L'hôtel Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall est extraordinaire !

J'y suis allée pour un mariage de famille et je n'ai pas été déçue par le choix du complexe. La mariée s'est extasiée sur le service du coordinateur de mariage et sur le fait que chaque détail avait été pris en compte avant même qu'elle n'y pense. La nourriture et les en-cas étaient bien choisis, en particulier au lieu de dessert, Bitez, où l'on pouvait se régaler à volonté. Le restaurant français Petit Paris était excellent et je recommande vivement l'agneau ! Tout le personnel était except [... lire plus]ionnel. Un grand merci à Chantelle, Toni-Anne, Kelly Anne, Omar, Antoiniel, Travis, Rick, Veleshia et bien d'autres qui ont rendu notre séjour mémorable.

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall is AWESOME! I went for a family wedding and was not disappointed in the resort choice. The bride gushed about the service of the wedding coordinator and that every detail was looked after before she could even think about it. The food and snacks were well curated, especially at the dessert spot, Bitez, where there were unlimited tasty treats. The French restaurant, Petit Paris, was excellent and I highly recommend the lamb! All of the staff were exceptional. Many Thanks to Chantelle, Toni-Anne, Kelly Anne, Omar, Antoiniel, Travis, Rick, Veleshia and many more who made our stay memorable.

Absolument rien à redire. La nourriture, le service, les installations, les divertissements... tout était extraordinaire ! Je recommanderai à tous ceux que je connais et j'y retournerai absolument. J'adore la Jamaïque et tout ce qu'elle a à offrir

Le terrain et les parties communes étaient très propres et bien entretenus. Le service était incroyable, que vous soyez à la plage ou au bord de la piscine, vous n'avez pas eu à attendre longtemps pour qu'on vous apporte une boisson ou même un en-cas. Il y avait tellement de restaurants que nous n'avons pas pu tous les visiter en 7 jours. Tous les plats que nous avons mangés étaient frais et délicieux. Les chambres étaient très simples, mais cela n'avait pas d'importance car il y avait tellem [... lire plus]ent de choses à faire autour du complexe que vous ne passiez pas beaucoup de temps dans votre chambre. Tous les employés étaient très sympathiques et toujours prêts à vous aider si vous aviez besoin de quelque chose. Nous avons fait une excursion d'une journée en taxi par l'intermédiaire de l'hôtel et ce fut l'une des expériences les plus amusantes. Leighton était notre chauffeur et il était extrêmement professionnel et nous a montré les sites touristiques le long du chemin jusqu'à notre destination. J'ai également rencontré plusieurs personnes qui visitaient le Hyatt Rose Hall pour la deuxième ou troisième fois, ce qui n'est pas peu dire.

The grounds and common areas were very clean and well kept. The service was amazing, no mater if you were at the beach or sitting pool side you did not have to wait long for a drink or even a snack to be brought right to you. There were so many restaurants we couldn't even visit them all in 7 days. Everywhere we did eat though was so fresh and delicious. The rooms were very basic, but it didn't matter because there was so much to do around the resort you didn't spend much time in your room. All of the employees were super friendly and always there to help if you needed something. We did take a day trip with a cab through the Hotel and it was one of the funnest experiences, Leighton was our driver and he was extremely professional and showed us the sights along the way to our destination. I also met more then a few people who were visiting the Hyatt Rose Hall for their 2nd and third time, so that says a lot.

Nous nous sommes rendus au Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall pour un séjour de 4 nuits en famille. Destination parfaite - vol direct West Jet génial, station agréable et proche de l'aéroport (15 minutes), station très propre et charmante. Les chambres étaient vraiment belles - vues magnifiques, très calmes et très propres. Les piscines étaient parfaites, le personnel incroyablement amical et gentil. La nourriture - beaucoup d'options et très savoureuse !

Awesome family holiday! We travelled to the Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall for a 4 night family holiday. Perfect destination - awesome direct west jet flight, resort nice and close to the airport (15 mins), very clean and lovely resort. Rooms were really nice - beautiful views, very quiet, and very clean. Pools were perfect, staff amazingly friendly and kind. The food - lots of options and very tasty!

Du check in au check out, Totally Heaven ; Je savais que c'était mon choix mais avec l'aide d'Alexandra Biddle de trip central j'ai fait le bon choix, Cet endroit était incroyable, nous étions dans la chambre 2228 donnant sur la piscine avec une vue partielle sur l'océan. elle était très propre et très confortable, bien approvisionnée tous les jours avec de la bière.3 il y a beaucoup de chaises longues et de cabanas autour de la piscine et de la plage, ainsi que de nombreuses zones ombragées aut [... lire plus]our des deux. vous n'aviez même pas besoin de bouger de vos chaises longues pour prendre une boisson ou commander une collation, les serveurs étaient formidables et tout à fait amicaux, nous sommes des gens de la piscine et nous avons été choyés toute la semaine, il y a beaucoup de restaurants à la carte à choisir Ils sont tous bons mais nos préférés étaient l'italien et l'Urban Heat situé à côté dans la propriété sœur.vous pouvez avoir l'utilisation des deux propriétés, les boissons étaient toutes impressionnantes et chaque repas et gâteau que nous avons pris étaient excellents, ils ont un service de chambre 24 heures sur 24. nous voyageons deux ou trois fois par an dans les îles depuis environ 16 ans et je peux honnêtement dire que le personnel de ce complexe est le plus amical qui soit, tout le monde, du personnel à la direction, prend le temps de répondre à vos questions ou simplement de discuter avec vous, Nous venons de rentrer et j'ai réservé auprès d'Alexandra Biddle pour retourner au Hyatt le 24 janvier avec ma fille Tanya et son fiancé Albert Hunter cette fois-ci pour que ma fille puisse voir à quel point cet endroit est génial et j'espère que ce sera son choix pour son prochain mariage en août / septembre 2018, Une fois de plus Alexandra pour toute votre aide et le travail acharné vérifier les choses pour moi sur ces trois vacances que je viens de réserver avec vous , merci Gerald Huggins

totally awesome From check in to check out ,Totally Heaven ; I knew that this was my pick but with the help from Alexandra Biddle from trip central i made the right choice, This place was amazing , we were in room 2228 overlooking the pool with a partial ocean view. it was quite clean and very comfortable,well stocked daily with beer.3 types of pop 2 kids of juice and water. the grounds were well cared for and clean. their are plenty of loungers and cabanas around the pool and beach,A lot of shady areas around both,The service was great. you did not even have to move from your loungers to have a drink ore to order a snack,the servers were great and totally friendly, We are pool people and we were pampered all week,their are plenty of ala carte restaurants to choose from There all good but our favorites were the Italian and the Urban Heat located next door at the sister property.you can have the use of both property s , the drinks were all awesome and every meal and snake that we had were exellent,They have 24 hr room service. that we did nt use but people that i talked to said that they where fast and very good selection , We have been traveling two and three times a year to the islands for the past 16 years or so and i can honestly say that the staff at this resort are the most friendliest ,Everyone from staff to management will take time out to answer any questions or just talk to you , We just got back and i booked with Alexandra Biddle to return to the Hyatt again January 24th with my Daughter Tanya and her fiancee Albert Hunter this time so that my Daughter can see how great this place is and hopefully this will be her choice for her upcoming destination wedding come August / September of 2018 , Once again Alexandra for all you help and hard work checking things out for me on these three vacations that i just booked threw you , thank you Gerald Huggins

Superbe centre de vacances ! Nous reviendrons.

Ma famille et moi avons passé un excellent séjour au Hyatt. Le personnel était très sympathique et nous avons adoré la nourriture (en particulier le poulet jerk). Il y avait des tonnes de divertissements chaque jour, ce qui nous a permis de rester occupés. Ils nous ont également permis d'utiliser gratuitement les kayaks et les planches à pagaie, ce qui était un bonus supplémentaire. À recommander sans hésitation !

Great resort! Would come back. My family and I had an amazing time at the Hyatt. The staff were all so friendly and we loved the food (especially the jerk chicken). They had tons of entertainment each day too so that kept you busy. They also let you use the kayaks and paddle boards for free which was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

C'était génial, mais j'avais besoin de plus de temps pour voir l'ensemble des installations ! Les gens étaient des hôtes extraordinaires. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le service d'étage ! Je cherchais une soirée fruits de mer mais je n'en ai pas trouvé. Dans l'ensemble, c'était bien !

Great Resort! It was great however I needed more time to see the entire facility! The people were amazing hosts. I enjoyed room service very much! I was looking for seafood night but no avail. Overall it was a good!

Le Hyatt Ziva est un établissement merveilleux. Le personnel est incroyablement serviable, les restaurants sont excellents et les installations sont de première classe. Superbe piscine. La plage est juste correcte et un peu rocailleuse, mais tout le reste est formidable. Le surclassement au Club Lounge en vaut la peine. Le personnel y est tellement serviable et gentil. Incredible Resort First Class! The Hyatt Ziva is a wonderful resort. Incredibly helpful staff, great restaurants and first class facilities. Great pool. Beach is just okay and a bit rocky but everything else is great. It is worth the upgrade to the Club Lounge. Staff there are so helpful and kind. Housekeeping is professional and great. Les chambres ont besoin d'être améliorées

L'hôtel lui-même semble magnifique de l'extérieur, mais une fois à l'intérieur, on se rend vite compte qu'il a besoin d'être modernisé. Le coin salon a connu des jours meilleurs ; on peut voir la mousse sortir des canapés. La première chambre qui nous a été attribuée n'avait rien à voir avec ce que nous avions demandé ; elle se trouvait au rez-de-chaussée, face à la piscine, alors que nous avions demandé une chambre plus haute et éloignée de la piscine ; la chambre elle-même était vieille et se [... lire plus]ntait la moisissure, bien que nous ayons demandé à être placés dans une chambre qui offrirait un répit à un asthmatique. La peinture des murs était sale et tachetée, comme si l'on avait appliqué la couche d'apprêt et oublié de peindre les murs. Nous avons demandé une autre chambre et avons été transférés dans une chambre située dans les anciens bâtiments, mais cette fois-ci nous étions plus haut, toujours face à la piscine, la chambre était vieille et la peinture avait besoin d'être rafraîchie. La commande de chambre était un autre fait frustrant : à chaque fois que nous commandions, nous parions sur le produit qui manquerait et à chaque fois, un produit alimentaire manquait. Le personnel de nettoyage était formidable, la chambre était impeccable. La nourriture était bonne, le jerk shack était incroyable. La zone de plage doit être agrandie et il faut installer plus de parasols sur la plage. Dans l'ensemble, c'est censé être un hôtel cinq étoiles et si je devais donner cinq étoiles, ce serait pour le personnel. L'hôtel mise sur le fait qu'il était un Ritz avant d'être racheté par le conglomérat Hyatt. Le prix doit être adapté au service global fourni avant que je ne recommande cet hôtel ; en d'autres termes, baisser le prix jusqu'à ce que l'hôtel ait été rénové dans son intégralité.

Rooms need improvement The hotel itself seems magnificent from the outside however once inside, you quickly realize that the inside needs to be updated. The seating area has seen better days; the foam can be seen coming out from the sofas. The first room assigned to us was nothing like what we asked for; it was on the ground floor, facing the pool, we had asked for a room higher up and away from the pool, the room itself was old and smelled of mould although we asked to be placed in a room that would offer a reprieve to an asthmatic. The paint on the wall was dirty and spotted as if they applied the primer and forgot to paint the walls. We asked for a different room and were moved to a room placed in the old buildings again however this time we were higher up still facing the pool, the room was old, the painting in need of a refresh. Room order was an other frustrating fact: each time we ordered, we were betting on what item would be missing And every single time, a food item would be missing. The cleaning staff was the greatest, the room was spotless. The food was good, the jerk shack was incredible. The beach area needs to be enlarged and they need to install more shades on the beach. Over all, it is supposed to be a five star hotel and if I were to give a five star, it would be for the staff. The hotel bets on the fact that it was a Ritz before being purchased by the Hyatt conglomerate. The pricing needs to be adjusted to the overall service provided before I recommend this hotel; in other words, lower the price until the hotel has been renovated in its entirety.

Ma femme et moi avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour ! Bien que nous souhaitions rester et rejoindre un autre couple d'amis qui séjournaient dans la partie Adults Only de ce complexe, il n'y a pas eu de problème pour passer d'un côté à l'autre du complexe. Le surclassement au niveau CLUB valait chaque centime ! Le service était exceptionnel et nous nous sommes sentis choyés. Ils ont préparé notre lit avec une magnifique décoration d'anniversaire avec des fleurs et du champagne car c'était mo [... lire plus]n anniversaire le mardi. Le personnel était très serviable et agréable à traiter !!! La nourriture était fantastique, en particulier les plats brésiliens et français. Je n'ai jamais pu me passer de la cabane à poulet jerk !

Worth Every Penny!! My wife and I truly enjoyed out stay! Though we wished to stay and join another couple friends who were staying on the Adults Only side of this resort, there was no issue moving between the two sides of the resort. The upgrade to CLUB level was worth every penny! The service was outstanding and we felt pampered. They set up our bed with a wonderful Birthday display using flowers and champagne as it was my birthday on the Tues. The staff was very helpful and fun to deal with!!! The food was fantastic especially the Brazilian and the French. I couldn't get enough of the Jerk Chicken shack!!

Grand complexe hôtelier en Jamaïque

Nous avons récemment séjourné pendant deux semaines au Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall et, comme dans tous les hôtels, nous avons trouvé de bonnes et de moins bonnes choses dans cet établissement. Les petits gestes décrits ci-dessous ont fait toute la différence pour nous... Parmi les points positifs : - Personnel très sympathique - Très bon service de garderie pour les enfants - Cadre magnifique - Belle plage - Spectacles sympas Il y a aussi de nombreux détails que nous avons trouvés rafraîchis [... lire plus]sants. Juste des petites choses comme : - Ne pas avoir à s'inquiéter de perdre le ticket de serviettes qu'ils vous donnent généralement dans de nombreux autres centres de villégiature le jour de l'arrivée ou ils vous factureraient des frais supplémentaires - Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas beaucoup d'agents touristiques qui se battent pour vous vendre leur excursion, mais un seul point de contact et pas de file d'attente - le fait qu'il n'est pas nécessaire de réserver à l'avance pour aller dans les restaurants et que l'on peut choisir sur place - L'accueil en salon à l'aéroport - Les services de navette directe vers l'hôtel, plutôt qu'un grand bus qui vous ferait livrer 50 personnes à 10 hôtels différents avant d'arriver à destination - Mais le geste que nous avons le plus apprécié est le fait que nous n'avons pas eu à traiter avec le personnel de l'hôtel qui nous harcelait pour devenir membre de Hyatt ou améliorer notre statut en échange d'un petit déjeuner et de la promesse d'organiser notre navette vers l'aéroport pour le départ, comme cela nous est arrivé dans de nombreuses autres destinations des Caraïbes avec d'autres marques d'hôtels. Parmi les points négatifs : - Pas assez d'options de restauration si vous voyagez avec des enfants et restez plus d'une semaine - Les salles de bains à usage général, bien que jolies, étaient souvent hors service et sentaient régulièrement mauvais - Les chambres donnant sur la cour principale et la zone de divertissement sont souvent soumises à des niveaux sonores très élevés et au volume de la musique, donc si vous voyagez avec de jeunes enfants et/ou si vous espérez vous coucher avant 22 heures, cela peut être un vrai défi.

Great Resort in Jamaica We recently stayed for two weeks at the Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall and as any hotel we found great and not so great things with this hotel. Most positive that negative things, for sure!...and the small gestures described below made all the difference to us... Among the positive: - Very friendly staff - Great daycare service for the kids - Beautiful setting - Nice beach - Nice shows There were also many details that we have that we found refreshing. Just small things like: - Not having to worry about loosing the towels' ticket they generally give you at many other resorts they arrival day or they would charge you extra - The fact that there were not many tour agents fighting to sell you their tour, but one point of contact and no lineups - the fact that you don't need advanced reservation to go to the restaurants and you can pick and choose on the spot - The welcome lounged at the airport - The direct shuttle services to the hotel, rather than one big bus that would have you deliver 50 people to 10 different hotels before reaching your destination - But the one gesture that we welcomed the most was the fact that we did not have to deal with hotel staff harassing us to become a Hyatt member or upgrade our status in exchange for a breakfast meeting and the promise of arranging our shuttle to the airport for departure, as it happened to us in many other Caribbean destinations with other hotel brands. Among the negative: - Not enough restaurant options if you travel with kids and stay longer than a week - The bathrooms for general use, although they looked nice, they often were out of service and they smelled bad on a regular basis - Rooms facing toward the main food-court and entertainment area where often subject to very high noice levels and music volume, so if you are travelling with young kids and/or hope to go to bed before 10PM this could be a real challenge.

Un centre de villégiature formidable

Magnifique complexe avec plusieurs piscines et plages privées. Le personnel se promène constamment pour voir si vous avez besoin d'une boisson ou de quoi que ce soit d'autre. Littéralement, chaque membre du personnel était amical et vous saluait toujours en passant. Le seul problème que j'ai eu était le ménage qui venait dans ma chambre à 17 heures tous les jours. Je préférerais qu'ils le fassent au moins entre 13h et 16h.

Awesome Resort Beautiful resort with several pools and private beaches. Staff are constantly walking around to see if you need a drink or anything else. Literally every single staff was friendly and would always great you when passing by. Only issue I had was housekeeping coming to my room at 5ish daily. I would prefer they do it during 1-4pm at least.

La propriété et le terrain sont magnifiques et bien entretenus. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons adoré la nourriture, et il y avait tellement de restaurants avec une grande variété de choix de nourriture, ainsi qu'un service d'étage 24 heures sur 24. Nous sommes végétariens et nous avons trouvé beaucoup d'options, et les [... lire plus] restaurants sont toujours heureux de préparer quelque chose de spécial sur demande. La plage était magnifique et le personnel veillait constamment à ce qu'elle soit propre. Nous avons adoré l'équipe du Z Crew qui organisait constamment des activités amusantes telles que la danse et le volley-ball de plage. Nous avons vraiment apprécié les spectacles plus intimes au piano lounge, et le piano joué par Jermaine. La vie nocturne pourrait être un peu meilleure, nous aimerions qu'il y ait plus d'activités dans les bars. En résumé, l'endroit est absolument magnifique et très proche de la plage, mais c'est vraiment le personnel qui rend les choses géniales. J'ai adoré cet endroit et j'espère vraiment y retourner.

Great Family Vacation at the Hyatt Ziva My family and I had a fantastic time at the Hyatt Ziva in Jamaica. The service was great, and the staff went over and above to make our stay extra special. The property and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Overall, we loved the food, and there were so many restaurants with such a wide variety of food selection as well as 24 hour room service. We are vegetarian and found lots of options, plus the restaurants are always happy to make something special if requested. The beach was beautiful, and staff were constantly making sure that it was clean.We loved the Z Crew who were constantly running fun activities such as dance and beach volleyball. Really enjoyed the more intimate shows at the piano lounge, and piano playing by Jermaine. Nightlife could be a little better, would love if there were more activities at the bars. To sum it up, the place is absolutely beautiful and very close to the beach, but it is really the staff that make things awesome. Loved this place, and definitely hope to return.

Le lendemain, ils ont demandé à changer de chambre et ont été immédiatement transférés dans une autre chambre. Nous étions dans le bâtiment principal, qui est plus ancien, mais nous avons été très satisfaits de la propreté, de l'espace et du confort des chambres. La propriété et le terrain sont absolument magnifiques et bien entretenus. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons adoré la nourriture, et il y avait tellement de restaurants avec une grande variété de choix de nourriture, ainsi qu'un service d'étage 24 heures sur 24. Nous avons surtout fréquenté Choices, Barefoot Jerk, Di Roza et Fuzion, et nous avons vraiment apprécié tous les plats. Nous sommes végétariens et nous avons trouvé beaucoup d'options, et les restaurants sont toujours heureux de préparer quelque chose de spécial sur demande. La plage était magnifique et le personnel veillait constamment à ce qu'elle soit propre. Ils n'ont pas de longue plage que vous pouvez marcher pendant des kilomètres, mais nous étions bien avec la plage plus petite et l'océan sans fin. Nous avons également adoré la piscine et le bar de natation. Nous avons adoré le Z Crew qui organisait constamment des activités amusantes telles que la danse et le volley-ball de plage. J'aimerais bien crier Omar ! Il y avait différents divertissements le soir, mais nous ne sommes pas vraiment restés, car nous avons vraiment apprécié les spectacles plus intimes au piano lounge. Mention spéciale au fantastique pianiste Jermaine, que nous n'avons pas cessé d'écouter. Un soir, Jermaine a été rejoint par Della et Eddy et nous avons adoré les écouter. Il aurait été bon que l'hôtel informe les clients des spectacles organisés au piano-bar, car nous avons eu la chance de tomber dessus par hasard. Cependant, nous avons fait en sorte d'y aller tous les soirs, car c'était sans aucun doute nos spectacles préférés à l'hôtel. Dans l'ensemble, nous aimerions remercier Chantell et Lenois du café Grindz, Chantell de la plage, Chantell de Fuzion, Anthony et Andre de la station d'œufs, Dyawne de Di Roza, Erroll du piano-bar, Hayne de Union Jackz, Omar du Z Crew, Jermaine le pianiste, ainsi que Nicholas et Ruel de la réception. Suggestions d'amélioration : - Informer les gens de la fermeture de certains restaurants, car nous avons reçu un tableau au début du voyage, mais il n'était pas exact. - Annoncer les spectacles du piano-bar et les faire durer un peu plus longtemps ou commencer plus tard car ils commençaient normalement à l'heure du dîner et finissaient tôt. - La vie nocturne pourrait être meilleure, et il pourrait être utile que le complexe planifie et annonce les différentes activités qui se déroulent à Union Jacks ou Potions. Cela permettrait d'attirer plus de monde. En résumé, l'endroit est absolument magnifique et très proche de la plage, mais c'est vraiment le personnel qui rend les choses formidables. Nous sommes allés dans d'autres stations en Jamaïque, à Cuba et en République dominicaine, mais en termes de service, celui-ci a été le meilleur. Nous avons adoré cet endroit et espérons vraiment y retourner.

Great family vacation at the Hyatt Ziva My family and I had a fantastic time at the Hyatt Ziva in Jamaica. The service was great, and the staff went over and above to make our stay extra special. At the airport, we were able to wait at the Hyatt exclusive lounge while we waited for our pick up bus, and were given drinks and snacks. Check in was very quick. The first day, my parents were given a room on the second floor beside the elevators, which was quite loud. The next day, they asked for a room change and were moved to a different room right away. We were in the main building, which is an older building, but we were still quite happy with the clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. The property and grounds are absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Overall, we loved the food, and there were so many restaurants with such a wide variety of food selection as well as 24 hour room service. We mostly went to Choices, Barefoot Jerk, Di Roza, and Fuzion, and really enjoyed all of the food. We are vegetarian and found lots of options, plus the restaurants are always happy to make something special if requested. The beach was beautiful, and staff were constantly making sure that it was clean. They don't have long beach that you can walk for miles, but we were fine with the smaller beach are never ending ocean. We also loved the pool and the swim up bar. We loved the Z Crew who were constantly running fun activities such as dance and beach volleyball. Would love to shout out Omar! They had different entertainment in the evenings which we didn't really stay for, as we really enjoyed the more intimate shows at the piano lounge. Special mention to a fantastic pianist Jermaine, who we could not stop listening to. One night, Jermaine was joined by Della and Eddy and we loved listening to them. It would have been nice for the resort to make the guests aware of the shows at the piano bar, as we were lucky to have just come across it. However we made sure to go every night as they were definitely our favourite shows at the resort. Overall would like to shout out Chantell and Lenois from Grindz coffee, Chantell from the beach, Chantell from Fuzion, Anthony and Andre from the egg station, Dyawne from Di Roza, Erroll from the piano bar, Hayne from Union Jackz, Omar from the Z Crew, Jermaine the pianist, and Nicholas and Ruel from front desk. Suggestions for improvement: - Let people know when specific restaurants are closed, as we received a time table at the beginning of the trip, however, it was not accurate. - Announce the piano bar shows and have them run a little longer or start later as they normally started at dinner time and ended early. - Nightlife could be better, and it may help if the resort can plan and announce different things that are going on at Union Jacks or Potions. This would attract more people to attend. To sum it up, the place is absolutely beautiful and very close to the beach, but it is really the staff that make things awesome. We have been to other resorts in Jamaica, Cuba and Dominican Republic, but in terms of service, this has been the best. Loved this place, and definitely hope to return.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille au Hyatt Ziva. Nous avons adoré la belle propriété, les terrains bien entretenus et la superbe vue sur l'océan. Nous avons apprécié la petite plage peu profonde. La plongée avec masque et tuba était excellente. Nos chambres se trouvaient dans le bâtiment principal, qui a un aspect très classique et traditionnel. Les chambres ont un aspect vieillot par rapport aux nouveaux bâtiments, mais elles sont spacieuses, propres et confortables, et il es [... lire plus]t agréable d'être proche de tout. Nous avions une vue magnifique sur l'océan et cela n'avait pas de prix. La nourriture était généralement très bonne et très variée. Nous sommes végétariens et nous avons toujours eu beaucoup d'options, et le personnel du restaurant était heureux de nous préparer quelque chose de spécial. Nous avons adoré le café Grindz ouvert 24 heures sur 24, le restaurant Di Roza et Fuzion, ainsi que le piano-bar. La pizza du restaurant italien mérite une mention spéciale. Il est dommage que le Di Roza ait été fermé à deux reprises sans préavis. Le buffet n'est pas très grand et n'est pas aussi varié que ce que nous avons vu dans d'autres hôtels, mais il y a une bonne quantité d'options végétariennes et de superbes fruits, légumes et jus de fruits frais. Les boissons sont de bonne qualité dans tous les bars et cafés. Nos enfants ont adoré le service en chambre 24 heures sur 24. Pour les divertissements en soirée, nous avons préféré les petits spectacles intimes au piano-bar. Nous sommes tombés par hasard sur les spectacles du piano-bar car ils n'étaient mentionnés nulle part. Plus que tout, le personnel et le service ont rendu ce voyage mémorable. Un grand merci aux trois Chantells - à Grindz, Fuzion et à la plage. Dyawane à Di Roza, Nicholas et Ruel à la réception, Anthony et Andre à Chosiez, Brittania au Ziva club et Jermaine le pianiste. Et tous les autres qui ont rendu notre voyage spécial. Enfin, c'était génial de ne pas avoir de bracelets.

Fantastic resort with great service We had an awesome family vacation at the Hyatt Ziva. We loved the beautiful property, well manicured grounds and great view of the ocean. We actually enjoyed the small and shallow beach area. Snorkelling was great. Our rooms were in the main building which has a very classic and traditional feel. The rooms are dated looking compared to the new buildings, however, they were spacious, clean and comfortable and it was great being close to everything. We had a great view of the ocean and it was priceless. Food was generally very good and there was a lot of variety. We are vegetarian and always had a lot of options, plus the restaurant staff were happy to make us something special. Loved the 24 hour coffee shop Grindz, Di Roza and Fuzion restaurant and piano bar. Pizza at the Italian restaurant is worth a special mention. It was a shame that Di Roza was closed on two occasions without prior notice. The buffet is not too large and didn't have as much variety as we have seen at other resorts but they had a fair amount of vegetarian options and amazing fresh fruits, vegetables and juices. Good quality drinks at all the bars and coffee shop. Our kids loved the 24 hour room service. For evening entertainment, we preferred the small intimate performances at the piano bar. We accidently came across the piano bar shows as it wasn't mentioned anywhere. More than anything else the staff and service made the trip memorable. Shout out to all three Chantells - at Grindz, Fuzion and the beach. Dyawane at Di Roza, Nicholas and Ruel at reception, Anthony and Andre at Chosiez, Brittania at Ziva club and Jermaine the piano player. And all the others that made our trip special. Last but not the least, it was great not having wrist bands.

Parfait pour toute la famille !

Le personnel employé dans ce complexe est authentique et sincère dans la prestation du service à la clientèle. Il y a bien quelques exceptions, mais il est facile de les contourner. La nourriture est très bonne, l'accès aux commodités est parfait et la taille de la station est sûre, propre et située avec un éventail d'opportunités. À un moment donné, ma femme participait à une séance de yoga sur le quai de la plage, mon fils nageait avec un ami et ma fille lisait un livre à côté de moi sur une c [... lire plus]haise longue de la piscine. J'ai regardé autour de moi et je me suis dit que tout allait bien dans ce voyage !

Perfect for any family! The staff employed at this resort are genuine and sincere in the delivery of customer service. Yes the odd exception but that is easy to navigate around. Food is very good, access to amenities is perfect and the size of the resort feels safe, clean, and situated with a range of opportunities. At one point my wife was attending a yoga session on the beach front dock, my son was swimming with a friend, and my daughter was reading a book beside me on a pool lounging chair. I looked around and thought everything is alright "man" with this trip!

Paradise vacation Beautiful resort, delicious food and extra friendly staff. We had an amazing week and did not wanna leave. Would definitely go back.It was my aunt"s birthday and they brought her a birthday cake. Very thoughtful.

Excellente station, personnel fantastique

Nourriture et service excellents. Très beau complexe. La plage n'est pas belle mais le resort compense. Lits très confortables. Le restaurant français est incroyable. Les restaurants Urban et Calipzo sont également très bons. Pizza au restaurant italien très bonne.

Le terrain était magnifique, en particulier la zone du Rose Hall. La chambre elle-même était correcte mais avait une belle et grande salle de bain. J'ai apprécié la nourriture et la variété des restaurants. La majorité du personnel était sympathique et il y en avait quelques uns qui ne l'étaient pas. Déçu par le secteur de la plage.

Overall great resort. Grounds were great especially Rose Hall area. Room itself was okay but had a nice large bathroom. Enjoyed the food and the variety of restaurants. The majority of the staff were friendly and there were a few not so nice. Disappointed with the beach area.

Très bon endroit et très bon service. Il a été conçu pour une atmosphère familiale et non pour un lieu de fête. La nourriture était excellente mais les heures d'ouverture des restaurants n'étaient pas bonnes. Le nettoyage des chambres n'était pas bien organisé, des gens essayaient de nettoyer les chambres à 22h

Nice resort Great place and service. Was designed for a family atmosphere less of a party location. Food was great but the hours of the restaurants were no good. Room cleaning was not set up well had people trying to clean rooms at 10pm
