Voyage de retour - tout aussi bien que notre première visite

Nous étions très enthousiastes à l'idée de retourner au Melia après notre merveilleux séjour de l'année dernière. A notre arrivée, notre chambre était prête mais il y avait quelques problèmes. Nous sommes allés à la réception et tout a été résolu immédiatement en nous déplaçant dans une autre zone. La nourriture était aussi bonne que l'année dernière, voire meilleure. Le service dans le bar du hall était A1 et quelques serveurs étaient extraordinaires. Pedro était exceptionnel et je ne me souvie [... lire plus]ns plus des autres noms. Le bar de la piscine a manqué de bière un jour, ce que je n'ai pas compris. L'ensemble de la zone était superbe. Les jardiniers travaillaient très dur. L'équipe d'animation n'a pas fait grand-chose autour de la piscine. Peut-être étaient-ils à la plage. J'ai passé du temps à la piscine à cause du vent à la plage et du drapeau rouge qui était levé parce que les vagues étaient hautes. Je donnerais une note de 10 sur 10 à mes vacances et oui nous y retournerons.

Return trip- just as great as our first visit We were very excited to return to the Melia after our wonderful stay last year. On arrival our room was ready but it did have a few issues. Went to the front desk and everything was resolved immediately by moving us to another area. Food was just as good as last year or even i might say better. Service in the lobby bar was A1 and there were a few waiters who were amazing. Pedro was outstanding and the other names I can not remember. Pool bar ran out of beer one day which to me I did not understand. The whole area looked great. The gardeners were very hard at work. Not much going on with the animation team around the pool area. Maybe they were down by the beach. Spent the time at the pool due to the wind at the beach and there was a red flag up because waves were high. I would rate my holiday 10 out of 10 and yes we will be going back.

Merveilleux centre de villégiature !

Je n'ai jamais pris la peine de rédiger un commentaire, mais après de nombreuses visites à Cuba, je dois dire qu'il s'agit du meilleur complexe hôtelier dans lequel j'ai séjourné dans ce pays. Tout était à portée de main - la plage, la piscine, les restaurants, de sorte qu'il était facile de se rendre à pied partout en peu de temps. (Le personnel était amical, efficace et très réactif aux demandes. Les animations nocturnes étaient professionnelles et amusantes. L'hôtel est situé sur une île à au moins une heure de la petite ville la plus proche. Si vous voulez voir et découvrir le "vrai Cuba", vous devrez réserver un bus, une voiture, etc. La vie nocturne est également limitée. La vie nocturne est également limitée. Cependant, si vous recherchez des vacances qui consistent en une grande plage, une piscine et un séjour de détente, c'est l'endroit qu'il vous faut !

Wonderful Resort! I have never bothered to submit a review but after numerous visits to Cuba, I must say that this is the best resort I have stayed at in this country. Everything was close at hand - the beach, the pool, the restaurants so it was easy to walk to everything in a short period of time. (not too big and not too small) The staff was friendly, efficient and very responsive to requests. The nightly entertainment was professional and fun. The food consisted of lots of variety so there was something for everyone. Best food I've had in Cuba! The location is on an island at least one hour away from the closest little town so if you want to see and experience the "real Cuba" , you will have to book a bus, car etc. The nightlife is also limited. If, however, you are looking for a vacation that consists of a great beach, pool and is strictly R&R - this is the place for you!

Excellent centre de villégiature excellent personnel

Cet hôtel est juste de la bonne taille, pas trop grand, pas trop petit... La nourriture était la meilleure que j'ai mangée à Cuba....Le personnel était tout simplement fantastique... le service était excellent. Propreté et beauté des lieux. Le mariage de notre fille était merveilleux....

Le meilleur endroit jusqu'à présent

C'est la deuxième fois que je reviens. On ne peut pas en dire assez sur le personnel, du directeur aux gardiens du terrain. Le terrain était bien entretenu et la chambre était impeccable. Tous les petits problèmes que nous avons eus ont été pris en charge immédiatement. Je n'ai qu'une envie, c'est d'y retourner

Best place yet Second time back. Can't say enough about the staff from the manager down to the grounds keepers. The grounds were well maintained and the room was spotless Any little problems we had were taken care of immediately. Can't what to go back

Fantastic Resort

Ce fut l'une des meilleures propriétés de vacances tout compris à mon avis. Tout d'abord, les adultes seulement sont une bénédiction - vraiment. Deuxièmement, le choix et la variété des aliments étaient énormes et abondants, quel que soit l'endroit où j'ai mangé. Le terrain était méticuleux et des travaux de construction étaient en cours pour assurer des services supplémentaires aux clients. Enfin, et c'est le plus important, le personnel était compétent, chaleureux et amical - tout le monde par [... lire plus]lait plusieurs langues... Je recommanderais sans hésiter et je viens de le faire à mon frère qui prépare son voyage à Cuba !

This was one of the best all inclusive vacation properties in my opinion. First, adults only is a blessing-really. Second, the food selection and variety was tremendous and plentiful, no matter where I ate. The grounds were meticulous and some ongoing building to ensure additional services for guests. Last, but most important the staff were knowledgeable and so warm and friendly-everyone spoke several languages...I would definitely recommend and just did to my Brother who us planning his Cuba trip!

Beautiful Resort

L'ensemble du complexe était exceptionnellement bien entretenu et le personnel est très sympathique. Nous recommanderions et avons recommandé ce complexe à d'autres personnes car nous avons eu une excellente expérience. Il nous faut deux ans pour économiser pour des vacances et nous n'avons pas été déçus.

The entire resort was exceptionally well maintained and the staff are very nice. We would and have recommended this resort to others as we had a great experience. It takes us 2 years to save up for a vacation and we were not disappointed.

MELIA CAYO COCO

nous sommes revenus pour la deuxième fois, nous avons tellement aimé que nous avons emmené un autre couple qui, à son tour, a pensé que c'était un endroit formidable et qu'il reviendrait l'année prochaine. Bonne nourriture, amical, propre, ils ne peuvent pas en faire assez pour vous, il y a toujours quelque chose qui se passe. Les divertissements étaient agréables.

back for our second time, liked it so much , we took another couple , they in return thought it was a great place and would go again next year. Great food, friendly, clean, they can't do enough for you, always something going on. Entertainment was enjoyable.

Le meilleur complexe hôtelier de Cuba

Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié dans cet hôtel, c'est sa taille. Compact et pratique. Le complexe lui-même est, à notre avis, parfait. La nourriture est excellente, le personnel est aimable et efficace, nous aimons le lobby le soir avec la musique et l'ambiance charmante et notre chambre sur le lagon était magnifique. Tout est propre et bien entretenu partout. C'était notre troisième visite et nous reviendrons bientôt. Nous avons visité beaucoup d'endroits depuis 20 ans que nous venons à Cuba [... lire plus] et, en ce qui nous concerne, il n'y a pas d'autre endroit où nous voudrions être.

The Best Resort in Cuba The thing we liked best about this hotel was the size. Compact and cenient. The resort itself is, in our estimation, perfect. The food is wonderful, the staff are friendly and efficient, we love the lobby in the evenings with the music and the lovely ambiance and our room on the lagoon was beautiful. Everything clean and well kept everywhere. This was our third visit and we will be back again someday soon. We have visited a lot of places over 20 years coming to Cuba and, as far as we are concerned - there is no where else we wish to be.

Après plus de 10 ans de vacances à Cuba, nous avons enfin trouvé un hôtel qui est un vrai 5 étoiles ! notre chambre sur la laguna était grande, moderne et propre, la nourriture était abondante et excellente, le personnel était amical et professionnel, le service et l'emplacement excellents. Un hôtel Melia qui pourrait être un fleuron à Cuba.

The best in Cayo Coco After more than 10 years vacationning in Cuba, we finally found a hotel that is a real 5 stars ! our room on the laguna was big, modern and clean, food was plenty and excellent, the personnel was friendly and professional, great service and location. A Melia Hotel that could be a flagship in Cuba .

Ce resort était très propre, le personnel était très courtois. J'avais une chambre avec vue sur le lagon. C'était très relaxant de s'asseoir le soir. Le terrain était très bien entretenu. Les serveurs ne manquaient jamais pour vous demander si vous vouliez un verre. Les divertissements étaient excellents. Nous n'avions pas fait de voyage depuis longtemps et nous sommes très heureux d'avoir choisi Cuba et ce complexe.

Beautiful resort This resort was very clean, the staff were very courteous. Had a room with lagoon view. It was very relaxing to sit in the evening. The grounds were kept very nicely. Never a shortage of waiters asking if you would like a drink. The entertainment was great. Had not taken a trip in a long time and we are very happy to have chosen Cuba and this resort.

Melia Cayo Coco

Très bel hôtel. Les gens sont très sympathiques. La nourriture était excellente. Pas trop de chambres et proche de l'aéroport. J'ai adoré et je reviendrai certainement. L'organisation était parfaite. Un peu plus cher que d'habitude.

Very nice Hotel. People are very friendly. The food was amazing. Not too many rooms and near the airport. Love it will return for sure. The organization was perfect. A bit more expensive than usual though.

Fabuleux et magnifique !

Plage parfaite comme une carte postale. L'hôtel et les animations nocturnes ont dépassé mes attentes ! Le personnel était très serviable et amical. L'hôtel était très propre et je n'ai jamais eu à m'inquiéter de quoi que ce soit. C'est vraiment une maison loin de chez soi !

Fabulous and beautiful! Postcard perfect beach. Resort and nightly entertainment exceeded my expectations! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Resort was kept very clean and I never had to worry about anything. Truly a great home away from home!

Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Cet hôtel est un must si vous allez à Cuba. Les chambres de la lagune sont spectaculaires et si vous êtes à l'extrémité de la chambre comme nous l'étions, vous êtes au centre de tout. La plage ne ressemble à aucune autre, eau cristalline, sable blanc... et une longue plage où l'on peut marcher des kilomètres. La nourriture est toujours bonne... viande et poisson cuits comme vous les avez commandés. Le barbecue sur la plage est excellent, mais il faut être prêt à faire la queue pour commander son [... lire plus] poisson et sa viande le poisson et la viande. Le terrain est impeccable, il n'y a pas beaucoup de fleurs en février, mais il est toujours propre et dégagé régulièrement. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Nous ne sommes pas allés à la piscine car la plage est magnifique et moins fréquentée.

Amazing Resort This hotel is a must if you are going to Cuba. The lagoon rooms are spectacular and if you are at the very end one like we were you are in the center of it all. Beach is like no other, crystal clear water, white sand...and long beach to walk for miles. The food is always good...meat and fish cooked as you order it. BBQ grill on the beach is excellent, but you have to be prepared to wait in line as you order your fish and meat. The grounds are immaculate, not many flowers in February, but always kept clean and clear on a regular basis. Staff are so kind and helpful. We didn't go to the pool because the beach is so amazing, not as crowded.

Parfait, tout n'aurait pas pu être mieux

la nourriture était bonne le personnel était vraiment bon les chambres étaient bonnes mais nous avons eu une chambre fumeur et nous ne fumons pas mais ils l'ont pulvérisé et ont essayé de nettoyer l'odeur bon malade là-bas et le personnel médical s'est occupé de moi vraiment bien mais le point négatif était que nous ne pouvions pas utiliser notre carte de crédit ou aller à une banque pour retirer de l'argent pour payer et nous devions le faire avant de quitter la station

perfect every thing couldnt have been any better food was good staff was really good room were goo but we got a smoking room and we don't smoke but they did spray it and try to clean out the smell good sick down there and the medical staff looked after me really good but the down fall was we could not use are credit card or get to a bank to get any money out to pay and we had to before we left resort

4ème séjour au Melia Cayo Coco.

C'était mon quatrième séjour avec mon mari au Melia Cayo Coco. Nous aimons l'hôtel et prévoyons d'y retourner l'année prochaine. Le personnel est l'un des meilleurs atouts de l'hôtel et l'une des raisons pour lesquelles nous y retournons. Cette année, nous avons remarqué un certain nombre d'améliorations, notamment des améliorations structurelles, un bar santé, la nourriture était meilleure et plus de cabanas ont été ajoutées sur la plage. Le terrain est bien entretenu. Les fleurs sont magnifiqu [... lire plus]es et le complexe est propre. J'adore la plage. Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion d'utiliser les services d'eau cette année car le temps n'était pas aussi coopératif que les années précédentes.

4th stay @ Melia Cayo Coco. This was my 4th stay with my husband @ Melia Cayo Coco. We enjoy the resort and plan to return next year. The staff are one of the resorts best assets and one of the reasons we return.They are so friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. This year we noticed there were a number of improvements including structural improvements, a health bar, the food was better and more cabanas were added on the beach. The grounds are well taken care of. The flowers are beautiful and the resort is clean. I love the beach. Did not get a chance to use the water services this year as the weather was not as cooperative as previous years.

Caya Coco's Best

Le Melia Caya Coco Resort est le meilleur complexe hôtelier que nous ayons visité à Cuba. Il offre tout ce que l'on peut souhaiter pour échapper au froid. Le complexe est bien aménagé et tout est accessible à pied. Le terrain est impeccable, avec beaucoup d'arbres et de fleurs qui attirent toutes sortes d'oiseaux et de papillons. Les chambres sont à deux étages, grandes, propres et confortables. Certains complexes hôteliers sont réputés pour la mauvaise qualité de leur nourriture. Nous avons ét [... lire plus]é très satisfaits de la nourriture, la meilleure que nous ayons eue à Cuba. Nous n'avons pas à nous plaindre. Le Melia dispose d'une longue plage propre où vous pouvez continuer à marcher vers l'est jusqu'à des zones éloignées. Nous avons marché tous les matins le long de la plage pour voir les magnifiques levers de soleil. Obtenir une place sur la plage n'était pas un problème, que ce soit au soleil ou non. Il n'y a qu'une seule piscine, mais nous n'avons jamais eu de problème pour trouver des chaises. Une fois par semaine, il y a un spectacle aquatique très populaire. Après le dîner, il y a des animations au bar du hall, avec des numéros différents tous les soirs. Le trompettiste a fait l'unanimité. À 21h30, le spectacle commence dans le centre de divertissement. Les danseurs locaux ont toujours quelque chose de nouveau. L'hôtel dispose d'un centre sportif dont nous avons profité tous les jours. Il y en a pour tous les goûts : tir, tir à l'arc, tennis et de nombreux jeux. Ils proposent de nombreuses excursions en dehors de la station pour visiter les villes locales et découvrir la vie cubaine. La meilleure chose à propos du Melia, ce sont les gens. Ce sont les personnes les plus amicales que vous puissiez rencontrer. Leur principale préoccupation est votre bonheur. Bien sûr, nous avons eu quelques petits problèmes, mais rien qui puisse nous distraire de notre merveilleux séjour au Melia. C'est un complexe cinq étoiles qui répond à nos attentes les plus élevées. Nous sommes impatients d'y retourner.

The Melia Caya Coco Resort is the best resort we have been to in Cuba. It is everything you would want to get away from the cold weather. The resort is well laid out and everything is within close walking distance. The grounds are immaculate, with lots of trees and flowers attracting all kinds of birds and butterflies. The rooms are two stories, big, clean and comfortable. Some resorts are known for bad food. We were quite pleased with the food, the best we have had in Cuba. No complaints here. The Melia has a long clean beach where you can continue walking east to remote areas. We walked every morning along the beach to see the beautiful sunrises. Getting a spot on the beach was no problem, in or out of the sun. There is only one pool, but we never had a problem getting chairs. Once a week there is an very popular aqua show. After dinner there is entertainment in the lobby bar with different acts every night. The trumpet player was a hit with everyone. At 9:30 p.m. the show starts in the entertainment centre. The local dancers always have something new. They have a sports centre which we enjoyed every day. There is something for everyone, shooting, archery, tennis and lots of games to play. They offer lots of side trips outside the resort to see the local towns and experience Cuban life. The best thing about the Melia is the people. They are the most friendly people you will meet anywhere. Their main concern is your happiness. Of course, we had some small problems, but nothing that would distract from our wonderful stay at the Melia. It is a Five Star resort which lives up to our high expectations. We can't wait to go back again.

Magnifique Melia Cayo Coco

Nous revenons de 2 semaines au Melia Cayo Coco. C'était notre 6e visite. Le nouveau directeur général, Francisco Silva, est un homme avec une vision qui veut amener ce centre de villégiature au niveau de satisfaction international de 2015. Juan, le directeur de la restauration, travaille très fort pour y arriver. Les réceptionnistes, Midialys, Alexis, Ariel, Oscar et Yenny, ont été très professionnels et serviables. Nous avions une chambre non-fumeur et notre femme de chambre Dianelis l'a gardée [... lire plus] impeccable. Merci à Eidel Ramos et Gippsy d'avoir veillé à ce que nous ayons cette chambre. Les lits sont encore très durs, trop fermes à notre goût. Tous les soirs, nous avons apprécié le pianiste qui jouait dans le hall, principalement Elim et Orlando. . Le groupe Vocal Andares, composé de 4 ténors et accompagné d'un pianiste exceptionnel, était absolument fantastique, à l'égal d'IL Divo. tous les groupes qui se sont produits dans le hall ont été excellents, de même que les spectacles au théâtre. Au buffet, tout le personnel était très efficace, nous avons particulièrement apprécié Erdel et Jose Enrique. Le restaurant international est en cours de rénovation et rouvrira très bientôt. En tant que non-fumeurs, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la nouvelle politique anti-tabac de ce complexe, qui concerne la majeure partie du hall d'entrée ainsi que la terrasse extérieure du restaurant. Nous avons nagé dans l'océan la plupart du temps. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner. .

Beautiful Melia Cayo Coco We just came back from 2 weeks at Melia Cayo Coco. It was our 6th visit. The new general manager, Francisco Silva, is a man with a vision who wants to bring this resort to the 2015 international level of satisfaction. Juan, food and beverage manager works very hard to make it happen. Receptionists, Midialys, Alexis, Ariel, Oscar & Yenny were very professional and helpful. We had a non smoking room and our chambermaid Dianelis kept it spotless. Thank you Eidel Ramos and Gippsy for ensuring that we got that room.The beds are still very very hard, too firm for our liking. Every night we enjoyed the pianist playing in the lobby, mainly Elim and Orlando. . The group Vocal Andares, consisting of 4 tenors and accompanied by an exceptional pianist, was absolutely fantastic, in league with IL Divo. .All the bands performing in the lobby were excellent, as were the shows in the theater. In the buffet all the staff were very efficient, we especially enjoyed Erdel & Jose Enrique. The international restaurant is being renovated and will reopen very soon. Being none smokers, we really appreciate the new no smoking policy of this resort,which affect most of the lobby as well as the outside terrace of the restaurant. We swam in the ocean most of the time. We are looking forward to go back. .

Relaxant et excellent service

C'était exactement ce que je recherchais. Un complexe plus petit, donc pas de files d'attente, une atmosphère très relaxante, chaleureuse et accueillante, un grand choix de nourriture et une très bonne qualité. Nombreuses activités à la plage ou à la piscine si vous le souhaitez. Divertissement tous les soirs. La chambre était très bien, aucun problème, je pouvais voir la plage depuis mon balcon, proche de toutes les commodités. Le temps était chaud mais très venteux. Ce que je n'ai pas particul [... lire plus]ièrement aimé, c'est la plage, beaucoup d'algues flottant dans l'eau et sur la plage. Bien que la plage ait été nettoyée tous les matins, elle manquait encore de propreté.

Relaxing and excellent service It was just what I was looking for. A smaller resort so no line-ups, very relaxing, warm and welcoming atmosphere, great food selection and very good quality. Numerous activities at the beach or pool if you so choose. Entertainment every evening. Room was great, no problems, could see the beach from my balcony, close to all amenities. Weather was warm yet very windy. What I didn't particularly like was the beach, lots of algae floating in the water and onto the beach. Although the beach was cleaned every morning, it still lacked clean quality.
