Incroyable !

L'hôtel était un charmant complexe de bâtiments de trois étages aux couleurs vives et joyeuses de l'arc-en-ciel ! Nous avions une fabuleuse chambre en bord de mer où nous nous sommes endormis en écoutant le bruit du ressac... Les salles à manger étaient remplies de fruits frais parfaitement mûrs et délicieux ! Mon préféré ! Le personnel était toujours amical, nettoyait constamment et était prêt à vous aider pour n'importe quoi, nous y retournerions en un instant. Amazing!! The hotel was a lovely complex of three story buildings in bright and happy colours of the rainbow!! We had a fabulous beachfront room where we fell asleep listening to the pounding surf??the dining rooms had huge arrays of fresh fruit perfectly ripe and delish!! My favourite!! The staff were always friendly constantly cleaning and ready to help you with anything, we'd go back in an instant. Special thanks to Huong for all her help with our arrangements, 😎😎😎

Un lieu idéal pour se détendre.

Le Royal Decameron est un établissement très propre et bien entretenu. Les chambres sont très basiques. Les lits sont un peu fermes mais assez confortables. Les employés sont très sympathiques, coopératifs et prêts à aider. La nourriture est très bonne dans tous les buffets. Les buffets ont un grand choix, une grande variété et une qualité bien supérieure à la moyenne. Les restaurants à la carte sont très bien (sauf Jap Jap). Le Piccolo est le restaurant le plus populaire et le plus chic. La pla [... lire plus]ge est belle et propre et l'océan était assez calme pour se baigner le matin. Les vendeurs de plage ne sont pas du tout agressifs. Les vendeurs de plage ne sont pas du tout agressifs. Ce n'est pas un endroit pour faire la fête, mais plutôt pour les familles et c'est un excellent endroit pour se détendre pour les personnes plus âgées. Perfect resort for relaxation. Royal Decameron is a very clean and well maintained resort. The rooms are very basi. The beds are somewhat firm but quite comfortable. The employees are very friendly, cooperative and ready to help. The food is very good in all different buffet areas. Buffets had a great selection, variety and well above average quality. The a la carte restaurants are fine(except Jap Jap). Piccolo is the most popular and fanciest restaurant. The beach is beautiful and clean and the ocean was calm enough for swimming in the monring.The beach vendors are not agressive at all. This is not a party resort but more family oriented and an excelllent relaxing place for older people. I would recommend this resort, it was very good!

Deux semaines extraordinaires au Decameron à Bucerias. Emplacement parfait, excellents équipements et plage magnifique pour nager, marcher et faire du kayak. Le yoga/stretching tous les matins sur la plage était génial et la nourriture était très bonne, en particulier la cuisine italienne à la carte ! À ne pas manquer : les excursions d'une journée en bus local vers Sayulita et San Pancho, les massages bon marché en ville et à la plage et la navigation à partir de l'hôtel sur un hoby cat. This resort has it all! Amazing two weeks at the Decameron in Bucerias. Perfect location, great amenities and wonderful beach for swimming, walking and kayaking. The yoga/stretching every morning on the beach was awesome and the food was very good especially the Italian a la carte! Must do's: day trips by local bus to Sayulita and San Pancho,cheap massages in town and in the beach and sailing from the hotel on a hoby cat. Best value for money all inclusive we've ever taken

J'adore cet endroit

le service était fantastique. les chambres agréables et fraîches. j'adore l'océan dans cette région. les piscines étaient propres. Nous cherchons un endroit pour organiser une réunion de famille (plus de 40 personnes) et cet hôtel est en haut de notre liste.

i love this place the service was fantastic. rooms nice and cool. i love the ocean in that area.Pools were clean. We are looking for a place to have a family reunion(40+ people) this is on top of our list.Have had a lot of my family staying here over the years.

I loved this resort , just perfect for me Clean , quiet , helpful staff , l loved that It had ' adult ' only rooms & pool. Evening entertainment outstanding, Very talented people. Bars will make Any drink you want . Food in abundance , and good . I loved , loved The French fries, no one in Canada Makes them better. I did not like the Mexican restaurant but the Mexican Buffet night was outstanding. I will go Definitely go back.

Complexe Royal Decameron

J'ai été très satisfait de mes vacances. Le complexe était très propre et bien entretenu. L'accès à Internet était médiocre. Je retournerais dans le même complexe, j'ai trouvé mon séjour très relaxant grâce à la façon dont il était organisé en différents groupes.

Royal Decameron Complex Very happy with my vacation. The resort was very clean and well groomed. Internet access was poor. I would return to the same resort again, I found my stay very relaxing the way it was set up in different groups.

Malheureusement, il n'a pas été impressionné :(

Cet hôtel était classé 4 étoiles, mais c'était vraiment un 3 étoiles ! C'est le premier voyage auquel j'ai participé où, au bout de 7 jours, j'avais hâte de rentrer chez moi. Notre première chambre était horrible (vieille et sale) ! Heureusement, ils ont accepté de nous changer de chambre deux jours plus tard. Même là, les chambres étaient basiques (pas de réfrigérateur, trop chaud ou trop froid, une bouteille d'eau par jour et seulement des verres propres le premier jour). Le choix de nourritur [... lire plus]e était minime et pas bon du tout ! Nous avons beaucoup mangé en dehors du resort, ce qui est dommage après avoir payé pour un voyage tout compris ! Nous avons tout de même trouvé des restaurants extraordinaires ! Les activités (piscine, plage, théâtre, discothèque) étaient vraiment bien ! La plage était magnifique ! Beaucoup de chaises de plage près des piscines et de la plage, on pouvait toujours trouver un endroit pour passer la journée au soleil ou à l'ombre. Le service était très bon et le personnel très amical ! Il y avait une foule beaucoup plus âgée et beaucoup de familles. C'était bien, mais pas tout à fait ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Il semble que ce soit aussi une attraction locale populaire et quand il y avait plus de gens locaux, il semblait que la population touristique était beaucoup moins prise en compte, ce qui était décevant. Même si nous étions déçus, nous étions au MEXIQUE :) et nous en avons profité pour nous amuser et nous faire bronzer.

Sadly not impressed :( This hotel was rated as a 4 star, but was definitely a 3! This is the first trip I have been on that by the end of 7 days I was actually looking forward to going home. Our first room was terrible (old and dirty)! Luckily they were willing to move us 2 days later. Even then rooms were basic (no fridge, either to hot or too cold, one water bottle a day and only had clean glasses on the first day). The food selection was minimal and not good at all! We ate off the resort a lot, which sucks after paying for an all inclusive trip! Did find some amazing restaurants though! The activities (pool, beach, theatre, disco) were really good! Beach was beautiful! A lot of beach chairs near the pools and beach, could always find a place to spend the day in the sun or shade. Service was very good and staff was very friendly! Was a much older crowd and a lot of families. This was fine, but not quite what we were expecting. Appeared to be a popular local attraction as well and when there were more local people it seemed that the tourist population was catered to a lot less, which was disappointing. Although we were disappointed we were in MEXICO :) and made the best of it and had some fun and got great tans.

J'adore le Decameron. Ricardo, le directeur, m'a fait sentir que j'étais le bienvenu et que je me sentais chez moi. Le personnel et l'équipe de divertissement sont excellents. Particulièrement Alberto et Bryan au divertissement et les 2 Christians et Ale et Ricardo serveurs et bar tenders. Et bien d'autres encore. Il n'y a pas une seule personne employée ici qui n'était pas la meilleure.

Best resort anywhere. Like going home on vacation I love the decameron. Ricardo the manager made me feel wanted and at home. The staff and entertainment staff are top rate. Especially Alberto and Bryan in entertainment and the 2 Christians and Ale and Ricardo waiters and bar tenders. So many more. There is not one person employed thete that were not the best.

Tout ce à quoi je m'attendais d'après les commentaires précédents.

L'endroit était impeccablement entretenu. J'ai aimé les six zones différentes à apprécier et la plage était bien entretenue. Le bloc 5, réservé aux adultes, était calme et relaxant. Tout comme le bloc 6. Les plats à la carte étaient très bons. La chambre était nettoyée tous les jours pour être immaculée. Le personnel était au top et travaillait très dur tous les jours, tout le temps. L'équipe du spectacle de nuit était très talentueuse, la meilleure que j'ai jamais vue dans un complexe hôtelier. [... lire plus] Nous l'avons apprécié. Excellent rapport qualité-prix pour le dollar canadien.

Everything I expected from previous reviews. The place was impeccably maintained. I liked the six different areas to enjoy and beach was well maintained. Block 5 adults area was quiet and relaxing. As was block 6. A la cartes were very good. Room was cleaned daily to be immaculate. Staff was over the top and worked very hard everyday all the time. Night show team was very talented, best I have ever seen at a resort. We enjoyed it. Excellent value for the Canadian dollar.

Excellent choix

L'hôtel et le terrain sont très vastes et comportent une grande variété de bâtiments. Le personnel est excellent et extrêmement sympathique. La nourriture était très bonne, en particulier lors de la soirée mexicaine. La plage était magnifique et nous n'avons pas eu à nous lever plus tôt que d'habitude pour obtenir une cabine sur la plage ou un parasol à la piscine. La piscine du bâtiment 5 est une piscine pour adultes, calme et sans enfants. La seule chose qui manque à ce complexe est un bar dan [... lire plus]s l'une des nombreuses piscines et un réfrigérateur dans la chambre d'hôtel. Je recommande vivement de faire l'excursion "Rythme de la nuit". La nourriture est excellente, le spectacle est encore meilleur et le catamaran au coucher du soleil était très amusant. Je recommande également d'assister aux spectacles nocturnes. Les artistes sont très compétents et enthousiastes. En dehors des spectacles nocturnes, il n'y a pas beaucoup de vie nocturne à l'hôtel. Je vous suggère d'aller en ville ou de choisir un autre hôtel si c'est ce que vous recherchez. Nous recherchions des vacances agréables et relaxantes avec du beau temps, une excellente plage pour se baigner et de la bonne nourriture. C'est exactement ce que cet hôtel a à offrir.

Excellent Choice The hotel and grounds are very large with a variety of different buildings. The staff was excellent and extremely friendly. The food was very good, especially on their Mexican night. The beach was amazing and we did not have to get up earlier then normal to get a hut on the beach or an umbrella at the pool. The pool at building 5 is an adult pool that is quiet and free of kids. The only thing missing from this resort was a swim up bar in one of their many pools and a fridge in the hotel room. I would highly recommend doing the Rhythm of the Night excursion. The food is great, the show is even better and the Catamaran at sunset was a lot of fun. I would also recommend watching the nightly entertainment shows. The performers are very skilled and enthusiastic. Other then the nightly shows, there is not much of a night life at the hotel. I would suggests going into the city, or picking a different hotel if that is what you are looking for. We were looking for a nice relaxing vacation with good weather, an excellent beach for swimming and good food. That is exactly what this hotel has to offer.

Nous avons apprécié ce complexe. La nourriture des buffets était moyenne et pourrait être améliorée dans une certaine mesure, mais correcte dans l'ensemble. Le personnel du bar était pour la plupart sympathique et attentif. En ce qui concerne les restaurants à la carte, les restaurants Picolo, Rodizio et Jap étaient bons, le Picolo étant le meilleur. Le restaurant mexicain était horrible. Le terrain était propre et bien entretenu et les divertissements étaient très bons. Les chambres sont très s [... lire plus]tandard et ont besoin d'être rénovées. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons été satisfaits et nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise dans ce complexe. Nous le recommanderons à notre famille et à nos amis et n'hésiterons pas à y retourner un jour.

Nice Large Resort We enjoyed this Resort. The food at the Buffets was average and could be improved to some extent, but okay overall. The bar staff for the most part were friendly and attentive. As far as the a la cart's, the Picolo, Rodizio and Jap restaurants we good with the Picolo being the best. The Mexican restaurant was horrible. The grounds were clean and quite well looked after and the entertainment was very good. The rooms we very standard and definitely need some updating. Overall, we were satisfied and felt comfortable with the Resort. We would recommend the Resort to family and friends and would not hesitate to go back one day.

Dans l'ensemble, c'est une excellente expérience, de bonnes options de restauration, des chambres modestes, très propres et un personnel excellent, nous avons rencontré beaucoup de clients qui reviennent. En raison de sa taille, chaque bloc avait accès à sa propre piscine et à ses propres options de restauration

Beautiful grounds Overall a great experience,good food options ,modest rooms ,very very clean and the staff were excellent we met lots of return guests.because of its size every block had access to their own pool area and food options.we found it to be a good resort for good value through trip central

Superbe station, très bon personnel

Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Le complexe est propre et confortable, et il y a beaucoup d'activités à faire, si vous êtes intéressé par ce genre de choses. La nourriture est bonne/moyenne mais très variée. La plage et les parties communes sont très belles, il y a beaucoup d'espace à la piscine réservée aux adultes. L'emplacement est excellent, à proximité de l'aéroport et à distance de marche de Bucerias. Je reviendrais ici !

Great resort, extremely good staff The staff are very friendly and helpful. The resort is clean and comfortable, lots of activities to participate in, if you're interested in that sort of thing. The food is good/average but lots of variety. The beach and common areas are quite beautiful, lots of room by the Adults Only pool. Location is great, close to the airport and easy walking distance into Bucerias. I would stay here again!

Un autre voyage merveilleux au Royal Decameron

C'était mon 6ème séjour au Royal Decameron. Un autre séjour au Paradis :-) Comme les centaines d'autres qui reviennent année après année, ce ne sera pas ma dernière visite. Le resort a un charme merveilleux. Le personnel est tout simplement extraordinaire. Si c'est possible, ils le feront pour vous. Ce sont des gens tellement merveilleux qu'ils deviennent comme une deuxième famille. Ils nettoient tout en permanence. Vous ne pouvez pas manquer de voir quelqu'un balayer, passer la serpillière, pe [... lire plus]indre, nettoyer. Ils ne cessent d'améliorer et d'enrichir le centre de villégiature. J'y retournerais sans hésiter et j'espère qu'à l'avenir, lorsque je prendrai ma retraite, je pourrai y aller pendant de longues périodes chaque hiver, et pas seulement pendant les 17 à 21 jours que j'ai l'habitude de passer.

Another Wonderful Trip to the Royal Decameron This was my 6th stay at the Royal Decameron. Another stay in Paradise :-) Like the hundreds of others that come back year after year, this will not be my last visit. The resort has a wonderful charm. The staff are simply amazing. If it can be done, they will do it for you. They are such wonderful people, they become like a second family. They constantly clean everything. You can't miss seeing someone sweeping, moping, painting, cleaning. They are constantly improving and adding to resort. I would go back in a heartbeat, and hope that in the future when I retire, I will be able to go down for extended periods each winter, not just my normal 17 to 21 days that I have been doing.

Je suis retourné au Decameron et je n'ai pas été déçu. L'emplacement est excellent, à quelques minutes de marche de Bucerias, du marché ou d'un endroit où manger, du bus pour PV. Le personnel est très serviable, la nourriture est bonne, l'endroit est très propre et bien entretenu. Faites une longue promenade sur la plage, il se passe toujours quelque chose. Observez les iguanes que l'on nourrit tous les jours. L'hôtel a beaucoup d'atouts.

Back again Returned to the Decameron and was not disappointed. Location is great, a safe walk into Bucerias, to the market or somewhere to eat, bus to PV. Staff are great helpful, food is good, place is very clean and well kept. Go for a long walk on the beach, always something going on. Watch the iguanas being fed every day. It has a lot going for it.

C'était notre 14e voyage au Royal Decameron Complex. Comme toujours, le personnel est aimable, la nourriture et les boissons sont bonnes, les divertissements sont excellents, le terrain est bien entretenu, les chambres sont propres et confortables. L'hôtel a besoin d'un peu de travail en ce qui concerne les réservations à la carte et le vin maison pourrait être amélioré. Nous reviendrons.

Great As Always! This was our 14th trip to the Royal Decameron Complex. As always, the staff are friendly; the food and beverage is good; the entertainment is excellent; the grounds are manicured; rooms are clean and comfortable. Needs a bit of work regarding a-la-carte reservations, and their house wine could be upgraded. We'll be back.

Séjour agréable dans cette station bien entretenue et gérée

Un complexe très propre de bout en bout. La nourriture était bonne, loin d'être spectaculaire mais assez variée. Le personnel et l'hébergement sont bons. La plage est assez bonne avec un bon nombre de palapas et un beau sable. La proximité de la ville de Bucerias permet de sortir de l'hôtel à pied, ce qui élargit l'expérience. Ma seule plainte concernait les piscines froides - elles étaient trop froides pour être appréciées. L'océan était plus chaud. Je comprends que les piscines soient chaudes  [... lire plus]en été, mais pourquoi ne pas utiliser le chauffage solaire en hiver ?

Pleasant stay at this well kept and managed resort A very clean resort through and through. Food was good, far from spectacular but a fair amount of variety. Good staff and accomodations. The beach is quite good with a fair amount of palapas and nice sand. The close proximity to the town of Bucerias means walking off resort widens your experience. My only complaint was the cold pools - they were too cold to enjoy. The ocean was warmer. I understand that the pools will be hot in the summer but why not use some solar heating in the winter?

Le centre de villégiature le plus confortable que nous ayons visité

Nous avons visité le Royal Decameron Complex 10 fois maintenant et nous y reviendrons encore souvent. Nous avons visité de nombreux centres de villégiature dans de nombreux endroits différents et nous les avons tous appréciés pour la plupart, mais le Decameron est sans aucun doute notre préféré. Merci à l'ensemble du personnel qui fait toute la différence.

Most comfortable feel resort we've been to Have visited the Royal Decameron Complex 10 times now and will be visiting many more. We have been to many different resorts in many different places and enjoyed them all for the most part, but the Decameron is definitely our favorite. Thank you to all the staff who are absolutely the biggest difference maker.

Grand centre de villégiature

C'est un excellent complexe hôtelier, nous y retournerions volontiers. Tout le personnel était sympathique, le terrain était très vivant, l'emplacement était pratique pour se rendre en ville. Des vélos de location peuvent être empruntés gratuitement. Les animations étaient excellentes (nous avions l'impression de participer à l'émission American's Got Talent). Les restaurants étaient excellents. La seule raison pour laquelle j'ai donné 4 étoiles est que les buffets étaient corrects.

Great resort This is a great resort, we would go back. All the staff were friendly, grounds were very vibrant, convenient location to town. Rental bikes for free to borrow. Entertainment was great (felt like we were on American's Got Talent). Restaurants were excellent. The only reason I gave 4 stars is b/c the buffets were okay.

Un grand moment !

Dans l'ensemble, un solide complexe 4 étoiles. La plage, le temps, la nourriture, les bars, la discothèque, les divertissements, les chambres, le tennis, la salle de sport, les piscines sont tous excellents. J'ai apprécié de me rendre dans les villes locales, d'acheter de l'argent mexicain et de boire de la bière mexicaine bien fraîche.

Great time! Overall a solid 4 star resort. Beach, weather, food, bars, disco, entertainment, room, tennis, gym, pools all great. Enjoy going to the local towns, buying Mexican silver and drinking cold Mexican beer.
