Excellent centre de villégiature

Nous adorons ce complexe, nous trouvons que les terrains sont toujours bien entretenus, les chambres sont très propres, il y a une bonne variété de restaurants et de bars pour vous divertir, le service du personnel est également très bon, ils aiment vraiment prendre soin de vos besoins pour s'assurer que votre séjour est agréable, la plage est une autre histoire, c'est incroyable, je n'ai jamais été sur une meilleure plage et le personnel de la plage, 100% à eux, ils sont géniaux. Ma femme et mo [... lire plus]i adorons ce complexe, nous sommes allés à Memories 4 fois et nous y retournerons.

Excellent Resort We just love this resort, we find that the grounds are always well kept, the rooms are very clean, there is a good variety of restaurants and bars to entertain yourselves, the service from the staff is also very good they really love to take care of your needs to make sure your stay is enjoyable, the beach well that is a different story it is amazing, I have never been on a better beach and the beach staff well 100% to them , the are awesome. My wife and I just love this resort, we have now been to Memories 4 times and will return.

Mon meilleur voyage à ce jour

C'était un très beau complexe hôtelier, je recommanderais ce coin de paradis. Le terrain est gardé très propre et beau, tout le personnel était sympathique, les chambres étaient très belles et bien entretenues. Nous sommes allés à Cuba de nombreuses fois et ce séjour a été de loin le meilleur. Nous y reviendrons certainement.

My best trip yet This was a beautiful resort, I would recommend this piece of paradise. The grounds are kept very clean and beautiful all the staff were friendly, rooms were very nice and well kept. We have been to Cuba many many time and this was by far the best stay. We will return here for sure.

Grand centre de villégiature

Le parc de l'hôtel était magnifique. Nous avons eu une semaine de soleil. La plage s'étendait à l'infini, on pouvait marcher dans l'eau sur des mètres. Le sable était comme de la poudre sur la plage. Notre chambre était spacieuse et propre. Le personnel était très aimable et serviable. La nourriture était bonne, je suis resté avec des omelettes le matin et des pâtes le soir. Les boissons étaient très bonnes. Nous avons participé à l'excursion de baseball à Santa Clair et c'était le meilleur, nou [... lire plus]s avons passé un bon moment et le match était incroyable !

Great resort The hotel grounds were beautiful. We had a week of sun. The beach went on forever, you could walk out into the water for meters. Sand was like powder on the beach. Our room was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good, I stayed with omelettes in the morning and pasta at night. Drinks were very good. We went on the baseball tour into Santa Clair and it was the best, had a great time and the game was amazing!

Des vacances de rêve !

Les chambres sont confortables, la plage est à couper le souffle, le personnel est très aimable et gentil, le buffet est très varié, le terrain est très propre et agréable, j'ai envie d'y retourner dès demain !

Dream vacation! The rooms are comfortable,the beach is breathtaking,the staff are very friendly and kind,large selection of food at the buffet,the ground is very clean and nice.I just wanna go back like already tomorrow!!!

Les chambres étaient bonnes, la nourriture était correcte, le service était bon. La plage était propre. Très bonnes activités en dehors de l'hôtel. Les divertissements après les heures d'ouverture étaient ennuyeux, sauf si vous aimez les défilés de mode et les danses sans participation de la foule.

beautiful Rooms were good food was okay, service was good. The beach was clean. Great off resort activities. After hours entertainment was boring, unless you like fashion shows and dancing with no crowd involvement.

Une plage incroyable !

Le complexe est magnifique et propre, la plage est incroyable, sable blanc et cristallin. Le personnel est très accommodant, si vous parlez un peu d'espagnol, cela va loin, ils apprécient votre effort. La nourriture était vraiment bonne, on trouve toujours quelque chose à manger ! Le terrain était bien entretenu, avec de belles fleurs et très propre. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute !

Amazing beach!! The resort is beautiful and clean, the beach is amazing, white sand and crystal clear. The staff are very accomodating, if you speak a little Spanish, it goes a long way, they appreciate your effort. The food was really good,you can always find something to eat! The grounds were well maintained, beautiful flowers and very clean. We would definitely go back!

Le personnel était excellent, l'hôtel était propre et bien entretenu, les chambres étaient très spacieuses, un peu démodées mais très propres. Le personnel de cet hôtel a rendu la semaine excellente, très attentif à nos besoins. Pour Cuba, la nourriture était bonne

Grandes, bien réparties, belles piscines.

les parties communes sont agréables, les piscines sont grandes et nombreuses. la plage est agréable, mais le forfait diamant n'en vaut pas vraiment la peine. le directeur est merveilleux - en cas de problème, il est prêt à aider. nos préoccupations n'ont pas été laissées de côté.

Large, decent spread out, nice pools. the public areas were nice, the pools were large and numerous. beach area was nice although diamond package not really worth it. the manager is wonderful - if any problems he is willing to help. our concerns did not go un addressed.

Centre de villégiature Ok

L'hébergement était correct mais la nourriture n'était pas excellente. Trop de monde pour le choix proposé au buffet. Ils ont besoin d'un autre buffet pour la taille de ce complexe. Le complexe était propre et tout le monde travaillait très dur pour vous satisfaire. Nous avons voyagé avec nos enfants. Le groupe de divertissement fait beaucoup d'activités avec les enfants pour les faire participer.

Ok resort Accommodations were ok but the food wasn't great. Too many people for the selection offered in the buffet. They need another buffet for the size of this resort. The resort was clean and everyone worked really hard to accommodate you. We travelled with our kids. The entertainment group do lots of activities with the kids to get them involved.

Médiocre

Nous avons amené nos deux enfants adultes avec nous et nous avons dû changer de chambre la première nuit à cause des cafards dans une chambre et de la porte de la salle de bain dans l'autre chambre qui ne fermait pas. La nourriture était affreuse et la plupart du temps le service était épouvantable ! La réception était inutile. C'était notre premier et dernier séjour à Cuba. En raison de la période de l'année à laquelle nous sommes allés, le prix était trop élevé pour ce que nous avons reçu !

Mediocre We brought our 2 adult children along with us and we had to change rooms our first night due to cockroaches in one room and the bathroom door in the other room would not close. The food was awful and most of the time the service was terrible! The front desk was useless. It was our first and last time to Cuba. Due to the time of year we went the price was too high for what we received!

L'hôtel n'est pas un 5*. Nourriture répétitive, peu variée ! Service courtois. Plage à couper le souffle !!! J'ai trouvé le trajet en bus trop long. Je ne retournerais pas dans cet hôtel. Resort très grand, nous préférons les plus petits. Allez-y pour la plage !

Une plage magnifique

On ne peut nier que Cayo Santa Maria possède l'une des plus belles plages des Caraïbes, avec son sable blanc et son eau turquoise cristalline. J'y retournerais juste pour la plage et l'océan. Les chambres étaient en dessous de la norme, nous avons eu une infestation de fourmis. J'avais apporté de l'insecticide, ce qui a aidé. La femme de chambre a nettoyé la chambre tous les jours et a fait du bon travail. La nourriture était correcte, pas très variée, je pourrais me lasser de la nourriture aprè [... lire plus]s 2 semaines.

Amazing beach You can't argue that Cayo Santa Maria has one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean's, white sand, crystal clear turquoise water. I would go back just for the beach and ocean. The rooms were sub standard, we had an ant infestation. I had brought bug spray which helped. The maid did clean the room every day and did a good job. The food was okay, not much variety, I could see myself getting tired of the food after 2 weeks.

Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

J'ai visité ce complexe 3 fois jusqu'à présent. Au cours des dernières années, le choix de nourriture s'est beaucoup amélioré. Nous n'avons jamais eu faim. L'ajout d'un restaurant japonais à la carte a été une excellente idée. La nourriture y est incroyable. Les chambres sont très propres et bien entretenues. La plage est la meilleure que j'aie connue. Sable blanc très doux, océan cristallin. Le service de plage est excellent. Le personnel dans tous les domaines est très sympathique. Nemesio, le [... lire plus] directeur, a travaillé d'arrache-pied pour l'anniversaire surprise de ma mère et nous lui en sommes vraiment reconnaissants. J'ai hâte de retourner dans ce complexe cet automne.

Amazing resort! I've been to this resort 3 times so far. Over the few years the food selection has improved a lot. We never went hungry. Adding the Japanese a la carte was a great idea. The food there is amazing. The rooms are very clean and well kept. The beach is the best one I've been too. Super soft white sand, crystal clear ocean. The beach service is great. The staff in all areas are super friendly. Nemesio the manager worked manic for my mothers birthday surprise and we are truly greatful. I cannot wait to return to This resort again this fall.
