Superbe complexe touristique

Très grand complexe hôtelier, immense piscine, nombreux restaurants et bars proposant un large choix de plats et de styles, bien préparés. J'ai adoré Sakura, le restaurant japonais. Tout était impeccablement propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel était nombreux, sympathique et travailleur. Le complexe accueille les familles d'un côté et les adultes de l'autre, avec deux plages, quelques coraux d'un côté, mais la plage est propre et ratissée tous les jours. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un endroit formi [... lire plus]dable, je lui donnerais une note de 4,5 sur 5. On pouvait prendre un expresso tous les matins à 8 heures avec vue sur la colline, la piscine et l'océan. Bravo !

Awesome Resort Very large resort, huge pool, multiple different restaurants and bars, with lots of different food choices, and styles, well prepared. Loved Sakura, the Japanese restaurant. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and well cared for. Lots of staff, friendly and hardworking. Caters to family groups on one side, and adults only on the other side, with 2 beach areas, some coral on the one side, but beach clean and raked every day. All in all, a great place, would give it a 4.5 out of 5. Could have exoresso every morning at 8 am with a view on the hill of the pool and ocean. Well done!

Excellent centre de vacances pour les familles

L'hôtel avait une note de 4 sur 5. Il était propre et moderne. Beaucoup d'équipements intéressants. Certains membres du personnel, en particulier dans la salle de bowling, étaient sympathiques, d'autres l'étaient moins. Ils semblaient distraits. La nourriture était excellente. De grande qualité, des tonnes d'options, même pour les enfants. Les piscines étaient superbes, peu profondes, parfaites pour les enfants ou pour se promener avec une Pina colada. Great Family Resort The hotel was a 4 out of 5. It was clean and modern. Lots of great amenities. Some staff, especially in the the bowling alley, were friendly others were less friendly. Seemed distracted. The food was excellent. Great quality, tons of options even for kids. Pools were great, shallow, great for kids or walking with Pina colada. Beach was fine but random rocks in the beach where you could cut yourself.

Merveilleuses vacances en famille

Nous avons visité l'Ocean Coral Spring Resort en octobre 2025 pour des vacances en famille à l'occasion de deux anniversaires. Nous avions dans notre groupe un bébé, un enfant de cinq ans et cinq adultes, et nous avons tous passé un excellent moment. Le complexe a répondu à tous les problèmes que nous avons rencontrés et, bien que nous ayons eu quelques difficultés, la réponse immédiate pour résoudre les problèmes a été très appréciée. Il y a un petit problème avec le réfrigérateur du bar qui est un peu trop grand pour le meuble, mais c'est un inconvénient mineur. Nous avons profité de la classe Privilège et je la recommande vivement. Nous nous sommes sentis très spéciaux, le salon Privilège était excellent et le personnel était toujours amical et prêt à nous aider.

Wonderful Family Vacation We visited the Ocean Coral Spring Resort in October 2025 for a family vacation in celebration of 2 birthdays. In our group we had an infant, a five year old and five adults and we all had a wonderful time. The resort responded to any issues that we had and while we did have some hiccups, the immediate response to solving the issues was very much appreciated. The grounds are beautiful, very well maintained and the rooms are very nice. There is a small issue with the bar fridge being just a bit too large for the cabinet but it was a minor inconvenience. We availed ourselves of the Privilege class and I wholly recommend it. We felt very special and the Privilege Lounge was just excellent and the staff throughout were always friendly and very willing to help.

Pourrait être mieux

Mon partenaire et moi avons passé un bon moment de détente, mais le complexe présente quelques lacunes, ce qui l'a rendu un peu décevant car il est censé être tout à fait nouveau. Le ménage n'a pas été très bon, de nombreux endroits de la chambre étaient très poussiéreux et avaient des taches ou les cheveux de quelqu'un d'autre enroulés dedans. La politique d'enregistrement est également ridicule, car d'autres complexes hôteliers sont flexibles et peuvent amener les gens dans leur chambre avant  [... lire plus]15 heures. Notre chambre d'hôtel a eu une grosse fuite au milieu de la nuit et nous avons dû déplacer toutes nos affaires aux premières heures du matin. Bien que nous ayons été relogés dans une autre chambre, il aurait été bon de recevoir quelque chose d'autre par courtoisie. Il y avait beaucoup d'autres choses qui n'étaient pas géniales comme la plage mais il y a des gens formidables qui y travaillent. C'est un bon hôtel si vous avez un budget limité et que vous voulez séjourner dans un endroit luxueux, mais personnellement, je n'y retournerai pas.

Could be Better My partner and I had a relaxing time but the resort does lack in a few different areas, which made it a little disappointing as it’s supposed to be quite new. Housekeeping was not the greatest, many areas in the room were very dusty and had stains or someone else’s hair wrapped up in it . The check-in policy is also ridiculous because there are other resorts that are flexible and can get people to their rooms before 3 PM .Our hotel room had a big leak in the middle of the night and we had to move all our stuff in the early hours of the morning . Although we were relocated to another room, it would’ve been good to receive something else as a courtesy. There were many other things that were not great like the beach but there are some great people who work there. Good resort if you are on a budget and want to stay somewhere that has a luxurious look, but I personally would not return.

Save your money and book somewhere else that actually delivers a proper vacation.

J'ai séjourné ici pendant une semaine et honnêtement, ce complexe ne vaut ni le battage médiatique ni l'argent. L'endroit est surpeuplé par rapport à ce qu'il peut supporter - le buffet est minuscule pour la taille du complexe. En outre, les divertissements étaient décevants - rien à voir avec ce que l'on peut attendre d'un complexe hôtelier de ce prix. Les chambres étaient propres, certes, mais c'est à peu près le seul point positif. Le personnel était souvent impoli, inattentif et faisait preuve d'un favoritisme évident. Dans l'ensemble, le complexe n'est tout simplement pas à la hauteur de la capacité d'accueil, et la plage et les divertissements sont une plaisanterie. Dépensez un peu plus et allez ailleurs où vous pourrez réellement profiter de vos vacances.

Not Worth It – Save Your Money I stayed here for a week and honestly, this resort is not worth the hype or the money. The place is overcrowded compared to what it can handle — the buffet is tiny for the size of the resort. Expect long lines just to get in, food running out quickly, and staff not refilling dishes. At times they even turned us away because the buffet was “at capacity” and sent us to another restaurant with almost no options. The beach was another huge letdown. Don’t be fooled by the photos — they are NOT what you actually get. The regular guest beach is small, rocky, and too shallow to enjoy. Meanwhile, the “Privilege” section has the better side, which basically forces you to pay extra for a half-decent beach. On top of that, the entertainment was disappointing — nothing close to what you’d expect from a resort at this price. Rooms were clean, yes, but that was about the only positive. Staff were often rude, inattentive, and showed clear favoritism. Overall, the resort simply doesn’t match the guest capacity, and the beach and entertainment are a joke. Spend a little more and go somewhere else where you’ll actually enjoy your vacation.

Océan corallien printemps

L'hôtel était charmant. La nourriture était excellente. Les chambres étaient agréables. La plage n'était pas la meilleure mais les piscines et la lazy river compensaient. Les animations autour de la piscine étaient correctes mais on ne se sentait pas obligé d'y participer si on ne le voulait pas. Le soir, les divertissements étaient médiocres dans le théâtre, mais il y avait un groupe de musique à l'extérieur, ce qui était bien mieux. J'ai passé un très bon moment et j'y retournerai

Ocean coral spring The hotel was lovely. The food was great. Rooms were nice. Beach was not the best but the pools and lazy river made up for it. Entertainment around the pool was okay but you didn’t feel pressured to join if you didn’t want to. Evening entertainment was poor in the theatre but did have a live band outside which was much better. Had a really good time and would go back

Magnifique centre de villégiature !

Ce complexe était absolument magnifique ! Le personnel, la nourriture et le parc aquatique étaient formidables ! C'était super propre ! La chambre que nous avons occupée était super agréable et avait une salle de jonction, ce qui était parfait ! Je reviendrais sans aucun doute ici ! La plage est un peu rocailleuse mais agréable !

Beautiful resort! This resort was absolutely beautiful! Great staff, food, waterpark was so great! It was super clean! The room we were in was super nice and had a joining room which was perfect! I would definitely go back here! The beach is abit rocky but still nice!

Superbe station, le personnel était incroyable

L'hôtel était très bien. La nourriture était assez bonne à l'exception du restaurant italien. Les chambres étaient propres et l'air conditionné fonctionnait bien. La plage n'est pas géniale. La piscine est grande et dispose de nombreuses chaises, mais il faut se lever très, très tôt pour réserver sa place.

Great resort staff were amazing The hotel was very good. Food was quite good except for the Italian restaurant. The rooms were clean and the air conditioner worked well. The beach is not great. The pool is big and has a lot of chairs but you need to get up very, very early to reserve your spot.

C'est un très beau complexe. Les chambres sont grandes et joliment décorées. La piscine est superbe. Le personnel était très sympathique et s'est mis en quatre pour rendre le séjour agréable. La nourriture était bonne. Le buffet aurait pu avoir quelques choix différents mais il y avait toujours quelque chose de bon à manger. Les restaurants étaient également bons et le service excellent. Great Resort! This is a beautiful resort. Rooms were big and nicely decorated. The pool was amazing. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make the stay great. The food was good. The buffet could have had a few different choices but there was always something good to eat. The restaurants also were good with great service. The beach was not the best beach we have been to but the water was warm and nice to go for a swim. All in all I would recommend this resort for a great family getaway!

Nous avons visité l'Ocean Coral Spring pendant une semaine en janvier. Les restaurants sont tous excellents et notre chambre était superbe. Nous avons dépensé de l'argent pour le front de mer et nous en sommes très heureux (bien qu'il y ait de bonnes vues depuis de nombreuses chambres). La plage n'est pas très agréable à la baignade car il y a beaucoup de corail et il faut donc la contourner. Nous avons apprécié le bowling et beaucoup d'autres activités. Le personnel a semblé être en dents de scie - beaucoup étaient formidables et amicaux, mais certains étaient abrupts et distants - nous n'avions pas connu cela en Jamaïque auparavant. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un bon moment !

Great resort Visited the Ocean Coral Spring for one week in January. The restaurants are all great and our room was amazing. We spent the money on the oceanfront and are certainly glad we did (although there are good views from many rooms). The beach was not that great in terms of swimability as there's a lot of coral, so you have to walk around it. However, it was very easy to secure loungers on the beach probably because of the lazy river and the pools, which looked amazing, but as we aren't pool people -- so we didn't spend much time there. We enjoyed the bowling alley and lots of other activities. The staff seemed to be hit or miss -- many were great and friendly but some were abrupt and standoffish -- we've not experienced this in Jamaica before. Overall we had a great time!

Inconvénients La climatisation de la chambre nous a posé des problèmes tout au long du séjour L'un des lits de ma chambre était très vieux et faisait beaucoup de bruit. Les temps d'attente pour l'Ocean burger et le Jamaican grill hut étaient ridiculement longs, 15-20 minutes à attendre la nourriture Il n'y a pas assez de tables de piscine/plage pour les boissons et la nourriture. Les chambres commencent déjà à être usées pour un nouveau complexe Les ascenseurs ont eu des problèmes, ils étaient très petits et n'avaient pas assez d'espace pour un bâtiment aussi grand Lors de ma dernière journée complète, la piscine était très sale (je portais des lunettes). Meh (would only recommend if you have young children) Cons The AC in the room gave us issues the entire time One of the beds in my room were very old and made so much noise. The first two days the water pipes in the room were pipping hot until maintenance fixed it Towel all week in the room were hard to come by, I had to call almost night for towels so we could shower even after housekeeping came and leaving a tip. The hallways throughout the resort were not swept all entire week I was there, by day 6-7 they were filthy. Wait times for Ocean burger and the Jamaican grill hut were ridiculously long 15-20 mins standing waiting for food Not enough pool/beach tables for drink/food. The room are already starting to look worn down for a new resort Elevators had issues, were very small and not enough space capacity for such a large building On my last full day the pool was very dirty(I was wearing goggles). Excellent, propre et convivial

L'hôtel était en excellent état, très propre et tous les employés sont très accueillants et sympathiques. L'hospitalité était extraordinaire. La nourriture était incroyable, il y avait tellement de choix, le café était excellent ! La présentation des aliments dans les restaurants alacart était superbe ! Dans l'ensemble, un centre de villégiature très amusant !

Excellent, clean friendly resort The hotel was in excellent condition, very clean all the employees are so welcoming and friendly. The hospitality was overwhelming. The foods were amazing, so much to choose from the coffee was excellent! The presentation of the foods at the alacart restaurants were great! Overall a great fun resort!

Merveilleuse évasion

Nous avons séjourné à Ocean Coral Springs du 1er au 8 juillet. Je dois dire que ce complexe est merveilleux. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre Swim up, propre et parfaitement située. Le ménage est fait tous les jours et nous avons eu de l'air conditionné et de l'eau chaude pendant tout notre séjour. Le seul inconvénient était la connexion WIFI qui entrait et sortait. La plage est petite et rocheuse. La piscine principale était grande avec beaucoup d'espace pour tout le monde, et l'équipe bleu [... lire plus]e était un grand divertissement pendant la journée. Bon choix de restaurants et de buffets, notre préféré étant La Locanda. Nous avons trouvé qu'il y avait une bonne variété de choix de nourriture.Le terrain était bien entretenu.Le personnel était amical et d'un grand soutien avant, pendant et après l'ouragan.Le personnel s'est assuré que tout le monde était pris en charge.Ils ont fait un travail fantastique.Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'hôtel. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans ce complexe et nous y reviendrons certainement.

Wonderful Escape We stayed at Ocean Coral Springs July 1-8. I have to say this resort was wonderful. We stayed in a Swim up room that was clean and in a perfect location. Very spacious and comfortable beds.Daily housekeeping provided.We had full running AC, and hot water our whole stay. Only downfall was WIFI connection was in and out.The beach is small and rocky.Main pool was large with lots of room for everyone,and the Blue Team was great entertainment during the day. Good selection of restaurants and buffet , our favourite was La Locanda. We felt there was a good variety of food choices.The grounds were well kept.Staff were friendly and supportive before, during and after the hurricane.The staff made sure everyone was taken care of. They did a fantastic job.We really enjoyed our stay at this resort and would definitely return.

Le terrain était très beau mais la plage était la pire plage que j'ai jamais vue en Jamaïque. La piscine était très belle mais il n'y avait pas assez de parasols. Le parc aquatique n'avait pas d'ombre pour les enfants, ce qui est mauvais pour les enfants en plein soleil, et il n'y avait pas assez d'eau qui coulait le long des toboggans, donc les enfants n'en profitaient pas autant, j'ai été informée de tout cela par des amis qui avaient des enfants. Les chambres étaient agréables mais le bar  [... lire plus]n'était pas aussi bien approvisionné qu'il devrait l'être. Le personnel masculin était très gentil, mais seule une poignée de femmes l'était. Beaucoup de serveuses n'étaient pas aimables et ne souriaient pas. L'hôtel manquait de personnel. Je n'ai pas été impressionné par les menus des restaurants alacart et j'ai été choqué de constater que je ne pouvais pas aller dans les restaurants et sur la plage du côté de l'Ocean Edan. Au moins, au Palladium, je peux aller soit du côté du Lady Hamilton, soit du côté du Palladium Jamaica. Et l'air conditionné était éteint pendant 3 jours. Ma femme et moi n'y retournerons pas, nous préférerions retourner au Palladium.

Not worth going back. The grounds were very beautiful but the beach was the worst beach I've ever seen in Jamaica. The pool was very nice but not enough umbrellas. The water park had no shade for the children which is bad for kids being out in the hot sun and not enough water flowing down the slides so the kids didn't enjoy it as much, I was informed of all of that from friends that had children. The rooms were nice but the bar was not stocked as much as it should be. The male staff was very nice but only a handful of the female staff was nice. A lot of the waitresses were not friendly and did not smile. And the hotel was under staffed. I was not impressed of the menus of the alacart restaurants and was shocked to find that I could not go into the restaurants and the beach on the Ocean Edan side. At least at Palladium I can go either on the Lady Hamilton or Palladium Jamaica side. And the air conditioning was off for 3 days. My wife and I are not going back, we would rather go back to Palladium.

Je voulais adorer cet hôtel mais malheureusement j'ai passé un meilleur moment à Cuba qu'en Jamacie. Je ne peux parler que de ce resort car il semble que la majorité du personnel était froid et impoli. la zone de baignade avait peu ou pas d'ombre. surtout la zone pour les enfants qui n'avait pas d'ombre du tout pour un grand resort, on aurait pu penser qu'ils auraient le nombre de chaises et beaucoup plus d'ombre. la meilleure chose à propos de ce complexe est qu'il y a un service d'étage, ce qu [... lire plus]i était très pratique car mon enfant était fatigué par la journée passée au soleil. La plage était magnifique mais j'aurais aimé qu'ils nous permettent de dépasser la ligne d'eau car elle était peu profonde jusqu'ici. Je donnerais à ce complexe 4 étoiles et non 5, car il y a quelques points à améliorer.

Ocean coral springs I wanted to love this hotel but unfortunatley I had a better time in Cuba then in Jamacia i can only speak on this resort as it seem like a morjority of the staff was cold and rude. swimming area had little to no shade. especially the children area which had no shade at all for a big resort, you would think they would have the amount of chairs and way more shade. some food was a hit and miss. best this about the resort is that they had room service which was really convient as my child got tired from the day out in the sun. the beach was beautiful but i wish they allowed us further pass the water line as it was shallow out far. I would give this 4 star resort not a 5 few things they need to make better.

La seule chose que nous changerions est qu'il devrait y avoir plus de parasols à l'extérieur pour donner de l'ombre, même dans la zone pour enfants il n'y avait que deux parasols. La nourriture était excellente, en particulier le restaurant italien. Le personnel était sympathique.

Great Resort Overall the resort was amazing. The only thing we would change is that the resort should have more outdoor umbrellas to provide shade, even in the children's area there were only two umbrellas. The food was great especially the Italian restaurant. Staff were friendly.

Nous avons été très impressionnés par l'ensemble du complexe ! Il était très propre et il y avait beaucoup de personnel. Les employés de tous les services étaient très polis et respectueux. Il y avait des divertissements quotidiens, que ce soit en journée ou en soirée ! Nous y retournerons certainement !

Very impressive resort! We were very impressed with the whole resort! It was very clean and there was lots of staff. Employees of all departments were very polite and respectful. There was daily entertainment whether during the day or the evening! Definitely am returning there!!!
