Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Aucune raison de se plaindre

Mon frère et moi sommes allés ici pour notre semaine de détente annuelle. C'est vraiment un endroit formidable, attentif à tous les détails. Même si c'était clairement la basse saison, l'endroit semblait suffisamment pourvu en personnel et fonctionnait avec son efficacité axée sur le client. Et nous nous sommes bien amusés. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Zero to Complain About My brother and I went here for our annual get-away week of relaxation. Truly a great place attentive to all details. Even though it was clearly the off season, the place seemed sufficiently staffed and hummed along with its customer-focused effectiveness. And we had a pile of fun. Would return without hesitation.

La peinture à l'extérieur de la porte dégage une forte odeur, j'ai eu une réaction allergique et j'ai dû changer de chambre La nourriture était excellente les gens étaient amicaux et serviables Les chambres étaient superbes avec une belle vue au deuxième étage Je reviendrai

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Incroyable pour les enfants !

J'ai beaucoup apprécié le fait que le complexe soit adapté aux enfants. J'ai trois enfants âgés de deux, trois et cinq ans. Ils se sont tous bien amusés et ne se sont jamais ennuyés. La garderie était disponible de 9h à 23h et le personnel était génial. Nous ne les avons laissés qu'une seule fois et ils ont vraiment apprécié. La pataugeoire et l'aire de jeux leur ont aussi beaucoup plu. Les buffets étaient géniaux et proposaient toujours une variété de plats jamaïcains traditionnels ainsi que de [... lire plus] la nourriture pour les enfants. J'ai vraiment passé un bon moment dans ce complexe.

Amazing for kids!! Really liked how child friendly the resort was. I have three ages two, three and five. They all he an amazing time and were never bored. Daycare was available from 9am to 11pm and the staff were awesome. We only left them once and thy really enjoyed it there. The splash pad and playground were really good for them as well. The buffets were awesome and always had a variety of traditional Jamaican food as well as food for the kids. Really had a great time at the resort.

Sandals Dunn's River: Paradis tropical

Tout est absolument magnifique dans ce centre de villégiature et vous êtes toujours bien pris en charge. Le personnel s'assure toujours que vous avez tout ce dont vous avez besoin et vous apporte toujours des boissons. Il y a une serviette froide et un pschitt à l'eau de rose dans l'après-midi. L'équipe d'animation rend les journées si agréables et Jason (le maire) est vraiment talentueux. C'était ma deuxième fois au Jewel et ce ne sera pas la dernière.

Tropical Paradise Everything is absolutely stunning at this resort and you are always well taken care of. All staff always makes sure that you have everything you need and always getting drinks for you. There is a cold towel and rose water spritz in the afternoons. The entertainment crew makes the days so enjoyable and Jason (The Mayor) is truly talented. This was my 2nd time at the Jewel and will not be my last.

Riu Ocho Rios: nous avons vu mieux

C'est la troisième fois que nous séjournons dans un Riu Resort, mais ce n'était PAS le meilleur, dès le début il n'y avait personne pour accueillir notre groupe de 12 à 22 heures, nous avons dû chercher le restaurant nous-mêmes, la chambre était malodorante et nous avons dû la changer le lendemain matin, les draps et les serviettes ne sentaient pas frais, la nourriture tout au long de la semaine se répétait tous les jours. Le divertissement était le pire, le personnel n'était pas joyeux et invit [... lire plus]ant. Je cherchais des informations pour le mariage à destination de ma fille l'année prochaine et tout ce que j'ai eu, c'est une brochure et le site en ligne de Riu pour obtenir des informations.... nous avons séjourné au Riu Bambu et au Riu Palace Bavaro à Punta Cana. nous avons payé moins cher pour un service bien meilleur que celui-ci. nous avons séjourné dans les bâtiments 1 et 2, le restaurant le plus proche était ouvert à proximité du bâtiment 3, nous avons donc dû marcher longtemps pour obtenir une collation pendant la matinée. J'ai abordé tous les problèmes avec le directeur et je n'ai pas eu l'impression qu'il s'en souciait. Comme il n'y avait pas assez de clients dans le resort pour ouvrir un autre restaurant. J'ai suggéré d'ouvrir seulement un frigo avec quelques sandwichs et des fruits, c'est tout. a part la plage magnifique, tout le reste n'était pas à la hauteur de mes espérances. Je donnerais une expérience de 2 étoiles, je n'y retournerai pas.

we have seen better This our third time staying at a Riu Resort but was NOT the best, from the start there was no one to welcome our group of 12 at 10 pm, we had to look for the restaurant ourselves, room was smelly we had to change the next morning, sheets and towels didn't smell fresh, Food all through the week was repeated every single day. Entertainment was the worst, Staff were not happy and inviting. I was looking for information for my daughter's destination wedding next year and all I got was a brochure and online Riu site to get information.. we have stayed at Riu Bambu and Riu Palace Bavaro in Punta Cana.. we paid less for much more better service than this one. we stayed in building 1 and 2 the closest restaurant was open close to building 3 so we had to walk a long way to get a snack during the morning.. I addressed all the issues with the manger and didn't get the feel that he cares. As there was not enough guests in the resort to open another restaurant. I suggested only opening one fridge with some sandwiches and fruits that's all. other than the amazing beach, everything else was not as I was expecting. I would give it a 2 stars experience, will not go there again..

Catalonia Montego Bay: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire.

Tout était excellent sauf le service qui devrait être plus prom et prendre des mesures immédiates pour rendre le client heureux et non le faire venir dix fois pour se plaindre à la réception.

Amazing resort. Everything was excellent except service should be more prom and take action right away and make the guest happy not make the guest come ten time and complain to the front desk.it should be taken care right away.

Sandals Negril: Superbe plage !

Le Sandals Negril a des terrains et des jardins magnifiques, un personnel charmant et amical ! Belle plage, bonne plongée avec masque et tuba sur les récifs. Nous avons trouvé qu'il y avait trop de photographes qui essayaient toujours de nous vendre des photos et qui envahissaient notre vie privée. La nourriture était excellente dans certains restaurants, mais pas dans tous.

Great beach! Sandals Negril had amazing grounds and gardens, lovely and friendly staff! Nice beach, great offshore snorkelling on reefs. We thought there were too many photographers always trying to sell us pictures and invading our privacy. Food was great at some restaurants but not all.

Sandals Dunn's River: Une station extraordinaire !

C'était la deuxième fois que je séjournais au Jewels Dunn River Resort à Ochi et, une fois de plus, cet endroit a dépassé mes attentes. Il s'agit d'un petit complexe réservé aux adultes. Le personnel est incroyablement professionnel et amical et fait tout son possible pour s'assurer que vous allez bien et que vous passez un bon moment. La plage et la piscine sont magnifiques et bien entretenues. Un café et un bar à smoothies ont récemment été ajoutés, ce qui est formidable. Il y a une pizzeri [... lire plus]a et un restaurant jerk ouvert 24 heures sur 24. Le buffet est très savoureux. On y trouve de la nourriture jamaïcaine mélangée à de la nourriture américaine. Les chambres sont extrêmement propres. Le personnel d'animation est formidable. Il y a un dîner sur la plage et un dîner sous les étoiles dunner. Absolument incroyable. Encore une fois, cet endroit dépasse mes standards qui sont assez élevés. Je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner encore et encore.

Amazing resort!! This was the second time at the Jewels Dunn River resort in Ochi and again this place superseded my expectations. It is a small, adults only resort. The staff are incredibly professional and friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are alright and having a great time. The beach and pool are beautiful and well maintained. They recently added a Cafe and smoothie bar which was amazing. There is a pizza place and 24 hour Jerk restaurant. The buffet food was very tasty. You get some Jamaican food mixed with some American. The rooms are extremely clean. Entertainment staff are awesome. There is a beach dinner and dining under the stars dunner. Absolutely amazing. Again this place over exceeds my standards which a pretty high. Would definitely go back over and over.

Sandals Dunn's River: Fantastic Resort

L'hôtel était d'une taille parfaite. Pas trop grand, le personnel était extrêmement sympathique. Excellentes piscines très propres. Très bonne nourriture. Les divertissements étaient excellents. Nous reviendrons certainement. Superbe séjour en Jamaïque au Jewels dunns river resort

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton

Dans l'ensemble, tout s'est bien passé. Notre vol a décollé un peu tard de l'aéroport de Montréal et nous avons dû attendre dans la navette pendant plus d'une heure à l'atterrissage à Montego Bay. Nous avons ensuite dû attendre encore une heure et demie à l'enregistrement, une fois arrivés au complexe. Nous sommes finalement arrivés à notre chambre vers 12h30 le dimanche matin, heure locale. Le moins que l'on puisse dire, c'est que nous avions terminé notre journée et notre nuit. Le lendema [... lire plus]in matin, bien que nous soyons au deuxième étage, nous avons eu un petit visiteur non invité dans la chambre, qui a fait une apparition spectaculaire en atterrissant sur la tête de ma femme. Ma femme a ouvert les rideaux et un lézard s'est posé sur sa tête. Inutile de dire qu'elle a été effrayée et qu'à son tour, elle a effrayé le reste d'entre nous. J'ai réussi à capturer la petite bestiole en l'enfermant dans un verre. (voir la photo ci-jointe). En y repensant, c'était plutôt drôle. La chambre était spacieuse et disposait de tous les équipements essentiels, mais il manquait la télécommande de la télévision. J'en avais demandé une le matin même et encore une fois l'après-midi suivant, mais on ne me l'a jamais fournie, donc pas de télévision pendant toute la durée des vacances. L'autre reproche que je faisais à la chambre concernait le canapé-lit pour les enfants, qui était extrêmement ferme (vraiment dur, sans aucune souplesse)Â à tel point que notre fille cadette a dû dormir avec ma femme et moi. La plage était magnifique, l'eau était claire et calme toute la semaine. La piscine était accueillante et rafraîchissante. La nourriture était excellente et très variée. Nous avons réussi à passer un bon moment malgré les problèmes liés à la chambre. Je ne retournerais probablement pas dans ce complexe en particulier, mais il est plus que probable que je retournerai en Jamaïque à un moment ou à un autre.

Overall it was OK.  It started off somewhat slow, with our flight taking off a little late from the Montreal Airport, and then having to wait on the shuttle bus for over an hour once landing in Montego Bay.  We then had another hour and half wait at check-in once arriving at the resort.  We finally made it to our room at approximately 12:30 Sunday morning local time.  To say the least, we were done for the day and the night. The next morning, despite being on the second floor, we had a little uninvited visitor in the room, that made a dramatic appearance by landing on my wife's head.  My wife drew open the curtains only to have a lizard land on her head.  Needless to say she was startled and in turn she startled the rest of us.  I did manage to capture the little bugger by trapping it in a glass.  (see attached photo)  Thinking back it was pretty funny. The room was spacious and had all the essential amenities, one thing missing was the remote control for the television.  I had requested one that morning and once again the following afternoon, but was never supplied one, so therefore no TV for the duration of the vacation.  The other room complaint was the pull out sofa bed for the kids, it was extremely firm (actually hard, no give whatsoever) to point where our younger daughter had to sleep with my wife and I. The beach was beautiful, the water was clear and calm all week long.  The pool was inviting and refreshing.  The food was excellent with plenty of variety. We did managed to have a good time despite the issues with the room.  I probably would not go back to this particular resort, but more than likely will go back to Jamaica at some point.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: N'a pas répondu à mes attentes

C'était la deuxième fois que je visitais la Jamaïque et que je séjournais dans ce complexe. La première fois, j'ai séjourné en 2014 pour 3 nuits/4 jours et j'ai eu un temps incroyable. La nourriture/boissons, les services et tout était incroyable à l'époque. Je suis peut-être retourné en Jamaïque et j'ai séjourné au Grand Bahia la semaine dernière (du 6 au 11 septembre) avec les mêmes attentes, voire plus, mais cette fois, j'ai été déçu. Le canapé de la chambre avait une odeur très bizarre. Nous [... lire plus] avons demandé à plusieurs reprises de l'air frais ou un rafraîchisseur d'air, mais nous n'en avons jamais eu pendant les 5 jours que nous avons passés là-bas. La nourriture n'était pas aussi savoureuse qu'avant. La plage est belle et propre et l'hôtel est immense et beau. On s'ennuie le soir car il n'y a pas beaucoup de vie nocturne. J'ai trouvé beaucoup de gens assis et sur leur téléphone, essayant de passer le temps. Le personnel du Bahia privilege club insiste tellement pour que vous veniez à leurs réunions que cela en devient ennuyeux. Dans l'ensemble, je dirais que si vous voulez quelque chose avec plus de plaisir et d'activités et un hôtel plus petit où vous n'avez pas à marcher 5 minutes ou plus pour aller à la plage, alors ce n'est peut-être pas l'endroit pour vous.

Failed my expectation This was the 2nd time i visited Jamaica and stayed at the resort. The first time i stayed in 2014 for 3 nights/4days and i had an amazing time. Food/drinks, services and everything was amazing at the time. Maybe i went back to Jamaica and stayed at Grand Bahia last week ( Sept 6 to 11th) with the same expectations or higher but this time I was disappointed. The sofa in the room had a very weird smell. We asked numerous times for a febreze or air freshner but Never got any for the 5 days we were there. The food wasn't tasty like before. The beach is nice and clean and the hotel is huge and beautiful. It gets boring at night because there isn't much night life. I found alot of people just sitting and on their phones..trying to pass the time. The bahia privilege club staff are so pushy for you to come to their meetings.. it can get annoying. Overall i would say if u want something with more fun and activities and a smaller size hotel where you don't have to walk 5mins or so to the beach then this may not be the place for you.

Belle station. Le terrain est bien entretenu. Grande piscine. La chambre était superbe et offrait une vue magnifique sur l'océan. Le personnel était attentif et très amical. Kevon à la piscine était divertissant et Jason au bar avait toujours un sourire. Nous avons séjourné dans la section réservée aux adultes et cela valait vraiment la peine de payer le supplément.

Great resort Beautiful resort. Grounds are maintained. Large pool area. Room was amazing and had a wonderful ocean view. Staff was at attentative and so friendly. Kevon at the pool was entertaining and Jason at the bar always had a smilie, Beach was nice but very shallow. Stayed in the adult only and definitely worth the extra.

le bus qui nous a pris en charge était tout simplement vieux... A l'arrivée, un seul de nos noms était inscrit, ce qui n'était pas bon... La nourriture n'était pas bonne... Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps dans la salle de repos... ....Toleit....Encore une fois, ils ont fait une grosse erreur en nous faisant partir une semaine plus tôt... Nous avions de la musique Hip Hop à la salle de danse... Not so great .The bus that picked us up was just old...Arriving only one of our names was listed not Good...The food not a good word ...spent lots of time in the rest room....Toleit....Again they made a big mistake had us to check out a week earlier...We had Hip Hop music at the dance place This was Jamaica no real island food or music ....over all the room and our maid was only good thing of trip...Yvette

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Un lieu de villégiature fantastique !

Nous sommes partis avec un autre couple et avons passé l'une des meilleures vacances de notre vie. La nourriture était bonne, les gens étaient géniaux. C'est un endroit idéal pour passer des vacances en famille ou en couple, avec de nombreux divertissements et prix quotidiens. Les spectacles nocturnes étaient géniaux, mais après le spectacle, la station était un peu morte - c'est la seule plainte. Enfin, les chambres de la station balnéaire sont médiocres, mais les suites et les grand [... lire plus]es chambres sont superbes. Surtout si vous venez avec des enfants, cela vaut la peine de les surclasser. Inutile de dire que j'ai voyagé dans toutes les Caraïbes et que les Bahamas ont toujours été mes préférées jusqu'à présent. Le personnel et l'équipe vedette se sont surpassés et ont rendu ce complexe exceptionnel !

Fantastic Resort! The STAFF IS A+.. we went with another couple and had one of the best vacations of our life's. The food was good, the people were awesome. Great place to vacay as a family or as a couple with lots of daily entertainment and prizes. The nightly shows were awesome but after the show the resort was kind of dead- only complaint. Lastly, the rooms in the beach resort are mehhh.. but suites and grand rooms looked amazing. Especially if your bringing young ones, worth the upgrade. Needless to say, I have traveled all over the carribean and bahamas has always been my favorite until now. The staff and star team out did them self and made this resort exceptional!

Mon mari et moi avons passé un excellent moment. Le personnel était tellement heureux et amical. Ils font un très bon travail pour s'assurer que tout le monde est heureux aussi. Le complexe est magnifique. La nourriture et l'entretien ménager étaient également excellents. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute !

Awesome Resort!! My husband and I had an awesome time. The staff were so happy and friendly. They do a very good job in making sure everyone else is happy as well. The resort is beautiful. The food and housekeeping were also great. Will defenitely go back again!!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Grande plage

Le complexe est plus ancien mais très bien entretenu. La piscine serpente à travers le complexe, ce qui permet d'accéder facilement aux différentes zones. La grande plage est fantastique, peu profonde et très propre. La nourriture des buffets et des restaurants à la carte était excellente ! Le personnel des restaurants et des bars était formidable ! Le personnel de ménage était très agréable mais n'offrait pas un service homogène - un jour un tapis de bain et des serviettes de toilette, le lende [... lire plus]main rien. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Great Beach The resort is older but is very well kept. The pool winds through the resort which allows you to easily access different areas. The larger beach was fantastic - shallow and very clean. The food at both the buffets and a la carte restaurants was great! The staff at the restaurants and bars were amazing! Housekeeping staff were very pleasant but provided inconsistent service - one day bath mat and face towels, next day nothing. Overall this was a great stay for us.

JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar: On ne peut pas faire mieux

Cet endroit est absolument le meilleur dans tous les domaines. Vous n'avez jamais eu à demander quoi que ce soit, ils ont tout ce qu'il faut à l'iberostar. Le terrain et les logements sont immaculés, j'ai hâte d'y retourner

Couldn't be better This place is absolutely the best at everything. You never had to ask for anything they have it together at iberostar. Will not disappoint!!!Grounds and accomadations are immaculate .Can not wait to go back

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Grand centre de villégiature

Tout dans ce centre de villégiature était extraordinaire. Le service d'étage, les chambres, le choix des plats, tout. Je recommande de faire la croisière en catamaran pour une journée. La seule déception pour moi a été les plages qui étaient remplies de rochers et d'algues. On m'avait prévenue, car c'est à Negril que se trouvent les plus belles plages, et c'est ce que j'ai pu voir lors de la croisière en catamaran ! En Jamaïque, tout est décontracté. L'hôtel est grand et dispose de tout ce dont  [... lire plus]vous avez besoin. Service extraordinaire !

Great Resort Everything about this resort was amazing. The room service, the rooms, the food selection, everything. I recommend going on the catamaran cruise for a day. The only disappointment for me was the beaches as they were filled with rocks and seaweed. I was warned about this as Negril is where the nicest beach is, which is what I got to see on the catamaran cruise! Everything in Jamaica is relaxed. This hotel is large with everything you'll need to have. Amazing service!

Grand Decameron Montego Beach: Excellent rapport qualité-prix - Vue fantastique

C'est la 7ème fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel. Nous revenons toujours parce que le personnel est formidable, la nourriture est bonne, les chambres sont propres, la plage est belle et il y a de bonnes possibilités de plongée avec masque et tuba. L'hôtel est très décontracté, ce qui vous permet de vous détendre et de profiter de vos vacances. Habillez-vous si vous le souhaitez, mais ce n'est pas nécessaire. Si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit, il vous suffit de le demander. Presqu [... lire plus]e toutes les chambres donnent sur la mer et la vue est magnifique. Il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel 5 étoiles, ne vous attendez donc pas à un service 5 étoiles. Nous reviendrons bientôt.

Great value - Fantastic view This is the 7th time we have stayed at this hotel. We keep coming back because the staff are amazing, the food is good, the rooms are clean, the beach is beautiful and has good snorkeling. It is very casual so you can really relax and enjoy your vacation. Dress up if you want, but it is not necessary. If you need anything, all you have to do is ask. Almost all the rooms face the sea and the view is amazing. This is not a 5 star hotel so don't expect 5 star service. We will be back again soon.
