OK

C'est un lieu de villégiature très fréquenté, il y a du monde partout. Ce n'est pas idéal pour une escapade romantique. J'ai voyagé avec ma famille et tout s'est bien passé. Le personnel est agréable, la nourriture est bonne et les chambres sont basiques mais propres. La piscine pour adultes en haut est très agréable et peu fréquentée. Cet endroit est très bien situé.

This is a very busy resort, people are everywhere. Not so good for a romantic getaway. Travelled with family so it was just fine. Nice staff, good food and the rooms were basic but clean. The adult pool up top is very nice and not busy. This place is in a great location.

Station balnéaire pittoresque

C'est un complexe très bien entretenu pour l'âge. Les chambres sont propres. Le terrain est bien entretenu. La piscine était équipée de nombreuses chaises longues et de zones d'ombre. Les chaises longues et les parasols de la plage mériteraient d'être modernisés et plus nombreux dans cette zone. La nourriture était très bonne et il y avait beaucoup de choix. L'hôtel se trouve à 10 minutes de marche du début du Malecon et à 20 ou 25 minutes de marche du vieux Vallarta. C'était mon deuxième séjour [... lire plus] dans ce complexe. J'y reviendrais.

Quaint resort This is a very well kept resort for the age. Rooms were clean. Grounds are well maintained. Pool area had plenty of loungers and shade areas. The beach loungers and umbrellas could use some updating with more being available in this area. Food was very good with lots to choose from. Within a 10 minute walk from the start of the Malecon, 20 to 25 minutes walk to Old Vallarta. This was my second stay at this resort. Would stay again.

A noisy !!!!

C'était super jusqu'à la musique de la piscine et les nuits étaient si bruyantes que vous pouvez entendre les gens parler à côté de vous parce que les portes ne sont pas scellées correctement Je n'y retournerai jamais et j'y étais même il y a 5 ans.

To noisy!!!! It was great till the pool music and the nights were so noisy you can hear people talking next to you because the doors are not sealed properly I will not ever go back and even was there 5 years ago..

Personnel sympathique, bonne plage, musique mexicaine bruyante.

Vous obtenez ce que vous payez.2 buffet+service pas très amical au restaurant.Très proche du supermarché.A distance de marche du magnifique centre ville de Puerto Vallarta.Service d'étage OK.Les meilleures choses sont les auganas marchant sous les chaises de plage en mangeant des salades.

Frendli staff, good beach,noisy mexican musik. You get what you pay for.2 buffet+not so friendly servis at restaurant.Very close to supermarket.Walking distans to beatiful downtown of Puerto Vallarta.Room service OK.The best things iauganas walking under beach chairs eating salads.

Grand hôtel

les chambres étaient nettoyées tous les jours, ce qui était bien.les repas et la nourriture étaient très bons.le personnel était très aimable et parlait très bien anglais. les piscines étaient très propres et l'espace pour s'asseoir était très bien.le personnel gardait toujours l'endroit en bon état.

great hotel rooms were cleaned daily which was good.dining and food very good.staff were very freindly. spoke very good English swimming pools were very clean and sitting area was very good.staff were always keeping the place looking good.

Faible niveau

Le personnel était formidable, la nourriture était très répatissante, le terrain était très bien entretenu, il y avait beaucoup de mexicains. Les coqs vous réveillent trop tôt le matin.

Low grade Staff were great, the food was very repatishus,grounds we're very well kept .very over run with Mexican people staying. No place to go for a little quiet time expect your room.roosters wake you up too early in the morning.

Vacances en famille !

Je viens de passer des vacances en famille dans cet hôtel du 30 janvier au 13 février 2015. L'hôtel a fait beaucoup d'améliorations depuis que nous avons commencé à y aller il y a 6 ans. L'hôtel est généralement très calme entre le dimanche et le jeudi, mais le week-end, l'endroit s'anime avec beaucoup de visites en bus. Mais ces jours-là, il est toujours possible de s'éloigner et de découvrir d'autres régions de PV. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant. Le gérant (Tino) du restaurant a fait un excellent travail en veillant à ce que ma famille soit toujours bien traitée. Il a préparé des repas spéciaux pour notre famille et s'est toujours assuré qu'il y avait une table prête pour 12 personnes au restaurant. Il y a beaucoup de personnes formidables qui travaillent dans cet hôtel. Mais je voudrais dire un grand merci à Wendy et Pablo. Ils se sont toujours empressés de nous servir ce dont nous avions besoin.

Family Vacation!! Just spent a family vacation at this hotel from January 30- February 13, 2015. The hotel has made a lot of upgrades since we started going 6 years ago. The hotel is usually very quiet between Sunday to Thursday, but on the weekends the place comes to life with a lot of bus tours. But on those days you can always get away and experience other areas of PV. The staff at this hotel is very accomodating. They always go the extra mile to make sure your stay is great. The manager (Tino) for the restaraunt did a great job in making sure that my family was always well taken care of. He made special meals for our family and always made sure there was a table ready for 12 people at the restaraunt. There are a lot of great people that work at this hotel. But I would like to say a big thank you to Wendy and Pablo. Always quick to serve us with whatever we needed.

Complexe hôtelier économique avec un personnel très sympathique

Le personnel était excellent et le terrain et les chambres très propres. Les chambres étaient très mexicaines et simples, avec des murs blanchis à la chaux et des meubles bon marché. Le thème de l'établissement était mexicain et la musique était forte du matin au soir jusqu'à 20 heures. Les clients étaient principalement mexicains. La nourriture était très bonne mais peu variée. Il s'agit d'un hôtel économique.

Budget resort with very nice staff The staff was excellent and the grounds and rooms very clean. The rooms were very Mexican and simple with whitewashed walls and budget furniture. The theme of this facility was mexican with the music being loud and on from morning to night until 8. The clients were mostly mexican. The food was very good but not alot of variety. It is a budget hotel .

Parfois, un accord n'en est pas vraiment un.

Ce n'est pas un lieu de villégiature où je séjournerais à nouveau. Le service n'était pas excellent, la nourriture n'était pas la meilleure (à moins que vous n'aimiez les weiners). Les serviettes et les draps dans les chambres semblaient dater de plusieurs années et n'avaient jamais été bien nettoyés. Ma chambre était au rez-de-chaussée et la porte du patio ne fermait pas à clé. Il était à distance de marche du centre-ville, ce qui était bien parce que le resort n'avait vraiment rien à faire et  [... lire plus]les divertissements nocturnes étaient vraiment mauvais quand ils en avaient. Non, je ne séjournerai plus jamais dans cet hôtel et je ne le recommanderai pas à mes amis.

Sometimes a deal really isn't a deal. This is not a resort that I would stay at again. The service was not to greatest, the food was not the best (unless you like weiners). The towels and sheets in the rooms looked like they were years old and never seen a good cleaning. My room was on the ground floor and my patio door did not lock. It was walking distance to down town which was good because the resort really had nothing to do and the nightly entertainment was real bad when they had any. No I will never stay there again and would not recommend this resort to my friends.

Un merveilleux goût de Mexique

Nous avons séjourné 5 fois dans ce complexe. A chaque fois, il y a beaucoup d'améliorations. Nouveau lit king size, nouvelles douches, nouvelle télévision, nouvelle climatisation, nouveau snack bar. Beaucoup de touristes sont des clients fidèles et vous font sentir comme une famille. Merci à Donna, John, Reggie, Iris et Joe de nous avoir si bien accueillis. Merci également à tout le personnel d'avoir rendu notre séjour si agréable.

A Wonderful Taste of Mexico We have stayed at the resort 5times. Each time there are lots of improvements. New king size bed,new showers, new tv, new air conditioning, new snack bar. Many of the tourists are return customers and make you feel like family. Thanks to Donna, John, Reggie,Iris,and Joe for making us feel so welcome. As well to all the staff, thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

Excellente expérience

L'hôtel est très bien situé pour les personnes qui aiment la randonnée, car tous les sites importants tels que le vieux Vallarta ou la marina sont accessibles à pied. La taille de l'hôtel est bonne, les bâtiments séparés de 3 étages sont tous joliment répartis dans les jardins bien entretenus. Le service était très bon, le personnel de l'hôtel était très amical et serviable. La nourriture était très bonne, les heures d'ouverture des restaurants et des bars étaient assez étendues, ce qui permetta [... lire plus]it de répondre à différents besoins. Les iguanes vivant dans un jardin menant à la plage étaient un atout et une attraction. Le point négatif est la présence d'un grand hôtel construit entre le club côtier et l'océan, obstruant une grande partie de la vue. L'hôtel n'était pas terminé et n'avait pas fière allure. Au bout d'un moment, nous nous y sommes habitués et ce n'était plus un problème. Une autre chose était la musique un peu trop forte à la piscine, ne permettant pas aux gens de faire une sieste à cet endroit. La plage était une alternative agréable, nous avons donc passé beaucoup de temps au bord de l'océan. Dans l'ensemble, c'était un séjour agréable et relaxant, de bonnes vacances !

Great experience The hotel is very well located for people who like hiking, as every major spot such as the Old Vallarta or Marina are with the hiking distance. The size of the hotel is good, separate 3 Floor buildings are all nicely spread among the well kept gardens. The service was very good, hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was very good, the opening hours of the restaurants and bars were quite extensive allowing to accommodate various needs. Iguanas living in a garden zone leading to the beach were a big asset and attraction. On the negative side is a big hotel which was built between the coasta club and the ocean, obstructing big portion of th view. The hotel was not finished and does not look good. After a while thou we got use to it and it was not a problem any more. Another thing was a bit too loud music at the pool, not allowing people to have a nap at this area. The beach was a nice alternative, so we enjoyed spending lots of time at the ocean side. Overally it was a nice relaxing stay, good vacations!!

Un séjour formidable

Le complexe est plus petit, confortable, la chambre était de bonne taille avec un balcon, le lit était très confortable, les gens sont sympathiques, les magasins et le marché aux puces sont accessibles à pied. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous y retournerons.

Awesome stay Resort is smaller, cosy, room was a good size with balcony, bed was very comfortable, people are friendly, walking distance to shopping.and flea market. Overall we had a very good stay and would go back.

Nice resort, super friendly staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are some of the nicest ones I have met. Special mention to Wendy in the Dining room and the pool and entertainment folks, Ricardo, Lupita ,Victor and Joaquin. Grounds are beautifully kept.

Excellente situation !

Au début, cet hôtel nous a semblé très daté, voire effrayant lorsque nous avons vu la salle à manger qui ressemblait plus à une cafétéria dans un refuge pour sans-abri qu'à ce que l'on pourrait attendre d'une salle à manger d'hôtel. Cela dit, une fois le choc initial passé, je dois dire que la salle à manger, bien qu'elle ait désespérément besoin d'être rénovée, proposait un grand choix de plats et le personnel était l'un des meilleurs que nous ayons jamais eus... et nous avons beaucoup voyagé c [... lire plus]es dernières années. Le personnel a même pris le temps de m'aider à apprendre une nouvelle phrase en espagnol chaque jour, car il savait que j'étais intéressé par l'apprentissage. La chambre, bien que datant d'un certain temps, était très propre et grande. Elle comprenait un salon, une salle à manger, une cuisine et une pièce extérieure avec un endroit pour rincer et suspendre les vêtements pour qu'ils sèchent. Notre unité comprenait également deux chambres et un balcon donnant sur la piscine. L'air conditionné était excellent et l'eau était chaude et abondante. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est superbe et il est très facile de se rendre à pied en ville. Le terrain de l'hôtel se trouve directement sur la plage et à côté d'un lagon peuplé d'une faune abondante, y compris d'énormes iguanes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et rencontré beaucoup de gens sympathiques. Je recommanderais sans hésiter cet hôtel à tout le monde... mais sachez que la salle à manger ne sera probablement pas ce à quoi vous êtes habitués.

Great Location! At first; this hotel seemed very dated; scarey in fact when we first saw the dining room which was more like a cafeteria in a homeless shelter than what you might expect of a hotel dining room. Having said that and after the initial shock wore off, I have to say that the dining room although in desperate need of updating, had a great selection of food and the staff was among the best we've ever had...and we've travelled a bit in recent years. The staff even took the time to help me learn a new spanish phrase each day, because they knew of my interest in learning. The room although dated was very clean and large and actually consisted of a livingroom, diningroom, kitchen with an outside adder room with a place to rinse out and hang your clothes to dry. Our unit also consisted of two bedrooms and a balcony overlooking the pool area. The air conditioning was great and the water was hot and ample. The location of the hotel is superb and within very easy walking distance of town. We went down to the Malecon most mornings.The hotel grounds were directly on the beach and also beside a lagoon which was populated with an abundance of wildlife including huge iguanas. We had a great time and met many nice people. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone... just be forwarned that the dining area will probably not be what you are used to.
