Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Belle baie, excellent service !

Cet hôtel est agréable, le service est impeccable. Je ne pense pas qu'il s'agisse d'un 5 étoiles, mais plutôt d'un 4 ! que c'est un 5 étoiles, un 4 ! Il se fait vieux et a besoin de réparations et d'améliorations. Notre chambre n'a été prête qu'à 15h25, après des heures de voyage, elle devrait être prête à l'heure. La nourriture est assez bonne mais ils doivent introduire un peu plus de plats pour fournir plus de variétés de nourriture variété de plats. Akumal et la plage sont magnifiqu [... lire plus]es et le snorkeling génial. J'aurais bien mis 5 étoiles, mais en raison des réparations et des améliorations nécessaires, je ne peux pas. Je recommanderais ce complexe pour des vacances tranquilles mais il manque de divertissements.

Beautiful Bay, Great Service! This hotel is nice,the service is impeccable. I don't think it's a 5 Star, a 4! It's getting old and in need of repairs and upgrades. Our room wasn't ready until 3:25 p.m., after hours of travel it should be ready on time. The food is pretty good but they need to introduce a few more dishes to provide more varieties of food. Akumal and the beach are beautiful and the snorkeling awesome. I would have given it a five star but due to the need of repairs and upgrades I can't. I would recommend this resort for a quiet vacation but it lacks enough entertainment.

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Magnifique resort PAS impressionné par le service de trip central’s

Le personnel de l'hôtel et la nourriture, la piscine et la plage sont magnifiques. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'aéroport (le vol était en retard d'environ 40 minutes), personne n'était là pour venir nous chercher, c'était la nuit. C'est la première fois que nous venons ici, nous avons eu très peur, ils nous ont dit que le transit était parti après avoir attendu, nous devions prendre un taxi privé. Le chauffeur de taxi nous a dit que nous devions payer 78 dollars US Nos cartes ne fonctionnaie [... lire plus]nt pas, alors on nous a dit que si on payait en liquide, ça ferait 130 USD Nous avons fini par lui payer 100 dollars US en liquide. On nous a dit que le représentant de west jet/Swoop viendrait à l'hôtel et rembourserait l'argent. J'ai appelé trip central et laissé des messages aussi rapport à leur représentant à la station elle nous a dit qu'ils enquêtent sur l'incident. Nous sommes de retour depuis le mardi 17 octobre, je n'ai pas eu de nouvelles de trip central ou de west jet

Beautiful resort NOT impressed with trip central’s service Hotel staff and food, pool and beach is beautiful. When we reached at the airport (flight was late about 40min) no one was there to pick us up it was night time. This is our first time here, we were very scared they told us the transit had left after waiting we need to take a private taxi. The taxi guy came told us we need to pay $78 USD Our cards didn’t work then we told us if we are paying cash it’s going to be $130USD We end us paying him $100 US cash. We were told west jet/Swoop rep will come to the hotel and refund the money. I called trip central and left messages also report to their rep at the resort she told us they are investigating the incident. We are back since Tuesday oct 17th I haven’t anything from trip central or west jet

El Cid Hotel Marina Beach: Un voyage qui change la vie !

Je n'ai jamais été aussi en paix que dans ce centre de villégiature. Tout était si extraordinaire ! Le personnel est si amical et si gentil. Il y a tellement d'endroits où manger et ils sont tous 5 étoiles à mes yeux ! Les piscines et l'océan sont un véritable paradis. Ce voyage nous a rapprochés, ma copine et moi, parce qu'ils ont rendu les choses si faciles et agréables. Je le recommande SERIEUSEMENT !

Life changing trip! I have never been more at peace then being at this resort. Everything was so amazing! The staff are so friendly and so nice. There are so many places to eat to choose from and they are all 5 star in my eyes! The pools and ocean were a straight paradise. This trip brought my girlfriend and I so much closer together because they made it so easy and enjoyable there. I SERIOUSLY recommend it!

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Escapade en couple

Très beau complexe. De nombreux restaurants, de la bonne nourriture, de nombreuses piscines, une belle plage de sable blanc avec de nombreuses chaises longues couvertes. Il y avait 3 bars différents sur la plage où l'on pouvait se faire servir. Le personnel était toujours formidable. La section Hideaway avait quelques avantages comme plus de restaurants et une piscine réservée aux adultes. Une section de la piscine était en réparation, mais c'était une période creuse pour eux, alors comprenez le [... lire plus] timing. Nous aurions aimé demander le premier étage car ils avaient un accès semi-privé à la piscine depuis la chambre, ce qui est bien. Notre lit était un peu ferme, ce qui m'a causé quelques problèmes de dos. L'océan était agité toute la semaine et les vagues arrivaient sur le rivage brunes. Nous avons donc préféré la piscine. Dans l'ensemble, c'est le meilleur hôtel tout compris dans lequel nous ayons séjourné.

Couple getaway Beautiful resort. Many restaurants, great food, many pools, beach was nice white sand with many covered loungers to choose from. There were 3 different bars on the beach to be served from. staff were great at all times. Hideaway section had some perks like more restaurants and an adults only pool. One pool section was under repair but it was slow time for them so understand the timing. We wish we had requested first floor because they had semi- private pool access from the room which is neat. Our bed was a bit firm which caused me some back issues. The ocean was rough all week and the waves came into shore brown. So we preferred the poolside. Overall this was the best all-inclusive resort we have ever stayed at.

Présentation pour être un membre était long et très fatigant, il aurait dû être un intéressant, mais parce qu'ilâ €™s trop long, vous perdez votre intérêt.

Amazing resort Excellent amenities, beach and pools are great, food and beverages are excellent, night entertainment needs improvement, lobby to increase ventilation, staff are very friendly. Presentation to be a member was long and very tiring, it should have been an interesting, but because it’s too long you lose your interest.

NYX Hotel Cancun: C'est la deuxième fois que j'y vais.

J'ai trouvé l'hôtel. NYX était très propre. Très bien, continuez les gens ont toujours essayé de vous aider. Le service était excellent Le personnel était très bien La réception était toujours prête à aider. La nourriture est excellente. La plage était très belle, très bien entretenue. J'ai hâte d'y retourner l'année prochaine.

Second time there. I thought the hotel. NYX was very clean. Very well, keep up the people were always trying to help you. Service was Excellent Staff was very well Front desk always willing to help. Food is excellent. The beach was very nice, very well kept up. Looking forward to going back next year.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Station et personnel absolument remarquables

Nous avons apprécié nos vacances à Coba, et nous le recommandons vivement à tous ceux qui prévoient de visiter cette station, excellent service, bonne nourriture, les chambres étaient très propres, le transport vers et depuis la plage était excellent. La plage était magnifique, nous avons pu voir beaucoup de poissons et nous nous sommes amusés à les nourrir. Five Star Resort We enjoyed our vacation at Coba, and highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit this resort, great service, good food, rooms were very clean, transportation to & from the beach was excellent. Beach was amazing, we got to see a lot of fish, also had a fun time feeding them. We were blessed with good weather the entire seven days, the pools were amazing, had a great bar, also great night entertainment.

Barcelo Maya Palace: Merveilleux grand complexe hôtelier

Le complexe est gigantesque et très bien entretenu, avec un service clientèle formidable. L'enregistrement a été un peu long pour nous et nous avons dû attendre 4 heures pour obtenir nos deux chambres, mais le personnel a été gentil avec notre demande initiale d'avoir des chambres adjacentes. J'ai adoré la plage et la brise constante qui y règne. La taille du complexe m'a permis de faire facilement 10 000 pas par jour et nous avons aimé certains des restaurants à la carte, même s'il était stu [... lire plus]pide de ne pouvoir réserver qu'une seule fois par jour. La qualité du buffet était médiocre, mais j'ai des exigences élevées.

Wonderful large resort The resort is gigantic and very well kept with great customer service. Check in was a little time consuming for us and we had to wait 4 hours to get our two rooms but staff was nice about our original request to get adjacent rooms. I loved the beach and the constant breeze there. The size of the resort also helped me easily hit 10K steps each day and we liked some of the a la Carter restaurants even though it was stupid only being able to book one reservation each day. The buffet food quality was poor but I have high standards.

Posada Real Los Cabos: Trip a été remplacé par Krystal Grand

J'aimerais parler à quelqu'un de tripcentral au sujet de notre voyage qui était supposé être un surclassement. Le changement en Krystal Grand et le fait d'être un resort 4 étoiles est très trompeur, beaucoup de déceptions et j'aimerais en discuter. Le moins que l'on puisse dire, c'est que ce n'est pas satisfaisant.

Trip was changed to Krystal Grand Would like to speak with someone at tripcentral regarding our trip which was suppose to be an upgrade. The change to Krystal Grand and being a 4 star resort is very misleading, lots of disappointments and would like to discuss. Not satisfactory to say the least.

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Une expérience qui n'a rien d'extraordinaire

Mon mari et moi sommes arrivés au complexe Royal Decameron le 7/23 octobre. Le personnel de la réception parle très peu l'anglais. Le buffet n'a pas de fenêtres et bien sûr pas d'air conditionné, ce qui est un gros point négatif pour le complexe. A cause de l'ouragan Lidia qui a frappé la station le mardi, l'électricité a été coupée pendant une certaine période et le générateur a repris et nous avions des lumières dans les chambres, les couloirs, mais PAS d'air conditionné, pas de TV, et des in [... lire plus]terruptions d'internet. Le climatiseur de ma chambre est tombé en panne et je l'ai signalé à la réception. Personne n'est venu vérifier et on m'a dit que personne ne travaille que pour les clients ayant des problèmes médicaux graves. Chaque fois que j'ai demandé à la réception principale ou à la réception de la section Flamingo, personne ne savait quoi que ce soit sur la climatisation. J'ai signalé plusieurs fois et a demandé à venir et vérifier ma chambre. Finalement, vendredi soir, tout le monde a pu faire fonctionner son climatiseur, mais le mien ne fonctionnait toujours pas, avec une chaleur de 33-35 degrés par jour. Jeudi, vendredi et toutes les nuits, c'était un cauchemar pour moi. Je suis partie le samedi et toujours pas d'air conditionné dans ma chambre. J'ai complètement gâché mes vacances et je n'y retournerai plus jamais.

No so great experience Me and my husband arrived to Royal Decameron complex on October 7/23. Front desk stuff speaks very little of English. The beach was good and buffet stuff was friendly and quick to clean the table.Buffet does not have windows and of course no air conditioning- what h is big minus to the resort. Because of hurricane Lidia that hit resort on Tuesday, the power was off for sort period and generator picked up and we had lights in rooms, hallways , but NO air conditioning, no TV, and interruptions of internet. Air conditioner in my room broke and I reported it to the front desk. Nobody came to check and I’ve been told that nobody’s working only for guests with serious medical conditions. Whenever I asked front stuff at the main reception or Flamingo section reception- nobody knew anything about air conditioning. I reported many times and asked to come and check out my room. Finally Friday evening everyone got their air conditioner working and mine was still NOT working with heat every day of 33-35. Thursday, Friday and all nights - it was nightmare for me. I left on Saturday and still no air conditioning in my room. It was totally ruined vacations and I will never ever go back again.

Barcelo Maya Palace: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Mon mari, ma famille et moi-même revenons d'un séjour à l'hôtel Barcelo Rivera Maya et ce fut extrêmement agréable. Nous avons séjourné au Barcelo Palace et c'était merveilleux. De la nourriture à la chambre d'hôtel en passant par le personnel très serviable et agréable. La réception est notre seule plainte. Elle est très lente pour l'enregistrement et la mise en place des bracelets. Nous avons adoré l'emplacement du Palace avec les nombreuses piscines pour enfants à proximité. La plage était ég [... lire plus]alement magnifique et proche de l'hôtel. Nos petits-enfants ont beaucoup apprécié le Barcy children’s club barcy. Amazing Resort My husband and family and I just came back from a holiday at the Barcelo Rivera Maya and it was extremely enjoyable. We stayed at the Barcelo Palace and it was wonderful. From the food to the hotel room to the many helpful pleasant staff. Front desk is the only complaint. It is very slow to check in and putting wrist bands on. We loved the location of the Palace with the many kids pools close. The beach was also beautiful and close to the hotel. Our grand kids enjoyed the Barcy children’s club very much. The restaurants were all delicious and had the best service. A very lovely resort

Atelier Playa Mujeres: Une expérience merveilleuse !

Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire dans l'ensemble. Très propre, tous les espaces intérieurs sentaient bon, le service était fantastique et bien que nous ayons donné un pourboire, il n'y avait pas d'attente explicite de pourboire comme c'est le cas dans la plupart des autres centres de villégiature. Le personnel avait l'air sincèrement heureux d'être là et a fourni un service extraordinaire. La nourriture a été un point fort, elle était nettement supérieure à la nourriture typique des comp [... lire plus]lexes hôteliers et similaire à la nourriture des restaurants de moyenne et haute gamme. Les chambres étaient superbes, tout comme la plage, où il n'y avait pratiquement pas d'algues !

Wonderful experience! Amazing resort overall. Very clean, all the indoor areas smelled amazing, service was fantastic and while we definitely tipped, there was no explicit expectation to tip as is common in most other resorts. The staff genuinely looked happy to be there and provided amazing service. Food was a highlight, it was definitely several steps above typical resort food and similiar to food at mid to high end restaurants. The rooms were amazing and so was the beach with basically no seaweed!

Kore Tulum Retreat Wellness Resort: C'est tellement relaxant !

mon partenaire et moi avons passé un bon moment dans ce centre de villégiature. Les vues sont à couper le souffle, la nourriture est bonne et les massages sont incroyables. Le personnel était sympathique. inconvénients : - Pas très accessible/accommodant - l'état de la zone autour du resort. Ne soyez pas effrayés par ce que vous voyez, le fait de rester sur le resort compense. - Nous sommes restés 4 jours et il n'y avait pas d'eau les 3/4 jours dans notre chambre et quand il y avait de l'e [... lire plus]au, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude donc il faut s'y préparer. Ce qui signifie que nous n'avons pas pu profiter du jacuzzi de notre chambre. dans l'ensemble, c'était l'escapade tranquille dont j'avais besoin.

So relaxing! my partner & I had a good time at this resort. The views were breath taking, the food was good and the massages were amazing. The staff were friendly. cons: - Not very accessible/accommodating - condition of the area around the resort. don't be frightened by what you see, staying on the resort makes up for it. - We stayed for 4 days and water was out 3/4 days in our room & when there was water, there wasn't any warm water so be prepared for that. Which meant we didn't get to actually enjoy the in-room jacuzzi. overall, it was the quiet getaway that I needed.

Sur 5 étoiles, je lui en donne 6 ! Service fantastique, le personnel est excellent et toujours heureux de vous aider. L'hôtel est magnifique et parfaitement situé, la nourriture est toujours fraîche et très bonne, nous avons hâte d'y retourner !

Hotel Dos Playas Faranda: Incroyable

Que pensez-vous de votre séjour ? Les installations et les services étaient excellents. La plage avait des algues mais la vue générale était superbe. La grande piscine était en construction, nous nous sommes donc contentés des petites piscines. Si vous aimez la nourriture et les boissons mexicaines, c'était fantastique.

Amazing What do you think about your stay? The facilities and the services were excellent. The beach had sea weed but the general view was great. The big pool was under construction so we made do with the smaller pools. If you love Mexican Food and drinks then it was fantastic.

Riu Palace Riviera Maya: Notre deuxième maison loin de chez nous

Nous venons au Riu Palace Riveria Maya depuis son ouverture et avant cela, nous étions au Riu Playcar. Pour vous aider à comprendre depuis combien de temps nous profitons de cette merveilleuse résidence secondaire, nous venons dans les mêmes centres de villégiature depuis 2002. Vous pouvez vous attendre à ce que, partout où vous allez, le personnel soit amical, vous fasse rire et vous gâte. C'est le personnel qui nous fait revenir chaque année. Certains membres du personnel font partie de [... lire plus] notre famille et nous apprécions leur compagnie et leurs histoires. Vous rencontrerez également des gens du monde entier, dont certains sont des habitués de longue date de ce même centre de villégiature. Vous avez accès à tous les autres hôtels RIU, ce qui vous permet de les visiter, de jouer au golf, de profiter de leurs spectacles, etc. J'ai visité d'autres grands complexes hôteliers qui sont peut-être plus grands et offrent des divertissements supplémentaires, mais la nourriture, l'hospitalité et la propreté des autres complexes n'ont jamais atteint les normes du Riu Palace Rivera. Le personnel, depuis l'accueil jusqu'à l'arrivée dans la chambre, en passant par les serveurs, les barmans qui répondent à tous vos besoins, le personnel des restaurants, les femmes de ménage et les gardiens du sol, est traité avec gentillesse et respect. Le groupe de divertissement fait de son mieux pour faire participer tout le monde à des activités et l'aquagym dans la mer a été un vrai régal. Le personnel de tous les restaurants se met en quatre pour préparer ce que vous voulez manger et il est là pour s'assurer que vous passez un bon moment et que vous appréciez la nourriture. La nouvelle chambre supplémentaire est très accessible si vous êtes au rez-de-chaussée. Il en va de même pour les autres chambres. Mon mari a des problèmes de mobilité et ce qu'il aime dans ce complexe, c'est qu'il n'est pas trop grand et qu'il peut tout faire à pied. Il y a des ascenseurs, mais mon mari a réussi à se déplacer confortablement avec sa canne. Il y a un espace ouvert avec une baignoire dans la chambre qui est souvent utilisée pour ramasser des vêtements, mais les douches à l'italienne sont incroyables et disposent d'une pomme de douche à effet de pluie. La mer est absolument magnifique et oui, il est parfois difficile d'y entrer et d'en sortir à cause des vagues et des creux dans le sable, mais une fois qu'on y est, c'est tellement relaxant Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine pour fêter notre 50e anniversaire et nous sommes impatients.

Our Second Home away from Home We have becoming to the Riu Palace Riveria Maya since it opened and prior to that we were at the Riu Playcar. To help with how long we have been enjoying this wonderful second home we have been coming to the same resorts since 2002. What you can expect is everywhere you go the staff are friendly, make you laugh and spoil you. It is the staff that bring us back every year. Some of the staff are like family to us and we enjoy their company and their stories. You will also meet people from all over the world and some are also long time repeats to this same resort. You have access to all the other RIU Hotels which allows you to visit them possibly go golfing, enjoy their shows etc. I have been at other large resorts and they may be larger and they offer some additional entertainment but the other resorts food and their hospitality and cleanliness, has never met the standards of the Riu Palace Rivera. The staff from the time they greet you, to when you arrive in your room ,to the runners with your drinks, or the bartenders who cater to your every need, to the staff in the restaurants or to the housekeepers and the ground keepers you are treated with kindness and respect. The entertainment group try their best to get everyone involved with activities and having aqua therapy in the sea was absolutely a treat. Your staff within all the restaurants will go out of their way to make what ever you would like to eat and they are there to ensure you are having a good time and enjoying the food. The newer additional is very accessible if you are on the main floor. But so are the other rooms. My husband has some mobility issues and what he likes about this resort is that is not too large and he can walk to everything. There are elevators however my husband has managed to move around comfortably with his cane. There is an open area with a tub in the room which is often used more for collecting clothes but their walk in showers are amazing and have the rain shower head. The sea was absolutely stunning and yes sometimes it is difficult to get into the sea and to get it out of the sea due to the waves and the dips in the sand but once you are in it is so relaxing We will be returning next year to celebrate our 50th Anniversary and we cannot wait.

Nous sommes un couple de retraités à la recherche de moments de détente et de plage. Nous l'avons trouvé dans ce centre de villégiature. Il était plus calme que les autres complexes où nous sommes allés, ce qui était parfait pour nous. Il y avait un groupe de musique tous les soirs, au lieu d'un divertissement ringard. La nourriture était excellente et très variée. L'eau était chaude, il n'y avait pas de vent et peu de vagues. Le point fort de notre voyage a été le cours sur les tortues ave [... lire plus]c Alejandro, un biologiste passionné qui nous a informés sur la population de tortues dans la baie. Ce cours devrait être obligatoire pour tous ceux qui séjournent à l'hôtel. Le personnel était très amical, prompt à sourire et serviable. Aurora avait toujours une salutation joyeuse et un rire franc à la station d'omelettes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre semaine là-bas et nous voulons absolument y retourner.

Loved this resort We are a retired couple looking for some r&r and beach time. We found it at this resort. It was quieter than other resorts we have been to, which was perfect for us. There was a live band every evening instead of cheesy entertainment. The food was great with lots of variety. The water was warm, no wind and little waves. The highlight of our trip was the turtle class with Alejandro, a very passionate biologist who educated us about the turtle population in the bay. This talk should be mandatory for anyone staying there. The staff were all very friendly, quick to smile and helpful. Aurora always had a cheerful greeting and a hearty laugh at the omelet station. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there, and definitely want to go back.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Hideaway à Royalton

Séjour dans la section hideaway du Royalton la première semaine d'octobre 2023. Complexe fantastique. La nourriture était excellente et nous n'avons pas eu à nous plaindre. La chambre était très propre. L'alcool premium sur la section hideaway était un bonus. If you’re looking for a nice resort with fantastic amenities and no kids I would spend the extra cash and stay in the hideaway. J'ai vu des plaintes concernant l'absence de climatisation dans les restaurants. La majorité des restaurants o [... lire plus]nt l'air conditionné, et j'avais encore assez chaud, mais pas assez pour m'empêcher de profiter de mes repas. Le temps était de 40 degrés Celsius avec 85-90% d'humidité si vous ne vous attendez pas à avoir chaud, restez chez vous. Le personnel de cette station est top notch, toujours accueilli avec un sourire et ils ont toujours été au-dessus et au-delà pour nous. Si vous êtes intéressé par la musique et les activités amusantes, la piscine est l'endroit où il faut être. Si vous souhaitez passer un moment plus calme et paisible, la plage était magnifique et très agréable. Un mélange très agréable de restaurants qui étaient tous bons et le buffet peut remplir n'importe quelle envie. Dans l'ensemble, mon expérience a été excellente du début à la fin. Donâ €™t laisser certains de ces commentaires avec les plaintes les plus spécifiques vous dissuader de séjourner dans ce merveilleux complexe. Hideaway at Royalton Stayed at the hideaway section of the Royalton the first week of October 2023. Fantastic resort. Food was excellent with zero complaints. Room was very clean. Premium liquor on the hideaway section was a bonus. If you’re looking for a nice resort with fantastic amenities and no kids I would spend the extra cash and stay in the hideaway. I’ve seen complaints of no A/C in restaurants. Majority of restaurants DO have air conditioning, granted I was still quite warm but not warm enough to stop me from enjoying my meals. Weather was 40 degrees Celsius with 85-90% humidity if you’re not expecting to feel warm stay home. The staff at this resort is top notch, always greeted with a smile and they always went above and beyond for us. If you’re interested in music and fun activities the pool is the spot to be. If you want a more quiet and peaceful time the beach was beautiful and very enjoyable. A very nice mix of restaurants which were all good and the buffet can fill any craving. Overall my experience was great from start to finish. Don’t let some of these reviews with the most specific complaints deter you from staying at this wonderful resort. (Also yes you have access to the entire resort if you stay in the hideaway section)

Ce centre de villégiature ne cesse de me surprendre. Le personnel amical et serviable, la propreté, la faune et la flore constamment présentes, les cartes à la carte (de qualité supérieure), la variété des buffets (qualité supérieure), la variété des buffets. ... tout est exceptionnel ! Le service d'alcool ne lésine pas sur la préparation des boissons, les paysages à couper le souffle.. . Cela me manque déjà.

4th time at Tucan, I will always return here! This resort never fails to amaze me. From the friendly and helpful staff , the cleanliness, the wildlife constantly about, the a la cartes ( superior quality), buffet variety. ..all outstanding! Alcohol service does not shirk on the drinks prep, the breathtaking landscapes and scenery . Miss it already.
