Ce complexe est idéal pour se détendre - il n'y a pas beaucoup de jeux ou d'activités à la piscine. Il est de petite taille et très proche d'un club de plage privé. Beaucoup de chaises longues avec service de boissons à la piscine et à la plage, ce qui est appréciable. La variété de la nourriture est bonne, mais la température des aliments doit être améliorée. Quaint, quiet resort... This resort is good for relaxing - not a lot of pool games/activities going on. It is small in size and very close to a private beach club. Lots of loungers with beverage service both at the pool and beach which is appreciated. Food variety good, but temperature of foods needs improving. Hotel is older and there are some improvements needed, but the grounds are beautiful and the staff is second to none. Would return!

Station authentique et propre

HB est un centre de villégiature authentiquement impeccable ; les chambres, la plage, les restaurants, tous les coins et recoins sont propres. On y sert des fruits de mer, du bœuf et du poulet à chaque repas. La variété des aliments, des légumes et des fruits est impressionnante. Ne manquez pas les crevettes servies au dîner ! Les pâtisseries sont bonnes. Le personnel est agréable et prêt à aider. Le seul bémol pour moi a été la nourriture tiède, ce qui est quelque peu compréhensible, peut-être [... lire plus] en raison de la quantité de nourriture servie et des heures de service plus longues (jusqu'à 11 heures pour le petit déjeuner et jusqu'à 16 heures pour le déjeuner). J'ai hésité à choisir ce complexe à cause des vendeurs autour de la plage, mais croyez-moi ou non, ce n'était pas mal du tout, ce sont des gens bien et ils ne vous embêtent pas. J'ai donc apprécié la bonne nourriture, les boissons, le temps et l'ambiance. Si je retourne à PV, je choisirai ce complexe. J'ai rencontré des gens qui ont séjourné à HB entre 4 et 10 fois.

Authentic clean resort HB is an authentic spotless resort; room, beach, restaurants all nook and carnies are clean. They serve seafood, beef and chicken for each meal. The variety of food, vegetable and fruit was awesome. Don't miss their shrimp served for dinner! Pastries are good. Staff pleasant people who willing to help. The only down side for me was lukewarm food which is somehow understandable, maybe because of the amount of served food and longer hours of serving (till 11 for breakfast and till 4 pm for lunch). I was hesitant to choose this resort because of the vendors around beach but believe me or not it wasn't bad at all they are good people and don't bug you. So, enjoyed good food, drink, weather and vibe. If I go back to PV, this resort would be my choice. I met some people who stayed in HB between 4-10 times.

Je dirais que c'est ma maison, très confortable, avec des gens passionnants qui s'occupent de vous, c'était notre troisième séjour à Heacianda Bonivenrura resort.

Très bien, le sol est magnifique, la vue est belle, les chambres sont grandes et belles, le service d'étage est assuré matin et soir, la nourriture est abondante tout au long de la journée, on boit toute la journée jusqu'à l'ivresse et on va se coucher. Le service de camionnette jusqu'à la plage ðŸ- à 5 minutes et la nourriture et les boissons sont gratuites pour que vous puissiez profiter de la plage.

I will call it Home .very comfortable ,exciting people to look after u .this was our 3 time stay at Heacianda Bonivenrura resort . Very nice ,ground r beautiful ,nice views ,big beautiful rooms with room service morning evening .lots of food all day long .drink all day till to get drunk & hit the bed . Van service to the beach 🏖 5 minutes away & also have food & drink free to keep u enjoy the beach .

Un lieu de villégiature idéal

Tout ce que je peux dire, c'est que cet hôtel était tout simplement excellent, la meilleure nourriture que j'ai eu dans un hôtel, les chambres étaient très belles, le service était génial, le meilleur hôtel, j'y retournerai l'année prochaine et je resterai dans le même hôtel. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très serviable et très accommodant, également très agréable, tout le monde avait toujours le sourire. Il y avait de très bons divertissements tous les soirs, les buffets avaient un lieu différe [... lire plus]nt chaque soir, comme la nuit des fruits de mer, la nuit du barbecue, et bien d'autres choses encore. Pour un hôtel plus ancien, je lui donnerais un 10 si je pouvais, j'ai entendu tellement de gens me dire qu'ils reviennent à cet hôtel année après année, ou quand ils reviennent à Puerto Vallarta.

perfect resort All I can say is this hotel was just excellent, best food, I have had at a hotel, rooms were very nice, service was awesome, Best hotel going back next year and staying at the same hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful, and very accommodating ,also very pleasant, everyone always had a smile, They had great entertainment nightly, buffet's had a different venue each night like seafood night, BBQ night, and a lot more, It definitely has Mexican charm, close to the beach. There was food either buffet hours or at the bar, and even on the beach, For a older hotel I would give it a 10 if I could,, I heard so many people tell me they come back to this hotel year after year, or when ever they come back to Puerto Vallarta .

Nous avons passé un moment fabuleux ! Un endroit formidable pour un prix exceptionnel. Excellente nourriture et super service. Petit centre de villégiature agréable, donc facile de rencontrer des gens. Je recommanderais cet endroit. Bon emplacement également. Nous avons été bien approvisionnés en boissons à tout moment, que ce soit au centre de villégiature ou à la plage.

Great place! We had a fabulous time! Great place for a great price. Excellent food and super service. Nice small resort-so easy to meet people. Would recommend this place. Good location as well. Kept us well stocked with drinks at all times at the resort or at the beach.

Fantastique à nouveau - pour mon anniversaire cette fois ! Je ne le passerais nulle part ailleurs

L'hôtel est génial à tous points de vue grâce à son "charme ancien", au personnel de la réception, à la direction, aux serveurs du bar, au personnel du restaurant et aux femmes de chambre, qui sont sympathiques et accommodants. J'ai hâte d'y retourner. La nourriture est excellente, le personnel est le meilleur, l'emplacement, le club de plage, etc. L'ensemble du personnel de l'hôtel (en particulier Miguelle (serveur du bar) - qui n'arrêtait pas de me souhaiter un joyeux anniversaire !) qui [... lire plus] s'est mis en quatre pour faire de mon 60e anniversaire une occasion très spéciale et mémorable que je n'oublierai jamais, ainsi que tous les voyageurs fantastiques que nous avons rencontrés et qui seront désormais des amis pour la vie :) Merci à tout le personnel du service à la carte le 24 février ! Fantastic Again - for my Birthday this time! Wouldn't spend it anywhere else The hotel is awesome in every way because of it's "old charm" from the friendly and accommodating front desk staff, Management, bar tenders, restaurant staff and chamber maids. Can't wait to go back again. Food is great, staff are the absolute best, location, beach club, etc. The entire hotel staff (especially Miguelle (bar tender)) - kept saying Happy Birthday!) who all went out of their way to make my 60th Birthday a very special and memorable occasion that I will never forget and all the fantastic travellers we met who will now be lifetime friends. :) Thanks to all the ala carte staff on Feb. 24th! You made is so special :) Gracias Amigos!

Un endroit formidable

C'était la deuxième fois que nous allions dans ce complexe et nous l'avons tous aimé autant que la première fois. Tout était parfait. La plage est magnifique, les chambres sont propres, la nourriture est excellente et surtout, les personnes qui travaillent dans ce complexe sont les plus extraordinaires que j'aie jamais rencontrées.

Great place This was our second time going to the resort and we all loved it as much as the first time. Everything was great. The beach was beautiful, the rooms clean, the food was amazing and most of all the people that work at this resort are the most amazing people I have ever met.

Des vacances parfaites

Le personnel de ce complexe est serviable, heureux et souriant en permanence. Il demande toujours si nous avons besoin de quelque chose. Le complexe est magnifique avec son architecture et sa verdure. La nourriture est très savoureuse et abondante. Les boissons sont fraîches et rafraîchissantes. Les chambres sont superbes et confortables. Je retournerai certainement dans ce complexe l'année prochaine. Nous nous sommes sentis si bien accueillis. Notre nouvelle maison loin de chez nous.

Perfect Vacation The staff at this resort are helpful, happy and smiling all the time. Always asking if there is anything we want. The resort is beautiful with its architecture and greenery. The food is very tasty and plentiful. The drinks are cold and refreshing. The rooms are great and comfortable. I will definitely go back to this resort next year. They made us feel so welcome. Our new home away from home.

Excellent service....

Le personnel de l'hôtel est tout simplement exceptionnel ! Ce petit espace pittoresque se trouve à proximité de la plage. La nourriture est correcte... rien de spécial... si je n'avais pas payé pour le tout inclus, j'aurais mangé ailleurs.

Great service.... The hotel staff is way above exceptional! This quaint little space is within easy walking distance to the beach. The food is ok... nothing special...if I wasn't paying for all inclusive I would have eaten elsewhere.

Ce complexe est très basique. Il n'est pas situé sur la plage mais dispose d'un club de plage qui est agréable.

Le sol a été conservé. Nourriture très mexicaine que j'ai appréciée. La piscine était propre. Chambres très basiques mais propres. La climatisation fonctionnait. Eau chaude dans la douche. Les boissons étaient bonnes. Petite marche jusqu'à la plage plage n'est pas un problème. J'ai apprécié cet endroit. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Je reviendrais reviendrais. J'aime les petits hôtels par rapport aux grandes stations balnéaires.

This resort is very basic. Not on beach but does have a beach club which is nice. Ground while kept. Food very Mexican which I enjoyed. Pool was clean. Rooms very basic but clean. A/C worked. Had hot water in the shower. Drinks good. Short walk to the beach not a problem. I enjoyed this place. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would return. I like smaller hotel as to the larger resorts.

Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel Hacienda Buenaventura et au Mexican Charm ! Tout était parfait. La nourriture était incroyable, la piscine était rafraîchissante, les chambres étaient propres. Nous n'aurions pas pu demander un meilleur endroit pour le prix. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner.

Amazing Resort We had the best time at the Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel and Mexican Charm!! Everything was great. Food was amazing, pool was refreshing, rooms were clean. Couldn't have asked for a better place for the price. We can't wait to go back.

Très bon moment passé là-bas

J'ai passé un très bon moment dans cet établissement, un groupe plus âgé mais qui peut encore faire la fête, le personnel est très amusant et fait tout son possible pour que vous vous sentiez bien, propre et bien nourri, petit mais charmant, mais ils connaissent tous votre nom dès le deuxième jour, c'est juste un très bon endroit pour séjourner

Great time there Had a great time there a older bunch but they can still party , the staff where great lots of fun go out f there way to make you feel great clean great food small but charming but they all know your name by day two , just a great place to stay

Ce centre de villégiature est une casa hacendia de style ancien très pittoresque ! Vous ne savez pas ce qui vous attend tant que vous n'êtes pas à l'intérieur... Il est centré autour d'une cour de style casa. Les chambres sont situées autour de l'extérieur. La piscine et le snack sont à une extrémité, près du spa, et le buffet principal est au centre. P Ce complexe est parfait pour les jeunes familles qui veulent garder un œil sur leurs enfants. Il est également parfait pour les personnes d'âg [... lire plus]e moyen et plus âgées qui souhaitent se détendre. Les personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité peuvent également s'y rendre. Tout est facilement accessible. La plage n'est pas loin et on peut y aller et en revenir en toute sécurité. Je crois que si vous avez des problèmes de mobilité, ils ont une camionnette qui peut vous emmener. Vous trouverez également un snack à la plage. Bien qu'il s'agisse d'un complexe plus ancien, le personnel s'efforce toujours de le maintenir en bon état. Il y a un restaurant alacarte et nous n'y sommes même pas allés. Il y a un peu de répétition mais pour le prix nous étions très contents. Le jeudi soir, ils organisent un dîner à thème mexicain. Le samedi soir, c'est la soirée barbecue. L'un des côtés de l'hôtel a été aménagé de façon fantaisiste et c'est très joli. Il y a aussi une soirée italienne. Le seul inconvénient est la proximité de la route principale. Nous avions notre chambre juste à l'angle du lampadaire. La prochaine fois, j'apporterai des bouchons d'oreille. Je reviendrai certainement. En passant, si vous cherchez quelque chose de différent à faire à Puerto Vallarta, essayez le zoo ! Nous l'avons fait et nous avons beaucoup aimé ! .

We had an amazing time! This resort is a very quaint old style hacendia casa! You don't know what awaits you until you go inside.. it is centred around a courtyard style casa. The rooms are around the exterior. The pool and snack are on one end close to the spa and the main buffet is in the centre. P This resort is perfect for young families who want to keep track of their little ones. Also perfect for middle age and older looking to relax. Also those with mobility issues consider this resort. Everything is within easy access. The beach is not a far walk and totally safe to go to and from the resort. I believe if u have mobility issues they have a van that can take you. You will find a snack shack at the beach as well. Although this is an older resort the staff are always working to keep it in good working order. There is one alacarte restaurant and we didn't even get there. There is some repetition but for the price we were very happy. They have on Thursday night a Mexican theme supper. On Saturday night it's BBQ night. They doll the one side of the resort all up fancy and it's very nice. They also have an Italian night as well. Th only down side is how close it is to the main road. We had our room right by the corner of the street light. Next time I will bring ear plugs lol. I will definitely be going back. On a side note if u r looking for something different to do in puerto Vallarta try the zoo! We did and we enjoyed it very much!! .

Belle station balnéaire

J'ai passé un très bon moment, l'hôtel était propre et confortable, les lits étaient superbes, la plage, le sable et le surf étaient parfaits. Beaucoup de places assises autour de la piscine. La nourriture et les divertissements étaient excellents. Et le meilleur, c'est que le personnel était formidable et amical. J'y retournerais demain si je le pouvais.

Beautiful resort I had such a great time, the resort was clean comfortable, beds were amazing, the beach sand and surf was perfect. Lots of seating around pool. Great food and entertainment. And the best part the staff was amazing and friendly. I would go back tomorrow if I could.

Comy & Affordable

La nourriture était bonne et la piscine était agréable. Les chambres étaient moyennes et le club de plage était agréable mais il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'animation le soir mais ce n'était pas très cher de prendre un taxi pour aller au centre-ville et sur les plages, ce qui était un changement de décor agréable après une semaine dans le petit complexe le bar de la piscine n'en est pas un, il faut sortir de la piscine et marcher un peu jusqu'au bar, ce qui était bien et la piscine était chauffée,  [... lire plus]mais c'était une station très occupée, pleine d'enfants en bas âge, donc pas très relaxant, mais on pensait pouvoir s'échapper sur la plage pour une sieste paisible ou autre, mais encore une fois, beaucoup de gens vous demandent d'acheter des produits toutes les deux minutes littéralement, donc encore une fois une plage publique3 pâtés de maisons plus loin, mais la navette est gratuite pour se rendre à la plage, donc c'est bien, vous obtenez ce que vous payez et c'était abordable, et nous avons quand même passé de bonnes vacances, mais nous pourrions essayer un autre complexe la prochaine fois, car il était répertorié comme un 4 étoiles ou plus, mais nous disons plus comme un 3 ou 3.5 étoiles

Nice little resort food was good and pool was nice rooms were average and beach club was nice but not alot of entertainment at night but not that expensive to grab a taxi into downtown areas and beaches which was a nice change of scenery from a week at the small resort it was nice to get out and see the authentic mexican culture the swim up bar at pool actually is not a swim up bar you actually have to get out of pool and walk a bit to the bar which was fine and pool was heated but was a very busy resort full of small kids so not much relaxing but beach we thought we could escape to for a peaceful nap or whatever but again alot of people asking you to buy goods like every two minutes literally so again a public beach the resort isnt at beach area its 2-3 blocks away but free shuttle to beach so that was fine you get what you pay for and it was affordable and still had a nice vacation but might try a different resort next time as this was listed as a 4 star or more but we say more like a 3 or 3.5 star

C'est ce que c'est...

Aucune plainte concernant le personnel, les chambres, le wi-fi, la piscine, la plage, les bars, l'emplacement ou la restauration. Il y a également une grande épicerie locale et une pharmacie à un pâté de maisons, où l'on trouve tout ce que l'on peut désirer au cas où on l'aurait oublié à la maison. Cependant, nous n'avions pas réalisé que la piscine et le bar de la piscine seraient bondés de gens du pays. J'ai été témoin d'un homme local faisant l'amour avec sa copine "tranquillement" un après- [... lire plus]midi dans la piscine bondée. J'ai également vu un oiseau faire ses besoins dans l'un des récipients à salade lors de la soirée barbecue en plein air. Après avoir trouvé un membre du personnel parlant anglais, ils ont retiré cette salade du buffet. Un soir, un mariage se déroulait juste derrière la piscine. C'était très bruyant et déroutant parce que l'espace piscine avait un groupe local tous les soirs et que le mariage avait son propre DJ. Vous pouvez entendre tout ce qui se passe à l'extérieur dans votre chambre, mais tout est rentré dans l'ordre à 1 heure du matin, tous les soirs. Il y a eu quelques fêtes privées dans l'hôtel, mais la plupart n'ont pas duré très longtemps dans la nuit. Certaines choses échappent au contrôle de l'hôtel et de son personnel. Ils n'étaient certainement pas responsables des événements dont j'ai été témoin. Notre chambre était impeccable. Ce n'était pas l'endroit le plus sûr, mais elle était très propre et climatisée. Le lit était étonnamment confortable, croyez-le ou non !

It is what it is... Zero complaints about the staff, rooms, wi-fi, pool, beach area, bars, location or dining. There is also a huge local grocery store and a pharmacy a block away that has anything you could ever want in case you forgot it at home. However, we did not realize that the pool and pool bar would be jammed up with so many locals. I did witness a local guy having sex with his girl "quietly" one afternoon in the heavily packed pool. Also I watched a bird poop in one of the salad containers at the outdoor BBQ night. After finally finding an english speaking staff member, they removed that salad from the buffet. A wedding was going on one night just behind the pool area. It was very loud and confusing because the pool area had a local band every night and the wedding had its own DJ. You can hear everything that happens outside in your room, but they did have everything fairly quiet by 1am every single night. There were a few private parties going on in the hotel, but most didn't last much into the night. There are things that are out of control of the hotel and its staff. They certainly were not at fault for any of the events that I had witnessed. Our room was spotless. Not the most secure looking place, but very clean and air conditioned. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, believe it or not!

Une belle expérience

Ma belle-sœur m'a recommandé cet hôtel et il était très agréable. Même s'il était proche de la route principale, à l'intérieur de l'enceinte, on ne le reconnaîtrait pas. Dans l'ensemble, un excellent séjour. La nourriture est excellente, les gens sont formidables et la plage est superbe. J'y retournerais n'importe quand.

A great experience My sister in law recommended this hotel and it was very nice. Even it was close to the main road, inside the compound, you would not recognize. Overall a great stay. Great food, great people and a great beach area. Would go back any time.

Fabuleux

J'ai été impressionnée par l'aide apportée par le personnel. Notre portier était fantastique et nous a orientés vers des endroits amusants. Le complexe était propre et la nourriture excellente. J'ai passé un excellent séjour. Je reviendrai certainement.

Fabulous I was impressed on how helpful the staff were. Our door man was fantastic and directed us to some fun places. The resort was clean and food awesome. I had an excellent time. I would definitely return again.

Fun Resort

C'est la deuxième fois que nous y séjournons. Il s'agit d'un petit complexe hôtelier plus ancien, mais il y a toujours des rénovations en cours. Les chambres ont besoin de travaux mais elles sont toujours propres et les lits et oreillers sont confortables. Il n'y a qu'une seule piscine mais il y a toujours beaucoup de place. La vie nocturne après le dîner s'arrête vers 22h30 car il y a des chambres tout autour du bar de la piscine. Vous pouvez toujours boire au bar, mais en silence. Si vous voul [... lire plus]ez faire la fête, vous pouvez toujours prendre le bus de la ville (l'arrêt de bus se trouve juste en haut de la rue). Ou prendre un taxi jusqu'au Malecon, où il y a toujours des bars très animés. Le terrain est bien entretenu avec de beaux jardins. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit. L'océan est à moins de 5 minutes à pied ou ils ont une navette qui vous emmènera. Il y a toujours quelque chose à manger, la nourriture est bonne. Il y a des soirées à thème pour le dîner. Une soirée est mexicaine, une autre est consacrée aux fruits de mer et il y a toujours une soirée barbecue qui est excellente. Si vous n'aimez pas les repas à thème, il y a toujours d'autres plats à votre disposition. On n'a jamais faim. J'aime ce complexe parce qu'il est si petit qu'on y rencontre des gens extraordinaires qui deviennent des amis. Caesar, le directeur, a toujours un grand sourire et demande toujours si tout va bien. C'est un super homme 😃 J'ai hâte d'être à l'année prochaine. Si vous êtes difficile, je ne vous recommanderais pas ce complexe, mais si vous êtes décontracté et facile à vivre, c'est un endroit convivial et très amusant.

This is our 2nd time there. It is a small older resort but they are always renovating. The rooms need work but they are always clean and the beds and pillows are comfy. There is only one pool but always lots of room. The night life after dinner shus down around 10:30pm as there are rooms all around the pool bar. You can still drink at the bar but quietly. If you want more partying you can always catch the town bus ( bus stop just up the street ). Or a cab to the malecon where there is always happening bars. The grounds are well kept with beautiful gardens. The staff are so friendly and helpful if you need anything. The ocean is less than a 5 minute walk or they have a shuttle that will take you. There is always something to eat, the food is good. They have theme nights for dinner. One night is Mexican, one night is seafood and they always have a BBQ night which is amazing. If you don't like theme food, there is always other food you can pick from. You never go hungry. I like this resort because it is so small that you meet so many amazing people that become friends. Caesar is the manager who always has a huge smile and always asking if everything is ok. He is a super man 😃 I can't wait for next year. If you are a picky person I wouldn't recommend this resort for you, but if your laid back and easy going it's friendly and a lot of fun.

Pour les personnes discrètes

Propre, magnifiquement aménagé, excellent service amical, nourriture fraîche mais un peu répétitive, petit hôtel sympathique. Il faut être en forme pour loger au dernier étage. Nous avons monté en moyenne 500 marches par jour ! Je recommanderais cet hôtel aux personnes âgées.

For the quiet crowd Clean, beautifully landscaped, great friendly service, fresh food but bit repetitious, small but friendly hotel. Must be fit to stay on the top floor. We averaged climbing 500 stairs per day! Would recommend this hotel for more of the senior crowd.
