à la carte et les buffets sont très variés. Le personnel de service est très sympathique et fait tout ce qu'il peut pour rendre vos vacances agréables. Norma, au club pour enfants, était formidable et les enfants aimaient y aller tous les jours pour dire bonjour. Elle était ravie qu'ils viennent une heure par-ci par-là et faisait en sorte que les enfants se sentent les bienvenus. La plage avait [... lire plus] un problème d'algues lorsque nous y étions, elle n'était donc pas aussi belle à regarder que d'habitude. Les hommes ont travaillé très dur pour enlever les algues tous les jours, mais c'était sans fin. Mon seul reproche est qu'après 23 heures, il est impossible de prendre un café à moins d'aller à l'hacienda et avec des enfants, ce n'était pas toujours possible. Il y a un snack-bar ouvert 24 heures sur 24 que nous avons utilisé une fois, mais le choix de nourriture et de boissons est très limité. Il aurait été agréable de prendre une boisson ou deux dans le hall pour la consommer sur notre balcon pendant que les enfants dormaient, mais tout est fermé et ils éteignent même les cafetières. Dans l'ensemble, c'est une très bonne expérience, le personnel est sympathique, les piscines sont propres et chaudes, la nourriture est excellente et nous reviendrons probablement.

Beautiful The resort is lovely and the staff are very accommodating. We enjoyed our a la carte dinners very much and the buffets has a great selection. The wait staff are very friendly and do everything they can to make your vacation pleasant. Norma in the kids club was amazing and the kids loved going daily just to say hi. She was great about them coming for an hour here and there and made the kids feel welcome. The beach had a problem with seaweed when we were there so it wasn’t as nice to look at as usual. The men worked very hard to clear the seaweed daily but it was never ending. My only complaint is that after 11pm you can’t so much as get a coffee unless you go to hacienda and with kids that wasn’t always possible. There is a 24 hr snack bar that we used once but the selection of food/drinks is very limited. It would have been nice to grab a drink or two in the lobby to have on our balcony while kids slept but everything is closed and they even turn the coffee makers off. Overall great experience, friendly staff, clean, warm pools great food and will likely return.

Nous avons adoré ce complexe. Les piscines étaient superbes. Le service était incroyable ! La nourriture au buffet était étonnamment bonne. Les chambres étaient spacieuses, nettoyées tous les jours et le min-bar réapprovisionné tous les jours. Nous recommandons d'opter pour le forfait Royal Golden afin d'obtenir les petits extras. Nous avons également nagé avec les dauphins sur le site, ce qui a été une expérience formidable et le prix était le plus bas que j'aie jamais vu. Je recomm [... lire plus]anderais ce complexe hôtelier à toute ma famille et à tous mes amis. Le seul problème est la plage qui est pleine d'algues. C'est le cas dans toute la Riviera Maya et c'est tout simplement la nature. À l'hôtel, on essaie toujours de se débarrasser des algues. Nous y étions avec 2 adultes et 3 enfants.

Wonderful resort! We loved this resort. The pools were great. The service was amazing! The food at the buffet was suprisingly great. The rooms were spacious, cleaned every day and the min-bar restocked every day. We would recommend getting Royal Golden package to get the little extras. We also went swimming with the dolphins on site which was a great experience and the price was the lowest I have ever seen. I would completely recommend this resort to all my family and friends. The only issue was the beach which is full of seaweed. This is true in ALL Riviera Maya and it is just mother nature. At the resort, they are always trying to get rid of the seaweed. We were there with 2 adults and three children.

L'hébergement était très bon et le centre de villégiature très propre. Le personnel est excellent et très amical. Nombreuses piscines au choix. Les deux restaurants à la carte dont j'ai trouvé la nourriture excellente étaient le français (gourmet) et le brésilien. Si vous aimez les plages pour nager, ce n'est pas l'endroit où aller. La semaine où nous y étions, ils étaient constamment en train de nettoyer les algues de l'eau. Dans l'ensemble, je dirais entre 7 et 8 sur 10.

Very nice resort Accommodations were very good and resort very clean. Staff excellent and very friendly. Plenty of pools to choose from. The two a la carte restaurants I found the food to be excellent were the French (gourmet) and Brazilian. If you like beaches for swimming this is not the place to go. The week we were there they were constantly cleaning seaweed from the water. All in all I would say between a 7 or 8 out of 10.

C'était notre troisième visite dans ce complexe et nous avons apprécié la grande piscine et les activités amusantes, la nourriture était très bonne avec 6 restaurants différents à choisir plus le buffet et même un casino sur le terrain si c'est votre truc, ce ne sont que quelques-unes des raisons pour lesquelles nous revenons

Great Resort The grounds were beautiful and well kept, staff were very attentive and super friendly .Overall an amazing experience this was our third visit the this resort and we enjoyed the large pool and fun activities ,the food was very good with 6 different restaurants to choose from plus the buffet even had a casino on the grounds lf thats your thing.These are just some of the reasons we keep coming back

La chambre que nous avons occupée était la Junior Suite Superior Royal Golden, très propre et spacieuse. Le terrain est bien entretenu et très joli. Les restaurants à la carte étaient très bons, le seul que nous n'avons pas aimé était le restaurant mexicain. Nous avions quatre restaurants à la carte par semaine, nous étions là pour deux semaines. Si nous n'avions pas eu ces restaurants, nous nous serions lassés de la nourriture du buffet, qui était généralement tiède. Si cela ne vous déra [... lire plus]nge pas de n'utiliser que les piscines, qui sont très belles, je recommanderais cet hôtel. Les plages étaient rocailleuses et il y avait beaucoup d'algues. Il y a des camions qui les ramènent et ça sent mauvais. Nous aimons la plage et nous n'y sommes pas allés une seule fois car elle était malodorante et rocheuse. C'est uniquement à cause des plages que je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel.

Very good resort, Beaches poor The room we stayed in was the Junior Suite Superior Royal Golden and very clean and spacious. The grounds are well manicured and very pretty. The al la carte restaurants were very good, the only one we did not care for was the Mexican. We had four al la carte restaurants a week, we were there for two weeks. If we did not have those the food at the buffet we would have got very tired of, it was mostly lukewarm. If you don't mind just using the pools, which are very nice, I would recommend this hotel. The beaches were rocky and there was so much seaweed. The have trucks there hauling it away and it smells. We love the beach and did not go in once as it was smelly and rocky. It is only because of the beaches that I would not recommend this hotel.

Nous avons totalement apprécié nos vacances. Le complexe est propre, la nourriture est excellente, les gens sont excellents. Le seul bémol était l'internet, peut-être une meilleure instruction. L'accueil était bon, mais aucune information n'était donnée. Par exemple, nous nous sommes rendus au buffet de midi le jour de notre arrivée et avons attendu d'être assis, car c'est ce à quoi nous étions habitués lors de nos précédentes vacances. Dans ce centre de villégiature, vous vous asseyez vous-m [... lire plus]ême. Nous n'en avons pas été informés. A part cela, ce fut des vacances incroyables.

Wonderful Holiday! Totally enjoyed our vacation. Resort clean, excellent food, excellent people. Only down fall was the internet, possibly better instruction. Reception was good, but no info given. Example,we got to the lunch buffet on day of arrival, and waited to be seated, as this is what we were used to from previous vacations. At this resort you seat yourself. Was not informed of this. Other than that, it was an incredible holiday.

Ce fut un choix fantastique. Les chambres étaient très propres, tout comme le terrain et les toilettes. J'ai tout aimé. Le personnel travaille très dur pour que votre voyage soit agréable et les plages sont d'une beauté inouïe. Une suggestion : prévoyez plus de temps pour passer par l'aéroport. 3 heures n'étaient pas suffisantes.

Amazing Resort This was a fantastic choice. Rooms were very clean as are the grounds and washrooms. Loved it all. The staff work so hard to ensure your trip is enjoyable and the beaches are beautiful beyond words. One suggestion is to allow yourself more time to get through the airport. 3 hours was not enough.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Une belle station balnéaire

Très beau complexe, avec des terrains magnifiquement entretenus. Trois grandes piscines, beaucoup d'activités pour les jeunes enfants. Bonne nourriture et excellents restaurants à la carte. Hall d'entrée agréable à l'arrivée. Nous avons eu un problème avec notre chambre et le lendemain on nous a changé de chambre sans problème.

A beautiful resort Beautiful resort, with beautiful kept grounds. Three big pools, a lot of activities for small children. Good food, and great a la carte restaurants. Nice lobby upon arrival. We had a problem with our room and the next day we were switched to another with no problem.

excellent service, contact personnel agréable, nourriture No1 et hébergement superbe. La seule mauvaise note est le fait que nous avons mangé des algues deux fois de suite. C'est notre troisième visite au Grand Bahia Coba et deux fois au Grand Bahia Jamaica. Nous aimons tout simplement le Grand Bahia Principe. J'adore courir sur la plage (c'était presque impossible à cause des algues). Nous passons la plupart du temps à la piscine.

very good resort excellent service, nice personal contact, food No1 and great accommodation . Only bad mark is for the fact that twice in a raw we had seaweeds. This is our 3 rd time visit in Grand Bahia Coba and twice in Grand Bahia Jamaica. Simply we like Grand Bahia Principe. I love to run on the beach (It was almost not possible because seaweeds ). We most of time spent at pool.

C'est un beau complexe hôtelier propre et la nourriture est assez bonne. La cuisine brésilienne à la carte était excellente. Le service était bon. Manque d'animation. La plage est belle et longue et on peut s'y promener.ça devait être les vacances de mars pour le québec. Beaucoup de familles françaises. Beaucoup de jeunes enfants. C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons à El Potillio. Je pense que nous allons essayer un autre endroit.

Beautiful long beach to walk.Must have been march break for quebec. Alot of french families. A lot of young children. Its our second time to el potillio. Ithink we will try somewhere else .

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: J'irai l'année prochaine pour la troisième fois

C'est notre deuxième séjour au Bahia Principe. La première fois, nous avons séjourné dans la partie de Tulum et cette année, nous avons séjourné dans la partie de Coba. L'ensemble du complexe est magnifique. Le terrain est méticuleusement aménagé, la myriade de piscines et de jacuzzis est ravissante. Les salles de repos publiques sont spacieuses et impeccables, sans oublier qu'elles sont attrayantes. Le personnel est sympathique, sans être pressant comme dans d'autres régions des Caraïbes.  [... lire plus] Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et joliment décorées. Les huit restaurants à la carte proposent une cuisine fabuleuse. Il s'agit d'un grand complexe hôtelier, mais les tramways électriques fréquents vous emmènent où vous voulez en quelques minutes. Vous pouvez également marcher, mais les tramways sont très pratiques. Ce complexe est situé à proximité des ruines mayas de Tulum, à 15 minutes de route. Il y a une grande piscine pour enfants avec des toboggans et des fontaines et les enfants que nous avons vus avaient l'air de s'amuser. Il s'agit d'un complexe 5 étoiles. Les plages de la Riviera Maya ont souffert d'une abondance d'algues, mais les travailleurs n'ont pas cessé de les ramasser. On ne peut pas aider mère nature.

I will go next year for a third time This is our second time at the Bahia Principe. The first time we stayed at the Tulum part of the resort and this year we stayed at the Coba part. The entire resort is beautiful. The grounds are meticulously landscaped, the myriad of pools and Jacuzzi areas are lovely. The public rest rooms are ample and spotless, not to mention attractive. The staff are friendly, not pushy like is some other areas of the Caribbean. The rooms are clean and spacious and nicely decorated. The eight a la carte restaurants have fabulous cuisine. It is a large resort but the frequent electric trams take you to where you want to go in a matter of minutes. You can walk as well but the trams are very convenient. This resort is located near the Maya ruins in Tulum a 15 minute drive away. There is a large children's pool with slides and water fountains and the children we saw there looked like they were having a ball. This is a 5 star resort. The beaches along the Mayan Riviera have been suffering from an abundance of seaweed but workers kept busy hauling it away. Can't help mother nature.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: grand centre de villégiature

l'hôtel, les chambres et le terrain étaient fabuleux. la plage était belle, on pouvait marcher assez loin dans les deux sens depuis le resort. seul bémol, l'océan n'était pas cristallin comme dans d'autres endroits dominicains où nous sommes allés. L'hôtel se trouve à une heure et demie de route du port aérien de Punta Cana.

great resort hotel and rooms and grounds were fabulous. beach was nice you could walk quite far both direction from the resort. only down fall ocean was not crystal clear like other Dominican spots we have been too. It was an hour and a half drive from Punta cana air port.

Cet hôtel est l'un des meilleurs endroits où j'ai séjourné à Punta Cana... ma chambre était propre et bien équipée... le terrain était magnifique avec beaucoup d'espace dans la zone de la piscine... ma seule plainte était que la nourriture était la même aux buffets... jour ou nuit....i je n'ai pas vu où il y avait un thème pour chaque jour... les chariots à la carte étaient délicieux et m'ont accommodé parce que j'ai une allergie au gluten MAIS il n'y a pas assez d'employés parlant anglais !

Relaxing Stay This hotel was on of the better places I have stayed in Punta Cana...my room was clean and roomie...the grounds were beautiful with lots of space in the pool area...my only complaint was the food was the same at the buffets..day or nite....i didnt see where there was a theme for each day...the a la carts were delish and accommodated me because i have a Gluten allergy BUT not enough english speaking workers!
