Les chambres étaient vétustes, en particulier les salles de bains. Le terrain n'était pas bien entretenu. Par exemple, la vaisselle et les verres sales étaient laissés sur la terrasse de la piscine pendant des jours et le personnel passait devant plusieurs fois par jour sans les nettoyer. Le personnel du bar et du terrain était impoli et se moquait des clients derrière leur dos après qu'ils aient quitté le bar. TRÈS PEU PROFESSIONNEL. De plus, les marches menant à la plage présentaient des fissu [... lire plus]res et des éclats importants qui rendaient la marche dangereuse. Le personnel ne semblait pas vouloir faire des efforts pour les clients. Certains étaient impolis et la plupart semblaient ennuyés lorsqu'on leur demandait quelque chose. Les divertissements étaient ringards et semblaient avoir été organisés sans grand effort. La pire partie de tout cela était la nourriture. Il était extrêmement difficile de trouver des fruits frais. La plupart du temps, nous trouvions des fruits en conserve tels que des ananas et des pêches, et c'est tout. Ce qui est inacceptable pour la somme que nous avons payée pour séjourner dans ce complexe. Les restaurants "gastronomiques" étaient Loin d'être gastronomiques. Deux des cinq restaurants gastronomiques étaient des buffets... Ce qui est de mauvais goût et va à l'encontre de l'intérêt de réserver. Sans parler du fait qu'il fallait 10 à 20 minutes pour obtenir un verre d'eau après l'avoir demandé. Il n'y avait PAS de room service, et nous nous sommes fait engueuler par le personnel et gêner devant de nombreuses personnes pour avoir essayé d'apporter de la nourriture dans notre chambre. Nous avons trouvé cela extrêmement absurde étant donné qu'il n'y avait pas de service d'étage. Nous aurions préféré rester chez nous. Extrêmement contrarié d'avoir gaspillé mon argent pour ce voyage. Je ne le recommanderais à personne et j'espère que la direction de l'hôtel tiendra compte de ces commentaires.

Not impressed The rooms were outdated, specifically the washrooms. The grounds were not well kept. For example; dirty dishes and glasses would be left on the pool deck for days with staff walking past it multiple times per day and not cleaning it. Bar and grounds staff were rude and would make fun of guests behind their backs after they left the bar. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Also there were significant cracks and chips in the steps to the beach which were dangerous to walk on. The staff did not seem to interested in going out of their way for guests. Some were rude and most seemed bothered when being asked for Something. Entertainment was cheesy and seemed thrown together without much effort. The worst part of it all was the food. Fresh fruit was extremely hard to come by. Most days, we found canned fruit such as pineapples and peaches, ant that was it. Which is unacceptable for the amount of money we paid to be at the resort. The "fine dining" restaurants were FAR from fine dining. Two of the 5 fine dining restaurants were buffets... Which is tacky and defeats the purpose of having to book a reservation. Not to mention that it took about 10-20 minutes to get a glass of water after having asked for it. There was NO room service, and we got yelled at by staff and embarrassed in front of many people for trying to bring food to our room. We found this extremely absurd considering they did not offer room service. Would have rather stayed home. Extremely upset that I wasted my money on this trip. Would absolutely not reccommend to anyone, and I hope that the resort management takes these comments into serious consideration.

le terrain était assez propre. La piscine a besoin d'être nettoyée. La nourriture n'était pas très bonne et le restaurant était horrible. Les chambres étaient correctes. Il y avait un manque de serviettes. La pression de l'eau était mauvaise. Le personnel n'était pas très accueillant Il y avait une pénurie de nourriture lors de l'excursion d'une journée à Dunns River. Dans l'ensemble, nous n'y retournerions pas. Pas même des fruits de Buffett. Les gens ont été arrêtés à la porte et on leur a dit de remettre la nourriture à sa place. Affreux Pas de divertissement ou d'activités les jours de pluie. Resort needs TLC the grounds were fairly clean. The pool need to be cleaned badly. The food was not very good and the fine dining was awful. The room were fair There was a shortage of towels. Water pressure was poor. Staff was not very hospitable There was a shortage of food on the day trip to Dunns river. Overall, we would NOT go back. NOT VERY would NOT WANT TO GO TO ANOTHER RIU. this is the second Bad experience with Riu Two years in a row. HAPPY!!! No room service and there we were not allowed to bring food to the rooms. Not even some fruit from Buffett. People were stopped at the door and told to put the food back. Awful No entertainment or activities on days that it rained. They need a back up plan for rainy days Entertainment was not very good

A l'arrivée, nous avons été surclassés en "gold club", quelle connerie ! Nous n'avons rien reçu de ce qui était prévu et lorsque nous avons demandé un remboursement pour les jours restants, on nous a dit que nous ne pourrions le faire que si nous fournissions nos passeports. C'est peu probable !!! Le couple avec lequel nous avons voyagé a été remboursé et a reçu un bon d'achat pour le magasin du hall avec seulement son permis de conduire, alors que nous n'avons eu droit qu'à des tracasseries et  [... lire plus]des discussions, même après avoir présenté notre permis de conduire. Upgrade Fail Upon arrival we upgraded to "gold club" what a crock! Didn't receive anything we were supposed to and when we asked for a refund on remaining days we were told only if we provided our passports. Not likely!!! The couple we traveled with were given a refund and a voucher for the lobby store with just their drivers licence and we were given nothing but hassle and arguing even after presenting our driverse licence. The hotel manager offered nothing other then a sorry!! Full review will be on trip advisor

Riu Montego Bay: Station balnéaire

Excellente hospitalité de la part du personnel et de la gastronomie, chambre bien entretenue, vue excellente en particulier sur le front de mer, la sécurité était excellente et le personnel amical, la visite était excellente et n'oubliez pas de dire oui et pas de problème, aussi était-il très proche de l'aéroport !

Paradise resort Excellent hospitality from staff and fine dining , well kept room, view was excellent especially the ocean front security was excellent and friendly staff , the touring was excellent and remember to say yea man and no problem, also was very close to the airport !

Beaches Negril Resort and Spa: Ne reviendra pas

Le point positif est que les animations nocturnes étaient excellentes, ils ont fait beaucoup d'efforts et ont fait un très bon travail avec le spectacle de feu et le spectacle de Michael Jackson. La plage était agréable, l'océan était propre et l'eau chaude. La nourriture était bonne dans l'ensemble, bien que le temps d'attente pour obtenir votre repas au restaurant Venetian était très long. En conclusion, nous ne reviendrons pas car nous attendons plus d'un hôtel haut de gamme.

Won't be back The good part was the entertainment at night was great, they tried hard and did a very good job with the fire show and Michael Jackson show. The beach was nice, ocean was clean and water is warm. The food was good overall, although the wait time to get your meal at Venetian restaurant was a big long. The cons: -We had put in a request for a quiet room on second floor but we got 1st floor and next to a noisy road. -There were only a few restaurants that were air conditioned: Kimono, Venetian and Soy. For a high end hotel we expected the lobby and most restaurants to have air conditioning. -90 percent of the cabanas are for rental only, leaving a lot of people fighting for the tents at 6 a.m. We witnessed people arguing over who got to the tents first. It should be like Beaches Turks&Caicos where there are LOTS of little huts, not just a few reserved ones. -There were sand fleas that bit us once it gets cloudy or when the sun starts to set. In conclusion, we will not come back as we expect more from a high end hotel.

L'hôtel était vraiment bien et j'ai vraiment apprécié le service. J'ai adoré la plage et la piscine. Mes enfants ont vraiment apprécié la piscine. J'y retournerais à l'avenir. La nourriture était vraiment bonne. Mon repas préféré était le petit déjeuner. J'espère qu'à l'avenir ils auront plus d'articles pour les végétariens.

Amazing resort The hotel was really good and I really like the service.i would recommend to stay here. I loved the beach and the pool. My kids really enjoyed the pool. I would go there aging. The food was really good. My favourite meel was the breakfast. I hope in the future they have more items more vegetarian people.

La propriété et le terrain sont magnifiques et bien entretenus. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons adoré la nourriture, et il y avait tellement de restaurants avec une grande variété de choix de nourriture, ainsi qu'un service d'étage 24 heures sur 24. Nous sommes végétariens et nous avons trouvé beaucoup d'options, et les [... lire plus] restaurants sont toujours heureux de préparer quelque chose de spécial sur demande. La plage était magnifique et le personnel veillait constamment à ce qu'elle soit propre. Nous avons adoré l'équipe du Z Crew qui organisait constamment des activités amusantes telles que la danse et le volley-ball de plage. Nous avons vraiment apprécié les spectacles plus intimes au piano lounge, et le piano joué par Jermaine. La vie nocturne pourrait être un peu meilleure, nous aimerions qu'il y ait plus d'activités dans les bars. En résumé, l'endroit est absolument magnifique et très proche de la plage, mais c'est vraiment le personnel qui rend les choses géniales. J'ai adoré cet endroit et j'espère vraiment y retourner.

Great Family Vacation at the Hyatt Ziva My family and I had a fantastic time at the Hyatt Ziva in Jamaica. The service was great, and the staff went over and above to make our stay extra special. The property and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Overall, we loved the food, and there were so many restaurants with such a wide variety of food selection as well as 24 hour room service. We are vegetarian and found lots of options, plus the restaurants are always happy to make something special if requested. The beach was beautiful, and staff were constantly making sure that it was clean.We loved the Z Crew who were constantly running fun activities such as dance and beach volleyball. Really enjoyed the more intimate shows at the piano lounge, and piano playing by Jermaine. Nightlife could be a little better, would love if there were more activities at the bars. To sum it up, the place is absolutely beautiful and very close to the beach, but it is really the staff that make things awesome. Loved this place, and definitely hope to return.

À l'aéroport, nous avons pu patienter dans le salon exclusif du Hyatt pendant que nous attendions notre bus de ramassage, et nous avons reçu des boissons et des en-cas. Le lendemain, ils ont demandé à changer de chambre et ont été immédiatement transférés dans une autre chambre. Nous étions dans le bâtiment principal, qui est plus ancien, mais nous avons été très satisfaits de la propreté, de l'espace et du confort des chambres. La propriété et le terrain sont absolument magnifiques et bien entretenus. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons adoré la nourriture, et il y avait tellement de restaurants avec une grande variété de choix de nourriture, ainsi qu'un service d'étage 24 heures sur 24. Nous avons surtout fréquenté Choices, Barefoot Jerk, Di Roza et Fuzion, et nous avons vraiment apprécié tous les plats. Nous sommes végétariens et nous avons trouvé beaucoup d'options, et les restaurants sont toujours heureux de préparer quelque chose de spécial sur demande. La plage était magnifique et le personnel veillait constamment à ce qu'elle soit propre. Il aurait été bon que l'hôtel informe les clients des spectacles organisés au piano-bar, car nous avons eu la chance de tomber dessus par hasard. Cependant, nous avons fait en sorte d'y aller tous les soirs, car c'était sans aucun doute nos spectacles préférés à l'hôtel. Dans l'ensemble, nous aimerions remercier Chantell et Lenois du café Grindz, Chantell de la plage, Chantell de Fuzion, Anthony et Andre de la station d'œufs, Dyawne de Di Roza, Erroll du piano-bar, Hayne de Union Jackz, Omar du Z Crew, Jermaine le pianiste, ainsi que Nicholas et Ruel de la réception. Suggestions d'amélioration : - Informer les gens de la fermeture de certains restaurants, car nous avons reçu un tableau au début du voyage, mais il n'était pas exact. - Annoncer les spectacles du piano-bar et les faire durer un peu plus longtemps ou commencer plus tard car ils commençaient normalement à l'heure du dîner et finissaient tôt. - La vie nocturne pourrait être meilleure, et il pourrait être utile que le complexe planifie et annonce les différentes activités qui se déroulent à Union Jacks ou Potions. Cela permettrait d'attirer plus de monde. En résumé, l'endroit est absolument magnifique et très proche de la plage, mais c'est vraiment le personnel qui rend les choses formidables. Nous sommes allés dans d'autres stations en Jamaïque, à Cuba et en République dominicaine, mais en termes de service, celui-ci a été le meilleur. At the airport, we were able to wait at the Hyatt exclusive lounge while we waited for our pick up bus, and were given drinks and snacks. Check in was very quick. The first day, my parents were given a room on the second floor beside the elevators, which was quite loud. The next day, they asked for a room change and were moved to a different room right away. We were in the main building, which is an older building, but we were still quite happy with the clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. The property and grounds are absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Overall, we loved the food, and there were so many restaurants with such a wide variety of food selection as well as 24 hour room service. We mostly went to Choices, Barefoot Jerk, Di Roza, and Fuzion, and really enjoyed all of the food. We are vegetarian and found lots of options, plus the restaurants are always happy to make something special if requested. The beach was beautiful, and staff were constantly making sure that it was clean. They don't have long beach that you can walk for miles, but we were fine with the smaller beach are never ending ocean. We also loved the pool and the swim up bar. We loved the Z Crew who were constantly running fun activities such as dance and beach volleyball. Would love to shout out Omar! They had different entertainment in the evenings which we didn't really stay for, as we really enjoyed the more intimate shows at the piano lounge. Special mention to a fantastic pianist Jermaine, who we could not stop listening to. One night, Jermaine was joined by Della and Eddy and we loved listening to them. It would have been nice for the resort to make the guests aware of the shows at the piano bar, as we were lucky to have just come across it. However we made sure to go every night as they were definitely our favourite shows at the resort. Overall would like to shout out Chantell and Lenois from Grindz coffee, Chantell from the beach, Chantell from Fuzion, Anthony and Andre from the egg station, Dyawne from Di Roza, Erroll from the piano bar, Hayne from Union Jackz, Omar from the Z Crew, Jermaine the pianist, and Nicholas and Ruel from front desk. Suggestions for improvement: - Let people know when specific restaurants are closed, as we received a time table at the beginning of the trip, however, it was not accurate. - Announce the piano bar shows and have them run a little longer or start later as they normally started at dinner time and ended early. - Nightlife could be better, and it may help if the resort can plan and announce different things that are going on at Union Jacks or Potions. This would attract more people to attend. To sum it up, the place is absolutely beautiful and very close to the beach, but it is really the staff that make things awesome. We have been to other resorts in Jamaica, Cuba and Dominican Republic, but in terms of service, this has been the best. Loved this place, and definitely hope to return.

Grand Decameron Montego Beach: Beautiful Resort

Nous nous sommes bien amusés dans ce complexe et le personnel était très accueillant, la nourriture, les services de bar et la plage étaient géniaux. Les gens étaient très sympathiques chaque fois qu'un problème se posait et on s'en occupait rapidement. La vue était excellente, la plage était magnifique, le coucher de soleil était merveilleux et l'hôtel était toujours très propre. Je recommanderai à mes amis de visiter cet hôtel.

We had fun at this resort and the Staff was very hospitable and the Food , Bar Services and Beach was awesome. The people was very friendly whenever an issued arises and it was taken care promptly. The view was excellent and the Beach was beautiful and the sunset was marvelous and the Hotel was very clean at all times. I will recommend friend's to visit that Hotel.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille au Hyatt Ziva. Nous avons adoré la belle propriété, les terrains bien entretenus et la superbe vue sur l'océan. Nous avons apprécié la petite plage peu profonde. La plongée avec masque et tuba était excellente. Nos chambres se trouvaient dans le bâtiment principal, qui a un aspect très classique et traditionnel. Les chambres ont un aspect vieillot par rapport aux nouveaux bâtiments, mais elles sont spacieuses, propres et confortables, et il es [... lire plus]t agréable d'être proche de tout. Nous avions une vue magnifique sur l'océan et cela n'avait pas de prix. La nourriture était généralement très bonne et très variée. Nous sommes végétariens et nous avons toujours eu beaucoup d'options, et le personnel du restaurant était heureux de nous préparer quelque chose de spécial. Nous avons adoré le café Grindz ouvert 24 heures sur 24, le restaurant Di Roza et Fuzion, ainsi que le piano-bar. La pizza du restaurant italien mérite une mention spéciale. Il est dommage que le Di Roza ait été fermé à deux reprises sans préavis. Le buffet n'est pas très grand et n'est pas aussi varié que ce que nous avons vu dans d'autres hôtels, mais il y a une bonne quantité d'options végétariennes et de superbes fruits, légumes et jus de fruits frais. Les boissons sont de bonne qualité dans tous les bars et cafés. Nos enfants ont adoré le service en chambre 24 heures sur 24. Pour les divertissements en soirée, nous avons préféré les petits spectacles intimes au piano-bar. Nous sommes tombés par hasard sur les spectacles du piano-bar car ils n'étaient mentionnés nulle part. Plus que tout, le personnel et le service ont rendu ce voyage mémorable. Un grand merci aux trois Chantells - à Grindz, Fuzion et à la plage. Dyawane à Di Roza, Nicholas et Ruel à la réception, Anthony et Andre à Chosiez, Brittania au Ziva club et Jermaine le pianiste. Et tous les autres qui ont rendu notre voyage spécial. Enfin, c'était génial de ne pas avoir de bracelets.

Fantastic resort with great service We had an awesome family vacation at the Hyatt Ziva. We loved the beautiful property, well manicured grounds and great view of the ocean. We actually enjoyed the small and shallow beach area. Snorkelling was great. Our rooms were in the main building which has a very classic and traditional feel. The rooms are dated looking compared to the new buildings, however, they were spacious, clean and comfortable and it was great being close to everything. We had a great view of the ocean and it was priceless. Food was generally very good and there was a lot of variety. We are vegetarian and always had a lot of options, plus the restaurant staff were happy to make us something special. Loved the 24 hour coffee shop Grindz, Di Roza and Fuzion restaurant and piano bar. Pizza at the Italian restaurant is worth a special mention. It was a shame that Di Roza was closed on two occasions without prior notice. The buffet is not too large and didn't have as much variety as we have seen at other resorts but they had a fair amount of vegetarian options and amazing fresh fruits, vegetables and juices. Good quality drinks at all the bars and coffee shop. Our kids loved the 24 hour room service. For evening entertainment, we preferred the small intimate performances at the piano bar. We accidently came across the piano bar shows as it wasn't mentioned anywhere. More than anything else the staff and service made the trip memorable. Shout out to all three Chantells - at Grindz, Fuzion and the beach. Dyawane at Di Roza, Nicholas and Ruel at reception, Anthony and Andre at Chosiez, Brittania at Ziva club and Jermaine the piano player. And all the others that made our trip special. Last but not the least, it was great not having wrist bands.

Riu Negril: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Tout le monde était amical et serviable. Les chambres étaient belles et spacieuses. Les parties communes étaient toujours propres. Les restaurants étaient délicieux. Grand complexe mais tout était central. Je me sentais comme chez moi : ) Nous y retournerons l'année prochaine.

Amazing resort Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were beauiful and spaceous. The public areas were clean at all times. The restaurants we delicious. Large resort but everything felt central. Felt right at home : ) Going back next year.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Je recommande vivement l'Iberostar Montego Bay. C'est un excellent hôtel. Extrêmement propre. Chambres agréables. Le terrain est bien entretenu. L'architecture des parties communes est superbe. Le personnel est très aimable, serviable et arrangeant. La nourriture est EXTRAORDINAIRE ! Nos meilleures vacances à ce jour !

Exceptional Resort I highly recommend Iberostar Montego Bay. It's an excellent hotel. Extremely clean. Lovely rooms. The grounds are well maintained. Great architectural design in the common areas. Staff is very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Food is AMAZING! Our best vacation yet!

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Belle station !

Chambre et terrain magnifiques. A la carte délicieux, mais le buffet a besoin d'un peu plus de choix. La plage est magnifique. Les piscines sont agréables. Long trajet en voiture si vous voulez aller à Negril ou Montego Bay. Beaucoup de chambres sont climatisées.

Sandals Dunn's River: Pas tout à fait un bijou

Le terrain est magnifique. La chambre était propre, confortable et esthétique. Le balcon offrait une belle vue sur l'océan. La plage était petite et couverte d'algues. Lors de nos précédents séjours en Jamaïque, la plage était ratissée tous les matins pour la débarrasser des algues. À une extrémité de la plage, il y a une clôture en fil de fer barbelé où les habitants se tiennent debout et vous crient dessus pour vous demander des cigarettes toute la journée. Certains jours, quelqu'un nous dem [... lire plus]andait si nous voulions des boissons sur nos chaises de plage, d'autres jours il n'y avait personne qui travaillait. Il y avait des toilettes près de la plage, ce qui était une bonne chose en cas d'intoxication alimentaire. La nourriture était épouvantable. Je n'ai jamais rencontré un buffet ou une expérience alimentaire aussi médiocre dans aucun des complexes où j'ai voyagé. Les employés de l'hôtel n'avaient pas l'air heureux. Un serveur, Kevin, et un barman, Damion, étaient les exceptions, et ont fait un travail extraordinaire pour nous faire sentir les bienvenus. La piscine était rafraîchissante mais jonchée de débris d'arbres, etc. L'enregistrement et le départ se sont déroulés sans problème. Not quite a jewel The grounds were beautiful. The room was clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The balcony gave us a lovely ocean view. The beach was small and covered in seaweed. On previous trips to Jamaica, the beach was raked every morning to get rid of the seaweed. At one end of the beach there is a barbed wire fence where locals stand and yell at you for cigarettes all day. Some days we had someone ask if we wanted drinks at our beach chairs, other days there wasn't anone working. There was a restroom close to the beach, which was a good thing when dealing with food poisoning. The food was dreadful. I've never encountered such a poor buffet or food experience overall at any resort I've traveled to. The people working at the resort didn't seem happy. One server, Kevin, and one bartender, Damion, were the exceptions, and did an amazing job to make us feel welcome. The pool was refreshing but littered with debris from trees etc. Check in and out went smoothly. There are hotel photographers constantly taking your picture, in the hopes that you'll purchase them at the end of your trip ($11 US each).

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Grand centre de villégiature

Nous avons passé un bon moment au Grand Bahia PrÃncipe, le personnel, le service et la nourriture étaient très bons. La plage était incroyable ! La décoration de notre chambre pour notre anniversaire nous a fait sentir spéciaux. J'espère revenir bientôt.

Great Resort We had a good time at the Grand Bahia Príncipe , the staff ,service and food was very good. The beach was amazing! The decorated our room for our anniversary, made us feel special. I hope to return soon.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Des vacances extraordinaires !

Nous sommes arrivés vers midi. L'enregistrement a été rapide, le personnel était amical et serviable. Le complexe est très bien entretenu et le personnel se surpasse pour vous satisfaire. La nourriture était excellente, avec une variété de buffets et de restaurants à choisir. Nous y retournerons.

Amazing vacation! We arrived around noon. The check in was fast, the staff was friendly and helpful. The resort is very well kept, the staff will go above and beyond to please you. The food was great, with a variety of bufets and restaurants to shoose from. Will be going back.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Merveilleux centre de villégiature !

Le terrain est bien entretenu, la nourriture est abondante et très bonne, le personnel est très aimable et sympathique, les chambres sont propres, le complexe est très propre, les divertissements sont excellents, il y a beaucoup d'activités pendant la journée. Je ne recommanderais pas l'excursion au Luminous Lagoon, perte de temps et d'argent.

Wonderful resort! Well kept grounds, abundance of food and very very good, staff are very mannerly and friendly, clean rooms, very clean resort, entertainment was great, lots of activities during the day. Would not recommend Luminous Lagoon excursion, waste of time and money.

Secrets St James: Un excellent complexe hôtelier, mais pas un grand fan de la nourriture

Le complexe lui-même était agréable, pittoresque et très bien entretenu. J'ai beaucoup aimé le fait que l'on puisse utiliser les deux complexes - Secrets St James et Wild Orchid - et que l'on ne puisse jamais faire la différence entre les deux puisque l'on peut se promener librement entre les deux. Ils nous ont également donné accès au club préféré, ce qui, après y avoir été, est un must. Les activités étaient bonnes, il y avait suffisamment de choses à faire pour nous occuper ou pour traîner  [... lire plus]sur les différentes plages et dans les piscines pour que nous nous ennuyions suffisamment, que nous nous reposions et que nous soyons prêts à rentrer à la maison à la fin de la semaine. Le meilleur aspect de ces deux stations est sans aucun doute l'attention et la prévenance du personnel. Le personnel a vraiment fait tout ce qui était en son pouvoir pour s'assurer que vous passiez un bon moment et que l'on s'occupe bien de vous. Je pense à de nombreux cas où un membre du personnel a fait ce que j'appellerais un effort considérable pour vous aider. Le point négatif, c'est la nourriture. Je ne sais pas si mes attentes étaient démesurées, mais la qualité de la nourriture était loin d'être celle que j'aurais attendue d'un hôtel quatre diamants.

Great Resort Not a Fan of the Food The resort itself was nice, quaint, and very well maintained. I really liked how you could use both resorts - Secrets St James and Wild Orchid and actually you’re never able to differentiate between the two since you can walk freely between them. They also provided us with access to the preferred club, which now having been there I think is a must have. The activities were good, there was enough to do to keep ourselves well occupied or for that matter just hang out at the various beaches and pools enough so that we were sufficiently bored, rested and ready to come home at the end of the week. The best part of the 2 resorts has to be the care and thoughtfulness of the staff. It reflected well that the staff really went out of their way to constantly make sure that you are having a great time and are being well looked after. I can think of many instances where a staff member went what I would consider much out of their way to assist. The bad though was the food. Not sure if my expectations were out of line, but the food quality was nowhere near what I would have expected from a four diamond resort.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Sentiments mitigés

C'est un hôtel très désorganisé, et il nous a fallu plus de 2 heures pour arriver à notre chambre. Nous avons été renvoyés d'un endroit à l'autre du hall trois fois avant même que le processus d'enregistrement ne commence. Ensuite, on nous a envoyés à un autre comptoir pour obtenir la clé du coffre-fort. Bien sûr, on nous a ensuite envoyé dans une autre file d'attente vers le "caissier" qui nous a dit que nous n'avions pas besoin de faire un dépôt et nous a donné les instructions pour le coffre- [... lire plus]fort. La chambre avait un plafond métallique qui n'était pas fixé au mur dans les coins, ce qui nous a valu quelques insectes. Hormis les résidus de savon dans la cabine de douche, la chambre était assez propre. Le mini-frigo n'a été rempli de trois bières que lorsque nous avons laissé un pourboire important. Dans le cas contraire, le responsable du frigo le laissait complètement vide. La nourriture était bonne, il y avait beaucoup d'options et beaucoup d'entre elles étaient délicieuses. Le snack-bar est un buffet de restes de repas qui restent dans la chaleur pendant des heures. Nous avons essayé de commander le room service le premier soir, car nous sommes arrivés tard, et on nous a dit qu'il n'était pas disponible après 22 heures. Nous nous sommes couchés le ventre vide ce soir-là. Lorsque nous avons demandé à la réception le lendemain, la dame a appelé le service d'étage et leur a donné du fil à retordre, de sorte que nous avons obtenu le service d'étage les jours suivants. La plage a été aménagée par l'homme, il est très désagréable d'y marcher, il y a beaucoup d'algues et même de la boue au fond. Il est difficile de nager car elle fluctue, vous pouvez donc être à 10m et sentir les algues frôler votre jambe ou votre ventre. Certains serveurs ont été extraordinaires et nous avons passé un bon moment malgré tous ces problèmes. Nous avons été approchés par 80% du personnel qui essayait de nous vendre toutes sortes de médicaments. La plupart des améliorations décrites pour le Royal Golden n'ont pas été reçues, mais la vue était belle.

Mixed feelings It is a very disorganized hotel, and it took us well over 2 hours to get to our room. We were sent from one area of the lobby to the next three times before the check in process even started. Then we were sent to another counter to get the key for the safe. Of course after that we were sent to another line to the "cashier" who advised us that we did not need to make a deposit and handed us the instructions for the safe. The room had a metal ceiling which was not attached to the wall in the corners, and we got quite a few bugs as a result. Other than the years worth of soap scum in the shower stall, the room was kept pretty clean. The mini fridge was only stocked with three beers only when we left a significant tip. Otherwise the fridge guy left it completely empty. The food was good, there were lots of options and many of them were delicious. The snack bar is a buffet of lunch leftovers sitting in the heat for hours on end. We tried to order room service the first night as we arrived late and we were told it is not available after 10pm. We went to bed hungry that night. When we asked the front desk the next day the lady called room service and gave them a hard time, so we did get room service on subsequent days. The beach is man made, very icky to step on with a LOT of seaweed and even mud on the bottom. It is hard to swim because it fluctuates, so you may be 10m out and feel seaweed brushing your leg or belly. Some of the servers were amazing though, and we did have a good time in spite of all the issues. We were approached by 80% of the staff trying to sell us all kinds of drugs. Many of the describes upgrades for the royal golden were not received, but the view was nice.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Excellent centre de villégiature !

Le complexe est très bien entretenu et le personnel garde l'endroit très propre. La nourriture était assez bonne, pas excellente mais assez bonne. Le seul reproche que nous ayons à faire est que le personnel d'entretien doit se réapprovisionner en fournitures tous les deux jours. Nous ne devrions pas manquer de choses comme le papier hygiénique, les serviettes ou le shampoing Les serviettes ou le shampoing. Le personnel comme Naby, Red Stripe et Happy sont géniaux !

Great resort! The resort is very well kept the staff keep the place very clean. The food was pretty good not great but pretty good. The only complaint we had was the housekeeping needs to restock all supplies every other day. We should not run out of things like toilet paper? Towels or shampoo. Entertainment was great! staff like Naby, red stripe and Happy are awesome!
