les chambres étaient vieilles et avaient besoin d'être améliorées. Nous étions au rez-de-chaussée et nous étions adossés à la route de service, c'était sale et il y avait des ordures autour, les touristes qui marchaient pour aller à la plage pouvaient le voir la nourriture était bonne nous sommes allés au Bahi Aquaqmarie, tous les jours, car nous l'avons apprécié plus que l'Ambar, l'animation près de la piscine était inutile, on ne pouvait pas voir est-ce que j'y retournerais, non

Le terrain était impeccable et le paysage très beau. La chambre était spacieuse et le personnel de maison était amical et serviable. Le buffet était excellent. Je dois mentionner tout particulièrement Luis et son équipe, qui ont été magnifiques. Ils savent comment rendre les clients heureux.

Excellent resort The grounds was immaculate the landscape was really beautiful. The room was spacious the house keeping staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet was great I have to make special mention of Luis and crew they were magnificent. They know how to keep the guest happy.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Le personnel est très accommodant, bien que je ne parle pas couramment l'espagnol, mais ils communiquent bien en anglais, la nourriture était satisfaisante, l'hôtel était toujours propre, le service allant au lobby et à la plage était excellent toutes les 5 minutes, je recommanderai sans aucun doute ce centre de villégiature.

Amazing Resort Very accommodating staffs, though I’m not fluent in Spanish language but they communicate well in English, food was satisfactory, hotel was always clean, service going to lobby and to the beach was great every 5 minutes, I will definitely recommend this resort.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Station agréable mais un peu déçue

Le complexe lui-même était très agréable, mais en raison de l'incendie qui a eu lieu avant notre arrivée, il était assez désorganisé. Nous comprenons les difficultés rencontrées, mais avant notre arrivée, on nous avait promis un accès complet aux complexes d'Akumal et de Tulum en compensation des installations qui n'étaient pas disponibles à Coba. Cependant, à notre arrivée, nous avons été informés qu'ils ne donnaient plus de bracelets d'accès complet aux clients de Coba parce que le buffet prin [... lire plus]cipal ne fonctionnait pas. Le buffet était très bon, mais cela nous a laissé l'option d'avoir seulement 1 ou 2 restaurants à la carte, qui étaient tous complètement réservés. Nous n'avons pas non plus été informés de l'existence de l'application que nous étions censés utiliser pour effectuer des réservations et voir les événements quotidiens. La chambre du complexe était très agréable, très spacieuse et le lit king size était agréable à avoir. Le ménage était bon (après que nous ayons pu découvrir que nous devions en faire la demande via l'application). Les spectacles du soir à Coba étaient très bien faits. Nous aurions aimé savoir que l'hacienda avait des événements (musique live, spectacles) plus tôt dans notre séjour, mais dans l'ensemble, les divertissements étaient très agréables. Dans l'état actuel de la station, je ne la recommanderais malheureusement pas à un ami. Il n'y a pas de compensation appropriée pour les clients de Coba pour que vous ayez vraiment l'impression d'en avoir pour votre argent. En plus des rénovations liées à l'incendie, des rénovations importantes sont en cours dans les villas du complexe, ce qui rend l'atmosphère bruyante et animée (nous comprenons que cela doit être fait, mais nous pensons que nous ne devrions pas avoir à payer le prix fort). Nous avons tout de même apprécié notre voyage, il y a juste eu quelques frustrations.

Nice resort but slightly disappointed The resort itself was very nice, however due to the unfortunate event with the fire prior to our arrival, it was quite disorganized. We understand the difficulties they were dealing with, but prior to our arrival we were promised full access to Akumal and Tulum resorts as compensation for the facilities that weren't available to us at Coba. However, upon arrival we were informed that they were no longer giving Coba guests full access bracelets due to the main buffet being functional.The buffet food was very good, but that left us with the option of only having 1-2 A La carte restaurants, which were all completely booked up. We were also not informed of the App that we were supposed to use to book reservations and see the daily events. The room at the resort was very nice, very spacious and the king size bed was nice to have. Housekeeping was good (after we were able to discover that we needed to request through the app). The evening shows at Coba were very well done. We wish we would have known about the hacienda having events (live music, shows) earlier in our stay, but overall very enjoyable entertainment. At the resorts current state, unfortunately I would not recommend it to a friend. There is no appropriate compensation for the Coba guests to really feel you are getting what you paid for. Along with the fire renovations, they are doing extensive renos to villas in the resort, thus making it a loud and busy atmosphere (we understand it has to be done but we feel we should not have to pay full price). We still enjoyed our trip, there was just a few frustrations.

Good Overall good trip but quality has gone down since last time we were there 2 years ago. Pillows on bed were small and hard snack bar and room service food has gone down and you have to ask for premium alcohol

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Déçu

Notre expérience dans ce complexe est tellement décevante par rapport à notre expérience précédente avec le Bahia Principe Luxury - Esmeralda en République dominicaine. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Punta Cana et nous pensions que nous aurions la même expérience. Malheureusement, nous nous sommes trompés. En arrivant au resort, nous avons été accueillis par des travaux en cours sur le site : une partie de l'escalier à l'entrée est fermée car il est en cours de réparation, les bâtiments  [... lire plus]que nous avions initialement demandés font l'objet de travaux importants, la piscine principale est fermée en raison d'un dysfonctionnement de la machine/filtration. Ces travaux auraient dû nous être communiqués lorsque nous avons contacté le service clientèle du Bahia Principe Luxury Akumal par e-mail une semaine avant notre arrivée, car nous sommes un grand groupe et il y a quelques personnes dans notre groupe qui sont handicapées et incapables de marcher loin et de prendre des escaliers. Nous avons demandé des bâtiments spécifiques pour répondre à nos handicaps physiques, mais nous n'avons même pas été pris en compte et on ne nous a pas donné de meilleures options. La plage est également décevante, surtout près de la piscine à débordement. Nous ne pouvons pas vraiment profiter de la piscine ni du restaurant qui l'entoure parce que nous inhalons les fumées des tracteurs qui transportent les algues de cette plage. En fait, la vue depuis la piscine à débordement est celle des travailleurs et des tracteurs qui nettoient les algues sur la plage. De plus, les restaurants à la carte sont si difficiles à réserver par le biais de l'application pour notre groupe de 16 personnes. On m'a dit à la réception que j'aurais dû être dirigé vers un représentant des groupes/événements, ce qui n'a même pas été suggéré au début. Lorsque nous avons saisi notre chance d'aller dans l'un des restaurants à la carte, il était presque vide et pourtant l'application indique qu'il est plein. Lorsque nous avons demandé s'ils pouvaient nous accommoder, ils ont dit qu'ils pouvaient le faire à condition que nous achetions 2 bouteilles de vin pour notre groupe, ce qui coûte 100 $US. De plus, on nous a dit de payer 8 $ par noix de coco si nous en voulions une. La nourriture au buffet n'a rien d'extraordinaire et est au mieux médiocre. Le bar de la piscine principale a fermé tôt parce qu'il n'y avait plus d'alcool. Il y a aussi des chauves-souris et des cafards dans les chambres. Les portes des chambres communicantes sont littéralement vissées, de sorte que nous ne pouvons même pas accéder à l'autre chambre de l'intérieur. Pour le montant que nous avons payé pour ce tout inclus, ce n'est pas du tout un complexe de luxe. Ce n'est pas un all-inclusive. Je ne le recommanderai à personne. Ce complexe a ruiné les autres complexes Bahia pour nous.

Disappointed Our experience at this specific resort is so DISAPPOINTING compared to our previous experience with Bahia Principe Luxury - Esmeralda in the Dominican Republic. We had a great time in Punta Cana so we thought we would have the same experience. Unfortunately, we were so wrong. Driving in to the resort, we were welcomed with an ongoing construction at the site: parts of the stairs at the entrance is closed off as it is being fixed, the buildings we have initially requested for is going through major construction, the main pool is closed due to some machine/filtration malfunction. The construction should have been disclosed to us when we first connected with the 2 Bahia Principe Luxury Akumal Customer Care via email a week before our arrival since we are a big group and there are few people in our group that are handicap and unable to walk far and take stairs. We requested for specific buildings to accommodate our physical disabilities but we were not even accommodated nor given better options. The beach is disappointing too especially by the infinity pool. We can't really enjoy the pool nor the restaurant by it because you will inhale the fumes from the tractors that hauls the seaweed from that beach. Basically, the view from the infinity pool are the workers and the tractors cleaning the seaweed at the beach. Also, the ala carte restaurants are so hard to get reservations through the app for our group of 16. I was told at the front desk that I should have been referred to a Groups/Events Representative which was not even suggested in the beginning. When we took our chance to go to one of the ala carte restaurants, it was almost empty and yet the app says it's full. When we asked if they can accommodate us, they said they can as long as we purchase 2 bottles of wine for our group which cost $100 usd. Also, we were told to pay $8 per coconut if we want one. Food at the buffet is nothing to write home about and it's mediocre at best. The swim up bar at the main pool area closed early because they ran out of alcohol. We also have bats and cockroaches in the rooms. The doors to the connecting rooms are literally screwed shut so we can't even access the other room from the inside. For the amount of money we paid for this all-inclusive, this is not a Luxury resort at all. This is not all-inclusive. I will not recommend this to anyone. This resort ruined the other Bahia resorts for us.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Très belle station

La première impression de cet hôtel a été "magnifique". De l'eau de concombre, de l'eau de citron, des biscuits et des pommes ont été disposés à l'entrée de l'hôtel et ont été immédiatement utilisés par ma famille fatiguée et assoiffée. L'endroit était en grande partie magnifique. La piscine, les restaurants à buffets et certains membres du personnel étaient tout simplement merveilleux. Les boutiques de souvenirs trop chères et les organisateurs de croisières au coucher du soleil qui nous ont [... lire plus] induits en erreur ont été les moins bons exemples de ce que nous avons vécu. Cependant, dans l'ensemble, nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Very nice resort The first impression of this hotel was “beautiful”. Welcoming cucumber water, lemon water, cookies and apples were set out at the front area and immediately made use of by my tired and thirsty family. It was mostly amazing there. The pool, the buffet restaurants and some of the staff were just wonderful. Some not so good experiences there, were the overly expensive souvenirs shops, and misleading sunset cruise operators. However, overall we enjoyed our stay there.

Bahia Principe Explore La Romana: Ce centre de villégiature a été très apprécié

Ce complexe était très propre. Le personnel et l'équipe de divertissement étaient incroyables ! Il y avait toujours une activité ou un jeu en cours, des cours de danse sympas et un bingo amusant ! Parmi les membres du personnel que nous avons préférés, il y avait Genna et Mariano Carmelo de l'équipe de divertissement, Hector et Juan Carlos du snack-bar de la plage. Je recommanderais sans hésiter ce centre de villégiature.

Loved this resort This resort was very clean. The staff and entertainment crew were amazing!! There was always some sort of activity or game going on, cool dance lessons and fun bingo! Some of our favorite staff members included Genna and Mariano Carmelo from entertainment, Hector and Juan Carlos from the beach snack bar. Would definitely recommend this resort.

Je recommande vivement le Sian Kaan à tous ceux qui recherchent un complexe réservé aux adultes. C'est un endroit compact et intime avec un excellent service. Le personnel semble bien formé et attentif. Les plages d'Akumal et de Tulum étaient couvertes d'algues et dégageaient une odeur désagréable. C'est le seul inconvénient. C'est un 5 étoiles, sauf la plage.

I’d highly recommend Sian Kaan for anyone looking for an adults only resort. It was compact and intimate with excellent service. The staff all seem to be well trained and attentive. The beach on Akumal and Tulum side were covered in seaweed emanating a nasty odour. That was the only downside. It’s all 5 star minus the beach.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: PROPRE PROPRE PROPRE PROPRE

Je n'ai absolument rien à redire sur ce centre de villégiature. Mon voyage s'est déroulé du 1er au 8 juin 2025. Le complexe est très propre. Les chambres sont propres et la pression de l'eau est excellente. La nourriture était également bonne. Je n'ai rien à redire. La seule plainte concerne l'océan. Je n'y suis pas allé car il était couvert d'algues. Les pauvres travailleurs étaient là jour et nuit pour nettoyer l'océan. A part cela, je recommande vivement

CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN RESORT I have absolutely no complaints about this resort. My trip was from June 1-8, 2025. The resort is very clean. The rooms are clean and water pressure was great. Food was also good. No complaints. Only complaint is the ocean. I did not go in as it was covered in seaweed. The poor workers were there day and night cleaning the ocean. Besides that, I would highly recommend

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: J'ai apprécié mon séjour

Nous avons adoré le complexe, les chambres étaient belles et spacieuses. La piscine était magnifique et adaptée aux enfants. Les petits se sont amusés dans le parc aquatique. Le Wifi n'était pas très bon dans le resort et la connexion a été perdue dans tout le resort le jour de notre départ et le check out était à 12h et la connexion a été perdue à 7h. La plupart du personnel était très gentil et amical. La nourriture était délicieuse pendant les deux premiers jours, puis les options sont devenu [... lire plus]es limitées. Les spectacles nocturnes étaient également décents, mais d'autres soirs, vous deviez payer 15 $USD pour quelque chose qui devrait être inclus, surtout pour le prix que vous payez, tout (divertissement) devrait être inclus. Il n'y a pas de discothèque fermée, tout le temps des adultes est passé au bar des sports... pas grand chose à faire si vous cherchez à danser et à vous amuser dans le complexe. L'emplacement de l'hôtel était à 1h15 de l'aéroport.

Enjoyed my stay We loved the resort, the rooms were beautiful an spacious. The pool were beautiful and kid friendly. The Littles had fun in the Waterpark. Wifi was not the greatest around the resort and lost connection throught the entire resort the day we were leaving and check out was at 12pm and the connection was lost at 7am. Most of the staff was very nice and friendly. Food was delicious for the first couple of days and then the options became limited. The night shows were also desecent but then other nights you would have to pay $15USD for something that should be included especially for the price that you're paying everything (entertainment) should be included. There is no Disco closed all adult tome is spent in the sports bar... not much to do if your looking to dance and have fun while in the resort. The location of the resort was 1hr and 15 minutes away from the airport.

Ce resort est hors de prix, ce n'est pas un resort de luxe. La première chambre montrée sent vraiment mauvais, la deuxième chambre montrée sentait très vieux, je n'ai pas pu dormir la première nuit. Nous nous sommes plaints et le directeur nous a donné une chambre où il n'y avait pas d'odeur. Le lit est très inconfortable. La nourriture n'est pas mauvaise au buffet. Nous avons essayé le restaurant italien et le restaurant Limbo, certainement pas gastronomique. Le divertissement n'est pas bon da [... lire plus]ns ce centre de villégiature.

This resort is overpriced; it is not a luxury resort. The 1st room shown smells really bad, 2nd room shown smelt very old, couldn't sleep 1st night. Complained and Mgr. gave us a room where there was no smell. Bed is very uncomfortable. Food is not bad in the buffet. We tried the Italian and Limbo restaurant, definitely not gourmet. Entertainment not good at this resort.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Excellent Resort

La nourriture était incroyable, les restaurants servaient les repas rapidement et ils étaient délicieux. Les divertissements étaient extraordinaires, tout comme le casino. J'ai également été très impressionné par la discothèque, qui était de meilleure qualité que la plupart des centres de villégiature que j'ai visités.

The food was incredible, the restaurants served meals quickly and they were delicious. The entertainment was amazing, along with the casino. I was very impressed with the disco as well, which was better in quality than most resorts I’ve visited.

Amazing Resort This resort was truly amazing as me and my friend had the best time. The resort is beautiful. What really made this resort so great is the staff. The staff were so nice and helpful which made my stay special. The entertainment team was excellent and were a lot of fun! You also get to visit the other resort on property which is great because you get to explore and not just be stuck on your resort.

L'hôtel était très bien. Les restaurants Limbo, MEAT, YURTI, FISH MARKET, PORTAFINO étaient excellents. Le service de Mashua était terrible. Restaurant grec soso. La plage était horrible, trop d'algues et une mauvaise odeur. Il y a eu un après-midi où la plage était bonne.

Ambar Hotel was great. Limbo, MEAT, YURTI, FISH MARKET, PORTAFINO restaurants were excellant. Mashua service was terrible. Greek restaurant soso. The beach was terrible too much seaweed and had a bad smell. There was 1 afternoon when the beach was good.
