Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac: Majestueux !

Vous devez absolument découvrir la grandeur de cet hôtel si vous séjournez dans le Vieux-Québec ! Tout ce qui a trait à notre séjour au Fairmont Le Château Frontenac a été extraordinaire ! Dès notre arrivée et jusqu'à notre départ, le personnel a été très amical et accommodant. Ils se sont vraiment surpassés pour nous assurer une expérience agréable dans cet hôtel. L'enregistrement a été si facile et exceptionnellement amical que nous avons eu l'impression d'une expérience personnelle, comme s' [... lire plus]ils se souciaient sincèrement que vous soyez heureux pendant votre séjour. Le foyer est à couper le souffle et tellement beau ! Notre chambre était très joliment décorée et disposait de tous les équipements. Elle donnait sur la terrasse Dufferin et le fleuve Saint-Laurent. L'emplacement n'aurait pas pu être plus parfait pour notre séjour dans le Vieux-Québec !

Majestic! You have to experience the grandeur of this hotel if you're staying in Old Quebec City! Everything about our stay at the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac was amazing! From the moment we arrived until we departed, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. They really went above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable experience at this hotel. Check-in was so easy and exceptionally friendly, it really felt like a such a personal experience, like they genuinely cared that you were happy while staying there. The foyer is breathtaking and so beautiful! Our room was very nicely decorated and had all the amenities. It overlooked the Dufferin Terrace and the St Lawrence River. The location couldn't have been more perfect for our stay in Old Quebec City!

Rimrock Banff Emblems Collection: Superbe hôtel !

L'hôtel est un lieu de séjour fantastique, avec de nombreux équipements. Le service du spa est fantastique et les vues sont à couper le souffle. Le personnel est toujours serviable. La nourriture au Primrose et au Lounge était très satisfaisante et savoureuse. Merci pour cet excellent séjour.

Great Hotel! The Hotel is a fantastic stay, with many amenities. The Spa service is fantastic and the views are breathtaking. Staff was always helpful. The food at the Primrose and the Lounge were both very satisfying and tasty. Thank you for a great stay.

Fairmont Banff Springs: Un rêve devenu réalité !

Le site et l'hôtel sont absolument magnifiques. Les chambres sont minuscules, mais je m'y attendais compte tenu de l'âge de l'établissement. Ce à quoi je ne m'attendais pas, c'est à quel point les chambres étaient modernes et remises au goût du jour. J'aimerais faire ce voyage chaque année !

A dream come true! Absolutely stunning both the grounds and the hotel itself. The rooms were tiny, but I was expecting this considering the age. What I was not expecting is how modern and updated the rooms were. I would love to do this trip every year!

Fairmont Banff Springs: Séjour fantastique

Magnifique hôtel historique. La chambre a été entièrement rénovée et il faut absolument une chambre avec vue sur la montagne. Le service était excellent partout. Le Rundle Bar est un endroit idéal pour admirer des vues magnifiques tout en se relaxant après une journée bien remplie. Nous avons apprécié les visites guidées gratuites organisées par l'hôtel. Le système de bus Roam est très pratique pour se déplacer facilement dans Banff et nous n'avons pas eu besoin de prendre une voiture ou un  [... lire plus]taxi pour aller dîner en ville.

Fantastic stay Beautiful historical hotel. Room was fully updated and absolutely must have a mountain view room. Service was great all around. The Rundle Bar is a great place to catch amazing views while relaxing after a busy day. Enjoyed some of the complimentary tour activities led by the hotel. The Roam bus system is great to get around Banff easily so never needed to take a car or taxi to dinner in town.

Delta Prince Edward: hôtel bien géré

le personnel, de l'enregistrement à l'entretien ménager, en passant par le bar, a fourni un excellent service les chambres étaient très bien faites très bien fait emplacement imbattable toutes les demandes ont été traitées sans poser de questions le parking était aussi très bien souterrain pei est super province

well run hotel the staff from check in to housekeeping to bar keep all excellent service the rooms were very well done location unbeatable all requests were handled with no questions asked the parking was also very good underground pei is super province

Westin Ottawa: Point central

Le personnel de l'hôtel chargé de l'enregistrement s'est montré compétent et amical, ce qui a permis de faciliter et d'accélérer le processus. Les chambres sont propres, bien aménagées et calmes. Le restaurant de l'hôtel, le Shore Club, propose une cuisine excellente. Nous voulions réchauffer quelques en-cas dans la chambre et on nous a envoyé un micro-ondes. L'emplacement est excellent pour se rendre dans les musées, les bons restaurants, le marché et les magasins. Nous n'avons pas [... lire plus] eu l'occasion d'utiliser la piscine, mais elle avait l'air accueillante.

Central Spot The hotel staff at registration were knowledgeable and friendly making the process go smooth and quick. The rooms are clean, well appointed and quiet. The hotel restaurant, the Shore Club, had excellent food. We wanted to heat some snacks up in the room and a microwave was sent up. The location is excellent for getting to museums, good restaurants, the market and shopping. Didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked inviting.

Westin Ottawa: Un personnel incroyable !

L'hôtel était si propre et le personnel ne pouvait pas en faire assez pour vous ! Je n'avais aucune idée que l'industrie du service pouvait être aussi incroyable ! Il n'y avait pas une seule chose qui pouvait être améliorée ! Et le centre commercial adjacent était fantastique - il faut aimer Tiffany’s !

Incredible Staff! The Hotel was so clean and staff couldn’t do enough for you! I had no idea the service industry could be this amazing! There was not one thing that could be improved upon! And the adjoining mall was fantastic - gotta love Tiffany’s!

Best Western Plus Carlton Plaza: Meilleur emplacement !

Nous avons reçu un excellent service dès le départ... Les chambres sont excellentes... le personnel de la réception était courtois et très serviable. Le restaurant adjacent à l'hôtel était très bon... il proposait des options sans gluten. Nous reviendrons ici, c'est certain.

Best location! We received great service from the get go... The rooms are excellent... the people at the desk were courteous and very helpful. The restaurant adjacent to hotel was so good... had great gluten free options. We would stay here again for sure.

Westin Ottawa: Excellent service.

Service exceptionnel lors de l'enregistrement. Excellent emplacement, proche de tout. Salle d'entraînement bien équipée. Il est agréable d'avoir un patio à côté de la piscine. Bel endroit pour se détendre en été. L'option de location de vélos était un plus.

Great service. Exceptional service at check in . Great location, close to everything. Workout room well equipped. Nice to have patio off of pool area. Nice place to relax in the summer. Bike rental option was a plus.

Hyatt Regency Vancouver: Bel hôtel

Cet hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité de toutes les attractions. Il était très agréable, propre et le personnel était très gentil. La piscine et le jacuzzi étaient très propres et les serviettes ne manquaient pas. Je recommanderais vivement cet hôtel à tout le monde.

Beautiful hotel This hotel was in great location close to all attractions. It was very nice, clean and the staff were very nice. The pool and hot tub were super clean and there was no shortage of towels. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hyatt Regency Toronto: Grand hôtel

L'hôtel était très propre et offrait beaucoup pour tous l'emplacement était idéal pour les événements du centre-ville. le personnel de l'hôtel était très serviable et vous n'êtes jamais bloqué. cet hôtel est idéal pour les couples, les célibataires et les familles petites ou grandes, car il s'adresse à tous. la réception avait toutes les réponses la seule chose que j'aurais aimé voir, c'est un plus grand choix d'aliments pour le bar.

Great Hotel Hotel was very clean and offered a lot for all location was great for any down town events. staff at this hotel was very helpful and you are never stuck. this hotel is a great spot for Couples, singles and small or large families, as they cater to all. the front desk had all the answers the only thing I would like to have seen are more items to choose from for the bar on food items.

Hôtel et service formidables ! L'hôtel est très bien situé, en plein centre-ville, à côté du centre Rideau et tout près du Parlement. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique et serviable. Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Westin Ottawa.

Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac: Superbe escapade !

L'hôtel est tout ce que l'on peut imaginer. Les chambres sont magnifiques, le bar et les restaurants sont superbes ! Emplacement parfait dans la ville. Le menu du service de chambre est bon. Très propre et bien entretenu. Je reviendrais certainement ici !

Marriott Chateau Champlain: Un hôtel extraordinaire !

L'hôtel était merveilleux et le fait d'être si proche du Centre Bell nous a permis d'avoir des billets pour le match des Canadiens. Le forfait avec Porter Air a ajouté une grande valeur et une grande commodité. Nous recommencerons !

Amazing hotel! The hotel was wonderful but being so close to the Bell Centre was great as we had tickets to the Canadians game. The package deal with Porter Air added great value and convenience. We will do it again!

Marriott Chateau Champlain: Un lieu de séjour idéal !

L'hôtel est très agréable et constitue un lieu de séjour idéal pour assister à un match des Canadiens (à 2 minutes à pied du Centre Bell) ou pour explorer le centre-ville de Montréal ! La chambre était très propre et offrait une belle vue sur la ville. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable !

Great Place to Stay! Hotel is very nice and a great place to stay if watching a Canadiens game (2 minute walk to the Bell Centre) or exploring downtown Montreal! Room was very clean with great view of the city. Staff very friendly and helpful!

The Westin Harbour Castle: Week-end de vacances à Toronto

J'ai réservé en ligne (pour la première fois), mais j'ai eu besoin de l'aide d'un agent en chair et en os. Cela n'a pas posé de problème. Les billets électroniques ont très bien fonctionné. Lorsque j'ai demandé à l'agent par téléphone une assurance médicale, un formulaire a été envoyé, mais j'ai appris plus tard par l'agent du magasin Trip Central d'Ottawa que je n'en avais pas besoin puisque je vivais et voyageais dans l'Ontario. L'hôtel était bien, mais je serais intéressé à essayer un autre e [... lire plus]ndroit la prochaine fois. = excellent service, excellentes mini-vacances. Je n'hésiterai pas à utiliser Trip Central à nouveau !

Toronto weekend vacation Booked online (first time), but needed help from a live agent. That was fine. E tickets worked really well. When I asked agent by telephone for medical insurance, form was sent, but I later found out from agent In Ottawa Trip Central store that I didn't need it since I was living and travelling in Ontario. Hotel was fine, but I would be interested in trying somewhere else next time. = great service, great mini vacation. No problem using trip central again!

The Westin Harbour Castle: Grand hôtel

Bel hôtel avec de très belles chambres avec vue sur le lac. Tout est accessible à pied. La pizza du service de chambre était bonne. J'y séjournerais certainement à nouveau. Très bon emplacement si vous allez à des matchs sportifs ou à des concerts.

Great hotel Nice hotel with very nice rooms with view of the lake. Walking distance to everything. Room service pizza was good. I would definitely stay there again. Great location if you're going to any sports games or concerts.

Fairmont Royal York: Elégant, chaleureux et accueillant

Bien que nous ayons choisi de ne pas être surclassés dans une chambre nouvellement rénovée, notre chambre "non rénovée" était charmante. Les draps étaient merveilleusement confortables et nous avons beaucoup apprécié que notre femme de chambre nous dépose des bouteilles d'eau le soir. Nous avons trouvé tous les employés que nous avons rencontrés - concierge, capitaine de cloche, serveurs, réception et femmes de chambre - serviables et courtois.

Elegant, Warm and Welcoming Although we chose not to upgrade to a newly renovated room, our "unrenovated"room was lovely. Wonderfully comfy linens and we really appreciated our maid dropping off bottles of water in the evening. We found every employee we met- concierge, bell captain, waiters, front desk and maids to be helpful, courteous.
