L'hôtel est magnifique et propre. La nourriture est excellente et l'emplacement est parfait. L'hôtel proposait des animations presque tous les soirs de la semaine et mon expérience globale a été mémorable. Je recommanderais cet hôtel à tout le monde. Parfait pour la famille

Belle station balnéaire

très bel hôtel . le soir trop fort la musique trop de personnes ivres. dans la piscine gros problème pour les enfants et les adultes.........tout le monde fume comme une cheminée. la nourriture est bonne, le personnel sympathique. Comme tous les complexes hôteliers ils vous inviteront à une présentation de time share.

Nice resort very nice hotel . at night too loud the music too many drunk people. in the pool big problem for the children and adult.........everyone smoke like a chimney. food is good ,staff friendly. As all the resort they will invite you for a presentation of time share.

Grand centre de villégiature

Ce complexe est très bien situé, à quelques pas du Malacon. Nous avions une chambre avec terrasse et même si nous n'avions pas vraiment de vue sur l'océan, c'était agréable de pouvoir s'asseoir à l'extérieur. La nourriture était bonne. La zone de la piscine était très fréquentée, mais il était agréable de pouvoir commander un menu au déjeuner et de se le faire apporter pendant que l'on se prélassait au bord de la piscine. J'ai dû me lever à 6h30 pour réserver des places à la piscine où nous auri [... lire plus]ons un maximum de soleil toute la journée. Il est regrettable que les gens réservent leurs chaises alors qu'ils n'ont pas l'intention de s'y asseoir avant la fin de la journée. La plage était un peu décevante car le sable était dur et rocailleux. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Je recommanderais ce complexe et j'y retournerais.

Great Resort This resort is in a great location, a short walk to the Malacon. We had a terrace room and although we didn't really have a view of the ocean, it was nice to be able to sit outside. The food was good. The pool area was busy but it was nice to be able to order from the menu at lunch and have it brought to us as we lounged around the pool. I had to get up at 6:30 to secure spots at the pool where we would get maximum sun all day long. It is unfortunate that people reserve their chairs when they don't have any intention of sitting there until later in the day. The beach was a bit of a disappointment as the sand was hard and rocky. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend and return to this resort.

FANTASTIQUE

L'hôtel est très bien entretenu, le terrain est magnifique et le personnel est accueillant et sympathique et travaille très dur pour vous. Les chambres sont très belles, la literie est confortable et les femmes de chambre font un excellent travail. Les piscines sont belles et bien entretenues, mais la plage n'est pas agréable... elle se trouve du côté du Pacifique et a un fort courant de fond et un sable très rocailleux.

FANTASTIC The hotel is very well kept, grounds are beautiful and staff are welcoming and friendly and work very hard for you. The rooms are very nice, bedding is cozy, and the maids do an excellant job. The pools are beautiful and well kept but the beach is not nice... it is on the pacific side and has a strong undertow and very rocky sand.

Grand centre de villégiature

J'ai séjourné dans ce complexe pour la première fois et je l'ai vraiment apprécié. La nourriture était excellente, même le service d'étage 24 heures sur 24 était inclus, ce qui était un vrai régal :) Le personnel était génial, serviable et amical, l'hôtel était propre et la salle de sport était fantastique. La seule chose est que si vous cherchez à nager dans l'océan, ce n'est pas le meilleur endroit car les vagues étaient un peu rudes et généralement assez hautes, mais bien sûr les piscines éta [... lire plus]ient superbes avec des bars et un service de restauration au bord de la piscine. L'emplacement est bon aussi car il est juste à côté de la ville, il est donc agréable de se promener dans la ville et de voir les choses, y compris les magasins, les restaurants et les paysages. Nous y retournerons certainement :)

Great resort Stayed at this resort first time and really enjoyed it. Food was great, even 24 HR room service was included which was real treat :) Staff was awesome, helpful and friendly, resort was clean and the gym was fantastic top of the line facility. The only thing is if you are looking for to swim in the ocean, that's not the best place as the waves were a bit rough and usually quite high, yet of course the pools were great along with swim-up bars and poolside food service. Locacion is good too as it's right by the city, so it's nice to walk in the city and check things out, including shops, restaurants and scenery. We for sure would go back. :)

Excellente situation et bon rapport qualité-prix

L'hôtel était bien entretenu et la nourriture était très bonne. Les chambres mériteraient d'être rénovées. Il semble qu'ils aient commencé à rénover certains des étages supérieurs. Si vous cherchez une belle plage, allez dans la Zona Romantica. La plage de l'hôtel est constituée de gravier très grossier. Veillez à demander une chambre non-fumeur si vous ne fumez pas. Si vous n'en obtenez pas, demandez à changer de chambre à la réception.

Great Location and Value for the Money Hotel was well maintained and food was very good. Rooms could use updating. Looks like they've started to renovate some of the upper floors. If you're looking for a nice beach, go to the Zona Romantica. Beach at the hotel is very coarse gravel. Make sure to request non-smoking room if you don't smoke. If you don't get one, ask to change rooms at the front desk.

Si propre et si sympathique !

Mon récent séjour a été absolument merveilleux ! J'ai particulièrement apprécié les lits confortables et les draps blancs. Je n'ai vu aucune bestiole nulle part. La nourriture était excellente, avec beaucoup de choix et une sélection de boissons de premier ordre, ainsi que du vin blanc et rouge, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans les centres de villégiature tout compris. Le personnel était très sympathique, en particulier Jorge Luise, le directeur des activités à la piscine ! J'ai été déçue q [... lire plus]ue la plage soit rocailleuse et difficile à parcourir pieds nus.

So clean and friendly! My recent stay was absolutely wonderful! I especially enjoyed the comfy beds and white linens. I did not see any bugs any where. Food was great, lots of choice and top notch drink selection, also wine was available white and red which is not always at all inclusive resorts. Staff members were so friendly, especially Jorge Luise the activity director at the pool! I was disappointed that the beach was all rocky and hard to walk on in bare feet.

Charmante station balnéaire

nous avons tout aimé dans ce complexe, sauf que nous avons trouvé que les piscines étaient trop chaudes pour être rafraîchissantes et que j'ai eu un problème avec le wifi. Je devais avoir le wifi gratuit dans notre chambre mais je devais me rendre à l'informatique chaque jour pour me connecter.

Lovely resort liked everything about the resort except, we did think the pools were kept too warm to be refreshing and I had a problem with wifi. I was to have free wifi in our room but had to go to IT each day to get connected.

Merveilleux centre de villégiature

Notre récent séjour au Sheraton Buganvillias a été extrêmement agréable. Le terrain et la piscine étaient excellents, le personnel était amical et serviable, la nourriture était bonne. Les divertissements et les soirées spéciales étaient amusants et bien organisés.

Un lieu de villégiature fabuleux !

C'était la première fois que je venais à Puerto Vallarta et ce fut une introduction extraordinaire. Le Sheraton Buganvillias Resort était magnifique. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et propres, avec un grand balcon pour profiter du soleil. Le terrain était magnifique et toujours impeccablement propre. Les restaurants étaient tous excellents. Le souvenir le plus important que je garderai est celui du personnel de cet hôtel. Tout le monde était si poli et toujours prompt à vous donner un sourire a [... lire plus]vec un "hola". C'est très gentil. Irving Flores, le saxophoniste, était incroyable. Si gentil et si talentueux ! Enfin, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le temps passé avec "Jorge Luis Borbolla". Il nous a enseigné l'aquagym et était si gentil et amical. Il nous a fait rire et a toujours pris le temps de nous dire bonjour s'il nous apercevait dans d'autres endroits de la station. Il a vraiment rendu notre séjour amusant ! Merci Jorge ! Dans l'ensemble, c'était des vacances merveilleuses dans un hôtel merveilleux. Merci à vous !

Fabulous resort! First time in Puerto Vallarta and it was an amazing introduction. The Sheraton Buganvillias Resort was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and clean with a great balcony to soak up that warm sun. The grounds were gorgeous and always spotlessly clean. The restaurants were all good. The most important memory I will have is the staff at this hotel. Everyone was so polite and always quick to give you a smile with an "hola". So nice. Irving Flores, the saxaphone player was amazing. So nice and so talented!! Last but not least we really enjoyed our time with "Jorge Luis Borbolla". He taught us water aerobics and was so nice and friendly. He made us laugh and always took the time to say hello if he spotted us in other places on the resort. He really made our stay fun!! Thanks Jorge!! All in all, it was a wonderful holiday in a wonderful hotel. Thank you!!

Merveilleux centre de villégiature

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique dans ce centre de villégiature. Il est tellement beau et les terrains sont incroyables. Notre chambre était charmante avec un grand balcon donnant sur la piscine et l'océan ! Les piscines étaient immenses, agréables et chaudes. Ma note pour la plage et les piscines est un peu basse, car la plage est malheureusement très caillouteuse et nous n'avons pas vraiment passé beaucoup de temps sur la plage (qui est l'endroit où j'aime habituellement être). La nourri [... lire plus]ture était bonne et le service excellent - personnel très amical et joyeux. J'y retournerais certainement.

Wonderful resort We had a fantastic time at this resort. It is so beautiful and the grounds are amazing. Our room was lovely with a hug balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean! The pools were huge and nice and warm. My rating for beach and pools is a little low, as the beach is unfortunately very pebbly and we really did not spend much time on the beach (which is where I usually like to be). The food was good and the service was excellent - very friendly and cheerful staff. I would certainly go back.

Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

Tout, de l'emplacement de l'hôtel au personnel, en passant par la nourriture et le terrain, était extraordinaire. Ils savent comment prendre soin de vous à PV, au Mexique. C'était la deuxième fois que je séjournais au Sheraton de PV et ce ne sera pas la dernière.

An amazing resort! Everything from the location of the hotel to the staff the food the grounds everything was amazing. They know how to take care of you in PV, Mexico. This was my second time staying at the Sheraton in PV and it will not be my last.

Séjour décevant

Nous avons récemment séjourné dans ce centre de villégiature du 15 au 23 janvier 2015 et nous avons été très déçus de notre séjour. L'hôtel est vieux et les salles de bains sont très petites et maladroites. Nous avions une chambre avec terrasse face à l'océan, ne vaut pas l'argent supplémentaire, ne pouvait pas voir beaucoup sauf les arbres et tout le monde au-dessus de vous pouvait voir ce que vous faisiez. Pas d'intimité. Les restaurants à la carte sont médiocres et le service était également  [... lire plus]médiocre dans les buffets. Si vous étiez en time share, le service était très différent dans tout le resort. La plage est très rocheuse et il est difficile d'y marcher, ce n'est pas ce que l'on attend d'un complexe hôtelier. Cet hôtel classé 4* ne l'était absolument pas, peut-être 3* De plus, dès l'arrivée, ils ont lancé des actions à temps partiel et tout au long du séjour. Nous allons au Mexique tous les ans et c'est la plus grande déception que nous ayons jamais eue Je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel

Disappointing Stay We recently stayed at this resort from Jan 15-23 2015 and were very disappointed with our stay. The hotel is old and bathrooms are very small and awkward. We had an ocean front terrace room, not worth the extra money, couldn't see much except trees and everyone above you could see what you were doing. No Privacy. The a la carte restaurants are poor and the service was also poor in buffet as well. If you were a time share the service was very different in the whole resort. Beach is very rocky and hard to walk on, not what you expect at a resort. This hotel was rated 4* was definitely not that, maybe 3* Also they immediately upon arrival they were pitching time shares and throughout the stay. We go to Mexico every year and this was the most disappointed we have ever been Would not recommend this hotel

BEAU CENTRE DE VILLÉGIATURE

Je recommande ce centre de villégiature. Le terrain est très beau. Les piscines sont superbes. Le service et la propreté sont de premier ordre. Il n'y a jamais eu de pénurie de bonne nourriture. L'emplacement est exceptionnel - vous pouvez marcher jusqu'au Malecon. Le seul reproche serait la plage - elle est très, très rocailleuse.

BEAUTIFUL RESORT I would recommend this resort. The grounds are very beautiful. The pools are stunning. top notch for service & cleanliness. Never a shortage of good food. The location is exceptional - you can walk into the Malecon. The only complaint would be the beach - its very, very rocky.

Bien plus que ce que nous attendions

Nous avons bénéficié d'un véritable forfait tout compris dans ce complexe de première classe. Notre chambre offrait une vue spectaculaire sur la baie. La nourriture était excellente et comprenait 3 spectacles en plein air et des buffets. Très propre et magnifiquement entretenu. La vieille ville est accessible à pied. Bonne sécurité.

Much more than we expected We enjoyed an truly all-inclusive package to this first class resort. Had a spectacular view of the bay from our room. Great food included 3 special live entertainment open air shows and buffets. Very clean and beautifully maintained. Walking distance to the old town. Good security.

Excellent centre de villégiature

Notre meilleur séjour à Puerto Vallarta... le personnel était fantastique... la nourriture excellente.... hôtel très propre ...et la chambre était très lumineuse avec une belle vue sur la baie....nous reviendrons l'hiver prochain...si nous avons le même prix.

excellent resort Our best stay in Puerto Vallarta..the staff was fantastic...the food excellent.... very clean hotel ..and the room was very bright with a nice view of the bay....we will return next winter..if we get it same price.

Petite station, mais très agréable

Après un début un peu difficile, les choses se sont nettement améliorées. J'aime, j'aime les piscines, le personnel est sympathique, mais les personnes qui s'occupent de la multipropriété sont insistantes. L'emplacement est excellent. La plage est un 2*, si vous aimez aller dans l'eau n'y allez pas. Nous étions là avec 3 autres couples et nous avons passé un très bon moment, dans l'ensemble de très bonnes vacances.

Small resort, but very nice With a little of a rocky start, thing definitely got better. Love, loved the pool areas, staff friendly, however time share people are pushy. Location is excellent. The beach is a 2*, if you like going into the water don't go there. We were there with 3 other couples and had a great time, overall very good holiday.
