le terrain était très bien entretenu, la nourriture était excellente et très variée, le service et le personnel étaient formidables et très serviables. ..... La chambre était bien, spacieuse et confortable, le service d'accueil était très apprécié. ....... La salle de sport était très bien située, avec le lever du soleil chaque matin. ......

this was a great place grounds were very well taken care of, food was great with lots of variety, service and staff were just great, very helpful .....room was good, lots of room and comfortable, turn down service was much appreciated .......gym was in a great location with the sunrise each morning......

Grand centre de villégiature

Nous arrivons tôt et les chambres ne sont généralement pas prêtes avant 15h, le temps que nous mangions, ils avaient notre chambre prête avant 15h, ce qui était agréable. Excellent service du début à la fin, le complexe était propre et bien entretenu, les équipes ont travaillé dur pour garder la plage propre. La nourriture était très bonne aussi, la seule chose est qu'ils pourraient utiliser plus de chaises longues de plage.

Great resort We arrive early and rooms usually aren’t ready until 3pm, by the time we ate they had our room ready before 3pm which was nice. Great service from start to finish, resort was clean and well kept, Crews worked hard to keep the beach clean. Food was very good too, the only thing is they could use more beach loungers.

Le terrain était magnifique, bien entretenu et splendide. Le personnel a fait tout son possible pour que les clients soient satisfaits. La nourriture était excellente, que ce soit au buffet ou à l'alecarte. Je recommanderais sans hésiter ce centre de villégiature.

Great resort The grounds were beautiful, well maintained and stunning. The staff went above and beyond to ensure the guests were happy. Food was excellent, at the buffet and alecarte. Definitely would recommend this resort.

Un excellent rapport pour les familles

Il y en a pour tous les goûts. L'équipe d'animation de l'hôtel est très sympathique et propose de nombreuses activités, de quoi occuper les enfants. Si vous souhaitez vivre une expérience loin des enfants, réservez une chambre préférentielle et vous aurez accès à la piscine réservée aux adultes ainsi qu'à d'autres avantages. La nourriture et le service étaient bons. La plage est correcte, l'eau n'est pas aussi claire que sur les photos, mais c'était peut-être simplement la période de l'année [... lire plus].

Great resport for families Something here for everyone. Good hotel entertainment staff, very engaging with lots of activities and enough to also keep the kids busy. If you would like to have an experience away from the kids, then book a preferred room and you will have access to the adults only pool as well as other great benefits. Food and service was good. Beach is OK, not as clear water as in the pictures but that could have just been the time of year.

Maintenant Sapphire Riveria

J'ai trouvé le centre de villégiature très confortable et accueillant. Le terrain était parfaitement entretenu. Le personnel a été très accueillant et amical, répondant à toutes nos demandes. De belles vacances. Les plages ont besoin d'un peu d'entretien. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai apprécié mon séjour.

Now Sapphire Riveria I found the resort very comfortable and accommodating. The grounds were maticulously kept. The staff were most welcoming and friendly; attending to all of our requests. A beautiful holiday. The beach areas require some attending. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Un personnel formidable !

La piscine de style Laguna était incroyable dans ce complexe - de loin ma piscine préférée dans n'importe quel complexe. La nourriture était délicieuse, le personnel était toujours attentif et nous avons même été surclassés dans une chambre face à l'océan pour notre dernière nuit. C'est une très belle expérience et un lieu de villégiature merveilleux.

Wonderful staff! The Laguna style pool was incredible at this resort- by far my favourite pool at any resort. The food was delicious, there were always attentive staff who even upgraded us to an oceanfront room on our last overnight. Such a lovely experience and wonderful resort.

Nice resort The staff at the resort were great especially at the preferred pool. The food was good and a good selection for a smaller size resort. The shows were fun and lively and again staff was great . The one warning i have is not to be fooled into going to the VIP presentation . It is high pressure and very misleading

Beautiful Resort

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Now Sapphire. Les interactions avec le personnel étaient excellentes, la nourriture était bonne et la taille réduite de l'hôtel nous a permis de passer d'excellentes vacances ! Nous avons assisté à un mariage dans le complexe, qui était magnifique et bien organisé.

We had an amazing time at Now Sapphire. We had amazing interactions with the staff, good food and the smaller resort size made for an excellent vacation! We attended a wedding at the resort and it was beautiful and well organized.

La piscine du Preferred Club est un coin de paradis - calme et serein avec un service exceptionnel. Piscine principale très fréquentée et bruyante - idéale pour les enfants. Great resort Small friendly resort with great service. Restaurants excellent with plenty of choices. Preferred club pool a piece of heaven - quite and serene with exceptional service. Main pool very busy and noisy - great for kids. Beach fantastic but seaweed a problem while we were there making access to the ocean impossible. Rooms pretty standard for Mexico. Great for families or couples. Lots of evening entertainment and great main bar area with lots of seating and efficient service.

It was all that we expect from a trip and more. amazing This hotel was amazing. never had better service like this before. Staff and servers were the best. (a special thank you to Gabriel and Luis from the buffet restaurant and to Jessica who made sure we had plenty of drinks at the pool.)

Deuxième fois dans ce magnifique hôtel et c'était encore mieux que la première fois . C'est le personnel qui le rend vraiment exceptionnel. La nourriture est vraiment bonne. Le Blue Water Grill pour le déjeuner et le dîner est exceptionnel. Les autres plats à la carte sont également excellents. Les boissons sont bonnes, la plage est bonne, les piscines sont bonnes. Le Preferred Club Ocean Front est la meilleure solution ! Merci à Now Sapphire !

Second time even better! Second time to this beautiful hotel and it was even better than the first . It’s the staff that makes it really outstanding . Food is really good . Incredible Experience Best service at a resort hands down!! Immaculately clean at all times and the food is way above average for an all inclusive. I have travelled extensively throughout the Caribbean and can say the Now Sapphire is #1

J'y suis allé trois fois et j'ai hâte d'y retourner l'année prochaine. Le complexe est plus petit et luxuriant. Le service est excellent, les gens sont formidables et la nourriture est bonne. Je n'ai aucune envie d'essayer un autre hôtel... surtout à cause des gens.

Feels like home Have been to this resort 3 times and looking forward to going back again next year. The resort is smaller and lush. The service is excellent .the people are great and the food is good. Have no desire to try a different resort ... mostly because of the people.

Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Tout dans ce complexe est extraordinaire, que ce soit le personnel, la chambre, la plage, la nourriture ou les boissons. Les boissons vous sont servies sur la plage par des gens formidables. Merci à Jesus et Gabriela de ne jamais nous laisser sans boisson. Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours, le mini bar est réapprovisionné, les animations nocturnes étaient bonnes.

Amazing resort Everything about this resort is amazing, from the staff, the room, the beach, the food, the drinks. Your drinks are served to you on the beach by super people. Thank you Jesus and Gabriela for never allowing us to be without a drink. The rooms are cleaned daily, the mini bar replenished, nightly entertainment was good.

Hôtel, terrain, nourriture, boissons et personnel tous formidables. L'hôtel et le centre de villégiature sont très propres et hautement recommandés. Je pense que c'est une très bonne affaire pour le prix. Les plages sont très belles, un peu d'algues mais nettoyées tous les jours. Beaucoup de serviettes, pas de caution nécessaire

Amazing Review Hotel,grounds,food,drinks and staff all great. Hotel and resort very clean highly recommended. I think this is a great deal for the money. Beaches are very nice some seaweed but cleaned up daily. Plenty of towels no deposit necessary

Dès notre arrivée, tout a été parfait, ou, comme le disent les stations de vacances, "luxe illimité" ! L'hôtel et le terrain sont très propres et accueillants. La nourriture est superbe ! Tout le personnel, des jardiniers au concierge, est extrêmement amical et agréable. Nous voyageons au Mexique depuis 40 ans et ce complexe dépasse tous les autres. BTW Jenn Black a été d'une aide précieuse dans l'organisation de nos vacances, même dans les moments difficiles que nous lui avons fait vivre ap [... lire plus]rès la réservation. Nous utiliserons à nouveau Tripcentral sans hésiter !

The best resort ever Everything g from the minute we arrived has been top notch, or as Now resorts say "unlimited luxury"! The hotel and grounds are so clean and inviting. The food superb! All staff from gardeners to concierge extremely friendly and pleasant. We have been travelling in Mexico for 40 years and this resort exceeded any other. BTW Jenn Black has been super helpful with us planning our vacation, even with some curveballs we threw her way after booking. We'll use Tripcentral again without hesitation!

Nous étions là pour un mariage avec une vingtaine d'invités. Le mariage était extraordinaire. Le personnel de l'hôtel était attentif à nos besoins. Le service était incroyable, que ce soit au niveau de la restauration, des bars, de la réception, etc. Je recommanderais l'hôtel à mes amis et à ma famille.

Amazing resort We were there for a wedding about 20 guests. The wedding was amazing. The hotel staffs were attentive to our needs. Amazing service from dining, bars, front desk etc. I would recommend to friends and family.

Le personnel est formidable, le terrain est magnifique, la nourriture est excellente et il y a un grand choix de boissons, et s'ils ne savent pas, donnez-leur les recettes et ils feront de leur mieux pour les préparer à votre goût !!! Il faudra que j'y retourne, c'est sûr !!! J'ai l'impression qu'ils m'ont gâté pour n'importe quel autre endroit que je pourrais envisager. Ils ont placé la barre très haut !!! Oh, surtout, cet endroit est propre partout, même leur section de plage plus que le rest [... lire plus]e de la ligne de rivage !!!!!

Wonderful resort!! Great staff,great grounds,great food and great selection to choose from and all kinds of drinks and if they don't know give them the recipes and they'll do their best to make it to your taste!!! I will have to go back for sure!!! I feel like they've just spoiled me for any where else that I might consider. They've set the bar very high!!! Oh most of all this place is clean every where even their section of beach more so than the rest of shore line!!!!!

Wow, c'est tout ce que je peux dire à propos de ce centre de villégiature ! La nourriture est incroyable, ils ont une grande variété de restaurants à la carte. Nos préférés étaient le Cibu (méditerranéen) et le Blue Water Grill (restaurant en plein air avec vue sur la plage). Le personnel est exceptionnel ! Ils se surpassent ! La piscine est immense et propre. La plage est fantastique, à part quelques algues, mais le personnel la nettoie tous les jours toute la journée ! Les chambres sont très b [... lire plus]elles, bien nettoyées tous les jours et bien approvisionnées en boissons gazeuses, bières et beaucoup d'eau ! Ce qui rend cette station meilleure que la plupart des stations que j'ai visitées, c'est la nourriture et le personnel ! Je reviendrai certainement dans ce complexe !

Excellent 5 Stars! Wow, is all I can say about this resort! The food is amazing, they have a lot of variety of a la carte restaurants. Our favourites were the Cibu (Mediterranean) and the Blue Water Grill (outdoor restaurant and overlooking the beach). The staff are exceptional! They go above and beyond! The pool is huge and clean. The beach is fantastic other than some seaweed but they have staff cleaning it all day everyday! The rooms were very nice, cleaned well everyday and well stocked with pop, beer and lots of water! What makes this resort better than most resorts I have been too are the food and the staff! I would definitely return to this resort!
