Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Bon centre de villégiature

Toutes les parties de l'hôtel étaient propres. Le terrain était propre. Les chambres étaient propres, lorsque vous entrez dans votre chambre et que vous sentez l'odeur de l'eau de javel, vous savez que votre chambre est propre. La nourriture était bonne. Les restaurants étaient bons. La plage et la piscine étaient bien.

Good Resort All areas of Resort were clean. Grounds were clean. Room was clean, when you walk in your room and can smell bleach you know your room is clean. Food was good. Restaurants were good. Beach and Pool was good.

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Iberostar Paraiso Lindo

Honnêtement, cet hôtel a dépassé nos attentes à tous points de vue : J'ai beaucoup voyagé dans les Caraïbes et cet hôtel était de loin mon préféré. L'enregistrement s'est déroulé rapidement et sans encombre. Le terrain était impeccablement entretenu La plage était extrêmement bien entretenue et il n'y avait aucun problème pour trouver une place à n'importe quelle heure de la journée, ce qui est parfois le cas dans d'autres complexes hôteliers si vous n'avez pas trouvé votre place avant 6 heu [... lire plus]res du matin. La nourriture était très bonne et l'accès aux restaurants à la carte ne posait aucun problème... notre préféré était le restaurant français, mais le restaurant brésilien était également très bon dans l'hôtel voisin. Les divertissements nocturnes étaient incroyables et le premier soir de notre arrivée, il y avait un spectacle de type cirque de soleil avec des divertissements de très haut niveau tous les soirs dans l'énorme pavillon de divertissements. Les chambres étaient modernes, bien entretenues, impeccables, avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, y compris un sèche-cheveux et du shampoing, du savon, etc Honnêtement, le personnel était incroyable, respectueux mais amical. J'ai voyagé dans d'autres endroits où deux femmes voyageant ensemble (mère et fille) ne sont pas toujours traitées avec respect par certains membres du personnel. Le plus beau, c'est que chaque "bâtiment" avait son propre concierge situé dans le hall et que vous pouviez leur parler pour organiser des excursions, poser des questions d'ordre général et même faire votre check-out sur place au lieu de devoir faire la queue dans le hall. Raul et Jonathan étaient nos concierges et ils étaient si heureux et amicaux avec nous, nous demandant toujours si nous avions besoin de quelque chose ou s'ils pouvaient faire quelque chose pour nous. Les équipements de l'hôtel : par où commencer ? Piscine à vagues, nombreux sièges autour de la piscine, belle atmosphère, paons se promenant librement autour de la propriété, coatis se promenant librement tout autour. Le centre commercial situé juste à l'extérieur de l'hôtel était vraiment génial. On pouvait aller au restaurant "taco" ou au restaurant "pastrie and coffee" et manger gratuitement parce que cela faisait partie de la formule tout compris. C'était la première fois que ma fille de 23 ans passait des vacances de ce type et lorsque je lui ai demandé si le complexe correspondait à ses attentes, elle m'a répondu que c'était beaucoup plus ! Elle ne s'attendait pas à ce que ce soit aussi grandiose. Miranda : merci beaucoup pour vos conseils sur ce voyage....'a vraiment été plus que ce que nous aurions pu espérer...

Honestly, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every regard: I have travelled extensively throughout the Caribbean and this was by far my favourite hotel. Check in was seamless and quick. The grounds were impeccably maintained The beach was extremely well maintained with no problem whatsoever getting a lounge at any time of the day...this is sometimes a problem in other resorts if you don't stake out your spot by 6:00 am. Food was very good with access to the a la carte restaurants no problem...our favourite was the French restaurant however the Brazillian was also very good at the adjacent hotel. The entertainment at night was amazing and the first night we arrived there was a cirque de soleil type of show with very high calibre entertainment each night in the enormous entertainment pavillion. The rooms were modern well maintained, spotless with everything you could need including a hair dryer and supply of shampoo/soap etc., ...the shower was really cool! Honesty the staff were amazing, respectful yet friendly. I have travelled other locations where 2 women travelling together (mother and daughter) are not always treated respectfully by some of the staff. The best part was each "building" had their own concierge located in the lobby and you would speak to them to arrange trips, general questions and even check out there instead of having to line up in the lobby. Raul and Jonathan were our concierges and they were so happy and friendly to us always asking if we needed anything or if they could do anything for us. The amenities of the hotel: where do I start? Wave pool, lots of seating area around the pool, beautiful atmosphere, peacocks wandering freely around the property, coatis wandering freely all around . A really cool part was the "shopping mall" just outside the hotel where you could go to the "taco" restaurant or the "pastrie and coffee" restaurant and dine free because it was part of the all inclusive. This was my 23 year old daughters first experience with a vacation like this and when I asked her if the resort was what she expected, she said it was so much more!! She hadn't expected it to be that grand. Miranda: thank you SO much for your advice on this trip....it really was more than we could have hoped for...

Iberostar Waves Paraiso del Mar: Belle station balnéaire comme toujours !

C'est la cinquième fois que nous séjournons dans les complexes Iberostar et la deuxième fois au Del Mar. Notre première fois était en 2003 et maintenant de retour en 2016, le complexe est encore mieux ! La plage est magnifique, propre avec une plage de sable blanc. La serveuse nous a servi sur la plage et était toujours disponible et rapide. Le service était très bon. Le bar de la piscine était vraiment amusant. Je vous suggère d'essayer un Daiquiri avec un flotteur au rhum (attention !) et un  [... lire plus]shot de tequilla avec un chaser de sangrita. Tout le monde est toujours souriant. Olivia, qui travaille au bar du hall, était exceptionnelle. Elle était si amicale et avait toujours une longueur d'avance sur nos commandes de boissons et de pop-corn lol. La nourriture était bonne et abondante, mais nous aurions aimé avoir plus de choix. Notre chambre a été nettoyée tous les jours et il y avait toujours quelqu'un pour demander des serviettes supplémentaires ou autres. L'enregistrement s'est fait rapidement et sans problème. En bref, allez-y ! Si vous avez des enfants, c'est encore mieux. Amenez-les aussi car les Star Friends sont très divertissants et amusants. Hola

Beautiful resort as always! This is our 5th time staying at the Iberostar resorts and the 2nd time at the Del Mar. Our first time was 2003 and now back in 2016 the resort is even better! The beach is gorgeous, clean with the white sandy beach. The waitress served us on the beach and was always available and speedy. The service was very good. The swim up bar was really fun. Suggest you try a Daiquiri with rum floater (careful!) and tequilla shot with sangrita chaser. Everyone is always smiling. Olivia who works in the lobby bar was exceptional. She was so friendly and was always one step ahead of our drink order and popcorn lol. The food was good and plentiful but we wished they had more of a selection. Our room was cleaned daily and there was always someone around to ask for extra towels or such. Checkin was smooth and fast. In short go! If you have kids even better. Bring them also as the Star Friends are super entertaining and fun. Hola

Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: Plage étonnante

L'hôtel est grandiose et impressionnant de loin, mais de près il présente une multitude de défauts qui feront que nous ne reviendrons plus jamais dans ce lieu de villégiature. Le choix de nourriture au buffet est très limité. Le personnel de la réception a été impoli lorsqu'il a demandé à plusieurs reprises à la maintenance de réparer les lumières dans la salle de bain. Nous n'avons pas reçu de bouteilles d'eau 3 jours sur 7.

Amazing Beach Hotel is grand and impressive from a distance, however close up it shows a multitude of flaws that will ensure we never return again to this resort. The selection of food in buffet is very limited. We experienced rude front desk staff when requesting assistance repeatedly for maintenance to fix lights in bathroom. We did not receive bottled water 3 days out of 7 days.

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: La meilleure station balnéaire de Cuba jusqu'à présent

Séjour du 23 au 30 octobre - Chambre Suite environ 1300$/personne. J'ai visité plusieurs hôtels à Varadero et c'est celui que j'ai le plus aimé ! Le terrain était grand, bien entretenu, des tonnes de piscines - et elles étaient propres ! Le personnel est incroyable et il y en a beaucoup. Les boissons sont assez fortes, les barmans et les serveurs sont là pour vous faire plaisir ! La chambre était très grande, 2 salles de bains, une suite. Le lit était un peu dur, 2 salles de bains, l'en [... lire plus]trée avait quelques fourmis (à prévoir). Le lit de camp pour la 3ème personne était une blague... Service de chambre très lent. Les artistes étaient incroyables ! Il y a eu tellement de grands spectacles le soir et d'activités de jour (par exemple, danse, fête dans la piscine, natation synchronisée) que mes attentes ont été largement dépassées. La charmante dame qui nous servait au buffet, Yoania, était comme notre maman cubaine. La nourriture - nous savons tous que la nourriture cubaine est généralement mauvaise, mais la nourriture ici était horrible, rien n'était chaud. Les plateaux sortaient de la cuisine froids avec des produits froids. Mais les plats à la carte étaient bons, surtout l'onel romantique. Les champignons et les crevettes étaient bons. Au Japonais, l'animation était excellente. Pendant la journée, le snack-bar situé derrière le bâtiment principal propose d'excellents sandwichs ! La météo n'a pas été de notre côté, mais nous avons tout de même réussi à trouver une géocache un jour. Je recommanderai certainement cet hôtel à mes amis ! Note globale 9/10 pour le prix et la valeur. Les personnes qui y travaillent ont vraiment fait de cette expérience une expérience formidable. Je reviendrai dans un hôtel de la marque Iberostar !

Best Cuba Resort So Far Stayed Oct 23 to Oct 30th- Suite Room approx $1300/person. Ive been to a few Cuba hotels in Varadero and loved this the most! Grounds were big, well kept, tons of pools- and they were clean! Staff is amazing and theres a lot of them. Drinks are strong enough, bartenders and servers are there to please you! Room was very large, 2 bathrooms, end suite. Bed was a little hard, 2 bathrooms, the enterance had a few ants (to be expected). The cot for the 3rd person was a joke... Room service very slow. The entertainers were Amazing! So many great shows at night and daytime activities (ie dance practise, soap/bubble pool party, synchronized swimming) - by far exceeded my expectations. Lovely lady at the buffet served us, Yoania, she was like our Cuba mom. The food- we all know Cuba food is mostly bad, but the food here was horrible, nothing was hot. Trays would come out of the kitchen that were cold with cold product. But the A La Cartes were good, especially the Romantic onel. Mushroom and shrimp was good. At the japanese the entertainment was great. During the day the snackbar behind the main building has great sandwiches! Weather was not on our side but we did get to get a Geocache one day. Will feinitely suggest this hotel to my friends! Overall rating 9/10 for the price and value. The people who worked there really made the great experience. I will be visiting an Iberostar brand hotel again!

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: La meilleure station que j'ai visitée

C'était ma douzième visite à Cuba, et ma première dans cet hôtel. Je peux honnêtement dire que c'était mon préféré. Ma chambre était exactement comme je l'avais demandé, au dernier étage, avec vue sur la piscine, et un lit king size ! Le terrain était magnifique et bien entretenu. La plage, que dire des plus belles plages du monde....'était fabuleuse. Parfaitement claire, sable blanc et doux, beaucoup de chaises longues et des kilomètres de plage à parcourir. Je n'ai mangé à aucune des carte [... lire plus]s. La nourriture du buffet était la meilleure que j'aie jamais mangée au cours de mes visites à Cuba. Le personnel était très aimable, toujours souriant, toujours en train de demander si tout allait bien. J'ai voyagé seule et j'ai eu l'impression que le personnel s'occupait un peu de moi, ce qui était très agréable. Je retournerais dans ce complexe sans hésiter.

Best Resort I've Been To This was my 12th visit to Cuba, and my first at this hotel. I can honestly say it was my favourite. My room was exactly as I requested, top floor, overlooking the pool, king size bed! The grounds were just beautiful and well kept. The beach, well what can you say about the most gorgeous beaches in the world....it was fabulous. Perfectly clear, soft white sand, plenty of sunbeds and miles of beach to walk. I didn't eat at any of the a la cartes. The food in the buffet was the best I've ever had in all my visits to Cuba. The staff were very friendly, always smiling, always asking you if everything was okay. I travelled solo and actually felt the staff were looking after me a little bit, which was so nice. I would return to this resort in a heartbeat.

L'hôtel était très beau, le personnel extraordinaire, Angel de l'équipe d'animation était génial ( Angel c'est du curry de chèvre, pas du curry de chèvre ) Sandrine à la réception vous êtes la meilleure, nous sommes arrivés tard et vous nous avez mis à l'aise, vous nous avez fourni une belle chambre et vous nous avez accueillis avec votre beau sourire, merci. Amazing Resort The hotel was very beautiful, amazing staff, Angel from the entertainment staff was awesome ( Angel it's goat curry , not curry goat ) Sandrine at the front desk you are the best, we came in late and you made us feel so comfortable , you provided us with a beautiful room and welcome us with your beautiful smile, thank you. Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: J'ai adoré !!!!

Très beau complexe. J'ai adoré le fait qu'il y ait plusieurs types de piscines pour les enfants. Il y a d'autres complexes Iberostar et un centre commercial à distance de marche. Le programme Star Kids pour les enfants est un soulagement pour les parents avec de jeunes enfants. L'ambiance est vraiment bonne et la nourriture est correcte. Le personnel est très serviable et se soucie vraiment des autres. Je veux juste partager une expérience que nous avons eue Ma fille de 8 ans a rassemblé tou [... lire plus]s les petits souvenirs de son voyage dans son petit sac à main qu'elle a oublié dans un restaurant la veille de notre départ. Nous ne nous sommes pas rendu compte qu'il avait disparu jusqu'à ce qu'il nous reste 15 minutes avant de partir pour l'aéroport et qu'elle soit en larmes. Le personnel a fait de son mieux pour récupérer son sac et Ryan (qui s'occupe de la réception) a couru derrière notre bus (qui prenait son tour) avec le sac. C'était vraiment agréable de voir un tel dévouement et nous l'avons vraiment apprécié. Nous avons quitté nos vacances avec le sourire et nous sommes heureux d'avoir choisi cet hôtel. Loved it!!!! Very nice resort. Loved the fact that there are so many different types of pools for kids. There are other Iberostar resorts and shopping mall at walking distance. The Star Kids program for kids is a relief for parents with young children. Ambiance is really good and food is okay. The staff is very helpful and they really care. Just want to share an experience we had My 8 year old girl collected all small memories of her trip in her little purse which she forgot at a restaurant the night before we were supposed to check out. We didnt remember it was missing until we had 15 mins left to leave for airport and she was in all tears. The staff tried their best to get her purse and Ryan (who sits at front desk) came running behind our bus (our bus just was taking turn) with the purse. It was really nice to see such dedication and we truly appreciate it. We left our vacation with all smiles and were glad that we selected this hotel. Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Joli rewort

Le complexe a été construit judicieusement pour la saison des pluies et la saison hivernale (5). Aucun parapluie n'est nécessaire pour accéder au restaurant. Il est encore en très bon état. La plage est parfaite (5+). Le personnel est gentil et serviable (5+). La nourriture pendant la deuxième semaine était correcte (4). Gardez à l'esprit que la fin du mois d'octobre n'est pas la bonne période pour des vacances à Cuba.

Nice rewort The resort was built wisely for rain and winter season (5). No umbrella is needed to get to the restaurant. It is still in a very good condition. The beach is perfect (5+). The staff is nice and helpful (5+). The food during the second week was OK (4).Just keep in mind that the end of October is not the right time for a Cuban vacation.

Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: La station n'est ouverte qu'à 50 %

Bien que le terrain soit bien entretenu, les installations du complexe étaient en cours de rénovation, la grande piscine avec le snack-bar était totalement fermée et il est inutile de dire que c'était la piscine la plus proche de notre logement. Nous avons visité Cuba quatre fois et avons compris que la nourriture était un peu répétitive, mais le plat principal était du porc, ma femme et moi pouvons vivre avec cela, mais les petits-enfants (9 et 5) n'aiment tout simplement pas le porc, je ne sai [... lire plus]s pas ce qu'il est advenu du poulet. Le personnel de service dans la zone principale du buffet était formidable, toujours attentif et débarrassait les tables très rapidement. Les femmes de chambre étaient très joyeuses et les chambres étaient grandes et propres. La plage, à cause de Mathew, était petite, la zone souffrait encore des marées hautes et nous avons dû abandonner la plage à 16 heures. Mes petits-enfants se sont bien amusés, mais pas nous, les personnes âgées.

Resort only 50% open Although the grounds are well kept and groomed the resort facilities were under refurbishment, the large pool with the snack bar was totally closed and needless to say, that was the pool closest to our accommodation. We have visited Cuba four times and understood the food was a bit repetitious however the main offering was pork, my wife and I can live with that but the grandchildren (9 & 5 ) just don't like pork, don't know what happened to the chicken. The serving staff in the main buffet area were great, always attentive and cleared tables very promptly. The chamber maids were very cheerful and the rooms were large ad clean. The beach, because of Mathew, was small, the area was still suffering from high tides we had to abandon the beach at 4pm. My grand children had a great time, Not so much us older people.

Je dois dire que c'était un plaisir suprême d'être dans ce centre de villégiature Un seul mot me vient à l'esprit : Immaculé. Je n'ai jamais vu autant de travailleurs s'affairer pour maintenir le complexe dans un état impeccable. Jardiniers, nettoyeurs, concierge, personnel de service, etc. Les terrains sont incroyables Personnel et service fantastiques Variété Beaucoup de choses à faire Magasins très bien Baignade Plage et piscines excellentes Je terminerai en disant que nous avons pas [... lire plus]sé un moment fantastique grâce à ce que j'ai mentionné ci-dessus et que nous n'hésiterions pas à retourner à l'Iberostar Playa Paraiso Lindo Mexico

No Regrets about this Resort I must say that it was a supreme pleasure to be at this Resort One word comes to mind Immaculate. I have never seen so many workers toiling to keep the resort in pristine condition. Gardeners, cleaners concierge wait staff etc. Grounds incredible Staff and Service fantastic Variety much to do Shopping very good Swimming Excellent beach and pools I will end off saying that we had a fantastic time because of what I mentioned above and would not hesitate to return to the Iberostar Playa Paraiso Lindo Mexico

Iberostar Origin Playa Alameda: Du 16 au 23 octobre 2016

Le complexe est très agréable à l'arrivée. Cependant, les chambres ont besoin d'être mises à jour. Nous avions une chambre où l'air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas. Les lumières ne fonctionnaient pas, notre téléphone ne fonctionnait pas, il y avait une odeur de moisi et les toilettes ne fonctionnaient pas Nous sommes allés à la réception (puisque nous n'avions pas de téléphone) et on nous a donné une autre chambre, ce qui était une grande amélioration. Le personnel est tous merveilleux et amical Malheureusement, il y avait aussi des travaux de construction, mais cela n'a pas gâché notre semaine

Oct 16 to 23 2016 The resort is very nice when you arrive. The rooms however are in need of updating at least. We had a room that had no working A/C. Lights didn't work, our phone didn't work, it smelled moldy and the toilet didn't work We went to the front desk (since we had no phone) and we were given another room which was a great improvement. From that point on it was a great week. The staff are all wonderful and friendly Unfortunately there was also construction being done but it didn't spoil our week

Iberostar Origin Playa Alameda: Pas du tout un 5*

Nous n'avons pas été impressionnés par cet hôtel. On dit qu'à Cuba un 5* (étoile) est en réalité un 3*, mais la dernière fois que nous sommes allés à Cuba, nous avons séjourné dans un 4* et c'était mieux que cet hôtel. C'était tous les petits détails qu'ils ont oubliés, trop nombreux pour les énumérer. Je ne reviendrais jamais dans cet hôtel.

Not a 5* at all We were not impressed with this hotel. They say in Cuba a 5*(star) is really a 3*, but last time we were in Cuba we stayed at a 4* and it was better than this hotel. It was all the little things that they missed; too many to list. Would never stay there again.

JOIA Bavaro by Iberostar: Certainement un 4 étoiles mais pas un 5

Nous avons réservé ces vacances dans un délai relativement court (~1 mois avant le voyage). Des amis nous avaient fait des commentaires incroyables sur cet hôtel. Malheureusement, il semble que les personnes qui offraient un bon service soient parties, car à de rares exceptions près (Carlos et notre majordome Jose étant les exceptions), le service n'est plus disponible. Il faut également s'en tenir aux restaurants A La Carte - le buffet est terrible.

Definitely a 4 star but not a 5 We booked this vacation with relatively short notice (~1 month before travelling). We had incredible reviews from friends about this hotel. Unfortunately, it seems that the good service people have left as with rare exception (Carlos and our butler Jose being the exceptions) the service is nowhere to be found anymore. Also stick with the A La Carte restaurants - the buffet is terrible.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Fun Fun Fun Resort !!!!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment à Iberostar ! Le personnel était très sympathique, le terrain bien entretenu et propre et la nourriture était absolument délicieuse ! Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute dans un avenir proche ! Une expérience hors du commun !!!!!

Fun Fun Fun Resort!!!! We had a most wonderful time at Iberostar! Super friendly staff, well kept and clean grounds and the food was absolutely delicious! Will definitely be going back in the near future! Out of this world experience!!!!!

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Petit centre de villégiature confortable

L'hôtel est petit, il est facile de s'y déplacer. Les chambres sont propres et le lit est confortable. La nourriture est correcte pour Cuba. La plage est magnifique maintenant qu'ils l'ont agrandie. Beaucoup d'ombre. Les employés sont tous extraordinaires. Ils répondent à tous vos besoins. Il n'est pas nécessaire de donner un pourboire, mais ils sont très reconnaissants lorsque vous le faites.

Small & comfortable resort The hotel is small, easy to get around. Rooms are clean & the bed is comfortable. Food is ok for Cuba. Beach is amazing now that they have extended it. Lots of shade spots. The workers are all amazing. Will help with all your needs. No need to tip, but they are very grateful when you do.

Tout le monde et toutes les choses étaient très bien à part les puces de sable. Débarrassez-vous d'elles et je reviendrai sans aucun doute. Les employés du centre de villégiature ont été très aimables et serviables. Je n'ai jamais rencontré de personnes aussi gentilles. Le service était excellent et les sourires constants ont agrémenté le voyage. J'aurais aimé les ramener tous à la maison. La nourriture était excellente, même si on nous avait dit qu'elle n'était pas très bonne. Le menu était exc [... lire plus]ellent. Les spectacles étaient superbes et l'équipe de danseurs était incroyable. Ils travaillaient toute la journée et s'amusaient le soir. Je leur tire mon chapeau. Je ne manquerai pas de faire savoir à mes amis et à ma famille que nous avons passé un excellent moment.

Great resort Everyone and thing was great other than the sand fleas. Get rid of them and i would definately return. The employees of the resort were very friendly and helpful. I have never met such nice people. There service was excellent and the constant smiles made the trip. I wich i could have taken them all home. The food was great even though we were told it was not that good. The menu was great. The shows they had were great and the team of dancers was amazing. Working all day and entertaining at night. My hats off to them. I would definately let my friends and family know what a great time we had.

Un excellent complexe hôtelier ... très rafraîchissant et situé dans un endroit confortable... Voyage bien organisé et bus arrangés... Je reviendrai sans aucun doute et recommanderai à d'autres de visiter. Le personnel est également très amical et serviable. Très bien desservi.

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Une heure étonnante

L'hôtel était superbe. Très bien entretenu. La seule chose était que notre chambre était mal climatisée et qu'une odeur horrible sortait de la climatisation. La nourriture était un 8/10. Le personnel était 10/10. Wifi, il faut payer 2 pesos pour une heure. Sortez en ville pour aller au club de strip-tease un soir. C'est très amusant. Le bar de la piscine est le meilleur endroit pour sortir. La plage était phénoménale et magnifique. Les boissons étaient excellentes. Nous avons fait l'excursion en [... lire plus] jeep qui coûtait 100 dollars canadiens. Cela ne valait pas la peine de payer autant et j'aurais certainement fait autre chose, mais tant pis. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un très beau complexe hôtelier.

Amazing Time The hotel was amazing. Very well kept together. The only thing was that our room had bad air conditioning and a horrible smell coming out of the air conditioning. The food was an 8/10. The staff was a 10/10. Wifi you have to pay 2 pesos for an hour. Go out into the city to the club strip one night. It's a lot of fun. Pool bar is the best place to hang. The beach was phenomenal and beautiful. Drinks were amazing. We did the jeep excursion which was $100 Canadian. It wasn't worth paying that much and I definately would've done something else but oh well. Overall, beautiful resort.

Ma femme et moi avons visité de nombreux hôtels tout compris, mais celui-ci est le meilleur. Nous avons été surclassés en bord de mer et cela valait chaque centime. Par exemple, lorsque nous avons suspendu nos maillots de bain pour qu'ils sèchent sur le balcon, le téléphone a rapidement sonné. C'était le majordome qui demandait s'il pouvait faire nettoyer nos combinaisons à sec. Ces hommes sont très attentifs aux détails. De la personne qui se souvient de votre nom à la crème solaire offerte au  [... lire plus]cas où vous auriez oublié la vôtre, ils ont tout prévu. Même les barmans se souviennent de votre boisson et le personnel de la piscine vous attend tous les matins à votre place. Il n'y a pas assez de bonnes choses à dire. Oh, et la nourriture est vraiment bonne. Vraiment bonne. Différents chaque jour et le service d'étage peut même vous apporter des pâtes à 3 heures du matin. Je pourrais continuer mais tout le monde devrait faire l'expérience de ce niveau de luxe au moins une fois. A+++

Worth every penny My wife and I have been to many all inclusives but this one takes the cake. We upgraded to beachfront and it was worth every penny. Example when we hung our baiting suits out to dry on the balcony the phone promptly rang. It was the butler asking if he could have our suits dry cleaned for us. These guys pay attention to the details. From everyone remembering your name somehow to the complimentary sunscreen incase you forgot yours they have every angle covered. Even the bartenders remember your drink and the pool staff have your spot waiting for you every morning. Can't say enough good things. Oh and the food is actually good. Seriously good eats. Different every day and room service will even bring you pasta at 3 am. Could keep going on but everyone should experience this level of luxury at least once. A+++
